Hello I'm Daven Hiskey, you're watching the Today I Found Out Youtube channel.
In the video today, we're looking at why the way most people draw hearts looks nothing
like a real heart.
The heart symbol is one of the single most enduring and widely recognised symbols in
modern culture.
But where did it come from?
Something like the familiar heart symbol goes back many thousands of years.
Specifically, several pieces of pottery going back as far as 3000BC clearly show the unmistakable
symbol.
However, in these instances, the symbol is noted to be a simplification of either a fig
or ivy leaf, not a crude representation of the human heart, and seemingly, at least initially,
not having anything to do with love.
Fast-forwarding through history and we find many cultures using a similar symbol, such
as depicted in Grecian, Cretian, Minoan, Mycean, Roman and Corinthian pottery, along with many
others.
In these instances, again, the symbol doesn't appear to be representative of a heart, but
of various leaves.
For example, the early vine leaf imagery in Greek culture was mostly used to represent
Dionysus, the god of wine, fertility, and ecstasy, among other things.
For a more straightforward example of the ivy leaf imagery having a double, suggestive
meaning, in the city of Ephesus around fourth century A.D, the symbol was used to represent
a brothel.
As ivy is quite long-lived and hardy, it was also prominently seen on early Greek and Roman
graves.
Interestingly, entirely independent of the Greeks and Romans, Buddhists also came to
use a symbol similar to that of the drawn heart.
However, in their culture, it was representative of a fig leaf, which came to symbolise enlightenment.
However, just because these very similar early symbols strongly resemble the modern symbol
for the heart, doesn't necessarily mean this is where the modern symbol came from and we,
unfortunately, lack much in the way of direct evidence to trace its early lineage.
As such, it has also been proposed that it derived from a different, now extinct, plant
known as, "silphium", which was used in ancient times as a very effective form of birth control,
among many other uses.
The trade of silphium was so lucrative that Cyrene, the town it was grown in, actually
put it on their money.
Along with its obvious links with a form of love, the plant's seed pod was stylised in
ancient times as what we can now recognise as akin to the heart symbol.
Whether these various leaves or seed pod had anything to do with the subsequent symbol
directly, it is generally thought describing the human heart as looking like certain leaves
may have had something to do with it.
You see, though Arabic and other doctors of earlier periods had made leaps and bounds
in anatomical study, during the middle ages, much of this was lost or suppressed by the
Church.
And with autopsies being outlawed, many were forced to rely on the early descriptions of
these doctors and nothing else.
These descriptions tended to describe the heart in one of two ways, looking something
like a conifer cone in overall shape or looking something like an inverted leaf, with the
stem as the arterial branching.
As for direct evidence, appearing in a 13th century French manuscript and written by an
unknown author, a simple romance tale called "Roman de la poire" (Romance of the pear)
is now famous for featuring one of the the earliest known images of the heart in a metaphorical
sense, where a man hands his heart to his lover.
Its shape is likened to that of a conifer cone, in keeping with the known medical literature
of the time.
Around this same time in the 13th century, the royal banner of the kings of Denmark prominently
depicted the heart symbol.
In the early 14th century, we also see yet another conifer-cone shaped heart where Giotto
de Bondone depicts a heart being giving to Christ in a painting at the Scrovegni Chapel.
From here, numerous others began using this same basic symbol, at first with the point
commonly on top, and then switched to pointing down like today around the 15th century.
During this same period, the indentation in the fat side of the heart symbol started to
appear more and more frequently, perhaps mimicking the look of certain types of leaves as mentioned
and as many have theorised, or perhaps not.
Whatever the case, during the next few hundred years, several things happened that saw the
heart symbol's popularity explode.
Ironically, though the Church had played a large role in people being unaware of what
an actual human heart looked like, it also was integral in the spreading of the heart
symbol.
Specifically, the so called "Sacred Heart of Jesus" was supposedly seen in a vision
by one, Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque in 1673.
Physically, this Sacred Heart is remarkably similar to the modern heart symbol, though
generally depicted surrounded by thorns and sometimes depicted on fire.
The Catholic Church used this symbol extensively in the subsequent centuries.
However, as previously noted, by that point the symbol and its use to depict a human heart
had already been well known and commonly used by artists and others for a few centuries.
It was even used by Protestant Reformation leader Martin Luther when he oversaw the development
of his coat of arms, "Luther Rose", in 1519, over a century and a half before Saint Margaret's
vision.
Luther had this to say about the design of his coat of arms in a letter written in 1530:
"...I shall answer most amiably and tell you my original thoughts and reason about
why my seal is a symbol of my theology.
The first should be a black cross in a heart, which retains its natural color, so that I
myself would be reminded that faith in the Crucified saves us.
'For one who believes from the heart will be justified' (Romans 10:10).
Although it is indeed a black cross, which mortifies and which should also cause pain,
it leaves the heart in its natural color.
It does not corrupt nature, that is, it does not kill but keeps alive.
'The just shall live by faith' (Romans 1:17) but by faith in the Crucified.
Such a heart should stand in the middle of a white rose, to show that faith gives joy,
comfort, and peace..."
So contrary to what is often said, Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque's vision was not the origin
of the symbol as representing a heart, but certainly helped popularise it with its widespread
use by the Catholic Church after this.
The other important thing that happened to help popularise the symbol, and that also
predated the Sacred Heart vision, is the late 15th century introduction, and later spreading,
of the French card suits, Cœurs (Hearts), Carreaux (Diamonds), Trefles (Clubs) and Piques
(Spades).
In the end, though religious pressure on the medical world waned in later centuries and
anatomical knowledge was eventually spread far and wide, the sheer amount of artistic,
poetic and commercial attention given to the iconic heart symbol not only saw it survive,
but thrive as symbol for both the human heart and love.
Despite that love doesn't originate in, nor does the symbol look much like, the human
heart, from the looks of things, the drawn heart representing these things is not about
to change anytime soon.

Situation Update, by Cobra.
Sunday Feb. 12, 2017.
Clearing of the Chimera group continues.
There was a drastic improvement of the situation in our Solar System lately.
The Light forces have managed to clear most of the plasma anomaly from the Solar System
and beyond, and the vast majority of plasma anomaly with most remaining toplet bombs is
now accumulated close to Earth within 3 Earth radii from the Earth center.
This is the area of the head of the Yaldabaoth entity and the area of quantum
anomaly well within which the quarantine Earth resides.
The edge of this anomalous plasma field is described as the plasma shield.
The Chimera group keeps this anomalous plasma in position with a scalar field with most
prominent resonant frequencies of 11.76 Hz (corresponding to alpha brain waves) and 15.68
Hz (corresponding to beta brain waves).
These two frequencies are the basic frequencies of the Veil.
You can counteract some of the harmful effects of the Veil's scalar field with binaural tones
of the same frequency: You can hear the frequencies from the links
below in our description.
The so-called tentacles of the Yaldabaoth entity are not really tentacles but actually
plasma filaments that are ever shifting and changing and they are not being removed one
by one but are all gradually dissolving as the Light progresses.
You need to understand that Yaldabaoth entity is a plasma parasite that feeds upon the healthy
solar plasma that is emanating all the time from the Sun and distributed throughout the
Solar system by solar wind: Density of the anomalous plasma filaments
of the Yaldabaoth entity together with toplet bombs throughout the Solar System is now decreasing
fast to the point of being almost completely dissolved and now basically only the head
of the Yaladabaoth entity remains.
This head is comprised of many layers of anomalous plasma that were laid upon the
surface of the planet in the last 26,000 years.
The vast majority of this Solar system beyond EarthMoon orbit is now in the hands of
the Light forces and their fleet.
At the same time, battle for the energy grid closer to the surface of the planet is in
full force and this unfortunately includes brutal scalar attacks on the key Lightworkers
and Lightwarriors:
When the head of the Yaldabaoth entity with its toplet bombs is removed, events will accelerate
exponentially towards the main Breakthrough:
Meanwhile, on the surface of the planet, the forces behind president Trump are consolidating.
First, there is Erik Prince as the secret adviser of Donald Trump and the Sovereign
Military order of Malta behind him:
Sovereign Military Order of Malta (SMOM) is controlled by the Jesuits:
The main forces directly controlling SMOM are old European Archon black nobility families,
such as Pallavicini and Ortolani and the former King Juan Carlos of Spain.
The second force behind Trump is Goldman Sachs:
The Jesuits are using Trump as a tool to polarize the population of the US into leftists
and rightists, artificially engineering a national conflict.
Needless to say, they will not be successful.
As we come closer to the Event, it is very important to revitalize the Prepare for Change
groups throughout the planet.
Here are excellent guidelines from the Czech Prepare for Change group for creating and
expanding your Prepare for Change group:
You are also welcome to join us on our new Ascension Conference in Taipei, Taiwan on
March 11th-12th:
Much new intel about the Ascension process will be released there because the time
is right.

I found this really cool product that I think you guys should check out.
That's why I make YouTube videos.
Good!
Hey what's up guys Keaton here.
So this is gonna be a Keaton quickie.
Basically I thought about making this video and I'm like yeah, screw it, whatever.
I wanna do this, I think it's a cool product.
So just know this video is gonna be a little shorter than usual.
So before you start, if you guys a new to my channel, make sure you hit subscribe and
turn on the notification bell and comment down below letting me know you've done that.
I'm re-commenting back every single video like right after it goes up and you guys are
actually pretty chill and I've done it once before and I really liked it so make sure
you do that.
But basically, this product is super simple.
You guys go and check it out, I'll leave a link down below.
I thought this was awesome.
You're probably gonna say "Dude, this is like, "the dumbest/simplest video ever."
Just gimme a chance, just gimme a chance dad, just please.
I think it's awesome.
So has this ever happened to you.
Half these cables, whether it's an Android cable or a regular iPhone cable and just over
time they break and get bent.
If you have, please let me know I'm not crazy, just drop a like on this video.
I've lost so many cables over the years.
But basically this thing right here, I've been using this cable since I got my iPhone
7+ and just been using it casually and it's breaking right here which ain't really cool
at all, like, it's kind of annoying because these, the long ones, Oh wow, I didn't even
know my arms were that big.
If you're interested, if you're into that kind of thing, holla at your boy.
These break and they're kind of annoying so what I did is I found this thing, it's called
the Snakable.
They make an iPhone and Android version.
I just picked up the Android one.
I know right, times are changing.
It's a little bit more money than like, the regular one you buy at Apple but this thing's
gonna last way longer than those like, just look at this.
This is such a sad cable and there's like four other ones in my house that are like
this.
I know it's a first world problem but I wanna save you guys some money.
So yeah, this thing's badass, it's pretty long and what's cool about it, if you can
already tell is it articulates and like swivels so this, in theory, will no longer happen
and you can just trap out like that.
And it's also bendy on the other side, so if you wanna get in like a tight spot you
can go ahead and plug it in and it will go ahead and twist, so it's pretty cool.
See, like I don't really know what else to do so I'm just gonna show you guys how this
actually works.
I bought a few extra of these, I really recommend 'em.
Like are you gonna plug in, that was the biggest fail ever.
I had one job, you had one job cable.
So you can see it's charging right there.
I'm selling this phone, that's why it's not setup.
Chill, I do like Android phones.
I'll show you that it works with like my iPhone here.
So sad dude, I can't even find the iPhone cable.
I lost all the iPhone ones.
So yeah, you can charge it like this.
Super simple and yeah, that's it.
Like that's really it.
So yeah guys, that's pretty much it for this video.
Thanks so much Chris B for having notifications on, you're not even subscribed.
If you guys want a notification shoutout just make sure you ring that bell.
Ring a ding ding ding, and then just comment down below, letting me know you've done so.
I'll hook all of you guys up.
Subscribe to my channel if you're new.
I upload like four times a week and tweet me @techsmartt if you guys find any other
weird gadgets and yeah, bye.

Democratic Party At Weakest Point in 75 Years – And They Can Only Blame Themselves - Duration: 5:05.
Over the weekend Politico ran an article saying that Hillary Clinton was definitely going
to run for president in 2020.
Now, this article was not based on any information from outside sources.
It wasn't based on anything Hillary Clinton said.
The author of the article said he simply, "I, I just know this is going to happen, and
it's what we need to happen."
Well, Hillary Clinton supporters were all thrilled by this.
Hell, yeah!
If Hillary Clinton runs and wins in 2020, it'll prove that the 2016 election was stolen
from her.
And then, I don't know, because it's the dumbest argument I've ever heard.
The Democratic Party spent $1 billion in 2016 to lose.
They lost the presidency.
They didn't win back the house.
The didn't get the senate.
One billion dollars, to lose.
In the last six years, the Democratic Party, Democratic candidates, have lost more than
1,000 races across this country, statewide and national.
One thousand races.
The Democratic Party, today, is at its weakest point in 75 years.
Seventy-five years!
In my lifetime, the Democratic Party has not been as week as it is right at this very second.
They can only blame themselves at this point, because when you look around, when you see
what's happened to the Democratic Party, it's exactly what the Republican Party was back
in 2004 and 2008.
Those of us who were in this business during that time recognize the problems with the
Republican Party and why they were such pieces of crap.
They were taking money from corporations, consistently ruling for those corporations
and against the American public.
God, back in 2004 and through 2008, almost every story that we did, we just followed
the money to find out why a Republican voted a certain way.
And there it is.
Oh, they voted to open up the Arctic for drilling, because they took all this money from the
oil companies.
Today, the Democratic party of 2017 is identical to the Republican Party of 2004.
There's no difference between the two except on a few social issues.
That's where the Democrats still have a little bit of support, that's why they still have
a little bit of support.
Because, hey, we're for equality, so vote for us.
We're still going to take money from corporations.
We're still going to screw you over just like the Republicans do, but we're going to claim
to be better on social issues even though every issue, environmental, economic, those
are all social issues as well.
Because minorities are disproportionately more affected by environmental issues and
economic collapses.
That is a fact.
But the Democrats don't want you to know that part.
They think that they can continue going out there hosting these million dollar fundraisers
and tell us that they rule for the people.
They think they can go out there, take all this money from Wall Street, all this money
from the oil industry and gas industry and coal, and tell us that, "No, we're going to
protect the environment.
We're going to enact strict banking regulations."
They didn't do it during Obama.
We had little bits and pieces of progress here and there; not enough to really say that
Obama was a great president.
That's why we keep losing, because the Democratic Party believes that they can still have it
both ways.
That they can take the corporate money, tell citizens and voters one thing, and then meet
somewhere in the middle that gives more to corporations, kind of screws the public, but
not overtly like Republicans do it.
That's why the Democratic Party today is in shambles, because they're not smart enough
to understand their own problems.
They're not self-aware enough to look in the mirror and say, "Maybe it's me.
Maybe I'm the one screwing up.
Maybe I'm the one who helped tank this party."
That's what Hillary Clinton needs to be doing right now.
That's what David Brock needs to be doing, and John Podesta, and Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
They need to look at the mirror and say, "I did this.
Time for me to leave the party, because I'm destroying it."
I hope Politico is wrong, and I hope Hillary Clinton does not run again in 2020, because
she will not win.
Yeah, she won the popular vote in 2016, and that's great.
Right?
I guess.
But, it's the Electoral College that matters, so the popular vote really means nothing,
unfortunately.
She was rejected by voters in the 2008 primary who chose Borak Obama over her.
She's lost two presidential elections in the last eight years, let's not add a third to
that list.

Married to Medicine: The Old Heavenly Is Back (Season 4, Episode 14) | Bravo - Duration: 3:33.
You owned that name for two years,
why wouldn't you tell me then?
>> I didn't own it for two years, Heavenly.
I've been working on this project for two years!
Why don't you pull the trademark registration?
>> Everything you did was- was questionable.
>> I didn't try to cheat Heavenly.
And I really don't think she just understood
how these conferences go.
>> You a liar!
I cannot take liars!
I don't think that Lisa thought enough of me
to tell me the truth.
>> Heavenly, y'all got a misunderstanding.
>> No it ain't no misunderstanding.
She's a liar!
>> Let me say this.
Let me ask you this.
I have a question.
I'm here to ask the hard questions.
>> Okay.
>> Okay, and all you have to do is answer me.
>> But don't you think they should ask the
hard questions to one another?
Since nobody else really involved in it.
>> Well it's not my fight.
>> Exactly.
>> I know.
Mm-hmm, uh-huh.
>> Uh-huh, exactly.
>> Everybody has had their opinion.
So guess what?
I got mine too.
Pay it girl.
>> Until that hurt and pain has been dealt with,
it's always gonna be you know, Quad versus Mariah.
>> There has definitely been some miscommunication-
>> Okay, Heavenly, y'all should talk it out.
>> Shh.
>> Don't tell me to shush, Heavenly.
>> I'm listening to her.
I can't hear her!
>> Well you don't have to listen to me,
you can listen to her.
I'm talking. >> Hush!
>> I don't have to God damn hush!
>> Okay, okay, okay.
>> Don't speak to me that way!
I respected you.
>> Okay, okay.
>> You don't tell me to God damn be quiet!
>> Please be quiet.
Please be-
Mariah get out my f---in'-!
>> Well you get out!
You want somebody to go, you leave, honey.
This bitch done lost her mind!
For real!
You leave honey boo-boo, child.
>> Mariah.
>> I ain't goin' no way.
>> Mariah.
May I have your attention?!
Mariah, I'm only a doctor.
And so we might not be the brightest
people out here.
But we definitely cannot comprehend when
everybody's having a conversation.
>> I believe that they truly had a misunderstanding,
that's all I was saying.
>> But I'm saying to you, let Lisa interpret
what she thought.
>> I haven't said anything!
But Jackie, you keep doing that hand
a lot to me, tonight.
>> Do you want me to do like the President?
Here you go.
>> No.
>> I-
>> And I'll give you two.
>> All right.
Well from me, Lisa, I need you to use your
brain and not anybody else's next to you.
Now I've watched Mariah, you know,
pull the puppet strings with Quad.
And now I see Mariah doing this to Lisa.
And I don't like women who don't think for themselves.
>> Oh God, Jackie you ain't got to be so indirectly
messy 'cause I've only supported you, honestly.
You only have an opposing opinion,
and I said nothing but positive things.
Yeah, it seems to be.
Jackie and I have had our differences.
>> Can you let go what you felt was done
with malicious intent?
You don't have to necessarily birth a child
to know where you're coming from.
>> That's not the same.
You really don't even have a clue,
I'm not even being funny.
She claims she's forgiven me.
But I think it's obvious she's still harboring
some resentment towards me.
>> Okay, how do we move forward?
We can, we can.
>> Any time I develop a concept-
>> That is misleading! It's misleading!
>> No it's not! >> Yes, it is!
Yes it is! >> You misunderstood.
>> Let me tell you why! Let me talk!
>> If I give you a platform-
>> Okay, all right.
Platform!
Bitch you-!
Excuse me!
Oh twitch, twitch. twitch!
>> No, no, no.
Curtis: It's hot down there.
>> The old Heavenly is back.
Miami is here.
>> Excuse you?
>> Heavenly.
Stop screaming, stop snapping, stop screaming,
and stop the cussing.
>> I'm sorry.
I'm sorry, I didn't mean to say that.

CRYSTALS FOR BEGINNERS! HERE ARE THE TOP 10 ESSENTIAL CRYSTALS & THEIR USES - Duration: 10:34.
CRYSTALS FOR BEGINNERS!
HERE ARE THE TOP 10 ESSENTIAL CRYSTALS & THEIR USES.
Are you new to the wonderful world of crystals?
Has something drawn you to them, and do you have an incredible urge to collect as many
as possible, but have no idea where to begin?
There are thousands of different crystals and stones with many different properties
in existence, and aside from being very beautiful, they all hold tremendous healing potential.
In the past, I never really understood crystals.
I had friends who would hold them and immediately begin to feel their power or properties,
saying things like, Oh wow, this one feels very energetic, or This one is a very
loving, protective stone, etc.
While I believed in the potential power of crystals, I felt as though I was not intuitive
enough to feel it, or my friends were exaggerating, or perhaps that crystals only worked for certain
people.
Then something interesting happened.
I was going through a really difficult experience, and I was in the midst of arguing with an
ex-partner when he had a bit of anxiety attack and ran out of the house.
I ran after him to make sure he was okay, and then I noticed, right underneath my feet,
this beautiful amethyst crystal, just sitting in the street.
I picked it up, took it home, and looked up the properties and the definition of this
stone.
I was completely amazed to see that this crystal was meant to protect me from exactly what
I had been struggling with, and even encouraged me to make some pretty big decisions in my
life.
From that point forward, I was sold on crystals.
Since then I have had a few other significant events with crystals and stones, and they
always seem to come into my life at the right time.
And that is exactly what they are meant to do.
A dear friend once told me that if you are wearing a crystal as a piece of jewelry and
it falls off and you lose it, then the crystal is no longer meant to be with you and it is
no longer serving.
Someone who is in need of that stone will then find it.
This is just part of the mysteriousness of crystals.
A Brief History of Crystals
Crystal use dates back to at least 6,000 years ago to the Sumerians of Mesopotamia, and many
ancient civilizations the Romans, Egyptians, Greeks, and Japanese, to name a few used
crystals to promote healing, enlightenment, and fulfillment.
Crystals have long since been believed to have metaphysical properties and to enhance
psychic abilities.
Crystals are considered by many to be one of the building blocks of life, as they are
made from two of the most common elements in the Earth, silicon and oxygen.
Silicon conducts electricity very well, making them a valuable resource in the tech industry.
The quartz crystal specifically is one of the most stable crystalline structures in
existence, and is widely used in things like transistors, radios, telephones, and many
advanced electronic systems, such as microchips.
As you can see, even if you are not someone who is into crystals, they still serve our
lives in many different ways.
But if you are interested in getting some crystals and seeing what they can offer you,
then youve come to the right place.
The following list comprises some of the most commonly used crystals and covers a wide array
of potential uses and benefits.
The majority of the information below comes from a fantastic resource called The Crystal
Bible, written by Judy Hall.
The Top 10 Crystals and Their Properties
1.
Amethyst
Lavender or purple in colour, amethyst is fairly easy to find and is one of the most
common crystals available.
It is an extremely powerful and protective stone with a high vibration.
Traditionally, it was used to prevent drunkenness, and can protect against over-indulgence.
It can also help you to clear your mind, to focus, and to make decisions.
2.
Quartz
This crystal is clear and can be found virtually all over the world.
Said to be the most powerful healing and energy amplifier on the entire planet, it absorbs,
stores, releases, and regulates energy, and is excellent for unblocking energy as well.
This stone will work at the specific vibrational frequency of the person who needs healing.
It can cleanse and enhance the organs as well as the soul.
3.
Rose Quartz
Rose quartz is said to be the stone of unconditional love and infinite peace.
It is light pink in colour and, like amethyst, is one of the most common stones available
and the most widely used.
It is believed to attract love, and many people swear by putting it near their bed to attract
relationships or enhance their current ones.
This is also a great stone for working on self-love and can be excellent for healing
and recovering from crisis.
4.
Black Tourmaline
Black in colour, this stone protects against cell phone radiation and electromagnetic frequencies.
It can also protect against negative energies and any spells or ill wishes against you.
By connecting with the base chakra, it grounds these energies.
This is great to keep on your person, and definitely near your cell phone or computer.
And if you live near power lines or cell phone towers, a few larger ones in the corners of
your house could be quite beneficial.
5.
Citrine
Citrine is often yellow, but can also range from a brownish to smoky gray colour at times
as well.
Natural citrine, however, is quite rare, and heat treated amethyst is often sold in its
place.
Natural citrine is created from the heat and pressure of the Earth, however, so there isnt
much difference.
This stone carries the energy of the sun and is an amazing cleanser and regenerator.
This stone does not need cleansing, and energizes all aspects of life.
It is great for chakra alignment and can activate and open the crown chakra.
6.
Selenite
Selenite is often pure white or slightly clear, but it can also be blue, brown, or green.
It is quite easy to find.
Selenite is an excellent stone for opening the third eye and crown chakras and can help
you to connect to angelic consciousness and higher guidance through meditation.
It has been said that each person holding a piece of this pure-vibration stone can enhance
their telepathic capabilities.
7.
Lapis Lazuli
Of a deep blue colour with little flecks of gold throughout, lapis lazuli opens the third
eye chakra and balances the throat chakra.
It can increase your intuition and other intuitive abilities.
This stone is also a protective stone and is a key to spiritual development.
It can assist with expressing your opinions but also resolving conflict.
8.
Turquoise
As the name suggests, this stone is turquoise, of varying shades of blue and green, and it
is easily found.
Historically, turquoise was believed to change colour to warn of potential infidelity.
Now it is known to promote spiritual attunement and enhance communication.
Turquoise is great for your mental well-being and dissolves any thoughts of self-hatred
or self sabotage.
9.
Fluorite
This stone can be clear or come in a variety of colours, such as blue, green, purple, yellow,
or brown.
It is a highly protective stone, especially on a psychic level.
It can assist with discernment of outside influences that may be at work against you,
and can be extremely effective against harm from your computer or any electromagnetic
stress.
Fluorite can be especially beneficial when learning something new, as it organizes and
processes information and increases concentration.
10.
Carnelian
This stone is quite common and comes in red, orange, pink, and brown.
This stone is most excellent for restoring vitality and motivation.
It is a high-energy stone and can also assist with stimulating creativity.
Traditionally, it was used to protect the deceased on their journey to the afterlife.
It can be useful for overcoming abuse and for learning to trust yourself.
Conclusion
As you can see, each of these stones has many different properties, and the above list barely
scratches the surface of what each stone has to offer, or the many other stones available.
Dont worry about going out and getting them all they will come into your life
as they are needed.
When buying them from a store, it is important to pick the ones that stand out to you.
To cleanse your crystals, you can place them outdoors under a full moon, or rinse them
with rosewater with the intention to clear their accumulated energies and revitalize
them.
If you have a selenite crystal, placing the others near this one will also cleanse them.
Crystals can be worn as jewelry, carried in your pocket, or left on a nightstand or desk
you spend a lot of time at.
They are great to use during meditation, and some can help to amplify your prayers.
If you are curious, but still skeptical, I suggest just buying one and seeing if anything
changes in your life or if you feel any differently.
The worst that can happen is nothing!
Whats your favourite crystal and what do you use it for?
Much Love

Navy and NASA Have a Fully Operational Space Fleet
When Gary McKinnon managed to hack the Pentagons most secret files the mainstream media focused
on his dramatic fight against extradition to the United States.
Most of these newspapers and television stations didnt seem particularly interested in what
details about the United States military uncovered by the Scottish hacker.
Excel spreadsheet reveals non-terrestrial officers
This sustained wall of silence seems fairly suspicious given that McKinnon has made several
extraordinary claims about the information he accessed in the top secret military database.
According to McKinnon, the most unusual he came across was an Excel spreadsheet listing
the details of non-terrestrial officers.
While McKinnon said that the phrasing of this title could be interpreted in a number of
ways one thing was certain these officers are not based on planet Earth.
In addition to this unusual roster of names, McKinnon also found listings for a secret
space fleet, around ten warships all pre-fixed with the title USS.
It is McKinnons belief that this flotilla of secret space ships are being operated by
the United States government and are fully staffed with military personnel.
"I found a found an Excel spreadsheet which said non-terrestrial officers and I
thought oh my god thats incredible."
- Gary McKinnon Fully operational colonies on both Mars and
the Moon
Some people have been very quick to dismiss McKinnons claims as lies or delusions,
but his words match up with claims made by numerous other individuals including those
who have worked at the inner heart of NASA itself.
For example, a retired aerospace engineer named William Tompkins has previously publicly
stated that NASA is in possession of a highly secretive space fleet.
He claims that the staff on board these vessels are ordinary soldiers who have signed up for
twenty-year tours of duty.
According to Tompkins, these soldiers are charged with maintaining the fully operational
colonies on both Mars and the Moon.
Corey Goode, a former employee of the Secret Space Program who became a whistleblower,
has echoed these claims.
According to Goode, Mars was first visited by the Germans in the 1930s and was colonized
by the Americans in the 1970s.
Goode claims that an operation called Project Solar Warden actively seeks out planets that
are ripe for colonization by human beings.
The biggest cover-up of all time
While many people may still dismiss McKinnons claims about the United States space program,
it is certainly unusual that his story is so consistent with the claims made by other
individuals.
Perhaps McKinnon really has discovered the proof for the biggest cover-up of all time.

How did MACAU surpass VEGAS? - VisualPolitik - Duration: 10:25.
Bright lights, slot machines, poker, blackjack....
Our minds have probably all just travelled to Las Vegas.
The city of sin… the place everyone thinks of when we think of gambling.
And that's because it's the world capital of gambling, right?!
Well, it´s not!
Because the world's real leading city of gambling is not Las Vegas... but Macau.
Macau is an autonomous city situated in the south of China, very close to Hong Kong.
It's so close to Hong Kong in fact that the normal way to get to Macau is by very
fast ferries which connect the cities in just over than an hour.
Macao is a curious city.
On the one hand, it is a small piece of Portugal inside the chaotic and vibrant Asian south-west.
On the other hand, it is a place where skyscrapers and bold modern architecture are easy to find.
The city's landscape is dominated by an enormous skyscraper with colourful crystals
in the shape of lotus flowers: the Grand Lisboa Casino.
Above all though, it is quite a messy city, it's all rather ramshackle and full of little
streets.
Macau was the last European colony in continental Asia and it remained so until very recent
times.
For centuries it was part of Portugal and at the end of 1999 it was integrated in China.
It was set up as a special administrative region which allows for a "one country,
two systems" set up.
These two cities (Hong Kong and Macau), even though they belong to China, they keep (with
some limitations) their own legislation, customs, courts, currency and political institutions.
In practical terms, they really work as if they were different countries.
In Macau, Portuguese is even an official language.
But really Macau could be more considered a gambling theme park than a city.
Every year it receives more than 30 million tourists.
Yes, this tiny piece of land is one of the world's most visited places...
Why?
Because it is the only place where gambling is permitted in China.
Thanks to this, since its integration into China up until 2014, this region has one of
the fastest periods of economic growth in history.
In little more than ten years, its GDP multiplied by 10, growing from $5 billion to $55 billion.
There was a key moment in this rapid growth process: it was when the local government
gave the gambling industry free rein.
In this very moment, huge multinational corporations in
the gambling industry rushed to establish themselves there, transforming Macau´s identity
forever.
Today the city is known as the "Chinese Las Vegas" for its high concentration of
casinos, but this is a ridiculous term.
Dear viewers...
Macau is far far more than Las Vegas.
In Macau's 40 plus casinos, $29 billion were invoiced in 2015, which is almost five
times more than Vegas.
And guess what?
In 2013, it reached the astonishing amount of $45 billion, which is almost the same amount
of money France receives from its entire tourism industry.
It is quite amazing.
Gambling, lights, luxury shops, and, well, still more lights...that´s Macau's new,
and growing, identity.
So, now you know!
From now on, every time you think of a slot machine, poker or blackjack table, don´t
think of Monte Carlo or Vegas, think of Macau.
And there is no slowing down.
Three new mega casinos, the result of multi-million dollar investments have opened in the last
twelve months alone.
At the end of 2015 the "Studio City" hotel and casino was opened.
This is a huge complex with a Hollywood atmosphere whose opening saw the production of the most
expensive short film in history with a budget of more than $70 million.
It was directed by Martin Scorsese with important lead roles played by Robert de Niro, Leonardo
DiCaprio and Brad Pitt.
What other hotel opening could possibly compare to this?
More recently, in August 2016, the Wynn Palace opened its doors.
A luxurious hotel with more than 1,700 rooms which cost its developers $4.2 billion dollars.
The most recent and the last to open has been "The Parisian", a new masterpiece by Las
Vegas Sands (the company belonging to wealthy investor Sheldon Adelson).
This new complex is almost a city in itself with 3000 rooms, a water park and, even, its
very own Eiffel Tower.
And the openings still continue, the next to open will be "The 13", the most expensive
super hotel in the world.
Some of its rooms will cost between $50,000 and $100,000 dollars per night.
No, this isn't a mistake.
Its guests will even have 30 Rolls Royce available for them.
Although they should be gifts for the guests, given the prices.
Along with these new hotel casinos, the most legendary in Macau are: The Galaxy, Grand
Lisboa, The City of Dreams, The Venetian, the MGM, and many more.
If they keep this up, the Strip in Las Vegas will soon look like the work of an amateur.
In Macau, more than 80% of governmental income comes from casinos and the money the government
gets is so abundant that, every year, it has an enormous budget surplus.
They are completely unfamiliar to the idea of a public deficit, and, as you can imagine,
this means taxes are low.
So, now you might be wondering: What does the government do with all the surplus they
obtain every year?
Well, part of it is invested in infrastructure, and a third of it is... wait for it... shared
as dividends among the city residents.
Yes, again, no mistake here.
Since 2008, all the city's inhabitants have received part of the profit that the government
gets from its casinos.
For example, this year, the dividend was $1000 dollars per citizen....
That means, for a family of four, they are getting a check for $4000 dollars every single
year.
Not bad ay?
And these are not the only benefits the citizens receive - nearly one in every four jobs depends
on the casino industry.
So, low taxes, high employment rates, and, on top of that, shared dividends.
Pretty sweet.
However, not everything is sunshine, lollipops and rainbows.
Most tourists in Macau, around two thirds, come from continental China so the economy
in this region is closely connected to China's economy.
And if this wasn't enough, Xi Jinping, the President of China, started a war against
public worker corruption in 2015.
At that time, the economy of
Macau collapsed.
In a single year, gambling income fell by 40%, leading to the economy in Macau losing
more than 20% of its GDP.
The corrupt public workers in China had grown accustomed to Macau's casinos.
They could spend their ill-gotten money quite easily, and spend time at red-carpet like
events and, even, if lucky enough, they could do some laundry… of the money variety.
It's not as if the whole industry depends completely on them...
But add in the Chinese economic slowdown and the new controls established by the Chinese
government, and many of these VIP's who used to go Macau have stopped doing so...
at least for a little while.
And well, half of Macau's economy depends directly on casinos.
But, thanks to numerous investments, the good condition of public finance, and the advantage
of being such an important tourist cluster, both the social and economic effects have
been limited.
The government keeps a comfortable surplus, the unemployment rate is only 1.8% and family
incomes have not suffered.
But one thing is true: As Xi Jinping said it his last visit to the city, it is time
for diversification, and the government has already presented a plan to tackle this.
Macao will bet on family tourism, health tourism, finance and the technological industry in
the next few years.
This economy has already started to bounce back.
If the government's plans become a reality, Macau might become some kind of 21st Century
Monaco in a few years.
The city's mistake was to put all eggs in the one basket, leaving it too reliant on
one industry; instead of making it easy for companies to form and attracting investment
from different industries.
Something which happened in Atlantic City, although with more serious consequences.
But that's for another video...

Golfing With Abe Was Easy Now Comes The Hard Part - Duration: 6:14.
Golfing With Abe Was Easy Now Comes The Hard Part.
by Tyler Durden.
One day after the infamous handshake...
... and following some leisurely entertainment on Saturday morning in Palm Beach...
... the fun is now over.
and as the Nikkei writes, "now that Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and U.S. President
Donald Trump have made it through their first summit without clashing on trade or currency
issues, the focus shifts toward a new framework for economic dialogue that the two leaders
agreed to establish."
It is here that things are about to get a whole lot more difficult.
The reason is that the two sides greatly differ on how to forge a free trade agreement and
on whether the value of the yen may or may not be being manipulated.
These matters make up only the beginning of a list of contentious issues.
Some key highlights of what is set to be a very sensitive relationship.
On Friday in Washington, Abe reiterated - on three occasions, including at a breakfast
meeting at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce - that many Japanese companies are operating production
facilities across the U.S. and are thus bringing jobs to the country.
Abe seemed to be trying to school Trump, who seems to be still haunted by the 1980s trade
friction between the two countries, on how much production Japan has shifted to the U.S.,
in an preemptive attempt to appease the US president, as explained last week.
Meanwhile, VP Mike Pence, who will lead the new economic dialogue with Taro Aso, Japan's
deputy prime minister and finance minister, has a strong connection with Toyota Motor
and other Japanese companies.
He supported the Trans-Pacific Partnership, a multilateral trade agreement that Trump
quashed in his first days in office.
"As a negotiation partner, we have no doubts about him," a Japanese Foreign Ministry official
said of Pence.
A Japanese official in charge of international trade policy said Japan made certain progress
at the summit by establishing a platform that is shielded from direct attacks from Trump.
Still, Japan is in no mood to step into the ring if the Trump administration calls for
talks on a free trade agreement between the two countries.
It fears the U.S. would try to pry open Japan's agriculture market, a tender spot for Japan.
Even if Japan agrees to free trade talks, it would be difficult for Japan to concede
more to the U.S. than it did in the TPP negotiations, due to strong opposition from its farmers.
On the other hand, the U.S. would likely make tough demands regarding automobiles.
Starting free trade talks with the U.S. is a big risk, one that could foster anti-U.S.
sentiment among Japanese.
Japan wants to avoid risking its access to the U.S. market and instead plans to focus
on cooperating with the U.S. to improve American trade relations with China - a clever strategy
designed to divert Trump's attacks away from Japan and toward the hypothetical enemy.
At the post-summit joint press conference, Abe said, "Foreign exchange issues will be
discussed between the treasury secretary and the foreign minister."
But Trump quickly hit back.
"As far as the currency devaluations," he said, "I've been complaining about that for
a long time.
And I believe that we will all eventually -- and probably very much sooner than a lot
of people understand or think -- we will be all at a level playing field because that's
the only way it's fair."
Japan has not directly intervened in the currency market to devalue the yen for five years,
despite indirect intervention via monetizing hundreds of billions of JGBs every year.
At last check, the BOJ owned over just 40% of all outstanding Japanese bonds.
That said, last April, when the yen was strengthening, Aso said the ministry would take necessary
measures if needed.
With Japan's auto exports to the U.S. now on the rise, a weakening yen is prone to tempt
Trump to criticize.
It is quite possible that the economic dialogue may exacerbate the exchange rate friction.
The dialogue will cover both fiscal and monetary issues.
Just as the strategic dialogue between the U.S. and China includes the heads of both
countries' central banks, the Bank of Japan will be part of the macroeconomic talks.
But some in the financial markets worry that having the BOJ involved in the process will
limit its options; Trump has criticized the central bank's ultra-loose monetary policy,
although when it comes to central bank manipulation, few can have as big an impact as what the
Fed has done in the past few years.
At the press conference, Abe stressed that Japan and the U.S. can look to shared interests,
like infrastructure.
"The latest maglev train will carry you from here in Washington to New York, where Trump
Tower stands, in just an hour," he said.
In the economic dialogue, the two countries will not only discuss macroeconomic and trade
issues but also seek to cooperate in infrastructure, energy, cybersecurity and space development.
Building high-speed railway networks and power stations in the U.S. would create jobs and
lead to increased orders at Japanese companies.
Working together on cybersecurity and space development could also present opportunities
for the two governments to build trust.
But many development projects today are mere plans or proposals.
Should bids ever go out on, say, a high-speed train between Washington and New York, the
bidding would likely be hypercompetitive.
For now there is just more uncertainty to add - this time on the foreign policy side
- to what Stan Fischer explained earlier in the day is already an excess of domestic policy
uncertainty.
Don't expect that to change any time soon.

Hi, my name's Jeran.
I currently live in Springfield, Utah.
I had a bunch of missing teeth and some broken.
chipped ones rotting and just needed quite a bit of work done.
I came in and I met with Dr. Harris and Dr. Park both, and they came up with a plan, and
they ended up doing what they call the All-on-4® procedure, which is basically — they removed
all my teeth and then put four implants on the top and bottom and then attached these
teeth to them, and I have no complaints about recovery or time it took.
They feel natural.
I can tell right where I'm biting, right where I'm chewing, and nobody knows. The whole experience
was just wonderful working with the staff and the doctors here at Utah Surgical Arts.
I highly recommend it and just great people to work with.

You've got split personalities
Or maybe that's just me
One day you'll be full of charm
The next I wanna cause you harm
And at the start we always see these things
As being, endearing
You bite your tongue until it starts to bleed
Wipe it away and we'll proceed
I do try
To put up with you
You say that it's a lie
And my horse is high
What'll I do?
But you're good looking
My oh my
You think you're funny but you're not
I laugh because you're hot
Baby I try
I try, try, try and try
I try, try, try and try
You're an ass most of the time
But your ass is all mine
I searched and searched for your best quality
And the results came back, it's me!
And I know if this was your song
I'd sing along, and you wouldn't be wrong
Cuz I'm an ass just as much as you
And baby to tango it takes two
I do try
To put up with you
You say that it's a lie
And my horse is high
What'll I do?
But you're good looking
My oh my
You think you're funny but you're not
I laugh because you're hot
Baby I try
Oh I do try
To put up with you
You say that it's a lie
And my horse is high
What'll I do?
But you're good looking
My oh my
You think you're funny but you're not
I laugh cuz you're hot
Baby I try
Why d d do I try
Because you're nice and easy on the eye
Like the whipped cream on my apple pie
My sugar is sweet and I'm not gonna lie
Oh I like it when you do that thing
You know that thing with your dingalingaling
Ooops our naughty minds are bring you to hell
I'm talking how I like it when he rings my bell
They say, never judge a book by it's cover
If it's got a pretty picture gonna be a pretty lover
Gotta get yourself a hardback copy
Don't want your pages going limp and floppy
And when you've read it from the front to the back
And realizing everything you lack
The outside may be pretty, and inside it's not so witty
But I'm a keep this one off the rack
And try
To put up with you
You say that it's a lie
And my horse is high
What'll I do?
But you're good looking
My oh my
You think you're funny but you're not
I laugh because you're hot
Baby I try
Oh I do try

Never Break Another iPhone Cable Again - Duration: 2:58.

Dynamics: What are Forces? - Duration: 4:50.
Hey it's professor Dave, let's discuss forces.
There are certain words that are commonly used in the
English language which are very
important in physics.
These are words like work, energy, and
force. In everyday parlance they can mean
a variety of things, but in physics they
have very specific definitions, so we
will need to learn these definitions if
we are to learn about classical
mechanics. We already went over
kinematics, which is the branch of
mechanics that studies the motion of
objects without referring to forces, so
now it is time to learn about dynamics,
which is the study of forces and their
effect on motion. We will refer to a
force as any interaction that if
unopposed will alter the motion of an
object. A force can cause an object with
mass to start moving, stop moving, move
faster slower or in a different
direction.
A person can exert force by pushing or
pulling, an object can exert force by
falling or rolling, a planet or star can
exert force through its gravitational
pull. Any force must have both magnitude
and direction, so forces will always be
represented by vectors when we draw free
body diagrams. If you push a shopping
cart through the grocery store, you are
applying force on the cart in order to
generate a forward acceleration. This
force vector, which begins at the center
of the cart's mass, points in the forward
direction and also has a particular
magnitude, depending on how quickly you
want to get your shopping done, and this
magnitude will be represented by the
length of the vector. Some forces are
called contact forces because they arise
when two objects touch or collide.
Pushing a cart forward is an example of
a contact force. The same goes for when
you throw or kick
a ball, go bowling, and even when you sit
on a chair, pushing down on it with the
force of your weight. Some forces are
called noncontact forces. These involve
some action at a distance, like objects
that fall to the earth because of its
gravity. In classical physics, non-contact
forces are sometimes called field forces
because they typically involve some kind
of a field, like a gravitational field or
electromagnetic field. In fact, contact
forces that describe macroscopic motion
are just manifestations of field forces
happening on the microscopic level. If
you push an object, it moves because of
the repulsion between the electrons in
the atoms in your hand and the electrons
in atoms in the object, so even though we
will discuss many different types of
forces in this course, in actuality there
are only four fundamental ones. Those are
the strong nuclear force, the weak
nuclear force, the electromagnetic force
and gravity. All other forces are just
some variation or application of one of
these four, which we will get to a bit
later. Given that any force must have
magnitude, we must have a unit of
measurement to communicate these
quantities. That unit is called the
Newton, and it is equal to the amount of
force that will cause a one-kilogram
mass to accelerate by one meter per
second squared. Since these are all SI
units, the Newton is the SI unit of force.
The Newton is named after Sir Isaac
Newton, who put forth the first extensive
study of forces in the 17th century. His
studies are summarized in the Principia
where he describes the laws of motion
that deal with force and mass. These laws
changed the world and are considered
among the most important accomplishments
in the history of science, so let's learn
about them next.

WEIGHT GAIN JOURNEY AND APETAMIN UPDATE: MY CHALLENGES AND STRUGGLES - Duration: 8:05.
Hey Youtube. It's your girl Lia. Back again
with another video. This time coming on
here with a video that's a little different than
my videos. You're probably wondering
where my week eleven through
whatever weight gain journey videos are and
I wanted to come on here with a weight
journey update video. And kind of share
with you guys my experiences and some of
the challenges that I've been recently
experiencing with my weight gain journey.
Now if you guys are familiar with my channel I
was taking apetamin and apetamin was really
helping. I want to start off by saying
that apetamin definitely helps you put on
calories. For me in my experience it
works out.
It definitely works out. The challenges
though that I'm experiencing with this
weight gain journey is that my weight is going to
areas that I do not want it to go. I'm
putting on the weitght. I am still currently
if you saw my last video I ended it at
140. I'm still 140. I'm experiencing so many
challenges though with my weight gain journey. I
just want to put that out there and I
know a lot of people come on here and share
with you their weight gain journey and it's all
wonderful and it's roses and everything
is amazing and I gained all the weight that
I want to. It's gone all to the right places.
I have a but and I still have a small waist
somehow. And my chest is big. I just
have the perfect body and I've done
nothing but eat food. No gym. No anything.
And for some people that may be the case.
Like your genes and your
hereditary you know stuff all plays a part
in how you gain weight. So for some
people you know their families bodies
on point and then their bodies going to
be on point. It's gonna go where they want it to
go.
However, I know my genes. I know what my family
comes from. I know my family's most
problematic area is their top half of their body.
Bottom half always the same top
half
you know always always always it's been
a problem area. Our chest is pretty big. Our stomach
we always gain weight in and our arms we gain
weight in. Now I wanted to share some
pictures with you guys of how I've
been looking. Some things I haven't shown in my
videos. Like some things I've hide from
social media
and my videos and I haven't shared with you guys.
I haven't shared with you guys the ugly and you're
going to see that right now. I'm going to insert a
clip a picture of how I looked mid
January or mid-Decembers sorry.
A picture I did not share on social media of me
I think it was midway through
my weight gain journey and I had a stomach. I looked
pregnant. This picture is not altered in any way,
This is how Iooked. I didn't show you guys this
photo because I didn't want anybody to
see the photo. I have a stomach. Now this
is a picture I took on Christmas.
We took our family Christmas photos or
whatever. This is how I look. This is not
what I wanted to go for. I have you know
my arms are looking big. My chest is
very big. My stomach very big. Very much
so big. I did not share this picture
with social media because I was not
happy with the way I was looking. Another
photo of me. I was going out my friends. I
noticed my stomach looked terrible. Another
photo that I did not share on social media.
If I can find any other photos I'll
insert them as I'm talking right now of my
problematic area.
I was not loving where some of this
weight was going. Yes, I was getting a bigger but
at the same time I was not. It was
going other places too.
If you guys saw my video week 7-10.
I had a clip or a portion where I'm
wearing the same outfit in week 3 that
I'm wearing in week 8 or 7 or something.
I'm showing you guys how an outfit
looks at me during different weight
periods . So I'm wearing the same exact pants that
I wore the corresponding week.
Those pants are ripped. After you guys are
seeing right now how my but
looks bigger.
I bent down like immediately after
filming that and my pants ripped. Um and that's to
be expected. The pants were like a one.
So I was definitely gaining weight. So I shouldn't have thought that I was
going to be able to wear the same pants.
Um but those pants definitely ripped. Yep, and they were done
with and I trashed those pants. They were no longer
my work slacks. I had to find a
different pair of burgundy work slacks.
Because I thought it was a cute fall
color.
you have to come on here you're gonna
buy parents come with the plan
anybody can be 3,000 happens today and
you know it and go out and gain some
weight when the way it's gonna go with
you know up to you have a game plan
that's all I'm saying I think this mikey
point of coming on hearing my waking up
date with you guys have a plan so many
people come over here and I might even
get that many people do just because
people are like they want to see that
good stuff i just want to see think it's
that I want to see huge gaming this game
i want to see that where the behold
getting the wait
yeah I can do it and i'll definitely
comeback with my way to injury does not
done with your mind and no one's saying
that 140 is not my stopping point
Michael feel 145 it's 145 in a in a
manner which I while looking up like I
figured I was gonna go to the gym and
figure out my health care regimen all
about but I figured come out to my guru
i have never been in person I've never
had to go to the gym so okay go
interview and it's gonna be overwhelmed
by machines I need a real person to help
make a real guy to help me with what
kind of food they need to be interesting
and also what kind of equipment
everybody think would be but you squat
ok so what kind of squats weight squats
what kind of way to be using do any help
you need assistance and somebody to spot
me obvious are these are questions that
I had in terms of how he did corporation
chance in with my regiment so I want you
going to know definitely one thing to be
mindful of if you're starting away
concerning look at your family look at
everybody around you
siblings are there see where they came
the way if you have been made me
absolutely to have baking by better
value than me and I'm order so
definitely took off after a different
side and I did but that's what they give
you mind laughs look at the people
around you look at what how they're
gaining weight figure out okay so my
mother has located there is something
she gave it her hips she gave her five
that's when making it look at my
grandmother it goes generation by
generation with me so I know I'm going
to get in the way they always think you
know when I was already those 113 and
blew up and down
you know whatever size I am how so
definitely get in see what they gain it
and make sure those are the focus areas
of your weight gain journey or the
concentration areas that reminder we'll
do it your way to ensuring we had better
all I want to come here with you guys
i'll definitely come back later with my
week 11 and onboarding waiting turning
when I have a way of tackling really how
I want to get in the way and how I want
to look like a thousand what you're
going to be mindful that this is a
serious you can't have to be mindful of
how you want to gain the weight when you
are we doing like I am so definitely
something behind bars
I didn't I didn't want to share with you
guys play there and being honest with in
so many people are probably buying a pin
and I get a lot of comments and a lot of
questions about the tournament and all
of that and how it affects your weight
gain you were looking wait that's what i
think i will do now if it's how you want
to gain weight depends on how you go
about it and I definitely had the
industry will make up frequently asked
questions video and all that i will
start leading questions down below I
have other videos and people with
questions and answer them in the video
but i'm also going to a video full
questioning it isn't like I'm weight
gain during your having hold of the
bottle opinion in my cabinet which it's
January and I'm filming this right now
it's probably februari and uploading it
i'm going to start back in February with
my journey and working out and figuring
out how to work out and also getting
with your the same time to definitely
keep watch for that actually like make
sure you comment if you subscribe and I
will see you in my next video thank you
so much for watching

January Favorites + GIVEAWAY [CC] - Duration: 10:20.
Hello, hello!
It's time for my January Favorites!
I did not do a December one, uh, that would've been like all the lovely Christmas presents
that I got from my family.
I'm gonna mention them but very briefly, uh, at the end because there's some more important
stuff I want to talk to you about today!
First up, something quite a few people have been asking me about since I first posted it;
Oral IV!
One of my health concerns (and it's actually quite common) is chronic dehydration.
Dehydration can be the cause of a bunch of things such as, um, fatigue, migraines,
difficulty concentrating, and a bunch of other issues.
For my dehydration, typically what I would do is down power drinks like no one's business
but 1) The sugars in those drinks are not good for me and they can possibly even trigger
my migraines and 2) I don't really like the taste of most power drinks, like I can
deal with it but it's not my favorite thing.
Also, they can get really acidic on my teeth, ugh, it's not a good feeling.
So the lovely folks at Oral IV sent me a package to try.
And first of all the name, I was like, "That's funny!
That's impressive!"
I really...
[CLICKS TONGUE]
Solid name!
Haha!
And I'm happy to report that the taste is virtually nothing, uh, I just, and I think--
I must be, like, a weirdo, a lot of people say they don't like the taste of water.
I like water and I like actually-- um, this part is probably weird, I like drinking crushed
ice with water and then like, eating the ice like eating snow.
Haha!
And so I don't like to do that with anything that's flavored, with power drinks, or..
Oh no, carbonated beverages.
No.
Uh, but I just but a little dial of this in my water and I drink it with my water and
it has really helped.
There's no added sugars, bleach, or harsh chemicals in it which is good, and I was surprised
that just in the first few weeks of using it, that I found my sleeping pattern had kind
of reset itself without having to do anything out of the ordinary.
Usually, I have a severe, severe need for naps during the day, naps that might take
up my whole day, um, from a very deep, heavy sleep that it's difficult to wake me up from.
Um.. however, when I was using Oral I.V.
I didn't need a nap at all during the day.
I didn't have an increase of energy but I didn't need to sleep which was cool.
Um, I was a bit tired at the end of the day but I think that's what normal people go through?
The sun goes down, it's time to get tired, it's time to sleep.
Oral IV will more than likely affect everyone who uses it differently and I, personally,
will keep shopping around and seeing what ultimately treats my body best and gets me
to where I want to be with my hydration issues but if you're interested in trying out Oral
I.V., I will leave the link in the description and I even got the hook up, you can put in code
A-N-N-I-E, Annie, at check out and they will give you a little discount.
Yay!
Speaking of migraines and headaches, something I also recently received is HeadAid.
So the first thing I tried was the fast acting day powder, um, when one day I felt a migraine
coming on and I was like, "You know what I should try today?
HeadAid."
Um, and uh.. it suggests that you put it-- you mix it with cold water but that didn't
work out for me; the powder kind of stayed on top and uh... that's not really my thing,
so instead I mixed the powder in with hot water and created like a lemon ginger tea,
which that's the flavor this one-- this is.
True to their word it's "fast acting" and uh, whatever was coming, poof, gone.
So as a really cool treat the people at HeadAid offered me four more trial packages of HeadAid
and I'm going to be giving them away absolutely free, so just leave me a comment on this video,
let me know why you want to try out HeadAid and if you are randomly selected, I will contact
you and you will get one of these in the mail.
So those are two items that I've been asked about so I'm very happy I finally got a chance
to talk to you all about it.
As for some of my favorite Christmas gifts that I got, uh, that would probably be my
Frida Kahlo calendar, um, my Dory mug, which I'm using all the time, uh, and oh-- and the
tapestry, the new tapestry that I just have right behind me, which is a Van Gogh painting. Mm!
Finally, I want to talk about the first two movies I got to see this year which are
La La Land and Hidden Figures.
Ah!
Can't even help myself.
La La Land was the first movie I saw this year and it was exactly what I needed at the time.
Um, I'm not without my criticisms of it.
Haha!
I definitely think it could've been more diverse/ uh.. a little miscast.
I thought there were definitely other actors that I could've seen in those roles.
But La La Land as a musical, as a script, and as a film, and as a photography admirer,
I thought it was really beautiful and just mm, like a tall glass of water when I really
needed it, so that was a really nice movie experience.
Hidden Figures, though... was so empowering and incredible...
Ugh, I have no-- I don't even have words for it, like, it's up here, and I could watch
that movie over and over and over again because it's just magnificent, ugh, from beginning
to end, just completely absorbed in the story and it was just so good.
I also want to give a shout out to One Day at a Time which is a new Latinx series on
Netflix which I went through and I even watched some of the episodes with my mom.
Uh, there is a very cool coming out story in the series and it's not just one episode,
it like follows through to like multiple episodes.
Oof, and me and my mom got emotional and like, it was really nice to like.. have that experience
with her, that viewing experience with her, and like be able to catch cute little Latinx references.
Um, so that's something I recommend checking out.
Oh my god and how could I forget the biggest thing, but I want to make like a long video
to talk about it later on, is my new power chair that I finally got!
Oh my goodness!
In early December, I finally received my power chair, this power chair was crowdfunded and
the money took like a whole year to try and save up, through Patreon, through PayPal,
um I had a GoFundMe for it earlier on but I closed it because long story-short I don't
really trust GoFundMe anymore, but that's another story for another day.
Anyway, the chair has been incredible!
[SIGH]
It feels so good to not have to rely on someone to push me in the chair all the time when
I'm capable of doing otherwise, and I can go out independently again, um, it feels really great.
And the chair, it leans back which is great for my back pain, easily folds and fits in
my trunk and in my backseat, and the website makes it so easy to get whatever accessories
I need, so I have my headrest ready, I have a side bag, a cup holder..
It's amazing, I can't wait, cuz I feel like I can travel with it, I can do long distances
with it, um, I-I feel very secure in my mobility and that is just such a great feeling.
I'm really happy about that and I'm really grateful to everyone who contributed to me
getting this chair, so thank you so much.
Thank you!
Alright and that's all for my January favorites, I think?
Yeah, I think that's it.
Ha!
And um, definitely leave me a comment if you're interested in HeadAid, alright?
Don't forget!
And let me know what were your favorite things about January and December because I missed
that, maybe you missed that too.
So let me know all the things that you love because I want to know what you love!
Remember to subscribe and like and all that good stuff and I will see you eventually.
Bye!

Grammy 2017: Adele Wins Album of the Year, Dedicates Win to Beyonce's Lemonade - Duration: 2:37.
"In my pregnancy and through becoming a mother, I lost a lot of myself and I struggled,
and I do still struggle being a mum, it's very hard.
Tonight winning this feels full circle and like a bit of me has come back to myself,
but I can't possibly accept this award.
And I'm very humbled and I'm very grateful and gracious, but my artist of my life is
Beyoncé and this album to me, the Lemonade album, was just so monumental, Beyoncé.
It was so monumental and so well thought out and so beautiful and soul-baring and we all
got to see another side to you that you don't always let us see, and we appreciate that.
And all us artists here adore you.
You are our light!"
Adele dedicated her Album of the Year award at the Grammy's 2017 to Beyonce's Lemonade.
She added that Beyoncé made her "black friends" feel empowered and "you make
them stand up for themselves and I love you, I always have and I always will."
Adele closed out her speech by thanking her family and the Recording Academy.
In the crowd, Beyoncé looked on with tears in her eyes.
On social media, many users agreed with Adele's sentiment that Beyoncé should have taken
the Album of the Year honor, including Beyoncé's sister Solange Knowles.
The singer tweeted Frank Ocean's scathing Tumblr post with "wuddup frank."
In his piece, which Ocean posted on Saturday night, the rapper called Taylor Swift's
victory over Kendrick Lamar in the Album of the Year category at last year's Grammys
"one of the most 'faulty' TV moments I've ever seen."
Adele had an epic evening, winning all five of the awards she was nominated for her hit
album 25 and single "Hello."
But she stumbled during her George Michael tribute performance.
Saying that she won't let what happened to her last year happen again, so she asked
everyone to restart.
Before she carried on and had a shaky performance.
It seemed as though there were a few issues with the Grammy's this year.
When Laverne Cox introduced Metallica and Lady Gaga, she didn't introduce Metallica
at all.
And during the performance, Metallica's mic was left off.
Do you think Beyonce deserved Album of the Year at Grammy 2017?

All-on-4® Treatment Concept in Provo UT: Jeran | Utah Surgical Arts - Duration: 0:49.

FAQ is How Long is the Process of Building a New Modular Home/Building Construction Process - Duration: 5:46.
Hi, I'm Todd with Legendary Homes and
one of the most common questions that I
get is how long is the building process
going to take and so basically Redman
homes is our primary manufacture,
modular home - home manufacturer and typically
they run right around eight weeks and
the first part of Febuarary I checked and
they were in the middle March so that
was about six weeks out, but as we get
into springtime and then later on for fall
time of the typical time is around
eight weeks sometimes they get out... fall
time they'll get out maybe closer to 10
weeks so it just varries so it it is real
important to get everything around so we
can get the order put in if you have
financing to do
it's important to get with me and let me
know what are you want priced in to the
home and so that we can get and then
also so we can get together
and go through the upgrade, the options and
figure out what you want done how you
want it and then the bank's gonna want a
signed contract so they'll take
that and give that to the appraiser and
then the appraiser will appraise it and
that will be the start of the process for bank so
once the order is putting figure
probably right around eight weeks so
so around 2 months. Then once we get the house
set, I tell people plan on about 60
days I shoot for trying to get I shoot
for 30 days. For having things completed but
rather tell you plan on 60 days then
have to be 30 days to tell you 30
days i have to be 60 days so and there
are some variables with that and if
we're going to be able to you know get
closer than 30 days then the 60 days
Of course weather is a factor you
know... if it rains quite a bit that can delay
it but probably our biggest delay is
getting power to the house. There's
really only so much we can do to get
that done. We need to first. First the house
needs to be set and then we need to the
electrician come and mount the service on
the house will depend on whether it's on
the end or the front or back of the house on
whether i can have him scheduled for
like the next day or a couple days if we
have it's on the end of the houses we
need to get the house sided so we gotta
give them a couple more days to get the
house sided and then usually about on the
third day I'll have the electrician
scheduled to comes to the service. Once
he gets that completed he'll need to
call the electrical inspector and then
the electrical inspector has to come and
inspect it so hopefully we don't miss
the day that he's in that area for that
week otherwise that can go a few days
later and then it's him that calls or notifies
the power company so
sometimes that can take a day or two so
that that's when everything gets put on
the list of what is typically
Consumers Energy for most of our areas
and then we're kind of at the mercy of
them when they can get to it but most of
the time you will have most of the work
done before we have power. All of
my subcontractors have generators and so
not having power doesn't hold us up
from get any work done but it does hold
us up from being able to get the final
we need to have power on. My plumbers
they want to have power and when they
come so they can come and in one day
they get the plumbing all hooked up and
then that way they can test it out make
sure there's no water leaks or
anything like that once that's done we
can get
the plumbing inspection we also can get
once we have power get the electrical and
mechanical inspections and then once
we have those three intersections then
we can call and have the building inspector
come and give the final
inspection on the house so typically
that's going to be about another
two months, I would plan on so typical build time
would be around 4 months maybe a
little bit longer
you know four to five months sometimes
maybe a little bit sooner than that but
between the four and five months period
would be what you know real good
estimate on how long the building
projects going to take so I hope that
helps and if you have any questions if
you would like me to meet with you and
go over upgrades and if you'd like me to
take a look your property and costs for
you just let me know and I'm more than glad to see
what we can do when thanks for checking
us out and let me know if there's any
questions I can help you with full of
