Full Face Using Only e.l.f. Cosmetics Heart Defensor Coffee N' Cream Highlighter Duo! - Duration: 4:52.

hey guys it's Hashtag Zoe welcome back to my channel so for today's video I have the

elf cosmetics and heart defensor collab on their coffee n' cream

full-faced using this highlighter so I'm gonna do half of my face using coffee

half of my face using cream and we are going to glow let me tell you we're

gonna glow

Hashtag Zoe

full face using only e.l.f. cosmetics heart defensor coffee n' cream duo

okay so I just got this in the mail yesterday and I figured what better way

to test it and give it a first impression than to literally put it all

over my face so first I think let's start with coffee and I'm gonna put

coffee on this side and I'm gonna put cream on this side and I'm basically

gonna look like palates let's go start this so I just have this flat top kabuki

brush and I'm just gonna wow you know one swipe and I'm already glowing to the

gods okay so I just did this isn't like my shade if your foundation but I'm so

I'm still using coffee and it was honestly for a highlighter it has great

coverage not gonna lie now would I actually wear this look out yes oh okay

probably not but I am definitely gonna be using this highlighter this coverage

is amazing and it's so like wait see me from space

okay so I'm gonna be taking my finger and just connecting and why not add some

eye shadow highlighter so this side of my face is coffee away but I'm gonna

do one more coat just to make sure I have the full coffee capacity on my face

okay so now that I've done my foundation on this side I'm gonna apply some

highlighter I'm gonna be taking coffee from the coffee n cream duo and

using that as highlighter on this side of my face did it work let's move on to

cream okay now moving on to foundation on the other side my face I'm gonna be

using cream this is the cream shade it is definitely lighter so this will

probably match my pale complexion guys obviously I know that this is not

actually foundation but because it's a full face using

this highlighter I figured out a compound ation because I just need a

full coverage on my skin and honestly this is doing quite a nice job coverage

what I do like about this palette is that I feel like if it mixes it'll give

you a nice shade too like your options

okay and I have a pimple right now and I think I need to cover it with this

foundation Wow honestly it didn't do that bad of a job for a highlighter

covering I'm pulling pretty good okay so I'm just gonna be patting this in a

little bit more doing another coat okay wait now I'm really like glowing to the

gods sorry got a glow and why not because there you want to remember you

know I just Jack Frost who actually because I did that on this side I'm

gonna do it on this side and I'm gonna be having glowy brows and lashes okay

guys so now that I am basically this palette um first of all I rate this a

solid 10 out of 10 like the fact that it covers my freckles and my red skin just

on both sides like even this side are you kidding me this is amazing and I

just want to test the not like together mix okay I don't know if you can see

that anything too much on but it is super pretty together and yeah good job

heart and else you guys are the best and I love this this is gonna be my new

everyday highlighter okay guys now let's go outside and see how much this glows

in the sunshine

okay guys thanks so much for watching if you enjoyed this video give a big thumbs

up comment down below which side you think is better coffee or cream in my

opinion I think we could just mix the two together and it could be coffee

cream anyway guys I will see you next week with another video

The Untold Truth Of Panera - Duration: 4:07.

With over 2,000 locations across North America, Panera Bread has carved out a special place

in the dining landscape thanks to free wifi, healthy options, and food that's fast without

being fast food.

But how much do you really know about your favorite sandwich shop?

Here's a look at the untold truth of Panera Bread.

Au Bon Pain

If Panera Bread feels like a modern, upscale version of the old bakery chain Au Bon Pain,

there's a good reason for that.

The Saint Louis Bread Company was founded in 1987.

In 1993, though, the burgeoning chain was purchased by Au Bon Pain and renamed Panera.

Six years later, they decided to expand outside of the St. Louis area and go national.

Just how sure was Au Bon Pain that Panera was the future of bakery cafes?

The company actually sold off Au Bon Pain itself in order to focus exclusively on Panera

instead.

Their secret weapon wasn't even bread, though.

As one of the first chains to offer free internet, at one point Panera actually became America's

largest provider of free wifi, helping turn the regional brand into a national sensation

overnight.

Certified fresh

Though the dough used at Panera Bread is prepared off-site and then shipped to individual locations,

the bread and pastries you get at Panera are in fact baked on-site each and every day to

ensure freshness.

Not everything you get at Panera is done that way, though.

According to a Reddit AMA by an alleged Panera employee, their mac and cheese is sent to

store frozen and then reheated, while some fruits like avocados are supposedly left out

all day and thus may not be so fresh by the time you get to them.

You don't always have to pay

According to the USDA, over 40 million Americans had trouble getting the food they needed in

2016.

In order to help address that need, Panera has opened Panera Cares sites in Saint Louis

and Boston.

These non-profit Panera locations are just like the regular stores, except patrons only

pay what they can afford, and can even eat for free if they don't have any money.

Plus, Panera Cares also helps connect people with other services, such as food pantries

and housing shelters.

Of course, it hasn't been all great; the company had to close down the Portland site among

others because there weren't enough paying customers to keep the location afloat.

"That was the big risk here… will the community step up and take on shared responsibility?"

So far, however, the two current locations are going strong, thanks in part to the fact

that some people actually pay more than necessary in order to help those in need.

Good job, humanity!

They're pretty healthy

In 2013, Panera was named the healthiest fast food chain by Health magazine.

They were the first chain in the industry to post calorie counts on their menus, and

were praised by dietitians for their variety of healthy options, such as whole-grain breads

and fresh fruit.

Additionally, the half-size option makes it easy to exercise portion control when ordering

soups, salads, and sandwiches.

They were also credited with having healthy options for kids, including organic peanut

butter and yogurt.

But they aren't stopping there.

The company announced in 2017 that everything on the menu will be available in child-sized

portions, making it easier for kids to have a variety of healthy options, while challenging

other chains to follow suit.

Clean eating?

Panera boasts that all the food they serve is "clean," which according to the company

describes food that has...

"No artificial flavors, preservatives, sweeteners, and no colors from artificial sources."

That sounds good, but some experts have criticized Panera's clean campaign as fear mongering.

Matt Teegarden, a graduate fellow in food science at Ohio State University, told Forbes,

"It promotes the perception that scientific-sounding food additives are harmful, unhealthy substances

that do not belong in foods.

Their scientific names, admittedly, may not sound super appetizing, but in no way does

that mean they are unsafe."

Go small

Finally, if you're sitting down for a meal at Panera, here's a money saving tip: you

don't need to order a large fountain drink or coffee, because "aside from smoothies,

lemonade, iced green tea, hot chocolate and made-to-order espresso drinks, all beverages

come with free refills."

Free refills and free wifi?

No wonder Panera is so popular!

Throw me a stick.

Here we go.

That's it! Come on.

Come on.

Come on. Come on.

No! No!

It's not the destination that matters.

It's the detour.

Activism needs introverts | Sarah Corbett - Duration: 13:58.

A few years ago, about seven years ago,

I found myself hiding in a festival toilet,

a music festival toilet,

and if anyone's been to a music festival,

yeah, you'll know that by the third day,

it's pretty nasty.

I was standing in the toilet because I couldn't even sit down,

because the toilet roll had run out,

there was mud everywhere,

and it smelled pretty bad.

And I stood there thinking,

"What am I doing? I don't even need the toilet."

But the reason I went

was because I was volunteering for a large charity on climate justice,

and it was seven years ago,

when lots of people didn't believe in climate change,

people were very cynical about activism,

and my role, with all of my teammates,

was to get people to sign petitions on climate justice

and educate them a bit more about the issue.

And I cared deeply about climate change and lots of inequality,

so I'd go and I'd talk to lots of people,

which made me nervous and drained me of energy,

but I did it because I cared,

but I would hide in the toilets, because I'd be exhausted,

and I didn't want my teammates doubting my commitment to the cause,

thinking that I was slacking.

And we'd go and meet at the end of our shift,

and we'd count how many petitions had been signed,

and often I'd win the amount of petitions signed

even though I had my little breaks in the toilet.

But I was always very jealous of the other activists,

because either they had the same amount of energy

as they had when they began the shift of getting people to sign petitions,

or often they had more energy,

and they'd be really excited about going to watch the bands in the evening

and having a dance.

And even if I loved the bands,

all I wanted to do was to go back to my tent and have a sleep,

because I'd just feel completely wiped out,

and I was really jealous of people that had the energy

to go and party hard at the festivals.

But it also made me really angry, as well, inside.

I thought, "This isn't fair, I'm an introvert,

and all of the offline campaigning seems to be favoring extroverts."

I would go on marches which drained me.

That was the other option.

Or I'd go and join campaigns outside embassies or shops.

The only thing that was on offer was around lots of people,

it was very loud activism,

it always involved lots of people, it was performing.

None of it was for introverts,

and I not only thought that that wasn't fair,

because a third to a half of the world's population are introverts,

which isn't fair on them, because we burn out,

or we'd be put off by activism and not do it,

and everyone needs to be an activist in this world.

And also, I didn't think it was particularly clever,

but I could see that a lot of the activism that worked

wasn't only extrovert activism.

It wasn't only the loud stuff.

It wasn't about people performing all the time.

A lot of the work that was needed was in the background,

was hidden, wasn't seen.

And when I ended up just being a campaigner,

because it's the only job I can do, really --

I was campaigning at university,

and for the last 10 years, I've been a professional campaigner

for large charities,

and now I'm a creative campaigner consultant for different charities

as well as other work I do --

but I knew that there were other forms of activism that were needed.

I started tinkering about seven years ago

to see what quieter forms of activism I could engage with

so I didn't burn out as an activist,

but also to look at some of the issues I was concerned about in campaigning.

I was very lucky that, when I worked for Oxfam and other big charities,

I could read lots of big reports

on what influenced politicians and businesses

and the general public,

what campaigns worked really well, which ones didn't.

And I'm a bit of a geek, so I look at all of that stuff,

and I wanted to tinker around

to see how I could engage people in social change in a different way,

because I think if we want the world to be more beautiful, kind and just,

then our activism should be beautiful, kind and just,

and often it's not.

And today, I just want to talk about three ways

that I think activism needs introverts.

I think there's lot of other ways, but I'm just going to talk about three.

And the first one is: activism is often very quick,

and it's about doing,

so extroverts, often their immediate response to injustice is,

we've got to do stuff now,

we've got to react really quickly --

and yes, we do need to react,

but we need to be strategic in our campaigning,

and if we just act on anger,

often we do the wrong things.

I use craft, like needlework --

like this guy behind me is doing --

as a way to not only slow down those extrovert doers,

but also to bring in nervous, quiet introverts into activism.

By doing repetitive actions,

like handicraft, you can't do it fast, you have to do it slowly.

And those repetitive stitches

help you meditate on the big, complex, messy social change issues

and figure out what we can do

as a citizen, as a consumer, as a constituent,

and all of those different things.

It helps you think critically while you're stitching away,

and it helps you be more mindful of what are your motives.

Are you that Barbie aid worker that was mentioned before?

Are you about joining people in solidarity,

or do you want to be the savior, which often isn't very ethical?

But doing needle work together, as well,

extroverts and introverts and ambivert --

everyone's on the scale in different places --

because it's a quiet, slow form of activism,

it really helps introverts be heard

in other areas, where they are often not heard.

It sounds odd,

but while you're stitching, you don't need eye contact with people.

So, for nervous introverts,

it means that you can stitch away next to someone or a group of people

and ask questions that you're thinking

that often you don't get time to ask people,

or you're too nervous to ask if you give them eye contact.

So you can get introverts, who are those big, deep thinkers,

saying, "That's really interesting that you want to do

that extrovert form of activism that's about shaming people

or quickly going out somewhere,

but who are you trying to target and how,

and is that the best way to do it?"

So it means you could have these discussions in a very slow way,

which is great for the extrovert to slow down and think deeply,

but it's really good for the introvert as well,

to be heard and to feel part of that movement for change,

in a good way.

Some ways we do it is stitch cards

about what values we thread through our activism,

and making sure that we don't just react in unethical ways.

One, sometimes we work with art institutions

where we will get over 150 people at the V&A

who can come for hours,

sit and stitch together on a particular issue,

and then tweet what they're thinking or how it went, like this one.

Also, I always think that activism needs introverts

because we're really good at intimate activism.

So we're good at slow activism,

and we're really good at intimate activism,

and if this year has told us anything,

it's told us that we need to, when we're engaging power holders,

we need to engage them by listening to people we disagree with,

by building bridges not walls --

walls or wars --

and by being critical friends, not aggressive enemies.

And one example that I do a lot with introverts,

but with lots of people,

is make gifts for people in power,

so not be outside screaming at them,

but to give them something like a bespoke handkerchief

saying, "Don't blow it.

Use your power for good.

We know you've got a difficult job in your position of power.

How can we help you?"

And what's great is, for the introverts,

we can write letters while we're making these gifts,

so for us, Marks and Spencer,

we tried to campaign to get them to implement the living wage.

So we made all the 14 board members bespoke handkerchiefs.

We wrote them letters, we boxed them up,

and we went to the AGM to hand-deliver our gifts

and to have that form of intimate activism

where we had discussions with them.

And what was brilliant was that the chair of the board

told us how amazing our campaign was,

how heartfelt it was.

The board members, like Martha Lane Fox,

who has hundreds of thousands of followers on Twitter,

and highly influential in business,

tweeted how impressed she was,

and within 10 months,

we'd had meetings with Marks and Spencer

to say, "We know this is difficult to be a living wage employer,

but if you can be one,

the rest of the sector will look at it,

and it's not right that some of your amazing workers are working full time

and still can't pay their bills.

And we love Marks and Spencer.

How can you be the role model that we want you to be?"

So that was that intimate form of activism.

We had lots of meetings with them.

We then gave them Christmas cards and Valentine's cards to say,

"We really want to encourage you to implement the living wage,

and within 10 months, they'd announced to the media

that they were going to pay the independent living wage, and now --

(Applause)

Thank you.

And now we're trying to work with them to be accredited,

which is really important,

and we went back to the last AGM this June

and we had these amazing one-to-one discussions with the board members,

who told us how much they loved their hankies

and how it really moved them, what we were doing,

and they all told us that if we were standing outside screaming at them

and not being gentle in our protest,

they wouldn't have even listened to us,

never mind had those discussions with us.

And I think introverts are really good at intimate activism

because we like to listen,

we like one-to-ones,

we don't like small talks,

we like those big, juicy issues to discuss with people,

we don't like conflict,

so we avoid it at all costs,

which is really important when we're trying to engage power holders,

not to be conflicting with them all the time.

The third way I think activists are really missing out

if they don't engage introverts

is that introverts, like I said, can be half of the world's population,

and most of us won't say that we're introvert,

or we get embarrassed by saying what overwhelms us.

So for me, a few years ago,

my mom used to send me texts in capital letters --

and she can now do emojis and everything, she's fine --

but as soon as I'd see this text,

I'd wince and think, "Ooh, it's capital letters, it's too much."

And I'd have to ignore it to read the lovely text she sent me.

And that's a bit embarrassing,

to tell people that capital letters overwhelm you,

but we really need introverts to help us do intriguing activism

that attracts them rather than puts them off.

We're put off by big and brash giant posters

and capital letters and explanation marks

telling us what to do and vying for our attention.

So some of the things I do with people around the world who take part

is make small bits of provocative street art

which are hung off eye level, very small,

and they're provocative messages.

They're not preaching at people or telling them what to do.

They're just getting people to engage in different ways,

and think for themselves,

because we don't like to be told what to do.

It might be wearing a green heart on your sleeve

saying what you love and how climate change will affect it,

and we'll wear it,

and if people say,

"Why are you wearing a green heart with the word 'chocolate' on?"

and we can have those one-to-one intimate conversations and say,

"I love chocolate.

Climate change is going to affect it,

and I think there's lot of other things that climate change will affect,

and I really want to make sure I'm part of the solution, not the problem."

And then we deflect, because we don't like to be the center of attention,

and say, "What do you love and how will climate change affect it?"

Or it might be shop-dropping instead of shop-lifting,

where we'll make little mini-scrolls with lovely stories on

about what's the story behind your clothes.

Is it a joyful story of how it's made, or is it a torturous one?

And we'll just drop them in little pockets in shops,

all lowercase, all handwritten,

with kisses and smiley faces in ribbon,

and then people are excited that they found it.

And we often drop them in unethical shops

or in front pockets,

and it's a way that we can do offline campaigning

that engages us and doesn't burn us out,

but also engages other people in an intriguing way online and offline.

So I've got two calls to action,

for the introverts and for the extroverts.

For the ambivert,

you're involved in all of it.

For the extroverts, I want to say that when you're planning a campaign,

think about introverts.

Think about how valuable our skills are, just as much as extroverts'.

We're good at slowing down and thinking deeply,

and the detail of issues, we're really good at bringing them out.

We're good at intimate activism, so use us in that way.

And we're good at intriguing people

by doing strange little things that help create conversations and thought.

Introverts, my call to action for you is,

I know you like being on your own,

I know you like being in your head,

but activism needs you,

so sometimes you've got to get out there.

It doesn't mean that you've got to turn into an extrovert and burn out,

because that's no use for anyone,

but what it does mean

is that you should value the skills and the traits that you have

that activism needs.

So for everyone in this room,

whether you're an extrovert or an introvert or an ambivert,

the world needs you now more than ever,

and you've got no excuse not to get involved.

Thanks.

The Bright Stuff: New NASA Dawn Findings at Ceres - Duration: 2:31.

The Bright Stuff: New Dawn Findings at Ceres

[Nathan Stein, Doctoral Researcher, Caltech]

When folks think about asteroids

they might think about dead chunks of rock

that are floating around space.

And what we see with Ceres is that

the processes are modifying the surface,

even in the present day.

[Jennifer Scully, JPL Research Scientist]

Approaching Ceres,

we saw this very bright region on the surface.

And then as we got closer and closer

you saw that there were multiple bright regions

in this one crater.

There's the one in the center,

which is called Cerealia Facula

and then there's the ones off to the side in the crater floor

which are called Vinalia Faculae.

Cerealia is located in a pit within the center of the crater.

That pit is about 10 kilometers wide.

And so it's about 1/9 the diameter of

Occator Crater itself.

And then within that pit there is a little central dome.

[Stein] What we're seeing is an indication that

there are liquid brines

potentially in the subsurface, even in the present day,

rising to the surface and becoming these bright spots.

And that tells us that there has to be a process

providing energy to drive these fluids to the surface.

We call them bright spots, but actually it's a relative term.

The brightest bright spot on Ceres, Cerealia Facula,

has an albedo of around .5

which is about the same brightness as dirty snow.

Bright spots on Ceres aren't limited to a single place.

We've found that there are over 300 bright spots,

all over the surface of Ceres.

And that indicates that this is a relatively widespread process.

[Scully] The salts that we see in Occator Crater

are of similar composition to salts that we find

in Mono Lake in California.

It's interesting that you can have these similar materials

found in different places

that were formed by different processes.

[Stein] Ceres represents something of a bridge

between the bodies of the inner solar system

and the outer solar system.

In the inner solar system we see rocky bodies.

In the outer solar system we, more broadly, see icy bodies.

And Ceres is sitting somewhere in-between.

But we know now from the bright spots that it is changing.

The bright spots that are already on the surface

are darkening over time scales of

hundreds of millions of years or even less.

And we also see that the bright spots maybe are still forming.

So Ceres is still an active body.

And we still have a lot of questions about

what are the processes that are modifying

Ceres' surface over time

and what that tells us about the internal nature of Ceres

and how it actually formed.

How to ROOT MIUI 9 Global Official ROM any Xiaomi - Duration: 8:11.

Good friends, I'm Manu.

Today we will rootear Global Official MIUI 9.

I'm going to do in my Xiaomi redmi 4A and I will discuss what we will do.

Let's try that do not have root access now.

Root Checker app we use for it.

Click on verify root.

We do not have root access.

Now we activate the USB debugging is the developer options.

To enable them we are going to Settings, phone information.

7 times in a row we press on MIUI version.

I take this opportunity to show you the version of MIUI 9 on which we work.

7.11.16 Beta that is.

We return back to access developer options.

Ahora simplemente flasheamos nuestro fichero zip.

no deja restaurar bien nuestro rooteo.

Entorno a cinco minutos.

Easy Meal Prep for Weight Loss - Duration: 8:10.

Hi everyone I'm Dr. Riva Robinson Founder of the holistic medical practice

RIVA Wellness. Today, I'm going to teach you how to meal prep like a pro, so you

can lose weight all while saving precious time and money. And be sure to

stick around to the very end of this video, as I'm going to show you how and

where to go to download a special free ebook that's going to help you customize

this plan just for your needs. So here we go! Step 1: Find an affordable grocery

store in your neighborhood. My personal favorite is Trader Joe's because I can

leave there spending about as half as much as I would if I were shopping at

Whole Foods and still walk out with plenty of organic produce. If you don't

have a Trader Joe's in your neighborhood, chances are you probably have a Ralph's

or a Kroger or Albertson's or a Safeway or something that still has affordable

prices that won't force you to break the bank. And Step 2: Find as many

pre-chopped, pre-seasoned, precooked items as you can that are still whole foods.

Bear in mind, you want to avoid as many processed foods as possible. So this is

going to include like the frozen meals and the freezer section that have lots

of additives and preservatives because those are gonna disrupt your metabolism

and prevent you from losing weight.... Which is a "no - no". So get these pre chopped

items like onions, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower. You can get rotisserie

chicken. You can even get hard-boiled eggs. You can get so many items that take

so much of the prep time away so that's hours that you get back to your week. So

for example breakfast you want eggs and toast

grab those freshly hard-boiled eggs from the refrigerator section in your

grocery store. A piece of toast, a little butter if you want. Salt and pepper... there

you go! That's done in like two and a half minutes. You want a hearty salad for

lunch? There you go: grab a bag salad, you get your rotisserie chicken, avocado,

hummus, extra chopped vegetables if you want. Throw it all together... that

literally took you another two minutes! Catch my drift here how easy it is to

save money while still eating healthy? Bonus tip: other things that I love that

save have saved me lots of time are spiralized vegetables like zoodles, so

you can have a low-carb version of spaghetti and noodle dishes that still

taste very satisfying. Step 3: calculate how many calories you need to eat in a day

in order to lose weight. so there's a formula for this, which is your resting

metabolic rate times your adjustment factor for activity - your adjustment

factor for body fat loss. So in order to calculate your resting metabolic rate

make it easy on yourself and go to My Fitness pal's BMR calculator

just plug in your age, height, weight, and sex and it'll pop out that number for

you without having to do all the calculations yourself. Then look at this

chart and figure out what your activity adjustment factor is and also your body

fat loss adjustment factor and plug those into the first equation. So for me

my fitness pal gave me a BMR of 1252 calories. so since I exercise six to

seven days a week vigorously, (I know I'm crazy) that's an adjustment factor of 1.7

and then the corresponding body fat loss adjustment factor is going to

be 500. So my BMR of 1252 times 1.7 minus 500 gives me a daily caloric

allowance of 1629 calories in order to lose one pound

of body fat per week. Step 4: customize your meal plan. Again I'll use

myself as an example. I eat four times a day, generally three full meals and one

snack. So, for each meal I'll have about 450 calories and then a snack that's

about 200 to 250 calories. I'm not going to get too detailed in all the macros,

I'll save that for another time. But generally I have three to four full

portions of protein a day, about two servings of healthy fats with each meal,

so that's either avocado, extra-virgin olive oil, coconut oil, nuts seeds, 5 to 7

servings of non starchy vegetables in every color that you can imagine - more

the better. And then two to three servings of grain

or starchy vegetables, like sweet potato or brown rice.

Bonus tip: if you tend to carry more of your weight in your midsection, then try

to limit the starches in your diet and exchange them for healthy fats. Now I

know this might seem counterintuitive, but bear with me. Starches actually cause

your body to store more calories as body fat, while healthy fats like the ones I

mentioned before are going to help your body use fat more efficiently as fuel.

This is a basic premise why ketogenic diets have been so successful for

some people in losing weight. Home stretch! We're at step number 5: be

patient. So, we use the formula to calculate how many calories you need to

eat in order to lose one pound per week. So you might have lost more weight in

previous programs that you've done. Maybe you lost 2 to 3 or 5 pounds a week but you

probably gained that weight back, didn't you? Yeah that's the thing! We're looking for

healthy, sustainable weight loss, which takes time. Healthy weight loss is going

to be about 1 to 2 pounds per week. 2 pounds per week if you're incorporate

an exercise program with that. So that was my other bonus tip...I just stole it from

myself: incorporate an exercise program

obviously I'm still dressed in my workout clothes because that is a core

part of my personal fitness plan.

By exercising at least, let's just say

an hour a day, five days a week, you can help your body burn an additional 1

pound of fat per week. Now, just imagine doing that with the healthy balanced

nutrition, losing two pounds per week, you lose eight pounds per month, and that's

going to be sustainable. Over six months you've lost almost fifty

pounds. So just imagine the possibilities! And there you have it! now you've learned

my five steps for creating a weight loss plan that will save you both time and

money. But if you're looking for something that is a little bit more

detailed I have a prepared guide that includes your grocery shopping list,

detailed menu, further steps on how to customize this plan, and more goodies in

"The Save Your Time and Dime Meal Prep Guide." You can find the link to download

this for free in the description section of this video. And remember if

you like this video, be sure to hit the like button, share it with your friends,

and subscribe to my YouTube channel. Thank you so much for watching! Again I'm

Dr. Riva Robinson, and I'll see you in the next video!

Tahini and seeds CRACKERS • Low Carb Crackers #3 - Duration: 1:50.

TAHINI AND SEEDS CRACKERS • Low Carb Crackers •

In a large bowl, let's whisk:

1/2 cup of tahini

2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Now, let's add: 1/2 cup of mixed seeds

Here I have: chia seeds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.

Then, using a spatula, keep mixing until well combined.

Line a parchment paper on a large baking tray...

And spread the mixture over it.

Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F) and bake it for 10 minutes. ⏰

Now, let's take the tray out of the oven...

And carefully using a sharp knife, cut them into the shape and size you like.

Bring it back to the oven, baking for more 10 minutes.

IT'S DONE! 🎉

Let them cool down on the tray before removing the crackers from it.

I've made a total of 18 crackers out of this recipe.

With ONLY 0.7 grams of net carbs per cracker!

YUM! SO GOOD!

like Lamorghini's, Audis, BMW's and Tesla's So I figured I'd put my Wealthbuilderz on

to how much it would cost them to own these type of luxurious

vehicles.

In this video we are going to talk about the Tesla's Model S

because its the most popular model, and it comes with a few options.

The basic price of a Tesla Model S 85D is 85 grand

without options.

Thats a little steep isn't?

There is a federal tax credit available worth $7,500,

California, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts and Utah offer state tax incentives.

The options available are the autopilot feature, Smart Air Suspension, and upgraded sound system,

each at $2,500; higher quality finish for $5,000; Executive

Rear Seats for $3,000; the Subzero Weather Package for $1,000; and

two additional seats for $3,000.

Let's add everything but the luxury finish and rear seats.

Now, a car that seats seven will cost $96,500.

Leasing is available – for 15,000 miles a year,

the monthly charge is $1,038 without options.

This car is turning out to be expensive but its cheaper then purchasing a bugatti

and still a head turner when you take her out on the town.

One of the greatest part of owning a Tesla No More Stopping For Gas

And if you don't live in a state where they have gas attendents

like they still do in New Jersey It can be annoying

jumping out the car in inclement weather to pump gas.

Plus its good on your budget.

With 100 miles using 34kWh (about 100 MPG) and electricity costing an average of $0.12/kWh,

the yearly cost to drive a Tesla Model S 85D 15,000 miles is $612.

Compared to other cars the Tesla Model S 85D is a no brainer

the tesla Model S 85D will likely cost less than $1,000

for a long time whereas oil prices change daily and could return to $4+ at any time.

Another benefit of having an electric car is that instead of fueling up

You just plug up at night and wake up in the morning and go.

What could be better?

Tesla's Model S 85D has virtually no maintenance because its an electric engine

Which has far fewer moving parts than a regular internal combustion engine.

The battery is guaranteed for eight years with unlimited miles and is replaceable for

$12,000.

The vehicle comes with a limited warranty and $600 yearly inspections are optional.

All Tesla Model S cars that are financed through Tesla come with the option to sell the car

back to Tesla at a fixed price at the end of the term.

This price is about 46% of the purchase price or $44,390 for the Tesla Model S 85D example.

So now Let's add everything up.

The initial cost, including all options, is $96,500.

With 15% down and 2% financing over five years, the interest charges would be $4,237.87,

bringing the grand total to $100,737.87.

When we apply Teslanomics (subtracting every dollar possible to lower the effective monthly

payment), we can subtract $7,500 in federal tax incentive

as well as the gas savings of $600 per year and an average of $400 per year on maintenance.

After five years and $100,737.87 in costs, the savings add up to $12,500.

Selling the Model S 85D back to Tesla earns about $44,390 (although it could bring in

more if sold on the private market), which brings the car's net cost for five

years to $43,847.87 or $730.80 per month.

Basically after you sum everything up from the initial cost

to the savings you get in the long run.

The Tesla Model S 85d is way more cost effective

then any luxury car out there on the market in my opinion.

I gathered most of this info from one my favorites sites investopedia.com

if you want to read the full article go check the link out below.

Now the real question is how can you purchase a Tesla right?

Because even though its alot of savings that come with a Tesla

that inital price of over a $100,000 after all the options are put on is kind of steep.

Most likely your job income is not going to

be

at a level high enough to get you in the tax bracket of owning a

Tesla But don't worry I think I can

help you make more money and start building

a online business right from the comfort of your own home that

will get you to the level of being able to own

a Tesla or almost any luxury car on the market.

Trevor Noah Trump Knows Two Things About Japan, and Neither of Them Is Right - Duration: 2:54.

Trevor Noah Trump knows two things about Japan and neither of them is right poor Japan said Noah on the daily show

Once again, they have to deal with an out-of-control monster with tiny hands

Donald Trump s trip to Japan might have been an embarrassment to many, but two late-night comedians

It was an embarrassment of riches as the president fumbled and gapped his way through the trip

He provided no shortage of comedic fodder and on Monday night late night hosts sounded off on among other things

The president as samurai war here's comment that commemorative hats that Prime Minister

Shinzo Abe presented and of course his in Trump s trip to the golf course

poor Japan said Trevor Noah once again

They have to deal with an out-of-control monster with tiny hands upon the president s arrival

It made sure to greet Trump with the gesture he D understand baseball caps emblazoned with the words Donald in Shinzo make alliance even greater

written in gold of course

Some might cringe at than the Chetty, but to the Daily Show host s mind. It was so cute

Still Noah had one reservation

It looks less like a diplomatic souvenir and more like a novelty gift from a bachelorette party. I am surprised

It didn't t have a penis sticking out of it that s all that was missing as tacky as the gesture might be to some

Stephen Colbert insisted on Late Show that this was nothing out of the ordinary

Historians know all the best diplomacy was accomplished by a headgear the comedian dead patent

Don t forget the great gear roosevelt gave out at the elta a was a smart man chimed in Seth Meyers

He figured out that the only way to communicate effectively with Donald Trump is via hat

Which actually gives me an idea at that moment in his closer look the late-night host donned his own hat branded with the words resign

Donald but the moment that seemed to chafe at each comedian the most was the president s comment that as a country of samurai warriors

One would think Japan would be able to shoot down North Korea s missiles themselves

After reading through the full quote Myers noted there are about 54 things wrong with that

but let s just two three one Japan tea had samurai warriors and hundreds of years to

They famously carried swords

so if the Rockets were more than like eight feet off the ground good luck and

Three anybody who watches movies knows that Samuraizer were white guys

Thanks a lot Tom Cruise

I don t know what s worse that Trump thinks Japan still his samurai or that he thinks samurai warriors were trained in missile defense

Noah said I feel like Trump only knows two things about Japan and neither of them is right don t have to be a samurai

Colbert I didn't characters Trump himself

Could be a ninja could be a Power Ranger or Godzilla you know mr., Miyagi

Trevor Noah Thinks Maybe Melania Should Be the One Calling Military Widows - Duration: 1:50.

Trevor Noah thinks maybe melanie's should be the one calling military widows

Remember that time a sitting US president

Allegedly told a grieving military Widow that her husband knew what he signed up for

Donald Trump claims that Florida congresswoman Frederica Wilson s recent account of his

Conversation with my Asia Johnson is inaccurate

But a Johnson family member has corroborated Wilson s. Story and as Trevor Noah said on The Daily Show Thursday night

It is hard to be surprised by the story regardless

I don t think we should be surprised that Trump offended this family, Noah

Said we ve all heard him speak. We are offended everyday

What do you think a phone is going to magically transform them into sir Phineas the eloquent?

like Trump s

Going to be talking like all these losers and haters Bing Bing bong bong

big Lee hold on I gotta make a call

greetings and salutations

My soul is washed in a great flood of sorrow as I reflect upon your circumstance fare thee well

Right, where was I little Rocket Man it s not going to happen the president Noah said is the worst at?

words

unfortunately there aren't too many candidates available to take over this part of the job for him as

Know it pointed out Jared Kushner can t do it because he s on line one fixing the Middle East

you don t want Sarah Huckabee Sanders calling because he ll tell you your son didn't he die and

Then 30 other people can t do it because they ve all been fired

The one person Noah posits could potentially tackle this heavy task

Melania Trump

But there is one pitfall to that plan aside from the conspiracy theory driven possibility that the real Melania is in hiding

I don t trust her to not sneak in her own personal agenda no equipped. I will t be shocked if she

For Jon Stewart and Trevor Noah, Trump Is Best Understood Through Dicks - Duration: 3:42.

For John Stuart and Trevor Noah Trump is best understood through dicks

Stuart Noah Hayes and mine hi

Conan O'Brien and more performed at the 11th annual stand up for Heroes fundraiser in New York on

Tuesday night a collection of US Armed Service veterans a few thousand New Yorkers and some very funny Joe

H9 a second gathered at the theater at Madison Square Garden for stand-up for Heroes the 11th annual event that raises money for veterans

Organizations the night a spill included set from an all-male power lineup Jon Stewart Hayes and mine hi Trevor Noah

John Oliver John Mulaney and Conan O'Brien

Veterans made up a sizable portion of the audience a tough crowd one might think

Considering the way many of night s performers have gone in on the current commander in chief

Untrue according to John Oliver the host of last week tonight told Vanity Fair that on the contrary

Veterans and active military make for the best audiences a detail he recalls from stand-up tours in Afghanistan

They read good audiences because they so want to laugh. He said since

2007 the event has kicked off the New York Comedy Festival as well as serving as a fundraiser for the Bob witters Foundation

Which buoys returning veterans through various programs

this night is about seeing all this great talent, which is part of the festival perform in front of this great audience of

5,500 people it kind of sets it off for the rest of the week said the festival s

co-organizer Caroline Hirsch of Caroline's on Broadway

the festival itself will run through November

12 to New York and includes a week of O'Brien at the Apollo in Harlem and so much more comedy that it has a little

Head spin II Bob Woodruff a former journalist for ABC who was injured while covering the Iraq war and his wife

Lee were on hand to welcome everyone and to reiterate that their foundation is an apolitical one

The comedian's were not held to the same standard Jon Stewart kicked it all off and set the tone

Putting the spotlight on Obama to trump flip-flop voters. How do you even get there?

He said it like the guy is like yeah, it didn t work out with my girlfriend

So now I am going out with a toaster. I just stick my dick in it

I think that s where our country s at right now

We all put our dick in the toaster

Trevor Noah who took up steward s mantle at the Daily Show also took up steward s mantle of members centric hypotheticals

I don t know how to feel about Donald Trump

He said on the one hand I do wake up most days

Terrified that he has the president of the most powerful nation in the world

And on the other I do wake up knowing he is going to make me laugh. There is terror and there is joy

You know what it feels like there's a giant asteroid headed towards the earth, but it has shaped like a penis

Trump wasn't he just a dick and the preferred metaphor of the evening he was also drunk people

Noah Trump fired James Comey the director of the FBI a decision I agree with I

Just think if you can fire someone that s investigating you fire them if I could fire someone who's investigating me

I do be at the DUI checkpoint the cop would pull up like sir. Do you know why I pulled you over?

to get your ass fired and

Sometimes America is drunk people

Oliver a passionate fan of America

But a British national who could not vote said

Falling in love with America right now is like falling in love with a girl who s throwing up all over herself

Just holding her hair back saying Shh. Let it all out

You just made a mistake that s all you can t repeat this mistake, otherwise you've become less sympathetic
