Youtube daily report Sep 16 2017

Well hello there my name is Lonnie if this is your first time watching. I'm a

mental health YouTube vlogger and I've been off of social media for about

week and I thought I should give you guys an explanation. I've been having

some trouble at work with certain people as well as just it's really stressful

lots of duties that I have to do and just having a hard time managing my

mental illness as well as the anxiety that I get. I can't really concentrate at

work or even at home for that matter very long. I have short term memory

issues so I find myself having to set timers in order to make sure that I

complete tasks on time. I do things and then I forget that I've already gone them.

So I've done all of the social media

this week and I've actually been happier I've avoided Twitter, Facebook and even

YouTube. I really suck at video editing so some of this is gonna look

like garbage and I expect that but I will get better.

I've been reading some tips about how to become a better youtuber and I might

share those with you in the near future. it's payday tonight so I know that I'm

gonna be happy tomorrow because I'm gonna have a little bit of money to buy

some things like food. Also, my wife starts her job next week at Amazon which is gonna

be cool. It's the overnight shift and it doesn't

conflict with her current job so she says she can actually have two jobs at

the same time. Which means extra money I'm a little worried about my insurance

situation because right now I'm getting Medicaid and I know that her second job

might put us out of the eligibility for that but we'll see when that comes because my

job offers insurance but I think the Amazon insurance probably is going to be

cheaper and better to be honest. So this memory loss my doctor says may just be

me getting used to my medication or it could just be

a side-effect we're gonna monitor that and I'm gonna check in again and if I'm

still having issues we're going to discuss my medication treatment coming

up. Because of my work issue I have been having trouble finding motivation to do

basic tasks. However something just clicked today. I watched this really

great video about motivation by Denzel Washington. I'll try to link to it in the

comments below if you're interested because it was very powerful and simply

amazing. It changed my mood dramatically! Just by watching it he's such an

inspirational guy. So how's everybody doing that's out there

on the YouTube the YouTube look at me I'm like making mistakes all over the

place. But how's everyone doing it scale of 1

to 10 let me know in the comment section below.

hopefully it won't be anything like this. Mood wise I'm actually doing a lot

better since I stopped doing the social media thing. I think there was a lot of

negativity and I'm probably just going to limit it in the future like to maybe

an hour a day to look at it as opposed to trying to live my whole life looking

at social media. I know I said it before it's my window to the outside world but

even though YouTube is social media I feel more comfortable here and this is

my new home. I found it program named tubebuddy I actually got the pro membership

it's pretty awesome I found that it helps my older videos get more views so

I'm going to be attempting to use that in this video and future videos to see

how that goes. Eventually I'm going to have to make a decision if I want to

continue with it or get rid of it but I'll let you know and I'm not even do a

quick tutorial on it once I figure everything out. So changes are coming to

my channel I plan on actually starting a schedule

because as I've said before YouTube is my therapy so look for my new videos

every Friday, Sunday, and Wednesday. There may be bonus ones

and I'm actually even considering trying to do a live feed for one video just to

see what it's like because it shows that option. I've seen other people do it I'm

not sure if anyone's gonna watch but it'd be interesting. You can see my

Some friends were gathering at a buddy's house, because he was pretty eager to show them his

new creation.

The freezing air should have given them a clue, that something is off though.

These friends also were a little careless, when they tried out the ghost board a birthday

party.

After these guys were playing with another ghost board, strange things started to happen.

First the music stops playing, unexplainable noises in the apartment and in the end.. a

small surprise.

After creating their own board at home, these buddies couldn't wait trying it out at a friends

place.

When these cousins were playing at their Uncles house, he couldn't believe what he saw with

My name is Meredith and this is my beautiful fiancee Kate and today we are

When and where did you guys meet? Umass! Fourth floor Van Meter. Visual and

Performing Arts Majors Residential Academic Program, freshman year of

college. Where was your first date? It was on campus and Meredith blindfolded me

and took me by the hand and walked what seemed like 15 minutes to this field

where we just stargazed and there was nobody else around

so our first date was in the middle of the woods.

KATE: yeah? MEREDITH: pretty accurate.

When and where did your first kiss happened who initiated it?

KATE:On our first date. MEREDITH: I initiated it.

How long have you been together? Almost four

years. Four years in October. KATE: Four! Have either of you dated a girl before

dating each other? No. Nope!

What is a typical date night like for you and your girlfriend?

KATE: Netflix! MEREDITH: homemade pizza usually watching a movie or generally Criminal

Minds but we've taken a break from Criminal Minds cause living alone in a

city. How do you usually spend your time together? So since we're in a

long-distance relationship at the moment, she's in Massachusetts and I'm in Ohio,

when she comes to visit, I haven't been to Massachusetts since but, when she

comes to visit, we usually explore the city because it's

pretty new to me and new to her and I show her like my favorite places here.

Have you ever been mistaken as sisters? BOTH: yes.

Have you ever worn your girlfriend's

clothes? KATE: yep. MEREDITH: yes and sometimes your clothes end up becoming my clothes and

like I'm like I've kind of like given you like my hammie downs and like I

stole your black collared shirt and never gave it back and you barely wore it anyways.

Have you ever experienced any prejudice because you're a same-sex

couple? KATE: yeah MEREDITH: yeah not a lot which is good but definitely a little bit

how much PDA do you do?

MEREDITH: I'm just kidding. not a lot. We hold hands

Does your girlfriend play any musical instruments? Yes. She plays the

cello, and you play other instruments - yeah like the guitar mm-hmm guitar and bass I

had to play piano for school. Um, right now I'm learning violin and viola.

Which side of the bed do you sleep on? MEREDITH: So like I'm - KATE: I'm on the right. - MEREDITH: if we're laying down like

this is this is how we would sleep. I'm on the right here on the left like

gonna spend my money willy-nilly either and I think that's become much more

apparent since I've kind of adopted more of a minimal lifestyle for sure too - KATE: yeah

Who's more likely to break out into song? MEREDITH: I'm the singer but I want to say you.

KATE: yeah when I'm home MEREDITH: yeah when she's home cause she'll say like

she'll she won't sing like songs though she'll just like kind like make up songs

feel like I'm try thinking like something that you do I don't know like

if you were washing a dish you'd be "I'm washing the dishes" like I feel

like you do stuff like that. KATE: I'm more tasteful. MEREDITH: [Laughing] more tasteful than that but

along those lines.

Who's more likely to randomly start dancing? yeah I would

agree with that statement. How tall are you guys? MEREDITH: I'm 5' 2"

KATE: I'm like 5' 5" MEREDITH: and I don't

know my height sitting down in my chair but that's the length of my body.

Have you ever discussed having children? KATE: yes. MEREDITH: yes.

KATE: yeah. That's it. MEREDITH: That's it. [laughing]

Who is the better driver? Well considering I can't drive because my

disability I would say you're the winner. KATE: You're better at driving a wheelchair. MEREDITH: ooh This is true! [laughs]

Who's the better singer? KATE: Me! MEREDITH: You?

KATE: Yeah. MEREDITH: I'll give it to you. [laughing]

KATE: Um I have better ear training. MEREDITH: Better ear training

KATE: But you have a better voice MEREDITH: I'd agree with that statement.

Who's the better dancer? KATE: Definitely me! you.

MEREDITH: I'm the professional dancer. KATE: And I'm too scared to dance.

MEREDITH: yeah. Who is better at math? We both suck. KATE: except I'm better!

MEREDITH: [Laughing] just I mean

you're better doesn't mean you're good at math though

KATE: But I'm better!

MEREDITH: Okay, she's better, yeah I suck at math so bad! KATE: You do suck.

MEREDITH: Like I can't even do like basic addition

I think it's also, it's partly because, of the blood flow to my brain like something they do, no! Something -

KATE: She just sucks at math!

MEREDITH: something they do in the doctor's office to test um like your cognitive function is

that they'll do little bits of like

basic addition and see how fast you can do it and I'm very slow

KATE: because she sucks at math

MEREDITH: I have to count on my fingers. KATE: okay! MEREDITH: It's embarrassing !

KATE: Uh what is one thing about your girlfriend most people don't know?

ooh uh...

Something people don't know about you?

You are terrible at getting up.

she'll literally be like okay uh let's get up like flip over

sleep for another 15 minutes. I'll be like it's time to get up it's

time to get up and she'll be like [groggy] "I'm sleeping!"sleep

KATE: unless there's a force

MEREDITH: yeah like some nice KATE: School

MEREDITH: breakfast that I waft in her face.

KATE: Even that doens't work somethimes. MEREDITH: sometimes that doesn't even work

you gotta bring out the big guns KATE: I get ready very fast in the morning.

yeah she she'll wake up like 10 minutes before she has to go

whip on some clothes and like head out the door.

KATE: yep.

And people usually know everything about you because you don't stop talking

MEREDITH: yeah I'm an open book I mean clearly as like I wrote a

whole musical of my chronic illness like I got no shame nothing to hide

What's the last question?

Pass one piece of relationship advice.

MEREDITH: Communication KATE: Communi- Communication!

MEREDITH: is key. KATE: yeah

MEREDITH: Yeah. And especially I mean

it's always been key and I think it's key in any relationship but I think

communication is even more essential now that we're in a long-distance

relationship right now yeah

issues so I find myself having to set timers in order to make sure that I

complete tasks on time. I do things and then I forget that I've already gone them.

So I've done all of the social media

this week and I've actually been happier I've avoided Twitter, Facebook and even

YouTube. I really suck at video editing so some of this is gonna look

like garbage and I expect that but I will get better.

I've been reading some tips about how to become a better youtuber and I might

share those with you in the near future. it's payday tonight so I know that I'm

gonna be happy tomorrow because I'm gonna have a little bit of money to buy

some things like food. Also, my wife starts her job next week at Amazon which is gonna

be cool. It's the overnight shift and it doesn't

conflict with her current job so she says she can actually have two jobs at

the same time. Which means extra money I'm a little worried about my insurance

situation because right now I'm getting Medicaid and I know that her second job

might put us out of the eligibility for that but we'll see when that comes because my

job offers insurance but I think the Amazon insurance probably is going to be

cheaper and better to be honest. So this memory loss my doctor says may just be

me getting used to my medication or it could just be

a side-effect we're gonna monitor that and I'm gonna check in again and if I'm

still having issues we're going to discuss my medication treatment coming

up. Because of my work issue I have been having trouble finding motivation to do

basic tasks. However something just clicked today. I watched this really

great video about motivation by Denzel Washington. I'll try to link to it in the

comments below if you're interested because it was very powerful and simply

amazing. It changed my mood dramatically! Just by watching it he's such an

inspirational guy. So how's everybody doing that's out there

on the YouTube the YouTube look at me I'm like making mistakes all over the

place. But how's everyone doing it scale of 1

to 10 let me know in the comment section below.

better since I stopped doing the social media thing. I think there was a lot of

an hour a day to look at it as opposed to trying to live my whole life looking

at social media. I know I said it before it's my window to the outside world but

even though YouTube is social media I feel more comfortable here and this is

my new home. I found it program named tubebuddy I actually got the pro membership

it's pretty awesome I found that it helps my older videos get more views so

I'm going to be attempting to use that in this video and future videos to see

how that goes. Eventually I'm going to have to make a decision if I want to

continue with it or get rid of it but I'll let you know and I'm not even do a

quick tutorial on it once I figure everything out. So changes are coming to

my channel I plan on actually starting a schedule

because as I've said before YouTube is my therapy so look for my new videos

every Friday, Sunday, and Wednesday. There may be bonus ones

and I'm actually even considering trying to do a live feed for one video just to

see what it's like because it shows that option. I've seen other people do it I'm

not sure if anyone's gonna watch but it'd be interesting. You can see my
