Concept Checkup: Flora, the Plant Warframe - Duration: 6:57.
Hello and welcome back to the Concept Checkup.
The point of Concept Checkup is to dive into the Warframe forums, look for a community-made
Warframe concept, and talk about it.
For the purpose of Concept Checkup, I will use my custom-built evaluating method known as...
ASS.
Without further ado, let's begin the Checkup.
For today's Checkup we have Flora, the Plant Warframe.
Flora was created by MrPigman on the Warframe forums, who created the previously covered
Nebula Warframe.
Flora is designed to be nothing more than a supportive Warframe, similar to Trinity,
but with emphasis on buffing rather than straight up healing or providing Energy.
Flora has above average health, below average shields, Armor, and Energy capacity, and an
above average sprint speed.
Flora is most certainly a fragile Warframe, but given the ability to run the fuck away
from danger at a faster rate than most other frames, she can potentially still avoid not
being one shot by everything.
Flora has an unnamed passive.
The unit spawning passive comes across to me as similar to Hydroid's although it's a
guaranteed spawn rather than a 50% chance.
Regardless, while the energy payout seems reasonable, the 30 second stealth bush seems
way too strong for just a passive.
Even Loki requires at least 250% Power Duration to reach at least 30 seconds on his Invisibility,
and yet Flora gains a free mini Ivara Cloak Arrow just for using a melee slam.
Limiting the amount of bushes that can be active on the field or reducing the duration
of each bush's cloak to 10 seconds maximum would be a decent way to trim down Flora,
pun intended.
Flora's first ability is Lignify.
Lignify for some strange reason sounds like an Atlas Tectonics that is actually useful.
Lignify would provide singular target crowd control in addition to doubling as a minor
AoE damage and crowd control ability, all the while serving as cover for your team.
If the numbers were higher than they currently are, I would without a doubt call Lignify
an overloaded first ability, but in its current state, it sounds like a great power.
A bit jam-packed, sure.
But otherwise, Lignify's kind of okay.
Flora's second ability is Garden.
Given how each plant's buffs stack and scale with Power Strength, it's possible for Flora
to simply mow down a crowd of enemies during Garden's duration and benefit off the massive
buffs granted by the plants spawned.
Thankfully the ammo regeneration applied from Garden's plants goes only to the magazine
of all active weapons, not the reserve; meaning that so long as reloading is not performed,
the ammo reserve of a player is not drained.
In a similar vein, the bonus Armor granted from Garden's plants could potentially stack
to ludicrous amounts, which would benefit frames like Valkyr or Chroma, but since the
buff's range forces players to stay within its area of effect in order to keep the buff
active, the potentially retarded bonus Armor that could be granted is balanced.
To put it short, Flora gives her allies the ability to take a LOT more damage than normal
and/or the ability to never have an empty magazine, but only in a certain area.
This encourages camping, and I'm sure that would make Flora a great Warframe to play
on Survival or Defense, and significantly less so on Exterminate or Rescue.
Flora's third ability is Synthesis, a toggle skill.
Percentage health regeneration per second sounds great, especially given that in Flora's
case it's affected by Power Strength.
However, the added feature of Synthesis freezing the duration of all nearby plants just screams
"we're going to camp all day".
Add to that the fact that Trinity's Energy Vampire build is extremely meta, and now you've
created an absurdly OP symbiosis with 2 Warframes: Trinity provides Energy so long as enemies
are around, and Flora provides Armor and ammo so long as she has Energy.
Even if Synthesis were made into a channeling ability like Mesa's Peacemaker or Excalibur's
Exalted Blade, that would do little to balance Synthesis, because Flora's plants run on their
own duration, meaning that even if Synthesis is not active, Flora's plants are still active
of their own accord, albeit with a ticking down duration.
Tuning Synthesis so it further buffs active plants rather than halting their duration
seems like a fair trade.
Removing the frozen duration for plants and replacing it with doubled potency for plants
could be a viable solution.
Flora's fourth ability is Splice.
This is basically the plant version of Guitar Hero.
Is there anything wrong with that?
Certainly not, as the buffs provided from Splice are nothing to scoff at.
Added toxin damage with fire rate, reload, movement, and attack speed, damage reduction
and health regeneration, melee damage and lifesteal, and power strength combined with
range.
The buffs as they are sound great, but Splice is not specified if its effects are like Garden's
or not.
In other words, Splice's effectiveness depends on if it forces allies to camp within its
area of effect for the buffs, or if they can simply walk in and walk out to receive the
buff, similar to Chroma's Everlasting Ward Augment.
Anyways, here are Flora's scores.
For my personal thoughts, I do believe that Flora's kit, or at least parts of it, are
horrendously overpowered, namely her third ability with its current duration freezing
capabilities and her first ability to a smaller extent due to being able to do so much just
as a first ability.
With some changes, Flora could be a hell of a lot more balanced as a concept, and a hell
of a lot more fun to potentially play.

Hi. Today I will show you how to make flower vase out of a balloon and a bottle.
Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.
First, inflate the balloons.
Leave them for a few minutes.
Let the air out of the balloon.
Cut off a neck of the balloon.
Stretch the balloon and put it on a bottle.
Try to cover entire body of the bottle.
Glue the rhinestones to the end of the balloon.
Add a few rhinestones to the neck of the bottle.
Second flower vase. Do it in the same way but this time tie a piece of tulle to the neck of the bottle.
Make a bow.
And it's done.
This is a fast and easy way to create a cool decoration.
My balloons have the patterns, but of course you can use normal balloons.

As I mentioned in previous video
if you want to make eggshell powder it's best to use sharp knife to crack eggs
so the egg shell brakes regularly what makes it easier to remove membrane from inside
Pour cold water to egg shells and leave it for half an hour
To make removing membrane even easier
Remove membrane under pouring water
and wash them from remaining egg at the same time
If you're going to use powder in few days
you can skip this part
Removing membrane makes it possible to store powder for longer time
Powder itself is very stable and you can store it for weeks
But membranes and remaining eggs would make it rot very quickly
After removing membrane, leave eggshells to dry
Then break them
And grind in coffee grinder
or mortar
If your pet is allergic to chicken
You can use eggs of other birds, eg quails
You make it just the same
If you don't want to make eggshell powder yourself
you can buy it
or replace it with one of three calcium supplements

2017 : A Memorable Year | Part 2 : My Favourites - Duration: 18:42.
Hey everyone ! Welcome to the part 2 of 2017 : A Memorable Year.
This part will be dedicated to talking about my ten most favorite titles of the year.
If you haven't watched it, I highly recommend you to watch the first part : I'm talking
about anything that didn't make the cut in it.
This list isn't necessarily in perfect order aside from the last game of the list which
was undeniably my favorite title.
I mean, in this video, they're all games I absolutely love and adore on different levels
but some aren't really comparable.
So let's dive right into it.
Pyre is an adventure, sports, rpg, visual nov- Okay no let's be honest, Pyre is not
a game that can simply be thrown into a category or two.
The main protagonist is you, the reader.
You are thrown into the Downside, with no memories of your past self.
You soon meet a little group of three unusual characters, where your character sparks some
interest.
You then join them on a quest for redemption and freedom.
The game is mainly divided into two parts : One where you interact with the characters,
with very rich dialogues and a pretty verbal main story, and another one where you play
a sort of rugby match where you need to get an orb into the goal of the enemy team.
These phases are pretty fun, and every character has their own moveset, lines of movements
and attacks, which makes for some very varying and intense battles.
But the main attraction of Pyre is the liberation rites : Every so often, you get to fight a
decisive battle against a more or less random team.
The team who wins the match is able to liberate one player of their choice.
The interesting part is that you get a limited number of players in the game.
But once you liberate them, that's it, they're gone.
From the game, from the story.
They're free.
But you, the player, will keep playing until there are no rites left.
Having to choose who to liberate is an important decision : You won't get to play them anymore,
and you have to decide which character "deserves" to be free more than the others.
Thought that was an already difficult decision ? Well, get this : If you lose, it's not
game over.
The enemy team gets to be liberated, and the main story continues as well.
That's fine, there are plenty of other rites to liberate your friends.
But then again, even the enemy teams are returning adversaries : You fight against the same ones,
and they all have their own dedicated characters with their own personalities and motives to
leave the Downside too, which brings a dilemma : Should I really win ? Don't these guys
actually deserve to see the surface as much as me and my friends do ? There's a certain
feeling of loneliness near the end of the game too, when you barely have any characters
left (that is, if you win most rites).
In a sense, liberating a character is pretty much like killing them in your perspective,
because you won't get to see them ever again if you don't get out of the downside.
Pyre is by far one of the best games i've seen dealing with choices that matter : They
not only have an impact on the story, but also on the gameplay, which helps keep things
fresh.
And it has the best adaptive soundtrack.
Like, literally.
I have never seen a game with such an incredible and immersive sense of adaptive soundtrack.
Every single move, every single battle, they will all have their own leitmotifs depending
on how you're going through the game and your choices.
The game is also, like every other supergiant games work, gorgeous.
I don't find the game exempt from faults though : My biggest complaint would be that
the game is almost TOO text filled.
The game is around fifteen hours long but you go through so, so, so many dialogues just
to understand how the world works.
The game progression is mostly the same, and the game throws terms in your face hoping
you get it.
And just for that I'm glad that you can check what a lore term means just by hovering
the mouse over it, but it sometimes gave me headaches.
Instead of that I would have loved some more character interactions, drama, or events.
But clearly that's just a small complaint, other than that the game clearly deserves
much more interest than its received.
I really hope more games in the future will take Pyre as an example of game choices that
actually matter.
We're so, so close to getting a perfectly executed game in this aspect, and to me this
kind of game development should be our top priority : Because only games can do something
where the player's choice is important to the outcome of the fiction.
I've been trying very hard to come up with the right words to describe Sonic Mania in
the best way possible, but I simply cannot.
Sonic Mania is by far my favorite Sonic game and managed to represent exactly what I love
most about this franchise in a near flawless game.
Taking the best from Sonic CD and Sonic 3 & Knuckles, Mania managed to find a way to
express something new while still sticking to a classic formula from the series : Not
only an homage, this title is a love letter to well conceived level design and purely
crafted innocent fun.
A never ending dose of fun, with bright and great colors, original stage settings, and
a dose of nostalgia approachable for everyone.
This game is the Sonic game we've waited for and needed for the past years.
Sometimes, you don't have to come up with something incredibly new, fantastic or groundbreaking.
Sometimes, you simply want to have fun, the same kind of fun you might have wanted to
experience as a kid.
Sonic Mania is just that.
Now let's get more serious.
For a few years Yakuza has been in a sort of western sleep, the last episode being Yakuza
5 in 2015, which was digital, just to deepen the wound.
Since then there was Yakuza Zero, then Kiwami, and 6 in the making in japan.
But then Yakuza 0 happened just at the beginning of 2017 in Europe, and helped the series to
gain the reputation and more mainstream audience it deserved.
I didn't get the game at launch, considering I wanted to try out the series with the first
episode in the form of its remake : Kiwami.
Unfortunately Kiwami got a lot of references for the new audience that might have discovered
the series thanks to Zero, but at the same time Zero can be considered a prologue for
old time fans to enjoy and see the roots of each character.
But turns out I was wrong, and playing Zero first is actually more profitable than starting
with Kiwami.
Whatever.
Since Kiwami and Zero are very similar games, identical if not for the story, I decided
to include them both here.
And also because I haven't had the time to finish Zero, I'll mostly be talking about
Kiwami.
Kiwami lets you play as Kiryu Kazuma, who, unlike the title suggests, is not really a
Yakuza anymore.
The game is set in 2005, in japan, in a fictional district of Tokyo.
Kiryu pretty much goes on a quest for redemption for the actions he undertook in the past , and
the main story can sometimes be really heavy and dark.
The game's qualities really shine in its side content : Hey, y'know how like half
of rpg sidequests are written like ass with literally no interesting objectives ? In here,
every sidequest is fun : Sometimes triggered randomly, sometimes with specific requirements,
they're all different.
Some are more serious than others, some are pretty emotional, and some can be absolutely
stupid yet hilarious.
Yakuza perfectly knows how to shape the game's mood between comedy, seriousness and emotions
: For example there's a quest in Zero where you have to help a dominatrix to become more
assertive and actually dominant with her clients because she's too soft and kind.
Another one where you have to buy some kid a porn magazine, before realizing that Kiryu
himself is embarrassed at the idea of doing that.
It deals with situations of the adult world, talking often about sexuality, drugs, basically
stuff you would normally see in any Yakuza setting.
But here, the series uses those tropes both in a classic and efficient way, but also learns
to make fun of certain aspects of it.
The combat system is also really fun, with gratifying animations and a combo system enhanced
with the ability to use the environment to your advantage : You can perform heat actions,
basically power moves, depending of the context and the combat pose you're doing.
If you have never played a single game in the series, stop this video right now, get
Yakuza 0 and enjoy your time.
There's no way you would regret it.
Sonic is back, and Mario's back at it again.
Super Mario Odyssey was a long awaited game for me : I love open 3D Mario games, but Mario
64 and Sunshine have their own little assets that I don't really find as enjoyable.
Galaxy 2 is one of my favorites, but its linearity makes it pretty different from the first two
3D mario games.
So when i knew that Odyssey was a thing, I was certain that this game was gonna be one
of my favorite Mario games period.
And I was right.
Waiting so many years to get another open 3D Mario game was worth it.
There's moons everywhere to collect and some people found that pretty annoying, like
you rarely feel proud of getting any since there are so many.
I completely disagree with this.
Mario Odyssey is a game of discovery, adventure, and simple pleasure.
It's a game where the very action to jump is fun.
From Mario's moveset, you use that to achieve multiple kinds of objectives.
It's not the action of acquiring the moon that's fun, it's what you do to get there
that's fun.
The objectives are varied, some more challenging than others, some requiring you to do some
acrobatics, some others to use logic to figure stuff out, and you don't even have to find
them all to reach the end and that's absolutely fine too.
You can approach it in any way you want, be it from a completionist mindset or a simple
short and lovely Mario game.
The game made me feel so overjoyed, I was having so much fun.
The entire game is a love letter to any fans of 3D platformers, filled with references
to the entire series.
The game never feels like it's forcing stuff down your throat : It's wholesome, cute,
adorable, and above all else, fun.
Hollow Knight was my favorite indie game of the year.
It is a 2D Metroidvania with an incredibly well conceived level design and artistic direction.
Hollow Knight's world is a cute yet dark one.
If you enjoy melancholic worlds like Cave Story's or Hyper Light Drifter's, you
will feel right at home.
Hallownest is filled with insects and really small creatures.
Some more friendly than others, and some more deadly than others.
The controls are tight, and the upgrades you get throughout the game are extremely rewarding
and satisfying.
Since it's a metroidvania it's really easy to get lost, but the game gives the player
enough freedom to make it interesting even if you lose your way.
It really feels like exploring a big world.
The amount of bonus content and story is insane as well.
What really sold the game for me was its incredible atmosphere and world building.
The game was melancholic , but at the same time it also showed brief moments of comfort
and happiness.
Not a game for everybody, but Hollow Knight made me feel right at home.
It's the kind of game that once finished, you can't think of anything else.
Incredible from beginning to end, Hollow Knight is a game that needs to be played and not
forgotten.
While we're talking about metroidvanias, I'mnot going to talk about Samus Returns
in this video because i've already made a review on it... but long story short : Samus
Returns is an excellent remake crafted in a really good fashion.
It picks what's best from the old titles, and invents new elements to make the game
more accessible and different from the rest.

The Legend of Zelda : Breath of the Wild is the first Zelda game i've intensely enjoyed
since discovering the Wind Waker almost fifteen years ago.
I didn't play Twilight Princess, grew tired of Phantom Hourglass, and absolutely hated
Skyward Sword.
So for the longest time, I decided to bury my fond and nostalgic memories of Ocarina
of Time and Wind Waker.
That is until BOTW showed it's true intent : Its will to shape the series in a brand
new form, the main goal being player freedom, unlike the other linear Zelda titles.
The game's ambitions were starting to show themselves in trailers, interviews and gameplay.
I decided to buy the game on release, hoping and praying that the game was on par with
my expectations.
And never.
Never have I been so pleasantly surprised after having played a brand new Nintendo game.
Breath of the Wild is not an innovation, it's not necessarily groundbreaking or tries to
prove a point : It's here to send the player off in an immersive adventure that will make
them have fun.
It was a total success.
I won't talk about the hundreds of ways the game succeeds in its design philosophy,
and everyone got the point already anyway : Go check out Mark Brown's video if you
haven't.
Breath of the Wild manages to break one of the conventions I hated in most Zelda games,
and that is one sided riddles and puzzles.
In Breath of the Wild's dungeons and sanctuaries, not only do they become optional most of the
time, but they also let you interpret and play them as you wish.
Don't wanna do it the easy way ? Try the hard way and attempt to skip them.
Or you could do it in a way that was absolutely not intended, but still works somehow.
Even outside of those riddles and dungeons, the game world is designed to make you feel
powerful, and whatever you do is important.
It could be better weapons, learning the environment, getting special items, or simply, pride and
personal accomplishment.
You are free to play in any way you want, and not a single one of them isn't viable.
If it's here, you can do it.
And just for that, this game got me just as excited as the first time I discovered Minecraft.
Breath of the Wild is memorable, terrifically fun and addicting.

Hard to talk about Danganronpa V3.
The series in itself has always been something dear to my heart since I've been following
it since the PSP fan-translation of the first game.
I loved the first two episodes, fairly enjoyed Another Episode and hated Danganronpa 3.
I expected to not be really into V3, but it turns out that V3 is by far the most innovative
and interestingly written game in the entire series.
Unlike the other episodes, Danganronpa V3's characters were all endearing and loveable
(aside from this little bitch).
Everything is way more neat, better written, prettier, with even more tracks, with even
more depth to the cases and the characters.
The atmosphere and ambiance are haunting and it's hard to put the game down just because
you constantly want to see what's gonna happen next.
It's really hard to say anything at all about this game without giving something away,
it's like every single thing is meant to be a surprise.
Danganronpa has never really been a series i usually recommend, but if you're ready
to dive into it, playing through Danganronpa, Danganronpa 2 and V3 will surely at least
be fun experiences.
V3 had the best possible ending to the game as well, and I'm really happy with it though
a lot of people disagree.
More than a hundred hours spent on this game.
Persona 5 was a huge slap in the face.
Like after my disappointment with Persona 4, Persona 5 was here like, "hey bitch wake
up get up get out there, check out how cool I am now".
By expecting nothing I ended up experiencing it as one of the best JRPGs I've ever played.
The game plays and feels fantastic.
The turn based battles are dynamic, fun and interesting and challenging without being
a pain in the butt or a grindfest.
Everything feels comfortable, and the game mechanics are all implemented to link both
the dungeons, the atmosphere, the daily life and the visuals in such a good fashion that
you can't see time pass while playing.
The interface and every visual aspect blend perfectly in the gameplay to feel smooth without
feeling out of shape, and it's one of the things that held JRPGs back for so long : For
a long period, the genre didn't know how to improve its basic core mechanics, and here,
Persona 5 throws all of that in the trash.
Everything feels slick and modern.
There are still issues with the story, I think everything feels like it's been written
and executed without much delicacy, and some themes and ideas pass by in a really straightforward
way, but heck.
It's Persona, I guess some things never change.
But aside from that Persona 5 still attempts to talk about real life issues in japan in
a more "light" way.
A lot of stuff that happened in game also happened in real life, and tries it's best
to feel more "real" : There's a gigantic gap separating millenials from older people,
and Persona 5 is a sort of "cry of hope" towards youth.
It's by far the Persona game with the closest link to the classic Shin Megami Tensei formula
as well.
We finally fight actual demons again instead of shadows, and some parts in the game are
really close to a sort of post apocalyptic demonic setting that we've seen in past
titles.
Persona 5 feels right at home, and the proof that it's possible to combine both a compelling
story and fun gameplay segments into one.
Good job Atlus, you win this round.

I just don't even know where to start.
Nier Automata is the best experience I've ever had with a videogame before.
This game hit me so hard that trying to come up with the right words to describe my feelings
for it almost feels insulting.
Like nothing I can come up with is enough to describe how important this game is to
me, but I'll do my best to at least motivate you to play it and make you understand how
this game is so dear to me.
Nier Automata is one of the best examples of how to tell a story through a game.
A game that knows how to use the medium to express itself.
A true work of art, completely aware of its limits and what it's capable of, instilling
a sense of immersion through its atmosphere and storytelling which is absolutely unique.
There is nothing like Nier Automata, and though it is not a perfect piece of fiction, everything
fits and ties in perfectly.
Remember what I said about Persona 5 ? Just like that, Automata knows how to stream the
gameplay into the flow of the story.
Your character controls in a really instinctive way, and the battles are shaped like a spectacular
scene in an animated movie.
Everything plays very well.
The sidequests are also extremely memorable, with real ambitions, character and world building
in most of them that does not leave the player indifferent.
Every character in this universe has their reason to be there, their will to live, their
own insecurities and personal problems.
Ironically enough, for a game about the philosophy of free will and robotics, Nier Automata's
fictional androids and robots have way more sentimentality and humanity to them than most
human characters I've seen in fiction.
The interactions between the characters and the environments makes it feel so genuinely
real it almost hurts.
It's possible you might finish the game with more questions than answers, and this
is where the strengths of Nier and Nier Automata lie : These games are not all sad and depressing,
just like real life, it has its ups and downs, it's black and white parts, and for that
reason Nier Automata is a game that ends up being morally grey.
As if this wasn't enough, the game ends up following the trail of the first game : References
to past events, similar themes, characters…
As a sequel, Automata is pretty much a stand alone entry but also plays with the mind of
the past players to leave them with an even better experience and hook.
It isn't a matter of spoilers or understanding of the story, but if you do have the original
Nier in mind when you play, Automata is able to give you so much more for you to enjoy
and appreciate, and you'll be able to play the game for all its worth.
There is so much love, so much thought put into every dialogue, so much passion poured
in this title to make it feel as magical as possible.
Beautiful, subtle, intimate, heart wrenching, Nier Automata is a piece of science fiction
that will stay on my mind for a while to come, and in my heart forever.
I can't believe I managed to find the right words to describe those many amazing games.
I'm sorry if it felt like i couldn't say much about a lot of these aside from their
emotional impact on me, but by far, the best way to understand all that is to play all
of these games yourself.

video I decided to show you guys this New Year's Eve makeup look I really hope

with some vaseline because it's the winter season next thing we are applying
some stroke cream by Mac it just hydrates my skin and acts as a primer it
is very glowy and dewy and I love how it makes my skin look the next thing is
foundation I don't need a much of coverage so I use it only underneath my
eyes where I have my dark circles and I cover up those areas the next thing is
contour I use my trusty technique contour stick and I control my usual
areas and then I blend it slightly upwards because it just makes it look
like seamless and really flawless and I love it the next thing is highlighter
because you know I love my highlighter it is very very blinding I absolutely
love it for this kind of look and I know I have like a little bit of unwanted
highlighter on my cheeks but I promise you I will blend it out I have like the
most simplest I look ever I'm using my bronzer to just add a little bit of
depth and dimension to my eyes
and I'm using this highlighter from Mac it will shell by Mac on my inner corners
and the inner half of my eyes to make it pop I am tight lining my eyes and it
looks so terrible I'm so sorry and yeah next thing is mascara and this
is my new mascara from Maybelline it is big lash sensational and I absolutely
love it I line my lips with the Maybelline Velvet beige lip liner it is
amazing it just looks amazing and then I apply mysterious mocha by Maybelline
lastly I add a little bit of highlighter on the center of my lips and this is
another lipstick that I used I got a sample from Mac it is the most gorgeous
red color you will ever see in your life so guys that was it for this makeup look
it is so simple and I will totally rock it on New Year's Eve give this video a
