My name is Jarrod Mavroyannis.

I live in Auckland, New Zealand, and I'm a cochlear implant recipient.

Since having a cochlear implant, my life has changed tremendously.

And I feel far more confident than I did before.

For work I am an IT engineer for schools and small businesses.

And using a Nucleus 7 helps me communicate effectively every day.

The clarity and richness of sound for me

is a really big thing, especially in this line of work that I do.

People don't like to repeat themselves.

So it's very important that I get what they have to say first time.

One thing I love about Nucleus 7 is the direct streaming feature.

And for me, this is really important

as I take a lot of calls for work.

My dream is to be a commercial pilot.

And I wanted to be a commercial pilot since I was two years old.

And I would feel extremely overjoyed

if I was to achieve this dream.

I know it's going to be filled with challenges along the way.

But when I get there, it's gonna show people

that, yes he can do it with any sort of hearing impairment, or disability.

IRON HORSE BURGER CHALLENGE IN MINNESOTA!! - Duration: 6:14.

Hey everybody this is Randy Santel "Atlas" with Atlas & Zeus Promotions and

proud owner of foodchallenges.com! Extra-extra very very excited tonight

going for overall win number 450 had a great win number 449 today in Wisconsin

against that breakfast pizza, well I am at Mainline Bar and Grill I'm taking on

their Iron Horse Burger Challenge now a few people have been able to defeat this

thing but not too many there are two pounds of beef total between three

burger patties there six slices of delicious look and bacon then there are

six slices of cheese broken up there's two slices of three different ones

surrounding this burger. This a one and a half pound moat of fries which they cut

and make here but yeah this burger and this whole meal looks delicious and I

gotta top everything off with a delicious looking apple pie, but we've

got only 30 minutes to finish this thing if I fail it's gonna be about 30 bucks

total but if I win I'll get a spot on their Wall of Fame and I'll get this

entire meal free, so let's get this challenge started!

All right now that breakfast pizza was huge today so I had to make sure I

didn't take on a massive one this looks pretty substantial but I

think I can handle it did a lot of driving today so I've had a lot of time

for the food to settle but they're not really sure what the record is but I

know a lot of people get close to that 30-minute time limit and my friend "Eager

Ethan" he did this in just over 28 minutes so we'll just try to dominate

that but I'm also the restaurant is gonna throw in a hat if I get the win so

that'll be good like that to the collection but let's get it started!

Going to eat the burgers first and then go from there. 1, 2, 3. . . Boom!

Four minutes and 50 seconds in down to the last burger the three cheese's on

here we're a swiss, pepperjack and now I'm done with those but now we got the

American here but we'll do this then we'll work on the fries

seven and a half minutes in done with that burger it was awesome

they really cooked the meat well loved the bacon and the cheese on there but

let's finish these fries in the apple pie that will get the win... oh yeah!

Last few scraps then we got the pie!

Some of the pie frosting is mixed in so that's good!

14 minutes and 25 seconds is what I got! I'm not sure if it's the official record

but beat Eager Eathan by a lot but it was an awesome burger loved like I said love

the beat the cheese the bacon that apple pie was definitely the best I'm glad I

Minnesota near Barnesville which I think we're not too far from Fargo and

Moorhead but yeah awesome challenge I got the $30 meal for free I'm gonna get

a sweet hat to add to my collection and I'll be one of the few people on the

wall of fame most importantly I got overall win number 450 which is win

Layer 2 Leaf-Spine deployment with Dell EMC XC series - Duration: 14:44.

Hello. Welcome to Dell EMC Networking Solutions Engineering.

In this video, we will be taking a look at deploying

Layer 2 Leaf-Spine architecture with Dell EMC XC series.

Hyper-Converged Infrastructure or HCI

is a software defined architecture with integrated

compute, software defined storage, networking and virtualization.

It decouples compute, storage and networking

from underlying infrastructure.

Dell EMC XC Series Hyper-Converged Appliances

integrate Dell EMC PowerEdge Servers, Nutanix software

and a choice of factory installed hypervisor.

With flexible combinations of CPU, memory,

SSD or HDD, and global support by Dell EMC,

they are ideal for enterprise business applications, server virtualizations,

hybrid or private cloud projects and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.

XC Series has a fault tolerant architecture

and self-healing capabilities,

leading to system reliability and data integrity.

The traditional networking three layer tree, consists of access,

aggregation and core layers.

A major issue in datacenters include

increasing east-to-west traffic and scaling effectively

as the business grows.

East-to-west traffic is the traffic within the datacenter.

Clos or Leaf-Spine network,

is becoming widely adopted, as it is designed

to minimize the number of hops between the hosts.

Every leaf switch is connected to every spine switch.

All leaf switches are just one hop away from each other.

This minimizes latency and bottlenecks in the network.

The leaf spine architecture is highly scalable.

As we add more racks to the datacenter,

a pair of leaf switches are added to each rack.

Spine switches are added as bandwidth need increases.

Each rack has a pair of leaf switches.

They are in VLT.

Every leaf switch is connected to every spine switch.

In rack 1, leaf 1 is connected to spine 1 and 2.

Leaf 2 is connected to spine 1 and 2.

Similarly in Rack 2, leaf 3 is connected to spine 1 and 2.

Leaf 4 is connected to spine 1 and 2.

The connections between leaf and spine switches

can be Layer 3 or routed, or they can be layer 2 or switched.

In this video, we will be looking at

layer 2 architecture.

The leaf pair in each rack,

and the spine switches are in VLT.

VLT provides high availability, eliminates spanning tree blocked ports,

provides layer 2 multi pathing and load balances traffic.

In the layer 3 architecture, the traffic between leaf and spine is routed.

That is, L2-L3 boundary is at leaf switches.

The spine switches are never connected to each other.

ECMP is used to load balance traffic across Layer 3 network.

Leaf switches in each rack are in VLT.

Connections within the racks from hosts to leaf switches

are Layer 2.

There are a few considerations

while choosing the type of leaf-spine architecture

that you want to implement in the data center.

Layer 2 or switched architecture,

puts everything in a single broadcast domain.

Since Layer 3 architecture involves routing,

it breaks up broadcast domain.

The spine switches are in VLT,

and hence limited to two switches at the Spine layer.

Layer 3 topology allows the addition of Spine switches

as the bandwidth needs grows,

and hence Layer 3 is much more scalable.

Overlay network utilizing VXLANs such as VMware NSX,

require a Layer 3 underlay network.

Ultimately, choosing a Layer 2 or Layer 3 is a matter of preference

and it requires careful consideration of advantages and disadvantages,

of each architecture type.

The protocols, used in Layer 2 architecture

are Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol (RSTP), Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP),

Uplink Failure Detection (UFD), Virtual Link Trunking (VLT).

RSTP is used as a precaution to prevent loops.

VLT environment by nature are loop free,

but using Spanning tree as a precautionary measure

is considered best practice.

LACP is used to aggregate ports into a LAG.

Port channels are created between leaf and spines.

UFD automatically detects the loss of upstream connectivity

and shuts down downstream ports.

VLT allows physical links between two switches

to appear as a single virtual link to other switches.

For more information, please refer to your switch user guide.

Let's take a look at the topology used in this Layer 2

leaf-spine example.

S4048-ON are used as leaf switches

and S6010-ON are used as spine switches.

The leaf pairs in rack 1 and 2 are in VLT.

Spine 1 and 2 are in VLT as well.

Port channels 101, 102, and 103

connects to node 1, 2 and 3 of the XC cluster.

Port channel 1 from Leaf 1 and 2 VLT pair

connects to spine 1 and 2 VLT pair.

Similarly, port channel 2 from leaf 3 and 4 VLT pair

connects to spine 1 and 2 VLT pair.

Leaf 3 and 4 switches connects to a R630 server

using port channel 101.

VLAN is configured across the switches.

We are using VLAN 10 in this example.

A virtual machine is created on one of the XC cluster node.

All the nodes in this XC appliance run VMware ESXi.

In order to follow the configuration easily,

the topology diagram will be displayed often

while looking at the switch CLI.

The initial switch configurations involves

setting the hostname, enabling LLDP,

enabling RSTP, setting the management IP address

and the default route.

These initial configurations

are implemented across all the switches used in this example.

The next step is to configure VLT.

Ports 49 and 50, are used as VLTi interconnects.

Bring these ports up by issuing a no shut command.

Configure port channel 127 for VLTi

and add the member ports 49 and 50.

The next step is to create VLTi domain.

Add the peer link port channel, port channel 127.

Provide the back-up destination as management IP address of leaf 2,

and provide unit ID as 0.

Ports Te 1/1 to Te 1/3 connects to XC nodes.

Issue the no shut command on these ports.

The ports Te 1/1 to Te 1/3 on leaf 2 are initially kept shut down,

until teaming and failover is configured on vSphere web client.

Add ports Fo 1/51 and Fo 1/53 into port channel 1 using LACP.

Issue the no shut command on these ports.

The next step is to configure the port channels.

Configure port channel 1.

Use switchport command to make it into layer 2

and enable port mode hybrid.

For port channels 101,102, and 103,

in addition issue the spanning tree rstp edge port command,

since they are connecting to the XC appliance.

It is very important to issue the VLT peer lag port channel command

to ensure that the port channels operate as expected.

The next step is to configure VLAN.

The final step is to configure UFD.

If uplinks to the Spine fails, then ports to servers will be shut down.

Let's take a look at Leaf 3 in rack 2.

After performing the initial basic configurations,

no shut port te 1/48.

Te 1/48 connects to a R630 server.

Issue the no shut command on the VLTi interconnect ports.

Configure interfaces Fo 1/51 and Fo 1/53

as a port channel and add it into port channel 2 using LACP.

Issue the no shut command on these ports.

The next step is to configure port channel 2 and port channel 101.

Port channel 127 is used for VLTi port channel.

Configure VLAN 10 and tag port channel 2

and untag port channel 101.

VLAN 10 is configured and used in all switches.

The final step is to configure UFD.

If uplinks to the spine fails,

then the ports to the server R630 will be shutdown.

Let's look at spine 1 configuration.

After finishing the initial configurations, such as hostname,

LLDP, enabling RSTP, configure the interfaces

that are used for port channel 1.

Do note that spine 1 will be forced to act as a root bridge

in RSTP, by setting the bridge priority to 0.

Configure the interfaces that are used for port channel 1.

Interfaces fo 1/25 and fo 1/26

are added into port channel 1,

while interfaces Fo 1/27 and 1/28 are added into port channel 2.

The interfaces are added into port channel using LACP.

Issue the no shut command on these ports.

Ports 31 and 32 are used as VLTi interconnects.

Port channel 127 is used for VLTi port channel.

The next step is to create VLT domain.

The next step is to configure port channel 1 and 2.

Use switchport, portmode hybrid.

Most importantly, issue the VLT peer lag port channel command.

The final step is to configure vlan 10 on this switch.

Similarly on Spine 2, configure interfaces

25 and 26 into port channel 1

and the interfaces 27 and 28 into port channel 2.

Issue the no shut command on the VLT interconnect ports

Fo 1/31 and Fo 1/32.

Configure port channels 1 and 2.

Port channel 127 is used as VLTi port channel.

Finally, configure VLAN 10.

Validating the leaf spine setup

involves commands that verify the configurations.

For VLT, use show VLT brief.

ICL link status, heart beat status

and VLT peer status, should all be Up.

Use show VLT mismatch to identify any VLT issues.

Use show spanning tree rstp brief

to view the rstp details.

To verify port channel created using LACP,

use show LACP summary.

To dig deeper into port channel,

issue show LACP followed by the port channel number.

Let's look at Leaf 3 to display the VLAN information.

Show VLAN displays the VLANs configured on the switch.

Note that VLAN 10 and its associated ports are displayed.

On spine 1, verify the VLT configuration.

Use show spanning tree rstp brief, to view the rstp details.

Note that spanning tree rstp displays spine 1 as the root.

This is because spine 1 was to forced to act as the root

by setting the bridge priority as 0.

To verify port channels created using LACP,

use show LACP summary.

To dig deeper into port channel, issue show LACP,

followed by the port channel number.

Ensure that similar commands are run across

all switches in this example to verify the configuration.

For more information, please refer to your switch user guide.

The final validation is to set perform a ping test

between the virtual machines in XC nodes and the R630 server.

The nodes in the XC cluster run VMware ESXi.

Windows server 2016 is the name of the virtual machine that was created.

In this example, IP address 172.16.1.6 is set on the R630 server.

IP address 172.16.1.7 is set on the virtual machine

on the XC node.

Ping 172.16.1.6 from the virtual machine

and 172.16.1.7 from R630 server.

In this video, we looked at deploying layer 2 leaf-spine architecture

along with the XC appliance.

How To Make Easy YouTube Thumbnails -- 2017 Tutorial - Duration: 5:43.

hi this is Monique so today I'm going to show you how to make a quick and easy

thumbnail using canva.com don't forget to subscribe to my youtube channel so

when you open up canva there's a bunch of templates for kind of like thumbnails

or for banners for YouTube and you can put your own dimensions in there as well

so I'm just gonna open up one that I use for thumbnails for YouTube and as you

can see I've got a couple of thumbnails in canva these are the pages this is the

last one that I made so we're gonna actually do a new one so on the left

side of the screen you can search for items you can go through some templates

you can look at some shapes and photos and grids just extra illustrations you

can change the text and you can change the backgrounds or upload your own

pictures so I want to change this background to white because I think

that's really clear and I'm going to search for the YouTube logo so I'm just

gonna type in YouTube as you can see there's a bunch of free ones so I'm

gonna click on it and I'm just gonna resize it there's a bunch that are free

you don't want to buy any so just get the free ones so the next thing I want

to search for is a photo clicked on photos and I'm going to type in camera

so these are some free pictures of cameras so you click on a picture that

you want and I'm just gonna resize it move it around a little bigger and I

move my YouTube logo down a little bit because I want to put some text in here

as well

so I'm going to go to text and I'm gonna hit add heading so I'm gonna actually change

the size and I'm gonna change the type of font so I'm gonna type photography

move it up I'm gonna see if I can change the color and the size so let's make it

bigger I want to fill up all the space you can make as big as you like just

click on it again if you want to change like the color the size click on the

actual word photography so let's change the color a lot of my text on my

templates is either black red or blue because those are the colors on my page

but I like black so I'm changing it back and you can also change the font you can

turn it to something fun I usually like to use fonts that are big and chunky so

they're easy for people to read

so I'm just going to go through a couple of fonts I'm gonna change the spacing

between the letters you just go up to spacing and then I'm gonna make it all

caps as well so you go to the little logo that looks like two capital 'AA'

and I might make this a little bit larger so that it takes up all the

white space on the picture so that's all I'm doing right now I'm making it bigger

and I'm trying to stretch it across the page I'm just gonna move around a couple

of the items in the picture I want to fill up that little space in the middle

there so I'm gonna try to get an icon or search for something like a shape or an

arrow I want to find an item that looks like photography so something to do with

photography other than a camera so there's a movie slate so I'm gonna click

on that and I'm going to just drop it into our picture there's also a movie

camera there too but I'm gonna get rid of the YouTube logo and I'm gonna put

the slate in so let's make the slate smaller move it over maybe a little

smaller get rid of the YouTube logo and resize the slate, the slate obviously means

something to do with movies or photography

so let's look for some arrows so I'm gonna try to find a free arrow that one looks

really cool I'm gonna resize it try to fit it in

that empty space you can put whatever you want in there I just like putting

arrows under text you can make it bigger or you can make it smaller anyhow when

you're finished all you have to do is go up to the top of the page and rename

your thumbnail and so this one's about photography so I would probably rename

it photography just right there and you save the name now you go to download to

save it onto your desktop and I usually save it as a JPEG so this video has been

so hello people are you going today and here I have banknotes from the Bank of

England and this is a five-pound banknote and as you can tell it is used

in the United Kingdom but these banknotes are really only legal tender

in England and Wales and in Scotland in Northern Ireland

they do have their own different banknotes which are backed by these

banknotes Bank of England anyway enough of that yeah this banknote was issued

between 1971 xi 1171 229 for the 1191 yeah they are no longer legal tender

means you cannot spend them in the shops but you can take it to a bank of england

and exchange it for a 5-pound bank night free of charge and people inside outside

can post banknotes to the Bank of England and they'll send it back to you

but anything under 1000 pounds you don't need ID over 1000 year new ID so let's

get int so you have the serial number it's quite a long one so you can have

like a hundred mean banknotes for this a and two billion six hundred million

banknotes all up just just in the a range and it just goes up X up from

there okay these in this circle here he's a the Roman god victory she has a

riff on ahead I presume crowning a console or the

victor and has two horses now if those are for us as a be called a quadriga

but these are only two horses maybe that's don't know why it has just two

horses because I haven't found much reference in our Roman

history on eating it about a quadriga contained just taursus but why not

Literally, Chris Martin is my main inspiration for anything when it comes to music, as well as Adam Young.

Like spiritually, I gotta say that Adam Young (AKA: Owl City) is like, my main inspiration for like...

...you know, spreading the word about God in terms of like, what I'm supposed to do and stuff,

and then also 'cause, a lot like-I even call my [own] music like... a mix between Coldplay and Owl City.

I don't know if you guys have seen like, one of my old videos on my other collaboration channel [Incredibly Loud and Incredibly Short],

but, I literally made a video where I talked about how... Coldplay-now, my songs have the ambience of Coldplay,

but they have like an Owl City beat/melody to it, so it's like a mix of the two.

And... just... I'm heavily inspired by both of them, but mainly Chris... um... is who I'm inspired by in Coldplay.

Will, Jonny, and Guy tend to stay private on purpose and that's a good thing, because they don't want the attention obviously.

I think it's 'cause his feet look like fireworks or something, but he's also absolutely crackers...

like he, he's very special. He thinks he's a cat, and... so, when I come home from like, being away for a few hours, he'll like rub against me like a cat,

and if you rub his ear enough, he actually will purr like a cat!

It is the strangest thing...

I've ever seen. It's because when he was rescued, he was found in like... he was the runt of his litter, and he got thrown in with a bunch of kittens

from an actual cat litter, so he grew up thinking he was a cat.

So, truly one-of-a-kind dog. I need to find a picture of my doggo...

Yeah, and thank you! I-actually, we name all-most of our like, dogs after food. It's really weird.

I had a pug named Hoagie.

I named her "Hoagie" when I was like, three.

But she passed away a couple years ago, sadly, 'cause um... she had diabetes.
