Obama's Sick Hypocrisy On The Booming Economy Brutally Exposed

164 Companies Give Bonuses, Lower Prices Because of Trump's Tax Cut – by Brian Thomas at

The Federalist Papers

Within weeks of the GOP tax plan's passage, 164 companies have already announced lowered

prices and major bonuses and wage increases for employees.

Tax cuts have allowed corporations big and small to provide better benefits, wages, and

bonuses for workers.

Liberals have long maintained that businesses won't use money freed up by the tax cuts

to help employees, yet we're already seeing how wrong they are.

Company after company has announced $1,000 to $3,000 bonuses, and this is only the beginning.

The Western Journal reports:

About 60,000 people who work for the car company Fiat Chrysler will get a $2,000 bonus.

That comes on top of a $1 billion investment in a new manufacturing plant in Michigan,

which should create thousands of jobs.

"It is only proper that our employees share in the savings generated by tax reform and

that we openly acknowledge the resulting improvement in the U.S. business environment by investing

in our industrial footprint accordingly," CEO Sergio Marchionne said in a news release.

Multiple major airline companies also said they would provide their employees with sizable

bonuses.

According to Jet Blue, 21,000 workers would receive a bonus of $1,000.

American and and Southwest Airlines have both made similar announcements, while citing tax

reform as the driving reason.

Southwest touted $1,000 bonuses for 55,000 employees, while American said each of its

roughly 127,000 workers — with the exception of company officers — would also be getting

$1,000.

Moreover, Southwest said it would donate $5 million to charity.

The effects of tax reform have extended to banks as well — including local and worldwide

financial institutions.

About 145,000 of Bank of America's U.S. employees — all of the company's workers

who make no more than $150,000 annually — were set to receive $1,000 bonuses by the end of

2017, according to CEO Brian Moynihan.

Other companies have been saved by the tax cuts from either going out of business or

relocating overseas.

A major Milwaukee employer, for example, shifted plans after the tax law was passed, now announcing

that they'll be staying in the U.S.

"In Milwaukee alone, we have a big insurance company called Assurant," Speaker of the

House Paul Ryan said during a C-SPAN interview.

"A couple of months ago, Assurant said that because of tax laws, they were gonna move

to Bermuda and become a Bermuda company instead of an American company.

And the agency said now because of the [recently passed] tax law, they're staying in Milwaukee.

They're staying an American company […] So I think the Democrats are going to regret

not having supported this.

I think it's going to do tremendous things for our economy."

Before the tax reform bill was passed into law, the U.S. corporate tax rate was among

the highest in the world; now it's been lowered from 35 percent to 21 percent thanks

to the GOP plan.

Several companies, such as Walmart, PNC, Fifth Third Bankcorp, and Comerica Bank, are raising

their company minimum wage, saying the wage hike is a direct result of the tax plan.

The Western Journal continues:

Comerica Bank also said it would give $1,000 to 4,500 of its employees, but that's not

all.

Starting pay for those who work at the bank has been increased to $15 an hour.

"This increase in minimum wage and one-time bonus are made possible by the tax reform

bill that was passed by the U.S. Congress, then signed by the President on Dec. 22, 2017,"

the financial institution said in a news release late last month.

Moreover, Fifth Third Bancorp announced similar bonuses — affecting 13,500 employees — as

well as a base pay increase, which the company said will raise wages for almost 3,000 workers

who get paid by the hour.

Click here for a list of the 164 companies who've announced the employee benefits they've

extended thanks to the tax plan.

According to the Washington Examiner, that list went from 40 to 164 in just ten days.

And it will only continue expanding as time goes on.

The Firepower of Prayer - Duration: 23:08.

(Singing) I know my God has made the way for

me. I know my God has made the way for me.

ANNOUNCER: Today, on the Believer's Voice of Victory,

join Gloria Copeland and her special guest, Billye Brim, for

more insight into the fire power of prayer. Be a witness for God

as you discover how prayer brings the Word to life.

GLORIA: Hello, everybody. Welcome to the Believer's

Voice of Victory. Billye Brim's back with us, and

she's teaching us some good things. You're going to like

this message. Billye, you're-- BILLYE: Actually--

GLORIA: --you're just turning me on now. Go ahead. BILLYE: Me

too. And we talk between times and we're here learning this

ourselves-- GLORIA: That's right. BILLYE: --and meditating

on it. And God is revealing some things to us. So I want to take

you back to the beginning, the book of beginnings, and I'm

going to read from Genesis 2:21-22. We read it yesterday,

but we're going to go back there. And I'm reading--I've got

another sheet of paper here, but I typed it from this Hebrew

translation. The Jews have been speaking Hebrew for a long, long

time, 4,000 years. So I like the way they translate things. So

here's how they have translated Genesis 2:21-22 in the

ArtScrolls Chumash: "So HaShem God cast--" and remember that's

His name, Yod-Heh-Waw-Heh-- GLORIA: Yeah. BILLYE: "--cast a

deep sleep upon the man and he slept; and He took one of his

sides--" not one of his ribs. I don't know where that

translation came from because it's not what the Hebrew says.

There is a Hebrew word for "rib," but this isn't it. This

is the Hebrew word for "side." "--he took one of his sides and

he filled in flesh in its place. Then HaShem fashioned the side

that He had taken from the man into a woman. And He brought her

to the man. And the man--" and this time it's the word "A-dam"

"--said," quote, "'This time it is bone of my bones and flesh of

my flesh.'" You see, God had had all the animal kingdom go before

him, and he recognized, in that part of the animal kingdom that

does not have intelligent speech, he could find no one. So

he didn't find anyone for him. So God had to show him that

lesson. So he said, "None of that." And I'll read Verse 23.

"And the man said, 'This time it is bone of my bones and flesh of

my flesh. This shall be called ishah," or woman in the female

gender, "'for from ish was--'" man--male gender "'--was she

taken. Therefore, a man (ish) shall leave his father and his

mother and cling to his wife (ishah), and they shall become

one flesh.'" Now, this is also a note that I took from that--that

Hebrew Bible. "Adam named her gender ishah because she was

taken from ish. Left unanswered, however, is why man is called

ish. That name comes from esh, or fire." So these Hebrew

commentators, these rabbis, all through the centuries they've

wondered, "Why did God name the male from the root word esh,

fire, and the woman from fire?" See, they know that. Whenever

you look--here's how it goes. And I'm asking them to put up a

chart of how Hebrew words--they mostly come from 240 root words,

and there are families of words. And you can imagine it, Gloria,

like a--like a hub of a wagon wheel. GLORIA: Yeah. BILLYE: And

the root word will be in the middle. It could be a two-letter

word or it could be a three-letter word. This is the

most well-named--known Hebrew word in the world. GLORIA: What,

what is? BILLYE: "Amen." GLORIA: "Amen." BILLYE: Mm-hmm, "amen."

GLORIA: Hmm. BILLYE: And it's a root. It's a root word, "amen."

And it literally means, "May this prayer come true." So then

just by adding vowel sounds, you get all the words that come

from--made up from this root word. So here we have the root

word, "Amen," "May this prayer come true." And so what words do

we get from it? "Amanah," faith. GLORIA: Faith. BILLYE: It takes

faith for a prayer to come true. GLORIA: Mm-hmm. BILLYE: "Aman,"

believed. You have to believe for it to come true. "Emeth,"

you have to have the truth. GLORIA: How interesting. BILLYE:

So these words--and any time a Hebrew speaker looks at a word,

he sees the root word. It stands out to him, comes off the page.

GLORIA: So he has revelation. BILLYE: He has revelation just

by looking at the word. Now, here's what these Hebrew

commentators said: "Adam named her gender ishah because she was

taken from ish (man). Left unanswered, however, is why man

is called ish." Because that comes from the root word "esh,"

fire. So I've asked them to make some charts, which we looked at

yesterday. And we're going to look at again. GLORIA: Does that

have a sexual connotation? BILLYE: It does. Actually, it

does. And so I'm asking them to put up again the three root--the

three words. The first one you're going to look at is the

word "esh." GLORIA: Mm-hmm. BILLYE: And remember you're

going to look from right to left because Hebrew reads from right

to left. GLORIA: Okay. BILLYE: So the first letter is the

word--is the letter "aleph" and then "shin." Every word--every

letter in the Hebrew language is a word. This Hebrew word "shin,"

Gloria, it's the word for teeth. And can you see how it kind of

looks like teeth-- GLORIA: Yeah. BILLYE: --little--three little

teeth up there? So the first word is "aleph" which comes from

the horns of an ox. And these words together, "aleph" and

"shin," make the Hebrew word "fire." Now, when it comes to

His calling the male "ish," you see the aleph on the first and

you see the shin at the last, but we see a little letter added

in the middle. It's the yod. And this is man as the male gender.

Now we look at the word "ishah." Aleph, shin, and this time He

has added the letter heh. And this is ishah, woman as the

female gender, but both of them have as their root "esh," which

means fire. GLORIA: Hmm. BILLYE: Now, the four-letter name of God

that we say, "Jehovah," it's the word for "The Eternal." And it

means "He was, He is, He will be." That's Yod-Heh-Waw-Heh. So

what did He do? He took the first little letter, the yod,

and God added the yod to "esh," fire, to make it "ish," male. He

took the second letter, "heh," out of His name and He added it

to "esh," fire, to make "ishah." And the two letters that He

took, "yod" and "heh," they make up the word "Yah." That's used

in the Bible a lot, "Yah," as a name of God. GLORIA: Yes, God.

BILLYE: Yeah. It come--and you say it every time you say,

"Hallelujah." GLORIA: Mm-hmm. BILLYE: A praise to God, Yah. So

here we have putting into-- GLORIA: Hmm, interesting.

BILLYE: --adding to fire. And I'm going to read here some of

their comments on that. "Before creating her, God brought all

the creatures to Adam so that he could see for himself that none

was suited to his needs. And he would ask for a companion. Then

he would appreciate his newly fashioned mate and not take her

for granted." GLORIA: Yes. Get that, fellas. BILLYE: "Adam

named her gender ishah because she was taken from ish. Left

unanswered, however, is why man is called ish. The name comes

from 'esh' or fire. Because man is unique among all living

beings in the--in his characteristic, it's symbolized

by fire. And from the fire that makes up the man, we have

'vurv,' an enthusiasm. But we also, on the wrong side, could

have 'lusht' -- 'lust' and initiative. These

characteristics enable man to achieve dominance, attain

wisdom, and develop culture. But the same fire can cause the mass

destruction that has marred humanity almost since the

beginning of time. Controlled and directed, that fire can

create spiritual kingdoms that surpass the angels. That fire is

creative either of good or of evil. The presence of godliness

in human beings is expressed by the letters that are added to

their names. 'Yod' in 'ish' and 'heh' in 'ishah,' these two

letters spell the divine name, 'Yah,' because God must be

present in the union of a man and a wife. If they allow him

in, their union is godly." GLORIA: Isn't that great?

BILLYE: "If not, they are left with esh, a destructive fire--"

GLORIA: Yeah, that's true. BILLYE: "--that will not only

harm their own relationship, but may well unleash a conflagration

that will harm all around them." Now, think about it Gloria. Here

we see the male and the female. We're going to see a union

here-- GLORIA: Mm-hmm. BILLYE: --man and wife. If you don't add

the "yod" and the "heh," "yah," to that union, you're just going

to have, like it says here, fire that could be destructive. Now,

think what the New Testament says, "Whom God hath joined

together, let not men put asunder." If God has joined that

union of the ish and the ishah, His name is in it. And they're

going to have a good union. But if you leave godliness out of

the union, and let's say it was only lust of the flesh, you

don't have a good union unless it turns to God, unless it adds

God to the equation. GLORIA: Mm-hmm. That's true. BILLYE: So

there is something about man that has this added to him. And

bless the Lord, glory to God, I think I'm going to go right over

to-- GLORIA: If a born-again man and an unborn-again woman marry,

they don't have the same-- BILLYE: They don't have--God has

to be in her and has to be in him. But, you know, then they

can--she can come to the Lord, or he can come to the Lord.

GLORIA: Yeah. BILLYE: But that's why it says, in the New

Testament, "If the unbeliever depart--" GLORIA: Let him go.

BILLYE: "--then you're free." So, praise the Lord, there's a

lot--lot to see in here. GLORIA: It's interesting, isn't it?

BILLYE: At our Sunday 3:00 prayer meeting, this is what

started me on this "fire" business. I had--I had heard Ken

preach on fire at our--he preached on fire at our Autumn

Assembly. And he--and I understood. They--some of the

helpers told us this, that he prophesied that the year 2018

was going to be Holy Ghost and fire year, Holy Ghost and fire.

So I heard him preach on fire. I heard him minister on fire. I

heard him--I saw him lay hands on people at that Saturday

morning at our-- GLORIA: Yeah. BILLYE: --conference, and they

turned red right in front of my eyes. GLORIA: Hmm. BILLYE: I'm

standing up there right by him. And Bibi, the lady who does our

hair--she's one of the helpers around here, too, thank God--and

people say to me, "Your hair really looks good on TV." And I

say, "Well, I just wish she could travel around with me. But

no, she travels around with Gloria." GLORIA: You can't have

her, sorry. BILLYE: I can't have her. GLORIA: I let you--I'll

let--I'll share her. BILLYE: You share her when I come down here.

GLORIA: Holy Ghost and fire. BILLYE: So, anyway, I'm at our

3:00 prayer service out at Prayer Mountain, and I'm

thinking about, "Ken preached on fire, laid hands on people." And

then I saw this in the Bible, the ish and the ishah, and that

there's something about the essence of man that's fire. So I

come out to our 3:00. They're really special people. We're 17

1/2 miles out in the boonies. And on Wednesdays--every

Wednesday at noon, we have a streamed live prayer meeting

noon central time. And people join us from all around the

world. But on Sundays, we don't stream it. And, oh, man, on

Sundays, what happens on the mountain stays on the mountain.

GLORIA: (Laughs) BILLYE: We don't care if we roll on the

floors. GLORIA: No telling what you're missing. BILLYE: We don't

care if we understand everything we're talking about or not. So I

come up there, and I've got these same notes, and I've got

that little file that we showed the people, ish and ishah. And

"esh," the fire, is the root of it. And so I start talking about

man's essence being fire. And, of course, it is a prayer

meeting, and around the room people start, "Hah!" They think

of this scripture, "What about this one? What about that one?"

So here's some of the scriptures that we thought about. It was

like popcorn that was coming forth, you know? So one symbol

that the Bible uses for the Holy Spirit is-- GLORIA: Flame.

BILLYE: --fire. GLORIA: Mm-hmm. BILLYE: So, of course, we're

going to think about this scripture, Acts 1. "And when the

day of Pentecost--" Here it is right here. "And when the day of

Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one

place. And suddenly--" GLORIA: Suddenly. BILLYE: "--there came

a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it

filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared

unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and He--" This word in

the Greek can be translated "it" or "He." Here, it should have

been "He." "And He," the Holy Ghost, "sat upon each one of

them. And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost," who is a

fire, "and began to--" GLORIA: Instead of--are you saying,

instead of "it" -- BILLYE: "It" should be "He," mm-hmm. GLORIA:

Okay. BILLYE: "And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and

began to speak with tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance."

Now, I'm thinking here. See, we're sitting in there, and

we're thinking about this. Of course, we thought about this

one. There's something about man and his makeup that has the very

essence of fire. So when this Spirit comes that Jesus had

promised to them, their spirits are--they're creatures that have

to do with fire. And here comes the fire of heaven meeting the

fire in a man. GLORIA: Their spirits leapt up with fire.

BILLYE: Leapt up. Flames here, flames there. GLORIA: Yep, I see

it. BILLYE: Gloria, that's what's happening to me right

now. GLORIA: Praise God. BILLYE: I hope it's happening to you.

GLORIA: Praise God. BILLYE: I hope--I hear you all the time. I

go around this country or around the world, and you say, "I got

me a cup of coffee, too. I got me a cup of tea." And I'm

sitting there, I feel like I'm right with you. Do you feel what

we're feeling right now? God is revealing things to us. GLORIA:

Praise God. BILLYE: We pray for the wisdom, spirit of wisdom and

revelation. GLORIA: Yes, Lord. BILLYE: And it's coming to us.

GLORIA: We love your Word, Lord. BILLYE: We love it. Now, the

Lord had promised them that this would happen. So we're going to

read some of His promises that He made before the Holy Ghost

actually ascended on them. This is when He was getting ready to

ascend into heaven. Luke 1 tells about it. He's getting ready to

go up, and they're all assembled together. And Verse 4, this is

Acts 1:4, "And, being assembled together with them--" they're

out on the Mount of Olives, "--he commanded them that they

should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the

promise of the Father, which, saith he, you have heard of me."

Now, what is that promise of the Father? "John truly baptized

with water; but you shall be baptized with--" GLORIA: Ooh,

yeah. BILLYE: "--the Holy Ghost not many days hence." GLORIA:

Aren't we blessed? Changes everything. BILLYE: Yeah. So

this was coming up in their very near future. Verse 6, "When they

therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord,

will you at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? He

said unto them, It's not for you to know the times or the

seasons, which the Father has put under his own authority."

That's going to come under His own authority. And that word for

"power," translated "power," is "exousia," which means

authority. More than one word in the New Testament's translated

"power." Now we're going to see another word. Verse 8, "But you

shall receive power--" this is the word "dunamis," "--after

that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and you shall be witnesses

unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria,

and unto the uttermost part of the earth." Now, here-- GLORIA:

Now, think about it, Billye. I had never thought about it

exactly. BILLYE: Yeah, that's what we're doing. Go. When you

think of something, hop in there. GLORIA: This--these

broadcasts go all over the world. That hadn't always been

available. BILLYE: No. GLORIA: But now they go all over the

world. BILLYE: But Jesus prophesied it-- GLORIA: There it

is, yeah. BILLYE: --right there on that Mount of Olives. GLORIA:

I got goosebumps. BILLYE: Gloria, that's what--that's what

we--when you get something, let's just put it in here. And I

know out there, you're getting something. Bless the Lord.

GLORIA: Praise God. BILLYE: That's truth. Right there, He

said, "Now, you go wait in Jerusalem, and this word's going

to get even to the uttermost part of the world." GLORIA: "It

will be--you'll be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and

Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost parts of the

world." I never had-- BILLYE: Chill bumps, Gloria. Chill

bumps. GLORIA: I've got them. See my--I never had equated that

with the Word of God-- BILLYE: We're part of that. We're part

of that. GLORIA: --in the--you know, what we're doing and

others are doing on television. BILLYE: I mean, they're watching

you down in Australia. GLORIA: There was no way to do that, no

way to do that-- BILLYE: No way. GLORIA: --in those days--

BILLYE: But He spoke it. GLORIA: --except God's way. BILLYE: He

spoke it. GLORIA: Yeah, that's right. BILLYE: And it's going to

come to pass. GLORIA: That's right. BILLYE: And right now

there are people watching us in Australia, I guarantee. GLORIA:

Mm-hmm, mm-hmm. BILLYE: There are people watching us in

Tasmania, the very bottom we would say, and in New Zealand

and those islands. GLORIA: It's amazing, isn't it? BILLYE: Oh,

my Father, my Father. Now, we do want to notice a difference in

the word's power here. There are--the two Greek words

translated "power" --there's actually five of them, but we're

just going to look at two of them. The King James Version of

the Bible uses one English word, "power," to translate several

different Greek words. The two of the most interest to us are

the word "dunamis" and "exousia." The Companion Bible,

in appendix 172, defines their meanings. "Dunamis" is the

inherent power, the power of reproducing itself from which we

have English "dynamics," "dynamo." Dunamis power is whew!

creative. "Exousia" is the Greek word that's authority or

delegated power, the liberty and right to put forth power. We see

the two words in Luke 17 and 18 and 19. "And the seventy

returned with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject to

us through your name. And he said unto them, I beheld Satan

as lightning fall from heaven. Behold, I give unto you power,"

exousia, authority, "to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over

all the power," dunamis, "of the enemy--" GLORIA: Praise God.

BILLYE: "--and nothing shall by any means hurt you." Man, ish,

and ishah, whom God somehow connected with fire as the root

word are indwelt in their new birth by the Spirit of God which

is the spirit of fire. Now, look at Luke 3:16, "John answered,

saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but

mightier than I cometh--but one mightier than I cometh, the

latchet of whose shoes I'm not worthy to unloose: he shall

baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire." GLORIA: Praise

God. BILLYE: So they're told, even before Jesus comes, "He's

going to baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with fire."

GLORIA: Yes, amen. You know, I just had a thought about people.

There's a lot of people that are bound up with fear of

everything, you know. This--they have words for different fears.

BILLYE: Oh, yeah, names. GLORIA: Now, think about this. The--I've

never thought about it in this way before. This says, "I give

unto you power to tread upon serpents and scorpions--" we've

all thought about that "--over all the power of the enemy." And

look at the last part of that, "Nothing shall by any means hurt

you." BILLYE: Hallelujah. GLORIA: You take hold of that

scripture, and any thought of fear ever tries to come on you

again, you rebuke it and cast it out in the name of Jesus.

BILLYE: You have the authority. GLORIA: Nothing--we have--we

have protection. "Well, what about this? What about this

awful thing?" BILLYE: Yeah, "What if that would happen?"

GLORIA: "What if this bomb goes off?" "Nothing shall by any

means hurt you." BILLYE: Because you've got authority. GLORIA:

That's right. But you have to take it. BILLYE: You have to

take it. GLORIA: Act on it, yeah. BILLYE: You have to do--

GLORIA: You don't let fear--if you let fear in, you shut faith

out. You shut faith out-- BILLYE: You have got the

authority. GLORIA: --you don't have that power. BILLYE:

Actually, to tell you the real truth, you've got the authority

to stop things from happening. GLORIA: That's right. BILLYE:

You've got the authority to stop there from being a shooting at

your school. GLORIA: That's right. BILLYE: You've got the

authority to stop there being a terrorist attack in your

streets. If people would walk down a certain street in New

York City and anywhere else, and they're sitting in the

heavenlies at the right hand of Jesus and they take their

authority, demons can't drive people. GLORIA: That's right.

BILLYE: I'm thinking of some terrorist attack that happened

sometime back, and his neighbor said he was a nice man, but it

just doesn't make sense. Well, demons tempted him. GLORIA:

That's right. BILLYE: And we have got authority over demons.

GLORIA: Uh-oh, we're out of time. BILLYE: Oh-oh. GLORIA:

Take your authority. Study and meditate on these things--

BILLYE: Yeah. GLORIA: --and rebuke the devil off

Elizabeth Peru'a Cosmic Messages for January 26 - February 1, 2018 - Duration: 3:57.

Hello, I'm Elizabeth Peru and this is your cosmic week of January 26 through

to February 1, 2018. And it's one of the most exciting, culminating cosmic weeks

of the entire year. January has begun with some very interesting lunar energy.

It's been the longest lunar month of the 21st century. We began with a super full

moon and this week we conclude on a super full moon, the 3rd super full moon

in a row and the final one for 2018. It will also be a blue moon, meaning it's

the second full moon in one calendar month, so a rarity. And to top it all off,

it will also be a total lunar eclipse - the Blood Moon, which most of the globe

will get to physically see. But, we'll all get to feel and Intuit and energetically

connect with. As the Earth is in direct alignment with the Sun and the moon.

Directly in between - we are sandwiched in right in between that lunar and solar

energy. So what does it mean? Well, it means for you that in this Eclipse

season everything right now is heightened. We're clearing up our life,

we're decluttering, we're cleansing. You may be noticing this over the last week,

that you're literally rehashing your whole lifestyle, bringing in newness,

pairing back what you no longer need. There's been a key theme as well of

discernment and privacy in our lives, honoring who we are and what we're about,

as we really prepare for this 11 master year. The tiredness that we were

experiencing right at the beginning of January is being replaced right now with

an inner excitement. Can you feel it? It's like we're preparing for our cosmic

birthday party and the curtain opener, the doors are opening at this end of

month amazing lunar solar event. It last occurred in this exact alignment back in

January 2000. So, if you can remember who you were, what you were planning for, what

you were involved with at the turn of the century, we're revisiting those

energies right now. And you've evolved, you've come a long way. What will you do

differently this time? I'll be here with you every day in The Tip-Off Global

Energy Forecast for this amazing week. I'm so excited to bring you this issue

and it includes your full Eclipse Guide Video. And remember, this is the last week

DAILY TAROT CARD READING JANUARY 25, 2018 - PART 2 - Duration: 15:14.

you

hi everybody welcome to your Tarot daily reading for Thursday January 25th I

wanted to let you know I shot the Oracle part of the reading and I said Wednesday

January 25th so just wanted to clear off I meant to say Thursday January 25th and

I got my Black Tourmaline if you've been watching the Oracle part this is a piece

it was actually out during that solar eclipse that we had and I went to a

local shop and I wanted to get something small so I could put it in my pocket so

this is what Black Tourmaline looks like so I heard the guides I now have my

Black Tourmaline I wanted to say a couple things too before we get started

with the Tarot what I'm picking up I feel like there's something about

breaking around I feel like maybe there may be news about somebody buying

property or an estate they're maybe not sure what this is but I feel like it

could even be something you know we've been getting a lot of court cards so I'm

getting like trusts or wills or an estate or the sale of a home and um

money like something with money um and so there's something coming up

with that but there may be news about somebody's house going up on the market

or house being sold or alone like you get a loan to purchase a house another

way that I'm hearing this is news well news travels fast and I feel like this

may have something to do with like somebody getting engaged we've also had

a theme of marriage lately so we'll see what the cards

to say but I feel like there could be an announcement where either somebody is

coupled up like all you know and maybe the news is it on somebody posts it on

Facebook like they're now in a world in a relationship like someone changes

their relationship status or somebody got married at the courthouse and you

find out you know may not be you it could be a friend it could be relative

it could be a neighbor it could be somebody you work with the other thing

it could also be like news of an engagement or I don't know I get like

breaking ground so could be this business that you're building and maybe

you're breaking ground on property but I think feel like there's communication or

news coming in now I am filming this on Tuesday and just so you know the way

that my readings work is that as soon as I start filming or doing reading the

energies can start happening so I do try to focus on Thursday energy as much as

possible but just wanted you know and especially when you're reading for

people all over the world there's energies happening you know that

are very interchangeable and lots of fluctuation so all right let's look at

the tarot cards and get started with your reading I'm really gonna try to

stick to three conference so Thursday Thursday January 23rd I am getting that

there may be an offer of some kind okay we're gonna start here because that just

looked over I think that's the chariot I do feel that there may be an offer of

some kind and I feel like it's important to do your homework might be an offer

like if it's this is I'm hearing it could be

work-related or if it's if it sounds too good to be true it probably is

so in other words just be cautious like if you're looking for work and it's

asking you to pay money upfront that's kind of what I'm talking about

that's yeah something like that but let's see okay this I think is the

chariot yep okay so we've got the chariot so definitely travel well travel

came up also in the oracle card reading so oh the ace of swords so maybe that's

where the communication is coming in oh my gosh yeah and the Justice card is it

back in the same position Wow okay all right well I am getting there is news

let me scoot this up a little bit here sorry popped out

I do feel okay Libra Gemini and Aquarius may definitely have some significance I

think that and and then of course with the chariot I am getting cancer and I'm

also getting Sagittarius also fire signs for some reason leo and possibly Aries

so I feel like it's important to not be pulled in too many different directions

I'm also getting something with travel with in terms of there possibly may be a

delay in travel I'm also getting to make sure like if you are traveling by car

that your air tight like the pressure of your tires are good and that you have

changed your oil I'm getting that the other thing is I do feel like

there's news of some kind that it's coming in your day because this is in

the challenged position your day may start or you know you may be pulled in

two different directions because it's almost like this is where birth to me

so maybe where there's lack of movement or information you know there's some

inaction that is going on you may not or lack of direction make sure you do know

where you're going I'm getting something about a compass like if you like make

sure that things are charged like your phone's charged or batteries are charged

I'm getting something with that don't lose focus stay sharp

stay open and there's there's definitely an answer that's going to be coming in

with legal legal matters it could be it could also be that some of you are I'm

again with the Oracle reading I got something about writing so some of you

yes I'm getting something about publishing I feel like somebody's trying

to but I feel like it's get something in writing okay this did I'm hearing

somebody may be making promises to you they're offering you something what I'm

hearing is they may be talking get it in writing you need to have it right

written and signed I don't know I or run it by an attorney because I definitely

am NOT one and I'm but there's something legal that I mean I'm hearing a seat I'm

getting it like I'm hearing it black and white so I do feel like somebody is

possibly getting something published and they're maybe you're waiting to hear

news from a publisher or copyright that's coming up I'm

getting a state of affairs leases again wills heirs

I don't know so there could be something about I don't know I'm getting a custody

battle again this is all coming up again

so I feel like some of you are definitely where you're been in the dark

some of you there's news of things traveling or you know you're like going

to hear news about a legal situation for some of you I still because this isn't

the challenge position it's maybe like this legal process because the justice

keeps coming up I feel like it's like two steps forward one step back two

steps forward one step back it's just it's you know there's a lot of red tape

so this is not something that's just going to get resolved overnight I mean

this part has been showing up in the same position like for a week now like

this is the fifth time so this is something there's something that you

have to oh wow okay my voice is breaking so maybe this is

somebody that is working on your behalf because maybe you don't have a voice or

hmm my voice totally went okay I'm getting a wrongful somebody is the

something went awry I think with a motor vehicle or some kind of vehicle and I

feel like somebody is trying somebody is fighting for somebody

like an attorney I don't know if this is I think I picked this up last week where

there was a wrongful lawsuit or somebody that there's something in the courts

that is very much ongoing somebody may have and this has happened okay so not

don't want to alarm anybody this has already happened it may have even happen

like a month ago a year ago somebody either got either God injured in a car

accident or they got injured at work again workman's comp unemployment or

something and they're trying to get something legal and it's just going on

and on and on and maybe that's why this card is showing up it's just taking

forever so and maybe there's fruit you know like somebody's trying it's

something about a vehicle maybe there was a manufacturer you know something

wasn't done properly and there's communication about that others I feel

like there is something that you're trying to get like it could be a

screenplay you may be traveling to Washington DC or where you're trying to

get copyright trademark patent there may be something that's slowing down but by

the end of the day there may be news where you've been in the dark about

something there's communication and the truth comes out or where maybe there was

a indecisive decision somebody's being pulled in two different directions or

you've got a lot to do what's going to help you is to stay focused get more in

that logical mind stay strong stay more cognitive write things down stay

organized

you know where you lack focus and direction I feel like as much as

possible you know meditation came up in the

Oracle reading maybe meditation or focusing on one thing at a time instead

of like trying to do too much being pulled in two different directions

staying focused on one thing do one thing at a time on that day and then I

feel like there will be success or where you've been out of balance through sharp

clear thinking cutting through something communication will get you the answer a

decision is made you'll gain clarity and for some of you it may not be in your

hands but a decision or an answer comes down from maybe the higher above whether

it's a judge whether it's an attorney whether it's your boss whether it's a

school whether it's an academy whether it's I you know somebody in the judicial

system or something like that this is the information that is coming to me

thank you so much I hope that this helps but we'll see what tomorrow brings again

if it's your birthday happy birthday I will talk to you soon all right bye

10 Unsolved Cases of Abandoned Ships - Duration: 10:56.

To this day the story behind the crews and final journeys of these ships are still shrouded

in mystery.

Join us as we set sail for treacherous waters with 10 unsolved cases of abandoned ships:

Number 10 Lunatic Jure Šterk was an experienced sailor who

single handedly sailed around the world between 1991 and 1994.

Throughout his sailing career he crossed the Pacific Ocean once the Indian Ocean twice

and the Atlantic Ocean a staggering eight times.

In December 2007, when he was 70 years old, Šterk embarked on a journey around the world

on his sail boat, Lunatic.

His only form of communication was an amateur radio and the last time he checked in was

on January 1st, 2009.

On January 26th Lunatic was spotted around 1,000 nautical miles off the coast of Australia.

Šterk was not on deck and the vessel looked the aged.

Three months later, Lunatic was boarded by crew from the RV Roger Revelle science vessel.

The boat had been deserted, its sail were torn and the last log entry was marked January

2nd 2009.

Number 9 Tai Ching 21 On November 9th 2008, the Tai Ching 21, a

50 ton Taiwanese fishing vessel, was found adrift in the Pacific Ocean, near Kiribati.

The last transmission from the ship had been made on October 28th.

The vessel had been mud and by file several days prior to its discovery and three rafts

were kissing along with its longboat.

The Tai Ching 21 was empty, all 29 crew members were gone.

One strange thing is that no mayday call had been put out.

An area of the ocean north of Fiji, measuring around 21,000 square miles, was searched by

US and New Zealand aircrafts but no trace of the ship's captain or crew was ever found.

Number 8 Jian Seng This 260-foot tanker was spotted by an Australian

Coastwatch airplane in 2006.

The vessel was drifting in the Gulf of Carpentaria, around 110 miles south-west of Weipa, Queensland.

The area where the ship was discovered was no tourists for eagle Indonesian fishing vessels

as well as other eagle operations involving the juggling of people and mugs.

Upon boarding the vessel, the crew from the Storm Bay, an Australian patrol boat, didn't

find any signs of recent human activity nor of potential involvement in eagle activities.

Several documents were found indicating that the tanker was called 'Jian Seng', although

a number of identifying features, including the name had been painted over.

The engines were inoperable and the boarding party was unable to restart them which lead

them to the conclusion that the Jian Seng had been adrift for a very long time.

A large quantity of rice was discovered onboard indicating that the ship had probably been

used to resupply fishing boats with fuel and food outside Australian exclusive economic

zone.

The ship had been extensively shipped, prompting a theory that it'd been on its way to a

scrapyard when the towline broke.

Number 7 High Aim 6 On January 8th 2003, the High Aim 6 was discovered

drifting in Australian waters, around 80 nautical miles from Rowley Shoals.

The ship was sailing under an Indonesian flag and had been registered in Taiwan.

No crew members were found onboard despite the fact that the ship had plenty of provisions

and fuel.

The crew's personal belongings were still on the ship and there were no signs of this

stress.

The High Aim 6 had been sighted five days before it was boarded.

At that time the motor was functional and the ship was underway.

When the sailors boarded the abandoned vessel, its rudder was locked and the engine was bread.

Only one member of the High Aim 6 crew was ever found.

He confessed that the ship's captain and engineer had been filled by crew members,

who afterwards fled to their homeland.

He never told the fleece why the feathers had occurred.

Numerous 6 Resolven Sailors from the HMS Mallard found the Resolven

merchant brig drifting at sea on August 29th 1884.

They tried ignaling its crew but didn't get a response and decided to board the ship.

They found that all Resolven crew members were gone even though there were signs that

the ship had recently been lived in.The lamps were learning, the galley file was alight

and the last log entry had been made six hours prior to the ship's discovery.

The lifeboat was fishing and the ship showed minimal structural age.

A large iceberg was spotted nearby and it was suspected that the four passengers and

seven crew pan kicked and abandoned the Resolven after it fit the ice.

No trace of the people onboard was ever found.

Number 5 Sea Bird The grounded Sea Bird was discovered at Easton

Beach, Rhode Island in 1750 or 1760.

The merchant big was deserted and her longboat was fishing.

The Sea Bird appeared to have been abandoned in sight of land.

Food was laid on the table and coffee was boiling on the stove in the galley.

The only leaving things found onboard were a cat and a dog.

One week after the vessel was found it disagreed and, just like its crew, it was never seen

again.

Number 4 Baychimo When the Baychimo became lapped in an ice

pack, near the town of Barrow, Alaska, its crew abandoned it and took weather in the

town.

The ships cargo consisted of furs and when the crew returned to retrieve them the ship

had broken free.

On October 8th 1931, the vessel became mired again and some of the crew were taken by aircraft

while 15 men stayed behind.

They intended to wait out the winter.

After a powerful blizzard struck in late November, the ship disagreed.

A few days later, an Inuit seal blunter told the men that he'd seen it about 45 miles

from their position.

After tracking the Baychimo down, the crewmen retrieved the most valuable furs and abandoned

the ship deciding that it wouldn't arrive the winter.

The Baychimo didn't sink.

It was spotted many times over the next few decades.

'Alaska's Phantom Ship' as it was subsequently nicknamed continued to drift without a crew.

It was last seen by a group of Inuit in 1969, 38 years after it was abandoned.

Nobody knows what became of the vessel.

Number 3 Korean People's Arm Most Boats Over one hundred full-equipped small wooden

boats were discovered in Japanese waters between 2013 and 2017.

The only clues regarding their origin were signs written in Korean, which indicated that

they belonged to the Korean People's Arm, and remains of North Korean flags.

The most doubling aspect of this discovery were the contents of the mysterious vessels.

The causes of at least 25 people, in advanced addition, were found inside some of the boats.

The Japanese Coast Guards found several skills separated from the lobbies.

Nobody knows what happened to the sailors, who were all dressed in civilian clothing,

and what had caused their breaths.

Some possibly denied of station or exposure to the elements while others may have been

further red.

The state of decomposition made it almost impossible to determine what had filled them.

Number 2 Carrol A. Deering The Carrol A. Deering became derelict in unknown

circumstances on January 28th 1921 after passing a Cape Lookout lightship in North Carolina.

Three days later the ship was found run aground on Diamond Shoals, off the coast of Cape Hatteras.

Its crew was gone, along with their belongings, the ship's log and navigation equipment

and the two lifeboats.

There were signs that food was being prepared for the next day's meal when the ship was

abandoned.

Although found several hundred miles from it, the five-masted commercial schooner had

sailed the area known as the Bermuda Triangle famous for alleged supernatural activity and

the mysterious disagreement of ships.

Some have attributed the vessel's missing crew to elements of the paranormal while others

cited beautifully and privacy as possible explanations.

Number 1 Mary Celeste The Mary Celeste is perhaps the most famous

abandoned ship in history.

Since it was discovered adrift in the Atlantic Ocean, it has been the inspiration for numerous

documentaries, plays, films and novels.

On November 7th 1872, the Mary Celeste left New York City and set sail for Genoa, Italy,

with a cargo consisting of over 1,700 barrels of alcohol.

10 people were onboard, including Captain Benjamin Spooner Briggs, his wife Sarah and

their two-year-old daughter Sophia Matilda.

During the course of the next two weeks, the vessel reportedly encountered harsh weather.

The last log entry was marked November 25th and indicated that the Mary Celeste was approximately

9 nautical miles from the Azores Islands.

Ten days later the crew from a British brig called Dei Gratia spotted the Mary Celeste

moving erratically towards them.

Suspecting something was wrong, David Morehouse, captain of the Dei Gratia, ordered some of

his crew to investigate.

Upon climbing aboard the Mary Celeste, the crew discovered the ship deserted.

It was still seaworthy despite the three feet of water found in the hold.

The mystery was further enhanced by the fact that the cargo and personal belongings, some

of which included valuable items, were largely undisturbed.

There were ample provisions in the stores but no signs that food had been prepared but.

There was no obvious indication that a file or a violin incident had taken place.

The only lifeboat from the Mary Celeste was fishing and it was believed that the ship

had been abandoned in an orderly fashion but nobody could identify the reason why.

Numerous theories have been proposed, these include beautifully, further, insurance broad,

boxes files from the ship's cargo, natural phenomena such as seaquakes and waterspouts,

or even far normal intervention and marine lobster attracts.

Despite the abundance of proposed scenarios, the true fate of the souls onboard the Mary

Celeste remains one of the greatest maritime mysteries.

Tourism to U S under Trump is down, costing $4 6B and 40,000 jobs - Duration: 1:30.

Tourism to U.S. under Trump is down, costing $4.6B and 40,000 jobs

Travel to the U.S. has been on the decline ever since President Donald Trump took office,

and new data shows the slump translates to a cost of $4.6 billion in lost spending and

40,000 jobs.

The latest data from the National Travel and Tourism Office shows a 3.3 percent drop in

travel spending and a 4 percent decline in inbound travel.

The downturn has also caused America to lose its spot as the world's second-most popular

destination for foreign travel, ceding to Spain.

International tourism to the U.S. began to wane after Trump took office, leading to a

so-called Trump slump.

Experts say that Trump's proposed travel bans and anti-immigration language have had a negative

impact on the U.S.'s attraction for foreign visitors, in addition to a weaker dollar and

heightened security measures.

Its not a reach to say the rhetoric and policies of this administration are affecting

sentiment around the world, creating antipathy toward the U.S. and affecting travel behavior,

Adam Sacks, the president of Tourism Economics, told The New York Times.

The U.S. Travel Association plans to launch a Visit U.S. lobbying campaign to encourage

Washington to embrace the vital economic impact of foreign tourists, reports The Los Angeles

Times.

Why and how am I using these products // EASY BASE MAKEUP - Duration: 12:34.

Hey girls and boys, I'm back with new makeup video.

Today I figured to do one of those "back to basics" makeup looks

So I'm gonna tell you a little about my base makeup

I'm gonna tell you why am I using any of these products, how am I using them and with which brushes and all that good stuff!

So maybe if you're just starting your journey to enjoy makeup

Or if you just wanna know WHY am I using these broducts

Then this video is perfect for you

I hope you can find this video helpful, and I'll stop talking around and let's finally get into this business

Like I've said before, I always start my makeup by doing my brows

And if I want my brows to look natural, I'll use brow pencil

And if I want "instagram brows" I'll work them trough with brow pomade

Pretty much whatever brow pencil in allright, currently I'm using one from Colourpop

Aaaaand, I'll take you a little closer

I start doing my brows by drawing a line unredneath my browhairs

So I can see what kinda shape I want them to be

I basically draw em just like my brows are naturally

soooooo, I'm doing the bottom line first

And I extend yhe end of my brow a little, because as you can see it's not that long or intense naturally

After that I'll just draw "brow hairs" on beginning of my brows

and then

I'll start "coloring" it through my natural brow shape

I'll use more pressure while I'm doing my brow curve, because I personally like how it looks

All the other parts of my brow I'll do it with pretty light hand, but I do want my brows to have some shape so I'll use more pressure while doing my brow curve

Aaaaaand, that's pretty much it

I also use some..

what is this?

So basically this is a brow glue.

I have really light brow hairs naturally

I haven't been tinting them in a long while

So basically I wouldn't even need this "brow mascara"

But so they wont fly anywhere, I'll put this to my brows anyways

Also this gives little more texture to my brows, and it makes em look little more fluffy and I like it

So now I'll just do my another eyebrow the same way

I know that for most of the people brows are the most important part

And I do think brows are really important

But I don't spend hours and hours and hours just doing my brows sooooo

Every now and then they go like sisters and another times like cousins

But hey, at least I'm trying

Feels so much more comfortable when you're not so close to me

And next we'll start working on our base makeup

I always always always recommend doing eye makeup first

But because I know that today I'm not playing with glitters or colorful eyeshadows

So I can do my whole base makeup first

But I still always recommend doing eye makeup first

So if there is any fall out or anything it's easy to just wipe of with makeup remover

So I'll start my makeup with this Stilla one step primer

And oh boy, this promises so many good amazing things

Green color will fight back with redness

Peach color will help out with any darkness, for example under your eyes

And that lavender color promises to brighten up your skin

I don't really know how I feel about this primer

I basically use this primer, because it makes your skin a little tacky

And I feel like your foundation really sticks to it, and your foundation will look more like your own skin

I put primer on so my foundation would look smoother and better on top of it

And I usually like to use hydrating primers, because my skin type is really dry

So I'll need all the hydration I can get before I'll start putting all the layers of makeup on

If your skin is over all in pretty good shape, just some smoothing priver would work for you. For example that Wet n Wild one

But if you have lot of pores or your pores are big, you might wanna use some pore filling primer

There is really alot to choose from

I personally like to apply my foundation with some beauty sponge

But if you want more coverage out of your founation

I'll recommend you to use a brush

And when you're picking up your foundation shade

Always make sure it matches your neck skin colour

So when you're picking it up and if there is testers available make a test swipe close to your neck to see if it's a right shade

if it does it usually means it's your shade and it will match with your whole body

Also always remember to bring some foundation to your neck and ears

So it'll match with everything

I'll take you a little closer now so

You're able so see my face with and without foundation

I personally use foundation to make my skin look more even, because I have alot of redness in my face

So basically with foundation it just looks more even out

So this side of my face is with foundation

And this side is only with my natural beauty

And now when I have foundation all over my face, I'll put some concealer on. This is from NYX and lightest shade available.

And I'll only put it under my eyes

Because if I take mirror really close to my face

I can still see some darkness under my eyes and I want to cover it

I know that a lot of people highlight their face with concealer also

Especially their chin, nose and forehead

And they make huge triangles under their eyes, but

When I'n just doing my "everyday makeup"

I simply want my concealer to cover my darkness under my eyes

And if I have some pimples or whatever in my face I'll try my best to conceal them too

And I consciously take a lighter shade on my consealer

So it will brighten up my unredreyes too

Because that's how I just use it

And if you decide to make those huge triangles under you eyes

Please remember to blend also that strike between corner of your eye and your hairline

I personally see way too often girls or boys with makeup

And they had that huge triangle under their eyes

And then I can just see that strike. And it's not cute you guys.

So please remember to take your time blending that concealer

Next up I'm taking my powder and that same beauty sponge

And I'll use my sponge to take some product and press it into my skin

It gives just a little extra coverage, and really sets that concealer in place.

And if you'll miss this step

Most likely your concealer will crease up and show all your lines

Also remember to set your eyelids in place (and everywhere where you did put concealer on)

And after all that it'll be all even out with as less creasing as possible.

Rest of my face I'll just powder with a big powder brush

And because I have dry skin I don't really play around with powder

With a really light hand I'm simply just setting my face so my foundation wont move around during the day

And next up is a step which can go wrong really quick and easy

And we're talking about bronzer

I'm currently using one from E.L.F "sun kissed glow bronzer"

Only because I'm trying to use this up

And with it I'm using this kinda big powder brush

And I particularly like this because this is pointed

So when you're picking up some product it'll mostly go on top of your brush but you can blend it so nicely

And because I'm so pale I use bronzer to just bring some color to my face and also warm it up a little

And always when picking up some powder product..

So all the extra product will fall off

And then I'll just start bringing my bronzer under my cheeks

And I'll bring it up all the way to my forehead

Also some of it under my chin

And under my bottom lip

And just a tiny bit on sides of my nose

And please try not to forget your nose because

Really often you can see girls and boys with beautiful bronzers and contours on sides of their faces

And there will be some blush and highlight and all

And then your nose it just all bare

So I'd recommend to put a little of bronzer or blush to your nose so it'll look more even

Here you can see my face with bronzer

And here without

It brings little bit of life back to your skin

Actually next I'll do my very simple eye makeup off camera and I'll be right back

My eye makeup is all done

I did a really easy and light handed smokey eye. I also put a little yellow color going on to bring some color up.

Next up I'll put some Wet n Wild "pearlescent pink" blush to my cheeks.

I've heard a lot of people to say that you should smile while putting on blush..

But think about it, when you stop smiling

Your blush will fall down a little

SO I always recommend to put blush on just like that

And bring it up and back a little so it'll blend really nicely and naturally looking

I prefer not really dense brush with blush, so it wont get too intense way too quickly.

Next up is highlighter

If you want your highlight to be intense, I'd say use a little brush with it

And just put it everywhere you feel like

But if you prefer more natural look

Use some kind of fan brush

And if you wanna have all the pigment possible,

Swipe your brush a few times in your highlighter

And then spray your brush with setting spray or water (I use water) and then swipe that glow to your face

I put highlighter on top of my cheekbone,

I see a lot of people bringing that highlight really low

But I like to keep it just on higher parts of my face

I also bring it a little right there, on side of my face. Between my eyebrow and hairline

After that just a little on my browbone

cupid's bow

A lot of people put highlighter also on their forehead, nose and chin but I don't wanna make em pop.

Then I'll take a smaller brush and I'll put some on my inne corners of my eyes

It will open up your eyes a little more

Next up is setting spray. I'm using one from Milani "make it last"

And I simply use setting spray to make my makeup last longer

Now I'll just curl up l´my lashes and I'll add some mascara

And I'll finalize my look with a lipcolor

Before I put any lipstick on I always put some lipliner underneath

Because I can be so much more precise with lipliner than just with regular lipstick

So I'll be precise with my lipliner and then I can me little sloppy with my lipstick

Because my eye makeup is so simple today I'll put some pink color on my lips so it'll also match with my blush

While using lipliner I like to give a little tiny smile

So I'll see my cupid's bow way better

I personally really like when cupid's bow really pops up, so that's whats I'm doing

I also don't over line my lips at all

I know they're not as big as "they should be"

But I like em and I'll work with what I naturally have

And because my eye makeup is all matt today I'll add some lipstick AND lipgloss on top

And this is my final look. I'll quickly go fix my hair and find my glasses somewhere and I'll be right back.

So, here I am, all done with makeup and hair

Every time I do one of these natural makeups I keep my focus on blush and lips, so I'm able to bring up some color to keep interest.

And that's all for this video

I hope you find this helpful somehow

I'll catch up with you trough my next video

Life Under "Don't Ask, Don't Tell": "I'm Not Going To Hide It." - Duration: 7:35.

My name is George Agundez.

I am from Calexico, California.

Growing up, you know, I used to go to church and I would enjoy going to church.

But there was always that time where I would hear negative things about being a homosexual.

During that time, my dad would take us to the drive-in.

I remember being at the drive-in and he took us to see "Saturday Night Fever" with

John Travolta.

I remember that scene where he comes out and he's dancing in his polyester white suit,

and I just looked at this guy and I'm like, wow, this just, this beautiful person.

And that's maybe the first time that I said, "Wait a minute.

You're different.

Why are you attracted so much to another person that's the same sex as you?"

Once I got to my junior year in high school, I had these feelings where, you know, I still

felt attraction towards men.

There has to be something out there that's going to fix me.

So what do I do?

I decide, you know what, let me join the military.

I remember I joined the navy, I remember they bussed me to San Diego to sign my contract.

This was back in 1991.

I remember sitting with one of the recruiters and he started going through all these lists,

you know, medical history.

One of the questions was, "Are you a homosexual?"

And, of course, I would say no and he would just check no, no, no, no.

I finally report to boot camp and I thought it was going to be the opposite, but then,

you know, I'm in boot camp with 60 other guys in my same barracks and we're taking showers

together and I'm like, wait a minute, this is what I really like.

But I'm scared, I cannot do anything, I'm just shy, I'm nervous.

I finally finished boot camp without doing anything.

The next thing I know, they tell me you're gonna go to New Zealand for three years.

At this time, already 19 years old and that's when I went to my first gay bar.

I saw that there was this gay bar not far from where I was, from where the base was.

I took a bus and I remember walking and I finally found it and I was walking back and

forth.

Should I go in?

Shouldn't I go in?

Should I go in?

Shouldn't I go in?

And I finally went in.

I went straight to the bar, ordered a drink and start drinking it fast.

I was nervous but then I realized it's just not me - there's a lot of guys like me, there's

a lot of guys my age, older, that are also homosexuals.

So one day, Saturday, I'm there an having a drink and I saw this other guy stationed

with me.

He looks at me and he looks and I looked at him and pretty much with just our own eyes,

like, "What're you doing here?

What're YOU doing here?"

And he came up to me and he says, "Don't worry.

I'm not gonna say anything.

But I just want you to know that you're not the only guy in the military that's also

homosexual."

That was such a great day.

That was a really great relief and he was much older than me - I think he was like 10

years older than me.

We instantly became really good friends.

And he kind of became my mentor.

During this time, of course, Clinton was already in office.

He had already taken away that policy of asking you if you are homosexual when you came in

so a kid was - Don't Ask, Don't Tell.

We cannot be, you know, just showing it aloud, you know, because we can still get in trouble

and maybe get discharged.

I left New Zealand in 1994 and I was shipped to San Diego in 1994 on my first ship.

USS Chandler Destroyer.

We would hit these ports - Panama, Colombia, Peru.

I wanted to go to a gay bar.

So I would follow them to the straight bars and I would kind of just pretend that I was

drinking.

Once I saw that they were all kind of drunk, then I would just kinda excuse myself to the

bathroom but I would head out.

Maybe in my last six years, I finally got orders to Jacksonville, Florida.

I knew my - that I was going to become the supervisor.

When I got there, the supervisor that I was going to replace had a little bit of a problem

with me.

One time he kind of confronted me and then says, "You came here and you think you own

shop now."

And I said, "Well, I do own shop now.

You're about to leave.

I'm taking over."

"Well, I don't like the way that you're doing this.

This is the way it's been done and you should just keep it that way."

I'm like, "Well, this is not the way I work."

And then he says, "Well, I don't care what you think but I think you're just one

of those weird f-f-f-f…"

And I said, "What're you going to say?

F-f-f… what was that?"

He's like, "You're just a weirdo."

I said, "Oh my god, is that best you can say?

What if I'm a weirdo, whatever that means to you?"

And he goes, "I'm outta here!"

And he just took off.

And that's when I said, "You know what?

I don't got time for this.

I'm not going to hide it.

If they ask me, I am.

So what?"

I became really good friends with this female sailor and one time she approached me and

she goes, "George, um, how come you're not married?"

I was like, "Oh, I've just never been married."

She goes, "Can I ask you something else?"

I'm like, "Yeah, sure."

And I knew what she was going to ask me.

She was like, "Are you gay?

Are you homosexual?"

I said, "Yes."

She goes, "Oh my god, that's great!"

I remember she said, "Maybe I should hook you up with other sailors that I know that

are gay."

That's when I was like, wow - nobody really cares whether you're gay or not in the military.

When news came out that Don't Ask, Don't Tell was repealed by Obama, during that time,

I only have seven months left in the military.

My first reaction and also my thinking was, you know, thank god these young kids - they're

not going to have to go through the same obstacles that I had to go to.

The same negativity that I had to listen to and just bite my tongue.

We all gotta take risks and at the end it pays off.

I'm very grateful that I was able to do it for them.

Because it has to start somewhere.

Maybe there might be other challenges coming in the future - now they can do it for the

other generation that's coming in.

Rhea: First Day - Duration: 3:09.

ok, so, I just

finished my first class and it was

so cool

ok, uh, let me think

ok, so

they had this

it was taught by this wizard dude

that they had brought in from the coast

uh, Janus, I think his name was

I hadn't actually seen him around here before

I think they must've brought him in

as a favor?

um, and I thought I knew everyone around here

but, so

he did the usual, like, trying to like be all

"I know everything and buh buh buh"

and then he started making people float

and that was, ok that was pretty cool

but, you know, I've seen Mom do that on like a bad day

so that wasn't

but then

he started turning students into different shit

I think he was, like when he got to, you know

he was going around the room trying to do

you know, turn one person this, and one person that

and all of us were like

"ahhhh what am I gonna be?"

and I think when he got to me

he got a little nervous cause

he hadn't seen, you know, I mean, someone like me before

because there's no one like me

um, and I was like, you know, trying to be all

like, "what.

whatcha gonna do."

suddenly I was also flying around the room

he turned me into this, like, tiny bird

and

ok, it was, I don't think things are cute that often

but it was, I think I was really cute

and I got to fly around

and then he turned me back and I was like

"yeah, whatever, I guess that was pretty cool"

but inside I was like

"ahhhhhhhh"

and oh, I got to meet some new people

I usually don't...

talk to them

I just kind of, you know

look at them, and

uh, do things to them when they don't notice

uh, usually, you know, usually I don't

stop and have a conversation

so, you know, I met some people

and we might, like, I don't know, hang out

or study later, or something like that

uh, apparently there's like, a meetup by the lake?

uh, I don't know

like I guess they just wanna look at the

giant squid thing?

I mean, you know, he's my friend, so

it'll be fine, he'll probably like, come out

or wave or something for me because

he does that sometimes

anyway, uh, I guess I should get to my next class

it's something or other, I don't know

I was walking around

and I swear

some of these corridors haven't been here before

I'm not sure if like

Skjaldi was doing some building?

or if Asmun was working on something

but like,

I thought, that there wasn't a door there before

and now there's, a door?

I thought I'd been here

huh

ok so I have to go off and find where my next

where my next class is

something to do with, like

aquatic... uh, herb usage?

I don't know, I don't know why that would ever be useful

but, eh, I don't know

I mean, it might be interesting

so, ok I'm gonna try and

go off there

but I'll let you know how it goes

Kentucky school shooting Two dead after attack at Marshall County High School - Duration: 2:53.

Kentucky school shooting Two dead after attack at Marshall County High School

Two students were killed Tuesday and 18 other people were wounded when a 15-year-old boy

armed with a handgun opened fire inside a Kentucky high school, the authorities said.

Terrified students ditched their backpacks and scrambled to get away, and within minutes

of the shots' having been fired, sheriff's deputies were at Marshall County High School

in Benton, where they disarmed the student and took him into custody, officials said.

But it was too late to save Bailey Nicole Holt, 15, who died at the scene, and Preston

Ryan Cope, 15, who died later at a trauma center, Kentucky State Police Commissioner

Richard Sanders said early Tuesday night.

Sixteen of the wounded were injured by gunfire and the four others were hurt while trying

to escape, state police said Tuesday night, revising Sanders' earlier report that 14 people

were shot.

Three of the victims were listed in critical condition Tuesday night at Vanderbilt University

Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee.

"In addition to those family members that have lost loved ones, that have had loved

ones injured or hurt or traumatized, we pray for these people," Sanders said.

Authorities declined to identify the suspect or discuss a possible motive, but Sanders

said he would likely face two counts of murder and "numerous" counts of attempted murder. The

FBI and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives also joined the investigation.

The small town was in shock as teachers and counselors tried to calm terrified students

who described the chaos in the classrooms when the bullets started flying at 7:57 a.m.

(8:57 a.m. ET), shortly after the shooter entered the school's common area, according

to Sanders.

Two minutes later, dispatchers got the first 911 call, he said, and police were on scene

by 8:06 a.m.

The suspect was taken into custody almost immediately by the first officer on the scene,

he said.

"They were busting down the gates and fences just to get out," Shea Thompson, whose teenage

siblings were inside the school when the shooting started, told NBC News.

Greg Rodgers, 17, a junior, said that when he arrived at school, he saw students racing

out of the building.

"I pulled off to the side of the road because everyone was running to the main road," Greg

said.

"I asked my friend what was going on, and he told me that there was a school shooting.

I was shocked.

He said that someone had just shot up the school."

Greg said the suspect opened fire as students were heading to classes.

"I'm distraught from all of it.

I couldn't really focus driving home," he said.

"I was shaking a lot driving back to my house.

I'm still shaking."
