Youtube daily report Oct 10 2018

In my seminars the last few years I have

covered what I have found to be those

few simple basic principles that can

make major changes in life and lifestyle

one of those subjects that gets the most

comment is diseases of attitude and out

of that subject worry and how to kick

the worry habit have caused the most

questions so in this brief visit with

you let me give you my best look at

worried how to recognize it and define

it and what to do about it

and hopefully these ideas will give you

a good chance for confidence over worry

first of all worry might well be killer

number one and if it is not the number

one physical killer although doctors

tell us worriors die sooner than non

worriors and we have all heard the

expression worry yourself to death at

least it is the number one killer of

dreams and achievement of energy and

vitality and lifestyle I know the damage

and effect of this killer worry

first and I will spare you the details

but over a period of some three years I

let worry get out of hand as I've

mentioned before I became a super

worrier I was good at it

the combination of small and big worries

about my circumstances what people

thought of me my finances my abilities

the future my progress all led to a

complete physical collapse a stay in the

hospital emotional mental and physical

exhaustion and a deep despair I couldn't

shake a sad picture for a young man who

should have been well on his way to

carving out his share of opportunity I

am happy to tell you that good fortune

came my way and as many of you may be

aware I met a man Mr. Earl Shoaff with his

ideas and inspiration and the help of a

very close friend

I worked my way past the minefields of

worry and disaster and out into the

clear air of mental sunshine and if I

did it anybody can do it I'm not saying

it's easy it took me almost a full year

to kick the worry habit it's a practice

and much effort but it was well worth it

remember don't ask for the tasks to be

easy just ask for it to be worth it

don't wish it was easier wish you were

better don't ask for less challenge ask

for more skills don't ask for less

problems ask for more wisdom it's the

challenge that makes the experience and

life and its color and meaning and

adventure for you is this collection of

experiences to wish them away is to wish

your life away so let's get to worry and

what it is and what it does how to

define it and what to do about it and

let's do it with eager high hope that it

won't be long until you will be free of

the worry habit and on your way to the

life and lifestyle that you want

first of all let's define worry there

are many ways we could describe it worry

is fear painting pictures in your mind

and if you watch that mental movie too

long you get a false picture of how

things really are

worry is a mental broadcasting station

and more often than not it is false or

at least distorted propaganda worry has

that sneaky way of stopping short of

giving you all the facts worry is often

the trickery of mentally filtered facts

on the negative side and the bold

declaration that these are all the facts

worry has the mental audacity to suggest

that the elevator only runs one way down

many times worry is a five alarm bell

for a wastebasket fire and worry is a

depletion of constructive emotion it's

wasted mental energy

it's like letting the starter run the

battery down when the car won't start

and worry is most often a lack of all

the facts a lack of full understanding a

lack of total information and an

unpreparedness of ability knowledge

talent courage faith and all the other

virtues that should give us a better

definition of worry and remember left

unchecked it can become like a mad dog

loose in the house and the sorrow and

pain and regret is too large a price to

pay not to do something about it and to

do it now you see if you contemplated

the total sum of human suffering long

enough it would drive you mad you must

understand how life is human suffering

man's inhumanity to man war disease

poverty but it must be in what I call

its rightful ratio of your mental and emotional time

so much for what worry is

the next question is what can I do about

it what is the first step

my best advice on this is to first

recognize worry for what it is

admit what it does and then decide you

now want to be free it first starts with

decision on your part and may I add well

you should decide why let worry continue

to take money out of your pocket and

bank account why let worry any longer

keep you from becoming all you can be

why let it rob you of better friendships

better business better profits better

results better communication better

family relations

why impose your worry on others any

longer it's a burden you can get rid of

and a monkey you can get off your back

why not be rid of those thinking nagging

feelings that all is not going to be

well that you can't do it that it won't

work out for the best worry is undue

concern that takes up too much of your

mental and

emotional time now we must all be

concerned hey life is no joke except to

the Joker's, life and how to live it is a

serious matter

it is risky full of peril and there are

constant threats to the good we want and

to the pursuit of happiness however it

is undue concern or a concern that takes

up too much mental time that begins the harm

it's like a family planning a

wonderful trip while they certainly

should be concerned about the condition

of the car the tires and making sure

they pick the proper route it would be

foolish to allow themselves to be

completely turned negative with the

thought that they might crash and kill

the entire family if that were the case

even if they went the entire trip would

be turned into one nightmare of fear

with the specter of chaos looming around

every curve rather than enjoying the

wonderful trip they had planned for

themselves and their family a lot of

people do that with their entire life so

start to make these declarations and if

you mean it they will start you on your

way to confidence and adventure free of

the worry habit say first I've had it

with worry I am tired of being beaten

down and hassled with all those negative

mental pictures I refuse to be tricked

by false facts I'm really not that weak

never again do I want those sick

feelings inside those mental false

alarms I am tired of the drain on my resources

I'm tired of the embarrassment of the

lack of confidence I don't want people

especially my family to see me in this

state anymore I've got more to offer I

refuse to let my life be short-circuited

any longer by letting my mind run wild

with a distorted view of the facts

whether I bring it up or if I comes from

someone else

prove it to yourself think back over all

the things that you worried about all

the fantastic catastrophic events that

your well-meaning advisers had told you

were going to happen be pleased that

none of them ever happened to you or

else you would not be alive today 90% of

the things you worried about never

happen anyway all of us have had these

well-meaning advisers who want to appear

larger in the eyes of those they wish to

advise and who immediately rare back and

described every single bad option they

can think of that might possibly happen

by the time they have finished the one

who has come for some confidence and

some help wonders why he even bothers to

live anymore and the fact is those

things are never really going to happen anyway

bring to question now what your

mind tells you are what others tell you

and pledge not to go for false alarms

I've had it is a good beginning

Toxic Shock Syndrome: Way Beyond Tampons - Duration: 5:18.

[ ♪ Intro ]

If you've ever read the fine print on a box of tampons,

you've seen the dire warning that they can cause Toxic Shock Syndrome, which is quote

"a rare disease that can be fatal."

And that's true.

But toxic shock syndrome, or TSS for short, isn't limited to tampons.

In fact, in the U.S., a lot of cases have nothing to with menstruation,

and almost half of all cases are in males.

Which is why everyone should know what it is and what the warning signs are,

even though your odds of getting it are really, really low.

The onset of TSS is usually sudden, things like high fever, rash, and low blood pressure

all appear seemingly out of the blue.

The disease quickly progresses until your skin is literally peeling off and multiple organs fail.

And bacteria are to blame.

Almost all cases can be attributed to infections with either Staphylococcus aureus (the infamous "staph")

or Streptococcus pyogenes (better known as "strep").

And that's because both of them can produce toxins that act as superantigens.

Your immune system is constantly on the lookout for foreign substances or other threats,

which are collectively referred to as antigens.

These antigens activate the immune system, including B cells, which produce antibodies,

and T cells, which directly attack invaders and signal to other cells to ramp up defenses.

As the name implies, superantigens trigger your immune system in a big way.

Instead of activating 0.01-0.1% of T cells like normal antigens, they set off 5-30% of them.

For those doing the math, that's 50 to 3,000 times the normal immune response.

The immune system gets so out of control that it actually starts damaging your own tissues.

If left unchecked, it can end up literally killing you.

Frighteningly, the main two types of bacteria involved in all this aren't rare.

A lot of people have them harmlessly growing on their skin

or other parts exposed to the outside world, like their mouths.

For example, a study of over 100 healthy preschool children found that a little over 15% were carrying strep

and more than 50% were carrying staph.

And even when strep and staph do cause problems,

the illnesses are usually pretty minor and treatable with antibiotics.

Don't get me wrong, having strep throat sucks,

but the vast majority of the time, it's not life-threatening.

What's not well understood is why they go from causing mild illnesses to potentially killing you with TSS.

Not all strains have these superantigens, and even those that do don't produce them all the time.

Microbiologists have found that the environment the bacteria are living in can turn the genes for them on or off.

And that's where tampons come in.

About half of staph-related cases are associated with menstruation or tampon use.

Tampons are kind of like petri dishes, providing a warm, moist environment for bacteria to grow.

Which is why it's important to change a tampon every 4 to 8 hours.

The longer a tampon is left in, the more time bacteria have to multiply.

And other factors may be at play, too.

Using a tampon that's really absorbent can dry out the vagina

and cause tiny scratches that allow toxins to enter the bloodstream more easily.

Another hypothesis is that the tampon introduces oxygen into the vagina,

which triggers a shift in bacterial gene expression,

making it more likely to produce superantigens.

And all of this is why, in the early '80s when super-absorbent tampons were really popular

and people were just leaving them in for days, there were a lot more tampon-related cases.

But anything you put inside your body and leave there for a while could do the same thing,

hence doctors flipping out over those jade eggs.

Now the other half of staph-related cases come from all sorts of staph infections,

including ones that occur after surgery, childbirth, burns, skin lesions, or even the flu.

And strep-associated TSS is pretty much a complete mystery.

Many cases seem to stem from infected skin lesions.

But in others, the patient doesn't have an infected cut or scrape,

or any other obvious way for the bacteria to have entered their body.

And doctors often can't figure out why the strep started to grow out of control or produce TSS-inducing toxins.

So if you've ever gotten an infected cut or had strep throat, there was a chance,

albeit a small one, of you developing TSS.

Treatment usually involves supportive care like fluids and medications to keep blood flowing around the body,

as well as antibiotics to knock out those bacteria.

In severe cases, doctors may also give the patient intravenous immunoglobulin or IVIG.

This is basically the pooled antibodies from the blood of 1000 or more human donors.

For unknown reasons, some people produce really effective antibodies that neutralize superantigens

before things get out of control.

And most people develop antibodies against some of the common superantigens by adulthood.

So it's thought that IVIG can help dial back the immune system,

although, not every trial has found it significantly improves survival.

All in all, staphylococcus-related TSS has a fatality rate below 5%,

but streptococcus-related TSS has a fatality rate of 30-70%.

If all this has you super freaked out just stop for a second. Take a deep breath.

Yes, TSS is scary, but the chances that you'll get it are pretty low.

In the US in 2016, there were just 323 identified cases of TSS,

about 90% of which were associated with strep bacteria.

And they were split almost 50/50 between males and females.

That's about one case of TSS in every million people.

And there are steps you can take to lower your risk.

These include using tampons correctly, properly caring for wounds, washing your hands,

and alerting your doctor early if you think you might have an infection.

ANOVA: Crash Course Statistics #33 - Duration: 13:17.

Hi, I'm Adriene Hill, and welcome back to Crash Course Statistics.

In many of our episodes we've looked at t-tests, which among other things, are good

for testing the difference between two groups.

Like people with or without cats.

Families below the poverty line...and families above it.

Petri dishes of cells that are treated with a chemical and those that aren't.

But the world isn't always so binary.

We often want to compare measurements of MORE than two groups.

Things like ethnicity, medical diagnosis, country of origin, or job title.

So today, we're going to apply the General Linear Model Framework we learned in the last episode

to test the difference between multiple groups using a new model called the ANOVA.

INTRO

The GLM Framework takes all the information that our data contain, and partitions it into

two piles: information that can be explained by a model that represents the way we think

things work, and error, which is the amount of information that our model fails to explain.

So let's apply that to a new model: the ANOVA.

ANOVA is an acronym for ANalysis Of VAriance.

It's actually very similar to Regression, except we're using a categorical variable

to predict a continuous one.

Like using a soccer player's position to predict the number of yards he runs in a game.

Or using highest completed degree to predict a person's salary, note that this alone

isn't evidence that getting a degree causes a higher salary, just that knowing someone's

degree might help estimate how much they get paid.

Like Regression, the ANOVA builds a model of how the world works.

For example, my model for how many bunnies I'll see on my walk into work might be that

if it's raining I'll see 1 bunny, and if it's sunny, I'll see 5.

I walk through a bunny preserve...

1 and 5 are my predictions for how many bunnies I'll see, based on whether or not it's raining.

Yesterday it rained.

And I saw two bunnies!

My model predicted 1, and my error is 1.

And we can represent this model as a sort of Regression where there are ONLY two possible

values that the Variable Weather can have.

0--if it rains--or 1--if it doesn't.

In this case, expected number of bunnies on a rainy day is 1 and beta is the difference

between the two means, 5-1 = 4.

Which means our ANOVA model looks like this:

In a Regression we did a statistical test of the slope and that's what this simple

ANOVA is doing too.

Since we assigned rainy days to be coded as 0, and sunny days as 1, the change in the

X-direction is just one (1-0).

So the slope of this line is the difference between mean bunny count on sunny days, five,

minus mean bunny count on rainy days, one.

This difference of 4 is the change in the Y direction.

We test this difference in the same way that we tested the regression slope.

And this slope tells us the difference between the means of the two groups.

Usually we'll like to think of this slope as the difference between two group means.

But, knowing that our model treats it like a slope helps us understand how ANOVAs relate

to regression.

In a regression the slope tells you how much an increase in one unit of X affects Y.

Like for example, how much an increase of 1 year increases shoe size in kids.

An ANOVA actually does the same thing.

It looks at how much an increase from 0 (rainy days) to 1 (non-rainy days) affects the number

of bunnies you'd see.

Now...to another example.

Let's look at the ratings of various chocolate bars based on the type of cocoa bean used.

We'll use a dataset you can find at Kaggle.com courtesy of Brady Brelinski.

Our three groups are chocolate bars made with Criollo beans, Forastero beans, or Trinitario beans.

Chocolate making is complex, so we took a small sample of bars that only contained 1

of these three beans.

And the chocolate taster used a scale--with 5 as the highest score --transcending beyond

the ordinary limits.

1 was "mostly unpalatable"...

But is there really "mostly unpalatable" chocolate out there?

We want to know if the type of bean affects our taster's ratings.

To find out, we need the ANOVA model!

Like Regression, we can calculate a Sums of Squares Total by adding up the squared differences

between each chocolate rating, and the overall mean chocolate rating.

This gives us our Sums of Squares Total, or SST.

If that sounds like how we calculated variance, that's because it is!

SST is just N times Variance.

This Sum represents the total amount of variation, or information, in the data.

Now, we need to partition this variation.

When we previously used a simple linear regression model, we partitioned this variation into

two parts: Sums of Squares for Regression, and Sums of Squares for Error.

And the ANOVA does the same thing.

The first step is to figure out how much of the variation is explained by our model.

In an ANOVA--what we're using here--our best guess of a chocolate bar's rating is

its group mean.

For bars made with Criollo beans 3.1, Forastero beans 3.25, and Trinitario beans 3.27.

So we sum up the squared distances between each point and its group mean.

This is called our Model Sums of Squares (or SSM) because it's the variation our model explains.

So now that we have the amount of variation explained by the model.

In other words, how much variation is accounted for if we just assumed each rating value were

it's group mean rating.

We're also going to need the amount of variation that it DOESN'T explain.

In other words, how much ratings vary within each group of Cacao beans.

So, we can sum up the squared differences between each data point and its group mean

to get our Sums of Squares for Error: the amount of information that our model doesn't explain.

Now that we have that information, we can calculate our F-statistic, just like we did

for regression.

The F-statistic compares how much variation our model accounts for vs. how much it can't

account for.

The larger that F is, the more information our model is able to give us about our chocolate

bar ratings.

Again, SSM is the variation our model explains and SSE is the variation it doesn't explain.

We want to compare the two.

But we also need to account for the amount of independent information that each one uses.

So, we divide each Sums of Squares by its degrees of freedom.

Our ANOVA model has 2 degrees of freedom.

In general, the formula for degrees of freedom for categorical variables (like cocoa bean

types) in an ANOVA is k-1, where k is the number of groups. In our case we have 3 groups.

Our Sums of Squares for Error has 787 degrees of freedom because we originally had 790 data

points, but we calculated 3 means.

The general formula for degrees of freedom for your errors is n minus k where n is the

sample size and k is the number of groups.

For our test, we got an F-statistic of 7.7619.

This F-statistic--sometimes called an F-ratio--has a distribution that looks like this:

And we're going to use this distribution to find our p-value.

We want to know whether the effect of bean type on chocolate bar ratings is significant.

In this case we have a p-value of 0.000459.

Small enough to reject the null.

So we've found evidence that beans influenced the chocolate bar ratings.

A statistically significant result means that there is SOME statistically significant difference

SOMEWHERE in the groups, but it doesn't tell you where that difference is.

Maybe Trinitario is significantly different from Criollo but not Forastero beans..

An F-test is an example of an Omnibus test, which means it's a test that contains many

items or groups.

When we get a significant F-statistic, it means that there's SOME statistically significant

difference somewhere between the groups, but we still have to look for it.

It's kinda like walking into your kitchen and smelling something realllllllly stinky.

You know there's SOMETHING gross, but you have to do more work to find out exactly what

is rotting...

We already have tools to do this, in statistics at least, because you can follow up a significant

F-test in an ANOVA with multiple t-tests, one for every unique pair of categories your

variable had.

We had 3, which means we only need to do 3 t-tests in order to find the statistically

significant difference or differences.

To conduct these T-tests, we take just the data in the two categories for that t-test,

and calculate the t-statistic and p-value.

For our first t-test we just look at the bars with Trinitario and Criollo beans.

First, we follow our Test statistic general formula:

We take the difference between the mean rating of chocolates made with Trinitario and Criollo beans.

And divide by the standard error.

And once we do this for all three comparisons, we can see where our statistically significant

differences are.

It looks--from our graph--like ratings of chocolate bars made with Criollo beans are

different...in a statistically significant way... than those made with Trinitario or

Forastero beans.

And our graph and group means show that Criollo bars have a slightly lower mean rating.

But bars made with Trinitario beans are NOT statistically significantly different than

those made with Forastero beans.

So our ANOVA F-test told us that there WERE some differences, and our follow up t-tests

told us WHERE they were.

And this is interesting.

Criollo beans are generally considered a delicacy and of a much higher quality than Forastero.

And Trinitario are hybrid of the two.

But we found...in this data set... that Criollo bars had statistically significantly lower ratings.

This might be because we excluded bars with combinations of our three bean types...or

because the rater has a different preference...or even be caused by some other unknown factor

that our model does not include.

Like who made the chocolate.

Or the country of origin of the beans.

We can also use ANOVAs for more than 3 groups.

For example, the ANOVA was first created by the statistician R.A. Fisher when he was on

a potato farm looking at studies of fertilizer.

In one of the first experiments he described, he looked at 12 different species of potato

and the effect of various fertilizers.

Let's look at a simple version of Fisher's potato study.

Here we have 12 different varieties of potato.

We'll represent each of them with a letter A through L.

There are 21 of each of the potato plants, for a total of 252 potato plants.

We give our future french fries about a season to grow, then we dig them up and weigh each one.

This graph shows the potato weights that we recorded, as well as the total mean potato

weight and each group mean potato weight.

Using these numbers, we can calculate our Total Sums of Squares, Model Sums of Squares,

and Sums of Squares error.

We're going to let a computer do that for us this time.

And our computer spit out this: the degrees of freedom, sums of squares, mean squares,

F-statistic, and p-value.

This is called an ANOVA table and it organizes all the information our ANOVA models give us.

Here we can see that our Model had an F-statistic--or F-value--of around 3, and a p-value of 0.000829.

So we reject the null hypothesis.

We found evidence that the potato varieties don't all have the same mean weight.

But since this was an Omnibus test, our statistically significant F-test just means that there is

some statistically significant difference somewhere in those 12 potato varieties.

We don't know where it is.

In that way, ANOVAs can be thought of as a first step.

We do an overall test that tells us whether there's a needle in our haystack.

If we find out there is a needle, then we go looking for it.

However, if our test tells us there's no needle, we're done.

No need to look for something that probably doesn't exist.

But you can see that this significant F-statistic for potato varieties will require MANY follow

up tests.

12 choose 2.

Or 66.

We showed a lot of calculations today, but there's two big ANOVA ideas to take away

from this.

First, a lot of these different statistical models are more similar than they are actually different.

ANOVAs and Regressions both use the General Linear Model form to create a story about

how the world might work.

The ANOVA says that the best guess for a data point--like the rating of a new chocolate

bar--is the mean rating of whatever Group it belongs to.

Whether that's Criollo, Trinitario , or Forastero.

If we don't know anything else, we'd guess that the rating of a Criollo chocolate bar

is the mean rating for all Criollo bars.

Also, an ANOVA is a great example of filtering.

If there's no evidence that bean type has an overall effect on chocolate-bar ratings,

we don't want to go chasing more specific effects.

Our time is precious...and we want to use it as best as we can.

So we have more time out in the world...to look for bunnies.

Thanks for watching, I'll see you next time.

Why Hurricanes Hardly Ever Hit Europe - Duration: 3:24.

- [Narrator] Europe hasn't had a hurricane

reach its shore in over 50 years.

Now don't get the wrong idea.

Hurricane season still brings a hefty dose of wind and rain.

But Europe has something that North America doesn't,

when it comes to protection against hurricanes.

Location.

(light music)

Hurricanes usually form off the coast of West Africa,

where warm water near the Equator and high humidity

create columns of rapidly rising rotating air.

It's the perfect recipe for a storm.

Now the more warm, moist air that the system picks up,

the stronger it becomes.

That's why a tropical storms can quickly grow

into a full on hurricane as it marches across the Atlantic.

(soft music)

Now normally hurricanes are propelled

on a westward track by the trade winds,

caused by the Earth's rotation.

That's why Europe as well as the West Coast of the US,

rarely experience full on hurricanes.

But that's not the whole story.

After all, since the year 2000,

remnants of around 30 hurricanes have reached Europe.

For comparison, Florida has seen 79 real hurricanes

over the same time frame.

By the time these remnants make landfall,

they've went from a hurricane force,

to a tropical storm or weaker.

And that's where Europe's location comes into play.

In order for a hurricane to head towards Europe,

something crucial has to happen.

It has to travel really far North by about 200 miles.

Once a storm system reaches 30 degrees north,

it encounters the subtropical jet stream.

Which moves in the opposite direction of the trade winds.

And therefore, blows the storm East

But because the storm is now farther North,

the waters underneath are colder

by up to about five to 10 degrees Celsius.

Which means less energy available to feed the storm.

And as a result, it starts to die down by the time

it's headed for Europe.

Even though it's no longer a hurricane,

it still packs a punch when it hits shore.

In fact, most of these hurricane remnants

will combine with other nearby cyclones and weather fronts,

that create high winds and rain

that mainly hit Ireland and Great Britain.

But have been known to reach as far as Greece

or even farther in Northern Russia.

Typical damages include power outages,

flooding, and occasionally casualties.

Most recently the remnants of Hurricane Ophelia

made landfall in Ireland and Scotland in 2017.

About 50,000 households in Northern Ireland lost power.

Three deaths were reported and downed trees closed many

of the public roads and highways.

This was the worst storm that Ireland had seen in 50 years.

And it may be a sign of what's to come.

As global surface temperatures rise,

it will also increase the sea surface temperatures

in the Northern Atlantic.

Which researchers estimate could contribute to an increase

in the number of hurricane force storms that reach Europe.

Some experts predict that by the end of the 21st century,

Europe could experience, on average,

13 powerful storms each year during hurricane season.

Compared to the two per year it sees now.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR BODY WHEN YOU START EATING CUCUMBER - Duration: 8:53.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR BODY WHEN YOU START EATING CUCUMBER

Cucumber is a fruit from the Cucurbitaceae family.

Scientifically known as Cucumis sativus, it belongs to the same family as zucchini, watermelon,

pumpkin, and other types of summer squash.

The plant where cucumber grows is a creeping vine that develops these cylindrical, edible

fruits throughout the year.

You will find different varieties of cucumber grown in different regions, and they are usually

eaten fresh or pickled.

Cucumbers, typically eaten fresh, are called slicing cucumbers.Gherkin cucumbers are specially

produced to make pickles.

These are much smaller in size than the slicing ones.

Slicing cucumbers are available throughout the year, but they are at their best between

May and July.

Cucumber acts as a cooling, anti-inflammatory food that reduces gout attacks.

Discover all of nutritional and health benefits of cucumber.

The cucumber is a type of melon and comes from the same family as watermelon, zucchini

and squashes.

It is cylindrical in shape and 6 to 9 inches long.

The skin is very similar to watermelon, and ranges from green to white.

Inside, the flesh is pale green and very juicy.

Originally a tropical plant cucumber is widely available in most part of the world.

In some cultures, cucumber is more often used to make pickles, of which most of its nutrients

would have been lost.

Cucumber has an impressive amount of water (about 96%) that is naturally distilled, which

makes it superior to ordinary water.

Its skin contains a high percentage of vitamin A, so should not be peeled off.

The cucumber contains alkaline-forming minerals.

This means that cucumber helps create a more alkaline environment in the body – inhibiting

bacteria and disease.

Cucumber is an excellent source of vitamin A and C (both anti-oxidants), folate, manganese,

molybdenum, potassium, silica, sulfur, and lesser amounts of vitamin B complex, sodium,

calcium, and phosphorus.

You have seen beauty practitioners use slices of cucumber on their eyes.

It is found that the caffeic acid in this vegetable helps to prevent water retention

and when applied topically, helps reduce puffy and swollen eyes.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF CUCUMBER Most people are unaware of the immense health

benefits of cucumber and would avoid eating cucumber where possible.

Fresh cucumber may taste "bland" to some but its thirst-quenching and cooling properties

are refreshing.

It acts as an anti-oxidant when taken together with fried and barbequed foods.

I like to mix cucumber juice with carrot or orange juices.

Here's a list of health benefits of cool cucumber:

Acidity: The alkalinity of the minerals in cucumber juice effectively helps in regulating

the body's blood pH, neutralizing acidity.

The juice is also soothing for the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers.

Blood pressure: Like celery, this colorless drink can help regulate blood pressure because

of its minerals and traces of sodium.

Connective tissues, building: The excellent source of silica contributes to the proper

construction of connective tissues in our body as in the bones, muscles, cartilage,

ligaments and tendons.

Cooling: During dry and hot weather, drink a glass of cucumber + celery juice.

It wonderfully helps to normalize body temperature.

Diuretic: Cucumber juice is diuretic, encouraging waste removal through urination.

This also helps in the dissolution of kidney stones.

Fever: The temperature regulating properties in cucumber juice makes it a suitable drink

when you have a fever.

Inflammation: The Chinese think that cucumbers are too "cooling" and not suitable for

people with rheumatism.

But we know now that cucumber can help counter uric acids that are causing inflammation in

joints.

When cucumber is taken it does its cleaning work at the joints, thus stirring up pain

as it eliminates the uric acid.

This means it also help other inflamed conditions like arthritis, asthma, and gout.

Hair growth: The silicon and sulfur content in cucumber juice makes it especially helpful

in promoting hair growth.

Drink it mixed with carrot, lettuce or spinach juice.

Puffy eyes: Some people wake up in the morning with puffy eyes, probably due to too much

water retention in the body (or having cried to sleep).

To reduce the puffiness, lie down and put two slices of cucumber on the eyes for a good

ten minutes.

Skin conditions: The high amount of vitamin C and anti-oxidants in cucumber makes it an

important ingredient in many beauty creams for treating eczema, psoriasis, acne, etc.

Sunburn: When there is a sunburn, make cucumber juice and rub it on the affected area for

a cooling and healing effect.

Water retention: It supplies the necessary electrolytes and restores hydration of the

body cells, thus reducing water retention.

CONSUMPTION TIPS Choose cucumbers that are dark green in color

and firm to the touch.

Avoid those that are yellowish or are wrinkled at either ends.

Thinner cucumbers have fewer seeds than those that are thicker.

Store cucumbers in the fridge to retain its freshness.

Cut cucumbers should be kept wrapped up or in an air-tight container and kept in the

fridge.

Consume within a day or two.

Cucumbers originated in India almost 10,000 years ago, but are now cultivated in many

countries.

Different varieties of cucumbers are traded in the international market and you will find

them in abundance all year long.

In the ancient civilizations of Egypt, Greece, and Rome, the cucumber was very popular, and

its uses were not limited to just being food.

It was also praised for its beneficial effects on the skin.

Louis XIV cherished cucumbers greatly and the process of cultivating them in greenhouses

was invented during his time to make sure he was able to have a steady supply of the

enjoyable fruit during any season.

The American colonists also took this variety of crunchy and healthy squash to the United

States.

It is still unknown when cucumbers began to be used for pickling, but researchers have

speculated that the gherkin variety of cucumber was developed from a native African plant.

Spain was one of the countries, during ancient times, that started pickling cucumbers since

Roman emperors imported them from this Mediterranean country.

Features and Varieties of Cucumbers You are probably familiar with the phrase

"cool as a cucumber", which speaks directly to the soothing and cooling nature that cucumbers

have when eaten.

These fruits are grown mainly to be eaten fresh, and in India, you will often find sliced

cucumbers being sold on sunny afternoons.

They are usually cylindrical in shape and vary in length from about six to nine inches.

However, the size of cucumbers varies according to a variety of cultivating factors as well.

The skin of the cucumbers can vary in color from green to white, and sometimes it may

be smooth or ridged depending on the variety.

Inside the cucumber skin, you will find pale green flesh that is thick yet aqueous and

crispy at the same time.

The interior core of cucumber has numerous, edible fleshy seeds.

Many cucumber varieties are also grown in greenhouses; they are seedless with thinner

skin and a longer length, usually between 12 and 20 inches.

Often known as "burpless", this variety of cucumber is bought by a majority, since

it is easier to digest than the other kinds of cucumbers.

CAUTION Where possible, buy organic as cucumbers may

be waxed or have pesticides.

Otherwise remove the skin before eating.

We really hope you find this article helpful and don't forget to share it with your friends

and family.

Thank You and have a good one!

Wild: Pacific Crest Trail (Powerful Books) Inspiring - Duration: 5:36.

Hi guys, I hope everybody's having a good one

so

My name is Deanna my artist who is currently staying in Puerto Rico and I'm super excited to be talking about this book

Which was also made into a movie called wild from lost and found on the Pacific Crest Trail

So thank you so much for taking time out of your day to check out my channel and see what I'm all about

what I'm gonna do is I'm going to

talk a little bit about the story and then I'm gonna talk a little bit about how the book has inspired me and how I

Relate to the actual story. The story is about a woman who hikes on the Pacific Crest Trail

for three months now for those of you who do not know what the Pacific Crest Trail it is a trail that

crosses through, California

Washington state in Canada and it starts at the border between Mexico

And California and then goes all the way up to the Canadian border. So this woman hike this trail for

Three months alone. She was carrying this monster pack

as

They call it in the book the actual pack was named monster and

It's just basically her journey what she goes through and why she made that decision

to hike the Pacific Crest Trail

the reason why she made the decision to hike the Pacific Crest Trail was because

Something tragic happened in her life at the age of 45 her mother fell ill to lung cancer

within a few months she was dead and this event caused this woman to spiral out of control into

having sex with multiple partners and doing drugs and just you know

Wallowing in grief and pain and basically it comes to a point in her life where she goes into a store and she sees it

a book and it said the Pacific Crest Trail and then in that moment, she made a decision that she was going to

Walk the Pacific Crest Trail. She was going to walk back to the

Woman that her mother raised her to be so is basically the premises of the entire story in a nutshell

book is a book about

transformation

Really? That's really the basis of at least that's what I got from it, you know

no, you have this woman here who lose herself in the mirror, and she she she just can't believe

The person that she has become and in a way I can relate to that because about four years ago

I had to do the same thing. I had to look myself in the mirror and be like I do not like this person

I have to do something about this so I can relate in a sense to the journey of

going

facing who you are and

Changing yourself to be a better person. So that's how I can relate to the story and I absolutely love the story

it's an amazing feeling to know that there are other people especially women out there that have

Been through difficult situations and they pulled through that gallery gasps the courage and the strength

To face themselves and to go on these are hard journeys to discover themselves and find themselves

so that's basically how I relate to it and

How its inspired me if you haven't seen the movie or read the book I highly recommend it

I recommend reading the book first and then the movie the book is obviously a lot better than the movie

But the movie is absolutely amazing. It's with Reese Witherspoon and

She did a phenomenal job in the movie

It's an amazing book about journeys and transformations and struggles and pain

so I'm pretty sure a lot of people especially women can definitely relate to

this story

so guys that is basically

my take on the book wild and thus waring

So if you guys want to go ahead and drop a comment down below letting me know if you've seen the movie if you've read

The book if you like the book go ahead and do that

And if you have not done so you can go ahead and hit that sub button as well

and I also created a donation link for anybody who wants to support me my channel and

my art I'm going to go ahead and put the link in the description down below and

thank you guys so much for taking time out of your day to

Watch this video, and I will see you guys on the next video and you guys have a wonderful day and bye

My life like all lives

Mysterious irrevocable and sacred

So very close

So very present

So very belonging to me that wild it was to let it be

SINGAPUR | 3 países en un día, sin cruzar fronteras | VagaJuntos en Asia #44 - Duration: 10:59.

Rainy days, everybody!

Today is our second day (in Singapore)

and it's cloudy, really cloudy.

It's even raining.

But in spite of that, we have big plans for today.

We are going to visit some places where we'll learn about the history of Singapore

and about the different ethnic groups that form part of this country's population.

It's going to be really interesting.

We are once again in the metro

and we have an update for you.

We decided not to buy any kind of (more-day) card.

We'll just buy single-trip tickets.

It's actually not that expensive.

We'll also try to walk as much as we can.

And if it keeps on raining, we'll use the metro a bit more.

But that's no problem.

This time I'll try to buy a single-trip ticket, not like yesterday.

Ready, let's go to

Chinatown.

The Mexicans that are watching this, surely recognize this fruit.

It's a fruit that smells really badly.

It's really famous here in Asia.

And in lots of places here, in lots of countries

they have these kind of signs saying that it's prohibited eating this fruit in public

specifically because of its smell.

The way to know that you've arrived in Chinatown

is when you find a store where everything cost no more than a dollar.

Look, those Pringles only cost 50 cents.

We just bought some hygiene stuff that we still needed

and now let's see what else we can find that's so cheap.

The most Chinese thing of all

is this plastic food.

We were missing it.

Even the coffee

and the ice cream are plastic.

Dried meat from Macau.

Memories of the places we have visited during our trip.

How cool.

You already know where we are

but now it's official:

Welcome to Chinatown.

It has nothing to do with China

but behind me there is a TinTin store.

Belgian pride.

I'm so proud.

Here we have TinTin.

Captain Haddock.

It's not allowed to film inside but they sell comics

and little figures and stuff.

It's really cool.

I love how it's possible in Singapore to try things from so many different cultures.

I just bought a little meat pie

that I used to eat in China as well.

They have lots of options.

I loved them when we were in China and I will probably love them here as well.

Very nice.

We are still in Chinatown and we got hungry from seeing so many places to eat.

We were just passing by when we saw this place.

It's pretty funny because it looks like something for children

but I only see one child in here.

The funny thing is that you get a gift if you eat here.

It can be one of those.

Or the one they gave me.

But I don't have anymore space in my backpack to take it with me.

In a moment we'll show you what the food is.

I think is has a good price.

Now let's see if it also tastes good.

We thought it would just be a little, but it's not.

This is called hotpot.

Those are two soups.

You throw in your veggies,

your noodles,

the meat

and it only costs 20 singapore dollars for two people.

And for 60 cents more you get

unlimited drinks

from these Donald Duck cups

or something else...

Hello Kitty.

I think we'll be here for a little while.

This is actually a Taiwanese restaurant.

And that's why this all looks like this.

So if you haven't seen what we've eaten in Taiwan,

go check out our video.

The link will be in the description box.

They keep giving me presents.

Well, I hope these are gifts and that they won't charge me for them in the end.

Look at this cute bunny.

I will at least take one of these with me.

And while we were dying, trying to eat all the food they gave us in there,

they sky cleared up

and it stopped raining.

So now we go to another place.

We are here in this park which is called

Fort Canning Park.

There is something really funny and interesting that we're seeing right now.

There are a lot of Birmese people in this park.

Probably people that life in Singapore.

They are pick-nicking

like those girls underneath that tree.

And lots more.

We love this because it feels like

a summary of our trip.

Because in this city, we'll see people from all the countries we've visited here in Asia.

That's pretty awesome.

Maybe some day we'll earn money making these videos.

But for now we just make them for fun and to inspire you guys to travel and discover the world.

Right now we are walking alongside the National Museum of Singapore.

And we will in fact stay outside

because it has a 15 singapore dollar entrance fee.

And our budget doesn't stretch that far anymore at this stage of our trip.

But Kevin will tell you a bit about the history of this country.

Yes.

It's good that we have the internet because that way we can still learn stuff about these places we visit.

Look, Singapore was a British colony

and this lasted from 1819

until 1963.

During the Second World War

the island of Singapore was occupied by the Japanese,

as was the case for lots of other countries in this region.

So during those years, the Britains weren't here.

But when we Second World War ended, they came back.

In 1963 Singapore got its independence,

but as one country together with Malaysia.

This only lasted 2 years

because they felt that their identity was pretty different to that of the Malays.

So in 1965

Singapore officially declared itself independent.

And since then it has been a sovereign, independent state.

Can you see where we are now?

We have arrived in Little India, another neighborhood of Singapore.

Without crossing any borders, we've arrived in a completely different country.

The smells, the colors, the music, the noise, everything!

It's like coming home.

Our plan was to come to Little India and eat something.

Arab Street is also close by

and we also wanted to eat something over there.

But we weren't counting on that enormous amount of food that they gave us in Chinatown.

So now we will only

smell

and enjoy the culture

using our eyes.

Just ten minutes ago, before we even got here,

we were talking about how everything looks so organized and quite.

But we arrive here and it's total chaos.

All these people.

We are obviously remembering the time we spent in India.

It's impressive how it all changed so instantly.

The chaos

that we found in Little India has disappeared.

Because we are now in Arab Street.

This is the neighborhood of the Arabs.

It's pretty quite here.

And again, from a total chaos, which we in fact love,

we have now come to pure tranquility.

So we'll now explore Arab Street.

Good morning.

Day three here in Singapore

and we start the day with a delicious chai tea.

That way we still have something of the Indian cuisine to enjoy.

We absolutely love this.

We still have big plans here in Singapore, for today and tomorrow.

But that's for the next video.

So if you want to know what else we'll do here in Singapore,

then don't miss the next video of VagaJuntos.

Cheers!

Is this the Net? - Cyberpunk 2077 Gameplay Analysis - Duration: 10:47.

Greetings Earthlings! Welcome to the MadQueen show!

I am your host the MadQueen!

On today's menu we have a new Cyberpunk 2077 video for you, and before we start I

have a message for some people that left comments on the official forum and the official discord,

saying that I get things wrong, I mix up things and I'm wrong in general

Because, yes, I have people on my community that are there and sometimes they send these

messages my way

If you think I'm wrong, please, don't say it at my back, come talk to me

I am eager to have people who I can discuss Cyberpunk 2077 with who have more knowledge

of the lore than I do, right now in my environment, with notable exceptions, most people I talk

about Cyberpunk with know about the lore from me, because I'm that annoying friend and

I just won't shut up, and the people I know that know a lot about it, well, they are not

allowed to discuss Cyberpunk with me, so unless you are throwing hate at me just because,

this can also happen, if you really think I am wrong my Discord is open for you to correct

me, obviously quoting the canon, not everything goes, but I'm eager to find people that

I can discuss this to an obsessive level of detail, because the lore of Cyberpunk is a

roleplaying game that is very open to interpretation, and in many cases this interpretation depends

on how you played the game and how your game director understood the game, and I know it

from playing the game and not from only reading the books, not only that, I know half the

lore in Spanish and half in English, because back in the day, not all Cyberpunk books were

translated into Spanish, and I made countless mistakes in the past doing translations from

Spanish to English until someone pointed me out and corrected me, or I can also miss things,

so is fantastic when someone points that out, so I can investigate deeper because you know

how much do I love doing so

So, what I mean with that is, I really have no problem in being corrected, in fact, I

appreciate it, again, quoting the canon, not everything goes, in fact the video that I

have for you today was born in a conversation on the official Cyberpunk 2077 Discord when

the group of people I was talking to corrected me on something, at first I thought they were

wrong but I investigated it deeper to see the point in what they were saying and in

the end it seems that I was the one who was wrong

Not only that, thanks to this conversation and this correction I found out a thing that

was obsessing me for long and I didn't even have a half decent theory about it and this

was eating my insides

And it's about the net

The thing is that the Net is a very important part of the Cyberpunk universe, but it wasn't

until E3, when the Polish developer CD Projekt released their press kit for the game that

we were told that the net was going to be in the game

Because the net is not in the gameplay

Well, now I am so not sure of that anymore, maybe it is

First things first, what is the net?

The Net is a separate plane of existence, a virtual one

It would be something like a mix between the Internet and the Matrix, it seems real to

you because you connect to the Net directly into your brain, something like the Matrix,

except that if you die in the Matrix you die in the real world, and it doesn't work like

that in Cyberpunk, although there are other ways to flatline someone

who is connected to the net

But you perceive the net like you perceive the Matrix, like it was the real thing

It has its own rules and physics, like the Matrix

And I put the example of the Matrix because I take for granted is a film everybody watched

So you have the whole Net, that is like the whole world, then this Net is divided into

regions, that would be like continents, and then regions are divided into grids and subgrids,

like the folders of your computer

And they can go deep and deep until you reach small things connected to the Net like the

cyberlimbs of people, and if you're skilled enough you can make them do things, like this

notable day when the Netrunner Rache Bartmoss made a solo's cyberhand show the middle

finger to a chrome banger, a psychosquad officer, and this is in the lore, but as I said you

need to be incredibly skilled as a netrunner to do so

So, what do you need to connect to the Net?

You need two things, first an interface plug in your body, to be able to plug yourself

to the hardware, and the second thing you need is a cyberdeck, that is the hardware

you need to connect to the net

Once inside the net, if you want to do interesting things there you'll need an ability called

"Interface" and programs

You can use pre-existing programs or, if you're skilled enough, create your own

Up to here, everything easy and simple, thanks for coming to my Ted Talk

So, at one point of the demo, we get to do this, we hack a booster to get inside their

mainframe, and there are a couple of interesting things to see here

First, we see that V is using a Microtech combat assault deck

I must confess when I saw that I only read Microtech and I took for granted that this

meant the Maelstrom mainframe was manufactured by Microtech, because they're known for

their mainframes, that's the specialty of this mega-corporation, although that doesn't

mean that it's the only thing they do

But no, it's the hardware V is using to gain access, a combat deck, and she's using

a Deckcrash which I think we already talked about it in another video, it's an anti-system

program that kicks the butt of someone who's connected to the net and throws him out, in

the explanation of the lore that would be a Netrunner, but the thing is that this random

booster is labeled as random booster and not as a netrunner, so in this context I understand

V is using the Deckcrash to kick this booster out of wherever he's connected and take his

position to access to everything this booster has access to,

I think we already talked about that

Honestly, I make so many Cyberpunk videos that there's a point where I don't know

what I said, what I discuss with people and what I discussed with myself anymore

But back to the building, before this scene takes place we're told that V has been leved

up to show some things she can do, so we can guess that in this scene she has some points

in the interface ability although as I said before, some things about hacking in the game

are confusing for me at this point so maybe she's not using the interface ability to

do that because they translated it to the video game differently or maybe she's not

using interface because she's not doing what I think she's doing, maybe I need to

see more hacking to understand it, and it's a work in progress, so I don't know

But, for the matter we're discussing, the important part of this frame is this one

I still don't know what it means

So, let's analyze this scene of the hacking that did I say that I love it visually?

Nope, only like 2 thousand times

So, we enter somewhere called NYDUS I believe, like in Starcraft, from there we enter into

a sector that is marked with a red stroke that is the root directory C7, my guess, if

this theory of this being the net is true, this would be the City Grid of Night City,

unless the root is the game itself and C7 is short for Cyberpunk 2077, this would be

pretty meta, inside this we go into the subgrid of the district Watson, inside this subgrid

there's another subfolder called Kabuki that may be the subgrid of several buildings

together, like a neighborhood, and here I'm guessing, in this Kabuki part is when we take

control of the game again, as we're told in the console and also because we're seeing

the controls to navigate on it

From there, we enter into a local network called "All Food Factory" which I guess

was the name of the building we're in before the boosters took control of it, and in there

we go inside the subfolder of Personnel System and from there we can see all the boosters

connected in this subsection, which unlocks the quick hacks on these boosters

We can also see here that you can disable cyberware, I believe missed that the other

time I talked about hacking, this opens a world of possibilities

So, this scene is treating each booster as it was a Micronet of its own, which makes

all the sense in the world, then from there we do our thing, we go back and disconnect

So, at first I thought that Maelstrom's local network wouldn't be connected to the

net, in one hand because according to the Cyberpunk timeline that the developer CD Projekt

is following to create this game, after the DataKrash at the end of the 4th Corporate

War, this event that destroyed the net, most people and corporations thought that it was

safer to be unplugged from the net, and also because the Militech agent gave us a virus

to put in the Maelstrom's terminal and if they were connected to the net, it was easier

for this Militech agent to just hire a netrunner to gain access to them, but on the other hand,

as Eliot in Mr Robot always says: social hacking has always more chances of success and doing

it this way it was harder to trace it all back to Militech, because the thing that this

Militech's virus does is not very legal, and remember, the only reason why mega corporations

are worried about the law is strictly for PR reasons

Not to mention that the more I look at the demo the more positive I am that Cyberpunk

2077 is a reboot of Cyberpunk 2020 following the timeline which, between you and me, it's

the popper thing to do, and if not the proper thing to do at least the one I'd like to

see the most I won't deny it

So, after seeing all this, my head exploded several times, so is this the Net?

Is not the Net?

Well, on a closer look, it seems it is!

hello world PDR coming at you here with a another Tesla this one's a 2017 model

three real nice car for a real nice guy and it's got a ding on the hood now it

it looks like it has if you look deep into that Dean it looks like it has a

little scratch but it's a surface scratch and it's kind of risky for me to

pull glue but I've opened this thing up and it is a double skin brace all the

way up to about here I really don't want to slide a sneaky all the way back in

there and risk being that it's aluminum I don't really want to slide a tool back

in there we're gonna use a glue pulling method and I think first off I'm gonna

start with a I was gonna say a little tiny tab but I'm not start with just

this tab right here with only a little bit of glue on it and we will see what

we get out of just the centre of that put that there give it a nice push and

it's fairly cold out guys it's uh I'd say it's about 55 to 60 degrees out cars

in a garage but obviously the door is open so I'm gonna pull pretty quick

and I would love to say what if that was a 1:1 puller right but no we've still

got a little dent there a lot of it came up actually a lot of that dent came out

we're gonna go for another couple little pulls with this and like I say I'm I'm

more worried about the paint breaking than anything else so I'm gonna just be

really careful with it pull it pretty quick I want the glue to

stay on the car like that so that when I pull it off I'm just pulling off there

and now I might not be able to get that last little bit out but being the super

perfectionist that I try to be I might have to get in there with a tool this is

third pull I mean you guys are seeing everything on this one so get right in

on it make sure my feet are nice and clean ah slowly there we go nice little

snap

as I say slowly I pull quickly funny that's moving it I mean a lot of it is

being moved I think I'm just gonna go with the patient's route and keep on

trying one more little poll here see if I can get the center of that up if you

know this I'm not waiting too long for this glue to cool either because it is

so cold out nice pop just a teeny bit of I so that is a little bit moving a

little bit blue there slowly but slowly let's see if we can get a little tiny

piece of glue in that center there's a Keiko clear tab we're using little

lifter I don't want to use the slide hammer on this one when I don't have to

Plus this lifter holds the area down while it's pulling it up around it so

it's kind of what you want for the aluminum a lot of that dent has come out

guys so I think what we are gonna do on this

one is I'm going to I'm gonna get my tool in here and maybe take out that

last little bit with my tool I might make a couple more pulls with

the blue it seems like it's trying but it's just not getting there one more

here real quick but I think what we're gonna do is open up this hood get my

sneaky-sneaky in there and a long skinny tool and I'll show you the access that I

have on the inside and the access that I basically don't have cuz it's kind of

tight in there and we will try to get this last little

bit of this stand out I don't know I mean I kind of want to tap it down into

a more wider debt here and do another couple polls before I do that and then

what I'll do is if I got a setup for prop the hood open and get my tool in

there and have the light in a different or a little bit lower like that and I

will come back to you guys and show you what we got underneath this hood it goes

all the way up here I tried accessing it from right here and getting a skinny up

there not because of the curvature and the angle of the hole didn't want to

bend any of this metal didn't really want to slide a tool all the way in here

because of these wills if you see there's some there's some inner bracing

in here so we got her down to as far as we could with the glue pulling system

I'd say we brought it to half I mean we got it in in half let me drop this from

the hood how do you drop a Tesla we got it as much as we could with the glue

pulling system the nice thing is that we didn't you know break any of that paint

off it does look like it does have a little fracture in the clear coat I got

to that point that it wasn't lifting and it felt like it was wanting to pull the

paint more than the metal so I was like sketchy let's stop but here's the other

dent that I was gonna talk to you about and show you and do right here we've got

it pretty nice and warm it's a little door ding a little bodyline crease on

the edge of the bend there and I think before I start pushing on it I've got

Bertha in the door in the grommet here and I've got my board and my heat on it

before I do any pushing I just want to I just want to hit right about there guys

let me move my hat around for you and we'll call this video a doubled enter

but I just want to break this brow down a little tiny bit just that much not not

even much more than that and I will say I do appreciate everybody that clicked

on this video I really do if you guys want to hit that subscribe button

feel free we sure appreciate it we love to see when the community grows and

people are all having fun and learning stuff okay so let me carefully climb

into this car and find my tool which looks like it's down about right here

and I'm using the fog I don't know if you guys are using the lines or not but

I'm gonna come right into the center and basically just baby that thing out got

my tribe and Bertha on it and the angle isn't perfect well maybe I need to move

the board a little but now I've got a really good angle on the backside of

that yeah so I'm gonna work the backside of it and come towards me

just right on that body line some real slow pushes guys

yeah I showed the one on the hood for the customer he's happy with it he's

happy that it came out the way it did actually a lot a lot more than it was

but I'm such a perfectionist I'll never be happy with it it's not just one of

those things and when I'm down here on the ground I got the right angle but

they don't have the right push so now I get up here and I have a lot more

leverage I've got my knee into my arm that's stabilizing Bertha and holding it

and now I'm just right there no it's gonna get hard for you guys to see or

not come in a little bit more with the board it gives me a little bit more

angle and I think I'm gonna go come up to that top side and start working the

top a little bit if you see where I'm at there

right on the top edge and I have rolled down the window on this car it doesn't

roll down too far it does give me an angle but I figured pushing against a

piece of glass or pushing against a piece of metal I'd rather push against a

piece of metal I'm gonna break it get right back into that area this one's

kind of intricate guys it is a high level difficulty dent but I'm trying to

just make it look easy take my time and just real slow pushes we're getting at

that point that it's getting hard to see and I wanna get a little bit more angle

on it and if you notice what I'm doing here

I'm wiping off the car a little bit before I move my board because I only

want to put my board on a clean spot obviously for better grip but I don't

want to put my board on a dirty spot and have it make a make a mark ring a dirt

oh that's hot and now I'm seeing just that last little bit guys so let me just

dial right in and get Oh pushing the button to on the seat I'm

just gonna dial right in and get the rest of this out

the heat is kind of a must on a body liner again on a red car like this one

and I'd say we're at that 90 percent mark but I'm gonna get it as far as I

can so this last little bit of low here might actually take me five or ten

minutes so I don't know if we're gonna stay in it the whole time I'm getting

pretty close here but I do want to just really go into Zen mode and take my time

and get the last bits out very very nicely because I see there's just a tiny

bit of body line crease right there might even want to get back on it with a

little bit of this tap there we go that straightens it out a lot and then I

think what we're gonna do cuz we're just gonna check the battery time on this one

we'll come back to you guys and show you the end clean result in just a bit hey

guys we only got about one percent left on the battery we want to show you what

the end result was on that one came out pretty nice tiny little scratch and not

a scratch but a stuff in the paint showed it to the customer they're super

happy with it other than that it just you know came out the way we wanted it

to I would say to that 95 to 99 percent mark didn't want to make that last

little push in the center because I didn't want to risk cracking the rest of

Let's Try: Moreau Regime Lipstick | Roller Derby Makeup Review - Duration: 1:50.

Five seconds!

*Whistle blows*

First impression it feels really like smooth going on.

I like that!

I like that this is already feeling set on my lips.

It's like bout permanent!

It does feel smooth, like it glides on nice and smooth.

But you can tell it's definitely moist.

It's moist.

It's MOIST.

MMM MOIST.

I feel like an vampire.

I like it.

A sexy vampire!

Is there any other kind?

Have you see 30 days of Night?

That movie fucked me up! 30 Days of Night?

Oh my god!

I had nightmares!

I was an adult!

Oh golly, I never wear lipstick.

I wear it around the house in secret cause I don't trust it to stay on when I go out!

It's easy, it's nice and even!

I only like - right out of the bottle and did my whole mouth… all my lips…?

How do you say that?

My lips are drunk but that's okay.

They're drunk but they look good.

It's very creamy and silky smooth!

This is my first apply and it's so pigmented already!

Especially with blues it sometimes get streaky when you go back and forth, and this is not

getting streaky at all!

I look fly!

Man!

It feels good, I don't even notice it's there!

It's a little bit on the whistle.

I'm gonna try to jam ref and see if it gets on my shirt!

I'ma actually very surprised because it went on so creamy.

I was sure it was going to be all over my face.

And there was only like the one tinsiest smidge.

I like it!

It's really creamy and goes on easy and I wiped it off even though I oops-ed it a little!

Ten out of ten would wear for a bout!

It's still comfortable, it's still there.

My lips are, yeah, super duper dry.

I'm constantly touching my mouth and not a lot is coming off.

I give it a thumbs up and I would totally buy it and I like it a lot.

I think it looks beautiful.

What about the rest of you?

Thumbs up?

Awesome, alright.

Whoop! Thanks.

Thanks!

Arrival. I must survive here. - Duration: 16:17.

I don't know this place. It's strange and various

I hope it's still my Midgard

I need doing something

We will use two trees as a roof

An old riverbed

I need these stones

This stone looks like an ax

A shard of rock

It's a sharp stone

Three shards more

I will make a stone ax. And I need wood

I beat this stones with each other

To make blade

To remove excess

An old riverbed. Again

I will use these branches

Such ax is no worse than steel

Carry away to our camp

I need three more trees

This ax is good but it's a stone

This is the first broken piece

The ax still works

Also to camp

Now I need prune away all branches

Thats all

I bend down branches so I can easily cut them off under pressure

I need this flintstone

Becouse I need to remove needles

It's a tree with dry roots

I can drop it

This is crackle of the root, not my back

Excellent fuel!

Now I need to heat wood because it should overburn in this place

These branches burn as whale's fat

We have put together a good fire to burn the tree and remove the root

Need to carry fuel to the camp

Need to clean off coals

It's perfect

To measure the crossbar

We outline the place of the cut

Now we use two near-growing trees to break the log

Need to clean off branches

It turned out a hard and smooth crossbar.

We install wall mounts

This is a general view

The weather is changeable

Two minutes ago Odin brought down a raging water stream from the sky

But now...

The Breath of Muspelheim

We need to bring a few good stones to shut out The Breath of Muspelheim from every side

Take more

To choose the most suitable

Now I can control it

It is sunset. And I need to think about rest

There are dry trees and dead roots

Four is enough

I lay out logs in a row

I hope Odin still sees me here.

And I also hope that this cloud will not come ...

The log is dry I will need a few pieces

Devide into two parts

Now we need to raise the platform above the ground

I'm going to sleep in the open air and I don't want to get wet, not only in the rain, but also from the ground

Breathing enveloped the logs and will now carry heat throughout the tree

This is the last and the most important part

The soft and warm layer

In this way, I will not freeze through at night. It's so cold in the evening

I created a good fire and now I go to sleep

Tommorrow will be a very difficult day
