겨울엔 XIA(준수) 발라드 BEST5 - Duration: 2:43.
(Top 5 ballads by XIA for the winter)
Just once
Without letting him know
I yelled out to you many times
That I love you
But you are not in front of me
You're not there
I yelled out to you many times
That I love you
But you are not in front of me
You're not there
The time that was erased
That's how I erased you
My love that couldn't reach you
Will go back up to the sky
You
The only confession that I can make
My sad sincerity
This is all I have to show you
I want to walk in hand in hand with you
Down an infinite road
I want you
Have you ever loved anyone to death?
Just once
Just once, please
Turn around
Everyday I'll give you all of my heart
I've prepared these words for you
I can say it confidently now
To you who has frozen in place in fear
I love you

The Secret of My Love | 我男人的秘密 | 내 남자의 비밀 - Ep.52 [SUB : ENG/CHN/2017.12.14] - Duration: 33:19.
No.
I should treat you.
- I'd like to see you as well. / - Yes.
I'll go as quickly as I can.
Okay.
(Episode 52)
Are you okay?
I'm sorry.
Are you hurt?
Seora,
you're really helpless.
Pardon?
Where's your head?
Are you always this careless?
My apologies.
I heard my child was sick, so I was beside myself.
Are you okay?
No, I am not.
The clothes you bought me are ruined.
Who cares about the clothes?
I don't mind as long as you aren't hurt.
Seora!
Are you hurt?
No, I'm fine.
Seora, I don't think you have time for that.
Didn't you say your child was sick?
Yes. I'll get going then.
I'm sorry for causing a scene.
I'll take you.
No. I'm fine.
I can take a cab.
Do as I say.
Let's go.
Inuk really is out of control, isn't he?
He's trying way too hard.
How's Haesol?
She doesn't have a fever.
It went down after I gave her some medicine.
You must've been scared.
It must've been tiring for you.
I shouldn't have gone to the company dinner.
You agreed to work there anyway,
so you should do things with the team.
Kids get sick. That's how they grow.
You were the same.
You were such a pain too.
Was I?
That's right. You were.
Dad.
What?
Do you need something?
How did I end up becoming your daughter?
Why do you suddenly want to know that?
To be honest, I was almost hit by a bike earlier,
and some strange memories flashed by my mind.
A child about Haesol's age
was searching for her sister and got hit by a bike.
It was a brief memory.
You remembered being hit by a bike?
Is that all?
Do you remember anything else?
No. It was a very short memory.
Let's talk about this later.
I should put Haesol to bed.
You must be tired. She can sleep here.
Sleep alone comfortably.
Really?
Thanks, dad
Do you think she got back her memory
from when she was little?
I doubt that.
She forgot about that for 24 years.
Hey! Your dad's trying to send me abroad to study!
Why haven't you stopped it yet?
Wait.
I'll talk to him when the time is right.
Take care of it right now!
Once I get the visa,
I'll be dragged to the U.S. to study!
Yang Miryeong.
Do you realize what a crazy thing you did today?
If you want to live here...
No. If you want to live on this earth,
don't cross my dad.
My dad is much more frightening
than you can imagine.
Politicians fear harming their image the most.
And my expertise is
destroying people's image.
That's why your dad slapped me across the face.
What?
I've been slapped so many times,
so that won't change anything.
If you don't take care of this issue right now,
your dad's image will be torn to shreds.
Keep that in mind.
Grandpa,
do you remember?
Remember what?
Do you remember anything
from the day you collapsed?
Don't you remember
whether something happened
between you and mother?
No, I don't know.
My head hurts.
I'm going to sleep. Get out.
I told you to get out.
Are you still up?
What is your relationship with that woman,
Ki Seora?
Don't tell me you're dating her or something like that.
No, we're not.
That's good.
She doesn't seem very respectable.
Be careful.
We're not dating.
But I do have a crush on her.
What?
Are you out of your mind?
Why would you like a widow with a child?
And I heard her dead husband
resembles Jaeuk.
Snap out of it
if you don't want your grandfather to collapse again!
She's a good person.
Grandpa won't go into shock
because of something like that.
There was another cause...
For grandpa's collapse.
What do you mean?
I wonder.
Perhaps grandpa found out about something...
That he should never know.
He found out about something
that he should never know?
Seora,
is the rumor true?
Pardon?
The company bulletin board
is going crazy about you.
What do you mean?
Look at this.
Did you really get expelled from school
after assaulting Ms. Haerim?
This is so mean.
You failed at seducing Director Kang Jaeuk,
so you are now seducing Mr. Kang Inuk?
How could they say this?
That's enough.
I need to find out who posted
something this pathetic.
Haerim, we need to talk.
What?
Is it something you can't say in the office?
Wasn't it you?
The post. Weren't you the one who posted it?
I can see why you'd suspect me.
I was the victim, so I'd know best.
Seora, do you think
I would want a rumor like that to go around?
What would I gain by bringing up
your pathetic past?
Why would I brag about being assaulted by
a high schooler who ran away from home?
Why would I tell people about that myself?
Given what it is,
if you have a conscience at all,
stop bothering Inuk and
leave the company right now.
Isn't that the most considerate thing you can do
for Inuk, who innocently has a crush on you?
Don't worry about it.
I don't care,
so you shouldn't either.
Don't let rumors like that affect you.
I'm sorry. You got dragged into such
a strange rumor because of me.
Yes, it is strange.
But it isn't a complete lie.
Sorry?
They got it reversed.
You're not the one seducing me.
It's the opposite.
That rumor started because of me.
I'll take responsibility for everything
that will happen.
I'll make sure your feelings aren't hurt.
I promise.
Inuk.
(Ki Seora assaulted Jin Haerim and was expelled)
Are you busy?
What are you so focused on?
Did you post this about Seora?
What?
This isn't necessary.
Why are you wasting your energy
on someone like her?
Did she say that I posted it?
Who else would know so much detail
about the incident?
Jaeuk,
how could you say that?
How could you take her side in front of me,
your fiancee?
Are the rumors true? Did she really go after you,
and were you momentarily tempted by that?
Did you barely snap out of it
and return to reality? Is that it?
Don't be ridiculous.
Yes, that's what I'd like to say.
Apologize for accusing me
for posting that and make me
forgive you by the end of the day.
The broth is the key to spicy seafood noodles.
Would noodles without a broth really succeed?
People usually think seafood noodles should be spicy,
but mild noodles were really popular.
I'm sure there will be consumers who like it.
That's right. It's not like cold noodles don't sell
because there's noodle soup.
I like the stir-fried spicy seafood noodles idea.
Shouldn't we devote ourselves to the original first?
We have to think seriously to see if it's
a novel idea or a reckless act.
Okay. I understand.
Let's end the meeting here
and conduct the market research first.
Good work, everyone.
- You too, sir. / - Thank you.
Hello.
Have a seat.
Yes.
We've met before, right?
Yes.
I'll get straight to it.
You heard about the rumors circulating here, right?
I posted that.
Pardon?
As a mother of a son,
I dug into your past.
Ki Seora,
listen to me carefully.
Wasn't being rude to Jaeuk enough? Is it Inuk now?
Are you kidding me?
No, you're mistaken.
We're not like that.
We?
Inuk is a sympathetic person,
so he must pity you.
But don't be confused and don't try to sway him.
I want you
to stay away from Inuk.
The franchise business won't fail
just because you leave.
I can't do that.
What?
As I promised Mr. Kang Inuk,
I will help until we develop the new menu item.
And I'll leave only after that.
You'll have to be patient until then.
I'll go now.
Hi, Haerim.
Did you see her?
She didn't bat an eye.
That woman acts before she speaks.
She's a violent woman.
Words won't be enough with her.
She's violent?
I bet you didn't know I had this.
You busted.
- Sir, you busted again. / - What?
Why does this keep happening to me?
Are you a hustler?
Are you cheating?
I may look like this but
I'm not a hustler.
Okay, three go's and no points.
You owe me 70 cents. Pay up.
What? I lost a $1.30 already?
I won't play anymore. Forget it.
But you must play.
This is the best way to fight dementia.
Father...
Father, what are you doing? This is heinous.
Shut it!
I'm annoyed about losing my money.
Don't get me confused
and bring me some cold juice.
I want rice punch.
With plenty of pine nuts.
What are you waiting for? She wants rice punch.
Yes, father. Right away.
I'll go buy you some.
Actually, I don't like the supermarket kind.
Bring me homemade rice punch.
That tastes better, right?
Of course.
Go make it right now!
How can I make rice punch right now?
Oh, my. How could a respectable daughter-in-law
talk back so rudely?
I told you to make it, so make it!
Why are you complaining?
At least pretend to know me.
Hello.
You look so much like him.
You look so much like my son.
I carry such a weight because I was bad to him.
Seeing someone who looks like my son, Jiseop,
makes me so happy.
It feels like a dream.
It feels like my son came back to life.
This is exhausting.
Your daughter-in-law,
your granddaughter and even you now.
Are you still stuck on how we look alike?
I made myself clear.
If you say that nonsense again,
I'll take legal measures.
There's a limit to my patience.
So you should all stop talking.
He's different. Very different.
Seonghae.
Are you finally here?
I kept telling you to stop by.
Sorry.
I've been too busy.
I know you're not busy.
Everyone in the study dorms know that you failed,
and that the results were wrong.
Do they?
But how did you open a store like this?
Did you give up joining the civil service?
What do you mean give up?
It was always impossible.
I'm much dumber than I look.
I'm going to help my dad's business now.
So you're running this store with your dad?
No. I'm running this store.
My dad is the chairman of this company.
What?
The chairman?
Hey. You're a terrible liar.
You always whined about not having money.
My dad said that I needed to suffer at least
a 100th of what others do,
before he'd give me a store to run.
That's why I lived in the study dorm.
What? Then are you a rich heiress
that I've only heard about?
I'm just a businessman's daughter.
What? What?
How many times must I tell you?
That old man is the chairman of Gangin Group.
A rich chairman of the conglomerate that you
see only on TV.
You don't have a fever. Are you sick?
He is the head of a conglomerate?
Stop being absurd, will you?
Have you been lied to all your life?
It's 100% true.
Do you know how many years
I've known him? I won't fall for it.
How frustrating.
You know Kang Jaeuk,
the man who looks like Jiseop?
That old man is his grandfather.
I just saw Kang Jaeuk come home
after leaving work.
He's a chairman?
What's going on?
What else?
You should prepare yourself.
Watch me, Gu Mihong,
become a rich chairman's wife.
Get ready to turn green with envy.
What is it?
Did you buy him these?
I did. Why?
Why are there two sets...
Of the same cufflinks?
What do you mean?
I'm asking...
Why you bought him two sets of the same cufflinks.
Did he lose one?
Is that why?
I did buy him two sets.
Just as women lose earrings,
it's easy to lose one.
That's why I bought him two sets of the same thing.
Happy now?
You once said...
That Jaeuk changed ever since his accident.
Yes, I did.
What about it?
Do you still feel the same?
Yes, I do.
What?
He's different from before his accident.
Ever since his accident,
he's been upgraded.
He's finally acting like the successor
of Gangin Group.
You know that's not what I'm asking.
I'm asking if the Jaeuk right now
is the real Kang Jaeuk.
What are getting at?
If the Jaeuk now isn't the real Jaeuk,
we need to find out the truth for grandpa's sake,
and for the sake of Gangin Group,
which my grandpa built from the ground up.
Has that woman, Seora, gotten to you too?
Are you suspecting Jaeuk of being her husband
just because she says so?
It isn't what she thinks but what I think.
You're seriously mistaken.
I know Jaeuk better than you, who shares
only half his blood.
Did you forget...
That I've been engaged to him for a while now?
And now, we're very close
with our wedding coming soon.
Fine.
If that's what you say, I guess that's what it is.
Inuk seems to suspect Jaeuk.
Inuk.
Seeing how he brought Gu Mihong to be the nurse.
He must know something.
Mr. Ju, it's me.
Please come and eat. Even if you're busy.
It's finally tomorrow.
Congratulations in advance.
A small wedding really must be the trend.
I thought you'd have it at a fancy hotel.
This is quite modest.
Director Kang and I
aren't fans of formalities.
Mr. Kang, you don't need an invitation, do you?
It's my brother's wedding.
Of course I should go.
(Kang Jaeuk and Jin Haerim)
Wake up. Wake up.
Seora, wake up.
What brings you here?
You may curse me out and call me crazy.
You may hit me and say I'm pathetic.
For the last time...
I'll ask you again just one last time.
I won't get another chance
once you get married tomorrow...
So I came here even though I know I'm being rude.
Are you...
Really Kang Jaeuk?
I thought you may have a reason
that I do not know.
I can understand.
I will understand.
Please tell me.
You're...
Jiseop, aren't you?
Even if you say you are, I can understand.
I will understand.
I'm sure you're doing this because
you had no other choice.
Because that
is how the Jiseop that I know is.
Ki Seora.
Are you interested in me?
After falling into my arms...
Do you miss your husband even more?
Please stop being a pain and snap out of it.
I finally see what you're up to.
You're acting close to my brother...
Because you're interested in me, right?
You switched from him to me because you think
I'll inherit Gangin Group, didn't you?
You can be interested in me all you want...
But stop using my brother.
He isn't fit...
For a gold digger like you.
I'm sorry.
I'll stop.
I'll stop now.
I'm sorry.
I'm very sorry.
Welcome.
- It's been so long. / - Congratulations.
What are you doing?
Aren't you going to Haerim's wedding?
No. I have a lot of work to do.
Okay then. We'll be back.
We're so busy, working on a Saturday
and attending a wedding.
We'll give them your blessings too.
Thank you. See you later.
Let's go.
Wait.
(Fellow examinee, rich girl)
How's business going?
What? You want me to work for you?
At a women's store?
Forget it.
Why would you ask me to visit you?
Fine. I'll check my schedule and call you.
Okay. Bye.
Oh! Auntie Daera looks like a princess today.
What? Auntie Daera?
What? Where is she going all decked out like that?
Is she meeting a guy?
Taxi! Taxi!
Hello?
Kang Jaeuk and Wi Seonae's
DNA test results are out.
Congratulations.
- Congratulations. / - Congratulations.
Congratulations.
We're here, uncle.
Why did she come here?
Give me a bigger smile.
Mom.
- Hello. / - Hello.
Congratulations, Haerim.
You look very pretty today.
Thank you, mom.
Thanks for coming, Yeorim.
Not at all.
How could I miss my own sister's wedding?
But is Jaeuk not here yet?
It's not good to be late on a day like this.
I'm sorry.
Hey! Daera!
Uncle! Uncle! Wait for me!
Why did you follow me here?
Why can't you tell me?
Who are you meeting here?
Did you come here alone like a loser, just to find out?
I didn't come here alone.
I came with Haesol.
Whatever. Take Haesol and go home.
Don't annoy me and go!
Hey, hey!
Wait here, Haesol.
Haesol.
Haesol!
Hi, Seonghae.
What's up?
What?
You lost Haesol?
Where are you?
The person you have reached is unavailable.
Haerim, haven't you heard from Jaeuk?
No. They said he left the salon a while ago.
I don't know what happened.
You don't think he had a change of heart
since we're actually getting married, do you?
He isn't foolish enough to do that.
Do you think Inuk found out something
and told Jaeuk?
Whatever Inuk tells him,
he isn't dumb enough to let it affect him.
I made sure that he can't change his mind,
so don't jump to conclusions.
(Korea Gene Information Center)
(Korea Gene Information Center)
Haesol.
Daddy.
I mean, mister.
Did you lose this?
(The Secret of My Love)
I'm sorry. It got switched with someone else's result.
Wake up before you lose your place completely,
and reclaim it all!
I could see Jiseop doing that.
Because he didn't want us to suffer because of debt.
It's conceivable.
Don't bother.
Did Haerim really find her sister?
She had an old photo or something.
- A photo? / - You're trying so hard.
What do you mean?
My brother-in-law must be nervous.
I don't drink cold water when I eat.
Thanks to these pictures, I knew it was my Yeorim.
You found her because of these pictures?

World War 3: North Korea insults could REVEAL Kim Jong-un's next nuclear missile test - DAILY NEWS - Duration: 3:50.
World War 3: North Korea insults could REVEAL Kim Jong-un's next nuclear missile test
NORTH Korea insults could be used to predict Kim Jong-un's nuclear test schedule, a US
scholar has claimed.
Michael Lammbrau, from Mercyhurst University in Pennsylvania, has harnessed machine learning
to predict the time of a nuclear test 73.2 per cent of the time based on the threatening
language from the hermit kingdom.
He said: "The North Korean regime barks very loudly before it actually bites its intended
target.
"Like a pitcher who unknowingly flinches before he throws a fastball, Pyongyang may
unwittingly display certain patterns before it launches a military strike."
Mr Lammbrau also claims to have produced a filter that can predict when the rogue state's
aggressive tone does not result in an aggresive action with an accuracy of 96.7 per cent.
Mason Richey, an American scholar in South Korea, has also spent countless hours examining
the language from Kim Jong-un that features phrases such as "the desperate shrill cry
of a psychopath on his deathbed" and "the kingpin of hideous state-sponsored terrorism
and human-rights tundra".
The professor at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green teamed up with computer linguist
Natalia Grabar who is familiar with propaganda following her upbringing in Ukraine during
a time of Soviet brainwashing.
Both developed an algorithm that uses "natural language processing" to detect patterns.
Mr Richey explained: "You can get a sense of how angry they are based on how many adjectives
and adverbs they put before a term."
The pair's research project has examined 105,788 articles.
The number of scholars looking at every insult hurled from Pyongyang with meticulous detail
in a hope of finding a pattern appears to be steadily increasing.
The language used by the hermit kingdom features words that have long since been used with
regularity such as "dotard" that have been directed at US President Donald Trump.
Mason Richey has read through an estimated 42,000 North Korean articles - some of his
most memorable phrases include the insult "cowboy buffoon" that was flung at former
President George W. Bush and Japan officials that were labelled "epileptic mentally deranged
wretches".
The scholar claimed that North Korea is the first in modern history to use such "persistent,
consistent, belligerent" language.
He claimed: "The rhetoric goes beyond repeated boilerplate stuff.
They're working at this."
Andrew Holloway, a British social worker who worked in the hermit kingdom for a year in
the late 1980s fails to see the rhetoric being as calculated, instead describing it as "hopeless".
He declared: "The level of propaganda is too naive and the standard of writing too
low."
His sentiment was echoed by Michael Harrold, another Briton that worked for the hermit
kingdom's state media during the same period who discussed a greater focus on punctuation
than wording.
He said: "I would sit and discuss the position of a comma for half an hour—they were that detail-oriented."

طريقة عمل العيش الشامي و الكعك و الحمص | فطور عربي في لندن | جنى فلوقز - Duration: 12:09.
What's up?
No.. come in and then come out
What's up?
Greetings Jana's friends
What's new with you? I hope you're all well
Today, we're trying something new
I want to start a series called 'Jana's experiments'
So our first experiment is going to be in the kitchen
And Noor is here with us to help us
Noor: I'm Noor, how are you?
Noor is going to teach us how to make pita bread
And how to make humous
And how to make ka'ak bread
Of course, I've never made bread before
But Noor is really good at cooking
so hopefully we get it right
Firstly you need oil
Second of all, sesame seeds
What's this?
Molasses
Yeast
Salt
Sugar
Water
a spoon
smaller spoons
a mixing bowl
Flour
Add the flour
How much?
Two cups of flour
a teaspoon and a half of yeast
Let me do it
Noor is going to film me
A table spoon and a half of oil
Is this normal salt?
Is that okay?
Half a teaspoon of salt
What's next?
A teaspoon and a half of sugar
Half a cup of milk
Half of the cup is milk
And then you fill it with water but not to the end
Leave a little gap
We add a bit and then we stir
Like that?
Noor: Yes
You have to slowly add the milk and water
By the way don't forget to wash your hands
Is that okay, or not?
Noor: I'll do it
No
I'm doing it
Noor: stir it all together
My arm is already tired
I've been stirring for exactly 5 seconds
And I'm already tired
There's still some left
Noor: don't add all of it
What was the point of putting this much then?
Noor: come on
Noor: Stir it more
Noor: So it all mixes in together
I'm stirring it, okay!
My arm hurts!
Noor: you have small arms
It hurts
Look at the difference when Noor mixes it
Noor: like a blender
Like a blender, huh?
Noor: See?
Okay, now I'm putting my hand in some flour
Is this right?
Noor: not softly, do it like this
Noor: more stength
Okay, I have to keep putting my hand in the flour
And then get back to kneading the dough
I think I've got it
It's sticky!
We have to knead it until it doesn't stick to our hands
My hand is tired
Noor: Watch me
Noor is showing us how she kneads the dough
Noor: It's good
Okay, she's embarrassed me
But she makes it all the time, it's my first time, okay?
Now, Noor is going to make my sister some Indomie
Because she's hungry
Then we're going to leave the dough for 15 minutes
And get back to you
Okay, now we're waiting for the ka'ak dough to proof
So we're going to start to make the pita bread
Two spoons...?
Two cups of flour
That's one cup
When Noor added them she was much quicker
Okay is this enough?
Noor: yes, two cups
A teaspoon of yeast
A teaspoon of sugar
Half a teaspoon of salt
Whats ne... What's next?
Noor: water
In the cup? Okay say when
Hey!
That's it?
Like the ka'ak, you add the water
Slowly and then mix it as you add the water
Noor is making fun of me because I can't mix it properly
Noor: your arms don't have any bones, they're soft
Soft
I'm stirring
It really hurts, I swear
My arms are so weak
I need to hit the gym
Noor: let me do it
Let's go
Noor: now I'm making the dough
Noor: like a blender
Noor: That's it
Okay, this is our second dough for the pita bread
We're going to leave it for 5 minutes
Okay, how are we going to make the humous?
What do we need?
Firstly...
Okay, we have the chickpeas
Tahini
Olive oil
A small clove of garlic
More sesame seeds
And this is the blender
We're going to put everything in here
And attach it to the blender
Now Noor is going to teach me how to make humous
How do we start?
Noor: add the chickpeas in first
We open the can of chickpeas
Take them out with a spoon
And leave the water in the can
I love the smell of chickpeas
Noor, what's your favourite thing to make?
Noor: baking bread every day
So it's fresh
We've added all the chickpeas to the cup
Add the garlic
All of it?
We're going to add all these sesame seeds
It's going to spill
Yay
Okay, a tablespoon of sugar
A teaspoon of salt
Noor: add some olive oil
A teaspoon?
A spoon full of tahini
Add some of the chickpea water to the top
Okay, now we're going to close it
Then we're going to use this blender
The humous is done
Noor: good?
Noor: delicious
It's awesome
Okay, now we're getting the Ka'ak ready for the oven
As you can see, our dough
Has expanded like we wanted
We've added wax paper
On top of an oven tray
So the bread doesn't stick
Noor is going to show me one then I'm going to try
Noor: dip it in the molasses
Noor: and then in here
Noor: and then put it on here
Now I'm going to try
Put some flour on my hands
And then...
It's stuck to my hands
Noor: put your hand in the flour
Noor: just use your hands
I hold it like this so I can dip it?
Noor: put it in the sesame seeds
Noor: you're supposed it hold it
Noor: just do it like this
Okay we've separated the...
We've seperated the ka'ak dough
And added the sesame seeds
Now we're going to add some cheese
This is how we make Ka'ak
We add cheese to the centre rather than leaving a hole
So it comes out tasty
And we can eat it straight away
By the way, we're using feta cheese
Look at all of our spices
What did we take out?
Okay, we've got two bowls of feta cheese
We added za'atar (thyme) to one
We added some olive oil
Now turn on your oven to 200 degrees celcius
200
Ohhh..
we're pressing on the ka'ak with a glass to make a hole
This is obviously something my dad came up with
It feels really good to press down on the glass
We put it in the oven for 5 minutes
Then when we take it out, we add these bits
Wow
Okay, we had the ka'ak in the oven for 5 minutes
We've taken it out to add on the cheese
10 minutes in the oven?
While we make the pita bread
We're going to roll the dough with this thing
I don't know what it's called in Arabic
Why is mine small?
Noor: roll it with more strength
Noor: a bit more
It's so small, why?
Noor: stronger, there you go
No!
Put it on?
It's hot
Look how it's expanding
wow
The pita bread is done
Okay, now the ka'ak comes out of the oven
wow
Awesome
Okay, now we're plating the humous
Of course, this is the typical arabic plate
Makes you feel like you're eating proper humous
Okay, you've seen us make ka'ak
And pita bread
And humous
Now all that's left is to taste
Noor: really good
The best thing is that it's fresh, we just made it
So it's impossible for it to be dry
Noor: really yummy
Now I'm going to try the ka'ak with cheese
It's so good
Unfortunately, we're at the end of the video
If you enjoyed it, don't forget to give it a like
Hopefully you've enjoyed this cooking experiment
Let me know in the comments what you want Noor to teach us next
Noor: I can make anything
Noor: Just tell me and I'll make it
Tell me in the comments what else you want me to try besides cooking
I want you to try to make the bread and the humous at home
And send me the pictures on Snapchat
So I know you've tried it
Of course, follow me on Snapchat and Instagram @Janavlogs

LFP 084 How Much Time Should I Practice My Flute as a Beginner? | Learn Flute Online Video Podcast - Duration: 7:36.
How much time should you put into flute practicing each day?
If you're a beginner, and are just getting going, you may be wondering what is appropriate
and what will maximize your efforts.
I'm Rebecca Fuller, the expert and instructor at Learn Flute Online dot com, and today we'll
be answering this exact question as well as giving seven specifics you can do to ensure
your success as you practice.
This is episode eighty four!
I received a super nice letter from one of my beginner flute students where she lets
me know that she's an adult and wants to maximize her efforts as she begins learning
how to play the flute.
In this podcast I'll be going through what I told her in my reply as well as getting
very specific as to what exactly to practice.
Let's go!
Everyone has a different idea of appropriate time-commitment towards a new hobby or skill,
and most think that the more time you can spend the more the skill will be learned.
This can be true and not true at the same time.
Let me explain:
If I wanted to learn say, how to ride a bike, then I could expect that jumping on and trying
over and over will help me eventually get balance to the point where I can ride with
no problem, right?
Right.
--Sort of.
This is only assuming that the bike is rideable in the first place, with no flat tires or
broken chains on it.
And, it's also assuming that the rider has the correct idea of how and where to sit and
that the feet are doing the pedaling instead of the hands for example.
Haha, I know this sounds like I'm making a silly joke of it, but I'm quite serious.
Everyone has probably seen someone ride a bike, so there's not a lot of technical
know-how to it, but there is definite know-how.
And, we can take a lesson from this as we learn to play the flute.
Assuming that like the bicycle, our instrument is in proper working condition, we are ready
to jump on and start riding.
Yay!
But, wait.
How and where should I sit on it?
Haha, I mean, where do I put my hands?
Spending hours and hours trying to play the flute without any proper direction is kind
of a futile effort.
So, once I give my newbie students clear and concise directions, I advise them to start
with about 20 minutes twice per day.
Now as soon as I said that, some of you may have groaned a little in your heads and thought,
"I'm way too excited about this new fun shiny toy to just hold it for only twenty
minutes twice per day".
And, I totally get it.
It's possible you have an hour set aside.
That's great!
But, as a beginner, I still suggest you split this time up into two segments per day for
a few weeks.
This will help build muscle memory that is desperately needed, and keep you from hitting
the saturated wall.
You'll be much more effective taking bite-sized skills, focusing on them each exclusively,
and then giving it a rest for a few hours before doing it all again.
And again and again.
You see, adults have this thing with being able to understand directions easily and perfectly.
It's another thing to have these same bodies follow the instructions without hiccups.
What's understood in the mind sometimes doesn't happen with the body.
We just need time and perfect repetition to continue on a nice upward learning curve.
Now on the other hand, if two shorter practices per day aren't possible, then I'd go for
a solid twenty five to thirty minutes of focused practice just as an example.
Stop before you feel tired of it though.
That's key to keeping your enthusiasm for the next session.
Okay, ready to learn the schedule of what you should do during these beginner practice
sessions?
Great.
Take notes, and make yourself a schedule you can post somewhere you look at it all the
time:
Number one: after taking out your flute and putting it together to the stage of the lessons
you are on, you'll want to work on something that resembles a tone study.
This means you're simply working on sound and tone production..
No tunes yet.
And if you're in the lessons here at Learn Flute Online I give you those specific studies
to use.
Number two: once you're past the first few days or weeks, you can start working on your
scales.
Scales are more important than you can ever imagine, so input this into your mind now
whether you understand why or not… then carry on.
Number three will be a few minutes studying the written music.
You'll notice I said, "studying" the music instead of "playing" the music.
Make sure the studying comes before the playing.
You'll cut years off of your learning time if you get this skill right from the beginning.
Number four will be to play through any and all pieces you've ever learned before.
Yup!
You heard it right.
Replaying the tunes you already feel knowledgeable on will not only keep them polished, but will
solidify the skills you already had to learn to play them.
It's a win-win!
Number five is to take a few concentrated minutes to work on your new material.
The key word here is 'concentrated'.
Focus on the new parts, and take small bites.
Number six will be for you to play whatever the heck you want to for a bit.
And round it out with number seven which is to clean and put your flute away in its case
for the time being until your next practice session.
Did you take notes?
That's it in a nutshell!
Well, thanks again for joining us today.
I hope you've already had time to come into the membership area at LearnFluteOnline.com
for a lesson this week.
I promise it'll be totally worth it.
That's why I'm mentioning it here.
You're awesome, and I appreciate you all for your willingness and teachability.
We're all going to be quite the good flute players very soon!!
As always, leave your comments or questions here because I love to read them, I love to
help you all learn to the best of your abilities.
See you later!!

Low Carb Coconut Peanut Butter Fudge – Keto Fudge - Duration: 2:43.
Welcome all! Papa G here. Today I present low carbohydrate coconut peanut butter fudge,
This is a very easy recipe to make and has less than 3/4 of a carbohydrates per serving.
It makes a great low carbohydrate snack anytime you want just a little something to keep
you going. Let me show you how to make it. You want to be sure to use unsweetened
coconut for this recipe. Also, you want to use a peanut butter that has as few
ingredients as possible with no added sugar. We'll make our own maple syrup for
our recipe by combining a quarter cup of tapioca syrup and a teaspoon of real
maple extract. Mix and set aside. Add 2 cups of unsweetened coconut flakes to a
food processor. Blend for about 4 to 5 minutes - in 30 second intervals, scraping
down the sides with a spatula as needed. After a few minutes you should have
something that has the consistency of cold butter. Add one cup of creamy
natural peanut butter and a half a cup of melted coconut oil. Blend to combine.
Now add our homemade maple syrup; a liquid sugar substitute equal to three
tablespoons of regular sugar; a little salt; and some vanilla extract. Blend once
more to combine. Line an 8x8 by pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture in
the center. Use a spatula to spread as evenly as possible. Now give it a jiggle
to help even it out. Place uncovered in the freezer for 20 minutes to set.
After 20 minutes, remove from the pan. Mark the cutting lines by scoring with a
sharp knife. Now go back over the lines and gently cut. You should get about 32
pieces. This fudge is not too sweet and has a
great texture and taste. Eat it right away or store in the refrigerator for up
to 10 days. There you have it folks! My low carbohydrate coconut peanut butter fudge.
A very easy to make a low carbohydrate snack. I hope you enjoyed this video. If you did,
please like and consider subscribing. I'll have something new every week.
Thanks for watching and I'll see you next time!

Voa News December 14, 2017 - Duration: 5:01.
From Washington, this is VOA news.
I'm Jonathan Jones reporting.
Leaders of majority Muslim nations gathered in Istanbul Wednesday and condemned President
Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.
They called it unlawful.
The meeting came as unrest in the Middle East continues along with growing criticism over
the decision.
The gathering was under the auspices of the 57-nation Organization of the Islamic Conference.
Turkey currently leads the conference and the emergency summit was called by Turkish
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
He said the president's decision meant the U.S. had forfeited its role as the broker
in efforts to end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas had some of the ???strongest criticism.
He told leaders that Trump's decision to recognize Jerusalem was a crime.
He said the Palestinians would not accept a U.S. role in the peace process from now
on.
He accused the United States of being "biased in favor of Israel."
At least 30 people were killed in airstrikes Wednesday on a police camp in Yemen's capital.
At least 80 others were wounded when pre-dawn raids hit a prison that's run by rebels in
the military police compound in Sana'a.
The strikes were carried out by a Saudi-led coalition against the rebels, a campaign that
has not let up since it began in March 2015.
Eleven members of a militia in the Democratic Republic of Congo have been sentenced to life
in prison for the gang rape of dozens of children and for murder.
Human rights groups have hailed the verdict as a landmark decision in a country where
sexual violence is frequent and perpetrators most often go unpunished.
This is VOA news.
The International Commission of Jurists, or ICJ, is calling for Zimbabwe's new government
to ensure free and fair elections next year.
As correspondent Sebastian Mhofu reports for VOA from the capital Harare, it's not the
only rights group making that appeal.
Following a week-long visit to Zimbabwe, the International Commission of Jurists led by
its Secretary-General Saman Zia-Zarifi said soldiers who helped President Emmerson Mnangagwa
come to power last month must return to their barracks.
The army has been policing Harare and other cities and has set up checkpoints along major
roads.
In an interview Wednesday with VOA, ICJ Director in Africa Arnold Tsunga said civic and opposition
groups are worried the situation will compromise Zimbabwe's next elections, which are expected
around the middle of next year.
On Tuesday, Zimbabwean opposition and civic leaders were in Washington and appealed to
Congress for help in ensuring the 2018 elections are free and fair.
Sebastian Mhofu, for VOA news, Harare.
The United States has warned Pakistan it could lose control of its country unless it abandons
ties with terrorist groups operating that are growing in "size and influence" within
Pakistan.
U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson issued the warning as the United States and Pakistan
engage in renewed diplomatic efforts to improve their mistrust-marred bilateral relations
and find "common ground" to promote peace in neighboring Afghanistan.
Two reporters for the Reuters news agency have been arrested in Myanmar on [*suspecion]
suspicion, that is, of possessing "secret police documents" pertaining to the refugee
crisis in Rakhine state.
A government spokesman said police officers involved in the case were also arrested and
says the government "will take action against those policemen and the reporters."
And Robert Mueller, the special counsel leading the investigation into Russia's interference
in the 2016 election, received a strong vote of confidence Wednesday from the Justice Department
official who appointed him and oversees his work.
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed Mueller in May after President Trump fired
then-FBI director James Comey.
There is more on these and other late breaking and developing stories, from around the world,
around the clock, at voanews.com and on the VOA news mobile app.

New and Notable Books - Three-Minute Thursdays #7 - Duration: 3:55.
If you're a Christian and you love to read, this is a very, very good time to be alive.
We've got Christian publishers just pouring out new books all the time.
So many of them are excellent.
Today in this edition of 3 Minute Thursdays, I'm going to tell you about just six new and
notable books that may be of interest to people like you.
So we'll get three minutes on the clock, and here we go.
We'll start with The Gospel-Shaped Life by Ian Hamilton.
This is published by Banner of Truth.
Now, there's no shortage of Gospel dash something book.
We've got many, many of those today.
I think this one's unique.
First, because of who it's from, Ian Hamilton.
He hasn't written on this subject yet.
I'm glad he has.
Also, it's very clear in looking through this book, he has drawn from the deep wells of
Protestant theology, Christian theology, to show how the Gospel shapes all of life.
This may be a book that's of interest to you, especially if you haven't yet read in this
kind of genre.
Next up, we've got Creation, Evolution and Intelligent Design.
This is one of the Four Views On Series.
And so contributors are Ken Ham, Hugh Ross, Deborah Haarsma, and Stephen Meyer.
They're representing four different views of our origins, the origins of the earth.
We've got young earth, old earth, evolutionary creation, and intelligent design.
If you've not yet oriented yourself in these different perspectives, I think this will
be an excellent place to begin as you attempt to understand what the Bible says about where
this all came from.
Next up, we've got In Search of Ancient Roots from Kenneth Stewart.
The subtitle, The Christian Past, and Evangelical Identity Crisis.
What's happening today is, we're seeing a lot of young Christians especially looking
for their roots, looking for their Christian roots.
And many of them are then drawn to Catholicism.
What Ken Stewart's trying to do in this book is to show that Protestant's have deep roots
all the way through the history of the church, obviously going back to scripture.
If you're looking for your identity, you don't have to find it in Catholicism, you can find
it within Protestantism.
We'll move on to The Spurgeon Study Bible.
This big new volume has just come in from Holman.
This isn't a traditional study Bible.
Rather the notes are drawn from the sermons of Charles Spurgeon.
There's lots of other Spurgeon material in here as well.
Some of his illustrations, some of the other things, there's a little biography of him,
but really the heart of this is that the notes come from the sermons of Charles Spurgeon.
If you love Spurgeon, and who doesn't?
This will be a resource that will probably be of some interest to you.
We'll keep moving, with The Pastor's Bible.
This is also from Holman.
This is an interesting Bible.
It's meant for pastors, so that means for their study and for preaching.
This Bible lies flat, which is a wonderful thing.
Another unique feature is that right in the center of the Bible, you've got some funeral
services and some wedding services.
So if you're a pastor, you're in a hurry or you're looking to change things up, freshen
things up, there's some material right there.
There's other material in here as well that's specifically for pastors.
This would be a great gift.
Or if you're a pastor, something you may want for yourself.
Finally, we've got The Lost Sermons of C.H.Spurgeon.
This is volume two in a multi-volume set.
I can't even tell you how beautiful this volume is.
Its got gilded edges, it's full of full-color illustrations and scans of some of Spurgeon's
very early and until recently, lost sermons.
There's outlines, there's full sermons.
This is a beautiful book for the Spurgeon lover, someone with an interest in history,
with an interest in theology.
Look it up.
This is a beautiful, beautiful volume.
There are six new and notable books.
I hope they're of interest to you.
Stick around, I'll do another round up soon.

Homeless Veteran Spends Last $20 To Help Woman With Car Trouble – She Repays Him With $400,000 - Duration: 4:17.
Homeless Veteran Spends Last $20 To Help Woman With Car Trouble – She Repays Him With $400,000
Kate McClure and her boyfriend Mark D'Amico from New Jersey met a homeless man and former
Marine who they will remember for the rest of their lives.
One day, the woman was stranded without gas on the Interstate 95 outside of Philadelphia
and didn't have any cash or credit cards on her.
Luckily, a homeless man named Johnny was more than willing to help.
Even though he barely had anything for himself, he spent his last twenty dollars buying gas
for Kate.
Kate was immensely touched and felt miserable that she wasn't able to give him anything
in that moment but passed by several times since they met.
She now wants to repay him in epic fashion.
"Johnny did not ask me for a dollar, and I couldn't repay him at that moment because
I didn't have any cash, but I have been stopping by his spot for the past few weeks,"
Kate recalls.
"I repaid him for the gas, gave him a jacket, gloves, a hat, and warm socks, and I give
him a few dollars every time I see him.
I wish that I could do more for this selfless man, who went out of his way just to help
me that day.
He is such a great guy, and talking to him each time I see him makes me want to help
him more and more," she added.
Kate and her boyfriend Mark launched a crowdfunding campaign on GoFundMe to make sure Johnny could
have a better future and life.
Kate wanted to raise the amount of $10,000 so that the veteran could pay rent for an
apartment, perhaps get a car and cover for a few months of expenses.
When the story about Johnny and Kate went viral, the crowdfunded amount quickly exceeded
the goal of ten thousand dollars.
In fact, over 14,000 different people have raised $393,999 in just twenty days.
The homeless man was later identified as the 34-year-old Johnny Bobbitt Jr, who also worked
as a paramedic aside from being an ex-Marine.
One of Johnny's friends said in an interview with Philadelphia Inquirer that Johnny got
into this situation because of drug abuse and financial issues and also mentioned that
Johnny has been homeless for a year and a half.
"Yeah, tell me about bad luck.
But don't get me wrong.
I'm here because of my own decisions.
I got nobody to blame but myself," Johnny said according to the couple.
Johnny himself has posted an update on the crowdfunding page and wanted to thank everyone
sincerely.
"I have been wanting to say a few things.
First off, I would like to apologize for just now doing this.
I am deeply humbled and so incredibly grateful for the attention and love that I have received
thus far.
I am amazed at how many positive comments and messages that not only I but Mark and
Kate have also received.
I was honestly worried at first because I was embarrassed of my situation.
I realized that this attention did not only affect me but my family as well.
Boy, don't I wish I would learned earlier in life that our actions do not always affect
just ourselves as we just to make ourselves believe.
I was scared that people would try to take a good situation or moment and look for the
worst.
Which of course some people absolutely did try.
However, for the most part the feedback has been absolutely amazing and encouraging.
I will never be able to put into words how I feel and all the emotions I have felt because
of this experience.
I wish I was able to meet and thank each and every single one of you that have donated
to my campaign.
I plan to one day go through and send a message to every person that I am able to contact.
I feel as though you believe in me as cliché as that sounds.
You made a donation for me to turn my life around and trusted me to make right decisions
for my future.
I will not let you down and I plan to keep my Facebook updated in the future if anyone
cares to see how I will have turned my life around!
Thanks again, JBJ"
Kate also said that Johnny won't be taking the full amount of the raised money and will
donate a significant portion of it to a good cause.
What an amazing way to pay it forward!
