Youtube daily report Jul 22 2017

Why are you floating away from me, Mr. Chewinsky?

It's me, Hal. And it's our anniversary.

Come back here.

Hal, Mr. Chewinsky isn't trying to float away from you.

He's being carried by the river's current.

Oh, a current.

Okay, that makes total sense.

Just one quick question: what is a current?

It's the flow of the water.

Watch what happens when we stop paddling.

See?

Wait a tick. We're still moving. What gives?

Yeah, the river's current is carrying us,

just like it's carrying Mr. Chewinsky.

Ugh! Yeah, along with all that other garbage.

Oh, we got to keep paddling.

Chewinsky's getting farther away.

Yes, yes. Paddle. Paddle. Paddle.

Uh, guys, have you noticed

that things are getting a little bumpy here?

(All exclaiming)

Whoa!

The water is moving faster.

Aah! Mr. Chewinsky just fell down a waterfall.

(Sobbing)

Oh, poor Mr. Chewinsky!

Um, I'm sorry,

if Mr. Chewinsky went down a waterfall,

doesn't that means that...

ALL: We're all going down a waterfall!

NATURE CAT: Whee!

(All grunting)

Oh! We made it.

(Gasping)

And I see Mr. Chewinsky ahead.

Things are looking up.

Nothing can stop us now.

ALL: Whoa!

(Screaming)

I'm okay. I'm okay.

Phew.

We'll save you, Squeeks.

Ah-ha.

Viva la surf!

Whoo-hoo!

(Laughing)

Whoo! I'm watering-skiing, baby.

Whoo-hoo! Yeah!

Is that...?

Ugh, unbelievable.

Ronald! Wake up.

The river is headed for the ocean.

(Snoring)

Buzz off, bug.

Whoa!

I tried.

Oh! Oh, it's good to be back.

💣💣💣 JANET COLLECTION NOEL | FT DIVATRESS.COM - Duration: 5:32.

Queens and welcome to the channel. I'm Sheena. I go by Queen

She if you're interested in learning more about this must-have unit

I currently have on my head which is also from Divatress.com

I'll go ahead and link that review in the description box for you

Today, I'm reviewing this other unit from Divatress

This is the from the Janet Collection; her name is Noel. I received her in the color

Pfs1B/30

Noel is a deep part lace wig with hand tied and visible deep parting space

she is curling iron safe and

There are many many other

color

options so she came packaged really securely and in a manner that

Helps preserve the curls you'll see that Noel is a very long unit, but she has really

drastic layers on either side of the unit

Which helps achieve a sort of swoop bang effect

Now Noel has a harder lace

No comb in the back adjustable straps and two combs in the front and you see there

I'm trying to show you that the parting definitely needs some tweezing

However the the part is very deep and with some tweezing

looks

Just right

The texture is a soft yaki

texture and I would not recommend this unit if you have a

quote-unquote big head

I

experienced minimal shedding and one

Snag when I was running my hands through her and as with as much as I played with this unit

I would have expected to have more tangling but I think the texture and the layers helped prevent

this unit from from being

unmanageable I'll say

I'm about 5' 10" this unit is very very long. She goes below my bust. So I would say at her longest she's

anywhere from 26 to

possibly even 30 inches long and the layers help soften the length up and

Make her look super pretty and really really flowy

This is after I've tweezed and put concealer on the part so she's looking a lot more realistic

the part is very very deep so I kind of dig that about this unit and

I

Have to say that genna collection did this unit right by having this much volume like I definitely

Feel like this is some bomb date night girls night out type of hair. I don't know that

I would wear it every day although

I suppose you could you'll see in a few seconds that I put her up and like I have to and

That's doable. So there is some versatility with this unit

Definitely going to be good for the fall. I love the layers the

styling of this unit is

Perfection as well as the coloring like there are some times where I turn my head and the sunlight hits it just right and you

See those highlights like it's Super super pretty

You learn more about Noel. I will leave the link to divatress.com down below in the description box as always

Queens please let me know what you think comment down below?

Give this video a big thumbs up and if you are not already part of the queendom go ahead and hit that subscribe button

Until next time queens, please don't forget to love each other

Should you - Buy the Half-Track - Duration: 1:16.

[music]

Should you buy the half-track.

For weapons, you can choose between a dual Anti-Aircraft gun or a quad Anti-Aircraft

gun.

Also, you can, of course, have vehicle trip-mines added if they are indeed unlocked and researched.

Like any other vehicle that came in the gunrunning update, you can customize this like any other

vehicle in the game.

The off-road abilities are good because of how this vehicle has tracks like a tank, but

like a tank, it's pretty slow.

For protection, you can have the same window design as the armored vehicles in the game

prior to this update, but however, the windows are the same as the ones on regular civilian

vehicles.

For protection for the gunner, there isn't really much from the back and the front is

pretty well protected with a gun.

So, in conclusion, this is a fun vehicle to drive around in online, but if you do missions

I would recommend using an armored vehicle like the armored kurma because you are better

protected from gun fire from ai and it's also a lot faster.

So anyway, hope you guys enjoyed this video, leave a like if you like it, dislike if you

dislike, and subscribe if you want.

My name been Sky and I hope to catch you guys in the next video.

Why The LEGO Ninjago Movie Comic Con Trailer WORRIES me. - Duration: 1:53.

Hello, just2good here,

and Warner Bros. revealed a new trailer

for the LEGO Ninjago Movie at Comic Con.

It's the second trailer,

and if you haven't seen it,

I linked it in the description.

But if you don't want to have too much of the movie revealed,

I would say to avoid it.

That's what worries me about it -

I feel it shows too much.

It was a really funny trailer.

I loved the start with Koko

explaining why she fell for Garmadon,

and Lloyd's arm getting ripped off.

Also, the continuation of the visual gags

is always a pleassure to see,

like when Meowthra attacks

and everyone is freaking out.

But, Meowthra -

the cat -

that reveal,

while it was funny and I didn't see it coming -

I'm kinda let down that they revealed it in the trailer.

I mean,

imagine seeing that in the theater.

It would've been totally unexcpected.

I didn't even think of that when the laser pointer was present in sets.

And, when Lloyd gets his arm ripped off,

Garmadon seems so sincere.

The ninjas don't even seem against him.

I hope that is not the reveal of Garmadon becoming good again,

helping the team.

You see,

I get why they had all these funny parts in the trailer.

They need to attract the general audience.

Not just fans of Ninjago.

When people see Ninjago,

they'll be confused or think it's a kid's thing.

Thus, putting funny parts in the trailer attracts that general audience.

I don't want too many funny reveals.

So many comedy movies now have trailers

that just reveal way too much of the jokes

which makes the actual movie feel like a let down.

But hey,

for all I know,

Meowthra can be a reveal from the first ten minutes,

as with Garmadon helping the ninja team.

So look,

that's my concern.

I hope with these trailers

they're not showing too much of the movie.

Y'know, with the LEGO Batman Movie trailer and LEGO Movie trailers,

they weren't hilarious as much as they were cool.

It was awesome seeing LEGO come to life

and all of these little references to the properties.

I guess since LEGO Ninjago is more of a new property,

and this is the third movie,

they can't really sell it on the spectacle

and have to rely more on the humor.

Either way, what do you guys think?

Leave your thoughts in the comments below.

I'll see you guys later.

Peace out.

Bye.

How To Sleep Better - Duration: 5:09.

Hello and welcome to another video.

If you are watching this video, you are probably lying on your bed and can't fall sleep,

hoping that this video will help you out. In that case, you came to the right place.

Having a good sleep is important and I don't have to sell you on that.

In fact luck of a good sleep can cause heart attacks, high blood pressure, stroke, diabetes,

And most importantly it will make feel dizzy al the day.

Remember those days where you didn't have a good sleep at night, you probably were looking

like you were drunk. So lets take a look at 6 ways you can have

a better sleep.

The first one, have a consistent sleep routine

your body loves routines. When you are sleeping at different times everyday, that really disturbs

your brain because it takes extra effort to adjust to a different time. Your brain consistently

tries to adjust to a certain system and relax. In fact, around 60% of what you do every day

are routines that you have developed over time. It starts from the moment you wake up

and brush your teeth to the moment you go back to bed. So if you are going to sleep

at the same time everyday, you are going to fall asleep faster and have even a better

sleep. It doest mean that you should sleep at 11:53 and wake up at 6:42, just make sure

that you sleep at around the same time consistently.

secondly, cool down your room

you can get a better sleep if the room temperature is around 65 degrees Fahrenheit or around

18 degrees celsius. That's because your body's temperature drops during the night, so when

you cool down your room, it helps your body to get cooler faster and encourages you sleep.

So not only you will fall asleep faster but rather you will have much deeper sleep. If

you are not going to provide a comfortable environment for your body to sleep, then  your

body will waste energy trying to regulate, and make it harder to sleep. It can also even

wake you up at night.

Thirdly, Meditate for 5-10 minutes

We all have struggled multiple times to fall asleep and even if we could sleep, we certainly

woke up in the middle of night worried about the test we had to take the next morning.

Or maybe you are just lying on your bed and overthinking about the problem you had today,

whether it was an argument you hadn't with a friend or a conflict with your boss.

Life problems never end, everyday is an adventure, new obstacles stand on our away and if you

don't get them out of your mind before going to bed, chances are that you will stay late

at night overthinking about them. So to avoid that, just spent 5 to 10 minutes meditating

before trying to sleep. Put everything aside, sit down with your back straight and clean

up your mind from all the negative thoughts and you will find easier to fall into a deep

sleep.

Get Rid of electronics

Watching a movie at night might seem to help you to fall asleep but science says otherwise.Sever

studies have shown that electronic devices, be it a smartphone or a computer can seriously

disturb your sleep. And the reason for that is, the blue light that comes from smartphones

or computers prevents the production of melatonin in your body - the hormone that regulates

your sleep. In fact, they can reduce your melatonin by

50% which makes it much harder to fall asleep. On the top of that, if you have your phone

besides you, you might just keep rechecking your WhatsApp or email over and over before

you find out that its already morning and you haven't slept yet. So when its time

to sleep, just shut down all your devices and keep them away.

Don't have caffeine 6 hours before going to bed

A cup of coffee contains anywhere from 80 to 120 milligrams of caffeine, and you probably

already know you should avoid it right before bed. But some still like the idea of a hot

drink after dinner. Although you are still several hours away from sleeping, that could

still disturb your sleep. Truth is, caffeine can stay in the body for up to 12 hours.

Even caffeine at lunch can be too close to bedtime for some people.

In fact, even tea has some caffeine in it, something around 20 milligrams per cup, so

if you are the type of person who struggles to fall asleep, then you better avoid caffeine

at all, at least 6 hours before going to bed.

have a snack with proteins

On the other side, drinks such as cereal with milk will help you to have a better sleep.

And thats because they contain proteins which builds the blocks of tryptophan - which is

amino acid  that causes sleep. Thats why you feel sleepy after having a lunch if it

contains a lot of proteins. So whether its cup of milk or a snack that contains a lot

of proteins is preferable to have before going to sleep.

So these are my top 6 tips to have a better sleep, what do you guys think? would you add

anything else to this list, let me know in the comments bellow.

If you are not part of our notification squad, then click on that bell button.

And as always give this this video a thumbs and I will see you guys in the next one.

#Who is Franck Kessie? Atalanta star opts for AC Milan over Chelsea, Arsenal and Man United - Duration: 2:46.

Who is Franck Kessie? Atalanta star opts for AC Milan over Chelsea, Arsenal and Man United

FRANCK KESSIE is the AC Milan starlet who rejected SIX Premier League giants. Chelsea have had a bid rejected with the players agent confirming that Man Utd, Man City, Arsenal, Spurs and Liverpool all wanted the 20-year-old.

Franck Kessie is wanted by a clutch of Premier League clubs. But he has instead opted to move to the San Siro on a two-year loan with an obligation to buy.

Here is everything you need to know about one of the most exciting wonderkids in world football….

Atalanta are holding out for a whopping £34m. What is his best position?. Kessie seems best used as a box-to-box powerhouse. But clubs are keen as the youngster is a quality passer too.

Why is he dubbed the new Yaya Toure?. For the reasons above, mainly. But also because of his nationality. And the fact that, at such a tender age, he seems to have the knack of picking up goals from midfield.

Kessie has scored six times in 30 Serie A outings this season, including a double in the opening-day 4-3 home defeat to Lazio.

His contribution was key in helping Atalanta to a fourth place finish and what will be their first European campaign in 26 years. Kessie has been hailed as the new Yaya Toure.

Whats his background and where is he from?. Like Toure, from the Ivory Coast – who he is an international regular for.

He was born in the small town of Ouragahio and joined Stella Club in Abidjan, the countrys capital, in 2014. In August 2015 he moved to Atalanta.

Kessie spent the following season on loan at Cesena, where he netted four times in 38 games for the Serie B club, making a stunning breakthrough at the start of the 2016-17 campaign.

Kessie playing for Ivory Coast in April 2016.

The Real Laura Ingalls of Little House on the Prairie - Duration: 4:03.

My Girl Hero Laura Ingalls Wilder is one of my favorite writers, not just because her

stories are so interesting to read but because many of the events she describes really happened

to her.

Laura Ingalls was born on February 7, 1867 just outside of the little village of Pepin,

Wisconsin.

She was the second oldest of her parent's four surviving children, all of which were

girls.

Laura's parents were pioneers heading west, just one of thousands of families encouraged

by the US government to set up homesteads on lands that had belonged to Native American

tribes.

So, through most of her childhood, her family moved A LOT.

Beginning in Wisconsin, they moved to Missouri,

then Kansas, then back to Wisconsin,

then Minnesota, then Iowa,

then back to Minnesota, then to the Dakota Territories

Then they finally settled down in South Dakota.

Phew!

You practically need an app to keep up.

When she was 18, Laura Ingalls married Almanzo Wilder.

When they first settled down, the future looked promising but her life grew hard.

Almanzo became ill, family deaths and terrible fires took their toll and the young family's

finances began to fail.

So once again in Laura's life, she went on the move.

Laura, Almanzo and their daughter, Rose, finally settled in Mansfield, Missouri and this is

where her writing career began.

Laura worked as a writer and editor for a local newspaper and developed a loyal readership

who enjoyed her stories of home and family life, travel adventures and the expanding

options for women of the times.

At the same time, Rose, now grown-up and travelling the world had become a well known writer on

her own.

Rose encouraged her mother to expand on the stories she had already begun work on based

on her pioneer childhood but it wasn't until the legendary stock market crash in 1928 that

publishing the stories became urgent.

You see, Laura and her husband lost most of their money at the beginning of the Great

Depression.

Millions of people were out of work, farms were drying up and times were bad for everyone.

With Rose's experience in publishing, Laura was able to quickly improve her stories and

find a publisher.

And I am am so glad she did.

I love the Little House books and so do millions of others around the world.

Ever since the her first book, Little House in the Big Woods, was published in 1932, Laura's

books have never stopped being printed and have been translated into 40 languages.

Laura Ingalls Wilder lived to the grand old age of 90 but she will forever live on in

my imagination as little Laura Ingalls.

Thank you, Laura!

Ready for my special bonus facts?

In the books, Laura has a rag doll named, Charlotte, but did you know that in real life

Laura Ingalls' doll was really called Roxy and was hand-made from scraps of material,

yarn for hair and black beads for her eyes.

A hand made fabric doll was a treasured gift for a poor pioneer girl since all of her older

dolls would have been made from corn husks.

And did you also know that Corn Husk dolls originally came from a Native American tradition

and had blank faces?

One legend for the blank face is that the Spirit of Corn made a doll out of her husks

to entertain children but the doll's face was so beautiful that she she spent less and

less time entertaining kids and more time thinking about her own beauty.

To stop her, the doll's face was taken away.

any names actually Jeffery but well calling stroke homie video stroke daddy so two stroke

daddies are Paul George and Russell Westbrook who are going to light the world on fire together

but what could there be a third amigo in in that in that equation we're kind of putting

things together here because would you agree that the Cavaliers aren't doing squat I would

agree that James Harden is the richest NBA player in 128 million surgeries just excuse

me four year deal nicest contract ever yesterday ok so welfare he's got two slaps the forehead

go and how did he get all that money because he the beard Carmelo Anthony is definitely

leaving New York after they spawned Tim Hardaway part of it a few 1 million dollars that I'm

three-year deal money ever ok ok so we can come out about why we can rulesome teams out

we can rule out Houston because they literally say they give away their firstborn to keep

Descartes there so every diamond that uses out of a picture for flash the Cavaliers are

obviously obviously in the picture I mean that but we they trade a Kevin Love straight

across why I don't think so well they might do it for flashing a

graphic they could and the bubbles need all the help they can get I don't think he's going

to do it I don't he's not going to stay there either I don't think I mean he is he's out

of that we're gonna look at his contractor in a minute but what else what if he ended

up with the Oklahoma Westbrook and Paul George and their owner their owner has already stated

they are not done okay so there is more to happen for them I don't know what's left besides

flash I mean who are some of the people we've seen get done was the crazy notes of God don't

a mile on the trader Cory and yet had a post patrons are smoking crack yeah yeah actors

are going down fast folks that is proved he is a starting point guard and he can ball

her in the playoffs and Lowry went down and now they traded straight up for CJ Miles anyway

that's a whole d'marie Carroll single Otto Porter land anywhere you and I saw no he got

maximum from the net and from the wizard the wizard came back oh he's I mean it's it it's

in balls in his court he leaves as John Wall closed suitcase and bow now probably probably

so so let's look at Dwayne White's contract here Dwayne Wade getting a little older here

is ages years old 35 36 but he's making an average of almost 24 million a year so do

what do you think he's got left in the tank a three-year deal big money that right for

what he is that's Big B's money he's not going to get that almost no I think his legs got

to be getting tired I'm going to guess and say gets anywhere from 15 to 18 million a

year on a two to three-year deal at the max wherever he ends up going but well any day

for 20 years and tillery's on the minimum before they bowels out or will they be one

of those guys thattrades out graciously he's about to be 36 yeah aren't we at that point

pretty much already I don't know I'm getting old myself how long do you think LeBron plays

till he's 47 mmm yeah so he can't play me house Brady he's one of those guys Obama such

a big frame big frame though he can stay playing well he also sleeps in a hyperbolic chamber

I hate all that crazy stuff but each children Dwyane Wade Dwyane Wade all roads look like

Dwyane Wade could end up with the Oklahoma City Thunder which would be it would be relevant

it would they're already relevant they're going to be fun to watch man they're going

to sell tickets they're probably going to make the playoffs in the

6to4 spot somewhere and there would be my guest but if you had

a Dwayne Wade as a role player next to George and Westbrook they're

going to make him better right Westbrook's going to make him even

he's going to make Dwayne Wade

at 36 look like

he's probably 33 I'd love it if they could get Rudy Gobert to

go

over 12 in

Thunder

that's where I like to see some stuff some will and Dylan app

EPA Might Get Sued For Not Enforcing Clean Air Act - Duration: 3:07.

THE EPA AND MEMBERS OF CONGRESS

ARE FIGHTING TOOTH AND NAIL TO DEREGULATE ANY POLICY IN REGARD

TO THE ENVIRONMENT.

THAT WAS ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS TRUMP DID

WHEN HE GOT INAUGURATED.

IT WAS CLEAR HE WAS NOT IN FAVOR OF

SOME OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY OBAMA HAD CHAMPIONED.

I WANT TO

GIVE YOU DETAILS ON THAT.

THESE ARE VERY FRIENDLY MOVES TOWARD

THE OIL AND GAS COMPANIES.

I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY ARE CONTENTIOUS.

THEY ARE NOT.

THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO FEEL THESE REGULATIONS ARE

CONTENTIOUS ARE THE COMPANIES THAT ARE PROFITING OFF OF

POLLUTING OUR ENVIRONMENT.

I THINK MOST AMERICANS UNDERSTAND

THE IMPORTANCE OF PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT, UNLESS THEY ARE

WORKING IN THESE INDUSTRIES.

IT IS SAD.

JUST WHEN YOU THINK THEY ARE FINALLY GOING TO LEAVE SOME

REGULATIONS IN PLACE MAYBE THEY GO EVEN FURTHER.

THESE ARE PROTECTIONS FOR WATER AND AIR AND LAND THAT

NEEDS TO BE PROTECTED.

THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST DISTURBING

THINGS ABOUT TRUMP.

HE HAS ACTUALLY GOT A LOT OF STUFF

DONE, THIS WAY.

THROUGH EXECUTIVE ORDER.

AND HE IS

TAKING AIM AT THE ENVIRONMENT BECAUSE HE'S ABLE TO DO IT

QUICKLY.

AND IT IS IN SERVICE OF ALL THESE HUGE COMPANIES THAT

STAND TO GAIN SO MUCH.

THESE ARE NOT ALL AMERICAN COMPANIES

EITHER.

AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED, OUR BOTTOM LINE SHOULD BE THE

LAND, WATER, AND THE AIR.

IT DESPERATELY NEEDS PROTECTION.

THIS IS NOT A PARTISAN ISSUE BUT IT HAS BECOME ONE.

THIS SHOULD

BE BIPARTISAN.

BECAUSE WE ALL DRINK THAT WATER AND BRIEF THAT AIR.

WE ALL

DEPEND ON THE ENVIRONMENT BEING HEALTHY FOR US TO LIVE IN.

THAT CLEAN WATER RULE AFFECTS 17 MILLION AMERICANS.

IT IS A

LOT OF PEOPLE DRINKING THAT WATER AND BREATHING THAT AIR.

BUT AGAIN THE REASON THEY WENT AFTER IT IS BECAUSE OBAMA'S NAME

ON IT AND TRUMP WANTS TO UNDO ANYTHING THAT HAS OBAMA'S NAME

ON IT.

IT IS SADLY GOING TO BE THE ENVIRONMENT.

Destiny's Force - Game Suite Zone - Duration: 22:20.

Hello!

Long time no see!

Welcome to Game Suite Zone: the series where we learn more about music by recreating pieces

from video games.

Today, we're going to analyze Destiny's Force, composed by Yoko Shimomura in 2002.

This took me about three months to finish, and you can imagine this video will be pretty

crazy, so uh, make sure your drive gauge is full.

Both of these can be pretty tricky.

This will sound crazy, but the tempo's 344, and the time signature's 16/4.

The specific pace of the percussion and main melody can make it difficult to figure out.

Luckily, this piece uses a piano that seems to play on every beat, so examining it should

help us figure this out.

By changing the frequencies of the music in our Parametric EQ plugin, we can hear certain

instruments better by increasing frequencies where the instrument sits in the most.

We'll do this to confirm the piano's presence.

Have a listen.

I simply created a similar piano pattern, placed it next to the music, and altered the

tempo until they matched each other.

We probably could have gone with an 8/4 time signature, but things seem to kinda "reset"

at 16.

There's this weird, uneven timing that the percussion has around that time, so 16 was

ultimately better for me.

Once the main parts of the music were figured out, the intro was the only part of the music

that seemed inconsistent with the time signature, so we'll save it for last, and start right

where the cymbal does.

We'll have two versions of the original music in our workspace, so that we can add the intro

when we get there.

This first part concerns our main form of percussion, which is pretty common in orchestral

music.

For this piece, it's also extremely helpful for nailing down timings and works as a great

reference.

Bring her out, Geri.

This is a timpani, and it's a pitched percussion.

The overall sound of our timpani is a bit too sharp-sounding, so let's fix it through

equalization, which let's us modify frequencies by adding and removing them.

We're going to remove the highs -- also known as the treble -- and increase the mids and

lows, giving us more of a thicker, less brighter sound.

Just with that alone, we're set to use our timpani!

The timing's weird, so here's a pattern with a metronome.

It's just a little tricky, but as long as we have this, we'll be okay.

Anyway, here are the patterns.

The timpani alone isn't making the thick sound we hear in the original.

Knowing this, I assumed that an instrument was layered over the timpani, which is also

known as doubling, which is the process of having another instrument section play the

same part as another in an orchestra.

A contrabassoon fits the bill just nicely.

Since the timpani is a pitched percussion, we can just copy and paste the notes for the

contrabassoon, but we'll avoid using the lower notes it switches to.

Here's what our frequency settings look like.

The volume's not much higher than the timpani.

We'll double the notes an octave as well.

We also layered a normal bassoon over the contrabassoon to reach a similar sound to

the original.

It's not as loud and doesn't uses two octaves.

The bassoon is given the same EQ changes as the contrabassoon, since they're routed to

the same mixer input.

Here are the patterns!

Next up is a french horn ensemble that uses 4 horns.

Hard to notice, but it plays sustaining notes to support the music's overall feel.

Sound-wise, we want to give it an overall presence in mid frequencies, so this is what

our EQ will look like.

Pretty simple, huh?

With that pretty much settled, here are its patterns.

All of the notes are played at low velocities, making them sound pretty soft.

We do raise the volume a bit to ensure that it's still audible.

We use a cymbal and gong to highlight the big points in the music, and that's mostly

just the changes between sections.

It's just as simple as you imagine it to be -- for once.

The gong's frequencies don't need to be altered.

We'll just lower its pitch.

We should alter the cymbal's frequencies slightly, though.

We lowered the lows and some mids, while also very slightly increasing its pitch.

It's not a pitched percussion, but by moving the pitch knob, we can still change this quality

somewhat.

I also added a normal drumkit cymbal hit to the one we have, just to have a slightly more

fulfilling strike.

We use them in the most basic ways, as I mentioned: reverse cymbals to build up to a normal cymbal

hit, and a basic gong strike when we go into the transition sections.

Time for the main melody!

It can be very difficult to figure out what notes are played.

A general idea can be obtained, but it isn't precise.

Since Destiny's Force has often been arranged throughout various Kingdom Hearts games, we

used them as references -- most notably the one from 358/2 Days, which is a lot more clear.

Slowing down the audio also helps.

Based on all the notes from all the instruments we have so far, I concluded that the music

is in the key of E-flat Major.

A key, or key signature, is basically a set of notes that the music works from.

Think of them as a scale of notes that work together the best.

For example, if it's in the key of C, then the music primarily sits within the notes

of C through B, which is basically all of the white keys.

In our case, it's E-flat Major, so it's basically a home for Destiny's Force.

It may leave sometimes, but it comes right back.

There.

That's the key to your heart.

The light of our friendship took your heart out of the darkness.

You're welcome.

Anyway, here are the patterns!

We gave the viola ensemble a somewhat low volume to allow it to contribute to the overall

sound of the music and not stand out too much.

It's also been given a high release, which basically takes it longer for the sounding

of a note to fade into silence.

We decreased some high frequencies and a little mids.

We also make use of keyswitching, which let's us switch between articulations.

Here, the triggers for marcato and sustain are A2 & C2, so when we want to switch to

sustain, for example, we'll place a C2 note at the same time that we play a part of the

main melody.

Additionally, a marcato is an articulation which heavily accents its initial sound.

Trumpets are also used as well, and they usually play in staccato.

This articulation basically means that the note length is short and detached from others

that follow.

Think of it like Mario Party -- A-tapping minigames.

There's a period between taps in which the button isn't being pressed, just like for

staccato, where there's silence in-between notes.

Staccato does not mean to play the note loudly, however; just make the note short and disconnected

from the rest.

With that explanation out of the way, I should say that we have quite the number of trumpet

channels and patterns.

Things can get pretty messy and a bit convoluted, so here's something useful you can remember!

Boosting low frequencies makes things sound muddy and less clear.

Boosting highs makes things sounds sharper.

Never forget.

This one has mids and lows boosted.

It has a very slightly delayed attack, so that means that the note being played takes

slightly longer to reach its max level.

This is really slight, so you might not even notice it.

We paired it with a french horn channel separate from the first one.

It will also be using staccato.

For the horns, we boosted the mids and lows.

Here are the patterns!

They play short, panned out notes for the most part.

This plays during the transition sections.

Mids are mainly boosted, with a little highs and some lows.

It has a high release to fill out a little more sound, but it isn't used alone.

It's paired with the same staccato French Horn ensemble.

A tuba, which is a low-pitched brass instrument, plays with them.

Lows and mids added, but less highs.

There's a bit of a different sound that plays in the original, so we used a low-volume woodwind

to play along.

No, Geri.

Save him for another episode.

It's an oboe with a little high frequencies removed.

Never forget: with the process of layering, you can get a lot of different sound combinations!

Now here's the pattern.

We raise the pitch of the notes by one when used the second time -- otherwise known as

moving by a half step.

This trumpet's more bright and clear; it's in its original state.

It plays our first intervention.

Hey everybody!

There's more stuff to keep up with!

Take it!

But yeah, there are a lot of piano channels and patterns.

Just keep in mind what we learned about altering lows, mids, and highs.

Lows and mids are decreased.

Highs are kept the same.

It's mainly been given a high presence.

Low frequencies are reduced.

This is used to lead into the last transition section.

It starts off with what's called a Grace Note, which is when you quickly, and slightly, play

a note before the main one.

Lows, mids, and a little highs are boosted.

We use this for the chords we slam down on during our main section.

I mainly reduced the lower mids and lows.

The notes are doubled an octave to make up its distinctive sound.

Wow.

Halfway through the piece and we still can't avoid a battle between light and darkness.

Nothingness wins again.

Lows are mainly increased.

Highs are increased somewhat, but not much on the higher end of things.

The mids are decreased a little.

This piano's mainly used as a base for another transition pattern, but we'll get to that

later.

This is the TRUE normie.

The others are frauds!!

There are no EQ changes here.

It's also used for a transition pattern.

Same notes.

Stay with me.

We're almost done with the complicated stuff!

This is what plays right before moving to a main section, and plays twice, moving a

half-step up on the second time.

The other versions of Destiny's Force very clearly use a piano for this part, so we use

it as a base here.

My result was really just a combination of the different sounds we used.

The edgy piano's still here, like I said.

The normie's also here, too.

I also decided to use the contrabassoon and bassoon we've been using.

There's also a bassoon that's altered so that I can get closer to the thick, bass-like sound

in the original.

As you can see, I boosted a lot of the lows and lower mids.

I decreased some highs, too.

We used a higher-volume tuba for some notes.

Lastly, I dug through our soundbank and found a tambura, an Indian stringed instrument,

mainly out of experimentation.

When I lowered the mids and highs, I figured that it could still contribute to the sound

we're looking for.

Now here's the pattern altogether!

Finally!

Other string ensembles are used, mainly for sustained notes and layering.

We have a cello, bass, and all-string ensemble.

The all-string plays the end notes of the music, while the light piano backs it up.

The cello ensemble accompanies our french horns by playing sustain notes.

Lastly, our bass ensemble works with the cello for the final sustain pattern.

The snares are pretty straight-forward, and appear around the end of the piece.

They mainly have mid frequencies reduced.

Since it's a percussion, we're going to be using a lot of single-hit sounds.

When we need to, we'll use snare rolls, which is when you drum a snare very quickly.

Timpani timings proved to be helpful; I copied and pasted its notes into one line of our

pattern and muted them, giving us a better idea of the major points in our measure.

Now we know when to strike.

An organ is mainly used during the beginning and end sections of the music.

No changes were made in EQ, but it has a high release and delayed attack.

Simple sustain notes were used.

This piece sounds pretty fine on its own, but why not try to add something new?

This is actually pretty tough, since we don't want to take anything away from the music's

overall feel.

For that reason, let's utilize the organ just a little, in a way that feels natural.

We're going to put more sustaining notes during the music's second section, where the strings

play the main melody again.

We'll have it alternate in a fashion which the organ won't be playing while the main

melody does, thus giving room for the original instruments to sound out and preventing the

organ from being too disruptive.

I also added a tubular bell hit for the beginning.

We raised a bit of everything, but mostly lows.

Last major addition!

Forget about the intro?

Let's tackle it!

First, let's line up some patterns with the music.

The cello and bass ensemble play sustaining notes at the beginning.

The cello plays highest note; the bass plays the lowest note.

We play the next group of sustained notes with the all-string ensemble.

The note distances are two-and-a-half measures long.

We keep their velocity somewhat soft, since they stack up.

A rising cymbal comes afterwards to signal the next sound.

We also utilize a bright piano, without any EQ changes, to work with our normal one.

A simple chord strike comes next.

Notes from an organ also appear later on, right after the piano strike.

Finally, a timpani roll is used before the main pattern.

That's basically a tremolo, but with a timpani, and that means to play the same note quickly

and repeatedly.

At long last: instead of adding more details here and there, we can finally reach a conclusion!

Haha.

I can do this all day.

The ending's quite simple.

We'll end it the way the piece eases into the main melody.

Panning was actually really slight this time around.

I didn't want things to pan too far to avoid making things sound a little weird.

Volume varied, however, with trumpets and the contrabassoon taking higher volumes than

strings, horns, and pianos.

The deed is done!

The war's over!

This project has taken forever, but now that it's finished, Game Suite Zone can continue

on, and I won't have any shame to bear!

Our first four cover episodes are complete -- and they're all pretty different.

Despite how hard this series has proved to be, there really is an end to every obstacle

if you're stubborn long enough.

Think that would work for giving non-playable characters a chance, for once?!

Shut up!

Thanks a lot for watching.

Things aren't really professional or expert-level quality here, but you still gave this video

a chance, anyway, so thank you.

I hope you learned something neat today!

Stay after this message to hear our results.

Thanks for watching, and thanks for your patience, too!

Geri and I will see you next time -- and it won't take us three months to make it happen

this time, either!

Peace out.

Bye.

The Rules of Golf - EXPLAINED! - Duration: 4:45.

Ninh explains The Rules of Golf The object of the game is to get your ball

into the hole in as few strokes as possible.

Golf is one of the oldest sports in the world and in this game, a golfer uses a selection

of clubs, (which are these things here) to hit a ball into a hole which is denoted by

a flag.

A typical hole looks like this, with different terrain and obstacles to make it challenging

to play.

To start, a golfer must have the correct equipment.

Each player must use golf balls that they can identify as their own and usually they

mark the ball with a pen or a marker.

A golfer is allowed no more than 14 clubs in his bag.

If they are found with more than 14, a two shot penalty is added to the first hole.

The game starts at the first hole.

A player will start by hitting their golf ball within two club lengths behind the markers.

The aim of this first shot is to hit the ball as close to the hole as possible.

Once they have completed their shot, it's their opponents turn to do the same.

In Golf, it is customary for the person who is furthest from the hole to make the next

shot.

Players alternate shots until both players have put their balls into the hole.

The amount of strokes it took to sink the ball is recorded, and then they move onto

the next hole.

The golden rule of golf is that you must play the ball as it lies.

You cannot move the ball or the environment around it to create a better shot for yourself.

Doing so will result in a two stroke penalty.

A game is typically played over 9 or 18 holes.

The player who completes the course in the fewest amount of strokes … wins.

The beauty about Golf is that no two holes are exactly alike anywhere in the world.

Every golf course is different and each one is designed to make it challenging to get

the ball into the hole.

There are obstacles such as water hazards, bunkers, roughs and surroundings that make

it an interesting challenge.

Golfers use different clubs to achieve different types of precision shots to combat these obstacles.

That's basically all you need to know initially, but there's a few rules that you'll also

need to know before playing or watching Golf.

For example.

Par Each hole has an average number of shots that

a typical golfer should complete it in, based on difficulty and length.

This is known as the 'par' of the hole.

Depending on how you performed on the hole determines how your shot is designated.

This table makes it easy for you to identify the relevant golfing terminology given your

performance.

For example, if you manage to sink the ball in one stroke fewer than par, this is known

as a birdie.

One stroke more than par is known as a bogey etc.

Hole in One If you manage to hit your ball into the hole

on the very first shot, this is known as a hole in one.

Hole in ones are typically shot on holes with a Par of 3, as they are generally shorter

than other holes.

Penalty A penalty is an extra stroke that is added

to your score.

This is usually awarded in the following situations.

Ball unplayable Sometimes it's not possible to play a shot

because of where the ball has landed.

If this happens, you must declare the ball unplayable and you have the following three

options.

In any case, this carries a one stroke penalty.

Water Hazard There are two types of water hazard surrounding

a golf course.

If you hit your ball into the water, this will incur a one stroke penalty.

Without going into two much detail, here's what you can do with each type of hazard.

Bunker These are the pits of sand that are usually

near the green where the hole is situated.

Balls that land in the bunker are difficult to play.

You cannot disrupt the sand prior to hitting the ball, and you cannot remove natural objects

such as twigs, or grass from the bunker.

Lost Ball Sometimes you cannot find your ball.

If you cannot find your ball within 5 minutes, this is known as a lost ball you must go back

to where you hit previous shot and play the shot again.

This also carries a one stroke penalty.

If you have found this video at all helpful, be sure to like share and subscribe.

It takes me ages to make one of these things and good karma is much appreciated.

Follow me on Twitter also, but in the meantime, enjoy Golf.

a bonus entry in the description top of the description is a link click on that and you

can get a bonus entry into the giveaway what's up guys welcome to Sports beat my name is

Jimmy alongside my co-host stroke your name is stroke now my name is stroking okay is

any names actually Jeffery but well calling stroke homie video stroke daddy so two stroke

daddies are Paul George and Russell Westbrook who are going to light the world on fire together

but what could there be a third amigo in in that in that equation we're kind of putting

things together here because would you agree that the Cavaliers aren't doing squat I would

agree that James Harden is the richest NBA player in 128 million surgeries just excuse

me four year deal nicest contract ever yesterday ok so welfare he's got two slaps the forehead

go and how did he get all that money because he the beard Carmelo Anthony is definitely

leaving New York after they spawned Tim Hardaway part of it a few 1 million dollars that I'm

three-year deal money ever ok ok so we can come out about why we can rulesome teams out

we can rule out Houston because they literally say they give away their firstborn to keep

6to4 spot somewhere and there would be my guest but if you had

a Dwayne Wade as a role player next to George and Westbrook they're

going to make him better right Westbrook's going to make him even

he's going to make Dwayne Wade

at 36 look like

he's probably 33 I'd love it if they could get Rudy Gobert to

go

over 12 in

Thunder

that's where I like to see some stuff some will and Dylan app

and give me a close team guru you made everybody well the Jazz

Drone Cinematic Techniques - The Perfect Cinematic Look - Duration: 12:33.

what's up and welcome back today we are going to talk about drone cinematic

techniques and I'm going to show you how to get the best footage out of your

Drone by optimizing your settings and utilizing accessories but Before we jump

right in I'm going to give you some basics so that you know what an ND

filter is and what a CP filter is and I'm going to show you this by utilizing

my DSLR with some filters so that you have basic understanding what those

filters do with your footage so let's begin with the ND filters as Peter

McKinnon stated a few weeks ago ND filters are nothing else than sunglasses

for your camera and he's absolutely right but before we get to the footage

don't forget to subscribe to my channel to stay up to date whenever I do crazy

drone related stuff or tech reviews or unboxings

so let's get to the footage ok so this shot was taken on my Canon 5d Mark 4

with an ISO of 100 and a shutter speed of 1/50 as I hold the ND filter in

front of the lens the whole picture is corrected to the right balance as I

remove the filter again the picture gets blown out completely within the ND filter

you're able to lower your shutter speed to the desired setting of 1/50 to

achieve the most smooth movement but more to that later a quick side note to

all my followers out there make sure to watch the whole episode today because

there is a special thing for you at the end of this video so keep watching

next up are the CP filters CP filters are also called polarized filters

basically what they do is they remove all the reflections from your footage so

that is affecting water surfaces plants and shiny objects like cars or windows

and such but there is a catch if you use an ND filter it doesn't matter on which

angle you put it onto your camera but if you use a CP filter it only works in a

certain angle so if you twist your CP filter by 90 degrees it completely loses

its polarizing effect but if you twist it again further

till you reached a 180 degree mark it has again it's polarizing effect so

always make sure that you know where your CP Filter is reaching its highest

polarizing effect so let's get back to River to see how the CP filter is

affecting the reflection on the water we start out with a really shiny water

surface but as I start to turn around the CP filter you'll notice that the

water surface changes the water surface is not the only thing that changes it

also is affecting the leaves and even the sky so if I turn the polarization

back on you will notice that the sky is getting more blue than it was before but

just to be clear a polarizing filter does not remove all the reflections from

all the surfaces you will always have a little bit of reflection left so water

surfaces are not the only surfaces that can be highly affected by a CP filter so

let's take a look at this car here you can see how immense the effect of a CP

filter on the reflecting surface can be since we now have covered the basics for

filters now I'm going to show you how to utilize this knowledge on your drone my

friends from Polar Pro did send me a little care package because I've been using their

products from the beginning and I love the quality of the product and how

dependable their filters are so let's get unboxing so they got me the nd 64

polarized filter and also the full cinema serious filter set unleash the

filters with the single filters you get the little box and oh more goodies you

get a little filter bag this is nice and also more stickers and instructions how

to get them onto your Mavic really cool through the reflection you already can

see the coating on lens okay so it's time to unleash the others alright so we

are already used to this from the other filter pack so we have the advertisement

for the filter guide app and we have a cleaning cloth and

some stickers again and those are the filters so let's take a closer look okay

so on the left now we have the cinema series and on the right the regular

three pack so let's compare those lenses with each other the first thing you will

notice when I move them around and you see the reflections on the filters is

that the cinema serious has a coating on the filters while the regular filters

don't have coating a quick word about the coating on the polar Pro lenses so

if you have the standard-issue lenses from Polar Pro

they don't have their special coating on it so that means if you fly around in

very bright areas and you have a lot of reflections or direct sunlight you will

have some glare in your footage with the cinematic filter pack and a

special coating on the filters this glare will be reduced to minimum so if

you fly over a lot of open water or something the cinematic filter pack will

be the better choice for you okay so let's compare the ND8 filters against

each other so if you take a closer look aside from the optical differences the

regular filters are only made out of plastic and they don't have to separate

coating that the cinema series does the cinema series on the other hand has a

metal housing with some plastic inlays as you can see here and they have

Polar Pro's special coating if you compared to cinema series filters the polarized

the non polarized you won't see any difference from the outside so let's put

them on the Mavic and see whether they pass the gimbal test concerning the

gimbal calibration test there are a lot of manufacturers of filters out there that

are way cheaper than Polar Pro but most of the time those filters won't pass the

gimbal calibration test so before buying your new filters always make sure that

those new filter will pass this hat otherwise you will

always have to take off your filter run the calibration test and put on the

filter again pretty annoying so make sure you have that one covered since

Polar Pro 's CP + ND filter passed the gimbal test of the DJI Mavic Pro with flying

colors I'm going to show you now how to put on the polarizing filters the right

way on the Mavic when using the polarizer filters always make sure that

either writing or the polar Pro logo is facing completely in this direction so

only with this direction you will achieve the highest polarizing effect

with the filter so easily said no writing or logo no polarization filters are just

part of the mix to achieve a real cinematic drone footage you will also

need to adjust some of your settings to achieve a really smooth transitioning

and movement while you're filming so when it comes to cinematic drone shots

there are two key elements when it comes to the settings number one is the ISO

setting if you can you will have to go for the 100 mark if you go for an ISO

of 100 you will get the least noise in your footage and especially if you use

the DJI Mavic Pro which tends to get a lot of noise in its footage you want

to aim for the ISO 100 so you lower the noise in your footage as much as you

can number two the shutter speed so if you want really smooth movement in your

footage and you don't want that stuttering when you're turning or

something you want to double your shutter speed compared to your frame

rate so if you're filming at 24 frames you want to go for a shutter speed

around 50 with that amount you will get the most smooth movement and you won't

have that stuttering when you're turning so I'm going to show you in my next footage

how the different shutterspeeds are affecting your footage and

how it feels to you so let's jump right in

okay so first up is a scene with the Mavic without any filter on it with the

shutter speed of 500 and as you can see in this motion there is a lot of

stuttering and it's not really pleasant for the eye to watch with the polarized

ND8 filter I was even able to lower the shutter speed to 160 and through the

polarization you will notice that there are significantly lesser reflections on

the water surface but the movement is still a bit stuttering through to the

shutter speed of 160 so let's make it perfect and now the perfect settings we

have an ND 16 polarized filter with a shutter speed of 50 and just look at

this footage this has not been graded in post so this is the original footage

from the Mavic with this filter the colors look vibrant there is really

really no reflection on the water and the movement is smooth so to give you a

real comparison this footage was taken with an ND 16 filter from the regular

series with a shutter speed of 50 and you can see that there is a lot of

reflection on the water surface the colors are not so vibrant as they are

with the cinema series but the movement is still very soft so you can achieve

very good quality content with those filters and as a special goodie I'm

giving you the ultimate showdown so I'm comparing the no filter version against

the perfect version with the shutter speed of 50 so you can see why you

definitely will need filters for a cinematic look with your drone also with

this version you can better see the motion blur compared to the stuttering

movement now you've seen the comparison of the

Polar Pro filters with the DJI Mavic pro which Filter Pack would you go for it

would you go for the cinematic version or would you go for the normal pack tell

me in the comments below I would really love to know which filters are you using

and what do you think about the polar Pro filters if you need additional

advice on how to choose the right settings for your Drone hit me also up

Give this video a big thumbs up and if you are not already part of the queendom go ahead and hit that subscribe button

for me

Until next time queens, please don't forget to love each other

And I will see y'all very very very soon

Bye!!!!!!!

CLOVER SHARES 50 MASSIVE FACTS ABOUT BEARS - Duration: 8:41.

Hey, welcome back to old friends and welcome to some new friends.

I'm Clover and today I'm going to share the 50 most interesting secrets I know about

an awesome group of creatures – big, lumbering and mighty bears!

There are actually 8 species of bears out there each one spectacular and different though

they do share some common traits.

All bears can see in color and their vision is almost as good as your vision.

They also have an excellent sense of smell – probably better than a dogs and scientists

think they might smell better than any other mammal anywhere.

Bears are solitary animals, maybe because they don't like the smell of other bears

but they do get together when they are seeking a husband or wife.

Momma bears often keep their cubs with them when they are young too.

Speaking of momma bears, most actually have their babies in the middle of the winter while

they are hibernating.

Usually a bear is completely out of it when they hibernate, slowing everything about their

body from temperature to heart rate that goes from around 40-55 beats per minute down to

about 9.

Heck bears don't even pee when they hibernate – their bodies just convert urine back into

protein food.

Mama bears do wake up a bit when they have their babies though – just enough to have

them and get them started on food then right back to sleep she goes.

That might be a good thing since bear cubs can act out just like human children.

They better behave though because if mama wakes up and finds them being too rough with

each other she'll step in an punish them.

Though most bears share common characteristics, each bear species has some special things

that set them apart from the crowd.

Giant Pandas, which are actually a bear, primarily eat bamboo and have actually developed a thumb

from their wrist bone just to hold those bamboo stalks.

It's a good thing too because a panda can eat over 45 pounds of bamboo every day.

Sloth bears on the other hand prefer to eat termites and actually have no front teeth

just so they can suck those nasty critters out of their nests – just like a giant vacuum

cleaner.

Sloth bears are also able to seal their nostrils not only for extra suction but to keep termites

from climbing on in.

All bears have interesting fur, but the sloth bears is considered the shaggiest of all bear

species.

The sun bear on the other hand has the shortest fur, probably an adaptation to keep them cool

in the hot forests of Southeast Asia where they live.

The sloth bear, along with its cousins the sun bear and spectacled bear, also do something

else cool – they hang out in trees like giant hairy birds.

Brown Bears and Black Bears confuse people because brown bears are often not brown and

black bears aren't always black.

Brown bears come in shades of brown, cream or even black which can be confusing.

One way to tell them apart is size.

Brown bears are the second largest bear – after the polar bear and weigh between 300 and 900

pounds.

Brown bears love salmon and other fish but as omnivores they are willing to eat a lot

of different foods including mammals, berries, nuts, and even honey if they can get it.

A brown bear needs about 20,000 calories a day – about 10 times the amount of food

an adult human eats – so they eat whatever they can even your garbage if you leave it

available so clean up and lock up any trash because you don't want to fight a brown

bear for dinner – their bite is strong enough to crush a bowling ball so your hand wouldn't

be much of a challenge.

The brown bear is also sometimes called a grizzly because of its grizzled appearance.

Whatever you call it, they are amazing creatures and have even been named the national animal

of Finland though they can be found in the US in Alaska and throughout the Rocky Mountain

area too

The American Black bear is smaller and less pushy than its brown cousin but it too can

have different toned fur – including black and brown.

Males usually only weight between 250 and 350 pounds and females between 130 and 180

pounds

So size is the best way to differentiate them from their cousins but don't count on size

for absolute identification because sometimes black bears go supersized.

The largest black bear was found right here in Florida and weighted in at a massive 760

pounds

American Black Bears are omnivores that tend more toward the veggie side.

80% of their diet comes from feasting on grasses, herbs and fruits and another 15% comes from

insects like termites, ants and yellow jackets.

While they like meats, including fish, only about 5% of their meals are meat based.

Male black bears usually have a territory of about 60 square miles while females only

claim about 15 square miles but even with the smaller zones, you might not see one because

they are excellent climbers and will hide out in trees when something scary, like a

human, comes along.

If you want to spot one here in Florida, you might get a clue about where to start looking

because we actually have Bear Crossing signs on some of our highways.

The last species but certainly not the least is the Polar Bear, the largest of all bears

and the largest land predator on earth at over 11 feet high and up to a massive 1700

pounds though 775 – 1200 pounds is more common.

Adult females weight about half as much as males but size isn't the way you recognize

a polar bear – that would be their awesome coat that most people consider to be white

but actually ranges from ivory to pale tan.

Interestingly, if you shaved a polar bear bald, it would be solid black an adaptation

that helps the polar bear absorb heat from the suns rays which is important when you

live in the Arctic.

Though polar bears are well-adapted to cold climates with nearly 4 inches of blubber under

their skin there isn't a single one in Antarctica.

Maybe it's a food thing because polar bears need a lot of food.

They are mostly carnivorous and need about 150 pounds of meat to fill their bellies full.

That's like 600 quarter pounders!

That's a lot of hunting!

It's a good thing polar bears have such a keen sense of smell – being able to smell

prey as much as 20 miles away on the ice.

Hiding under the ice won't help hide a tasty treat either since they can smell food buries

as deep as 3 feet beneath a solid sheet of ice and they can get it too because they can

swim as much as 60 miles without stopping for a break.

Polar bears are so cool that in the Canadian Northwest they actually have license plates

shaped like a polar bear and residents in Churchill Canada spot these creatures so often

they have a habit of leaving their cars unlocked I case an unlucky pedestrian needs a quick

hiding place when a polar bear lumbers through.

Curiously, with all the things that set polar bears apart from their cousin bears, it is

believed that all polar bears alive today call one female brown bear from Ireland.

Wow, there is actually a ton of things to learn about each type of bear and I could

go on for quite awhile but you'd get bored.

I'll tell you what, I'll do a feature on each one.

For now, lets just say, bears are cool so cool that prehistoric Finns and Siberian people

considered them a spirit animal and we even nicknamed the Teddy Bear after one of the

US most known presidents Teddy Roosevelt.

Bears are tough too, with no real predators though tigers try sometimes.

In fact, they are so tough that a bear actually fought with the Polish Army in World War 2.

He was taught to carry shells to the front line and even learned how to salute which

is amazingly smart don't you think?

There are lots of smart bears out there and sometimes they even outsmart people using

their very large brain that marks them as one of the most intelligent mammals, some

bears have actually figured out how to score a free meal.

See the bears roll heavy rocks into traps to set them off and let the bear safely eat

whatever bait the hunter was using.

Smart and kinda lazy huh?

Bears aren't always lazy though, or even usually.

Bears can climb trees, swim far distances, and even run very fast over long distances.

Some full grown bears can run as fast as a horse which would be sort of scary to see.

Bears can be frightening too with about 10 more teeth than people at 42 and those teeth

are huge with the canines growing up to 1 and half inches long.

Add that to an amazingly strong jaw and you have a scary biting machine.

Beyond their teeth and jaw power, bears also have non-retractable claws.

They are more like dog claws than cat claws though so while they are strong, they aren't

quite as dangerously sharp as they could be.

That's my facts about bears, an amazing group of beasts you probably don't want

to meet in the wild.

If you do, remember a group of bears is called a sloth, call the male bear Mr. Boar and the

Female Ms. Sow and tell them you admire their two layered fur coat since both layers are

important to the bear with the short layer working to keep them warm and the longer layer

acting to repel water.

Don't ask a bears age though.

While they can live 30 years in the wild and have made it 47 years in captivity, the only

way to tell their age is to examine one of their teeth for rings – sort of like you

look at the rings of a tree to determine its age.

I don't know about you, but I don't really want a massive bear gifting me with one of

its long, long teeth.

Thanks for spending a few minutes with me today.

In the meantime, check for more details about each of the 8 species of bears.

Look for Koala bears too because while they aren't bears they are curious critters.

See you tomorrow – Clover out.
