Invoking Your Soul Power - Duration: 3:52.
Invoking Your Soul Power
by Conscious Reminder
I began to be interested in Self- Healing because I was desperate to do something with
my life and my emotions.
A friend of mine introduced me to it and after that there has been no going back
I have learnt so much on this journey and I wish to share some of it with the readers.
So, Soul Healers believe in the idea that everything has a soul; whether it is trees
or animals or even inanimate objects; everything.
This is the reason why we believe that everything can be cured if you heal your soul and look
after your soul.
Yes, thats all thats needed to lead a better life.
However, it is not as easy as it sounds.
One of the most important things that you have to understand is that you cannot even
begin the process of healing your soul or transforming your life, if you dont know
how to talk to your soul.
Yes, you need to know how to have a healthy conversation with your soul.
This conversation has to be based on the premise that our soul has been through a lot and it
knows a lot more than our minds.
Our mind only knows what has happened in this life but our soul has been in the game of
this Universe for a very long time.
So, at the centre of Soul Healing is a four power technique.
This technique involves talking to your soul and you have to do this by directly addressing
your soul.
After addressing your soul, relax and take a break for three minutes before doing this
again.
This will really open you up to your soul and you will be able to learn a lot about
yourself and this way you will be able to solve a lot of your problems.
There are three more ancient healing techniques that you can use as well:
Body power: It involves hand and body positions and is done for smooth energy flow.
Mind power: This is also called creative visualization.
Sound power: This is done through chanting and vibrational sounds that heal.
All of the above techniques are very powerful in isolation but they are also very useful
if they are done together.
They have been created after 5000 years of European wisdom combined with modern knowledge.
The cell theory talks about the reason why illness occurs.
Excess of energy is the reason behind all sorts of illnesses.
And lack of energy causes around 15 percent of the illnesses.
The cure has to be found out depending on the situation of energy in your body.
Soul healers believe that all the cells constantly vibrate and this creates a sort of energy
field around them.
Whenever a cell contracts; the matter inside converts into energy outside in the spaces
between the cells.
On the other hand when the cell expands; the energy outside converts into the matter inside
the cell.
It is believed that we fall sick whenever this intricate balance between energy and
matter is mismatched.
This means that this balance is extremely precarious.
But all of the soul techniques release any blockage that happens on a cellular level
and thus allow the flow of energy freely.
This ensures good health.
I realized all this when I realized that I have a healer within me and I have all the
energy to change my life around.
Yes, all of us do.

How To Survive The Holidays | Chronic Illness Edition [CC] // aGirlWithLyme - Duration: 10:02.
The holidays are right around the corner.
Some love the holidays and it's their favorite time of the year.
And some of us are grinches and it's their least favorite time of the year.
But I think if you have a Chronic Illness or a disability then I think you can agree
with me on this next statement - The holidays are difficult.
Physically were trying to dodge every flare that pops up after going shopping, or going
to a social event, or decorating or cooking.
And financially were worried that we may not be able to afford Christmas presents for our
family and friends, or even afford our medication come to the end of the month.
In today's video, I am going to share with you some tips for those of us with Chronic
Illnesses and disabilities on how to survive the holidays.
Also, you should check out the video I did last year where I talked about Chronic Illness
and the holidays, and all the struggles that those of us with Chronic Illnesses face when
the holiday season rolls around.
And you should also check out last weeks video where I give you gift ideas on what to get
someone with a Chronic Illness or Disability.
So let's get started.
The first tip I have is to try to save a little bit of your money throughout the year so you
can be able to afford Christmas presents when it comes time to go shopping.
This could be as little as $10 a month to $20 a month.
Also, another great tip is buying presents throughout the year so you don't have to spend
a whole bunch of money when it comes around Christmas time.
So you can just buy small little gifts through the year for certain family members and friends,
and have it stored somewhere in your home and then give it to them when it comes Christmas
time.
I know all too well how hard it is to save up money to buy things and it's especially
hard when you're on a limited income, it's nearly impossible to save anything.
My next tip is shopping online.
Shopping online can save so much time, energy, and in some cases money.
And you can also really buy really unique things online that you really wouldn't find
in a Walmart.
I don't know about you guys but my family always leaves Christmas shopping to like the
very last minute.
And shopping in crowded stores is like one of the worst things.
It takes so much energy, and it takes so much time.
And sometimes things in stores around Christmas time are super expensive and you really don't
end up getting that much of a deal.
So online really is the way to go.
I usually don't mind paying shipping if I have saved time, my energy, and I get to stay
in bed.
I - I'm willing to pay the extra just to have those three things.
The next tip I have is about wrapping presents.
I don't know about you but wrapping presents is hard and sometimes painful and really difficult
to do.
Especially if there are a lot of gifts to wrap.
What I recommend is getting a gift bag and shoving all of the presents in there, maybe
with some, uh, fancy looking tissue paper, just to make it fancy - don't wrap the individual
presents because that will just cost you time and energy, but just put everything in the
bag and then seal the bag with some tape, and you're done.
That's all you have to do.
So I find this a very quick and easy way, its time efficient, its energy efficient,
you don't waste so much energy and pain doing things and it gets everything done so much
quicker.
And if you get a really nice looking bag, and some really you know, cute tissue paper
then you can make it look like you actually put a lot of effort in it, when you really
didn't.
Another option you may have is to either ask a friend or a family member to wrap your presents
for you if you physically are unable to do so and it causes a lot of pain and you just,
you know, you don't have the energy for it.
Um, its always okay to ask for help, and if you have someone there that can help you to
wrap your presents or you can get someone to wrap your presents for you that would also
be a really great option.
Decorating can be very draining, time-consuming, and it can cause a lot of pain.
Sometimes your best option is to get someone to help you decorate if you are really into
making your house look very festive, then getting help decorating wouldn't be such a
bad idea.
It depends on how much you go all out with your decorating, whether you put up lights
on outside your house or you do most of your decorating inside your house.
Um, also its kind of difficult to put up a Christmas tree sometimes when you are - your
Disabled, your Chronically Ill and you may not have someone around to do that for you.
Your options are either getting a fake tree and doing it yourself if you're able to.
But another really cool option that I thought would be really quick and easy and look kind
of unique would to um, either draw a tree or have like a big uh, picture of a decorated
Christmas tree and just stick it on the wall and put all of your presents under it, and
I've even seen some things on Pinterest where people will put Christmas lights on their
wall and have it in the shape of a Christmas tree so they don't actually have a tree up.
That could also be another very time efficient but also cute way of putting up a Christmas
tree but not having a big Christmas tree in your living room.
But I totally feel you all on not being able to you know, decorate and stuff like that,
the past few years, um when we've been decorating I've just been handing the decorations to
my brother and sister to either put on the tree or put on the wall because I physically
cannot do it anymore.
My next tip is to prioritize parties or maybe some family gatherings if you can.
If your one of those lucky people who gets invited to a lot of Christmas parties because
you still do have friends with your Chronic Illness and Disability then you may get invited
to quite a few parties and naturally you want to go to all of them, but physically your
body may not allow you.
If you happen to get invited to a party I recommend prioritizing which parties you want
to go to the most and which ones that you kind of have to be at.
Something I have learned a lot is to not over do it during the holidays.
So really, prioritizing which parties to go to, and kind of pacing yourself is a good
idea.
Because by the time Christmas day rolls around you could be in a major flare and be in too
much pain to get up and get out of bed to open the presents, and you'll be in too much
pain and feel too awful to end up going to the Christmas dinner, which means you cannot
eat the amazing food that your family have made.
So yes, pace yourself with the parties, have fun at them but don't kill yourself having
too much fun because your body will definitely be paying for it.
And of course adding on to the last tip pacing yourself is very important during the holidays,
and it really does go a long way in trying to prevent flares so you can make it through
the holiday season.
Only do what you know you can do, and what your body can handle.
Don't spend the entire day making cookies, and cakes, and pies, and you know, Christmasy
treats if you know you're going to be pushing yourself doing it.
Try to pace yourself by possibly baking for no more than 2-3 hours instead of the entire
day.
And maybe wait an entire day in between your next baking session just so you can recuperate
and not overdo yourself.
Kind of doing things like this - just pacing yourself and taking your time and not overdoing
yourself it makes a huge difference.
Learn to know when to take a break and stop, and learn when to ask for help so you don't
overdo it and you don't cause yourself a flare, so you don't wake up the next day and you're
unable to get out of bed.
My next suggestion is to take time to relax.
I know the holidays are busy, there are so many things to do, like shopping, you have
family and friends to visit, you have to bake things and possibly prepare dishes for the
Christmas dinner, you have to decorate, there are - I mean there are so many things to do
throughout the holidays.
But please do not forget to practice self-care and relax.
Have a day where you do nothing at all, or at least do things that are very low energy.
You will thank yourself.
Plus it's probably cold, and snowy outside so you really - your best option is to just
curl up on the couch with a very snuggly blanket, with a kitty or a puppy in your lap and just
watch some Netflix.
Honestly that's really all it takes to get me to stop and relax and just chill out.
And remember to try to stop worrying over all of the little things, it'll be all ok
in the end.
Just try to enjoy the holidays.
And my last tip is to not be so hard on yourself.
Those of us with Chronic Illnesses really do seem to get mad, and upset with ourselves
when we cant do the things that we want to do, and that we need to do, or go to the places
that we need to go.
I know I have experienced this myself as well but it does get a little bit easier.
You will come to realize that sometimes your health does take priority over going to a
party or going shopping, or maybe even sometimes going to see family members and friends.
So please just cut yourself so slack if your unable to get up out of bed and do the things
that you need to do, or you want to do.
you're doing the best that you can and that is what matters.
I hope you guys enjoyed today's video.
In the comments below I want to know what other tips you would suggest to other people
with Chronic Illnesses to help them get through the holidays.

South Africa at a crossroads, new chronicle of Mandela's presidency looks back for guidance - Duration: 7:09.
JUDY WOODRUFF: Now: a possible turning point in South Africa.
Its ruling party, the African National Congress, is expected to replace its leader, Jacob Zuma,
this weekend.
Whoever is chosen could also replace Zuma as the country's president in the 2019 general
election.
But as Zuma and his party have been marred by accusations of corruption, some South Africans
are reevaluating the legacy of the party's most famous member, Nelson Mandela.
With the recent release of a book on the life and words of Mandela, Jeffrey Brown has a
special edition of the "NewsHour" Bookshelf from Johannesburg, South Africa.
JEFFREY BROWN: Four years after his death, Nelson Mandela remains the larger-than-life
symbol of historic change in South Africa, the man who led a liberation movement against
the white apartheid regime from prison, before being released in 1990.
Now comes a new look at the political struggle that followed and Mandela's five years as
president of a newly democratic nation.
MANDLA LANGA, Co-Author, "Dare Not Linger: The Presidential Years": I took on the project
because I believed in the man, number one, and I respected him, but, much more importantly
I felt that his words needed to be heard far and wide.
JEFFREY BROWN: Mandla Langa, best known in South Africa as a novelist, worked from drafts
Mandela himself wrote toward a never-finished memoir of his presidential years.
The result is "Dare Not Linger," partly Mandela's words, partly Langa's, presented as a sequel
to Mandela's 1995 memoir, "long Walk to Freedom," which sold some 14 million copies worldwide.
For Mandla Langa, this was personal.
An activist in the anti-apartheid struggle, he was arrested in 1976 and spent years in
exile.
MANDLA LANGA: Those years were rough, and those years were also full of despair.
Mandela was the person that we looked to even when we were in the camps in Angola, when
we were in the most horrific places.
This was one name that kept us -- that made us to keep the faith.
JEFFREY BROWN: So, when you took on this project, was it frightening or daunting?
MANDLA LANGA: I had a dream, and in the dream, it was as if Mandela was telling me that I
must not write nonsense.
I must write his words, as it were, in the most correct form.
JEFFREY BROWN: So he's admonishing you, get it -- do it right?
MANDLA LANGA: He was admonishing me, do it right, get it right, yes.
NELSON MANDELA, Former South African President: The promotion of the spirit of reconciliation
and nation-building is something that we should all unite and try and achieve in our country.
JEFFREY BROWN: Mandela faced infighting among black African factions and continued resistance
from some white Afrikaners used to wielding power.
He spoke to the "NewsHour"'s Charlayne Hunter-Gault in 1994 on the eve of his election to the
presidency.
NELSON MANDELA: The problem that we face today is that we are dealing with a group of men
and women who are produced by apartheid, who can talk about democracy in a way different
from what you and I understand by democracy.
We also had another tendency from the liberation movement of people who want to continue resisting,
even at a time when we are preparing to govern.
We have to reconcile those two tendencies.
JEFFREY BROWN: The new book captures Mandela addressing internal problems while regularly
meeting other leaders on the world stage.
Mandla Langa came to see Mandela, the political leader, as a strong, forceful presence.
MANDLA LANGA: There has been now and then that kind of imputation that he was just a
figurehead.
He was very, very hands-on from the very -- at the very beginning.
He was alive to the fact that he needed to exert his own authority on the situation.
When he dealt with the Afrikaner generals, he knew that this was a gamble, because, on
the one hand, there was this crisis of expectation from the black people, that he has come out,
he has got to lead us, and he must not sell us out.
JEFFREY BROWN: And everything's going to get better quickly.
MANDLA LANGA: Quickly, yes.
JEFFREY BROWN: Years later, it's clear that, while things got better for many, an economic
apartheid persists for millions of blacks, and South Africa is regularly cited as one
of the world's most unequal nations.
The new book comes out amid a renewed national debate over the nation's progress since its
turn to democracy.
Some we spoke to questioned whether Mandela's commitment to reconciliation came at too great
a cost, and they see an unfulfilled legacy.
MPHO MATSIPA, Wits University: I think a lot was given away, and I think too much was given
away.
JEFFREY BROWN: Wits University lecturer Mpho Matsipa.
MPHO MATSIPA: Many South Africans, including myself, imagined that the future would be
one that is more just, where there isn't so much inequality, where inequality doesn't
continue to be so racialized and gendered.
And so I think that current material realities are in themselves a testament to -- or they
are a challenge to that legacy.
JEFFREY BROWN: But another view sees enormous progress against all odds, and the Mandela
legacy fully intact.
Albie Sachs, a leading figure in the anti-apartheid struggle, helped write the country's new constitution
and was appointed by Mandela to serve as a justice on the nation's highest court.
ALBIE SACHS, Former Judge: The institutions of democracy are functioning now.
And they give the new generation, who are impatient with what they see as the slowness,
the tardiness of change, who are demanding more rapid transformation, but they have got
the weapons and the instruments to do that.
I would give three cheers, not one, not two, three cheers, maximum cheers, to Mandela and
his generation for fulfilling their life's mission, which was to tear down apartheid
and install democracy.
JEFFREY BROWN: Amid this debate, author Mandla Langa thinks the timing is right for the new
book on Mandela's years as president.
MANDLA LANGA: We are living in the most confusing time as South Africans, and I believe that
that we need to look back on where we were, what we were, and how we were.
And I think that those moments, that past, which made us the kind of people we are, a
symbol of that past was Nelson Mandela.
JEFFREY BROWN: With "Dare Not Linger," Langa hopes Mandela's words and deeds can continue
to guide his country today.
For the "PBS NewsHour," I'm Jeffrey Brown in South Africa.
JUDY WOODRUFF: Fascinating.

SOMETHING HAS GOT TO CHANGE HERE - Duration: 3:44.
- Every once in a while, a chart grabs me by the shoulders,
and it shakes me, and it says, "Pay attention to me.
"There's something really gigantic about to happen."
And today, in this video, I want to show you that chart.
So let's jump over to the charts, Nate.
Give me a plus sign when we're up and running.
Take a look at this.
This is S&P 500 right here.
These are the e-mini futures, and they are a rocket ship.
(imitates rocket taking off)
Right, they're just a giant rocket ship.
There is some divergence here on the weekly chart,
and that is not meaningful
(laughs)
during a gigantic trend like that,
like what we're going through right now.
Down here, we have the Australian dollar,
Japanese yen.
Japanese yen.
This is going sideways, but this is going up.
That traditionally does not happen.
Traditionally, these financial instruments are correlated.
These financial instruments run in lockstep with each other,
but that does not appear to be happening.
One of two things has to happen.
The Australian dollar or Japanese yen has to rise
or the S&P 500 has to fall.
Right here on the chart, this area right here
that I'm highlighting in yellow,
that is about 2430 on the S&P e-minis.
That is a giant move lower.
In order for this correlation to return,
the S&P 500, the e-minis have to fall to that level.
That's like four times 200, that's like 800 ticks
on the S&P e-minis.
That's an insane number of ticks.
That's like if your dog came in from running through
the Alabama forest.
That's how many ticks it would be.
That's a lot of ticks.
Nothing against Alabama.
My father's from Alabama, so please don't get me wrong.
Anyway, one of these two things has to happen.
The Australian dollar or Japanese yen has to rise
or the S&P 500 has to fall.
That's gonna happen.
Now, I don't really particularly like to take trades.
Like we're done with the chart here.
I'm just gonna close that out.
I don't particularly like to sit here
in front of the computer and press the buttons.
As much as I love this brand-new Microsoft Surface Book 2.
This video is sponsored by Microsoft.
Not actually true; we wish it were.
But I don't want to sit in front of the computer
and do this, so what I'm gonna do is,
I'm gonna set the robot up, and I'm gonna look for
a financial instrument like the Euro Japanese yen
that is highly correlated to the S&P 500 also,
and I'm gonna set the robot up,
the T6 trend trading robot, to sell the ever-loving shizz
out of the Euro yen, automatically, hands off,
look ma, no hands, and I'm just gonna let that thing run,
because despite the fact that we're in a gigantic trend,
we do have the Fed meeting coming up.
We do have quadruple witching on Friday.
We have a lot of things lining up,
but this is a great week for a correction.
And if I'm wrong, the T6 robot will stomp me out.
In case you'd like to have those robots,
I put a link up here above or down below,
depending on where you're watching this video.
Grab the robots while you can, because they're on sale.
And if you like anything at all, you like a sale.
And I think the S&P 500 e-minis are about to go on sale.
Thanks for being here, everybody.
It's great to see you again.
We'll be back tomorrow with another scintillating video.
Bye for now.

Viral Meme Destroys Obama Lovers With Brutal Truth Behind Trump' - Duration: 3:52.
Viral Meme Destroys Obama Lovers With Brutal Truth Behind Trumps Economy
Despite being in office for less than a year, President Donald Trumps commitment to deregulating
vital industries and draining the administrative swamp have engendered some of the most impressive
economic numbers seen in decades.
Moreover, the economic boom seen under Trumps leadership completely dispels the warnings
posited during the presidential election last year by leftists particularly those blindly
devoted to former President Barack Obama.
Take a doomsday warning issued by a senior Newsweek writer Kurt Eichenwald, a man known
for his unabashed love of Obama.
Look at what he wrote in September of 2016, two months before the election:
Like other leftists who know less about business and economics than they claim, Eichenwald
guessed wrong very wrong, in fact.
Enter political cartoonist A.F. Branco, who poked fun at leftists like Eichenwald in a
strip he published last week
It would not surprise me if Eichenwald is among those who still miss Obama, despite
the economic decline the former president helped foster.
And, more importantly, despite the booms seen under Trump.
As noted by Stephen Moore, an economic consultant with Freedom Works, The U.S. economic revival
has defied the predictions of almost every Donald Trump critic.
I vividly remember on the campaign debating Hillary Clintons economic gurus who accused
Mr. Trump and his advisers like me of lying when we said pro-growth policies would speed
up the economy to 3 to 4 percent growth, he wrote last month for The Washington Times.
According to the Weekly Standard, the economy during the Trump presidency has already hit
an annual 3 percent growth rate and now is eyeing a potential 4 percent rate.
Trumps presidency has also spurred record high consumer confidence, record high stock
performance and record high unemployment.
The New York Observer notes that the key to Trumps success has been his commitment
to restoring Ronald Reagans pro-growth economic policies: slashing tax rates, deregulation,
and cutting government spending.
In others words, rolling back Obamanomics, i.e.
Obamas tax hikes, zero interest rate monetary policies, $8 trillion of deficit
spending, three minimum wage increases, stimulus spending plans, tax increases on the rich,
Obamacare, tight financial regulations, a war against fossil fuels, etc., as pointed
out by Moore.
And lo and behold, the plan has worked like a charm, demonstrating that Trumponomics/Reaganomics
always beats Obamanomics no matter what the Obama-loving naysayers claim.
Please share this story on Facebook and Twitter and let us know what you think about all the
warnings posited by Obama lovers during the election last year.
What do you think about the economic boom seen under Trump?

Basic English: How To Tell The Time In English - Lesson 29 - Duration: 12:27.
hey friends what time is it get ready because in this video I'm going to show
you everything you need to learn about the time in English so stay tuned I'm teacher
Prix and I want to help you talk to anyone anywhere anytime in English this
is lesson than 29 of the beginner's guide there will be 30 lessons in total and
next year I will be making videos for the second part of the beginner's guide
with more lessons more exercises and more tips to help you become a more
confident speaker first one important thing you need to know is in American
English they use the 12-hour clock for me to know if 10 is in the morning or at
night I will have a.m. or p.m. and that will help me know if it's before noon or
afternoon right now it's 10:00 a.m it is ten in the
morning okay so this is the first thing you need to learn about the time in
English another thing you need to know exact hours so right now it's 10 00 exact
so it's 10 o clock 11 o clock 12 o clock
Priscila do I need to use o clock every time I'm talking to someone and it's o
clock do I need to use it not necessarily okay but keep in mind
that if you want to emphasize that it's o'clock not one minute more now one minute
less then use o clock okay now that you know o clock and a a.m. and p.m.
let's focus on telling the time okay I will divide the explanations in two
parts the first half and the second half okay why because it's easier for you to
understand the time that way okay now if you don't remember numbers in English
it'll be difficult for you to say the time so study the basic numbers from 1
to 100 this is a basic need for any English speakers knowing
numbers from 1 to 100 okay so let's focus on the first half what is the
first half of the time from one minute to 30 minutes so I will show you how to
say the time from one minute to 30 minutes and there is a very basic way to
say the time in English you say the hour and then you say the minutes so for
example this time you see on the screen it's two the hour two, ten the minute and
you can do this with any time one the hour 20, one five , four thirty-two, five fifteen so this is the most
basic way to say the time in English now there is another way to say the time
which can be a little bit confusing for students in this different possibility
you are going to say minute after you need the word after
hour so let's imagine this time here on the screen
it's ten after one the hour so here we invert first we say the minute then we
use the word after and then you say the hour
okay can we do this with any any minute as I said the first half from 1 to 30
okay now there are some things you need to
know look at this time 3:15 the basic way hour plus minute fifteen now there is a
different way to do it you don't need to say fifteen you can say a quarter okay in the
different possibility where I use after you can say it's a quarter after one or
after three I don't remember now which time I put on
the screen, teacher can I say it's fifteen after three you can but it's not common
native speakers don't usually say it's fifteen after three they use it's a quarter
after 3:00 then it's fine 15 after three no okay you should say three fifteen no
problems but if you want to use the word a quarter then you say a quarter after
three this time see 30 (thirty) there are two possibilities for
you to say this time in English you can use the basic way three thirty one
thirty four thirty or you are going to use half past and in
the hour so half past one half past two half past three half past four half past
five half past six and so on but teacher can't I
use after in this case half after three no no you should not say you can't
okay use half past and the hour and that is
the first half of your time all right so you learned two possibilities the basic
one where you learn the hour plus the minute two ten, two five
you learned that there are different ways to say 15 and 30 okay now let's
move on to the second part after the of the clock the second half and here we
have the basic possibility again you can say 3:31 (three thirty-one) the hour
plus the minute you can say 3:35 (three thirty-five) 4:42 4:51 4:45 no problems okay but there is a
different possibility and in this case it's not after it's TO but here it is a
little bit different you will count how many minutes TO the next hour okay so
let's imagine 3:40 (three forty) TO four o'clock you will have 20 minutes
so you can say it's 20 to 4:00 okay 20 to 4 is the equivalent of 3:40 okay so
it's always the minute TO the next hour you need the preposition TO so let's
imagine it's 3:35 you can say three 35 (thirty-five) but you can also say 25 (twenty-five) TO
four okay and please keep in mind you don't need to say the words minutes and
hours don't okay oh it's 25 minutes to four hours no you
don't say that in English okay you say the number it's 25 to four you can say
o'clock if you want it's not entirely necessary but if you want to you can you
can say p.m. or a.m. if it's relevant to the conversation one thing that I like
to tell my students is if I can understand that it's afternoon that it's
morning that it's evening you don't need to say p.m. imagine you are on the
street and someone stops you and asks what time is it you can say oh it's four (4)
twenty-five (25) the person knows it's p.m. okay the person is outside so you don't need to
say p.m. but if you are talking about an appointment on the phone you are telling
about something you have to do in the future, oh I have a doctor's appointment
tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. that would be okay all right
so let's imagine it's 3:45 you can say the basic way 3:45 but you can also say
a quarter to 4:00 okay so this a quarter represents 15 oh and now that you know
the hours and minutes there's one thing you need to know about the 12 (twelve)
okay there they're two ways to say you can say the number 12 all right it's twelve
p.m. or a.m. For a.m. you can say midnight it's midnight okay so we have
the word midnight and we have the word midday (12 p.m) okay you can also say noon (12 p.m) all
right or you can say the number 12 so I have an appointment at 12:45 p.m. these
are the basic rules for you to talk about the time okay watch this video
again repeat it but hey there's more questions to ask the time you can say
what time is it alright and usually if someone asks you this question
start with "it's" it's four o'clock it's 2 p.m. ok teacher always do I always need
to start this way not really but I like to teach what is right and then you can
balance and think about when you use and when you don't okay the second question
you can you can use to ask the time do you have the time okay it's it's also
common do you have the time excuse me do you have the time or excuse me what's
the time okay so what's the time do you have the time what time is it are very
common questions to ask for information to ask for the time okay
now I'm not talking about an appointment or something I haveto do I'm just asking
for information what time is it okay now there is another question you can
ask that is connected to time remember the previous videos where I showed you
WH questions yeah there's another one well it's the basically the same
what but I can use what with the word time what time do you get up in the
morning what time do you go to work to answer this question you will need the
preposition AT so for example Priscilla what time do you get up I get up at 6:00
a.m. okay I go to work at 7:00 a.m. so this is the preposition you will use
when you are describing appointments and you're telling the time you do things in
English okay now I have an exercise for you and there will be no subtitles in
this part I will tell you 10 different times and you have to post your answers
in the comments okay so I'll say the time here and you will have to write down the
correct answer so here we go -
very nice I hope to see your answers here in the comments and if you liked
this video help me out help this community grow and share this video with
your friends on your social media on Facebook groups on Google+ groups on
your Twitter and help more people learn English and become real confident
speakers thank you so much guys and I'll see you probably tomorrow! Bye!

One plus zero equals one, well, we all know that
But one plus one equaling one, that's straight up wack
Its boolean algebra comin at you fool. In fact, you better
Know the axioms if you don't wanna be a tool.
Two-valued boolean algebra is where its at, cause
We're gonna show up on Mister Huntington's welcome mat
The closure property results in a one or a zero and
Element x is our designated hero
X plus zero equals x and x times one equals x
Why is that? Identity element tryna flex
We also got distribution and commutativity But now I need to tell you that you look incredibly
pretty Wait, that's not the type of compliment im talking about
Cause the complement of x is the opposite
amount.
Remember, Pigs Never Act Orderly, that's what you should ponder
Parentheses, Not, And, Or, now that's the order.
You figured out your logic, so I guess that's progress
But now you need to implement it, so let me praufess
You need to use logic gates for yo circuit design
There are five types of gates your should know, let me define
An inverter outputs the complement of a bit from a single input
Has two transistors and only takes 1 nanosecond for its throughput
An AND gate multiplies two inputs in 2.4 for you
An OR gate will give an output from adding inputs one and two
NAND and NOR give the complement of the previous operations
In fact universal gates is their official declaration
Cause no matter what circuit you have, one thing remains true
Any kind of logic can be made with just those two
D-Latch, yeah i'm level sensitive
When the clock is one, imma get the best of it
All these Q's be askin, what they're gonna be
I say hold up when the time is right and imma pass that D
I stay true to my bit Riding out the clock width
Forget SR Latch I ain't got time for a glitch
Enabled = 0 forget the D, I ain't carin'
Enable = 1 you see me I'm transparent
Tick tock on the clock tell me when it's 1
I'll let you know what state is next when the time has come
Tick tock on the clock tell me when it's 1
I'll let you know what state is next when the time has come
"Hey man latches are fine and dandy and all,
but I just have a small problem when I have multiple latches update unintentionally.
I just wish there was some way I could just store a stable bit value for D into the latch…"
"....just connect a clock to enabled
Boiiiiiiiiiii"
Flippity Floppity flip flop
Follow the clock when it tick tocks Disrespect the rules, don't you cry when
you get docked off Flip flops are more expensive
But that ain't nothing to me I'm the master and you the servant
Just wait, you'll get your D
Latches are inconsistent
Flip flops give you the best bit
When your hardware breaks, latches say: SON OF A GLITCH!
You gotta stay focused, always look ahead
cuz once clock turns 1, that's the rising edge
Patience is the key Don't get carried away
Once you get that D Updated Q, after delay
Depend on the next clock cycle for my fate Because everyone knows slow and steady wins
the next state
Set, Reset, sequentials don't forget When D=0, that's when imma reset
Set, Reset, sequentials don't forget When D=1, that's when imma be set
Circuits have many states so build an fsm Use your logic gates and follow the diagram
Circuits have many states so build an fsm, bb-build an fsm, bbb-build an fsm

I'm also currently taking video suggestions, so if there is a video you would like to see

Super unique Non-Japanese Canadian Sushi!! - Duration: 11:34.
Hi everyone. it's Yukari.
We are at a Japanese restaurant downtown today.
This is one of my favourite...
might be my most favourite sushi place.
This time here...
I'll show you some Canadian sushi!
They have a lot of Japanese dishes.
There is a lunch box. S: Oh, really?
You have a lot of choices.
These kinds of Nigiri are normal.
They are the same as Japanese sushi so...
we are gonna order some sushi rolls.
You can see many differences to real Japanese ones.
What can we have?
Many people always wait in a line in the evening in front of this place
and you have to wait for a while.
But now it's lunch time. No one's here. Yay!!
Here is salmon sashimi.
Salmon sashimi here in Vancouver
has enough tasty fat and is very delicious.
I don't like wasabi so don't use it always.
Salmon in this restaurant
doesn't smell at all even without wasabi.
It has good fat and is delicious.
S: Ohhh so good!
So good!
They are cut in thick pieces.
S: How is it, Stu-san?
S: Oh so good!
Stu-san loves this salmon sashimi. S: It's my favourite.
Yum yum yum yum
We always order salmon sashimi.
At many Japanese restaurant you can see
Atlantic salmon which is pink and fatty
and Sockeye salmon which is a darker colour.
I prefer this pink fatty one.
It tastes like toro salmon.
So happy.
Do you think Sushi's image is quite healthy food? S: Yeah.
S: Definitely.
That's why. So Vancouver people...
Vancouver people care a lot about health.
Vancouver people...
They are called 'Vancouverites.'
Vancouverites are quite healthy people.
Love yoga... S: running.
S: running. hiking. Y: exercise. S: outdoor.
S: bicycling.
Eating super healthy food.
That's why maybe sushi is super popular here.
S: Oh it's coming.
Here is our sushi!
These are the ones we ordered.
This one is so big!
It's bigger than my finger.
S: It's a House roll.
This one is a Dynamite roll.
Shrimp tempra is in it.
This is a BC roll, right?
This is salmon skin.
This is a Dragon roll.
The roll which has avocado and imitation crab meat is called a California roll.
It's basic and the most popular roll.
It was invented in Vancouver.
This one has eel on top of it.
What's this?
S: Crunchy roll.
I'll start with this Dragon roll.
It has avocado and crab meat inside
and eel on top of it.
I like this quite a lot.
I always don't know how I should eat these big rolls.
Can I eat this with one bite?
S: Excuse me. Rolls are too big.
So good. Eel tastes good. I like eel so much.
But eel is here in Canada
is expensive and difficult to find.
So I often order these kind of unagi rolls at these kinds of places.
My favourite roll from all kinds is...
this is a Dragon roll (Dynamite roll)
It has shrimp tempura and avocado in it.
This Dynamite roll... Oh it's Dynamite roll.
I love Dynamite roll the best.
My favourite.
Delicious!
S: Really good!
The sweet taste of shrimp and...
creamy avocado
match really well and taste good.
This one...
I've not eaten this salmon skin roll.
I think I've never tried this.
BC roll.
It's quite...
S: Chewy? Y: Yeah, chewy. Crunchy.
It's like...
hard to chew and stays in my mouth.
I never eat salmon skin
It's interesting that salmon skin is
one of the main ingredients for sushi.
Then let's try this.
This huge one.
Looks like this if I bring it next to my face.
How can I eat this?
I have to cut it.
This imitation crab is so good.
Here usually tuna and...
and salmon are the most popular fish.
This end piece is massive.
S: It's like a...
Rice ball?
Stu-san, did you eat this one? Spicy one?
S: Spicy tuna. Yeah.
S: It's really nice.
S: It's like the flakes are inside with the tuna.
S: So little bit crunchy but it tastes like tuna. It's really nice.
Maybe I should try it as well.
S: Do a taste test.
I'm not good with spicy food.
Stu-san often orders this kind of spicy food and I don't even touch it.
I'll try this.
It's huge...
Inside, it looks like negitoro.
Tuna smash...
tuna paste is mixed with some spicy sauce
Spicy tuna or salmon are quite popular.
S: They are going to kick us out of this restaurant.
This is not like ones in other places
not too spicy
This crunchiness is quite nice.
And it's quite tasty.
Has taste.
S: You can taste the tempura
Nice. I can feel the spiciness after.
It's good.
We ate a lot go sushi and feel full now.
We ordered too much so will eat them later at home.
At any restaurants in Canada
we can put any left overs in containers and bring them home.
It's not a big problem even if you ordered too much.
So I'm really satisfied today
and I recommend you this restaurant, Samurai.
It's on Davie street downtown
Davie is the "gay" street.
It's my favourite Japanese place.
This time we introduced Canadian sushi.
Thank you for watching this to the end.
Which roll looked best for you?
Please let me know your preference.
