400,000,000,000,000 TO 1 : THE ODDS OF BECOMING A HUMAN BEING - Duration: 1:30.

- [Cha] If you make $1,000 a week be happy

with your $1,000 a week.

Don't look at the next person and say,

"Well, he's making $10."

Gratitude is an unlocker, my man.

400 trillion to 1.

I just want everybody to hear this.

This is the reason I'm happy 24/7/365

for the rest of my life.

400 trillion to 1,

the odds of becoming a human being.

You might not like the human being situation you ended up in

but let me tell you this.

You're mom might've grabbed another glass of wine

and you never would have been.

(Cha laughs)

I mean 400 trillion to 1.

You're more likely to win the lottery of over

$100 million nine times in your life

than being Rick.

- [Cha] And that's why I tell people

it's a privilege to be here.

- And of course, everybody's gonna say,

well that's the thing, right?

"I'm not born in America."

"I'm an immigrant."

"I'm black." "I'm a girl."

There's ceilings and I hate talking about this stuff

as a white man 'cause I get it, I get it but

it doesn't change tomorrow.

You leaving a comment on Instagram,

"Easy for you to say, white boy."

Doesn't change your shit. (Cha laughs)

- [Envy] Right. - It doesn't change your shit.

And this white boy's like,

"Here, I'm gonna try to help you."

There's plenty of black girls aren't gonna help you.

There's plenty of aliens, not gonna help you.

I'm trying to help.

It's free.

- [Envy] Now how far are you...

Salsa chimichurri # 2 - Chimichurri Sauce - Duration: 10:01.

Chimichurri sauce

Version # 2

A delicious sause.

Very famous.

It is made in many countries of the world.

And it is made in different styles.

We will make it in a different way.

This sauce is good when you are grilling meat.

Chicken or pork.

I recommend it a lot.

We will begin using parsley.

This type of parsley it is known as Italina Parsley.

You can read there.

There are many types of parsley.

This one and that one.

Something different.

I recommend you to use the Italian one.

Save the stem for a stock or soup.

With a knife we begin to mince it.

The smell of the parsley is wonderful.

A delicious fragrance from the parsley.

Greetings to all the Argentinian people.

Where it exists a delicious salsa.

And a lot of delicious foods.

Once you cut the parsley, put it in a bowl.

We will be cutting the vegetables.

One by one.

Do not use a blender for this recipe.

Everthing has to be cut with a knife.

This time, we will add an onion.

Or half of a onion.

In the previous video, ,I did not add onion.

But some people from Argentina.

Told me that in some regions or cities of their countries, onion is added.

And that is why we will try.

We will add half onion.

You cut it in little pieces too.

We will join it in there.

You know what I like a lot from Argentinian people ?

you make their foods and they do not get mad at all.

On the contratry, I imagine they must feel happy.

This is thyme.

Do you know what is thyme ?

have you ever used ?

Also, some people of Argentina told me that.

Thyme is added.

In other cities.

Then, we will add thyme.

The smell of thyme is WoW.

Mince it very well.

If you do not have fresh thyme.

Use dried thyme

We will add it in there.

Garlic never should be absent from Chimichurri sauce.

One head of garlic.

We have to remove the paper from the garlic.

With a knife, you can smash it.

At least use eight or ten garlic cloves.

It is essential in the sauce.

We also have to remove the tips from the cloves.

And once you have the gloves ready.

We begin to mince them.

Same as thyme.

You saw the ingredients that I am using.

Everything is fresh

And garlic has an aroma or taste....

Delicious.

We will put everything together.

A sauce you must make because you will enjoy a lot.

This is version # 2 like I told you in the beginning.

Because we have another version.

And we will use.......

This magnificent herb.

Fresh oregano.

My neighbor who lives downstairs.

Told me that I could grab some oregano whenever I wanted.

And that is what I did.

With a pair of scissors, I cut some.

And If you do not have fresh oregano, use some dried one.

Downstairs a black cat lives.

Now he is my friend.

Once in a while he visits me.

You will see him later on.

I call him " il gatone "

Well, here we have the oregano.

Just give it a rinse.

And what we have to do.

to remove the leaves.

We will not use the stems.

If you want to use it, there is plenty of aroma and taste in the stems.

But since it is a lot of oregano that I am using.

I will only use the leaves.

It will take you time to make this sauce.

You have to have lots of time.

Dedication.

And mince little by little.

Some delicious oregano leaves.

Greetings to people in Mexico, El Salvador,

Honduras, Dominic Republic,

Puerto rico. Every country of the world.

We put the oregano in there.

We will add "aji"

Well, in my country we call it Chile.

But in

But in south America, it is called "Aji"

These are chiles which are very spicy.

You can use Jalapenos or Serranos chiles.

But since I do not like spice food.

I remove the seeds and the membranes.

but if you want your sauce spicy it, leave it.

Everybody has different taste.

AnthroDesk Electric Standing Desk (for Canadians eh?) - Duration: 4:17.

This is my new standing desk.

It lets me switch between sitting and standing.

Multiple times a day.

Because too much of anything is bad thing.

Hi I'm David And this is the AnthroDesk an electric sit stand desk.

So just to clarify upfront.

These are desk legs from Anthrodesk, with an IKEA tabletop but I'll go into that in

more detail later.

But first let's look at the operation of the desk.

This is the controller and it's as simple as pressing up or down to move the desk.

There are also 4 memory buttons that can be programmed to specific height by clicking

and holding a button for a couple seconds and now everytime you press that memory button

the desk will revert back to that height.

Super simple.

And I definitely prefer having an electric desk with these memory button, while it might

not be necessary for everyone's workflow, for me it makes the experience seamlessly

repeatable.

Which is important to me because I want to make it a habit to regularly switch between

sitting and standing pretty much hourly.

And while I personally only need 2 memory buttons having 4 is great if you have another

person also using the desk.

I also like that the LED numbers will turn off after 30 seconds on its own but a one

thing I do find a little annoying is that I can't wake it back up with the memory

buttons alone but instead I need to press the up or down buttons first to wake it up.

The speed of the motor is nice and fast, so switching from sitting to standing height

takes just 10 seconds, or from the minimum to the maximum height it takes about 17 second.

The motor is also strong enough to support up to 220lbs so I really haven't had any

issues with weight support.

The motor is pretty smooth but I wouldn't call it quiet.

I don't have a problem with the motor noise since it's really not that loud and is pretty

quick but if you're quieter environments the noise from the motor and gears are definitely

noticeable to anyone nearby.

Final thing to note is that the motor and cross bar are exposed and cable management

is still something that I also need to figure out.

So it's not the cleanest underneath the desk but those are just cosmetic complaints

and have no impact on day to day usage.

Height Support is another thing to consider with electric standing desks.

Not just in the standing position but even in sitting.

This desk has a pretty standard range compared to other electric desks that should fit most

adults with its 69cm - 117cm range for the legs, not including the table top thickness,

but for me, I guess I'm a little shorter than most so it's a little tall for me even

at the lowest height but that's really an issue I have with most tables so unfortunately

I'll still need a footrest with this desk.

In terms of build quality I find the desk very solid at my standing height and while

there is a little wobble at its maximum height it's not to be unexpected with such a tall

desk unless you get a more expensive 4 legged standing desk.

But honestly I don't see it being an issue for most people unless you're very sensitive

to wobble.

The assembly process for the legs is pretty quick and really shows the solid construction

of the desk.

You can also easily expand or reduce the spread of the legs with a couple screws to accommodate

different tabletops lengths.

And while you could just purchase a top from Anthrodesk directly I went with an IKEA Linnmon

tabletop and attached it with these screws so you have that flexibility.

So that's the AnthroDesk.

Overall I think it's a really solid solution for someone who needs an electric sit stand

desk.

The transition from siting to standing and back again is completely seamless with the

strong quick motor and simple memory controller.

While I wish it could go down a little shorter for my height this may not be a problem for

most people but be sure to check your own height requirements.

Otherwise it's a great solution for me to get out of the habit of sitting all day long.

I guess next thing I need to do is put together the rest of computer setup, but hope you guys

enjoyed this one.

You know what to do.

And I'll see you in the next video.

2017 Genesis G90 Review - Duration: 3:05.

that's the t90 was designed to be a big

comfortable luxury car and it does that

very well

while it has its fault that same comfort

was a long way for making up words

now why is it so comfortable a big part

of it is this new engine our test car

came with the 3.3 liter

twin-turbocharged v6 makes about 365

horsepower but what's really important

is how it field sometimes with

turbocharged engine there's a lag and

the power comes on with a big rush

not so with this it just pulls

consistently there's always plenty of

power when you're moving away from the

lights are making a pass on the highway

the d90 the insulation and double layer

glass cut down on ambient noise and

actually there's so little road wind

engine noise that you have to keep an

eye on the speedometer because it just

sort of pulls you along until all of a

sudden you realize you're going way too

fast but the ge90 is so comfy it doesn't

actually offer any rewarding driving

experience it kind of walls from side to

side and Dives when breaking so it's not

a car that feels comfortable when it's

being pushed this is the ge90 glides

along on the highway the interior helps

with that as well for starters the

driver's seat has a ton of different

adjustment also there's just a lot of

room to kind of get situated and

comfortable

the same is true in the back seat which

has more room at a luxury car i can

remember but while there is all this

space and we have these audio controls

and heated seats and two 12 volt outlets

down here

the fact is there's only one USB port

buried in here and in this day and age

one USB ports probably not enough the

same things true the technology is very

well done

no this car doesn't have a apple carplay

or Android auto and it likely won't get

that anytime soon but this android

system is really good it's very easy to

switch between things like music

navigation also if you download an app

for your smartphone you can use it to

send directions to your car

so that's well done that's the same

thing with the cameras like a lot of

luxury cars this car has sort of a

360-degree camera that helps when you're

parking lot of cars have that system

this was very well done it's very easy

to tell where the genome

ideas in relation to other cars and the

curb and that's important because this

thing is longer than a Ford Explorer the

downside is you have to love buttons to

get the ge90 it looks almost too busy to

be a luxury car but setting aside the

looks it's also just not very practical

when you get up here in this area where

you're dealing with like radio and maps

and everything else there's no way to

differentiate which button controls what

you have to take your eyes off the road

and it's just not safe

overall the Genesis g90 is a very good

car if comfortable unflustered luxury is

what you're looking for then this really

need to be on your test drive way thanks

Abby Martin Rips Apart Trump's Anti-Muslim Travel Ban - Duration: 8:23.

Mike Papantonio: The Trump administration has defended its immigration and refugee ban

by continually claiming that the executive order is going to protect Americans from terrorist

attacks. The only problem with that argument is that a study by the Cato Institute found

that your chances of getting killed by a refugee terrorist in the United States is about 1

in 3.6 billion. In fact, not one refugee from the seven countries impacted by the ban has

ever killed anyone on American soil. Here to discuss what's really behind this executive

order is honestly one of the most talented people in this business, Abby Martin, creator

and host of The Empire Files on TeleSUR TV. Abby, why don't you ... You think Trump made

the immigration ban one of his first priorities? Why would he have done that? Why would he

have started there? Abby Martin: I think that it's really important

to realize that, look, Trump's been saying this. This is the cornerstone of his entire

campaign, to ban Muslims "indefinitely until we figure out what's going on," but it's really

important to also see that it's not just Trump. Karl Rove of this administration is Steve

Bannon. Steve Bannon is a white nationalist, of course, who for years, his main pinnacle

has been banning immigrants. He's said this time and again. I think it's really important

to debunk this primary argument that they're using, that this is about safety and security.

You already did yourself, but it's really important to realize what this is really about.

This is about pushing forward this temporary measure to inevitably make it indefinite to

inevitably make it permanent. It is indeed a ban. Giuliani said on TV that Trump came

to him and said similarly that Bush did when he wanted to make torture legal and went to

John Yoo. Giuliani said that Trump came to him and said, "I want to ban Muslims. How

do I do this?" This is appealing to a radical, xenophobic base of people.

Mike Papantonio: Abby, let me back up just a little bit. First of all, I described this

two ways. We had Obama who could give a wonderful speech, but his ability to execute on anything,

as we've seen over the last eight years, it's terrifying. He gives these great ideas, sets

them out there, and his execution is nonexistent. You got Trump on the other side. It's almost

a management thing. Really, when you look at the way this is being done, you got Trump

on the other side gives a speech. You almost don't even know what he's talking about most

of the time, but he's made these promises and he's executing. I know you and I have

talked about this in the past in some form or fashion, but we saw eight years of Obama

not, the first two years when he controlled the House and he controlled the Senate, taking

no action. Now we got Trump in office, and he is absolutely

... Every day we're seeing a new executive order. We're seeing protests of every kind,

whether refugee, an immigrant ban. Why do you think this issue, in particular, has people

so strongly, so upset, when they know this is what the guy said he, this is what he campaigned

on? This is what he said he was going to do, and he's doing it. [crosstalk 00:03:08]

Abby Martin: I think it shows honestly the ineptitude of Obama and the inability to really

make any sort of decisions, especially when he had control of Congress for two years,

but juxtaposing that, I think that people really see this as a line in the sand, Pap.

This is history in the making real time. If you're not going to draw a line in the sand

and take the right side of history moving forward, then who the hell are you? People

understand that the intermotive Japanese Americas was done via executive order. We've seen these

things happen in fascistic, demagoguery states before. I think people are really riled up.

The majority of people in this country are not racist. The majority of people in this

country abhor Trump. They do not agree with this mandate that he's given himself to do

these things. People are very taken aback by the Gestapo-like force that the Trump administration

is carrying out this order, and they are standing up and saying, "No more. We will stand and

fight with our Muslim brothers and sisters no matter what," Pap, and that's really what's

going on here. Mike Papantonio: These protests taking place,

it's amazing to me when I'm looking at these polls. We've seen Reuters, for example. 49%

of Americans agree with the ban. 41% disagree. I've seen polls even higher than that. 52%,

54% agreeing with this ban. What do you make of that? There's always the argument that

this type of thing is always driven by fear. Right now, Trump did make the Muslim issue

the boogeyman issue. How do you count for the American public saying, "You know, it's

probably okay that you ban people from the country." What's your take on it?

Abby Martin: Islamophobia doesn't happen in a vacuum. Trump is not an aberration. People

are pretending like this is just some shocking thing that's happened overnight. Islamophobia

has been fostered and cultivated in this country for the last 15 years. Through the Obama administration,

the bombing of seven predominantly Muslim countries, the continuation of the mass surveillance

and police state essentially making Muslims the victim. Look, demonization and dehumanization

of Muslims is a necessity in order for the US Empire to carry out its goals around the

world. This has been an environment that has been cultivated in Harvard by the entire administration

in a completely bipartisan way, Pap. It's really, really fascinating that people

want to point to Trump as the next Hitler. Who has allowed this entire apparatus to be

built? This is what progressives like you and me have been warning about the last eight

years. Hey, don't sign the NDAA. Hey, roll back these things. Prosecute war criminals.

You know why? Because we were trying to warn against someone like Trump getting into power

and ruling this entire empire, Pap, and here it is.

Mike Papantonio: There were reports when the ban initially went into effect, the border

control agents were defying court orders. Dallas airport, Virginia, not allowing lawyers

to even see people being detained. Is this what we should expect from future legal conflicts?

Look, we're here. This is a guy that's going to get it done. Like it or not, the American

public knew that when he came into office. They voted for that. They were afraid of the

immigration issue. They were afraid of the Muslim issue. He said, "I'm going to take

care of it." He's taking care of it, but now there's such conflict. When he writes these

orders, these executive orders, they show up the next day and the American public goes,

"Oh, my God. He really did it." What do you expect in the future? I don't

see anything different. This is a guy who takes command of what he's promised, and I

believe we're going to see that in the future. What's your take?

Abby Martin: I wanted to also say that this is not about safety and security. This is

about pursuing a a white ethnonationalist supremacy over the states. Steve Bannon has

said this time and again. Him and Trump have argued in interviews before. You look at just

their words over the last five years. Steve Bannon said he even hates Asians. He said

that there shouldn't be any Asian CEOs in Silicon Valley. This is what these people

believe. Steve Bannon has hijacked Trump's mind and he's pushing through, railroading,

steamrolling all of this legislation through. It's obvious that he's writing these executive

orders. They're very similar to Breitbart Language.

When it comes to the DHS and police agencies, I think that these are very fascistic in their

nature. On a side note, DHS was created in the Bush administration, the wake of 9/11,

but you really haven't seen the complete embracing of a presidential candidate from these agencies

before. There was this unprecedented support from police, even when Trump won. In Manhattan,

I saw a bunch of cops riding around blasting, "I'm proud to be an American," wearing MAGA

hats. There was just a story the other day about a bunch of police officers that were

actually told to stop wearing Make America Great Again hats on the job.

I think that there could be a constitutional crisis within these agencies, especially when

they are acting on behalf knowing that the state has their back, and they can act completely

unrestrained. We already see what the police do with total impunity in this country.

Mike Papantonio: Abby, I got to tell you. I'm glad you're up reporting about it. I hope

you'll come on more. We'll talk about this as it all develops. It's just started developing.

Thank you for joining me. Abby Martin: Thanks, Pap.

NEXT STORY US SOLDIERS SHARE THE TRUTH ABOUT WHAT "FIGHTING FOR YOUR COUNTRY" ACTUALLY MEANS - Duration: 8:23.

NEXT STORY US SOLDIERS SHARE THE TRUTH ABOUT WHAT FIGHTING FOR YOUR COUNTRY ACTUALLY

MEANS.

by Edward Morgan.

Former Air Force pilot Brandon Bryan is one of the first ever United States drone operators

to speak out against what has been happening overseas for a number of years now, which

is the murder of countless innocent lives.

Bryan served as a sensor operator for whats known as the Predator program from 2007

to 20011.

He was responsible for manning the camera on the unmanned aerial vehicles that carried

out attacks overseas before leaving active duty in the Air Force, and, as Democracy Now

reports, was actually given a certificate that credited his squadron for more than 1,500

kills.

The US clearly encourages and rewards this type of activity.

Think about that while you consider what is still happening around the world, including

in Syria.

Below is Bryants recounting of his first-ever lethal drone strike and the impact it continues

to have on him to this day:

I didnt really understand what it meant to kill at first.

It was horrible.

The first time was horrible, the second time was horrible, the third time was numbing,

the fourth time was numbing, but of course the first time sticks with you the longest.

The Ones Pulling The Triggers & Giving The Orders Need To Stop

Kudos to Bryan for doing his part to shed more light on the atrocities being committed

overseas.

It really hits home a specific message, and a specific solution.

That solution is for the human beings giving these orders and the the human beings following

these orders to stop listening.

If we want this mess to stop, a shift in thinking needs to take place.

We are being used as tools.

But just imagine what would happen if every human being on the planet refused to participate

in war.

What would our world look like then?

While you could make the argument that intelligent robotic aircraft would take over, that still

begs the question, who is making this aircraft?

At the end of the day, there is a human being behind these killings.

We are the cause, and at the same time we are the solution.

This is why we say change needs to come from within, and as more soldiers wake up to the

truth about these wars, I have to believe that more of them will put down their weapons.

Shooting For No Reason

Brandon Bryan is not the only solider to speak out about this issue.

Ethan McCord, a US soldier who served in Iraq, has revealed some disturbing truths about

the life of a soldier in the Wikileaks video Collateral Damage.

In the video above, Bryan describes how the civilians being killed are seemingly indiscriminately

labelled as dangerous, even though clearly they are not.

So were looking at this thing, these people, and uh, it was like, almost instantaneous

that someone was like, confirmed weapons youre cleared hot.

Ethan McCord expresses the same thing in the video below:

If you feel threatened by anybody youre able to engage that person.

Many soldiers felt threatened just by the fact that you were looking at them, so they

fired their weapons on anybody who was looking at them because I felt threatened. We

were told that if we were to fire our weapons at people, and we were to be investigated,

officers would take care of you.

This happens on a daily basis.

Ive watched [the destruction of] vans full of children who were in the way when

an IUD went off.

The destruction of the Iraqi people happens on a daily basis.

Brainwashing Young Soldiers

When a person signs up to supposedly serve their country, they are most likely doing

so with the best of intentions.

They believe they are making a positive impact on the world, defending their country from

radical terrorists.

Many of these soldiers are completely unaware of truth behind the global war on terrorism

and the so-called enemy they are going after.

The truth is, there is no Islamic army or terrorist group called Al-Qaeda, and any

informed intelligence officer knows this.

But, there is a propaganda campaign to make the public believe in the presence of an intensified

entity representing the devil only in order to drive TV watchers to accept a unified

international leadership for a war against terrorism.

The country behind this propaganda is the United States. Former British Foreign

Secretary, Robin Cook

This is precisely why a number of professors, politicians, and experts from around the world

recently gathered to warn us about the global agenda being enacted by the Western military

alliance.

The global war on terrorism is a US undertaking, which is fake, its based on fake premises.

It tells us that somehow America and the Western world are going after a fictitious enemy,

the Islamic state, when in fact the Islamic state is fully supported and financed by the

Western military alliance and Americas allies in the Persian Gulf.

. . . They say Muslims are terrorists, but it just so happens that terrorists are Made

in America.

Theyre not the product of Muslim society, and that should be abundantly clear to everyone

on this floor.

. . . The global war on terrorism is a fabrication, a big lie and a crime against humanity.

(source) (source)

If you believe that these terrorists are being funded and armed by the United States and

other governments (along with the hand that controls them all, which is comprised of the

major banks), then you need to ask yourself why.

What is the logical explanation for such illogical actions?

It seems clear that they wish to incite panic and fear to distract us from the reality that

they are fabricating these events all in order to justify the infiltration of other

countries for their own, selfish motives.

And this is something that more soldiers, and everyday citizens, need to realize.

Are soldiers really fighting for freedom, or are they fighting for elitist agendas under

the guise of patriotism and a global terrorist threat?

Patriotism is propaganda, and when combined with the fictitious, manufactured, terrorist

threat, it makes one believe that there is something to defend, something to fight for.

In his paper Consent Without Consent: Reflections on the Theory and Practice of Democracy,

Noam Chomsky quotes and adds to some important revelations by Edward Bernays:

The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the

masses is an important element in democratic society. To carry out this essential task,

the intelligent minorities must make use of propaganda continuously and systematically,

because they alone understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses

and can pull the wires which control the public mind. Therefore, our society

has consented to permit free competition to be organized by leadership and propaganda,

another case of consent without consent. Propaganda provides the leadership with a

mechanism to mold the mind of the masses so that they will throw their newly gained

strength in the desired direction. The leadership can regiment the public mind

every bit as much as an army regiments the bodies of its soldiers. This process of

engineering consent is the very essence of the democratic process.

The Trinity of Mind – The Conscious, Subconscious, and Unconscio - Duration: 8:40.

The Trinity of Mind The Conscious, Subconscious, and Unconscious Mind

By consciousreminder

Man is the mirror of the universe, and his triple nature stands in relationship to

all things. Van Helmont, the Great Flemish Scientist and Chemist.

The mind is an interplay between the conscious, subconscious and unconscious mind.

As we understand the trinity of the human mind, we are mastering all aspects of our

gifted powers our mind.

Once we pay close attention to our inner self, we come to realization how the three important

components of the mind controls our reality.

The Trinity of Mind

The Conscious, Subconscious, and Unconscious Mind

When we speak of mind, we usually think of the brain.

The mind is not the brain, it is the brain of the brain, the brain of the spirit.

According to the Principle of Mentalism, All is Mind.

We have but one mind, each distinct from each other and categorized according to our understanding:

The Conscious mind, the Subconscious Mind,

the Unconscious/Super-Conscious Mind.

Who is really in control?

The relationship of the trinity of mind has been depicted in many ancient traditions as

the battle of three consciousness for dominance.

It is where two opposing forces fight each other while the helper bring them together

in harmony.

Man is usually aware of his conscious mind, but unaware of the subconscious and unconscious

realm which rules his life.

It is those whose bravery and curiosity that stepped into unknown territory that become

masters of their destiny.

Learning to control the unseen is learning to control fate itself.

The Seen Vs.

The Unseen

Conscious mind = The Seen

It is all about choice and awareness.

Conscious mind is awareness.

We all have that moment where we are soothingly dreaming in our sleep only to suddenly wake

up, alerted to potential dangers.

Or we have the simple clarity in our mind, the aha! moment where our awareness

is realized.

The conscious mind is simply where our attention is at the moment.

If I see the chair in front of me, I have conscious awareness of that chair.

With conscious awareness, we are able to make changes.

Our abilities lies in what we are aware of thinking analytically, logical order,

conscious choices, asking why and coming up with solutions based on fact.

Subconscious and Unconscious Mind = The Unseen

The subconscious and unconscious mind, however, are not so clear.

If the conscious mind are like honored recognized warriors, the subconscious and unconscious

minds are akin to an untamed beast who lurks in the shadows.

It accounts for 95-99% of our mental life.

It is the part of our mind beneath awareness.

The unseen part of the mind is illogical, protective and creative.

The Freudian Iceberg is a great example of the seen realm and the unseen realm where

only a small portion is visible compared to the invisible.

Subconscious Vs. Unconscious

Let us not intertwine these two terms.

Although they reside in the inner realm, the subconscious is different from the unconscious

mind.

What is the difference?

The Subconscious Mind = Subjective mind.

It is how we create our ego, who we think we are.

It is where our emotions, memories, and beliefs are.

The subconscious mind is the Intelligence decoder.

It is the power of the mind in sending electrical impulses of information to billions of cells

in our body.

It decodes the imagination, the feelings, the impulses, sensations, and instincts which

results in intuition, deep insights and wisdom.

When we say to create your reality, we really mean to create your subjective reality, to

change the perception of your worldview.

Because we are limited by the perception in our mind, our experiences are also limited.

When we expand our perception, we expand our experiences.

You are changing the goggles which you view the world.

In changing our subjective world, we create a different experience in the outer reality.

In our subjective world lies chaos, filled with the infinite quantum field in unpredictable

patterns and random sequences.

The Unconscious Mind = The Universe

The unconscious mind is the world we all universally follow.

It is the objective world.

It is our reactionary and unconscious body functions.

It is connected to the unconscious collective, all of minds of mankind.

The unconscious mind is the Universe, the scientific laws, the principles of life and

the governing laws of nature.

Beneath the chaos, there is an order and structure behind everything.

Chaos theory states that what seems chaotic at one level is highly organized and structured

at the fundamental level.

Its everything we dont understand about life.

It is the objective world but before light was created, in the unseen darkness where

the Cosmic source of all, the Universal Intellect, resides.

The unconscious mind, in its literal sense, is creating your reality by manipulating the

very fabric of nature which we all are connected.

The Relationship of the Trinity of Mind

Conscious is about awareness: the thing which holds together You and the Universe.

Subconscious is about You: your imagination, sense of self, memory, personality, and character.

Unconscious is about nature: the universal mind, the Universe and governing patterns

of life.

For an analogy, conscious is the flashlight in a dark room.

Subconscious is the dark room.

Unconscious is the house.

How to Use the Trinity of Mind

It is a battle between the dominance of You and the Universe where awareness is the only

harmonizer.

Using the three part of your mind is to harmonize and align yourself together.

Here is how to use the Trinity of Mind:

By bringing your awareness deeper into the mystery below the iceberg, we will be able

to control the unseen aspects of ourselves.

Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call

it fate. Carl Jung

Meditation/hypnosis is the way to bring your awareness down into the subconscious and unconscious

aspects of your mind.

You are exploring the unseen realm while being aware of it all.

When we have awareness, we are able to change it.

Given awareness we can control.

Through changing your inner self, you will experience a different outer reality.

Removing the limiting beliefs you were conditioned and reprogramming the subconscious mind will

bring you great change.

Strip away who you think you are and what to believe and you can begin to create new

experiences and find out what is truly there.

By understanding the natures laws will we harness its power.

When you understand how fire works, you can create fire.

When you understand how electricity works, you can create electricity.

When you understand the hidden laws of nature, you, too, will be able to harness the powers

of the Universe.

All is One

Remember, all is mind.

The unconscious is connected to the subconscious.

All of us are connected.

You are the Universe.

There is only experience of perception in the conscious mind, there is only awareness.

By aligning together our conscious mind with the subconscious and unconscious mind, or

to harmonize You and the Universe with your Awareness, we create our inner and outer reality.

Stained Glass Paint - Duration: 2:00.

Welcome to the Hobby Lobby Creative Studio!

I'm Tara, and today I'll be showing you how to create a stained-glass effect on a

frame like this using glass paint and liquid leading.

So let's get started!

First, you'll want to prep the glass by cleaning it with rubbing alcohol.

Next, outline your image with liquid leading, which imitates the lead of traditional stained

glass.

You'll want to touch the tip of the bottle to the glass and raise it up slightly as you

move along, remembering to squeeze the bottle with firm, even pressure.

If you make a mistake, no worries!

Use a paintbrush to touch up uneven lines or erase smudges.

Once you finish drawing the outlines.

Let the liquid leading dry for 8 hours and then you're ready to paint.

You'll find glass paint — also called window color — in both squeeze bottles and

little paint pots like these.

Use the applicator tool to put paint in between the leading …

… and then smooth it out toward the edges.

For thinner areas or tight corners, a paintbrush will help you get the color where you want

it.

This glass paint will dry in about 8 hours, and cure in 72.

You'll notice that while it goes on opaque, it dries transparent.

Now for the photo — all you have to do is cut away the background!

Your photo-of-choice can be large or small, whatever works best for your project.

Slide your photo between the glass panes, and if you have any trouble with it staying

put, add a little adhesive to the back.

You could stop there, but why not make it more three-dimensional?

Just add more liquid leading and glass paint to the top pane of glass, and it's display-ready.

There are all sorts of designs to try, so grab some glass paint and go for it!

Thanks for stopping by the Hobby Lobby Creative Studio!

Have fun creating, and we'll see you next time!

Fist Fight Director Richie Keen Hangs With Us | Hang Time - Duration: 2:49.

Today, I'm hanging with award winning writer-director, Richie Keen.

He's directed a lot of things, including "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia" and his new

movie "Fist Fight."

I've been practicing for this in my closet.

Hang.

My bet's on 30 seconds.

I'm ready.

It's Hangtime, baby.

We're going to be hanging from that goalpost.

Got it.

While we're hanging, I'll be asking you questions.

I get a lot of requests to do interviews where I show my legs and I say no,

but this one –

I actually don't have any underwear on, so....

Three...

two...

One...Hangtime!

So you directed a lot of episodes of "It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia."

What's your favorite on-set moment?

My favorite on-set moment was Danny DeVito asking me if he could get out early one day

and finding out later it was so he could go to Coachella.

If you're daughter had to date Mac or Dennis, who would it be?

Oh, Mac.

Dennis is probably, and maybe factually, a sexual predator.

So tell me about your new movie "Fist Fight."

"Fist Fight" is a movie about Ice Cube and Charlie Day.

They're going to get in an epic fist fight at three o'clock on the last day of school.

The fight is the most epic fight in the history of American cinema.

It's crazy.

How you feeling?

I'm not feeling good.

Not feeling good.

I'm all ready regretting the trash talk that I did earlier.

Really?

Did you wear deodorant today?

I don't think enough.

Yeah, I can tell.

Favorite football team?

Well, the favorite football team would be the 1985 Chicago Bears, specifically.

The Super Bowl Shuffle Bears.

I was talking about –

Currently?

It's still the 1985 Chicago Bears.

It hasn't gotten well for us since then.

Oh, you having some trouble?

You having some trouble?

You could end this right now, bro.

Just let go.

Uh huh, no.

I'm undefeated.

I'm the man.

I'm undefeated, too.

I'm a secret Ninja.

I'm 0 and 0.

So, you used to be an actor.

Yeah.

What is the most bizarre audition?

There was a soccer movie and I lied and said I was a soccer player and had to go...for

the audition, I had to go scrimmage against the L.A. Galaxy.

How did that go?

Not well.

They could tell very quickly I was a liar.

This is incredibly painful.

[BUZZER]

I had about 17 more questions.

I'm really sorry.

I should've worn pants.

My legs are very pasty and pale.

Come here, man.

You put up a good battle.

I appreciate your support.

You're a good competitor, thank you.

I'm not going to lie to you.

I am very dizzy right now.

Do we have a chiropractor?

You actually lasted longer than everyone thought.

We had side bets.

I appreciate that.

Will you go see "Fist Fight"?

I will.

You will?

I will.

Just see it.

Well, I'll tell everyone you won.

Oh, well, then definitely.

You can come to the premiere.

When I heard that sound When the walls came down

I was thinking about you About you

When my skin grows old When my breath runs cold

I'll be thinking about you About you

Seconds from my heart A bullet from the dark

Helpless, I surrender Shackled by your love

Holding me like this With poison on your lips

Only when it's over The silence hits so hard

'Cause it was almost love, it was almost love

It was almost love, it was almost love

When I heard that sound When the walls came down

I was thinking about you About you

When my skin grows old When my breath runs cold

I'll be thinking about you About you

When I run out of air to breathe It's your ghost I see

I'll be thinking about you, about you

While I reached out for your hand

When the walls were caving in

When I see you on the other side

We can try all over again

When I heard that sound When the walls came down

I was thinking about you Oh thinking about you

When my skin grows old When my breath runs cold

I'll be thinking about you Thinking about you

When I run out of air to breathe It's your ghost I see

Il Magico Potere di Sbattersene il Ca**o: le basi - Duration: 2:04.

Ciao!

Sono Sarah Knight l'autrice del libro

Il Magico Potere di Sbattersene il Ca**o

E sono qui per dirti

come sbattertene!

Queste sono le basi:

sbattersene significa provvedere anzitutto a se stessi:

come indossare la propria maschera dell'ossigeno

prima di aiutare gli altri.

Sbattersene significa darsi il permesso di dire:

«No». «Non voglio». «Non ho tempo». «Non me lo posso permettere».

Sbattersene significa soprattutto

Sarete più contenti e più socievoli sul lavoro;

i vostri colleghi e clienti ne trarranno beneficio.

How to Drink: Martini - Duration: 4:58.

- This is How to Drink, the show about making cocktails

and how to drink them.

I'm Greg and I have never been a professional bartender.

I've never even had a job in a bar.

I don't worry too much about precision and technique

because at the end of the day,

if the drink you like is in the glass, you did it right.

Let's get going.

Let's make a martini.

Let's make two martinis.

So much has been said and can be said about the martini

that I wouldn't really know where to begin.

I guess I would say this though,

the idea that a dry martini has to do with the level

of vermouth in or not in the drink is a really modern one.

When that phrase came into use,

it was because there was this new dry gin

coming out of London that was younger and unsweetened.

Gin prior to that was jenever and Old Tom

and it was all of the slightly sweeter pallet.

You had to specify ordering a dry martini

because what you were saying to the bartender

was oh by the way, use that dry gin,

not the other stuff, regular gin.

I have no love for the idea

that a dry martini is a glass of gin

with a drop of vermouth in it,

that, in my book, isn't a cocktail.

I personally think that that comes

from a very deserved reverence

that the Western world has for Winston Churchill,

who famously liked his martinis with a glass of gin

and a bow in the general direction of France.

That might have been great for Winston Churchill,

I don't know, I like my martinis to be a cocktail,

a balanced blend of ingredients.

And so, without further ado, here are two old martinis.

According to Wondrich, this martini recipe

comes from the Hoffman House right around 1900,

where it was called a Mahoney cocktail,

but it was the standard dry martini of its age.

We're gonna start with one and a half ounces of gin.

And it's equal parts vermouth,

so we need another ounce and a half of Noilly Prat.

You could use a French vermouth of your choice

and two dashes of orange bitters.

Any orange bitters should be fine.

And then crack a little ice over that

and we're gonna stir.

Give that a delectable little stir.

(old-fashioned upbeat music)

We're gonna serve it in a coupe.

We're gonna garnish this

with a twist of orange off my channel knife.

And so, that is a 1900 or so dry martini.

And normally at this point in the show, I drink it,

but today we have to make another drink.

So, that stands by for just a second.

Now, we're gonna make a gin martini.

This is an older gin martini.

And here we go.

Two ounces of Old Tom.

I need one ounce of vermouth.

And I'm spilling it everywhere, as we do on my show.

One dash of absinthe.

You know, absinthe is a very powerful flavor.

And now, we're gonna crack some ice and give it a stir.

Give that a good stir.

(tapping)

That drink's ready.

That's a good drink.

Serve this drink in a Nick and Nora glass.

And here we go.

We don't want to waste a single precious drop of cocktail.

For this, we're going to use a peel of lemon for garnish.

And now, for a How to Drink first, two cocktails.

Okay, that's really good.

Oh man.

So, the absinthe and the Old Tom work together

to provide a really interesting evolution in this

and even though there's no orange bitters present,

or orange present at all,

I'm actually getting sort of a Seville orange note here.

And then this...

So, in this one,

the vermouth takes front and center stage right away.

I like this drink,

but with both of them in my hand,

I like this drink more,

this older style gin cocktail made with Old Tom.

Man, this is good.

Yeah, woo.

I mean, it's a party, you know?

How can you go wrong with that?

Double fisting martinis over here at How to Drink

cause that's how we roll.

A Simple LEGO Deck Box - Duration: 7:16.

A simple LEGO Deck Box

If you like LEGO as much as I do, building a deck box comes naturally.

I will show you how to build a simple LEGO deck box

for your Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, Yugioh or other collectible card games.

Let's get started.

Welcome Young Mage I'm The Rhino.

Young Mage is devoted to reaching and teaching young mages of all ages.

Subscribe now to show your support.

And don't forget to tap that bell down below to get notifications of all the cool stuff

coming soon.

Here is the simple deck box.

It's a great starting point for more complex deck boxes.

I have more complex deck boxes I will show you in future videos.

This box is a good size for most decks you will want to store.

The top is reasonably secure.

When you take it off you have cut outs to easily grab your deck.

This box can hold 100 double sleeved cards.

It's not a great design for tossing in your backpack.

Even though it's strong, it can be crushed if you do accidentally sit on it.

Or throw it.

Or drop it from a large height.

Or put it behind a car tire.

Let me show you how it's built…

To hold the cards you will need an internal space that is seven by nine bricks.

For this box I'm using one-by bricks for the walls.

So my overall design is nine by eleven bricks.

You can see from the base my flats extend one unit on two sides.

Finding large flats that are odd units is pretty much impossible.

For now don't worry about it, we may use that space in future deck boxes.

As you can see I have covered the base in smooth flats.

That way your deck is on a smooth surface instead of dealing with the bumps.

I staggered the smooth flats so there's no chance of a card getting stuck in a groove.

This is important if you don't sleeve your cards.

The walls are made of one by sixes, one by fours, some one by three's, one by twos

and a few one by ones.

It is important to build the walls with a strong overlapping pattern.

You don't want to keep putting the same size brick directly on top of each other.

Since my walls are all blue, here is an example of poor construction

and here is an example of a strong wall construction.

For standard size cards, you will need to build your box a little more than nine bricks

high.

The base has the smooth flats inside of it.

And the top of the wall has a couple of one by eight flats.

These flats are to secure the top without tearing apart the walls.

The top is a simple set of flats with some one byes as an overhang.

The one byes hold the flats together.

If you don't travel with your decks, this simple LEGO deck box is a fun alternative

to buying one.

You can use your construction skills to make a sturdy box that is very functional.

And if you are still worried about that extra one unit overhang on the bottom…

Use it to make a cool design or other pattern for your box like this.

Make sure you click like on my videos, it helps out a lot.

Don't forget to subscribe, if you haven't already.

And there are a few things here and here that may interest you.

I have more videos coming out soon.

And until then, Rhino out.
