I could use tissue papers but not here.

It keeps running even though I blow my nose.

Unstable connection state again? Why?

I am in my company.

After getting to work, I have practiced and looked over about tour

And now i am on break.

While i am at it, I am taking v-live.

We came back from Hong kong.. oh i take it back

We are going to go Taiwan and Hongkong and

It's been a week after coming back from Singapore.

We had a blast in Singapore

First time that we had an individual performance. It was a pretty meaningful session.

The stage expanded with more performances and songs

In that our new album is released.

So it was really nice and fun.

"Your individual performance was so nice" -Thank you.

We were really worried about An individual performances.

On Thailand tour, We referred to winner's performance. which was really cool,

Local fans really liked that session singing along and out loud.

So we decided to benchmark it.

We had nice foods too.

damn nothing to post. So i prefer taking v-live to Social media.

Even when i make up selfies and upload it immediately,

This make up is all because of broadcasting tho.

because i like perilla so much.

I always sprinkle perillas on foods whenever eating.

I didn't have a meal yet. I am in the company.

There is a well known place for Sun dae soup in yang jae.

Hot spicy meat stew is nice too.

But we are gonna eat lots of foods in Taiwan and Hong kong

So i will curb my appetite for the future day.

It's really quiet without him.

It's been a long time since i got my ear pierced.

Thus, I don't have any skin infections over it.

But sometimes, My ears get swollen because of Cold weather or stimulation.

It hurts a little bit tho.

The thinner your ear is The deeper your pain .

It's like pinching your ear with nails.

Therefore, thin eyes would get more pain.

Speaking of ears-cartilage, It wasn't not that painful as much as i expected.

I was anxious about penetrating 2 ears-cartilages. but it was bearable.

Except bleeding and that bone-breaking sound.

In my opinion, Eye care is way important than the moment of penetrating it.

Taking care of eyes not to be infected.

Is there any restaurant i must go in Taiwan or Hong kong

And group practice if need be.

On Singapore tour, We had a cheese crab and (???) crab in a restaurant.

It was really nice.

I like crab so much.

But i couldn't eat it a lot. One or two piece at most.

When it comes to eating a crab, I debone and dissect a crab and i finally eat it.

The majority of people eat a crab while boning it.

But i don't I break up all

Following that , I finally eat it.

Thus, for me, It takes a little bit of time to eat it.

So when i try it again, i already get tired.

Because i was already full with other foods even before i had crabs.

"Don't let others eat your food" to make matter worse,

I eat foods very slowly.

"What if they steal your crab meat?" No. it's quite the contrary.

When i was struggling on it, Somin gave me their crab meat.

She was like "Take this"

An odd dream?? I haven't have it yet nowadays.

I hardly have a dream.

Of course i sometimes have.

It's a random chance.

One day, something odd happened to me.

One of my favorite show is the crime scene.

I watched the entire first season and was about to continue season 2.

When you watch it alone, you may feel a little scared. even though it is a reality show.

While i was watching it, i suddenly sensed an odd sound behind .

I looked back ,

There is a shelf in my room.

I put the hair extensions on that shelf which doesn't need anymore.

Looking back, It suddenly dropped. I was freaking scared .

Since then i keep thinking of it every time i see that spot.

So scary.

And when dog is barking at the air without reason .

It's so creepy! isn't it?

"I never watch the crime scene alone in the middle of night"

"I watch it with sun, it scares me subtly" Hit the spot.

It's not the complete horror. how do i put it?

They reproduce the dead body with a dummy in season2.

That's less creepier than previous season tho. But they reproduce the case

That could happen in reality.

For this reason, It's really scary.

I watched that too. park kwang nam, park min hyuk.

And I watched "L.O.V.E" too

I thought i watched every drama

Goose bump. I even just got a goose bump now.

It's fun.

I saw all my dramas out and turned off on dramas.

So i decided to watch new season of crime scene.

I really got chills. Park min hyuk and Park kwang nam.

"Have you ever felt yourself getting acute while watching this show?"

I take a detective watching it. I am like "No, that's not!"

I am like being a detective.

But I prefer seeing cast solve the crime than reasoning the case.

"Cash flower?" I got to look it up too,

On south america tour, i was hooked on drama "save me"

And i binged all episodes in a day. -epic

I watched a student of laboratory too.

And.. i don't remember more.

I also has already watched Japanese dramas too,

Nothing to see now.

But I would say i am not into Dark drama like "Save me" and "Crime scene"

I watched it because it's fun.

I don't only choose that kind of dramas.

I just watch everything if it's fun. I watched "Discovery of Love." and "I need romance" too.

I watch the variety of dramas.

Speak in English. Not good at English.

I wish i could read comments in English.

As you know, We all are weak at variety show.

LOL

Even JSEPH and Bm who are better among us get shy of strangers.

So they hardly show 100% of themselves.

But once befriended, they show 100% just like between us.

But it takes too long to reach that point.

I am saying truth. right?

We suck at reality show.

But I think we can handle like "weekly idol"

If we are cast..

"I heard you were once tone-deaf before. How did you get over it?"

I individually have made a huge effort for this.

I used to be tone deaf. but the real issue was

I wasn't able to sing

Because i did care PPl's thought and teacher.

I couldn't burst my sound out off my throat.

Because i was afraid

Afraid of singing songs

I was like "I am tone deaf, Am i even singing it right?"

Kind of that concerns.

Even when I was singing in my room. I was afraid of that someone would listen.

It's an kind of obsession . So i wasnt able to sing even in my room.

I was obsessed with people's stare. Every gap even between the wall like this,

I thought people would stare at me through the gap or everywhere. It was really serious.

Let's say the duration of my lecture is an hour I used to avoid singing saying "I can't", "How would i do?"

I was beating around bush throughout over 55 minutes.

And i barely took 5 minutes for my class.

My teacher went through a lot. How did she even lead me?

She deliberately took a strong stance for me.

She was like " You must get over it! "

When i was hesitating to train because of obsession

People around me was like "Why can't you utilize your talent? even though you are gifted ! "

And i felt " it's unfair if it ends here "

I restarted it from scratch. I never learned basic skill until then.

Because i had a test every week. Just mastering a test song was too much for me.

No chance to learn basic skills.

So I wanted to learn again from square one.

Like C D E F G A B C

I wasn't even able to sense it's sound.

So i kept pressing "C" for over a few hours. in order to sense that sound.

Only code "C"

If I got it, I tried next step "D" and connected C with D

Next, tried E and combined C with D,E

I did that for 5~6 hours everyday.

And then, I applied that and learned falsetto and humming.

I still have a long way to go in terms of basic skill, voice control

And breathing.

So i want to learn more. even though i do not have enough time after debut.

I still want to change a lot.

Like vocalization methods and so on.

Anyway, i wasn't able to sing at all But, With my effort I found my true color and able to sing.

It's still not enough at least, i can make my voice tho.

That was a huge improvement but i want more

"What did you sing in your first audition? " My first audition? I learned nothing back then.

It was really funny story back then.

I really wanted to learn dancing. I just hold my aspiration in mind.

I wasn't even able to say what i feel inside. I was too timid.

I couldn't say "i want to be a musician" to my parents. I was too timid.

I managed to say "I wanna go to dance academy during vacation"

and while i am at it, I want to get vocal lesson too"

But my mom applied for a wrong lesson.

She applied for a rap lesson instead.

I was like "Oh! What should i do?"

My mom said "You might as well take it for a month"

And i took it. On this period, I saw an audition poster.

And i applied for it to try out.

Fortunately, A result came out fine. and i got passed.

That's the end of story.

Back then, i sang... what was it?? Dynamic duo -Without you?

I got wrong over 4~5 times . I missed beat and key all

It was chaos. I learned nothing back then.

I even rambled, missed beats and didn't remember lyrics.

Nevertheless, I guess they liked me. in terms of my style and image.

They were like "It's okay, you can try it again" They encouraged me like this.

I was dancing with an usual song. So i was more standing out than other candidates. quoting the jury.

What was it by the way? winter 2?

That one has a melody like this.

It is a dance with a xylophone.

They said I gave off an impression. unusual voice.

My voice and face give off contrasting vibes.

I d say they gave me a high score in the whole image i have.

I sang "When i was young" in my first DSP audition.

At that time, My singing skill improved a lot.

Tips for an audition?

I didn't apply on lots of auditions tho.

Before i had an audition, I analyzed it.

I think candidates should be an all-around player.

Who can handle the variety of concepts and images.

In my case, I found out what style,image and voice this company would prefer and like.

So I prepared a dance and song by that standard.

And

Politeness and confidence? i am not sure.

Like what i said?

To me.."ANALYSIS" Before i had an audition.

This place is colder.

Trainee? Since i was 16~17

I am hungry.

It's about time I had a food.

I am gonna have a food after v-live.

I spotted a comment about n.flying

I once practiced with them Because we worked for the same company.

We are close.

Suddenly, a funny story came to mind.

A few days ago, I got a face-time call out of blue.

I didn't take it in order to sleep.

I kept messaging through kakaotak. and i asked why you called me?

And they were calling me

Jae hyun and hoon were talking loud singing "oh nana"

They told me. That was very funny.

They were like "Why your voice is totally different between on broadcast and in reality?"

I was like " Am i?????? What are you talking about?"

That's not true, i am always the same.

They were like " you are acting cute in front of camera and making a false voice!!!"

I am not.

That was really LMFO

I should have slept.

I am always in low key. No clue why they said that.

Oh I just remembered it ! it's probably when we were on Hola Hola.

When we just debuted

We had a greeting LIke "2,3 Hello we are K..A.R.D KARD!"

Had some speech, said good bye and went down the stage.

There were singers waiting for their performance.

And i saw oppas holding their laugh like this.

So i was like "What??"

I was doing like this on the stage"

After stage, i say "Hi" "What are you laughing at?"

And they were like "You really takes the cake"

"Your dual character is epic"

That was so funny.

Don't you feel the same? Between when i get high and not.

I am gonna turn it off soon.

Guys, it's really cold out there. Be sure you wear a peddled jumper and

and hood attached on the jumper. So that you can fully cover your face.

A mask and a muffler too.

Gloves as well.

And wear thick socks on your feet.

Get yourself fully armed.

Especially mask because of air pollution.

Have nice foods.

You got to eat something solid in order to beat a cold

Nowadays, i am scared of boarding on plane. I keep thinking "what if?"

So today! tadaa! I'll be eating something called 'shimiten'

These shimiten originated from fukushima pref' A deep-fried treat sold by 'Mochidokoro-Konohata'

Using rehydrated 'shimi - mochi ' These are fried in oil with a donut coating. and sold frozen

These are a treat/confection

When I first heard about a mochi deep fried with a Donut coating around it I knew I'd fall in love with it

And I was told about this by a viewer TYVM

I ordered these online And since they're already deep fried all I have to

is to toss them in a microwave

I was thinking if I were to deep fry them again They would taste nice and freshly-made

And so I decided to fry them again

alrighty lets see how it was deep fried

It's been awhile since I last deep-fried And these are the 'shimiten'

I will now go and deep fry these

They smell amazing

K, well aIl I did was deep fry them again

tadaa they're done

And since these are donuts I totally thought that they go nice with milk

these here 'shimi mochi' are deep fried and all But before this I've never heard of 'shimi mochi' before

itadakimasu They're crispy

There is a wormwood Mochi in there

Goes perfectly with milk

this 'shirabara' milk is so yummy

the mochi inside is so very hot still

The wormwood flavored mochi is not overly sweet And the surrounding donut is so crispy

With a fluffy interior

That freshly deep-fried feel is so good

The Mochi on the inside is so soft And I'm really lovin' that wormwood flavor

Such pretty colors

that was close AF

These hot treats are just so perfect for the winter

We humans be amazin' In the winter we eat warm treats

and in the summer we eat cold treats The effort invested in making food is amazing

its just us humans that do this

doing..... amazing things...... like this

these shimiten... there is so much effort made in making the shimi mochi alone

Just one of these alone is rather filling

These donut like Confections go so nicely with milk

One litre was just not enough

Last mouthful itadakimasu

All done gochisosamadeshita

these shimiten were so yummy

Made with buckwheat flour They tasted as if made with a mother's love

to 46-year-old actress Nicole Eggert's claims that she was "molested" by Baio repeatedly

from the time she was 14 until she was 17.

Eggert went on a rampage in a series of tweets- some which she later deleted.

The series of tweets by Eggert began with: "Ask @scottbaio what happened in his garage

at his house when I was a minor. Creep."

She subsequently deleted tweets published in E!News and The New York Post where she

wrote "A molested child is irrelevent? That is what u r saying?" and "I was 14,15,16

and 17."

Baio responded on Twitter: "I'm about to do a Facebook love to prove her claims

are 100% lies!"

Baio wrote on his Facebook page:

Nicole Eggert has been claiming I had sex with her before she was 18 at least since

2013. She is provably wrong, and because we have been telling her that since last year

without results, our only conclusion is that she is deliberately lying.

This letter was sent to the Dr. Oz show when she attempted to pitch her story to them.

After they reviewed this evidence of her deceit, which is not only in her own words, but actually

in her own voice, they cancelled the planned show. Other media has since done the same.

Please review this letter carefully. The evidence it contains proves beyond doubt that she initiated

our one and only sexual contact and that it was well after she turned 18.

When Nicole started tweeting about this again late last year, shortly after the major stories

broke about sexual harassment in entertainment, my attorneys sent her and Alex Polinsky a

letter advising and requesting that they take their allegations to law enforcement for a

full investigation. They have refused to do so.

Only after Nicole Eggert was proven to be dishonest in her "sex at 17" allegations

did she create a new story about sexual contact at an even younger age. For the record, they

are false too. But more tellingly, given her years long history of making claims of underage

sex, why has she never mentioned this until her primary claim was proven wrong? Why is

she unwilling to go to law enforcement with her claims? Is it not clear that this new

story is just another false claim to distract you from her earlier lies?

Since her goal appears to be publicity, I am not inclined to do additional media on

this, but I am holding my options open.

Fox News has more:

"I'm here today to talk about some allegations that have been made against me that aren't

true by somebody named Nicole Eggert," Baio said in the 16-minute video. "The reason

I'm doing Facebook Live is because nobody can edit me, nobody can change what I said.

These are my words. And what I'm telling you is the truth."

Baio told viewers his "reputation is being damaged" and that "My family is being

put through this and I'm done. I'm done."

He then walked viewers through his version of events, as his wife could be heard off

camera.

Baio said once Eggert was 18, they had a consensual sexual relationship instigated by her, and

that she "seduced" him. The actor posted pictures to Twitter of a script which he said

proved she was already over 18.

"Now, any normal, heterosexual, red-blooded, American guy, the outcome would have been

the same, the same thing would have happened," he said. "She seduced me. She came in the

house and started kissing me."

The actor said that Eggert was recently scheduled to go on the Dr. Oz show, and a producer had

contacted him about her claims. After his legal team sent the show a "persuasive"

letter, Eggert's appearance was then canceled, according to Baio.

"There are a lot of weird, strange rumors about things that went on between us, but

we became really good friends and everything is way more innocent than it was made out

to be," Eggert told Yahoo.

Baio ended his Facebook Live video by saying, "I don't know what else to put out there.

She's my best friend in the world, then all of a sudden I'm the boogeyman."

"The problem with this, in almost all he said-she said cases it's just said-she said.

Now, go prove it or disprove it. The real problem with this is people with legitimate

claims aren't taken seriously, and that's too bad," he added.

Eggert has not commented further since her initial set of Twitter posts.

channel and if you want to not only learn but apply the learned

anything alright so time management, it can be a tough issue to handle so I came

up with three general tips that can help you out. Let's get started! Number

one, block out time for general tasks what I mean by this is let's say you

are a student you want to obviously know when you have your classes but you

also want to have a general idea of when to do homework, so let's just say you get out

at 3:00 p.m. Now obviously that's general time but then you got homework

and so maybe you have extra curricular activities after school you have other

plans maybe you're visiting someone, you're hanging out with somebody

whatever it may be you want have a general idea let's say for homework when

to do it so let's say your plan is to do homework from a five to six pm that's a

general idea of when to do it as you know you're free then and then maybe

let's say you have another free gap of time between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m. and so

you want to obviously have a general idea of when you're gonna be performing

certain tasks so you know just have no time for them or are not even prepared

to do them. Number two, plan ahead and what I mean by this is don't just think short

term also think long term so for example maybe you are someone who likes to plan

their week out and so instead of planning just the next day if maybe that

doesn't work or sometimes it could be a hassle just to do it

every day maybe think of planning a whole week ahead and the reason you

should do this is because this allows for you to plan ahead on certain things

and so you have a general idea that they're coming up and it's not just like

the night before you're planning ahead, obviously with things like homework you

can't really predict it but let's say you have a general essay that's due

after a week you want to plan ahead to have time to do that essay it's just

generally make sure you're on top of everything. Number three have backup

plans so what I mean by this is you want to have a back-up plan for if your times

don't work out and again I'm going to use the example of a high school student

let's say you are free four to five and then you're free again

six to seven so let's just say you plan to do your homework four to five but

something happens something prevents you from doing it so you want to have a

back-up plan to do it six to seven so that you are able to have a back-up plan

so you're not just like oh no I have no time to do this homework at all and it

really can help you in the long run but I can also direct you to another video in
