our subreddit about the weirdest thing we have ever seen at a friend's house.

Number 10 was submitted by _ima_crik_ur_neck101 Sweetcommando

Sweetcommando was asked by his friend to come over to help him with his homework.

When he got there, his friend was gone… but in the next room he heard moaning.

Sweetcommando thought it was his parents doing it, but remembered that his friend's older

sister was in that room.

So he went to investigate, but gagged when he saw his friend's sister halfway out the

window, wearing a bikini and opening her legs.

A guy was outside banging her.

She looked at Sweetcommando and said, "Wanna join?"

He bolted out the door and never went to his friend's house again.

They eventually stopped being friends because… his friend was the guy outside.

Number 9 was submitted by candycat731 Froggy In the 9th grade, Froggy and one of her best

friends were big fans of Doctor Who.

Froggy had gotten into it just because her friend watched it all the time with her parents.

One night, while she was staying over, Froggy got up in the middle of the night to go to

the bathroom.

She heard the Doctor Who theme song playing loud as hell down the hall in the parents'

room.

Needing to go into the parents' bedroom to get to the bathroom, she walked in, expecting

them to be watching the episodes.

Instead, she caught her friend's parents having intense sex in Doctor Who cosplay.

Her mom screamed for the doctor to cum in her.

They saw Froggy right as she walked in, horrified.

Needless to say, she now despises Doctor Who, and her friend stays at her house whenever

they hang out.

Her friend's parents were actually chill about Froggy catching them.

house, she had to go to the bathroom.

Her friend told her where it was but, once Honeybits flicked on the light, she saw large

amounts of shit on the floor.

She ended up telling her parents, believing it to be her friend's little brother.

Her parents then made him eat all the shit that was on the floor!

Disgusted, Honeybits came up with a lie that her parents were sick, then got her bag and

ran out of the house.

She never talked to her friend again.

When SacredSnewpee was nine, she went to her best friend's house for a sleepover where

they planned to stay up all night.

It turned out that her best friend's dad was having a few of his friends over as well.

At about one in the morning, SacredSnewpee went into the living room to grab a horror

movie to watch.

That was when she saw all the men dancing naked to the song, "I am a gummy bear."

A man was in the corner taking a shit, while another man was trying to have sex with a

lamp.

SacredSnewpee ran back upstairs, and after that night never returned.

When Pandora went to her friend, Ramona's, house, they went into the woods to look for

Slenderman.

After a while, they returned to Ramona's house where they went up to her room.

Pandora needed to use the bathroom, which was next to her brother, Dolan's, room.

So she went into Dolan's room and caught him masturbating out the window!

Shocked, Dolan looked back and screamed, "Get out of my room!" and shot her with a BB

gun.

While Pandora cried, Ramona's family put some dressing on the wound.

They're still friends and laugh about what happened to this day, though Pandora has a

scar on the bottom of her leg.

house to spend the night.

During her stay, she went to go to the bathroom but found her friend's little brother, butt-naked

and drawing on the walls with his poop.

Spincess just walked out of the bathroom and went to use the bathroom in her friend's

parents' bedroom instead.

She ended up walking in to see her friend's mother shirtless and not wearing a bra.

Before she could be seen, she left.

She told her friend what happened, and her friend told her mother that, thanks to her

little brother, the bathroom needed to be cleaned up.

She also asked her mother to cover up because Spincess needed to use the bathroom in her

bedroom.

As her friend explained everything very casually to her mother, Spincess began to wonder how

often it happened.

Back when he was in junior high, Cid had a friend, Hellbent, who never invited any of

his friends over to his house.

But one day, when they were riding their bikes, Hellbent had to go home to use the bathroom.

He explicitly told Cid to stay on the porch, but Cid's curiosity got the better of him

and he decided to sneak inside.

It seemed fairly normal, with some clutter here and there… until he peeked into his

mother's bedroom.

On the walls were various macabre paintings, with one painting being of a naked giant eating

the arm of a smaller, headless naked man.

In the corner was a table with several black candles with melted wax everywhere.

Also on the table were statues of the Devil and the Grim Reaper.

Behind the statues was a screen-printed picture of a satanic pentagram that had a goat's

head in the middle.

Cid had never seen anything like that before, despite having known a lot of members of the

Church of Satan.

At that moment, Cid knew exactly why Hellbent never invited any of his friends over.

The weirdest thing Slapped Ham ever saw at his friend's house was when he was in 5th

grade.

One day, after school, he had a weird friend who invited him over.

Not wanting to hurt his feelings, Slapped Ham accepted.

Once they were inside his house, his friend asked, "Do you want to see my goldfish?"

Slapped Ham said yes, but instead of showing him a fish bowl, his friend reached into his

closet and pulled out a dead goldfish.

Slapped Ham never saw him again.

One time, Ladybot was sleeping over at her friend, Robo's, house.

In the middle of the night, she had to go to the bathroom.

Robo's bathroom wasn't available because her older brother was using it, so she told

When Ladybot walked into the bathroom, she noticed a dildo stuck to the mirror.

Then, as she washed her hands, she saw a cup filled with condoms next to the sink.

Not just anybody can and will be accepted into England's royal family.

It's perhaps the hardest group to get accepted into with more expectations than anyone could

imagine.

The royal rules are not part of the fairytale that Markle had probably envisioned when she

was asked out on her first date with the prince and now she's feeling the pinch.

As part of Markle's wedding planning, she had one item of personal business to secretly

attend to.

In the process, she broke a major royal rule.

She clearly felt it was worth it to send a disgusting message to her family and the former

country she called home before becoming a British citizen.

If things don't work out for her and Harry, she's going to have nowhere to go.

Markle's far less than perfect family and upbringing have been no secret since she became

engaged to Prince Harry.

Despite the unconventional and sordid nature of the members of her family, her stepsiblings

said childhood was great and they were all very close.

The princess wannabe told her soon-to-be husband an entirely different story as to separate

herself from the negative image her family exudes and gain sympathy for struggle she

never had.

Markle is intentionally trying to forget where she came from and has now reportedly disowned

her own brother for what she considers to be the most disgusting thing about a person

that she could imagine.

It's no secret that Markle is not remotely a fan of President Donald Trump's.

Before she was forced to give up social media as a requirement for all members of the royal

family, she was politically outspoken.

Speaking publicly about politics is a major no-no for royals and refraining from such

topics is actually a written rule they must follow.

However, Markle couldn't help herself and her hate for the president and her brother

who supports him in committing the cardinal sin of forgetting that he was ever family

and removing him from her life entirely.

When Markle's brother reached out to her in desperate need for help managing "extreme

media scrutiny" he was enduring since her engagement, she reportedly ignored him, then

shut him out of her life.

He wasn't asking for any money or anything physical that she could provide, he just wanted

her support and advice which was too much for her to offer since she's so disgusted

by him for his support of President Trump.

In Touch Weekly reports:

In an exclusive interview with In Touch, Meghan Markle's half-brother, Tom Markle Jr. reveals

that she ignored his plea for help – whose life has been "under a microscope" since

Prince Harry and Meghan announced their engagement in November.

Tom, 51, tells In Touch that he and his lawyer have been going back and forth with the palace,

trying in vain to connect with the future royal and asking for her help dealing with

the international scrutiny.

"My lawyer had a phone meeting with her lawyer, and he emailed me some of [Meghan's]

direct words.

She said, 'That's distant family and I don't know those people.'

That's pretty harsh," Tom tells In Touch, calling it "a slap in the face" and "below

the belt."

Tom finds it "ridiculous" that Meghan thinks of him as a stranger.

"I spent a lot of time with her growing up," explains Tom, who was 14 and living

with his dad, now 73, and Thomas Markle Sr.'s then-wife, Doria Ragland, 61, when Meghan

was born.

In the past year, Tom says, he's lost work and has had to move three times because of

all the interest in Meghan.

"There was a time where people were following me around at work, taking pictures and posting

horrible stories about me and my family saying I'm a white supremacist, a drug addict and

a dealer, all this crap that just isn't true," he explains.

Before Markle was banned from talking about politics, she was a self-imposed liberal activist.

For this reason, she finds her pro-Trump brother repulsive and embarrassing.

What's truly disgusting, is that she thinks she's better than family who she's willing

to let go over political differences, forgetting years of her life spent in happy times with

these people.

When you forget where you came from and who you spent a good part of your life with, then

you have nowhere to return to when you find yourself in need of reconnecting with your

roots.

Hillary's health has come into question over the last several years.

It came under particular question after she collapsed at a 9/11 memorial ceremony in 2016."

Western Journalism reported,

"Clinton streamed into The MAKERS Conference on a live feed to give her closing remarks,

only to be stopped by the same problem that plagued her during the 2016 presidential campaign.

The MAKERS is a group "designed to empower individuals to be their own storyteller"

and include stories such as Lena Dunham's as well as Clinton's."From Hollywood to

politics to factory floors, everywhere women are telling the truth about their lives,"

Clinton said.

"And let's make sure the world is never the same."

"I pledge to continue to speak out.

I pledge to never give up …," she trailed off and started hacking.

She took a swig of water and tried again.

"I will do everything I can …," she said and stopped to cough again.

health came into question during her presidential run as well.

After Clinton fainted at a 9/11 remembrance ceremony in 2016, former Democratic National

Committee Chair Donna Brazile thought long and hard about replacing Clinton as the Democrats'

presidential nominee.

In an ABC interview in November, Brazile detailed that although Clinton had noticeable health

issues, she never acted to replace the former Secretary of State, according to Breitbart.

"As you well know, the charter of the DNC, as well as the convention rules, say that

the chairperson, shall, in consultation with the leadership in Congress and others, and

so I had to put in on the table … because I was under tremendous pressure after Secretary

Clinton fainted to have a quote, unquote, 'plan B,'" she said.

Brazile's statements are also echoed in her new book, "Hacks: The Inside Story of

the Break-ins and Breakdowns that Put Donald Trump in the White House."

Based on excerpts from the book, The Washington Post reported that Brazile had decided that

if Clinton had to go, she should be replaced by former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen.

Corey Booker, D-N.J. However, Brazile said that in the end, she decided it was a step

she could not take because of Clinton's status as the first female candidate for president.

"Again and again I thought about Joe Biden," she wrote, adding that "no matter my doubts

and my fears about the election and Hillary as a candidate, I could not make good on that

threat to replace her."

"I thought of Hillary and all the women in the country who were so proud of and excited

about her.

I could not do this to them," Brazile wrote.

Brazile recalled that two days before the Sept. 11 incident, in which Clinton had to

leave a ceremony, Clinton seemed "wobbly on her feet" and had a "rattled cough."

Brazile also said the Clinton campaign's effort to hide the truth about Clinton's

condition was "shameful.""Hillary's issues have persisted for years.

There have been allegations of a plane that crashed while she was on it in the Middle

East, she's admitted to having pneumonia, and she has consistently had coughing issues

while in her interviews.

There have even been allegations of a brain injury or some type of larger neurological

issue such as Parkinson's disease.

However, she and her people have refused to acknowledge these problems and blamed these

rumors on the conservative media.

Despite, doctors going to media outlets saying that these physical signs of hers indicate

a much deeper problem.

But now that she is no longer running for office it won't be a concern for the American

people.

As the Olympics have begun so has the drama, despite this being a time when our amazing

athletes should be championed for their accomplishments.

When the American delegation showed up in South Korea they found themselves embroiled

in a racially dramatic situation.

First, an African American athlete through a fit when he lost the coin toss to hold the

flag during the opening ceremonies and now people are bragging about how diverse the

people of the American delegation are.

Which shouldn't be the focus of the Olympics or of media reports.

Breitbart News reported,

"Fox News Executive Vice President John Moody is calling on the country to "focus

on the winner of the race, not the race of the winner," at this year's Winter Olympics

in PyeongChang, South Korea.

In an Op-Ed, Moody pleaded for sports fans to forget about race and sexual orientation

as they root for Team U.S.A. and to focus only on their superior abilities.

In his February 8 editorial, Moody noted that the motto of the Olympics is "Faster, Higher,

Stronger," but that too many are seemingly more interested in turning the games "Darker,

Gayer, Different."

This, he says, is not a good way to win medals.

Unfortunately, instead of worrying about the actual athletic abilities of our U.S. Olympics

teams, it appears that the U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC) is more worried about the "diversity"

of our athletes:

A USOC official was quoted this week expressing pride (what else?) about taking the most diverse

U.S. squad ever to the Winter Olympics.

That was followed by a, frankly, embarrassing laundry list of how many African-Americans,

Asians and openly gay athletes are on this year's U.S. team.

No sport that we are aware of awards points – or medals – for skin color or sexual

orientation.Moody wonders if our Olympians were chosen at least in part because of their

"diversity" instead of being excellent at their sport.

"Were our Olympians selected because they're the best at what they do, or because they're

the best publicity for our current obsession with having one each from Column A, B and

C?"

Moody asked.

Moody went on to praise those American athletes such as Jackie Robinson who broke barriers

in the past but also pointed out that Robinson and other such sports figures won their spots

in history due to hard work and excellence, not merely because of their "diversity."

The Fox executive vice president went on to point out that political correctness does

not make an athlete: Insisting that sports bow to political correctness by assigning

teams quotas for race, religion or sexuality is like saying that professional basketball

goals will be worth four points if achieved by a minority in that sport – white guys,

for instance – instead of the two or three points awarded to black players, who make

up 81 percent of the NBA.

Any plans to fix that disparity?

Didn't think so.

Moody agrees that we should not deny people their due because of their race or sexual

proclivities, but we also should not reward them because of those things.

"At the Olympic level, not everyone is a winner.

Not everyone gets a little plastic trophy to take home," he writes.

"Sorry.

'Faster, Higher, Stronger' still works better than 'We win because we're different,'"

Moody concluded.

UPDATE: Fox News removed this column on Friday and asked that we include the following statement

from the network: "John Moody's column does not reflect the views or values of FOX

News and has been removed."

CNN senior media reporter Oliver Darcy shared a tweet from GLAAD.

Which states that the group doesn't believe Fox went far enough in simply removing Moody's

article:"

We have now moved into a society where it is our race and ethnicity that matter more

than our accomplishments.

If the Olympic team is diverse, GREAT.

But, what matters most is that they are successful, spectacular in their given sport, and capable

of competing on a global level.

It is hard work, tenacity, and passion that led these athletes to South Korea to compete

on a global stage and not their race, ethnicity, or creed.

Why people intend on making it about one of these variables is beyond me.

That is not the American Dream.

The American Dream is about taking that hard work, tenacity, and passion and turning it

into success.

This is why we should be proud of the American delegation.

Diversity shouldn't just be about race, it should be about talent as well.

We have a highly diverse amount of athletes of varying capabilities and we are all proud

for them to be representing the United States.

What that Fox News reporter said was not inaccurate.

It was American.

Satan after she wished the Church of Satan a Happy New Year, affirming that she is a

Methodist.

"Oh goodness gracious.

Cold & Icy Ashby Canal - 35 - Duration: 7:14.

After a very quiet and peaceful night's sleep, I carried on up the Ashby Canal.

Just south of Hinckley near Bridge 15 is a water tap, so I took the opportunity to

fill up my tanks. So now I've filled up with water, I'm heading through the

western side of Hinckley. Lots and lots of moored up boats along here. At Nutts

Bridge it was a bit of a gamble which way to turn. Left or Right? Luckily I was

able to find my location on the map and make the left turning. To the right

there's a cluster of boats moored up in Hinckley Wharf. Winding my way through

the built-up areas, it was a bit of a contrast to what I've been used to. I

wanted to get some lunch on the straight between bridge 17 and Trinity Marina but

every mooring spot was taken. In my last video I discussed about the four

sources of energy. I failed to mention the fifth which is wind power.

A number of people have got wind turbines either on the roof that go

round or they've got ones that go round like that. As you leave the built-up area

of the town, to the eastern side there is the head office of Triumph Motorcycles.

They're the largest British motorcycle manufacturer and last year saw profits

rocket, with a turnover of nearly £500 million. The Ashby Canal is great

if you're new to canals. It's quite a short canal at 22 miles long, has no

locks and can easily cope with boats up to 72 foot in length and 7 foot in width.

At Stoke Golding there are a cluster of red boats to navigate through. This is

the home of Ashby Boat Company which are popular for holiday and day trip

hires. These new raised areas for mooring are a great idea and each section had

mooring rings and gravel to reduce mud being taken into the boat.

Well done Canal & River Trust for them. Even though there were ample mooring

spaces at the popular area between bridges 27 and 28, I was in seek of a

more quieter, rural location ready for the cold night ahead.

Lovely sunny day again today. Very cold last night. I think it got down to about

-3 or -4 degrees Celsius. That was outside mind you because inside, it was

boiling. I lit the fire and as usual I put a little tiny few more coals on than

I should have and it got so warm, I was in my t-shirt and shorts editing and I

had to open load of windows and doors and Molly resorted to lying on the cold

tiles in the bathroom. But anyway, I'm moving on further north

up the Ashby Canal today. It was so cold outside there's a slight ice on the top

of the canal, about 3 or 4mm I'd say, not much. Certainly

not enough to do any damage to a hull or do any damage to the paint on the hull.

But it's got a certain crunch and a certain crisp and crunch sound as you as

you navigate through it.

This is actually the first time I've navigated with ice that's this thick. I'm

just taking my time, going slow passed other boats. The boats to watch out for are

the fibreglass boats. I think this ice is fine but if it was

any thicker, I wouldn't navigate because there's a

risk of a sheet of ice puncturing the side of the fibreglass

boat. But there's lots of movement around the boats up ahead, so I think it should

be okay.

However, the further I travelled, the thicker the ice became. At one point I

had to reverse just to get around the corner,

as the ice seemed to dictate which direction I should travel, so I moored up.

I'm up at Sutton Wharf now and there's a turning circle here and I've emptied my

bins and filled my water and all that sort of stuff. Now when I set off

the ice was quite thin, but as I sort of ventured out, especially into areas where

there are lots of trees covering the canal, it got really quite thick. Sort of

5-8mm. Now I went really, really slowly past other boats

but it's not fair on boaters that are inside boats, because it makes a hell of

a racket going past, plus I didn't want to scrape all the paint off my hull.

After a spot of breakfast at the cafe here, it was time for a moly walk to a

rather significant battlefield.

by a phone call with Alan Ashley, chef de mission, on Wednesday evening.

Hamlin is the only American, male or female, to ever win a medal in the luge singles competition

so she was certainly deserving of this coveted honor.

But as we all know in this day and age in America, things can never be this simple.

Hamlin was one of eight contenders for the honor, but after the initial voting of the

eight-person panel, there was a tie between Hamlin and speedskater Shani Davis.

According to the Olympic Committee, if there is a tie, then the rules state a coin toss

settles the decision.

A coin toss which Hamlin won.

Hamlin won the coin toss and Davis was understandably disappointed.

But instead of just keeping his head up high and waiting for 2022, the spoiled athlete

decided to take to social media and skip the opening ceremonies.Something the race-baiting

profiteer that is Jesse Jackson was more than happy to support him on.The backlash both

Jesse Jackson and Shani Davis received was so strong that now Davis' tweets are protected.

This is what happens on social media when you are a spoiled sport and try to use the

race card.

Davis is as deserving as Hamlin of this honor.

What does a coin toss have to do with black history month?

As we go further down the rabbit hole of deception, it looks more and more as though the entire

basis of the investigation into the Trump campaign's so-called Russian ties was based

on little more than fabrication and falsified documents.

In short, it is a political hit job carried out by the Democratic National Committee and

the Hillary Clinton campaign in a quest for power and world domination.

Naturally, Hillary is right at the center of the deception and controversy in this massive

bid for power against the will of the American people.

Her campaign's fingerprints are on at least three separate pieces of information fed to

the FBI, including the Christopher Steele dossier.

A dossier that many Republicans claim formed the foundation for a judge to grant a FISA

warrant allowing the Federal Bureau of Investigation to spy on Trump campaign associate Carter

Page.

It has now been confirmed on the record as of Thursday by a former State Department official

that associates of Hillary and her campaign were funneling information to Steele while

he was compiling a dossier.

The same dossier commissioned, bought, and paid for by Hillary's campaign and the DNC

all in a subversive disinformation effort.

The revelations just continue to pile on.

Each one more damning than the last as this follows the recent revelations that a top

Department of Justice official fed the FBI information compiled by his wife.

His wife who just happened to be working for Fusion GPS – the very same firm who was

being paid to compile dirt on the Trump campaign while being paid by both the Clintons, their

lackeys, and the DNC.

The dossier was quoted "extensively" in the FBI's application for a FISA warrant

in their concerted effort to spy on the Trump campaign according to the recent memo released

by the Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee.

A January letter to the FBI further revealed two Senate Republicans also confirmed that

Steele's now infamous dossier formed a "significant portion" of the warrant application.

The letter from Sens. Chuck Grassley, who chairs the Judiciary Committee, and Lindsey

Graham was made public earlier this week.

Grassley stated in the letter – "It is troubling enough that the Clinton Campaign

funded Mr. Steele's work, but that these Clinton associates were contemporaneously

feeding Mr. Steele allegations raises additional concerns about his credibility."

The Federalist compiled a list when taken in its entirety forms what we know so far

about the extent of Hillary's involvement in the FBI's Russian Collusion case –

1.

Clinton ally Sidney Blumenthal funneled information to the FBI through a contact at the State

Department.

In an account published by The Washington Post, former State Department official Jonathan

Winer describes how research compiled by a Clinton ally made its way into his hands and

then to the FBI.

Winer was in charge of combating transnational organized crime at the State Department under

Bill Clinton in the 1990s and returned under the Obama administration to work on international

law enforcement.

Between his two gigs, he became friends with Steele, who as a result began feeding information

to the State Department and tipped Winer off in Sept. 2016 to the Trump dossier he was

compiling.

That same month, Winer me Blumenthal, who provided him with notes on Trump and Russia

compiled by another Clinton insider, Cody Shearer.

"What struck me was how some of the material echoed Steele's but appeared to involve

different sources," Winer writes in The Washington Post.

He decided to show the notes to Steele, who told him the information could be used to

corroborate his dossier.

Steele walked away with a copy of the notes, which he provided to the FBI.

Shearer and Blumenthal, known respectively as "Mr. Fixer" and "Vicious Sid" in

Clinton world, are staunch allies of the Clintons.

Winer notes he didn't know whether the information Blumenthal fed him was accurate, but says

he fed it to Steel anyway because he was "alarmed at Russia's role in the 2016 election."

Grassley and Graham express concern in their criminal referral that Steele was "vulnerable

to manipulation" while compiling his dossier on Trump, as he has admitted to meeting with

at least four different news outlets during that time (in violation of an agreement he

had with the FBI), and indicated he received unsolicited and unverified tips on Trump and

included them in his dossier.

"Simply put, the more people who contemporaneously knew that Mr. Steele was compiling his dossier,

the more likely it was vulnerable to manipulation," they wrote in their letter.

Of course, the Clinton network knew to some extent about the dossier, since Hillary's

campaign and the DNC had commissioned and funded the effort through Fusion GPS.

Whether Blumenthal was planting bogus information to manipulate Steele or passing along what

he regarded as a legitimate tip is unclear, but it's certainly not a good look.

Regardless, this second unverified and unsolicited dossier made its way to the FBI thanks to

the Clinton camp.

2.

Steele was at that same time compiling a dossier paid for by the Clinton campaign and the DNC.

As noted, Steele was already well into work on a dossier paid for by the Clinton campaign

and DNC regarding Trump's Russia ties when Winer approached him.

Perkins Coie, a law firm representing the Clinton campaign and the DNC, had hired Fusion

GPS to dig up opposition research on Trump prior to the election.

Fusion in turn employed Steele, a former British spy, to compile the dossier.

His work was entirely funded by Democrats.

The FBI was never able to verify the salacious claims in Steele's dossier, so relied heavily

on his reputation to infuse the document with credibility before the Foreign Intelligence

Surveillance Act court, according to the Republican memo and criminal referral.

The bureau continued to vouch for him before the court in subsequent applications to renew

the warrant, even after learning he was "desperate" to stop Trump from getting elected, had broken

the bureau's trust by dishing to the press in one case, and potentially lied to the bureau

outright in several other instances — a criminal offense.

The court learned none of this, and continued to grant the FBI permission to spy on a U.S.

citizen based in part on Steele's research.

3.

A top DOJ official fed the FBI research on Trump from his wife also paid for by the Clinton

campaign and the DNC.

The third piece of information provided to the FBI in connection with Clinton allies

is research compiled by the wife of former senior Justice Department official Bruce Ohr,

who worked closely with Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and her replacement, Rod Rosenstein.

Ohr was also a friend of Steele.

Ohr's wife was employed by Fusion GPS to help compile opposition research on Trump.

According to the Republican memo, Ohr eventually turned over all of the information she compiled

— while working ultimately for the Clinton campaign and the DNC — to the FBI.

It's unclear whether this information made it into the FISA applications, but it's

one more example of evidence received by the FBI that can be traced back to the Clinton

campaign.

According to the Republican memo, the FISA court was never informed of the Ohr's connections

to Fusion GPS and Steele.

In sum: To obtain a warrant to spy on a Trump campaign associate, the FBI relied heavily

on a dossier that was never substantiated, put together by a former spy "desperate"

to stop Trump.

That dossier was paid for by powerful Democrats on Trump's rival campaign, who also paid

for opposition research the FBI received from a powerful couple inside President Obama's

DOJ.

Separately, two Clinton allies worked together to funnel a second unsubstantiated dossier

to the FBI through the State Department

Many nutritionists and medical professionals argue that fasting is nothing more than an

unsupported trend, and carries with it a number of health risks that should be considered.

They point to the loss of nutrients during the time spent fasting, as it limits not only

the intake of unhealthy foods but also those that our bodies require including fruits,

vegetables, lean protein and healthy fats.

Furthermore, they argue that fasting often leads to rebound eating, which results in

an overall weight gain as opposed to the sought-after weight loss.

New research out of the University of Southern California presents a fascinating discovery,

once again bringing the debate to the forefront.

The team gathered a group of participants and asked them, in the initial stages, to

fast for 2-4 days on a regular basis over a 6-month period.

During this time, they witnessed some incredible changes.

The participants saw a noticeable decrease in the production of the enzyme PKA, a hormone

which has been associated with an increased risk of cancer and tumor growth.

Furthermore, the immune system of the participants appeared to get a complete overhaul.

Professor Valter Longo, PhD, the researcher of the study expressed his surprise with the

study�s findings, stating, �What we started noticing in both our human work and animal

work is that the white blood cell count goes down with prolonged fasting.

Then when you re-feed, the blood cells come back.

So, we started thinking, well, where does it come from?�

The findings may provide considerable promise for those that are susceptible to disease,

currently receiving chemotherapy treatments or simply for our aging population.

The research showed that the act of fasting triggered a switch to flip in the body, signalling

it to begin a �stem-cell based regeneration of the hematopoietic system.� It forced

the body to use up its stores of glucose, fat and ketones, and also started to break

down a large number of white blood cells.

The loss of white blood cells flagged the body to, in turn, regenerate new immune system

cells.

Professor Longo explained, �When you starve, the system tries to save energy, and one of

the things it can do to save energy is to recycle a lot of the immune cells that are

not needed, especially those that may be damaged.� This would mean that according to the study�s

findings the process of fasting for a 72-hour period of time followed by re-feeding with

a healthy, nutritionally focused diet can, essentially, provide those who are struggling

with a new immune system.

While the possible benefits are definitely worth further review, medical professionals

warn that further study is required before it will be seen as a definitive medical option.

The study�s co-author Tanya Dorff, MD, assistant professor of clinical medicine at the USC

Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and Hospital advised, �While chemotherapy saves lives,

it causes significant collateral damage to the immune system.

The results of this study suggest that fasting may mitigate some of the harmful effects of

chemotherapy.

More clinical studies are needed, and any such dietary intervention should be undertaken

only under the guidance of a physician.�
