Hey YouTube, my name is Brad Browning, you're tuned in to my latest breakup video… today's

video is all about how to show your ex that you've changed since the breakup.

As many of you already know, this is an important part of my Ex Factor program… it's a key

step to getting your ex back.

By subtly and subconsciously dropping hints that your life since the breakup has been

absolutely awesome, you're going to shift the way your ex thinks about you, and cause

them to second-guess the breakup.

Before I dive into it, let me just quickly say THANK YOU to everyone who comments on

my videos and subscribes to my channel here on YouTube…

I really appreciate the support, and I'm more than happy to answer your questions if

you write a comment below the video here… keep it brief and I'm usually able to respond

to most messages within a couple of days.

OK, now, first let's quickly talk about WHY you need show your ex you've changed…

and how it helps you get a second shot with them.

First of all, there's no way to 'talk' your way back into your ex's heart.

You can't use rationale reasoning or logical arguments to make him or her love you again.

It's simply impossible.

The real key to winning them back is to change how your ex perceives you.

At the time of your breakup, your ex probably didn't have a very positive image of you

in the back of their mind.

Even if the breakup was friendly and there wasn't any drama, he or she probably still

thought of you as "needy" or "clingy" or "just not right for me".

Negative events and memories came to mind first when thinking of you, not happy memories

and positive stuff.

That's especially true if you've made some mistakes and done some begging or pleading

since the breakup.

So, in short, we know that when your ex hears your name, he or she is thinking about negative

stuff when we really want them to be focused on the positive memories and your positive

qualities.

You can change this in a couple of ways.

In addition to working on improving your own life and making positive changes that your

ex will notice, which is what I'll talk about in a second, there's also some sneaky

psychological tactics you can use to speed up the process.

Now, I've already explained WHY you need to show your ex that you've changed and

improved your life since the breakup….

What are the kind of 'self improvement' changes you should make and show off to your

ex?

Some of the best include stuff like reviving your social life and making new friends, working

towards goals in work or school, sticking to a new fitness routine, getting a makeover

or buying new clothes, doing a 'bucket list' activity like skydiving or hiking Machu Pichu….

All those things are the type of life changes that your ex will shift your ex's feelings

about you, subconsciously, and make him or her think, "wow, my ex really is moving

on quickly and living a fun, exciting life since the breakup…

I wonder if I made a mistake walking away from our relationship."

The hard part is letting your ex know about this stuff without it being overly obvious.

You don't want your ex to know that you're doing this stuff because of them….

The means by which your ex finds out about these things needs to be natural, not forced.

That means you shouldn't just pick up the phone and call your ex to brag about your

awesome new life… instead, you need to find ways to drop hints that they can't possibly

miss.

Here are a few ways to do that:

Leverage social media.

This is the single easiest way to demonstrate your awesome new life without being unnatural…

simply post some pics of you doing something fun, hanging out with new friends of the opposite

sex, etc.

If you can get other friends to tag you in their photos on Facebook or Instagram rather

than posting them yourself, that's even better.

Don't post tons of pics and brag in your posts on social media if that's totally

out of character for you… just do so naturally.

Trust me, if your ex is still a 'friend' or still 'follows' you on social media,

they'll see the posts and get the message.

If this isn't an option because you've been blocked or you're not a social media

person, then there's other options too.

Drop hints through mutual friends.

Maybe you and your ex shared a circle of mutual friends.

If you're still friends with this crowd, just hang out with them sometime and briefly

mention some of the changes you've made to your life since the breakup.

Talk about a new friend you met, a date you went on, or a recent life accomplishment.

Be natural, don't brag… but if you do this properly, it can be very effective, especially

since your ex will often be asking about you when he or she sees these mutual friends.

Again, be subtle, but be sure to share a few updates of your awesome new life.

Drop subtle, casual hints when speaking with your ex.

If you're not employing my No Contact strategy right now, or if you have an unavoidable encounter

with your ex, you can simply mention something that will get the point across to your ex.

For instance, let's say you see your ex at a work party, and he or she asks you how

you've been… you can say something like, "Really good thanks… been super busy lately,

I joined that photography club I told you about and met some awesome people who I've

been doing weekend trips with."

See how you've just been honest and relatively humble, but dropped a very obvious hint at

how your life has changed for the better?

You can even say something more blunt, like "Hey!

Guess what?

I finally went skydiving with my friend Kate this weekend!!

Anyway, just to share the news cause I knew you'd be proud, haha."

Make changes to your appearance.

This one is pretty simple… if you get a new haircut, lose 10 pounds, or update your

wardrobe, your ex will notice when he or she sees you.

You can post pics on social media or wait until you see your ex… either way, showing

them those changes is an awesome way to get the point across without saying a word to

your ex.

I know this sounds dumb, but even minor changes like a new haircut can be enough to make your

ex subconsciously re-evaluate their feelings about you.

There's other ways you can get the news to your ex as well, but those four I just

mentioned are the easiest and most effective.

The key is to make sure you come across as positive, happy, and enjoying an exciting,

active life… especially your social life.

Make sure you're not sitting at home crying about the breakup, because that's what your

ex expects… they'll be stunned to hear you've made new friends, dropped some weight,

joined a karate class, taken a trip to Paris, and so on.

As silly as this stuff may sound, focusing on yourself and making sure you're as attractive

as possible in the eyes of your ex… making sure your life is in order, and you're back

to being an exciting, interesting person again… can make a huge difference to your chances

of getting back together.

Your ex will expect you to be the same person they broke up with, but you'll shatter that

belief and make them second guess their perception of you.

This causes doubt and second guessing, and it puts some urgency into your ex's mind

because they'll see you thriving and wonder if you're already moving on.

You'll have plenty of interesting and new stuff to talk about and brag about when you

see your ex again.

So, use the 4 methods I described earlier to show your ex all the awesome stuff you're

doing.

Post those pics of your new 6-pack abs on Instagram, tell mutual friends about your

new hobby, and casually mention all the new friends you've made when you run into your

ex.

How To Remove Negative Energies/Entities & Cutting Of Cords On Multidimensions/Past/Present/Future

On All Timelines.

Visualize a giant clock face�with you within the circle, your head at 12 O�clock and

feet at 6 O�clock�and your solar plexus is where the hands would join in the center.

Pray/ask and then see and bring down a Golden Light from above come down into your crown

chakra to your solar plexus�and then ask Arch Angel Michael with his double blue laser

sword of energy to come down and see it, and then ask the Arcturians White Light to come

down as well

See/Focus and visualize and move the �clock hand� from twelve, proceed to move to the

one o�clock position�.and as it does see it cut and scrape/push/remove all negative

energies as it goes.

As it does this ask that it cuts and removes:

All negative cords, ties, energies and entities�.past, present and future�and on all timelines

and multi-dimensions.

Continue to say this as you move the �sword energy� and see the hand slowly go around

your right hand side from 1 o�clock then 2 , 3 and as you see this, you will see black

gunk and dark wisps of energy like string all being scraped off your energy with the

sword.

Then also ask the Arcturians to remove all negative hooks, cords, ties, attachments,

energies and entities AND seeds and implants by their ROOTS.

And to remove all reptilian and demonic energies/entities by their roots.

Also ask that they remove all this from the home or any vehicles.

Repeat those words (or similar) again as you keep going 4, 5, and at 6 the sword is at

your feet, then up the other side of your body 7, 8, 9, 10 , 11 than back to 12.

Then you may see a ball of dark negative energy above your head where all this energy has

collected, with a string still attached to you.

Then say, �Cut and Release� � see the sword slice the top of your crown chakra cutting

the connection.

Put it all in a white bubble and then take a breath and blow the mass up and ask the

Arcturians this energy be turned into pure divine golden white light�and then Thank

them.

You may also see the Arcturians take away other energies/entities away�as there may

be other energies you have seen doing this, around your energy/aura.

AFTER ONE DOES THIS�THIS NEXT STEP IS VERY IMPORTANT AS WELL.

Call in the Christ Golden energy and see yourself being flooded and filled with this�like

sprinkles of Golden water flowing into you�and then see it extend through your home/property�and

to your car.

Then call in the Arcturians White light to fill you�and see white light coming down

to fill you and your energy field�.and then see it flow out � extending to home and

vehicle.

Straight after the removal of negative energies/entities/cutting of cords method, one can use what I call the

�God Dome of Protection�.

You can use what ever Angels/energy you feel is right for you at the time, as it

can change�.allow yourself to accept and receive what comes for you to use at this

time:

I ask for AA Raphael to stand in front of me, and see a figure in front.

Then AA Gabriel to the rear and see a figure there.

Then visualize from their crown chakras, their energy come out as they link their protective

energies like an arc of light above your head.

Then ask AA Uriel to your left.

AA Michael to your right

Then see a beam of energy from their crown chakras link over your head like another arc.

So that if you looked down from above, you would see a cross of protection over you.

I then see the arcs of energy below me as well, completing a sphere of protective energy.

This is the most powerful protection that I have used

and it works fabulously.

You will feel what I mean when you do it.

This is very beneficial to do this morning and night.

As protection is needed for the start of the day� and again then at night to cleanse

the days attachments and protect for the night time �adventures�.

as required when dealing with other energies.

Also, when you do this a few times, the Angels may change, it will

Thae Yong-ho claims thre are many unknown N. Korean ... - Duration: 2:32.

One of the most high-profile North Korean defectors to come to the South in around 20

years claims there are actually a lot of former North Korean diplomats making new lives for

themselves in South Korea.

Thae Yong-ho also says he expects even more high-profile defections in the coming months

and years.

Park Ji-won reports.

Former North Korean deputy ambassador to London, Thae Yong-ho,...one of the most high-profile

North Korean defectors to date, said on Tuesday that there are many North Korean defectors

in the South,... who also used to be former diplomats and high-level officials.

During a seminar hosted by the Righteous Party at the South Korean National Assembly,...

the former senior North Korean official said that although he is the only North Korean

diplomat defector to have been exposed to the media, there is a considerable number

of other former diplomat defectors residing in the South.

Moreover, Thae said there are other former North Korean diplomats around the world,...

who are now waiting to be sent to South Korea.

So it should come as no surprise, according to Thae, that more defections from Pyongyang's

elite are expected in the coming years.

Thae said the current Kim Jong-un regime still finds it hard to establish its legitimacy

to the North Korean people,... and that the North is no longer a communist state, but

a slave society,... under the Kim family's rule.

Regarding effective North Korean policies,.. Thae stressed that internationally concerted

efforts and sanctions should be simultaneously maintained.

He also said more exchanges between the two Koreas,... and cooperation in private sectors

should be conducted,... adding that a separation between the North Korean regime and the North

Korean people is necessary.

And,... in terms of humanitarian and food assistance,... Thae emphasized that condition-attached

assistance would be effective,... saying the North Korean public should know the assistance

comes from the South.

He also warned that North Korea ultimately aims to eliminate the South with its nuclear

weapons,... and that Seoul should not prioritize the stances of other countries when it comes

to the THAAD deployment.

Thae Yong-ho defected to South Korea in August last year.

Since the defection in 1997of Hwang Jang-yop,... who masterminded North Korea's governing ideology,

Thae is by far the highest-ranking North Korean official to have defected to South Korea.
