What's up guys Foxen here! Today digimon fans are getting a Christmas gift a

little bit early. The first trailer for the final Digimon tri movie just dropped

but is it really a gift? We'll see about that!

So shot by shot we start with Agumon eating food.

We got a lovely still shot of the digidestined that they love doing it. I

really do hope that animation gets better for this final movie. We get a

glimpse of the weird fusion thing that fusion from the previous movies called

Ordinemon and here it's just destroying the whole world. She seems to

be making the human world into this whole dark ocean type of place. We also

see Matt sporting a certain someone's goggles. I mean now that Tai's dead he

might as well put them in a good use Right. After all now matt has to play

leader. You also see the shot of Kari and Gatomon. It looks like Gatomon is

reaching out to Kari. Perhaps while being inside of that weird Digimon

fusion thing. It may even be a dream and at the very end you got two digivices.

This has got to be Matt and Tai 99% sure. Oh wait I forgot this is Digimon

Tri. Let me correct that that has to be Meiko and Matt but really you could

tell by the hand color. At least one of them is Tai. Honestly not much for this

super short trailer it's less than 30 seconds. Overall I just found it pretty

underwhelming but thankfully there's more the synopsis for this final

Digimon Tri movie our future is out. The collapse of the world has begun. The

rampaging Meicoomon absorbed the dark digivolve Gatomon and changed into the

form Ordinemon who has an almighty power. As planned by Yggdrasil the

Real World is about to be swallowed by the digital world. While despairing chaos

approaches the DigiDestined continue to move forward. Now that Tai disappeared

Matt has stepped up to take his place. "In order to save the world there's

something we must do." Gabumon encourages Matt while Agumon still

believes that Tai it will surely be back. In order to deal with Ordinemon who's

gotten of hand homeostasis moved to execute the final plan that involves the

real world. In order to somehow stop the destruction the DigiDestined and

their Digimon fight desperately. "All of the light is inside Meicoomon..."

Gatomon's voice reaches Kari who's totally depressed and so the

Digidestined will make the final decision.

Which future will the digidestined choose? Once again that adventure evolved. So

there's definitely a lot more here than in that teaser trailer. This seems to

confirm that Ophanimon and that Meicrackmon Fusion is really Yggdrasil's

plan which really is to really say goodbye to the real world. And really I'm

questioning this plan a lot. It seems pretty extreme if they only want to

destroy the human world. I mean just think about it there's countless Digimon

including the Royal Knights who could easily destroy the planet just nuke it

but I guess that's not good enough. And now that Tai's gone since oh my god he's

really dead, Matt is stepping up to take the lead.

This is something you saw in the trailer. He's even using the goggles!

Honestly it seems a little bit forced but we'll see. So other than Meiko getting

50% of screen time that other 50% should be between Kari and Matt. I just wonder

if these two will interact a lot here. I don't think we've seen them talking much

throughout the series. Anyway meanwhile homeostasis is back. So Yggdrasil

wants to destroy the human world while homeostasis wants balance. There's a

mention here about how homeostasis plan involves a real world. I'll take a stab at

it with my guess I bet it'll involve completely separating the two worlds, in

other words no more crossover between humans and Digimon. In a way it'll be

goodbye digidestined and partner digimon, again but for real this time.

It almost sounds like another reboot type of idea. Anyway that's just my

random guess here super early before work. If you have a guess definitely let

me know! And the last point sounds like this movie will be the one that's really

more focused on Kari and it's about damn time.

Number 5 was supposed to be her movie but of course we mostly got Meiko and her

crying overshadowing everything. The last thing here in the synopsis is has Gatomon

reaching out to Kari. It might have even been that shot from the trailer.

Although what is this thing about the light being inside the Meicoomon. I

really hope this isn't being literal. Gatomon should be the light representing

Digimon. I think this sounds more like she's trying to say that Meicoomon* is

actually a good Digimon deep down inside. Sure and I think Myotismon is too hmm

Anyway now let me hear from you! What did you think about this trailer? Did it make you

excited for the final movie? Are you burnt out by Digimon Tri at this

point? Personally for me I still got that bad taste in my mouth from the previous

movie and from hearing from you guys on my review on that it seems that most

people are too. I think like two be guys out there like the movie a lot. I really

really wish I did too. With this final Digimon Tri movie I'm pretty much

thinking the same thing I did just before Justice League came out. Please

don't be crap please don't be crap please don't be crap. And hey this movie

is even like Justice League in the way they're keeping Tai back even though

everyone knows he's coming back in the movie. And by the way still no mention

about the 02 cast. Call me crazy but I think there's

actually a good chance that they may not even show up in this movie, like at all.

In mid-October Smolensk animal rescuers (Russia) became aware of the puppies, which were under the heat-supply plates. Volunteers immediately went to save the kids, as communal workers could at any moment close access to them, burying animals alive.

But it was very difficult to get puppies from under the plates. The dogs were very frightened and refused to leave their shelter. The only thing that the volunteers could do was to throw them food. Fortunately, rescuers managed to find a common language with public services. At the request of the volunteers, they did not hurry to close the hole. Practically every day, good people came to the puppies and tried to pull them out.

Thanks to cunning tricks and expectant strategy, two puppies were soon released! But one puppy was still in danger ... For the rescued dogs surprisingly quickly managed to find the owners. In general, they felt good, but they were very afraid of people. Only a few days later they began to behave more calmly and trustingly.

The puppy, who remained alone in the pit, began to behave even more cautiously. He huddled in the farthest corner and did not react even to the abandoned food. The situation became critical, so volunteers had to arrange night duty to increase the chances of rescuing the puppy.

And now, a few days ago, the puppy was finally in the hands of the rescuers. When the majority had already lost hope, one of the volunteers managed to catch the dog. The puppy is very frightened, but quite healthy.

Don't let your budgie fly free in an area or room of the house until you've established

that it is bird safe.

Be sure that there are no fans running, and that the blinds or curtains are at least partly-drawn

on the windows.

Also, if there are large mirrors in the room, you should place stickers or ribbons on them.

Budgies can accidentally fly into windows and mirrors and injure themselves badly.

Once your budgie learns the layout of your home, you may be able to remove the mirror

decorations and have the blinds or curtains open.

You'll also need to Make sure that there is nothing your budgie could land on that

might fall, such as trophies or decorations up on shelves.

Reduce the amount of exposed electrical and computer cords to the bare minimum, and always

keep your budgie away from these.

Remove any plants unless you know they are safe for birds.

Examine the area or room from a bird's point of view and try to identify and remove anything

that might be a hazard.

Even if you're sure a room is bird safe, you should never leave your budgie out of

its cage unattended.

You never know what kind of trouble he or she might get into, such as nibbling a stray

cord, chewing your favorite book, falling behind furniture, or getting hurt accidentally.

2018 Realtor Business Plan - Duration: 4:30.

Hello to all my realtor friends it is slowing down for the end of the year

like it always does if you're smart you're doing a business plan for next

year as the business slows down any time throughout the year when things slow

down you put your systems in place you put your processes in place one of the

best things you can do is put your goals down in writing so I wanted to show you

how to do a very simple business plan that will lead you to your goals in 2018

and then I'm gonna do an example for you so first step is figure out what your

annual income is going to be in 2018 and write that down the next step is to

figure out how much your average dollar amount that you make how much is your

average net profit on every transaction that you do then take your annual goal

income and divide it by that profit that'll tell me how many transactions

total you need in 2018 to reach your goal last thing is you've got to figure

out what your leads need to be and so typically I'm not talking Zillah leads I

don't call those leads at all a referred lead or someone who gives you

gets your name from somewhere someone who's reaching out with to you to list

or by that's a lead you're going to convert 1 out of 10 or 10% so whatever

the number of transactions you need in 2018 is divide that by a 10% that'll

tell you how many actual leads you need then what do you do you track your leads

you make sure you're on track and then you do activities and you plan your week

according to the activities that need to take place to drive those leads so you

can work it all the way backwards

so for example if your goal in 2018 is to make $250,000 and your average

Commission after split and paying your broker and all that stuff or if you are

the broker or whatever the situation is is 8750 is what you're making about

trent per transit transaction if you divide out what your 2017 looked like

you're gonna need approximately 29 transactions per year in 2018 that's

about just under 2.5 transactions per month and that will get you $250,000 at

this commission so I'm telling you the industry standard what you convert at

when we're talking about real leads I'm talking about hey I'm calling my past

clients I'm throwing parties from my past clients I'm taking care of people

I've got a great group of VIPs that I take care of on a normal basis I've got

it a list I've got a system all this stuff we can help you with it's a ten

percent conversion I'm not talking about Zillow leads where you got to work

through 97 of them to talk to 3 that's fine that's a spoke I get it but a

relationship based business converts it 10 percent so 10 percent conversion

means you need 25 leads per month to get $250,000 per year at this income amount

per deal so what do you do you work till you get 25 leads a month you have an

organized calendar hopefully you have a staff member if you're doing more than

three per month you got a staff member managing your calendar for you you do it

a organized list of activities your calendars built out you're always

working and then you track them on a lead track or you highlight line 25 and

every single month if you get to that line 25 as your goal and you track where

those leads are coming from and take really good care of people you'll hit 25

leads that will turn into 2.5 transactions per month that'll be 29 a

year at 8750 that 250 grand if you need help with any of

this stuff we love business planning with our realtor partners if there's

Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has priced this Android One smartphone with two rear

cameras.

Information about the price reduction of Xiaomi Mi A1 was given by the company's Vice President
