Youtube daily report Feb 11 2017

LAST NIGHT WAS THE BIG AFFORDABLE CARE ACT DEBATE

BETWEEN BERNIE SANDERS AND TED CRUZ.

THERE YOU HAVE TWO

SENATORS PRESENTING THE VALUE OF EITHER KEEPING THE ACA, AND

EXPANDING IT OR GETTING RID OF

IT AND REPLACING IT WITH SOMETHING ELSE NO ONE SEEMS TO

DEFINE.

THAT DEBATE WAS DONE IN FRONT OF PEOPLE THAT KNEW VERY

LITTLE ABOUT THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT.

GET READY FOR THESE

NUMBERS.

OBAMA CARE IS TALKED ABOUT 1 MILLION TIMES PER MINUTE

IN THIS COUNTRY AND HAS BEEN THROUGHOUT THE 40+ TIMES

REPUBLICANS TRY TO REPEAL IT UNDER OBAMA AND PEOPLE DON'T

KNOW WHAT IT IS THAT THEY ARE

SUPPOSED TO OPPOSE.

I WILL GIVE THEM CREDIT, AND IT

MAKES SENSE

CONSIDERING THEY ARE THE ONES WHO ALL OF THE ANTI-OBAMA CARE

PROPAGANDA IS BEING PRESENTED

TO. 72% STILL MEANS THAT THERE IS A LARGE PERCENTAGE OF

REPUBLICANS THAT HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE LAW IS OR ISN'T.

REMEMBER

DURING THE CAMPAIGN HE SAID THAT I LIKE MY UNEDUCATED VOTERS?

THEY TALK ABOUT HOW HORRIBLE IT IS, WHEN THEY DO HEAR ABOUT IT

THEY ARE LIKE OH I HAVE HEARD

ABOUT THAT IT IS SATAN, RIGHT?

IT IS ALWAYS GIVEN WITH A

PICTURE THAT IT IS DESTROYING

YOU.

OR THAT IT HAS BEEN CHALLENGED A HUNDRED FIVE

TIMES BY REPUBLICANS IN

CONGRESS.

THEY HEAR THAT AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE

CHALLENGING.

PEOPLE SAY OH YEAH THESE ACTIVIST JUDGES BUT THEY

ARE LIKE WHY?

I THINK THAT IS TRUE . BUT I

ALSO THINK THAT BOTH PARTIES HAVE AN ISSUE UNDERSTANDING

NUANCE WHEN IT COMES TO

CONTROVERSIAL TOPICS.

IN THIS CASE YOU ARE RIGHT, THE

AFFORDABLE CARE ACT ISN'T ALL GOOD OR BAD.

THERE WERE GOOD

PARTS AND HUGE FLAWS INCLUDING LACK OF TRANSPARENCY WHEN IT

COMES TO PRICING AND ALSO A LACK OF COST CONTROL WHICH IS WHY

PREMIUMS UNDER THE AFFORDABLE

CARE ACT CONTINUE TO INCREASE.

THE PREMIUMS WERE ALREADY

INCREASING.

IN FACT I BELIEVE THEY DOUBLED IN THE BUSH

MINISTRATION.

IT'S NOT SURPRISING THAT IT WOULD STILL

HAPPEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE PRICE CONTROLS IN PLACE.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THE MANDATE WAS SUPPOSED TO SERVE AS A

PRICE CONTROL BUT IT DIDN'T HAPPEN.

WE DON'T KNOW WHERE THEY WOULD BE AT IF WE DIDN'T HAVE THE ACA.

GOOD POINT.

ANOTHER THING I WANTED TO ADD, BETSY DEVOS AND

CHARTER SCHOOLS IN MICHIGAN, THAT WAS A HUGE CONTROVERSY

YESTERDAY.

WHAT YOU WILL HEAR FROM THE LEFT IS THAT CHARTER

SCHOOLS FAILED.

BUT THAT

IS

ACTUALLY

NOT TRUE, AT LEAST NOT

THE

WHOLE TRUTH.

FIRST OF ALL THERE IS SOME VALUE TO SOME

CHARTER SCHOOLS.

I AM NOT IN FAVOR OF PRIVATIZING EDUCATION.

BUT IF YOU LOOK AT WHEN CHARTER SCHOOLS FIRST EMERGED IN

MICHIGAN THEY DID WELL AND EVEN STANFORD UNIVERSITY DID VARIOUS

STUDIES INTO MICHIGAN AND THEY FOUND ABOUT 50% OF CHARTER

SCHOOLS ACTUALLY PERFORMED BETTER THAN PUBLIC SCHOOLS BUT

IT WASN'T LIKE INSANE.

BUT THEN IN 2011 THEY CHANGE THE LAW IN

MICHIGAN AND THEY GOT RID OF A CAP ON THE STATE.

AND THEY FLOOD

THE MARKET PRIVATELY RUN CHARTER SCHOOLS AND THEY ARE ALL

FIGHTING ONE ANOTHER IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS FOR LIMITED RESOURCES.

IN ONE YEAR 30 NEW CHARTER SCHOOLS POPPED UP IN MICHIGAN.

BEFORE THAT THEY WERE ALREADY

SPENDING $1 BILLION A YEAR ON FUNDING.

ONCE YOU LIMIT THE

RESOURCES OF ALL THE SCHOOLS ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU SEE THE SCHOOLS

FAIL, BOTH PUBLIC AND CHARTER.

THERE IS A NUANCED APPROACH.

YOU

HAVE TO LOOK AND SEE, RIGHT?

THERE IS MIXED RESULTS.

I JUST

WANT TO BE FAIR ON A STORY LIKE THIS, YOU SEE THE LACK OF NUANCE

ON BOTH SIDES AND IN THE CASE OF THE ACA I THINK THERE ARE A LOT

OF DIFFERENT FACTORS AT PLAY ONE OF WHICH IS THE WAY THE MEDIA

PRETRADE THE ACA AND DIDN'T DO COMPREHENSIVE DETAILED COVERAGE

OF WHAT IT IS.

AND BY THE WAY AFFECT THE

THOSE 18 TO 29-YEAR-OLDS WERE

LESS LIKELY TO KNOW THAT IT WAS THE SAME THING.

AND THEY DIDN'T NECESSARILY KNOW WHAT IT WAS THEY COULD DO

DIFFERENTLY WITH IT.

THEY SAY OBAMA CARE

IS FINE, NO, NO IT'S

NOT.

Budget 3D printers might cost you more overall: How much YOU should spend! - Duration: 9:47.

There's always someone commenting on the price of the 3D printers that have been tested

on this channel, and it doesn't matter if it's a 400, 800 or 2000 or $14.000 3D printer.

And while there are many machines that, on paper, are very similar to each other in pretty

much every price range, there are differences in the hardware and aspects other than the

actual, physical machine that might not be all that obvious.

So let's check out what the different price brackets and classes of 3D printers are, what

you should expect with each of them and which one is right for you.

Now let me preface this with a bit of psychology and human nature.

We're all biased.

Everyone is, whether you like it or not.

Depending on your approach and past experiences, there might be a bit more or less reason behind

whether you think a machine is worth the money or not.

And that's going to be a very individual thing - if you're looking for a hobby to

learn new things, and mostly looking at the finished 3D printed parts as sort of a side

effect, then you are going to be looking for an entirely different product than someone

who is buying a 3D printer to use in an industrial prototyping environment.

I think it's awesome that the entire area of 3D printing spans such a wide range of

uses, but of course that is also going to create, uhm, misunderstandings, when people

looking for different things start discussing which one is the better printer.

I called a specific model the best 3D printer because I think it's in an awesome sweetspot

where, no matter which area you're coming from, you will most likely be able to put

it to good use, and going up or down on the pricing scale, you start to specialize the

machine itself towards different use cases and eat away at that universal appeal.

So I've sort of plotted out the different brackets of 3D printers and what you should

be looking for in each one.

Of course, this is not set in stone, and depending on, for example, whether you get a kit or

a ready-built machine or want some specialty feature or can do without some, you're going

to have some leeway either way.

Let's start out at the bottom with printers and kits that sell for less than about 500

$, €, GBP; whatever.

These are typically either import kits and machines with extremely limited features or

build sizes.

The biggest part of the cost of these is going to be the raw material costs for motors, motion

components, electronics and the cost of actually shipping the machine and materials around,

especially if you're importing something from foreign countries or continents.

In that case, you should always also keep imports and customs duties in mind, which

can easily add 100 bucks or more to your base purchase cost.

And if you're unlucky, since most machines lack FCC or CE conformity, you might not be

able to import them at all.

The low cost of the 200 to 300 buck kits just leaves very little room for anything else

than the parts themselves.

And that does often mean you'll have to make compromises on things like good print

settings, after-sales support from the manufacturer or even just a manual on how to build the

thing.

Quite often, though, there are avid communities around these low-end machines because there

are simply a lot of them out there, but you do really have to put the research in and

work things out yourself.

And even though you're rarely going to get a genuine hotend, good electronics or linear

components, it's usually enough to build on and expand on, if you're interested in

treating the machine like a hobby, don't need a perfect out-of-the-box experience and

are willing to buy an upgrade part here and there.

Typical choices would be something like the Anet A8, TEVO Tarantula or all the other Prusa

i3-style kits on Amazon or Aliexpress, links for all of these in the video description,

by the way.

The other class of machines that fit in here are something like the super-cost-optimized

mass-production machines, some of which use a razors and blades business model with chipped

filament cartridges, but most of them are basically "take it or leave it" offers,

with proprietary parts that you can't modify or upgrade without major hassles.

Prime example: daVinci's machines, which they will even throw in as a freebie if you

buy a few spools of filament.

Next up, the "middle class" of 3D printers, which range from about 500 to 1000 bucks,

and these are a good step up from the super-low-end options.

Of course, there are still duds in this price range, but if you pick the right one, you

can get an incredibly robust and reliable workhorse that maybe isn't the shiniest

and most sophisticated machine, but will have all the basic features ticked, like electronics

that won't burn your house down and some "bonus" features like an LCD screen, reliable

autoleveling and just generally fewer questionable design choices.

Simply because the manufacturer will need to spend less of your up-front purchase price

on raw components, there will be more left over for improving the machine's design,

writing manuals and documentation, optimizing print profiles and providing after-sales service

and support.

There are still a few tradeoffs to be made, especially feature-wise, but in general this

range of machines shouldn't come with any glaring flaws or omissions.

This is also sort of a sweetspot for open-source machines, as the cheaper options often just

care to release source files for hardware and firmware, while many higher-end machines

don't dare to release anything.

So while that means that you still can modify parts and add community-developed features

on your own, you don't have to, and you should be able to expect great print quality

out of the box, with at least a set of print profiles for different materials and layer

heights, ideally even with a ready-to-go software package.

For me, this would be the go-to category of machines, I'm just tired of debugging printer

after printer with the same set of issues and it's nice to have that sort of tedious

work done by the manufacturer every now and then.

Obviously, the prime example here is the Original Prusa i3 MK2, which you can get as a kit or

a ready-built machine, or something like the Printrbot Simple which trades a heated bed

and a bit of the print volume for smarter electronics and a more professional look.

The next range of "semi-professional" machines feels like it's in a bit of a tough

spot - many machines that sell for between 1000 and 2000 bucks are either new manufacturers

trying to sell gimmicky feautures or trying to simply market old designs with a "Pro"

sticker for a 50% markup.

There are a few nice choices in here that are suitable for a true professional environment,

where the sub-$1000 machines typically feel out of place, but with a more professional

machine, tinkering and modding are much less of a focus than with the lower-priced options.

Things like complete software packages or even proprietary slicers and processing tools

are much more the norm then the exception here, and you can expect that the manufacturer

will have put significant effort into tweaking, testing and iterating their design before

releasing a machine. This is also the price bracket where mechanical components will usually

be brand-name parts, especially belts and linear guides, making for a smoother-running

machine and a longer service life.

Some of the high-end manufacturers release smaller machines to compete here, like the

Ultimaker 2 Go or the Lulzbot Mini, but you'll also be able to find machines like the Zortrax

M200, which are a bit more focused toward industrial use.

Bonus features like WiFi and cloud functionality and apps and fully enclosed chambers for printing

ABS exist, but they are and will usually come as a tradeoff for missing other bits.

Now, $2000 an up is sort of a vague category, but I think that's about the threshold where

you're just not going to find maker-oriented machines anymore, simply because, well, they're

too expensive unless you're using them to make money.

So at that point, you should expect everything about the machine to be properly engineered

and built for reliability and the companies making these machines will usually have proven

over the last few years that they can actually make a decent 3D printer.

Obviously, you pay as much as you want when buying a 3D printer, but even under $5000,

there are some nice options like the Ultimaker 3 or, if you don't want a filament-based

machine, resin-based SLA printers like the Form 2 or even laser-sintering machines like

the Sintratech.

Or above and beyond that, of course, with something like the Markforged machines printing

continuous fibers or full-color gypsum or paper printers, but those really shouldn't

be the focus here.

What I want to get to is basically this: Yes, there are always cheaper options out there

if you just look at the raw physical components of a 3D printer.

Sure, you can get a Prusa MK2 instead of an Ultimaker 3.

Sure, you can get TEVO Tarantula instead of that MK2 and of course, you can source all

the parts individually and build it even cheaper, but you do have to keep in mind that with

every penny you save, you will need to say goodbye to some aspects of your purchase,

even if they aren't immediately visible or even relevant for you.

Where your needs and desires fit in and how much you're willing to spend on getting

them fulfilled is entirely up to you.

But whether you're a maker or a professional user, they will be different and based on

that, different machines and classes make sense.

How to Grow Thick Eyebrows Naturally - Duration: 5:24.

Today's fashion has always craved thick eyebrows. Well-shaped eyebrows can make your

face look more desirable, whereas thin eyebrows can give you a dull and older look.

Many women have eyebrows that are much too thin because they overpluck them, thread them

or wax them. However, sometimes eyebrows become thin because of aging, deficiencies in nutrients,

issues with makeup and even medical conditions, such as hypothyroidism, eczema and alopecia

areata. Sometimes medical procedures, such as chemotherapy and radiation, can cause loss

of hair, including eyebrows.

However, if you find that your eyebrows are too thin, you can easily solve this problem

with some of our natural home remedies. Today we will share our top six ways to re-grow

your eyebrows naturally.

1. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is one of the most versatile oils out there. Not surprisingly, it can help to

make your eyebrows more dense because of the proteins and vitamins that it contains. The

Vitamin E, protein and iron contained in coconut oil help your eyebrows to grow healthy, thick

and darker.

Here's what to do:

1. Put a few drops of warm coconut oil on your fingertips and apply it on your eyebrows.

2. Massage gently for a few minutes to boost blood circulation.

3. Leave it on overnight. 4. The next morning, rinse it off with warm

water. 5. Do this daily for 1 to 2 months to notice

changes in the thickness of your eyebrows.

2. Castor Oil

Another remedy for growing your eyebrows is castor oil. This oil is full of protein, vitamin,

fatty acids and antioxidants. All of these nutrients feed your hair follicles and help

your hair to grow quickly and thick. The oil can also help to keep germs off your hair

that may prevent your eyebrow hair from re-growing.

1. Soak a cotton swab in pure castor oil and apply it on each eyebrow.

2. Massage gently with your fingertips for 2 to 3 minutes.

3. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

4. Wash it off with lukewarm water and a mild cleanser.

5. Repeat once daily for a few weeks until you notice improvement.

It is very important that you stop using castor oil if you experience any burning or irritation

on your skin.

3. Onion Juice

An unusual, natural remedy to help with eyebrow hair growth is onion juice. The juice of the

onion has sulfur in it that helps to produce collagen and strengthen your hair.

1. Grind 1 small onion and extract the juice. 2. Massage this juice into your eyebrows

for about 5 minutes. 3. Allow the mixture to dry on its own and

then wash it off with a mild cleanser and cold water.

4. Follow this treatment once daily for several weeks.

4. Olive Oil

Another oil that is helpful to your hair growth, including eyebrows, is olive oil. Olive oil

has a vast amount of Vitamin E that helps your hair to grow quick, thick and dark.

1. Massage your eyebrows with warm olive oil for 5 minutes before going to bed.

2. Leave it on overnight, then rinse it off with warm water the next morning.

You can also make a mixture of ½ teaspoon of olive oil and a few drops of honey. Massage

this mixture into your eyebrows for a few minutes. Leave this one for about a half an

hour and then wash off with warm water.

Follow either of these remedies once daily until you get the desired results.

5. Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is also helpful to your eyebrows because of the enzymes and moisturizing characteristics

that it holds. Aloe can even make the skin around your eyebrows soft and healthy.

1. To use, extract the gel from an aloe Vera leaf.

2. Gently massage it over your eyebrows. 3. Allow it to sit for 30 minutes before rinsing

it off with lukewarm water.

You can also create a paste of ½ teaspoon of Aloe Vera gel and a little honey or coconut

oil. Massage this into your eyebrows and leave on for a half an hour before rinsing it well

with water.

Follow either of these remedies once daily for several weeks for best results.

6. Egg Yolk

You may not know this, but the hair contained in your eyebrows are made of keratin protein.

As eggs are a great source of protein, the yolk of a row egg can help the health of your

eyebrow hair.

1. Break 1 egg and separate the yolk from the white part.

2. Beat the yolk until you get a thick, creamy consistency.

3. Apply it on each of your brows with a cotton swab.

4. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.

5. Use this protein treatment once or twice a week until you are satisfied with the result.

Saturn Occult Symbolism and 'The Cube' - Duration: 5:46.

Saturn Occult Symbolism and The Cube

by Pao Chang

Recently I saw a movie thats been out for some years called the Cube. Its a

sci-fi horror thriller where 7 characters all strangers wake up with no recollection

of how they find themselves in a strange never-ending hi-tech Kafkaesque-like maze.

It doesnt take long to realize that the slightest movement in certain places could

set off deadly booby-traps for the characters. With little means of escape the movie progresses

with unpredictable nerve-stretching intrigue

The Cubes purpose, who constructed it and how the characters got there, was never given.

There have been many interpretations or attempts to explain it. I couldnt help comparing

it to planet Saturns related occult symbolism and not without reason.

Saturn and the black cube

Since ancient times in occult symbolism Saturn (aka Satan the Christian devil, Set the Egyptian

God of evil, or the Gnostic Corrupted Demiurge etc) has been known to represent negativity

such as that found in limitations in space and time, conflict and death. Limitations

in space and time, conflict and death are not the only comparisons that could be made

between Saturn occult symbolism and the plot/storyline in the Cube movie: Saturn is symbolized by

the cube.

Saturn matrix,consciousness,Saturn occult, Saturn symbolism,black cube,Saturn moon matrix,new

world order,satan,occult symbolism

The Saturn cube is derived from the planets North Pole called the 6 pointed star.

The cube is a 3-dimensional representation of the 2-dimensional hexagonal North Pole

6 pointed star.

[THE Secret of the CUBE..Saturn Mix]

Saturn occult symbolism is symbolised by a black cube. Without many people ever knowing

its sinister origin it can be seen all over the world and is used in the entertainments

industry, religions and corporate logos. as the saying goes If you havent seen it

then your eyes havent been opened. Heavily into the occult it has been said that the

worlds ruling elite pay homage to and the worship of the Saturn cube.

The Saturn matrix control system Be prepared to take the reddest of red pills!

Research suggests that in essence we are trapped in space and time inside a cube by the Saturn

matrix control system. Have the worlds ruling elite and their mysterious associates

through the generations been playing us into servitude like a violin string using this

extraordinary advanced technological Saturn matrix control system?

Saturn matrix,consciousness,Saturn occult, Saturn symbolism,black cube,Saturn moon matrix,new

world order, satan, occult symbolismIf you want to get some idea of how advanced the technology

is in this then take a look at Norman Bergruns meticulous research The Ringmakers of Saturn.

A former aerospace and NASA research scientist described how the Voyager 1 flight to Saturn

took photos revealing some 11,000 mile long cylindrical spaceships having an involvement

in the making of Saturns rings

-Yes, I know folks, this is really deep down in the rabbit-hole stuff and all too much

for some, but please I exhort you to do your own research

Saturn matrix,consciousness,Saturn occult, Saturn symbolism,black cube,Saturn moon matrix,new

world order,satan,occult symbolism

It has been said that in the matrix control system Saturn is the mainframe computer

powered up by our suns photonic energy. Then Saturn sends out information which is

received by our Moon acting as some kind of interface modular system. The moon, in turn,

sends communication signals to Earth using virtual instrumentation, producing the simulated

information; the fake reality that we receive and believe to be real.

The assimilation of this fake reality inside the inescapable matrix has been used as a

platform for those seemingly never ending cycles related to reincarnation suffering,

death, disease and famine

Escaping the Saturn moon matrix

Saturn matrix,consciousness,Saturn occult, Saturn symbolism,black cube,Saturn moon matrix,new

world order, satan, occult symbolismIf this is the case then how do we escape this computer

programmed existence where everythings based on lies?

I believe the answer lies in thinking, feeling and acting from the heart. The heart-centred

singularity sees right through the lies, knowing that unconditional love is the only truth.

This is the wormhole where we can go through and escape the matrix: The platform

for creating a life thats based on serving others; selfless acts of kindness that will

indeed encourage those surrounding to do the same thing while raising our conscious awareness

-With unconditional love and that shift in consciousness anything is possible. No matrix

controlling authority is higher than this.

YOU ARE that authority.

DIY Lip Balm {Easy}! 5 Mini Candy, Liquid Starbucks, Bubblegum & Ice Cream Lip Gloss DIYs! - Duration: 13:59.

hello and welcome back to my channel

today I'm going to show you how to make

5 DIY lip balms

if you're new to my channel and you'd

like to see future DIY videos please click that

subscribe button and if you enjoy this

video please give it a thumbs up the

first DIY will be a chocolate ice cream

cone so to start print out the ice cream

cone template cut it out leaving a

little white space on his side

once it's cut out at cut a slight angle on the

bottom of the white tab

fold the white tab over and glue together open it up to

shape an ice cream cone

find something sturdy that you can place the ice cream

cone in you will need a lip balm

container like this now fill the cone

with hot glue you want to add just

enough so when you set the lip container in

the top of the lip balm

container is flush with a cone the lip

balm container should secure itself to

the hot glue

once the lip balm container is secure

in the hot glue set aside and let it

cool down to make the chocolate ice

cream for the top I'm going to use some

brown model magic clay remove the lid

from the lip balm container and start

shaping the clay to look like a scoop of

ice cream

I used it a toothbrush to give it some texture

place the lid back on the lip

balm container and make sure that the

clay and the ice cream cone line up and

everything looks ok let the clay dry overnight

now to make the lip balm i'm

going to start by using some shea butter

in a microwave safe container i'm going

to add one tablespoon of shea butter

along with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

I put that in the microwave on 10 second

increments until it was fully melted

next I'm going to add some cocoa powder

to the mixture and mix that all together

pour the lip balm mixture into the

lip balm container and set that in the

refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes

here is mine once it was out of the

refrigerator and that is how to make a

chocolate ice cream cone lip balm

the next DIY lip balm will be a mini Häagen-Dazs ice cream cup

for this one you will

need one of these k cups for a coffee

maker begin by removing the top and then

and emptying out any coffee and or filter

that is inside

now just thoroughly wash and clean out

the k-cup to secure the lip balm container

in the k-cup i'm going to use the model

magic clay what he did was they just

took a little piece and i pushed it inside

the k cup and then i set the lip balm

container on top of that and set that

aside and let it dry overnight

print out the two images cut them out

and for the circle one laminate it with

clear packaging tape to protect it for

the next part I'm going to use the top

part of a cheerios box if you don't have

a cheerios box you can just use a plain

white piece of cardstock and paint it i'm

just going to cut out a small strip from

the top of the box here is the piece

that I cut out from the box - I'm going to run

it over a marker so it starts to curl

wrap the strip around the circle image to

get the correct measurement and then

glue the ends together

glue the circle image on top of the strip

secure the other label to the k cup

once the lip balm container is secure to

the clay and won't come loose remove

the lid and glue the lid from the ice

cream to the top of the lip balm container

here's what you should have at this point

to make the lip balm for this one

I'm going to use one tablespoon of these

beeswax and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

place those two ingredients in a

microwave-safe container and microwave

on 10 second increments until it's fully

melted for this one I'm going to use a

couple squares of a hershey bar once

the mixture was melted i just added a

couple of chocolate squares and mixed

those in

pour the mixture into the lip balm

container set that in the refrigerator for

about 10-15 minutes

The third DIY lip balm will be a mini rolos

candy lip balm - for this one I'm going

to use these contact lens cases

start by separating the contact lens cases

sand down any rough edges

using a toilet roll cut the toilet roll in half

place the contact lens case in one side

wrap the toilet paper roll around it so

it fits tight mark off the excess and

cut it down to size

glue the seams together

mark off at two and a half inches and

then cut that out

here is what you should have and the

cases should fit in both sides

glue the top of the contact lens cases into each

side of the toilet roll

cut out the label and secure it to the toilet roll

to paint the bottom of the contact lens

cases i'm going to use some metallic

pure gold acrylic paint - here are mine after

they were painted and dried now to make

the lip balm for this one and to make it

more like a rolo's i'm going to use

some chocolate chips and some caramel

extract for the base lip balm recipe

for this one in a microwave-safe

container and going to add one

tablespoon of beeswax and 1 tablespoon

of coconut oil place that in the microwave on

10 second increments until it is fully melted

next I'm going to add in some chocolate

chips and stir that together and until

there are melted

next I added in the caramel extract and mixed that together

pour the lip balm

mixture into the contact lens cases

set those in the refrigerator for about 10 to 15 minutes

once the lip balm mixture

has set then you can add those to the

ends of the Rolo's and there you have

your DIY lip balm that looks like a Rolo's candy

the fourth DIY lip balm will be one

that looks like a bubblegum machine for

this one you will need a lip balm

container like this

cut a toilet roll in half

place the lip balm container in it so it

fits tight mark off and cut off any

excess and glue the seams together

mark off at two inches and cut it out

glue the top of the lip balm container to the

toilet roll

once the lip balm container is secure then just paint it.

Here is mine after it

was painted and dried

next you'll need one of these capsules

from a vending machine

glue the capsule to the toilet roll

next on a piece of foam I cut out a

shape that looks like a handle and I

also cut off the back of a thumb tack

so it wasn't sharp glue thumbtack to the

middle of the foam piece i'm going to use

some sterling silver paint to paint the

foam piece and the thumbtacks

once the paint has dried glue it to the toilet roll

to make the lip balm I'm going to use one

tablespoon of shea butter and 1

tablespoon of coconut oil melt that

the microwave on 10 second increments until it is fully melted

to tint this one I'm going to use a piece of lipstick

i'm going to add some bubblegum

flavoring to this one

pour the mixture in the lip balm container and set it in the refrigerator

once the lip balm is ready then you can

place it onto the bubblegum machine bottom

add some real bubblegum to the top

and that is how you make this easy

DIY lip balm bubblegum machine

the last DIY lip balm will be a highly

requested liquid starbucks lip balm

for this one you will need one of these

portion cups along with a lip on

container that fits inside this is the

brand of lip balm container that i'm using

fill the portion cut up about

halfway with soap

i'm going to use pink acrylic paint to make this look like a

cotton candy frap I know in some

places the cotton candy crap isn't pink

anymore but that's just the color and

choosing make mine

hot glue around the top of the lip balm

container you want to apply a generous

portion of hot glue once that's done

then place that inside of the cup

to make the whip cream i'm going to use

some white model magic clay

roll a piece of the clay into a snake shape

place the bottom of the lip balm container

back on and wrap the clay around to look

like whipped cream once that's done

remove the bottom of the container so

the clay and the cup don't dry and stick together

to make the lip balm for this one

I'm going to use one tablespoon of shea

butter and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

melt that in a microwave-safe container

on 10 second increments until it is

fully melted to give this one some tint

I'm going to use some pink eyeshadow and

then to give this a cotton candy smell

i'm going to use some cotton candy extract

pour the mixture into the lip balm

container with the whipped cream make

sure before doing this that the clay

has had about 24 hours to dry

I used one of the portion cups to set the lip

balm in and I put that in the

refrigerator

once the lip balm is ready place the two

back together

I then went online and printed out a

small starbucks logo and glue that to

the cup

and i also made one with silicone

instead of clay - I hope you guys enjoyed

always of these DIY lip balms - I would love it if you

gave this video a thumbs up let me know

which one was your favorite

until next time I hope you guys all have

an amazing day

Americans STILL Clueless On Obamacare - Duration: 8:18.

NOT.

Marc's depression and personality disorder - Duration: 3:01.

In lots of cartoons you'll see an angel and a devil sitting on someone's shoulder

when you suffer from depression, there is only a devil

Because of the depression I feel lonely,

sad,

feeling like I'm being a bother to others

Because of my avoidant personality disorder

I feel like I'm inferior to others

and like I'm not welcome anywhere

that's why I keep quiet

and why I withdraw myself

the mornings are the hardest

dark clouds surround me

lots of thoughts about my past,

my future,

mistakes I made

or just me in general

a hopeless vision

and that's what makes the mornings so hard

little steps like

showering,

getting dressed,

eating breakfast

cost me lots of energy

but with every step I take I feel better

my breaking point wasn't too long ago

it was a moment where everything that was important to me,

was taken away from me,

disapeared

and I worked so hard for these things

this all made me have suicidal thoughts

I'm really glad I got out of this fase in my life

but I'm still a bit cautious and scared that I will fall back

but because of this fase I realise how strong I really am

to feel better I walk with my dog

he distracts me from my feelings

he brings me peace

he's so happy when I throw away his ball

I look at him as a role model

life can be easy

and you can enjoy the little things

like a dog does

I also write what I think and what I feel

everything that puts weight on my shoulders really

when I write I put those things figurally speaking in a box

It clears my head,

It gets out of my system

and I can always look back at it

If I feel the need, I talk about it

talking has been a really big remedy to me

what I want to tell you guys is that,

don't be too hard on yourself,

Inglewood: un bon burger et tout va bien | FOOBY - Duration: 6:11.

Meet Laura Schälchli.

Laura lives for good food and has a passion for the stories

of people who prepare this food every day.

Which is why we're joining her during her travels across Switzerland

to meet the most interesting of these people

and learn something from them.

Today, we're at <i>Inglewood.</i>

So, what is it again that Laura does?

'I organise events that revolve around food and drink.'

She started in New York with a sandwich lunch club,

but actually the story begins at the age of eight –

with a crêpe stand at her parents' tennis court.

But we're a bit limited on time for that story.

Today, she teaches workshops and courses, organises field trips,

is president of Slow Food Youth Switzerland and hosts numerous pop-ups –

in other words, 'temporary restaurants'.

But to sum it all up:

'The more we know about food,

the better equipped we are as consumers to make decisions.'

And she's honest too:

'For me, it's also about consciously enjoying the experience.

I'm not at all interested in pointing the finger and saying,

it has to be local, it has to be organic, it has to be this, that and the other...

because then you just lose the desire.'

So, she only does what she really wants to do.

'Sometimes it's about people, while other times there's a theme.

And sometimes I just want people to come and enjoy some legendary food.'

And <i>Inglewood</i> is a burger shop serving such legendary food.

Brothers Maïko and Bastien Nicolet now have two locations

in the heart of Geneva.

The two men always knew they would start a project together one day,

like, for example, a regional burger shop.

'We quickly realised that our canton offers plenty of good products

and we don't have to travel far to find them.

This gave us the idea of making food that is truly local.'

Of course, you can't find everything in one place.

'If you want to be able to offer a menu with a wide variety of burgers,

you sometimes have to look beyond the borders

of Switzerland at other countries.'

But at least they stick to one rule:

There are two special offers on the menu of about 15 francs.

This means that a family of four can come and, so long as they don't drink too much,

spend about 100 francs.

'Yes, that's always been our philosophy:

to offer top quality at reasonable prices.'

'I think they definitely struck a chord with their idea and vision.'

And their success is proof enough.

They also know exactly who they want to work with.

'We always follow our instincts.

If we understand each other on a human level,

this gives us a sense of trust and there's no reason

why things shouldn't work out.'

For example, the nearby <i>Brasserie des Murailles </i>

is now brewing its own Inglewood beer.

'You should see the label.'

'What's it called?'

<i>'Beerglewood.' 'Beerglewood!'</i>

Nathalie Droz and Philippe Margand run the small brewery

with four employees in a very special way.

'We have a system with a hops vessel,

and the heat produced by the beer is used

to heat the hot water, which is reused every day.

This saves us a lot of energy.'

'Push it with some force.'

'Not with your foot!'

'Oh, you've really cleaned up.'

'It's really nice when you can establish a friendly

partnership. That's important.'

'And then when you see the two of them and the location, it somehow just fits.

So you know that Philippe isn't the type of person you meet and who says,

'<i>I'm Philippe, I brew beer and this is my beer. Bam'</i>

'Hi, Philippe'

'The brewer. Follow me.'

'What I really like is how well balanced all the beers

we've tried are. But I always let myself be influenced by

the people behind something. That's just how it is.'

'The least expensive beer is the blonde.'

'Then the white and then the red.

The red has a higher alcohol content and is also a bit heavier,

which is why the blonde and white beer go better with our burgers.'

'And the best is –'

'The best one is <i>Beerglewood.'</i>

A light, American-style beer that goes well with food

must, of course, also pair well with the burger of the month.

The two men create a new burger each month

to offer their customers something new and exciting.

So they always have a new challenge;

for example, the bison burger made with bison meat from Geneva.

'With our first try, we discovered

that the meat tasted so good and was of such good quality

that we thought 'OK, we'll make it burger of the month'.'

And speaking of cooking, Bastien's favourite burger is the <i>Cain Cain</i>.

Crispy bacon with cheddar cheese, onion, lettuce, Inglewood sauce and barbecue sauce.

Maïko prefers the <i>Valaisan </i>with raclette cheese

and a pepper crust.

And now Laura, who has a slow food reputation to uphold:

'These babies are going to take a while, aren't they?'

'Yes, now we have to wait a bit."

"Now they're getting bigger.'

'I've burned them on purpose

because it gives the mayonnaise a great taste.'

'I mix the chilli with the oil and then use it as the base for the mayonnaise.

And then I mix the oil with the eggs.'

'I felt like they were watching every little thing I was doing

when I made my sauce.'

'You can't find a smoky sauce like this every day.'

'That was a very creative idea and something

that we could suggest as burger of the month.'

'Now you've tried the burger of the month.'

'How does it taste?' 'Really good!'

'Ready to hire me?' 'Yes.'

Whatever the future brings, one thing is clear for both men:

'The goal will always be to offer the best quality at a great price

in a friendly, pleasant atmosphere.

That's how we keep to the Inglewood principles,

even if we decide to adopt a completely new concept.'

Pepe Regazzi: la cuisine tessinoise | FOOBY - Duration: 7:19.

This is Laura Schälchli.

Laura loves good food.

And she has a passion for the stories of the people who

make this food, day in, day out.

And this is why we're travelling all over Switzerland with her,

to meet some of the most fascinating

personalities

and learn something from them.

In this case, from Pepe Regazzi.

In the last few years, the trainer of the Swiss national snowboard team

has spent every second travelling through his native Ticino,

because he is fascinated by his home canton.

With all its history, its beautiful landscape,

its unbelievable, good people

who try quietly

to pass on the old traditions.

I think all of us go through this at some point.

You know, where do I come from really? And what's already there?

He's already written two books on the subject:

'Ticino ti Cucino' and 'Famiglia Nostrana'

I had an idea with Juliette Crétien, a photographer,

who did these books together with me.

We thought, why not make a compilation

of all the highlights, all the good things about Ticino.

And this is why Laura is meeting Pepe. To get to know his Ticino.

Because Pepe knows what's what when it comes to food, traditions and his trusty Ape.

Oh, fuck!

And above all, the people and how they work.

Like Walter Branca.

Did you see our lovely Swiss flag?

Go Switzerland.

Go Switzerland. Go Switzerland, when it comes to fishing as well.

Walter is one of the few professional fishermen still at work on Lake Maggiore.

I think there's three or four.

And the special thing about him is that he's devoted his whole life to fishing,

being outdoors in nature, alone on the lake.

And, yes, working with the fish.

Wait, wait, wait.

I've met a good few fishermen all over the world

and you need real character to be a fisherman.

What is it that you like so much? The fish or the fisherman? I didn't quite catch it. The fish! Oh, I thought you meant the fisherman.

I just didn't understand you. Or not so well.

This dialect! It's the dialect.

But when you're fishing, it's better to speak dialect. It's more authentic. When it comes to the nets as well?

Now he speaks Italian, so that the 'zucchina' can understand him as well.

This is another thing I didn't realise.

I think when you come here on holiday,

you never really come into contact with this dialect.

Contact with people is what Pepe lives for.

So they travel from Lake Maggiore to Olivone,

to get to know specialities from Ticino

made by some special people.

The couple behind the Toïra dairy are going their own way.

Yes, and what are you doing now with organic milk in Olivone?

It would just be mixed together with the other milk.

So it was clear to everyone –

we need to have our own cheese dairy.

Hedi Roth is responsible for sales and organisation,

her husband Gian Paolo Marci makes the cheese.

Inspected by the master.

I must make this clean cut, then the whey is ready to process. First, we cut a cross. Ah, the Swiss cross! You can see afterwards that the cheese is Swiss.

The vision of an organic dairy with zero kilometres of production distance,

from milking to selling, was formed by the two of them some time ago.

Exactly.

We say zero kilometres. But it's not zero kilometres, it's zero metres. Even less.

((Laughs))

It was fun.

Ciao! Viva! Ciao! Grazie!

Some people work for money.

And some people work for something they love.

It's got a really interesting taste,

hasn't it? Yes, yes. You can taste the nettles.

If it's not cold but it's been outside for a while, you really notice.

And the vision, the fact that it took Hedi 20 years to realise her vision –

that's something very emotional for me.

And I think maybe it's what Pepe looks for, and finds.

The emotional aspect of things.

Something that's really traditional, and here are these two.

Smoked? That's definitely an alpine tradition

to make it keep for longer.

No one's heard of Ricotta Fumicata for a long time now.

Exactly.

In the past, everyone knew it.

Another traditional remnant of Ticino history

can be found in Ponte Brolla, an hour away.

In places where cold air flowed out of the mountain,

they built up stone walls to create a kind of fridge.

They built 'rustici', storage areas

where they kept salami and cheese.

And maybe the wine, too.

Salüt!

Davide, or Dado, Buvolli spent five years working in the historic Grotto America,

and has now taken it over from his brother.

From the middle of the 19th century to the end of World War I, 30,000 soldiers from Ticino went to California.

And the Grotto America was the place where people met before they left.

Where's my friend? Laura?

Have you seen my friend Laura? I think you've hidden her. Look under the table. Exactly!

I had no idea that people from Ticino were so loud.

((Laughs))

People from Ticino always go to parties, and they're always fun.

He said: First you eat and then you talk. ((Music)) Come on, let's take a look at the kitchen. Leave him to work in peace.

Originally, the Grotto had only cheese, cold cuts and wine.

But today there are also traditional dishes, such as

risotto, polenta, Ticino roast, Ticino sausage.

Yeah, ok, the menu please.

Yes, these grottoes are being taken over by the young people.

Up until a few years ago, it was the older people who were doing it.

Of course, they also have many traditions and a lot of knowledge.

And now the younger generation is taking over.

And bringing in a bit of fresh air.

Mixing the old with the new.

HOW TO: Perfect Fit YouTube Channel Art Banner in Adobe Illustrator with Template - Duration: 2:36.

Hey there YouTube!

Today I'm going to show you how you can get the perfect fit for your YouTube Channel

Art using Illustrator and a template guide.

First, let me show you why using a template guide is important.

If you design to the entire canvas, when you go to youtube to edit your channel art, your

channel art will only be displayed correctly on a tv.

If you notice, the uploaded channel art is cut off on the desktop view as well as the

mobile view.

In order to get the perfect fit for your YouTube Channel Art, I have a free template guide

that you can download.

The link will be in the description box below.

No gimmicks.

It's a direct link.

You will not have to view any ads to get to the template; however I would really appreciate

it if you disabled your ad blocker on this video.

Once you have the template saved, simply open it in Illustrator.

I'm going to select the template and copy it.

Now we're going to start a new image in Illustrators with the dimensions of 2560 pixels

by 1440 pixels.

Let's paste the template guide and then create a new layer.

I have a vector file already opened that I am going to work with so that I can design

a channel art banner for demonstration purposes.

Let me select the group that I want to work with which is the youtube design, and now

I'm going to copy it.

I'm heading back over to the new image that I pasted the template guide on, and I'm

going to paste this youtube artwork on the new layer.

You want to keep all of your design elements inside the box labeled "text and logo safe

area."

This is the darkest shaded area of the template.

This will give you the perfect fit when your channel is viewed on both a desktop and a

mobile device.

Once you have designed your art to your liking, make sure to turn the layer that contains

the template guide off.

I didn't do it in this demonstration because I covered the entire template.

HOW TO: Perfect Fit YouTube Channel Art Banner in Canva with Template - Duration: 2:59.

Hey there YouTube!

Today I'm going to show you how you can get the perfect fit for your YouTube Channel

Art using Canva and a template guide.

Once you're logged into Canva, you want to click on "More."

This is located on the "Create a design" dashboard.

Scroll down to the heading "Social Media & Email Headers" and then select "YouTube

Channel Art."

So the mistake that most people make, is that they design to the entire canvas which is

2560 pixels by 1440 pixels.

Let me demonstrate why you don't want to do this.

You will not have to view any ads to get to the template; however I would appreciate it

if you disabled your ad blocker on this video.

Once you have the template saved, simply upload it into Canva.

Now that the template is uploaded, I'm going to place it on the canvas.

Let me go ahead and upload some random images so that I can design a channel art banner

for demonstration purposes.

You want to keep all of your design elements inside the box labeled "text and logo safe

area."

This is the darkest shaded area of the template.

This will give you the perfect fit when your channel is viewed on both a desktop and a

mobile device.

You don't have to worry about the perfect fit for television because that fit is the

entire image.

Once you have finished designing, make sure that you delete the template guide from your

canvas.

DIY Lip Balm {Easy}! 5 Mini Candy, Liquid Starbucks, Bubblegum & Ice Cream Lip Gloss DIYs! - Duration: 13:59.

hello and welcome back to my channel

today I'm going to show you how to make

5 DIY lip balms

if you're new to my channel and you'd

like to see future DIY videos please click that

subscribe button and if you enjoy this

video please give it a thumbs up the

first DIY will be a chocolate ice cream

cone so to start print out the ice cream

cone template cut it out leaving a

little white space on his side

once it's cut out at cut a slight angle on the

bottom of the white tab

fold the white tab over and glue together open it up to

shape an ice cream cone

find something sturdy that you can place the ice cream

cone in you will need a lip balm

container like this now fill the cone

with hot glue you want to add just

enough so when you set the lip container in

the top of the lip balm

container is flush with a cone the lip

balm container should secure itself to

the hot glue

once the lip balm container is secure

in the hot glue set aside and let it

cool down to make the chocolate ice

cream for the top I'm going to use some

brown model magic clay remove the lid

from the lip balm container and start

shaping the clay to look like a scoop of

ice cream

I used it a toothbrush to give it some texture

place the lid back on the lip

balm container and make sure that the

clay and the ice cream cone line up and

everything looks ok let the clay dry overnight

now to make the lip balm i'm

going to start by using some shea butter

in a microwave safe container i'm going

to add one tablespoon of shea butter

along with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

I put that in the microwave on 10 second

increments until it was fully melted

next I'm going to add some cocoa powder

to the mixture and mix that all together

pour the lip balm mixture into the

lip balm container and set that in the

refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes

here is mine once it was out of the

refrigerator and that is how to make a

chocolate ice cream cone lip balm

the next DIY lip balm will be a mini Häagen-Dazs ice cream cup

for this one you will

need one of these k cups for a coffee

maker begin by removing the top and then

and emptying out any coffee and or filter

that is inside

now just thoroughly wash and clean out

the k-cup to secure the lip balm container

in the k-cup i'm going to use the model

magic clay what he did was they just

took a little piece and i pushed it inside

the k cup and then i set the lip balm

container on top of that and set that

aside and let it dry overnight

print out the two images cut them out

and for the circle one laminate it with

clear packaging tape to protect it for

the next part I'm going to use the top

part of a cheerios box if you don't have

a cheerios box you can just use a plain

white piece of cardstock and paint it i'm

just going to cut out a small strip from

the top of the box here is the piece

that I cut out from the box - I'm going to run

it over a marker so it starts to curl

wrap the strip around the circle image to

get the correct measurement and then

glue the ends together

glue the circle image on top of the strip

secure the other label to the k cup

once the lip balm container is secure to

the clay and won't come loose remove

the lid and glue the lid from the ice

cream to the top of the lip balm container

here's what you should have at this point

to make the lip balm for this one

I'm going to use one tablespoon of these

beeswax and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

place those two ingredients in a

microwave-safe container and microwave

on 10 second increments until it's fully

melted for this one I'm going to use a

couple squares of a hershey bar once

the mixture was melted i just added a

couple of chocolate squares and mixed

those in

pour the mixture into the lip balm

container set that in the refrigerator for

about 10-15 minutes

The third DIY lip balm will be a mini rolos

candy lip balm - for this one I'm going

to use these contact lens cases

start by separating the contact lens cases

sand down any rough edges

using a toilet roll cut the toilet roll in half

place the contact lens case in one side

wrap the toilet paper roll around it so

it fits tight mark off the excess and

cut it down to size

glue the seams together

mark off at two and a half inches and

then cut that out

here is what you should have and the

cases should fit in both sides

glue the top of the contact lens cases into each

side of the toilet roll

cut out the label and secure it to the toilet roll

to paint the bottom of the contact lens

cases i'm going to use some metallic

pure gold acrylic paint - here are mine after

they were painted and dried now to make

the lip balm for this one and to make it

more like a rolo's i'm going to use

some chocolate chips and some caramel

extract for the base lip balm recipe

for this one in a microwave-safe

container and going to add one

tablespoon of beeswax and 1 tablespoon

of coconut oil place that in the microwave on

10 second increments until it is fully melted

next I'm going to add in some chocolate

chips and stir that together and until

there are melted

next I added in the caramel extract and mixed that together

pour the lip balm

mixture into the contact lens cases

set those in the refrigerator for about 10 to 15 minutes

once the lip balm mixture

has set then you can add those to the

ends of the Rolo's and there you have

your DIY lip balm that looks like a Rolo's candy

the fourth DIY lip balm will be one

that looks like a bubblegum machine for

this one you will need a lip balm

container like this

cut a toilet roll in half

place the lip balm container in it so it

fits tight mark off and cut off any

excess and glue the seams together

mark off at two inches and cut it out

glue the top of the lip balm container to the

toilet roll

once the lip balm container is secure then just paint it.

Here is mine after it

was painted and dried

next you'll need one of these capsules

from a vending machine

glue the capsule to the toilet roll

next on a piece of foam I cut out a

shape that looks like a handle and I

also cut off the back of a thumb tack

so it wasn't sharp glue thumbtack to the

middle of the foam piece i'm going to use

some sterling silver paint to paint the

foam piece and the thumbtacks

once the paint has dried glue it to the toilet roll

to make the lip balm I'm going to use one

tablespoon of shea butter and 1

tablespoon of coconut oil melt that

the microwave on 10 second increments until it is fully melted

to tint this one I'm going to use a piece of lipstick

i'm going to add some bubblegum

flavoring to this one

pour the mixture in the lip balm container and set it in the refrigerator

once the lip balm is ready then you can

place it onto the bubblegum machine bottom

add some real bubblegum to the top

and that is how you make this easy

DIY lip balm bubblegum machine

the last DIY lip balm will be a highly

requested liquid starbucks lip balm

for this one you will need one of these

portion cups along with a lip on

container that fits inside this is the

brand of lip balm container that i'm using

fill the portion cut up about

halfway with soap

i'm going to use pink acrylic paint to make this look like a

cotton candy frap I know in some

places the cotton candy crap isn't pink

anymore but that's just the color and

choosing make mine

hot glue around the top of the lip balm

container you want to apply a generous

portion of hot glue once that's done

then place that inside of the cup

to make the whip cream i'm going to use

some white model magic clay

roll a piece of the clay into a snake shape

place the bottom of the lip balm container

back on and wrap the clay around to look

like whipped cream once that's done

remove the bottom of the container so

the clay and the cup don't dry and stick together

to make the lip balm for this one

I'm going to use one tablespoon of shea

butter and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

melt that in a microwave-safe container

on 10 second increments until it is

fully melted to give this one some tint

I'm going to use some pink eyeshadow and

then to give this a cotton candy smell

i'm going to use some cotton candy extract

pour the mixture into the lip balm

container with the whipped cream make

sure before doing this that the clay

has had about 24 hours to dry

I used one of the portion cups to set the lip

balm in and I put that in the

refrigerator

once the lip balm is ready place the two

back together

I then went online and printed out a

small starbucks logo and glue that to

the cup

and i also made one with silicone

instead of clay - I hope you guys enjoyed

always of these DIY lip balms - I would love it if you

gave this video a thumbs up let me know

which one was your favorite

until next time I hope you guys all have

an amazing day

Lady Gaga Dating Talent Agent Christian Carino - Duration: 1:35.

It's not a perfect illusion — Lady Gaga is moving on.

The "Joanne" singer is dating CAA talent agent Christian Carino, a source confirms

exclusively to PEOPLE.

On Jan. 28, the budding couple were spotted getting affectionate at a Kings of Leon concert,

says an onlooker.

Carino previously dated Walking Dead's Lauren Cohan, and some of his clients include Hollywood's

biggest A-list stars like Justin Bieber, Amber Heard, Christina Aguilera, Simon Cowell, Miley

Cyrus and Jennifer Lopez.

Gaga, 30, and former fiancé Taylor Kinney, 35, amicably called off their engagement in

July of last year.

Kinney popped the question in 2015 on Valentine's Day with a heart-shaped ring after four years

together.

The singer went on SiriusXM's The Howard Stern Show in October, where she opened up

about her unconditional support for the Chicago Fire actor and the swirling rumors about him

moving on.

"I'm not going to -—ing throw a party!"

Gaga joked when Stern asked if she'd be happy for Kinney if he started dating someone

new.

Budding new romance or not, Gaga has been busy at work, lighting up her halftime performance

at Super Bowl LI in Houston — where the New England Patriots beat out the Atlanta

Falcons — and prepping for her upcoming Grammys performance.

Marc's depression and personality disorder - Duration: 3:01.

In lots of cartoons you'll see an angel and a devil sitting on someone's shoulder

when you suffer from depression, there is only a devil

and the devil will only whisper negative things

Because of the depression I feel lonely,

down,

sad,

feeling like I'm being a bother to others

Because of my avoidant personality disorder

I feel like I'm inferior to others

and like I'm not welcome anywhere

that's why I keep quiet

and why I withdraw myself

the mornings are the hardest

dark clouds surround me

lots of thoughts about my past,

my future,

mistakes I made

or just me in general

a hopeless vision

and that's what makes the mornings so hard

little steps like

showering,

getting dressed,

eating breakfast

cost me lots of energy

but with every step I take I feel better

my breaking point wasn't too long ago

it was a moment where everything that was important to me,

was taken away from me,

disapeared

and I worked so hard for these things

this all made me have suicidal thoughts

I'm really glad I got out of this fase in my life

but I'm still a bit cautious and scared that I will fall back

but because of this fase I realise how strong I really am

to feel better I walk with my dog

he distracts me from my feelings

he brings me peace

he's so happy when I throw away his ball

I look at him as a role model

life can be easy

and you can enjoy the little things

like a dog does

I also write what I think and what I feel

everything that puts weight on my shoulders really

when I write I put those things figurally speaking in a box

It clears my head,

It gets out of my system

and I can always look back at it

If I feel the need, I talk about it

talking has been a really big remedy to me

what I want to tell you guys is that,

no matter how hard things get, keep on breathing,

don't be too hard on yourself,

just keep on living

and you might even like it
