And you can make some very yummy stuff From these cans of mackerel, alrighty let's get making
These are the ingredients
Slice an onion thinly
And cut up this long onion as well
In plenty of hot water add salt And boil our pasta
This is 900 grams
In a pan heat up garlic and olive oil And the onions we sliced up earlier
Once the onion start to wilt Add the cans of tomato
Also add the cans of tuna That have been drained of water
Then crush up the mackerel
Once it has cooked a bit Flavor with a bit of salt and pepper
Sadly the pasta will not fit in the pot So I will combine them in this bowl
Top it off with the remaining sauce
Then top with some onion

It's full of so much of the mackerel and looks so yummy
It weighs 4.4 W/O the bowl

The aroma from the mackerel makes my mouth water
This was super EZ to make yet you can really taste the tomatoes and mackerel nicely
its super yummy
The one good thing about making things at home Is that you can make Super huge portions like this to eat
I kind of want to spice things up a bit So I will add this ra-yu chili oil
If I had some Italian chili oil around I'd totally use it but sadly I don't have any
but this Ra-yu will probably be just as yummy
Lately I've been really into spicy foods
It adds that needed spicy kick And also that yummy ra-yu flavor
The noodles are coated in the sauce making them So yummy
I will now add some Parmesan cheese
On looks alone Parmesan cheese and tomatoes seems so yummy together
They do go nicely together The parmesan cheese add that extra depth of flavor
My hands are starting to get cramped From twirling so much Pasta

of Angel cards there are four different types of Angel cards in here there's
Archangel Gabriel, Archangel Michael, the Archangels and Daily Messages so see if
you can Intuit where the cards are going to come from and maybe what the cards
are as well. You might get the colors of the cards theres the back of the cards
theres green, gold, violet, and then there's this Archangel Michael what would that
be? That's kind of magenta a little bit of magenta a little purple it's a purple.
All right so let's see where's number one going to come from? I feel like
number ones in the middle. So that's Archangel Gabriel it's the first card all
right. Oh my goodness that's a strong message.
All right I feel like it's three quarters of the way down and it just
feels like it needs to be a purple card so I've gotta take that one and it's the
angel messages messages card daily messages rather and then our final card
I feel like it's the gold one and it's just at the top it's not the Archangel
Michael one I'm being told that's an important card this is the
final card that's number three. I'm feeling like this fourth card wants to
go with it so so you for the third person you get
two cards together. All right put my glasses on let's see what we've got.
All right the first card is RETREAT so this is from Archangel Gabriel. So it
says, "To block out distractions spend quiet time alone so that you can focus
on your priorities." So that's number one now when I look at this I can see that
she's you know on retreat but she's looking out of the window. So there's
almost a sense of she's been very busy we've had this card just recently as
well so there's a sense of she's been very busy or she's needed to do things
so she's got a list of things that she needs to do but for you this is saying
that even though you might have a list, even though there might be a ton of
stuff that you have to do, to just focus on what is most important right now and
to be sure to take time in between to regroup, to regenerate, to to get your
energy back again and I feel like especially now there's a sense of I feel
almost as if it's about not putting your energy out to others all the time but
it's about putting energy back to yourself. So focusing a little bit more
on yourself. I'm also feeling with this that it's about healing. There's a sense
of healing because I can feel Archangel Raphael coming in with that vibration of
healing. So for me this is that connection with Gabriel is communication
so I feel that the communication is about you listening it to your own intuition,
it's about you listening to what is right for you, it's about you making
priorities of what you need to do what's most important to do on what you can put
to the side. Doesn't mean that you won't be doing those things but I feel that
it's just a prioritize in your life. RETREAT I'm also feeling that this may
be that you might start looking at a place to go away to
take a vacation, to take a trip, or maybe it's a retreat that's not necessarily
outside. It could be a retreat that's online or it could be a retreat away
from the internet even though I'm here saying no stay. It could be just a
retreat from from spending time on being online or communicating with a lot of
people and it's time to communicate with yourself.
You know what there's a final thing with this, there's quite a bit of green in there and it's
still am feeling that Archangel Raphael is around that vibration as well. So I
feel that it's important for you to call an Archangel Raphael to help you to
bring in some healing right now. All right now our second card is RELATIONSHIP so
interesting relationship. So it says, "Your primary relationship is with
yourself and God. Enjoy other relationship and every other
relationship follows from there. To attract heal or balance a relationship
then snuggle, I love that word snuggle, snuggle more closely with your loving
creator. As you feel safe and loved within so shall your other relationships
bloom and prosper." So with this you know when I look at this I'm I'm feeling that
this is not just about relationship with one-on-one. This is not necessarily just
about that soul mate or somebody that you want to bring into your life that's
a love relationship. I'm feeling that because this is that connection with
divine it's talking about that connection with the Creator, but it's also
that connection with tribe, with group, with like-minded Souls, with soulmates. So
this isn't just about that connection online again this is connection with
your family, it's connection with your friends, it's connection with networking,
with new people coming into your life. So I'm feeling that that relationship
vibration is just about drawing new people in, connecting with new people and
really open in your heart to the possibility of an adventure with new
people in your lives as well. But I also feel that that relationship is with your
loved ones and spirit that that is that connection because I keep feeling Archangel
Gabriel with this as well and that connection with spirit, that
communication with spirit. So call on Archangel Gabriel to help
you to communicate with your loved ones in spirit that's your relationship both
your relationship with your loved ones, your relationship with your guides, with
your angels, with your higher-self etc with your animal spirits as well. I'm being
told not to forget your animal spirits. So I feel like there's something else
that's coming in with this it's your relationship with nature because there's
flowers and around there, there's a horse of course that's that animal
communication and there's a Pegasus vibration of course it comes in with
this because of the the wings on there on the angel and the horse together. So
there could be this movement up into a higher vibration and that relationship
with the divine can often come through meditation. So this may be a great time
to start meditating asking Archangel Gabriel to help you to communicate to
guide you to bridge that communication between yourself, your Creator, your
angels and guides, and your loved ones. But there's also that link with
relationship that your heart most wants at this time. So open your heart to
receive the relationship that you most want all right? Okay so then our final
cards are I'm gonna show you in a second because we get to together all right? So
we get DIVINE ORDER so this is Archangel Raguel it says, "Everything is how it
needs to be right now. Look past the illusion and see underlying
order." So then the next card is ENERGY HEALING WORK so I feel like that's very
relevant the two together. There's almost a sense of you moving into a path of
working with energy, of you moving into a path of working with healing, of maybe
opening up now to the possibility of you being an energy, a being of light, a
being that is all this fabulous energy that you have amazing gifts and I feel
that this is very much about you opening up to those gifts. So this one is a
prayer it's from Archangel Michael and it says, "Thank you for sending healing
energy to energy to me and through me." So look at this prayer "thank you for
sending healing energy to me and through me for my own blessings and for all
those around me. Thank you for connecting me to loving
and high integrity healers and teachers of energy healing modalities." So to me,
this is saying that you know heal I heal thyself.
So with this it's healer heal thyself look after yourself but also I feel that
this is very much about your energy is lifting up that you're starting to look
in directions that will help you that will support you, that will guide you to
awaken your gifts, to awaken your abilities to heal because we are all
healers. We all have this capacity to heal ourselves we all have this ability
to bring healing not just to ourselves but also to others and it comes through
this vibration of love, through this vibration of connection. So to me when I
look at that, there's this balancing scale thats on here and a part of that
is as you give so you receive, as you receive so you're giving. So there's that
sense of the balance of giving and receiving but I feel that that there's a
vibration here that is saying that you are going to receive maybe
readings, maybe healings, maybe other modalities and you are going to be doing
those too. There's a sense of you awakening those gifts and there's that
vibration that's going to awaken within you so that you can start to tap
in to your own abilities as well. That's the feeling I get with that. Okay that's

I'm testin fully synthetic reeds
for alto sax

so as I mentioned at the beginning
I'm testing fully synthetic reeds
I got 4 different brands
1st Legere, most expensive one
2nd is Fiberreed
then goes Bari, completely transparent
and Hahn, german made one
THE BENCH
Hello again on my bench
where we will look thoroughly
at 4 today's episode examples
Now is the apropriate time, to look at the Web
new about these reeds
1st one is LEGERE SIGNATURE
I've received 2 pcs of those
one is #2.1/4 and
2nd is stickerless, but it is #2.5
as you can see they are built
from kind of milky plastic
as far as a bottom side,
it is a little bit rough
maybe to not stick to the mouthpiece too often
reeds are cut in unfilled way
this american cut
upper part is slippery
it disturbs me a little bit
during playing my lip moves forward too deeply
it would fit better for me to be a little bit more rough
now information about this reed from Legere Website
They devided into 2 groups
Classic and Signature
mine is Singrature
it is more expensive
so I've decided to test the most expensive one
there is also classic & studio cut
for jazz use
maybe later I'll do the same test with there 2 others
There are informations from Legere Website
I translate into Polish text which is displayed
I dont't understand the sentence: "Exchange of strenth policy"

2nd on for testing is Hahn
I bought it many years ago,
at that time I've been listening a lot
saxophonist Adam Pierończyk
but these reeds did not meet my expectations
I got couple of them
I've chosen #3
is most suitable to Vandoren #2.5
which I use for daily use
as you can see, this mate as structure plastic
canes of fiberglass
it is very thin at end
with no structure
bottom part is a little bit slippery
it may stick to mouthpiece
upper part is also slippery
because i got couple of them
they are built with a special gum
I needed to remove it
so my ligature can handle this reed
Saxas Ligature
what producer says about there reeds
next one is fiberreed
they are similary made as Hahn
the same fabrics and materials
slippery at the bottom
the same as upper part
cut unfilled, as previous ones
what producer writes about these products
the informations are the same as at previous ones
made in three models, as seen
and the last one is Bari
this company is well known from making mouthpieces
Branford Marsalis plays on Bari Mouthpiece
I didn't know, that this company from this sight
that they produce reeds
bottom is fully transparent, and fully slippery
like a glass structure
front part which goes to the mouth is a little bit rough
rest is fully transparent
mine is MH, means medium hard
informations from Bari Website
there is nothing mentioned about the material which this reed is made from
they are made in two versions
mine is original
so let's play on those reeds
how they sound, how they react
and change in various octaves of the saxophone
1st is Legere
this part is attack
I'm a surprised in positive way
it sound similary as my daily use one
Vandoren ZZ
attack is quick, responsive
there is no hiss, which all synthetic reeds usually produce
so far so good
2nd one is Hahn
as mentioned played by Adam Pieronczyk
gum is removed, so it can be attached to my mouthpiece
I hope it won't make the sound worse
last I've used this reed 10 years ago
so for me there is too much high frequencies
and as you you can hear at the beggining
I struggled with reaching the low notes
this #3 but it is similar to Legere #2.5
but sound too sharp, too rough, too edgy
and there are lot's of intonations problems
I did not correct this recording, so you can hear it thoroughly
with the same embouchure
I would have to get use to play on this reed
for a long time I guess
if you want to have the sound with lot's of high freqs
this reed would fit for you
but the intonation is not "out of the box"
3rd one is Fiberreed
this reeds is not for me
I struggle with everything as You've heard a while ago
intonation problems, hiss
does not fit to my mouthpiece and saxophone
4rd one is BariReed
I also struggle with attaching the ligature
there is a notch on this reed
so I won't be abble to fit it in a straight way. Need to set this up somehow, even in a twisted way
so let's check the sound
as previous one
it does not fit for me at all
to many hiss, the "goat" sound
lot's of attack problem, and reaching low notes
maybe beacuse of this crooked way of attaching the reed to ligature and mouthpiece
so this reed is not for me
and finally my daily use: Vandoren ZZ #2.5 reed
and in comparision to the sythetic ones
check the description of this movie
I will write down the starting point times of each reed comparisions
so you can compare 5 reeds in a fast way
this classical cane reed Vandoren #2.5 ZZ
and sound like this
my conclussion
legere in my opinion is the best
I've heard that there reeds are premium
so if I was forced to switch to synthetic reed
my choice would be of course Legere Reeds
it response almost as good as traditional cane reed
the rest is much, much, much worse
Hahn maybe would be good
after long practicing and getting use to
Bari and Fiberreed totally disaster for me
lot's of struggle with almost everything: intonation, attack, response, reaching low and high note
please write the comments bellow, what you think about synthetic reeds
I'd rather still play on my cane Vandoren ZZ reeds
but in case of emergency, I would play legere reeds
lot's of sunny or humidity
Maybe in couple months from now
I'll do the test of Forestone Hinoki & Black Bamboo I've tested in previous episode
as well as this legere reed
because synthetic reeds are advertised as most durable ones
for many months
so I'll do the durability test after couple months of use each of them

Scientists Sue The EPA For Cutting Science Out Of Their Agency - Duration: 4:01.
A group of scientists has decided to sue the Environmental Protection Agency for removing
them from EPA advisory boards in a move that they are saying violates the Federal Advisory
Committee Act.
The reason, back in October, the EPA decided we're going to kick scientists off of our
advisory boards if they're also receiving grants from the government to do their scientific
work out there to help keep American safe, to make advancements in science and all of
that.
If you're doing that, then you have no room on these EPA advisory panels because that
would be a clear conflict of interest.
Instead, they kicked the scientists off and they brought in CEOs and board members of
the very corporations that this agency is supposed to be regulating and protecting the
American public from.
Scientists who were doing scientific work allegedly, according to the agency and Scott
Pruitt, had a conflict of interest.
But corporations, the very people who are directly affected by these regulations and
have to obey the rules, they have no conflict of interest.
We would rather get input from officials of industry than men of science.
That's what's happening at the EPA and that's why this lawsuit has been filed.
To be honest, these scientists have a very, very strong case against the EPA.
As we've seen in recent years, the last 10 years at least, the Supreme Court has consistently
ruled that the EPA does have to enforce things like the Clean Air Act, like the Clean Water
Act.
Essentially even with the Conservative majority on the Supreme Court, they have consistently
told the EPA that you have to protect the environment whether you want to or not.
I have to believe that if this lawsuit from the scientists makes it all the way up to
the Supreme Court, again, still with the Conservative majority, they're probably going to find out
that, yeah, as much as you want to cater to industry, as much as you want to let polluters
get away with murder, you still have to protect the environment and you have to reinstate
the scientists.
This all goes back to this entire administration's war on science.
That's what's happening here in the United States.
They want to get rid of the men and women of the scientific community, people who've
devoted their lives to studying and learning and educating and replace them with people
who've devoted their lives to making money, people who've devoted their lives to polluting
the environment and not giving a damn about the consequences.
I know not every CEO is a heartless monster like the ones I'm describing, but the ones
they're putting on these advisory panels are.
They're the same people who poison entire rivers and lakes, entire communities by dumping
toxic waste knowing that it's toxic.
They hide the documents that only get found again during discovery, during lawsuits when
they're forced to pay hundreds of millions of dollars for all the people that they've
given cancer.
We have very much a lot of evidence, I guess, and a lot of clearance to say that these people
are heartless monsters.
Now, they're the ones in charge of making our policy while these scientists who literally
have nothing to gain from being on these advisory boards and keeping American citizens safe
are kicked out in the dark where nobody can hear them, nobody can listen to them, nobody
can take their advice and instead we're left with CEOs and corporate shills who will do
nothing that's going to protect the public but do everything to make sure that their
companies, their corporations and their shareholders make as much money as possible by polluting
whatever the hell they want
to pollute.

so today! tadaa using these cans of mackerel and tomato I'll be making pasta
These cans of mackerel are so convenient don't you think
And you can make some very yummy stuff From these cans of mackerel, alrighty let's get making
These are the ingredients
Slice an onion thinly
And cut up this long onion as well
In plenty of hot water add salt And boil our pasta
This is 900 grams
In a pan heat up garlic and olive oil And the onions we sliced up earlier
Once the onion start to wilt Add the cans of tomato
Also add the cans of tuna That have been drained of water
Then crush up the mackerel
Once it has cooked a bit Flavor with a bit of salt and pepper
Sadly the pasta will not fit in the pot So I will combine them in this bowl
Top it off with the remaining sauce
Then top with some onion
tadaa it's done
It's full of so much of the mackerel and looks so yummy
It weighs 4.4 W/O the bowl
I've made some miso soup as well its 1kg worth itadakimasu
The aroma from the mackerel makes my mouth water
This was super EZ to make yet you can really taste the tomatoes and mackerel nicely
its super yummy
The one good thing about making things at home Is that you can make Super huge portions like this to eat
I kind of want to spice things up a bit So I will add this ra-yu chili oil
If I had some Italian chili oil around I'd totally use it but sadly I don't have any
but this Ra-yu will probably be just as yummy
Lately I've been really into spicy foods
It adds that needed spicy kick And also that yummy ra-yu flavor
The noodles are coated in the sauce making them So yummy
I will now add some Parmesan cheese
On looks alone Parmesan cheese and tomatoes seems so yummy together
They do go nicely together The parmesan cheese add that extra depth of flavor
My hands are starting to get cramped From twirling so much Pasta
Last mouthful itadakimasu
All done gochisosamadeshita
The cans of mackerel and tomato We're very yummy
Since it uses canned mackerel It's full of concentrated mackerel flavor
Despite being so easy to make It was very yummy
It was so easy to make and so yummy won't you all Please give it a try
