I followed a super E-Z recipe that uses a microwave its so E-Z I hope you all give it a try

steamed cheese bread is so delish ain't it even microwaved

these microwaved ones have that oven fresh feeling that you don't get from ones bought at a convenience store

~whats the whole point in making them at all~ is what some might say but... When you have something

home made you can make giant portions and big portions make me happy

alrighty lets get cookin'

these are our ingredients. cream cheese, pancake mix, egg, milk and some sugar

soften the cream cheese

mix the egg milk and sugar together

add the pancake mix and mix well

once its mixed pour into a mold then cook in the microwave for 5 minutes

please keep an eye on it while in the microwave

tadaa its steamed through looks delish

with a skewer separate the edges

and flip

oooh looks delish there is a tiny part that is a bit burnt peeps, watch out for that

It's Yu Jaehwan, a composer who works for Park MyeongSu. He is the kindest person in the world.

After the shooting, I was driving on the way back Daejeon. I got a phone call from him. He said. 'Hey Banzz, Sorry I didn't call.' So I was like, 'Hyung, What's up.'

And he was like, 'You neet to drive all the way down to Daejeon for 2 hours. You must be tired This is the only thing I can do for you. Sorry for calling late.'

I got really touched!

I really appreciated it to him. No one can be as nice as him.

We still keep in touch, and he really cares about me.

You'll like Ryusanseul if you like Oyster sauce.

children. And like...my friends Matt and Rachel, who now live in North Carolina,

they have two sons and I remember going to visit them and... This was even

before...way...years before I started the adoption process. And I went...

I'd go to the... I'd go with my friend Rachel to pick up their kid from daycare.

Or, I remember one time I showed up and their oldest son Ben was in the garage and

he just comes running up, runs right by his mom and jumps into my arms.

You know? I hadn't seen him in like a year. And you know, there is just...

Like, that was my favorite part of that entire trip. You know?

That he hadn't seen me in a year and he was that excited to see me.

You know? There's just...I mean, there's no better feeling than a kid who's just so

enthusiastically happy to see you. I mean, I get that every day now with Nolan.

You know, and that's...people ask me, "Do you ever forget that he's so cute and

so awesome?" I go, "I don't." You know, every day I see him and he smiles,

I have tears in my eyes. You know? I've always loved to be around kids.

I've, you know, jokingly... I'm on their level mentally, I guess.

I don't know, I just...I can communicate with kids. I've always been able to do so

and I've always...It's been like, everybody's favorite Uncle Scott.

You know? And that has been because I've always wanted a child.

Just being around children just makes me happy in that regard.

Just like... And you know, having...to see the joy and the happiness.

And the other parts of it too. You know? I mean, there's some of these instances

where...my friends John and Kelly, who live in Michigan,

you know, their little...their daughter Madeline who I've just watched grow up

over the last eight or nine years now. And every time I go visit,

it's a different experience. And it's an amazing thing to see.

So, Today! tadaa I made steamed cheese bread (Change font size color and transparency via options menu)

the middle one is all brown and weird ~it ain't so done that its burnt though~

I followed a super E-Z recipe that uses a microwave its so E-Z I hope you all give it a try

steamed cheese bread is so delish ain't it even microwaved

these microwaved ones have that oven fresh feeling that you don't get from ones bought at a convenience store

~whats the whole point in making them at all~ is what some might say but... When you have something

home made you can make giant portions and big portions make me happy

alrighty lets get cookin'

these are our ingredients. cream cheese, pancake mix, egg, milk and some sugar

soften the cream cheese

mix the egg milk and sugar together

add the pancake mix and mix well

once its mixed pour into a mold then cook in the microwave for 5 minutes

please keep an eye on it while in the microwave

tadaa its steamed through looks delish

with a skewer separate the edges

and flip

oooh looks delish there is a tiny part that is a bit burnt peeps, watch out for that

looks good

tadaa the dish is complete

for condiments...

.... uhh wait condiments is the wrong word as for toppings: Honey and

and this is a lemon curd there's other companies that sell similar things

cheesecakes and lemons go nicely don't they itadakimasu

these are the best when warm

fluffy I'll take the first bites without adding any toppings

mmm delish mouth gets so dry

milk and bread are the best together its got that cream cheese flavor and its so fluffy its very delish

there's are so chewy and nice

can you guys see this? its so chewy and fluffy

I'll try this with honey

ahh the beauty that is honey

the sweetness of the honey serves to elevate the flavor and honey goes well with warm cakes

come to think of it today is such a yellow day the honey is yellow, so's the lemon and this bread is

my cup even.... this brand new cup has bits of yellow wow.. being surrounded by my fav. color brings me such joy

oh jeez the middle portion was overcooked and is rock hard now

... the perils of using a microwave

?well its not burnt to a crisp?

well I don't really count this as a fail it might have been because the mold I used was a bit too big

I'm trying to sidestep my failures ~well I am acknowledging it at least~

I know I know... I dun goofed

next up I'll give this a try.... lemon curd...

why do they call it lemon curd? they use lemon paste, yolk and butter ~as well as sugar etc~

its very fresh tasting ~delish

the refreshing lemon taste covers the mildly sweet tasting bread changing up the overall flavor nicely ~delish

cooking things in a microwave is pretty difficult especially that center portion

when you use this lemon curd the cake tastes like some treat you get from a cake store its so good

as a flavor contrast I think honey is best I like both of them though

gochisosamadeshita the steamed cheese bready was so delish

it was so easy to make something perfect for those busy mornings

and since this steamed bread has such a light taste I felt like I could eat way.... waaay more

it also went nicely with milk honey and lemon were a great addition to it
