Youtube daily report Apr 24 2018

Finland and Norway are two rather interesting countries that do have some similarities

But also have some differences and although the two share the most northern border in all of Europe. It makes you wonder

What would it be like if these two great nations were actually joined at the hip?

becoming one big powerful nation and here on FTD facts

We are gonna look at these two countries and see what their numbers would be and how they would change from

population to military sizes to other things like

GDP hey everybody how's it going - welcome to FTD facts the channel where we talk about people cultures and places from all around

The world now today. We are looking at Norway

We are looking at Finland

And we're gonna see what would happen if they're brought together to be one big

Powerful place because well first of all letting you guys know if you guys love learning about cultures and people from everywhere

well you want to hit that subscribe button because that's what we do on the channel and

On top of that if you guys just like learning about Norway, and you like learning about Finland well guys

I'm gonna put some cards throughout this video

We got one poppin right here

And there's gonna be some links at the end of this video if you want to learn more about these two great nations

but however guys

Let's jump right into it if you guys are from Norway

Or you guys are from Finland sound off in the comments section below because I want to know more about you

I want to know more about your country because it they're just really great places, and it was let's get rolling now first off

Let's look at population now Norway if we were to divide these two Norway has about five million two hundred and sixty seven

Thousand people and Finland has about five million five hundred nine thousand people now keep in mind guys

This is just a rough estimate. They haven't done a census in quite some time so as for these estimates

They could be off just by a hair, so it's cool now

However if you were to combine these two estimates you would get a total population of 10 million

seven hundred and seventy six thousand people

And that would have this country ranked at 83rd in the world when it comes to population

With Haiti being a bit more however the bright side is that they would definitely?

outnumber their middle brother Sweden now of course with population

we also got to blend it right in with land size because

Well one thing that people like to compare are their nations to is how big these countries are like you look at Russia you look?

At Canada, they're like the biggest countries in the world

so how would

Norway and Finland if they were together stack up to these countries so

Currently Norway has a land size of three hundred and eighty-five thousand two hundred and three square kilometers

Now Finland is slightly bigger being three hundred and eighty eight thousand two hundred forty two kilometres square in total

They would have a land size equaling

720 three thousand four hundred and forty five kilometres square and because of that they would rank

39th in the world being in between the countries of Zambia and of course my Anne Mar

What would make this country jump up in importance is the fact that it has a lot of water it would rank

14th in the world as these two countries combined would have a water percentage of

Sixteen point eighteen percent so we got population

We got land size now

Let's talk about

Money because money is very very important now the dollar in Norway and the dollar in Finland are

Actually really strong in their purchasing power is great as a matter of fact

It's one of the

Strongest dollars in all of Europe and when it comes to GDP we like to look at purchasing power parity

Which is probably the most accurate way to compare nations now for Norway its GDP sits at

393 billion dollars with Finland leaving slightly behind with

283 point

440 billion dollars in total they would have a GDP purchasing power parity of

365 point four four billion dollars ranking 36th in the world being in between Iraq and Algeria

Now how does this all break down? Well when we look at purchasing power parity?

We also got a look at other things that the country gets a lot of money from and that is

Exports imports and all that jazz now for exports

Let's just take a light look at it for Norway in

2016 their exports equaled eighty nine point four billion dollars where Finland had 55 point 1 billion dollars in total

combining these countries

They would equal one hundred and forty four point five billion dollars in exports

Being 31st in the world right next to Austria keep in mind guys

That is not an actual accurate number because there's a lot of training that goes between

Finland and Norway and Norway and Finland vice-versa and to take that into account when it comes to Norway it exports

1.9. Billion dollars to Finland and vice-versa for Finland exporting to Norway they export about

1.6. 9 billion dollars in total this equals three point five nine billion dollars going between the two countries and if we were to subtract

that from the total we would get

140 point 9 1 billion dollars having it ranked

32nd in the world now guys. I'm not really gonna. Go to imports because imports is stuff that you spend money on

I prefer exports where you make money on but with that in mind one thing that we should definitely look at is the

military of these two nations and see what would happen if they were brought together

Now the current military personnel the total military personnel

I should say of these two countries combined would equal three hundred and thirty four thousand five hundred and fifty people

again guys just an estimate

Don't get all like ah that's totally round

And of these two nations the one thing that they do have in common is that they do have a lot of people in reserves

because for combining these two nations

They're active personnel would only have its it at fifty five thousand five hundred and fifty people but to break down even further

Let's take a look at some of the aircraft

the tanks and the Navy that these two nations have and

What they would have if they were brought together in total when it comes to this?

Theoretical unification of Norway and Finland their aircraft strength would tally up to two hundred and fifty nine

Aircrafts as for their combat tanks

They sit at 212 however these two countries would have a lot of infantry fighting vehicles as a matter of fact

They would have approximately two thousand fifty four of them now as for their Navy

they sit at approximately three hundred and thirty-two and

Only about five of them would be frigates 6 would be submarines and the rest would be patrol boats because yeah

Finland and Norway they got a lot of patrol boats

I guess they don't really need stuff like

Battleships and aircraft carriers because they're not like the United States that are really going off to war all the time, so yeah

So yeah ok now. We've got the population. We've got money. We've got military

we should look at some of the achievements and one thing that I really love looking at is the

Big metals because Olympic medals are just probably the proudest things for a country to have

It's guys like you beat that other country

And you feel great about it right now when it comes to Olympic medals for Norway

They have approximately five hundred and twenty of them and of that there's about 188 gold medals that they have earned Finland has a total

454 with

143 of them being gold medals in total of all their medals

They would have 970 for having them sit at the rank of third in the world of all medals of all countries

But as for gold medals. They would also sit in third beating Germany having a total of

331 gold medals and of course let's move on to Nobel Prizes because it's all about intelligence, right?

mm-hmm Nobel Prizes when it comes to Norway they have 13 of them

Finland has 5 in total

They would combine their Nobel Prizes to equal 18 ranking 13th in the world of all the other countries and last

But not least guys I always like to close it all out with UNESCO zones because heritage is very very important

And I always like hearing that countries do really good things

for their cultural heritage

And for their natural heritage because that's just as important to and when it comes to the UNESCO zones and Norway has

Seven of them that are cultural and one natural Finland is slightly under with six cultural and one natural now you might think

Okay, well that's great now. They have a total of 15 UNESCO zones combined well actually

They really wouldn't this is because one of them is shared between the two nations

And this is the stern geodetic arc which was a bunch of arts policed all around Scandinavia to help determine the curvature of the earth

Way back in the day. However if we were to combine these two nations

They would have many different types of UNESCO zones such as fjords

churches forts and of course let's not forget rock, art that was the dawn of man within the region that dates back to

4200 to 500 BC

And probably the last most interesting thing about these two nations if they were to actually combine forces and become one big powerful nation

They would be basically an upside-down V

I mean like literally look at the size, and the shape of those two countries that would basically surround, Sweden

I feel like Sweden would be like ah oh god

We're surrounded by them, but either way it would be the most weirdly shaped country out of all the countries

I think in the world, but it would still be rather cool one so anyway guys. That is us

Just looking at Norway and Finland and seeing what would happen if they were brought together

I want to know your thoughts on this

I want to know if you think if you guys are living there if it would be a great idea or if you're like no

No, no no no no no we like our own culture. We like our own way of life. No. Thank you very much

Let us know your thoughts down there again guys

Don't be hating on everybody just because some people like yeah

I think that'd be cool or I'm from Finland and I'm from Norway, and we don't like each other come on

Let's all be friendly here and let's just have some fun engaging in the comments section, but on that guys

thanks for tuning in if you guys like learning about cultures and all that stuff you gotta hit that subscribe button because that's what we

Do other than that I will see you guys in the next video

My name is Dave Wawa, and it's been a pleasure hanging out and educating you alright. I'll see you in the next one. Bye

So there you have it guys alright now before you get out of here be sure to check out our videos on Norway and our

And I'm pretty sure a lot of you guys will really like it so check them out other than that

We'll see you guys the next one. Bye bye

So many of you have been requesting me to do a video in Malayalam

I was not sure how many of you would understand it

So that is why the delay

Anyway since today is Vishu Special, this video

this video is in malayalam

Today morning, We saw "kani"( first sight of the day)

It was not that early, kids were a little late to wake up

Last night we arranged everything for the kani

In the Us, we didn't get the "konnapoovu", so we got few Yellow flower from nearby grocery shop and used that

Last year we were in India for celebrating Vishu, This year we are here in US

Whatever festival we celebrate, the Specialty is in the food and so today we are preparing a few Vishu Special recipes

A lot of cooking to do. Let us head to the kitchen.

So the first recipe is raw plantain, long beans, stir fry.

So here everything is ready for it

Since we prepared all vegetables last night

First we are going to boil the long beans and plankton together

Side by side, let us start with the next recipe which is 'mambazha kalan'

Here are all the ingredients for that.

We are going to let the cucumber and ripe mango cook with little bit for salt and turmeric.

Here is what we have to grind

We are going to grind and mix with the curd.

The Stir fry is getting ready

We have some shallots, curry leaves and re chilly . which we are going to roast in a little oil

And then add it to the cooked beans and raw plantain

The Cucumber is cooked well and we are going to add the ground curd mixture into that

Both the recipes are ready now.

Let us go to the next one which is "pumpkin erisherri"

We are going to let the red beans and pumpkin cook well

To add on we are roasting the grated coconut, curry leaves and red chilly

Next recipe is "okra pacchadi"

All ingredients are kept ready for that

The ingredients in this bowl are to be ground and mix with curd

We are heating a pan and roasting Urag dal, Mustard, curry leaves and okra together

We will fry everything with salt and turmeric and add to the curd.

Amma has one more thing to cook ''payasam''

Since we made semia payasam recently for Anjalis Birthday. We are going to make another special payasam today

Which is Gulab jamun payasam

Adi, What do you have to tell?

Today I got 5 dollars for Vishu. So I am planning to buy something.

small talks...continue...:)

Five Things I Hate About The Sony A7 III - Tomorrow - 5 Things I Love! - Duration: 20:26.

hey it's Peter Gregg Miami Florida welcome to the Christmas rooms it back

relax you are about to watch a Peter Gregg video something warm human and

wonderful happens when you watch Peter Gregg making a video of the the top five

things I hate or the top five things I love it's just standard for the YouTube

industry it brings people in the sony fanboys will be flocking in here to

prove me wrong and you're gonna see all kinds of wonderful comments and how they

don't agree with me but every camera has its pluses and it's minuses and you know

especially if you're coming over from another brand let's say from a Nikon or

Canon or a Panasonic and you're moving into Sony obviously you want to know

what is the negatives we got Jingles with us today and I did manage to

remember to turn on the light now what I am doing today is I'm shooting at 30 P

instead of 24 P now the higher quality is at 24 P at 30 P you do get a

reduction in quality but I don't really see it however what you do get is you

get a little bit of a tighter picture okay so some people can live with it in

some can't so I wrote down five things that I hate about the Sony a7 mark 3 or

the A73 as I like to call it it's not really the name but that's I kind of

gave it a nickname so the things that I hate is all on this one sheet and then

as soon as I finish this video I'm gonna make another one immediately I'm all I'm

going to do is go over there and stop it and then come back and start it again

not even gonna change my shirt it's just gonna make the second video one after

the other and you'll see the things that I love the next day but look at I got

two pages of things alright so there's not a lot of things that you know you're

gonna hate about this camera but you know for the Sony boys that can't

stand it when anybody says anything negative about their camera Sony is

terrible terrible terrible terror would buy as Sony so now you can make your

comments down below and telling me what a horrible person I am but for those

that are the rest of us the 98% that really want to know these are the things

that I picked out that is wrong with the Sony or that I really don't like about

the Sony a7 mark 3 is there a deal-breaker just looking at

the list I would say not really there's a couple that would could make it a

deal-breaker so you do want to hear what they are I'm just gonna go through them

real quick it's not gonna be a long video

the a7 mark 3 does not come with an external battery charger like the A9 or

the a7r Mark 3 this is the a9 I can't show you the a7 mark 3 because it's

hiding no I'm actually recording with it so it's on the tripod and I'm using the

50 millimeter one-point-four lens the the one from Sony the Zeiss and I think

I have it set this time at 1.8 and what else ISO 800 a 1/60 of a

second on the shutter because I'm sure shooting 30 P and I'm using the standard

profile and I have everything set in the standard profile - - - - - - - so

contrast saturation and what's the other one is down to - - and I'm using an

external mic I'm not using the one on board alright so what are the things

that I hate about this camera they're they're minuscule but they're there okay

no external battery charger so with this camera you've got to plug it into a USB

charger and they do give you one of those ok plugs into the wall but the

batteries got to be in the camera so you can't be charging another one now while

you're doing working with this one which I ordered the new wasabi

batteries they're on their way so when I get that in I'll do a video on that too

all right so that's one of the things I don't like the body is too small

all right that's nitpicky I gotta admit okay but the body is a little bit too

small and because the distance between where the lens goes into the camera

mounts onto the camera and the weather the sensor actually is is so

close okay that what happens is in order to use the lenses there the lens that

same distance is added to the lens so it actually makes it always almost

unbalanced the camera is just too small for its own britches you know how they

say it's too big for your britches well this camera seems to be too small

for its britches okay so this is a Panasonic GH4 yep this one's the four

not the five but they're almost identical but this one seems to balance

it very nicely you could put very large lenses on here you could feel them that

they're large but just to put the basic standard high quality 50mm fifty

millimeter lens onto the a73 a7r3 or the a9 which is when is is it unbalances

everything now sony did come out with this 55 millimeter 1.8 and it goes very

nicely look if balance is very nicely but as a

professional out in the field chances are you're gonna want the 1.4 you're

gonna want the 11 blades instead of less and so on and so forth so they're

high-priced lens the $1500 lens which is the one you're actually looking at right

now is too big for the body all right I wish I had the one with the adapter here

to show you every one of them will add extra space so that space that you're

missing because the camera is made small on purpose is added to every single lens

so that I will not I will classify that as negative you know so the body's too

small the tap-n-track, it's not the best implementation

okay it's a sloppy design I'm very glad it's there

yes I'm happy that I discovered it and found the tappan tract you can tap and

track just like you can on the canons on a panasonic's but it's done in a sloppy

way I don't know what it takes to clean that up but it makes it so that it's not

the tap and track operation not the actual tapping and not the actual of the

camera track tracking it is is not quite up to snuff okay so that's the third

thing I think I went over five on these all right the next thing I dislike this

is something you have to live with every day

alright the file numbers that the camera assigns to each file believe it or not

when I put a card into the camera I automatically format this way I know I'm

working with a fresh card now you might not have that process or habit because

maybe you don't come from a professional background or you just do a different

thing but most professionals that I knew you know you put a card in there and

there's a fresh card BAM you format it instantly it's just a habit from 15

years ago that since since digital has come so not only are they do they always

start over at c0001 it won't even name the card sony where

the camera the Canon will say EOS the that's not the Panasonic the Panasonic

will say lumix or something that you'll know that it's a Panasonic this one just

says private it labels every card that you have is private then it buries the

video clip files in private M-root clip so you got to go through those folders

before you can even find your video clips now some things like my a Final

Cut Pro automatically will pop it up you want to download it so problem solved

but just so you know you know that that's where the file are if you're

gonna go pull them out manually but it coming back to zero

c0001 every time and there's no way out I have not found

a way out you put the card in your format you're starting at zero zero zero

one and that includes the a7 r3 and the a9 so it's not unique to the a7 mark 3

ok the mic plug will you plug in an

external mic is too close to where the strap can connects to the camera now on

the a9 it's not even in the same column but every time I put this camera on the

tripod and I want to plug in my mic so you can hear me okay that allows me to

walk around and with the face detection you can hear me no matter where I go but

these little dangly clips that are over here alright they're metal and they're

grounded to the body and it's always in the way plugging it in now in another

video I think it was the last one I said that I was very much worried about it

shorting out and a couple of people said oh that can't happen I'm not willing to

take okay because we've comes with stereos electronics when metal hits

metal and you're grounded to a metal body I am worried about something you

know it's my camera I would have to get it fixed but put that aside down whether

you agree with me or you don't that's okay

that's up to you what I'm not gonna bend on at all is that every time I go to

plug it in I have to lift the clip up to plug it in and that's annoying

okay very annoying and that's an everyday everytime thing it's not like

oh you can live with it you know that type of thing alright so here's the next

one the 30p video mode I already mentioned this okay the 30p video mode

crops the image in my opinion too much the a9 does the same thing 24p you get

full frame and that's one of the main reasons I went to Sony I wanted the full

frame because I want my background blurred out so it looks very poor

tradish or movie ish when I make a movie but when you go to 30 P it crops so how

much does a crop alright let's do this how about if I stop it and and switch it

to 24 P because you're watching 30 P now so I'm just doing

slice quick edit right here okay I'm gonna change it from the 30 P to the 24

P and oh it feels so much more comfortable they don't have to come back

to 30 P because the timeline it's gonna be at 30 P timeline so ha p right back

watch it's gonna switch over okay look at the background look at the background

okay okay so now that is now running at 24 P now it's incorrect for me to put a

24 P clip on the 30 P timeline but just look at the spacing between how much you

have of the Santa Claus and how much you have of the grandfather's clock compared

to when I go to the 30 P now I'm using the 50 millimeter lens not the 55 that's

the one that I bought because it helps me to have a little more space all right

let me stop it here and go back to 30 P or the rest of the videos gonna look

look and we don't want that okay that is we're back in 30 P and I'm back at the

shutter speed of 160th of a second so that's the difference if that doesn't

bother you then it's no big deal it's a you know it's one of the things that I

would like a little more room the cameras up against the wall the

Christmas tree or my background on this side is up against that wall and even if

I move from this room there's always going to be a background that's gonna be

up against the wall so it's a spacing issue if the spacing issue doesn't

bother you then you don't have to worry about that because the cameras wonderful

camera so this 30 P incident happens on the a9 and the a7 mark 3 but does not

happen on the a7r Mark 3 so if that bothers you

the a7r Mark 3 prices are coming down down down were you for $800 more you

should be able to get an 87 our mark 3 okay so if it doesn't bother you don't

worry about it don't worry about it alright one of the top ones that

everybody could say together no articulating screen already all right

all together one two three no articulating screen no articulating

screen there's nobody on this side so that

that is beyond REE so what's interesting is anybody got a lot of money the way

this screen opens okay of course there's always that one guy out there that I

don't need an it articulating screen all I need is the up and down well you might

not be a little bit overweight and you might not want to go to the ground and

you might not want to switch the camera to portrait to take pictures and then

the screen doesn't help you it needs to flip up so that I can see you want proof

look this camera which is the Panasonic I can flip it out okay so I can go down

to the ground now you can do that with the Sony right but oh wait a minute

I want the portrait mode I want at all hope but I can't turn it on the Sony but

I can hear okay so no articulating screen bow okay five things I hate about

the a7 mark three I can't even say with a straight face because it's probably

gonna be the camera of the year this camera is amazing especially at the

price point alright no it doesn't have everything that we want in there but it

hits so many of the check boxes and here's another one that you can't fix

not inside of the Sony line okay face detection is which is what I've got

going on now it follows me everywhere I go if I if it loses my face it's gonna

follow the item that's in motion hey jingles how you doing baby as soon as I

turn towards the camera it's following and it's working face

detection again now I'm at 30 P so I'm at the edge I should have lost fake

focus I don't know if it will or not but it'll get me back here and then I'll

come back here and this is what face detection is about okay it will follow a

face so if you've got any kind of an event where you've got somebody or some

group of people that you need to follow face detection is awesome right and it

works pretty well but it does not work if you go to use the Wi-Fi face

detection doesn't work all you'll have is motion detection all right

yeah what else what other reason will they not work so using the Wi-Fi alright

so what I would mean that I would want to turn the the phone on where the heck

is my phone so if I wanted to turn the camera on and off on the phone and just

so you know even when the app is working you can't tap for focus but you can turn

the camera on and off from your phone you can change the shutter speed you can

change the f-stop and I believe you can change the white balance I'm not sure

but I think so but I can't connect I have Wi-Fi turned off because if I

turn the Wi-Fi on I lose the face detection and if I go okay I'm gonna

beat this I'm gonna get one of those monitors that you plug in the HDMI and

just mount it right on the hot shoe no no no if you use anything with the

camera it turns face detection off you can't put any kind of a strain on it at

all so no face detection if you use Wi-Fi or if you use the HDMI port so

your HDMI port is out you can't put a monitor on it you cannot put a monitor

on it all right and you can't use Wi-Fi in order to use the app so let's see

what else is I hate about this we're out I don't have anything else that I hate

about it okay there's some things that are not convenient that we could talk

about I don't think these are deal breakers because if you know that you

need something you're gonna know about these cameras already it's not going to

be new and it's not going to be oh I didn't know that but you can't get 60p

4k you can on the Canon the 1dx mark - but that's a 40 I'm a five thousand

dollar camera you can on the GH five but you cannot on any of the Sony's cameras

you cannot do 60 frames per second in 4k so that is a negative another negative

that I don't think it'll bother very many people but it could is that you've

got two card slots but only one of them will use the newer high speed one and

that's where you have to use this is what you have to use to shoot in

a hundred megabits per second if you drop down to the lower 60 mega bits per

second on the a9 the a7 r3 or on the a7 3 you have to use the faster card slot

all right so that's not I'm not listening that as one of the things that

I hate but I'm just making you aware of it so that's that's some of the negative

things on the camera the lenses are large they're expensive you get a but

you got Sigma coming in to the rescue they're making a lot of the good Sigma

lenses the art lens is going to be available right smack on the Sony with

no adapter or anything Tamron is doing that also and Tokina is

doing that and they're all supposed to be auto focusing now we haven't

qualified if the auto focusing is going to work as well as the native lens which

is why I bought this lens I bid it on this lens it's the 50 millimeter one

point for Zeiss I'll put it in the link below so you can go and see the comments

that what the people have to say about this lens and there's always going to be

yin and yang yeah I love it it focuses fast oh I don't like it it doesn't focus

How to make your English learning plan and achieve your goals - Duration: 19:18.

Hi.

I'm Rebecca from engVid.

In this special lesson I'm going to show you how to plan your English learning so that

you can get the best results based on your needs.

And in order to identify your needs, we're going to go through a series of questions.

Okay?

Now, these are the same questions that I use with my consulting clients from all over the

world to help to find the best path for them to achieve their goals.

And I believe, if you follow these steps, you will be able to do the same thing.

So what you might want to do is to grab a piece of paper, and as we go through the questions,

make some notes for yourself. Okay?

And then by the end of the lesson, you may actually have a much clearer idea of what

the next step is in order to achieve your English learning goals. Okay?

And also, what are the best strategies that you can use to get there. Okay?

So, are you ready?

Let's get started.

Okay, so the first question that you need to ask yourself is: "Why are you learning

English?"

Now, I know that sounds pretty obvious, like: "Why?

Well, okay.

I need to...

I have to..."

These are some of the things that I hear upfront, then when we go a little bit further we start

to get more real reasons.

And why is that important?

Why is the "Why?" of our life important?

Because the "Why?" is the motivation, the "Why?" is your fuel to reach...

To help you take this journey. Okay?

Learning English is a journey, and you need that motivation and you need to know clearly:

"Why am I doing all of this?"

And so, in order to do that...

First somebody might say to me: "Well, I'm learning English for my job."

I say: -"Okay.

Why are you learning English for your job?"

-"To get a better job."

-"Why are you trying to get a better job?"

-"To earn more money."

-"Why are you trying to earn more money?"

-"Because I have to provide for my family."

-"Why do you have to provide for your family?"

-"Because I love them.

They're the most important thing in the world with... to me."

Okay, now we found the real reason.

It wasn't just that you're learning English for your job, you're learning English for

your family who you love with all your heart.

So, like in everything, there's a rational reason why we do something and there's an

emotional reason.

If you can find your emotional reason, then along with your rational reason, now you have

really strong motivation.

So ask yourself these questions, okay?

Because nobody has to do anything; we choose to do something.

Find your: "Why?" and you will have the strongest motivation to achieve your goals.

Okay?

So, now, more specifically, let's look at some of the "Whys" that people have usually.

So, number one: University.

Let's suppose you're trying to get into university.

Why is it important to know that?

Because the "Why?" is also going to determine the "What?"

What you need to study.

So what's your "Why?"

Is it to get into university?

If so, then you need to focus on academic English.

All right?

And that's actually an entire field of English language learning.

It's called English for academic purposes.

Then you need to get those kind of books, attend those kind of courses, work with teachers

who have experience in those areas.

All right?

Why?

Because your needs are very specific. Right?

Your needs are to be able to write papers and assignments at a university level, to

understand lectures, to read textbooks with lots of technical vocabulary.

Right?

So that's why focusing in on your "Why?" to get into university will help you to determine

your "What?" All right?

There are many more questions.

Let's suppose your "Why?" is an exam, you need to pass an exam.

Then... Let's suppose it's the IELTS, or the TOEFL, or the TOEIC, or the PTE, then your study

strategy is completely different. Right?

From somebody else, because these exams are like a world in themselves.

You need to understand the exam, you need know reading, writing, listening, speaking,

but not just in general, but for that exam.

You need to know how to do well there, and you need to find a teacher or a training program

which prepares you for the exam, which is very different from just general English learning.

Okay?

And that's another area where you will need specialized training. Okay?

Next, if it is for your job or your career, then you're probably talking about business

English.

But, again, within the world of BE, which is business English, there are so many different

needs and so many different areas.

What are your needs?

If it's for your job or career, what do you actually need to be able to do better than

you do today?

Do you need to write email more effectively and correctly, do you need to give strong

presentations, do you need to entertain clients or talk to them on the telephone?

By identifying exactly what you need to do at work, you will then focus on that particular

skill. Okay?

Because what happens when people get confused about learning English or when they get stuck

in a particular area it's because they lose focus.

Okay?

They think they have to just keep doing a lot of English, a lot of grammar, a lot of

vocabulary.

No, it's not just that.

In the beginning it's some of that, but afterwards it gets focused to a specific goal, like:

"I want to be able to write a...

Not an excellent...

A perfect email, but an excellent email as far as I'm concerned." Okay?

Or: "I need to make sure that I can give that presentation and really nail it."

So when you identify that, presentation English is very specific.

There are books which are just about how to do well in presentations, there are teachers

and trainers who will work with you to optimize your presentations.

Okay?

Such as myself, I do that all the time.

I work with diplomats, I work with executives, I work with international students who are

preparing for their PhD or something like that. Okay?

And various situations where that's a very specific skill. Okay?

So by identifying what your exact needs are, then you will be able to find the right, and

design the right, training program or trainer for you. Okay?

Let's go on.

Let's suppose your needs are more to become a specialist of some kind, then you need something

which is called actually "English for Specific Purposes".

And in case you don't know, there are actually specific books; English for Engineers, English

for Nurses, English for Doctors, English for Lawyers, English for Journalists, English

for Engineers, all kinds of detailed professions have their own textbooks.

And you may be able to find a trainer who has actually specialized in this area.

So that's something else to keep in mind.

All right?

So identify if your profession is something specific, and check out if there are materials

specifically for that.

You might be surprised.

I, myself, have written specialized materials for various courses that I've run: English

for Accountants, English for Economists, English for Production Engineers, and things like

that.

Okay?

So check that out and think about whether...

What your real needs are.

Next, maybe it's not about this.

Maybe you're learning English for social purposes or for personal reasons.

You want to make more friends, you want to travel, or for cultural reasons.

You want to be able to enjoy movies and songs, and really understand them, and grow as a

person and enjoy more of English life, then your kind of English is going to be different.

Right?

The English that you need to focus on.

It's a little bit more conversational, more general.

Okay?

And also the resources that you're going to use are going to be quite different.

You might be listening to music and songs, and watching shows and movies, or listening

to the news.

Your whole strategy will be completely different.

Okay?

Now, a couple of other questions that you need to ask yourself along this journey is:

"When?"

For example, what do I mean by that?

When do you need to achieve a specific result?

When my clients come to me they usually have something that's urgent coming up let's say

in a month or two months, or even next week.

There might be a very important presentation, so we have to achieve something in a short

period of time.

So, do you have a short deadline?

Do you need to appear for an exam very soon?

Or do you have a longer deadline? Okay?

So think about that.

Is it something you must do urgently or do you have time?

And also, what kind of time do you have available to devote to this goal?

Okay?

Do you have...?

Are you able to work on it full time?

Are you a younger person who can spend a lot of time on it?

Or are you a working person, you can only work on your English part time, you can only

work on it on the weekends or only in the evenings, or only 15 minutes a day?

Whatever it is, identify that answer for you. Okay?

It will help you to design a program that you can stick with.

Because the point is if you design a plan very ambitiously but then you can't stick

to it, it's not going to help you. Okay?

So design something realistic, taking into account your daily schedule, and your reality,

and your life. Okay?

Now, the other point is: "Where?"

Where do you want to study English? Okay?

Are you looking to study locally? Okay?

Are you trying to go overseas and go to a language school abroad in Canada, or the States,

or in England, or Australia?

Or are you ready to study online?

This is how I do most of my training.

Right?

I work with people on Skype and so on, and that way it doesn't matter where in the world

people are.

Of course today people are working online with all kinds of trainers, so that's another

big option that's opened up to you, the whole world has opened up to you, so you could find

a trainer online or a program online.

So this is another point that I want you to make in case you're making notes, is: "Where

is it possible for you to study?

Can you leave your country?

Do you need to leave your country?

Is it the best option?"

Think about it. Okay?

And next we're going to look at a few more questions that are going to help you zero

in on what you really need.

Okay, so let's look at the next question, which is: "How much?" which means: How much

money?

How much money do you have available for this purpose of improving your English?

Are you going to go with the free option?

Okay?

Where you perhaps do not really have a budget for that but you still want to improve?

Or are you going to be looking at some paid options?

Or, of course, you can always look at a combination of those.

All right?

So let's see how your budget affects some of your options.

All right?

So then we come to the: "How?"

So, are you going to study, for example, by yourself, kind of, you know, with the free

option?

In a group or a school?

Or with a private teacher or trainer?

These are some of the main options that people choose.

So, what are some of the things you can do alone?

You can do a lot alone, especially today.

Right?

You know that, you're watching me right now, you watch engVid, you watch all our teachers,

so you know that you can do a lot of English language learning online.

So, of course you can go online, watch engVid, as I said.

You can also watch lots of other things. Okay?

You can...

You can watch the news, you can listen to music, you can watch your favourite TV shows,

you can watch movies, you can play games, you can download apps, you can read books.

And from each of these you can learn something different. Okay?

From the news, there's so much...

So much vocabulary you can pick up.

You can learn about accent, you can learn how to speak well.

From the music you can go and look at the lyrics of a particular song that you love,

and that's a great, fun way to improve your English.

By singing, okay?

Do you know that music has a special quality because of the music and the words, you're

actually using both parts of your brain and you can learn really easily?

So learning the words of a song and singing it in English are a wonderful way to improve

your English, and also sometimes your grammar, depending on what you're listening to. Okay?

And your accent as well.

And all of these have ways in which you can mine that for whatever you need; for vocabulary,

for expressions.

When you're watching something, sit down with your notebook.

Right?

Write down the words, write down the expressions that your favourite actors sing.

Write down a phrase and a song that you want to try to use yourself.

Something that appeals to your heart is something that you're going to use, and it's a great

way to learn. Okay?

There are a couple of things to keep in mind.

These methods and learning by yourself will help you with reading and listening, improve

your vocabulary, improve your grammar, but when you're talking about the productive skills

where you have to produce the language which are speaking and writing, there it's really

very tough to improve by yourself.

Why?

Because you need someone to talk to, you need to practice what actually happens when you

need to speak; and for writing, you need someone to evaluate your writing and give you feedback.

Okay?

Because if you keep writing every day, you might be making the same mistakes and that's

a shame, and that's kind of a waste of time, and time is also money.

All right?

So, keep that in mind.

And now let's look at what happens, then, when we go to some of the paid options.

So one option is to join a group or a school, a language school, all right?

There are all kinds of language schools, I'm sure where you live, as well as all over the

world, which specialize in ESL students.

And let's look at what the options are between...

And some of the differences are between going with this school option, or going with a private

teacher or trainer.

What will happen in a school, generally speaking, not always, but generally, schools cost less

per hour, so they cost less money.

You're going to make general progress because you're part of a group.

And depending on the school, there might be four people in your class, or there might

be 14 people in your class, or 24 people in your class.

Okay?

It depends on the time of year, it depends on the school, lots of things.

So you will make progress, but it's more general progress, and it usually takes more time because

of that.

All right?

You're not going to get as much time in a speaking class, your writing is not going

to get as much feedback, your...

All of your skills.

Okay?

Are not going to get...

You're not going to get as much attention.

On the other hand, if you decide to work with a private teacher or a trainer, generally

speaking per hour it costs more money.

That doesn't mean overall it's going to cost more money, but per hour it's going to look

like it costs more money.

But what is the advantage with a private teacher?

You're going to make very specific progress. Okay?

So, for example, in your speaking, if you have an accent issue, well, that's difficult

to handle-right?-in a class.

Teacher can't give you that kind of attention.

Or if you're trying to do some... pass a particular exam, maybe you're in the course, maybe you're

in the IELTS course or the TOEFL course, but you keep having a problem with the writing

and the teacher can't help you in that context.

So maybe you'll do a combination of this.

You will take the school classes or the exam prep classes in general, but maybe for writing

for a short while, you'll do a combination and you'll have a private teacher who's working

with you specifically on your writing, or on your speaking, or whatever your challenge is. Okay?

And also because with a private teacher you are the only student, you're going to get...

It's going to take...

You're going to achieve your goals faster, it's going to take less time. Okay?

Because you get all the attention, and therefore you get a lot more value out of it, out of

that experience, out of that money, out of that investment of time and money.

So don't always write off the private teacher or trainer because, if you're facing a particular

challenge, that teacher or trainer could be the answer to your prayers.

Okay?

So these are some of the basic elements and basic differences between the group and school,

and the private teacher, and the solo options.

Now, in real life you're probably doing a combination of these things at different times,

and that's perfectly fine.

It'll keep changing based on whatever you need or wherever you're at.

It also depends where you are today in terms of your level.

If you're a beginner, intermediate, you're probably going to start here.

And if you're at a higher level or if you're facing a particular challenge, you may go

to that other option. Okay?

Also, with the paid option, remember sometimes it's coming out of your pocket.

And if you work in an organization, they may have a training budget which you have access

to, so check that out.

Check with your company whether they have a budget to help you with your English language

learning.

I've worked with lots and lots of corporations, and I know for sure that they do, and hopefully

your company does as well.

So I hope that each of these questions has helped you get a better understanding of what

exactly you need and what's the best plan for you to follow to achieve your goals.

Remember, we've looked at the: "Why? What? Where? When? How much? How? And with whom?"

And each of these questions and each of your answers has hopefully taken you one step closer

to the best solution for your situation and your reality.

I hate but I'm just making you aware of it so that's that's some of the negative

things on the camera the lenses are large they're expensive you get a but

you got Sigma coming in to the rescue they're making a lot of the good Sigma

lenses the art lens is going to be available right smack on the Sony with

no adapter or anything Tamron is doing that also and Tokina is

doing that and they're all supposed to be auto focusing now we haven't

qualified if the auto focusing is going to work as well as the native lens which

is why I bought this lens I bid it on this lens it's the 50 millimeter one

point for Zeiss I'll put it in the link below so you can go and see the comments

that what the people have to say about this lens and there's always going to be

yin and yang yeah I love it it focuses fast oh I don't like it it doesn't focus

too fast you see that in the comments it's funny I know it's amazing and and

I'll explain that face detection doesn't work you know if you use the HDMI port

right you plug in something in HDMI face detection shuts down alright someone

will make in the comments oh well all you have to do is plug in an external

monitor and you can watch it if you can't get Wi-Fi duh

watch the video alright so that's it I can't think of anything else so it's

like such a good camera I mean it fits the right thing at the right price is it

the best possible camera you can get no but it's so close it really is

alright that's enough for this video ok I want to get to my next two pages which

is the 5 things I love about the a7 mark 3 and you can tell I think I went over 5

yes right stick with me alright let's end this video and I'm going to turn it

back on and do the next one and you'll see it

tomorrow if you're watching this one or it'll be the next video after this one

syncretism - Duration: 7:55.

Hello my beautiful family of SOUNDS OF THE SEA it's my pleasure to greet you and the day

today I bring you a very special video and it has to do with syncretism

religious undoubtedly within the Yoruba religion played a role

fundamental the syncretism but it is valid to combine figures of Christianity

and Catholicism with figures and our shores that come from tradition

African who has to see Santa Barbara blessed 'with a monkey that has to see the

virgin of rule with gemma is already valid that today we still continue

with this imposition they had to live the slaves do not miss this

So special video that can help you to delve much more in this

information a thousand blessings for you and continue on this channel

when each of the slaves arrived these American lands brought with him

all your beliefs in your gods in olot sea and on the different shores and

in the relationships that these had with nature is why I never know

they lost the traditions however of an intelligent way were achieved

maintain these beliefs through syncretism but because the

syncretism that led to the Africans had to adopt the

figures of crucifixes and adorations different sizes in wood and different

Catholic saints

every slave who came to land Americans in colonial times was

seen as an object simply as a work utensil and this is why

they were subject to the rules of the masters each of them within the family and

within the bonded group were Subjected to adapting to traditions

that's why they assumed the belief of a god totally different from ones

saints totally different from those they had in African lands

at the moment in which any of the Africans or the blacks outside

refused to adopt you are adorations Judeo-Christian was subjected to

torture is why I intelligently each of them had to assume

even changing their names by adopting Western names and transmuting to

a way of dressing different from a way of speaking differently and especially

also to a way of expressing your faith and his totally different spirituality

the black the indigenous the mestizo the mulatto had to be subjected to the

conversion because because his soul had to be saved because according to the

Catholics did not have salvation by believing in God is totally different and in

saints that had nothing to do with the Judeo-Christian culture

the inquisition was the set and forms of torture murder and generating fear

for indigenous Africans and criollos that were not converted to Catholicism

that is to say that it was killed was damaged and stigmatized all the people who

they did not believe in god and in the saints Catholics and even who did not obligate or

who did not want to change his name African or indigenous that is to say they are

forced to completely change belief and way of seeing the universe and

especially to change their faith the people yoruba

in particular he managed to maintain the belief on its edges when adapting and adapting

each of the Catholic figures to the Yoruba religion that is water is

syncretize already with the holy child of atocha since language represented the

figure of the child and also represented the black and white color to which you are

They offered different objects and toys sweet fruit

child atocha within the tradition Catholic was given different toys

and gifts many academics and historians assure that the sizes of

wood of the catholic saints helped that the slaves were hiding

figures of African saints below of its banners or behind said

wood carvings without a doubt whatever the form of

maintaining these beliefs was a way smart to adapt and to assimilate

the Catholic belief without needing lose the yoruba tradition

no doubt my family of sounds of the sea it is very important to understand this

process the syncretism as something that happened in colonial times and that

helped us to maintain the belief even also as one of the ways in the

which many people have known about that has been misnamed as Santeria and

that have been approached through many Catholic saints to tradition or to

beliefs in the African gods or in the orishas but today my

family of sounds of the sea I want invite them to understand that they do not have

nothing to see nor is it the same holy blessed barbarian and chango that is not what

same the virgin of rule and yolk since the virgin of charity is not the same

of copper and 8 until when we will have to take on the yoke of being slaves up

when we will have to be converted into Catholicism or Christianity without

doubt any belief fight and all roads lead to god without

need to divide that's why the gold

and spread the knowledge in different places on earth and it's valid

any belief since we pretend that our need in life be

do good but it is not fair and it is not valid that we continue confusing the

people and understanding that many santeros today they give figures of santa

Bárbara bendita 'and deceive people telling him he is chang and has nothing

that see one tradition with the other the Spiritualism certainly assimilates

some catholic and christian prayers and without a doubt we can not

fight with it but do not confuse or let's make this beautiful religion a

sancocho or a mixture without foundations let's respect the tradition and try

rescue her also understanding the union so important that it was done because

if we follow the rule of ocha we will understand that many things

they took together but never to be mixed neither to make desecrated thousand

blessings for all of you my pretty family of sounds of the sea

thank you very much for seeing me in this video remember my name is jose luis

lemus and you can stay in touch with me through the comments of

Starlit Memories // Chapter 1: A Wolf's Happiness - Duration: 8:00.

(wolf howling)

Thia: Is this...a child from the Spirit Tree?

Thia (sobbing): Nibel...Please...Don't let this little child die.

Little Spirit: Muh!

Thia: Hello there, little one.

I'm here...my happiness...my little Yuki.

Yuki: (giggles, yawns, and then falls asleep)

Yuki: Mom! Mom, you're messing up my fur!

Thia: Stay still Yuki, I'm almost done.

Yuki: (laughs as Thia continues to groom her) Mom! Mom! Stop it! It tickles, mom!

Thia: (chuckles) Do you want to go outside with me or not? Come on I want to show you something.

Thia: Do you see the Light of Nibel?

The Light of Nibel is all around us, from the tiniest blade of grass to the tallest of trees.

There is light in every being Yuki,

even in the creatures of shadows.

Yuki: Like those rammers, mama?

Thia: Yes.

Every living creature must be respected. To earn respect yourself, you must respect others.

Everything was in a balance; where there is light, there is darkness

One cannot exist without the other.

Yuki: Mama, does that mean we have to respect darkness too?

Thia: Yes, Yuki, but the darkness can be cunning and deceptive.

We may not trust the dark so you must respect it.

Here, I'll show you. (she obtains several leaves and twigs)

The leaves are us Light beings and the twigs are the creatures of the Dark.

These two must respect each other even if they don't know each other well.

(Thia stabs the leaf with a stick. Yuki gasps.)

Thia: If one disrespects the other

Then you would be chaos and everything would be in ruin.

If both respect each other, both sides can live in peace and harmony.

Do you understand, Yuki?

Yuki: Uh-um...

Thia: You'll understand it one day, Yuki.

But never forget who you are. Now come on. You need to go back to the den.

(Yuki sees two hooting owls: an adult and a child. The child falters while flying.)

Yuki: Up you go! (she helps the owlet fly)

(Yuki watches the owlet reunite with their parent.)

Yuki: (waves) Bye!

Thia: Yuki!

Yuki: Coming, mama!

Saskia: What a wonderful fat rabbit to feast on.

It is such a blessing that my pack is well fed, or I would have to share this with those...weaklings.

It would take quite a while to find another tasty treat. I might as well savor your taste.

Thia: Remember what I told you about playing with your food, Saskia?

Saskia: Ah, Thia.

Have you come to share this rabbit with me?

Just like old-

Thia: You're in my territory

I'll only warn you once. Come near my den next time and I'll bite your ears off.

Saskia: It's that a good way to treat your old friend?

(The rabbit escapes Saskia's paws.)

Now look what you did. You made me lose my meal!

Thia: Consider that a punishment. You should at least be respectful to your food, as it had life just like the rest of us.

Go back to your pack now.

Saskia: Perhaps you should go back with those disgusting spirits

You know what their kind did if not for them you would have had your family

You would have still had your pups.

Thia: Keep them out of this!

Saskia: Temper Thia.

There's been enough blood on both our paws and Nibel is alive and well.

But don't think I forgot what you have done.

Can't Get Enough feat. Monkey Majik - BTS Behind the Song - Duration: 5:33.

Can't get enough is a really special song to me because I got to write this with Monkey Majik.

Monkey magic are one of my favorite bands.

When I was first in Japan back in 2005 or six,

and I was talking to these different labels, and I was listening to all this Japanese music,

I was trying to find

Something or some band that I was similar to that I sounded like and I couldn't really find anything until I came across

MONKEY MAJIK

And their music was so cool and so creative and upbeat,

Had these really great melodies.

And they were doing this thing in both Japanese and English, you know, this

Mix of like Canadians and Japanese guys in the band.

I just fell in love with their music.

You know I was really struggling to find a record label that

Believed in me and felt like they could market

My music and and take it out into the world all these record labels were saying I was too old or

That I didn't sing in Japanese enough.

And there was just a lot of, you know, pressure that I couldn't do anything about.

And I just wanted to be me.

But then one day I met with the head of this label, who

Set me down, gave me a bunch of Monkey Majik records, and said,

"This is the band that I'm working with right now.

"I would love to work with you," and like "WHAT!?"

Yes! So I was super excited and said, "Oh my goodness! If you're woking with those guys,

"And I feel like they're the only band right now that I can relate to, I would love to work with you."

So that was an amazing moment for me.

And it was it was a wonderful experience getting to work with that record label.

And to this day, even though I'm not with them anymore, I still love those guys.

And I still love Monkey Majik.

And so it was a dream-come-true when ten years later

I saw them at a concert in Japan in one of our Japan tours,

I had dinner with them after it and said,

"You know It's been my dream to write with you."

And they said, "Well we're going to New Zealand to record our next album.

"You're from New Zealand. Why don't you come down and we'll spend a day writing?"

"I'll do it!"

So I went to see my family and I went to write with Monkey Majik!

We spent a day writing a song and then the very next day we played it at this shot at this concert.

They kindly recorded their parts for me.

We went back and forth and

Two years later now they're finally on this album, and it's like a dream-come-true.

I'm so stoked with this song. I hope you'll like it, too.

It's been so long,

Running out of time you know I need your love

Feelings haven't changed and now we're all grown up

Even though you're far away I just can't get you off my mind

I'm reaching out,

I want to hold you close but don't know where you are

I look for a way but this map is leading nowhere

So I run in circles, hoping one day you'll come back to me

Pictures may fade but they don't in my mind

I'm not afraid I'll get by

You are the highest highs and lowest of lows

But I am stuck on you and when I say hello

I don't know, what that will provoke

But I can't get enough of your love your love

I can't get enough

Gua Sha Tool Part 1 - Duration: 9:48.

Hi!

My name is Vanessa Ho, I am a licensed Acupuncturist here at Healing with Zen in Pasadena, California.

Today we are going to be covering the basic techniques and motions to mastering Facial

Gua Sha at home in between your Facial Rejuvenation Treatments.

So first thing is first, you have to get the technique down while doing Facial Gua Sha

because the skin on your face is really delicate and you don't want to be forcefully tugging

any of that skin, and you don't need to after you have learned these basic techniques!

First and foremost, for Facial Gua Sha you want to start off with clean, cleansed skin.

Right afterwards you want to follow it with your favorite toner, moisturizer, serum, and

or facial oil.

After that, you will have that glossy base to go ahead and do the facial gua sha and

gently glide along the skin in order to improve the circulation.

So I am going to teach you a few tips to teach you how to do this most effectively, safely

without irritating your skin.

So first of all, you want to go ahead and make sure that the tool that you are using

while you are gliding on the skin is not perpendicular to the skin like this, but parallel.

Almost at a 10-15 degree angle parallel to the skin so that while you are gliding, instead

of gliding like this, you want to glide like this gently parallel to the skin.

And as you can see, my motions are incredibly gentle, and very slow.

You want to aim for this kind of motion every single time no matter what area of the face

you are using the tool on.

You want to make sure it is gentle and slow movements like so.

Now that you have got this really important and basic technique down, we can go ahead

and jump on into the 5 most effective facial gua sha movements that you can do to really

tone up and lift the skin, decrease any swelling, as well as increase circulation and give you

that healthy glow that we all really love.

So for these next five movements I want you to go ahead and repeat them 5-10 times in

your nightly routine depending on how much time you want to allot to this facial gua

sha.

The first step I want you to start with is starting at your collar bone up towards your

neck.

This will increase your lymphatic drainage, move your lymph system, and tone up the neck.

This is the tool right here- you want to put your hand on side 1 of the gua sha tool so

that the other side is facing away from your hand.

You want to start at your collar bone area, and head towards your jaw area.

You are going to be parallel to the skin, and very slow, gentle movements.

Start here, glide up.

Just like so.

You are going to repeat that step for the other side as well.

The next step is where your hand will be on side 1 of the gua sha tool, which is right

here.

You will slowly move the tool up on side 2 from bottom to top, along the jaw line.

This is going to really help lift up the jaw area, and this is also a great movement to

help de-puff the face as well.

Put your hand on side one, and move up.

And when you get to this area you can wiggle the tool a little bit and then release.

A way to get good stability is to put your fingers on your chin and then glide parallel

to the skin bottom to top.

You then repeat on the other side.

For the next movement, take your hand and place it on side one again with side 3 free.

Side 3 will be glising along your cheekbone to rechizzle your cheeks and this is a really

great way to de-puff the face.

Especially if your gua sha tool is a little cold from being stored in the fridge- it will

be a great way to de-puff the face!

What we are going to do is start in this area, and you are going to move from inside out,

bottom to top.

So it will be just like this, and then you will glide up.

Once you get to the temple, you can lightly wiggle you tool and then release and then

repeat.

For the next step, we will put our hand on side 3 of the gua sha tool, so that side 4

is free.

For this step we will be targeting the under eye area.

For this step I want you to be sure that when you are applying pressure that this pressure

is even lighter then where you are applying to the other areas of your face.

This is because the under-eye area is the most delicate skin on the entire face.

So, you want to be sure that the movement is slow, and very light to the touch.

So for this step, have your side 4 free, you are going to start right at the inside corner

of your eye, and will gently press from the inside out, bottom to top.

For the last step that we are going to do for the all important forehead area where

some of your "worry-lines" might show up, where some of your first signs of fine lines

will show up, we will really want to focus on this area, and will want to make sure that

we are covering the entire area.

I will show you first the movement in the center of the forehead and then you can repeat

the movement again for the left side and then the right side.

We will start in between the eyebrows, at the top of the bridge of the nose right here.

You are going to move the gua sha tool from here all the way to your frontal hair line.

Again, it is going to be parallel to your skin, and we are going to be having side three

that is going to be gliding along your forehead.

So it will look just like this, start here, and slowly glide up, and you can give yourself

a wiggle at the top in order to increase the circulation.

You can repeat this step for the left and right side of your face.

So if you are to start at one side, you will begin at the apex of your eyebrow, and then

gently glide up, and wiggle, glide up, and wiggle.

You can do this 5-10 times, as many times as you would like in your night time routine.

I hope you found this video very helpful, educational, and that you learned some tips

along the way to keep that glow lasting in between your Facial Acupuncture Treatments!

If you have any further questions, please come back to the clinic and we will be more

then happy to answer them for you.

Be on the look out for more videos on more advanced techniques and other ways that you

can use your facial gua sha tool.
