Here's why you should stop memorizing your passwords - Duration: 3:13.

The average person has 27 unique web logins.

To create an account on a site, you have to register

with a username and password.

And most people pick passwords that are easy to remember.

Actually, a lot of us end up using the same password for

all of our websites, which is understandable, but risky.

There are many different ways that hackers can get

your password.

They can use programs that try to guess it by

randomly cycling through different combinations,

hacking the website itself,

or phishing, by sending fake emails that look like

they're from a website or company, but actually aren't.

All of this spells bad news for people that reuse the same

password because

you're putting yourself at much higher risk for hackers

being able to get into your

emails, your photos, and even your bank info.

Last year Yahoo made headlines when it was the victim of

a massive cyber attack,

With sensitive information being stolen from 1 billion accounts.

So if you had a Yahoo account and you used that same

password for other sites,

you were now vulnerable to all those other accounts being hacked too.

Every time there's a big hack like this, experts tell us to stop

using the same password for every website.

In fact, they say we should stop memorizing our passwords altogether,

recommending that we use something called a password manager instead.

I know, I know, it already sounds complicated.

But trust me, it's really not.

And it will help make all of your accounts much more secure.

We currently think of passwords as things that we memorize

and store inside our heads.

But since we're really bad at remembering random things,

there's a limit to how complex your password can be,

and how many different ones you'll be able to remember.

As a result, most people have really simple passwords,

and many use the same one across all their logins.

This sucks because if a hacker gets access to your one password,

they then have access to all of your different accounts.

And if your password is uncomplicated, it's astonishingly

easy for hackers to guess it.

For instance, if you use a password like, well, password,

which is actually the eighth most commonly used one,

it would take a hacker mere milliseconds to guess it.

But if you use a password manager to generate a 15-digit

series of random upper and lowercase letters and numbers,

that time jumps up to 609 million years.

The biggest thing we need to do is stop keeping our passwords

inside our heads.

Instead, we need to put them somewhere else and lock them up,

like a virtual safe.

This is what the password manager does.

It's basically an app that keeps all of your passwords secure

inside of a safe that only you can unlock.

This way you only need to remember one password.

And once you unlock the safe you can see all of your

many different passwords in one place.

Since it's an app, you can access your passwords from

any device you've installed it on.

And since you don't need to remember all your passwords

anymore, you can make them really long and complicated.

So what happens if your password manager gets hacked?

They would have access to all your individual passwords then, right?

Not necessarily.

The password manager encrypts your data,

so if a hacker looks inside your safe, all they'll see

is scrambled passwords.

LastPass was hacked in 2015 and users had to change

their master passwords.

But the individual passwords inside were safe because

of this encryption.

It may seem like it would be annoying to have to retrieve

your password for every single website.

But, actually, most password managers have browser plugins

that automatically fill your info in for you.

So in many cases, it's actually easier.

And besides, it's better than the alternative:

becoming one of the millions of Americans that get hacked

every year.

Q. You don't play a lot of Winston in competitive nowadays?

Uh.. Since Winston's particularly effective again squishies,

Winston can't solo kill heroes like Hog or Rein,

because of the tank meta,

instead of Winston, I played this season with heroes like

D.Va, Roadhog, and Reinhardt.

Q. Counters to Winston?

Winston's counters? First of all, Roadhog scares me the most.

Since if you get pulled, you almost get one-shotted.

And because Winston's big, he's pulled much more easily.

Regarding Reaper, you can solo kill him if you have barrier,

Reaper's not really a counter, you can kill him.

You can't kill Hog.

Q. Guides for left click?

Left click, the Tesla Cannon. People that can't aim think Winston's an easy hero.

Frankly, he is compared to other heroes that need to aim.

But if you don't aim this properly, you don't get enough damage.

And you don't have enough in the first place.

So it's most important to aim accurately.

Q. Tips about Shift, Jump Pack?

About the Jump Pack...

After you jump, when you come down like this...

you can slightly control your direction.

If I'm sizzling the enemy like this, and I pull aggro,

then I just jump up.

Find your next target to focus on, and smash them.

You can control your jump.

It also helps you jump further,

if you jump while pressing forward.

And if the enemy's about here,

again, jump while controlling your trajectory.

If you hold backwards, you go less forward.

Q. Tips for E, Barrier Projector!

For your E, if you think you're gonna get bursted down,

use it and block the damage.

Or, when you're cutting off Tracer,

and you predict Ana's gonna heal her, then you block the heals like this.

Blocking the heals is also important.

Q. Other tips?

You can block Reinhardt's ult with this.

Fire at Rein for a bit,

and if you think he's gonna ult, E and it will block his ult.

And if Lúcio's in the Barrier Projector,

the enemies are going to be outside it.

And if Lúcio drops the beat,

and you E at that moment, the enemy team won't get the Sound Barrier.

Q. Explain how you use his ultimate?

When you ult, your HP becomes 1000, and you tank huge amounts of damage.

Despite that, if you get focused, you'll die very quickly.

So you gotta shake up their aim,

keep on shoving them with your attacks.

When you use Primal Rage, your jump cooldown becomes 2 seconds.

It's normally 6 seconds.

So keep using your jump pack, deal damage with it,

keep shaking up their aim, and try to go for their healer.

If there's cliffs, you can go for fall kills.

If you use the jump pack just as Primal Rage ends,

it resets the jump pack.

So you can superjump by double jumping.

Q. What's the objective of Winston?

Winston's objective.. Securing high ground?

After that, it's best to go for the healers or the squishy DPSs.

If you stick to their tanks, you'll barely do anything.

For example, if we have a Genji,

say in voice chat, "Genji, let's go cut Ana, she's on 2nd floor"

and Genji's going to follow your order.

You can cut her off easily.

Q. Which support heroes have the highest priority?

If Lúcio's alone, you can go for him,

but I just think it's Ana. When going for Ana,

it's key to block her dart with your barrier.

Q. Things to look out for while playing Winston?

Most Winstons just jump off to the distance blindly.

If you do that, you pull all the enemy's aggro.

Then even with your barrier,

you can't survive that damage.

So you have to look out for an opening,

then when it comes, jump in while controlling your jump.

When the match begins, everyone's going to be here.

If you jump like this in that situation, that's basically suicide.

That's just suicide.

Just wait your chance behind the statue,

peek around like this,

when their skills are on cooldown, when you think you can jump in,

stick to the statue, attack them while sticking to the statue.

And also, this location is perfect with Winston.

You cut off this doorway.

You cut off here, and attack from above.

This pulls so much attention, despite dealing very low damage.

So when the enemy wonder's where the damage is coming from,

and looks in my direction, then my team comes in for an ambush.

If you attack Genji like this, you're not doing any damage.

Many people think it's auto aim and does it lazily,

but if you aim at his head,

you're dealing full damage at him, without moving your mouse.

Don't just look right in front of you, thinking it auto-aims.

Follow Genji's double jumps, Swift Strikes, keep attacking him.

(Next, how to maximize Winston's damage)

So I'll use my jump pack,

and land on Genji, see the damage.

How much damage did it deal?

(It dealt 37)

About 1.5 bars, yeah 37. Go fill up your health.

So you jump like before,

How much this time?

(!! It dealt 76)

Yeah, it dealt about twice as much, didn't it?

You melee as you land from the jump.

The melee motion cancels. As you cancel it,

you can say it deals more burst damage?

After you ult, the jump pack still deals full damage.

So keep using the jump pack! Jump on them whenever it's off cooldown.

Squeezing in that jump is important.

This makes so much difference, since Winston's damage is weak to begin with.

Q. As we wrap up, any final thoughts?

Since I'm not in my comfortable environment, my play might be a little off.

I hope you keep that in mind. And also, I'm not a great speaker.

I get nervous when talking to new people.

I stutter a lot too, I hope you didn't mind all that.

You won�t believe what Scientists found when they drilled the world�s DEEPEST hole.

Some call it the �Door to Hell�. At 12,262 meters the Kola Superdeep Borehole is the

deepest artificial point on our planet. No one expected these discoveries.

There are some who firmly believe the human race knows more about distant galaxies and

alien planets located light years away from Earth than what lies beneath the surface of

our planet.

Curiously, it took the Voyager 1 spacecraft nearly 26 years to exit our solar system,

which is about the same amount of time scientists on Earth needed to penetrate 12 kilometers

into our planet�s surface.

After more than two decades, scientists created the Kola Superdeep Borehole and a drill depth

of more than 7.5 miles (12 kilometers).

The borehole itself (welded shut), August 2012. Please don�t try to open it for the

love of God.

The Kola Superdeep Borehole reached 12,262 meters (40,230 ft) in 1989 becoming the deepest

artificial point on our planet.

To put that into perspective, the Kola Superdeep Borehole descends further than the deepest

point of the ocean, which lies at nearly 6.8 miles (11 kilometers).

So, what did scientists find down there?

Well, after 26 years of intensive drilling efforts, experts found that there�s a LOT

of water down there. Scientists discovered hot mineralized water almost everywhere down

the drilling path.

But not only is there water down there, scientists discovered the Earth has Gas. Not that type

of gas. Scientists found, helium, hydrogen, nitrogen, and even carbon dioxide (from microbes)

all along the borehole.

One of the greatest surprises was that experts found there is no basalt under the continent�s

granite. Scientists believed that at 9,000 meters the granite would give way to basalt.

However, to their surprise, it doesn�t.

Furthermore, scientists discovered there are FOSSILS in granite located around 6,700 meters

below the surface.

In addition to the above, scientists found that the temperature at the bottom of the

hole reached a staggering 180 degrees celsius, officially too hot to continue, and rightfully

earning the nickname �Door to Hell�.

But perhaps what�s even more impressive is the fact that scientists estimate that

the distance to the center of our planet is nearly 4,000 miles (6,400 kilometers). Turns

out, 6,500 kilometers isn�t anywhere close and what scientists managed to drill trough

barely scratches the surface.

�By far the most riveting discovery from the project, however, was the detection of

microscopic plankton fossils in rocks over 2 billion years old, found four miles beneath

the surface,� reports Bryan Nelson from Mother Nature Network.

�These �microfossils� represented about 24 ancient species, and were encased in organic

compounds which somehow survived the extreme pressures and temperatures that exist so far

beneath the Earth.�

The project was officially terminated in 2005, leaving only a rusted metal cap as a marker

of its existence.

Carl�s Jr. � is facing potential opposition not only from Democrats but from many of his

fellow Republicans.

Sens. Rob Portman, R-Ohio, and John Thune, R-S.D., announced on Tuesday that they were

not yet ready to support Puzder, according to a report by The Washington Post.

They claim that they will need to assess Puzder�s performance at a Senate hearing before the

Health, Education, Labor & Pensions Committee before arriving at a decision.

The skepticism of Portman and Thune is notable because they are the first Republican senators

not from the health committee to express these concerns.

The other four hesitant GOPers include Sens. Susan Collins of Maine, Johnny Isakson of

Georgia, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Tim Scott of South Carolina.

Joining in the right-wing chorus of hesitation about Puzder are the editors at the National

Review.

In an editorial published on Wednesday, the writers denounced Puzder as �a reliable

font of clich�s in favor of higher levels of legal immigration,� adding that this

is concerning because �the Department of Labor bears a significant amount of responsibility

for enforcing the nation�s immigration laws.� They also pointed to the fact that �Puzder

employed an undocumented housekeeper for several years and failed to pay related taxes,�

Today we're going to have a Q and A. I'm gong to answer of the questions that one of

you good subscribers of this Youtube channel have asked me, and it's all about playing

the flute and asthma.

Today we're going to take a question that one of you Youtube subscribers asked me and

we're going to answer it right here, live ish on this video.

I've taken this question from a nice person named Paul.

This is what it says: "Great videos Rebecca, greetings from the UK.

I am thinking of taking up the flute to help strengthen my lungs, as I suffer from asthma.

Is this something you've heard of before" -Paul.

Actually thanks for asking that Paul!

The answer here is yes, actually.

Yes yes!

I have heard of this, in fact you'll be interested to know that I myself have suffered

from a little asthma in my own life.

So first you'll want to know that it is very possible for you to learn how to play

the flute and have asthma at the same time.

The next thing you'll need to know is that learning how to play the flute, and specifically

learning how to play with proper technique and using the proper tone studies and certain

things especially a lot of the things that I've developed in my teaching studies, will

help you actually exercise those lungs to the point where you can function and play

just fine.

So I wanted to let you know that and then the next thing I wanted to talk to you about

is not only do you need to learn how to play the flute properly, because there are a lot

of people who learn to play (I guess we could say) non-properly.

Because they will just blow and blow and blow and they will be all dizzy and not using proper

technique and using their air stream properly and their diaphragm and their lungs.

So they will blow and blow and use all that crazy stuff, and so it's really important

that you get the proper instruction to make sure that you are able to use your air stream

and body functioning properly.

I keep saying the word "properly" because it's true.

There is a certain way to do it.

And what I was going to say next is that in conjunction to learning how to play the flute

properly (I'll say that again) you need to get yourself a really, pretty steady cardio

routine.

Now I had spent a lot of years being a, you know, mom who does a lot of aerobics, that

kind of thing and it was really good for me.

But I did not stretch and enhance and actually do my lungs a lot more good until I started

to become a runner.

Yep, I've had to run.

And for the last fifteen years I have been a pretty steady ish off and on steady, but

pretty steady runner.

And I mean cardio to the max, running all the way up through marathons.

5k, 10k, half marathons, marathons.

That rhythmic, steady and expand and shrink of my lungs did me so much good.

And I will tell you, you might not want to hear this because it's kind of gross, but

for the first couple of years I had a lot of junk that I had to cough up while I was

running because it was coming out of my lungs.

Once I cleared that out and started to run faster and longer my lungs strengthened to

the point where not only could I run better and exercise harder and have a lot more fun

doing it, but my flute playing got a lot better as well because I was able to last much longer

through longer phrases.

That's a good thing, right?

And I was able to take if quicker, more full breaths than I ever did before in my life.

So my tone actually got better, cleared up.

And especially in my high range everything just start to be more open, last longer, and

was beautiful.

So I hope that that is a good way to answer Paul's question here at the Youtube Learn

Malaysian official confirms murdered victim is Kim Jong-nam, N. Korean leader's half brother - Duration: 1:58.

We start in Malaysia,... where reports are surfacing of a third arrest being made in

the murder of Kim Jong-nam, the half brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

To bring you more details on that, we have Kwon Jang-ho on the line from Seoul's unification

ministry.

Tell us Jang-ho, what can you tell us about this third suspect?

Not much I'm afraid Daniel.

News reports have emerged of a male suspect in custody, but no official statement has

been made by the police yet.

They are saying he is Malaysian and the boyfriend of the female suspect who was arrested early

this morning.

Now information on HER arrest has been released by the police.

She is said to be 25 years old and was carrying an Indonesian passport.

That's in contrast to the first suspect arrested yesterday, who was carrying a Vietnamese passport.

These two women are thought to be the ones who approached Kim at the Kuala Lumpur airport

on Monday morning, and poisoned him with some sort of needle or spray.

The authorities are working with both Indonesian and Vietnamese embassies to confirm their

identities.

The police have added they still looking for more people related to the case.

So more arrests possibly on the way.

I understand the autopsy was completed yesterday, but has there been any news on the results?

Not yet, we are still waiting for an official statement on the cause of death.

In the meantime, the authorities have confirmed that the victim is Kim Jong-nam.

The police up till this point had officially referred to him as "Kim Chol," which was the

name found on the passport he was carrying.

But Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid gave a press conference, confirming his identity.

He has also promised that the body will be returned to the next of kin or the North Korean

embassy in Kuala Lumpur, once all medical investigations have been completed.

Mister Zahid also expressed a desire to maintain Malaysia's close ties with North Korea, saying

that the Malaysia-North Korea relationship would not be affected by this incident.

For this tutorial I used 1 yard or meter of sequin fabric.

Double or triple that if you're plus size.

Use half a dress or a skirt to determine the length of the bottom

Then I cut a piece on the small end of my fabric for the bottom of my dress

Later on I will wrap this up and sew it

For the front place your fabric with the wrong side up

Place a top and fold it on one side and cut it

Use this piece and cut it again

These are the front pieces of the Disco Dress

For the back I used the fabric that was left Since it wasn't enough I cut it twice and

sewed it together

Place half your top or dress on top and cut it

I used the front piece to determine the length Then do it again

Place the pieces on top with the right sides facing.

Pin it together in the middle and sew it

I used an universal needle and regular stitch for this and it worked fine for the sequin

fabric

Now place the front pieces on top and pin the sides

Pin the top and fold it if necessary

Sew the sides and top

Open your top and place the bottom on top with right sides facing

pin the top and then sew it

Your dress is composed of 3 parts Fold it 1/3 and sew this bit

You can do sew by machine or sew a sewing snap by hand there

Then do the same on the other side If you sew it make sure it's wide enough

otherwise it will be to tight to put it on

140,000 people moved out of Seoul in 2016 due to increasing financial burden - Duration: 1:24.

The Korean capital, Seoul, has experienced astounding population growth over the decades,

but last year saw more people leaving the city than since the financial crisis of the

late 1990s.

The primary reason appears to be housing costs.

Kim Hyo-sun has this report.

The population of Seoul continues to decline amid a higher cost of living in the capital

city.

According to Statistics Korea, last year alone... some 140-thousand people moved out of Seoul,

the most in almost two decades,... since 1997, when more than 170-thousand people moved to

other areas.

And over the course of 2016, the exodus appeared to grow.

Nearly 24-thousand people moved out of Seoul during the first quarter,... and the figure

increased steadily to nearly 43-thousand in the last quarter.

This, according to the statistics agency,... reflects the increasing burden of housing

costs in the capital.

Also, it said many job seekers are heading to other parts of the country,... where work

is easier to find.

According to a real estate information provider,... the average deposit or 'jeonse'... which tenants

pay for a house usually for two years, more than doubled over the past decade,... now

standing at over 400 million Korean won, or around 350-thousand U.S. dollars.

TSA Busted in Massive $100 Million, 40,000 lb Cocaine Smuggling Conspiracy

San Juan, Puerto Rico � In a case highlighting the infiltration of the Transportation Security

Administration (TSA) by transnational criminal organizations, twelve current and former TSA

officers and airport staff were indicted for allegedly trafficking over 20 tons of cocaine

� worth over $100 million � into the U.S. over a 28-year time frame.

Last Wednesday, a federal grand jury returned an indictment against the twelve defendants,

who are charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine.

From 1998 to 2016 the conspirators allegedly smuggled about 40,000 pounds, or twenty tons,

of cocaine through Luis Mu�oz Mar�n International Airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and into

the United States, according to the DOJ.

The DOJ press release detailed how the massive trafficking operation allegedly worked:

During the course of the conspiracy, the defendants smuggled suitcases, each containing at least

8 to 15 kilograms of cocaine, through the TSA security system at the Luis Mu�oz Mar�n

International Airport (LMMIA).

Sometimes as many as five mules were used on each flight, with each mule checking-in

up to two suitcases.

From 1998 through 2016, the defendants helped smuggle approximately 20 tons of cocaine through

LMMIA.

Six current and former TSA employees, Jos� Cruz-L�pez, Luis V�zquez-Acevedo, Keila

Carrasquillo, Carlos Rafael Adorno-Hiraldo, Antonio Vargas-Saavedra, and Daniel Cruz-Echevarr�a

allegedly smuggled multi-kilogram quantities of cocaine while employed as TSA Officers

at the San Juan airport.

Their full time responsibilities were to provide security and baggage screening for checked

and carry-on luggage that was to be placed on outbound flights from the LMMIA.

During the duration of the conspiracy, these TSA employees smuggled multi-kilogram quantities

of cocaine through the TSA X-Ray machines within LMMIA and onto airplanes without detection.

�These individuals were involved in a conspiracy to traffic massive quantities of illegal narcotics

to the continental United States,� said Rosa Emilia Rodr�guez-V�lez, U.S. Attorney

for the District of Puerto Rico.

�These arrests demonstrate the success of the AirTAT initiative, which has successfully

allocated a dedicated group of state and federal law enforcement officers, whose mission is

to ensure that our airports are not used in the drug traffickers� illicit businesses.�

Defendants Edwin Francisco Castro, Luis V�zquez-Acevedo and Ferdinand L�pez are alleged to have

operated as facilitators between drug trafficking organizations and the TSA employees who smuggled

the cocaine into the airplanes.

Defendant Miguel �ngel P�rez-Rodr�guez, an airport security company employee, was

a source of supply of cocaine to the drug trafficking organization, according to the

superseding indictment.

The DOJ press release notes the strategic nature of the operation:

Defendant Javier Ortiz began assisting drug trafficking organizations as an employee of

Airport Aviation Services (AAS) as a baggage handler/ramp employee.

During the time of the conspiracy Ortiz used to pick up suitcases he knew contained cocaine

from the mules at the airline check-in counter.

Ortiz would then place the suitcases into the X-Ray machines being monitored by the

TSA drug trafficking organization members, who cleared the suitcases.

After the suitcases had been cleared by TSA members, Ortiz took the suitcases to their

designated flight, making sure no narcotic K-9 unit or law enforcement personnel were

present when the suitcase went from the checkpoint to the airplane.

Once the suitcases were loaded into the airplane, defendant Ortiz would make a phone call to

a drug trafficking organization member indicating the all clear and the mules would then board

the airplane.

Ortiz also paid the TSA employees for clearing the suitcases through TSA security.

Defendant Tomas Dominguez-Rohena assisted the drug trafficking organization by taking

the suitcases he knew contained cocaine after they had been cleared by TSA members or smuggled

passed security to their designated flight.

Defendant Jos� Gabriel L�pez-Mercado was a mule for the criminal organization.

�This investigation was initiated by TSA as part of its efforts to address employee

misconduct and specific insider threat vulnerabilities.

TSA has zero tolerance for employees engaged in criminal activity to facilitate contraband

smuggling,� said Jos� Baquero, federal security director for Puerto Rico and the

US Virgin Islands, in the Monday press release.

The indictment was a result of an internal TSA investigation by the Airport Investigations

and Tactical Team (AirTAT), a 2-year-old multi-agency initiative.

If convicted, the defendants face prison terms of between 10-years to life in prison.

Not surprisingly, this is the second such bust of TSA officials in only 2 years for

transporting massive amounts of cocaine.

In November 2015, three former TSA agents were indicted on charges of defrauding the

government and smuggling cocaine.

According to the indictment, 35-year old Joseph Scott, 32-year-old Michael Castaneda, and

27-year-old Jessica Scott, all former TSA agents at San Francisco International Airport,

were involved in an ongoing operation to help transport drugs through airport security.

Well hi, I'm Rebecca Fuller the expert at Learn Flute Online dot com, and this YouTube

Today we're going to have a Q and A. I'm gong to answer of the questions that one of

you good subscribers of this Youtube channel have asked me, and it's all about playing

the flute and asthma.

Today we're going to take a question that one of you Youtube subscribers asked me and

we're going to answer it right here, live ish on this video.

I've taken this question from a nice person named Paul.

This is what it says: "Great videos Rebecca, greetings from the UK.

I am thinking of taking up the flute to help strengthen my lungs, as I suffer from asthma.

Is this something you've heard of before" -Paul.

Actually thanks for asking that Paul!

The answer here is yes, actually.

Yes yes!

I have heard of this, in fact you'll be interested to know that I myself have suffered

from a little asthma in my own life.

So first you'll want to know that it is very possible for you to learn how to play

the flute and have asthma at the same time.

The next thing you'll need to know is that learning how to play the flute, and specifically

learning how to play with proper technique and using the proper tone studies and certain

things especially a lot of the things that I've developed in my teaching studies, will

help you actually exercise those lungs to the point where you can function and play

just fine.

So I wanted to let you know that and then the next thing I wanted to talk to you about

is not only do you need to learn how to play the flute properly, because there are a lot

of people who learn to play (I guess we could say) non-properly.

Because they will just blow and blow and blow and they will be all dizzy and not using proper

technique and using their air stream properly and their diaphragm and their lungs.

So they will blow and blow and use all that crazy stuff, and so it's really important

that you get the proper instruction to make sure that you are able to use your air stream

and body functioning properly.

I keep saying the word "properly" because it's true.

There is a certain way to do it.

And what I was going to say next is that in conjunction to learning how to play the flute

properly (I'll say that again) you need to get yourself a really, pretty steady cardio

routine.

Now I had spent a lot of years being a, you know, mom who does a lot of aerobics, that

kind of thing and it was really good for me.

But I did not stretch and enhance and actually do my lungs a lot more good until I started

to become a runner.

Yep, I've had to run.

And for the last fifteen years I have been a pretty steady ish off and on steady, but

pretty steady runner.

And I mean cardio to the max, running all the way up through marathons.

5k, 10k, half marathons, marathons.

That rhythmic, steady and expand and shrink of my lungs did me so much good.

And I will tell you, you might not want to hear this because it's kind of gross, but

for the first couple of years I had a lot of junk that I had to cough up while I was

running because it was coming out of my lungs.

Once I cleared that out and started to run faster and longer my lungs strengthened to

the point where not only could I run better and exercise harder and have a lot more fun

doing it, but my flute playing got a lot better as well because I was able to last much longer

through longer phrases.

That's a good thing, right?

And I was able to take if quicker, more full breaths than I ever did before in my life.

So my tone actually got better, cleared up.

And especially in my high range everything just start to be more open, last longer, and

was beautiful.

So I hope that that is a good way to answer Paul's question here at the Youtube Learn

Flute Online channel.

Chinese Scallion Bread | Bread Baking | 蔥花胚芽麵包 - Duration: 3:35.

Ingredients

Whisk an egg until combined and split into half

Place all ingredients, except yeast and butter, in mixer bowl

(Save 30g water for later.)

Combine for 2 minutes on low speed.

(Gradually add the remaining water.)

(Add dry instant yeast)

Add butter and mix for another 2 minutes

Increase to middle speed

and mix for 6 minutes until well combined

Remove and place the dough in a mixing bowl

Cover with plastic wrap

Let rise in a warm place for 60 minutes

Punch center of dough to get rid of air bubbles

Divide the dough into 6 pieces (@94-95g)

Form the small dough into a round shape

Cover with damp cloth and rest for 10 minutes

Lightly dust the counter and dough ball

Roll dough ball into a rectangle (20cm long, 14cm wide)

Flip

Fold in half, and half again

Gently pinch the seam to seal it

Set rolled dough seam side down and gently pat it

Place all the rolled dough in the baking pan

Let rise in the oven for 45 minutes

Time's Up! Remove the pan from the oven.

Preheat the oven at 180˚c about 12-15 minutes

Meanwhile, brush tops with the other half an egg.

Right before baking:

A.) Slash center of the dough with a sharp razor

B.) Make Topping:

well mixed oil/sesame/white pepper/remaining egg

add salt

add the scallions

then sprinkle the flour

Place a heap of topping onto each dough

Immediately position the pan in the center of the oven

Bake for about 20 minutes

Malaysian official confirms murdered victim is Kim Jong-nam, N. Korean leader's half brother - Duration: 1:58.

We start in Malaysia,... where reports are surfacing of a third arrest being made in

the murder of Kim Jong-nam, the half brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

To bring you more details on that, we have Kwon Jang-ho on the line from Seoul's unification

ministry.

Tell us Jang-ho, what can you tell us about this third suspect?

Not much I'm afraid Daniel.

News reports have emerged of a male suspect in custody, but no official statement has

been made by the police yet.

They are saying he is Malaysian and the boyfriend of the female suspect who was arrested early

this morning.

Now information on HER arrest has been released by the police.

She is said to be 25 years old and was carrying an Indonesian passport.

That's in contrast to the first suspect arrested yesterday, who was carrying a Vietnamese passport.

These two women are thought to be the ones who approached Kim at the Kuala Lumpur airport

on Monday morning, and poisoned him with some sort of needle or spray.

The authorities are working with both Indonesian and Vietnamese embassies to confirm their

identities.

The police have added they still looking for more people related to the case.

So more arrests possibly on the way.

I understand the autopsy was completed yesterday, but has there been any news on the results?

Not yet, we are still waiting for an official statement on the cause of death.

In the meantime, the authorities have confirmed that the victim is Kim Jong-nam.

The police up till this point had officially referred to him as "Kim Chol," which was the

name found on the passport he was carrying.

But Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid gave a press conference, confirming his identity.

He has also promised that the body will be returned to the next of kin or the North Korean

embassy in Kuala Lumpur, once all medical investigations have been completed.

Mister Zahid also expressed a desire to maintain Malaysia's close ties with North Korea, saying

that the Malaysia-North Korea relationship would not be affected by this incident.

Seoul, Washington and Tokyo ponder their next move

The foreign ministers of the three sides are set to put their heads together on Thursday

on the sidelines of an international event in Germany.

Connie Kim provides a preview of what to expect in Bonn.

The top diplomats of South Korea and the United States will meet in Germany on Thursday for

the first time since President Trump took office.

Seoul's foreign ministry said the talks will be held on the sidelines of the G20 foreign

ministers' meeting in Bonn.

"Minister Yun and U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson will hold the first bilateral

foreign ministers' meeting since the new U.S. administration took office.

They will discuss response measures against North Korea's recent ballistic missile provocations

and ways to boost the Seoul-Washington alliance."

Since it's the first time for Yun and Tillerson to meet face-to-face, it's expected that the

Trump administration will lay out its specific North Korea policies.

Later Thursday, Minister Yun and Secretary Tillerson will be joined by their Japanese

counterpart Fumio Kishida for a trilateral meeting.

Following those talks,... the three sides will reportedly release a joint statement.

They will share information on North Korea's latest movements, including the regime's recent

launch of a new type of intermediate-range ballistic missile and the apparent murder

of Kim Jong-un's half-brother.

Attention is also on how the three plan to encourage China, North Korea's closest ally,

to pressure the regime.

They could also touch upon U.S. efforts to sanction countries that trade with the North.

"Seoul's foreign ministry says it is also in the process of ironing out the dates for

separate bilateral talks with China and Japan.

Two of the issues expected to be on the agenda are...

China's apparent retaliation against the THAAD deployment to the Korean peninsula... and

a recently installed statue in Busan that commemorates the victims of Japan's wartime

sexual enslavement during World War Two.

N. Korea commemorates Kim Jong-il's 75th birthday despite death of Kim Jong-nam - Duration: 2:09.

North Korea is largely believed to be behind the assassination of Kim Jong-nam.

But the regime spent the day commemorating the 75th birthday of Kim Jong-il.

It's closest ally, China is also keeping rather quiet about the incident with minimal media

coverage.

Kim Jung-soo zooms in on their nonchalant attitude

It's been just three days since the death of Kim Jong-nam, which raised questions about

North Korea's political stability, but the regime seems determined to use the 75th birthday

of Kim Jong-il on Thursday as an opportunity to display its people's affection for the

late leader and the legacy he represented.

The day is considered one of North Korea's biggest holidays, along with Kim Il-sung's

birthday on April 15th.

After attending a general assembly commemorating his father's birthday on Wednesday, the regime's

33-year-old leader Kim Jong-un appeared at the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun mausoleum at

around midnight to pay tribute to Kim Il-sung and Kim Jong-il, whose remains are lying in

state at the facility.

Beginning Wednesday, the regime's state-owned media has released footage of special military

parades, in which military officials,... including Hwang Pyong-so, the director of the General

Political Bureau of the Korean People's Army,... promised to help realize Kim Jong-il's vision

to the fullest.

"We pledge allegiance to our supreme leader Kim Jong-il."

Meanwhile, over in China, reports of Kim Jong-nam's death appear to have been pulled down from

the main pages of Chinese websites,.. raising questions about whether authorities have blocked

the news.

China's government-run Xinhuamang and privately-run Wangyimang sites have remained rather silent,

aside from news about a briefing by China's foreign ministry held the day before.

China's state-run CCTV reported on the incident in its morning newscast and only briefly reported

on the foreign ministry's stance.

Some analysts believe that China wants to minimize speculation that it was protecting

the North Korean leader's half brother, which could lead to a diplomatic conflict with the

regime.

There are some studies that suggest that outdoor spores are perhaps as much as ten times higher

in the summer times as the winter times.

We find that there's a variation in the indoor but because the indoor temperature and humidity

is more likely to be more stable than it is outdoor, we don't see that much of a variation

but we do see a difference between the mold growth in the wintertime from what you would

see in the summertime.

So if we see something near our guidelines in the wintertime, we know that's the best

that's gonna get.

And we know that as time goes on in the summertime, it's gonna get a lot worse.

So if it looks like it's on the border of a problem in the wintertime, we say, "Hey,

it's really a problem."

In the summertime, if it's very close to our guidelines and there's no other factors to

influence it, we know that that's the worse it's gonna get.

And probably it's gonna get better in the wintertime as the nature's portion of what

Malaysian official confirms murdered victim is Kim Jong-nam, N. Korean leader's half brother - Duration: 1:58.

We start in Malaysia,... where reports are surfacing of a third arrest being made in

the murder of Kim Jong-nam, the half brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

To bring you more details on that, we have Kwon Jang-ho on the line from Seoul's unification

ministry.

Tell us Jang-ho, what can you tell us about this third suspect?

Not much I'm afraid Daniel.

News reports have emerged of a male suspect in custody, but no official statement has

been made by the police yet.

They are saying he is Malaysian and the boyfriend of the female suspect who was arrested early

this morning.

Now information on HER arrest has been released by the police.

She is said to be 25 years old and was carrying an Indonesian passport.

That's in contrast to the first suspect arrested yesterday, who was carrying a Vietnamese passport.

These two women are thought to be the ones who approached Kim at the Kuala Lumpur airport

on Monday morning, and poisoned him with some sort of needle or spray.

The authorities are working with both Indonesian and Vietnamese embassies to confirm their

identities.

The police have added they still looking for more people related to the case.

So more arrests possibly on the way.

I understand the autopsy was completed yesterday, but has there been any news on the results?

Not yet, we are still waiting for an official statement on the cause of death.

In the meantime, the authorities have confirmed that the victim is Kim Jong-nam.

The police up till this point had officially referred to him as "Kim Chol," which was the

name found on the passport he was carrying.

But Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid gave a press conference, confirming his identity.

He has also promised that the body will be returned to the next of kin or the North Korean

embassy in Kuala Lumpur, once all medical investigations have been completed.

Mister Zahid also expressed a desire to maintain Malaysia's close ties with North Korea, saying

that the Malaysia-North Korea relationship would not be affected by this incident.

Independent counsel files for 30-day investigative extension - Duration: 2:11.

Turning to the massive corruption scandal in Korea...

The independent counsel requested a 30-day-extension for its investigation, saying it needs more

time to untangle the threads of the case.

Meanwhile, the fate of Samsung Group heir apparent Lee Jae-yong is hanging in the balance

as a court hears arguments on whether he should be arrested.

Hwang Hojun has the latest.

The independent counsel spokesperson said Thursday that the team has filed for a 30-day

extension of its original 90-day investigative mandate.

By law, the request for an extension must be made at least three days prior to the deadline

but can also be made earlier.

It will now be up to Hwang Kyo-ahn, the prime minister and the acting president, to decide

whether to grant the one-time extension.

"Unlike previous investigations, this one has so many more people and branches.

it won't be possible to complete the investigation by the 28th, and the acting president will

need time to review the request before making any decisions."

Shortly after the spokesperson had finished the briefing, the team came up against another

obstacle, after the Seoul Administrative Court rejected its request to override the presidential

office and let it search the premises.

The decision makes it impossible to force a search on the presidential office.

Meanwhile, the Seoul Central District Court is hearing the team's request for a second

warrant to arrest Lee Jae-yong, the heir apparent of Samsung Group.

"Regarding the request for a second arrest warrant, I'm just going to say the independent

counsel has made sufficient preparations in advance."

In filing for the warrant on Tuesday, the counsel expanded the charges against Lee to

include diverting assets overseas and concealing the gains from a criminal act.

That's on top of the original charges of bribery, embezzlement and perjury the team filed against

Lee with its first arrest warrant request that was rejected last month.

"The fate of the Samsung chief -- whether he will return home as a free man or be forced

to remain in detention -- is expected to be decided on Thursday night or early Friday

morning.
