Three wins from their opening three Premier League games has catapulted Liverpool to the
top of the table
and Jurgen Klopp's flourishing Reds will be looking to maintain their 100% record on Saturday
lunchtime when they travel to the King Power Stadium to face a Leicester City side that
have won their last two league matches.
We pick out THREE battles that could have a huge bearing on where the game can be won
or lost on Saturday.
1.
Harry Maguire v Roberto Firmino
A rock at the heart of England's defence at the World Cup, Harry Maguire netted the winner
in the last minute of Leicester's 2-1 win over Southampton last weekend,
but it will be his defensive abilities that will come under the spotlight at the weekend,
and he will have the small matter of keeping Liverpool's centre forward Roberto Firmino
quiet.
Firmino may not reach the goal-scoring heights of Mohamed Salah or get the plaudits Sadio
Mané gets on a weekly basis,
but the Brazilian forward offers so much to the Liverpool attacking trio, and his work-rate
and ability to assist Salah and Mané has launched him into being one of the best central
strikers in the division.
He is often seen drifting off defenders to receive the ball, but that allows space for
Salah and Mané to push forward, and that is certainly something Maguire has to be mindful
of.
2.
Wilfred Ndidi v Sadio Mané/Mohamed Salah
Since Ngolo Kante's exit from Leicester, it's been Wilfred Ndidi's job to try and protect
the defensive line of the Foxes, and he has done a decent job in the defensive midfielder
position,
but he will have his work cut out to try and stop the pairing of Sadio Mané and Mohamed
Salah, who will be yet again be given licence by Klopp to roam around the aforementioned
Firmino.
Ndidi won possession five times in the midfield in that Southampton victory last week, but
he lost all four tackles he contested, so will need to improve those statistics if he
is to nullify the qualities of Mané and Salah,
and while he will need to work in tandem with his defence, Ndidi will be the one man assigned
the job of trying to keep Liverpool's two attacking weapons quiet.
3.
James Maddison v Georginio Wijnaldum
Leicester will be without the suspended Jamie Vardy, which will be a hammer blow, but it
will give the chance for new signing James Maddison to show that he is up for delivering
at the highest level after his summer move from Norwich City,
and it will likely be Georginio Wijnaldum's job of trying to keep the exciting youngster
quiet.
Maddison is still learning the No. 10 role, but has shaped with real promise in his first
few matches for Leicester, and Wijnaldum has been in excellent form for Liverpool, keeping
Jordan Henderson out of the starting line-up,
and this duel will be a really fascinating one, and if Maddison comes out on top then
Leicester will fancy their chances of upsetting the unbeaten Merseysiders.

And today we are going to do like a day in the life of mom.
I have a few errands to run today, I have a meeting today with my YouTube buddies.
And Emma has a friends sleeping over.
So we got a few things to do.
I just figured I would take you along with me and we would hang out.
So it's about 9:21 in the morning.
I just woke up.
Fur babies are fed, the kids are bed, ah bed, I want to go back to bed.
The kids are fed and yeah now I just need to get myself together.
Clean up a little bit and hopefully have time to get some grocery shopping done.
Online that is before my meeting.
Meeting starts at 11:00.
So we will just see how much stuff I can get done.

I have adopted it I guess.
My husband works weird shifts sometimes so he's actually sleeping right now.
And I don't want to wake him up so I just set my clothes out on the steps the night before.

He says that it wouldn't disturb him.
I just don't want to have to try to be quiet, you know what I mean?
That's like an extra thing.

I already showered last night and I washed my hair yesterday.
I only wash my hair every couple days so, you know, our natural oils can keep it healthy.
So I don't have to deal with that. Which is nice.

I love this, this is like the coolest thing ever.
It has been so convenient for sure.
Well I'm not exactly done doing my grocery shopping, but I got to make some breakfast
before my meeting starts.
So I wanted to show you what I make a lot of the time.
It's actually pretty good for you and I think it's yummy.
So anyway, it's just a banana, peanut butter, yogurt and a little sprinkling of cereal.
So I think it's good, my friends think I'm weird, but I thinks it's good.
So they should be calling any minute so these are just like my YouTube buddies.
And we hang out every Friday and we just talk about YouTube stuff, life stuff, you know.

We actually met like 3 years ago something like that.
We did a video labs class by Tim Schmoyer.
And learned a lot and it was super awesome and we have stayed friends ever since.
And we meet, have met almost every Friday ever since too.
So it's actually pretty cool.
So they will be calling at anytime now, but I'm just going to finish this up because it
said if I do not get it in, my order in my 1:00 I will lose my pick up time.
Oh there they are.
The meeting is now over.
Alright guys I am getting in the car going to go run the errands that I got to do.
So first stop is the bank for the ATM.
But it's hot out so I got to put my butt towel on the seat.
Anybody else have a butt towel?
Yeah, everybody needs a butt towel.
So I really need to get like a camera mount or something in here now that I'm taking you
guys along me places.
Because the little dodad that I have I know that it's a little bumpy so sorry.
So anyway, I went to the bank to try to go to the ATM the other day
after I dropped the kids off at school.
And guess what?
ATM was out of order and of course that's the only branch of our bank in this town.
And I am not about to pay an ATM charge, you know what I mean?
I'm not going to pay to get my own money, that's just stupid.
Anyway, so that's why I have to go all the way back across town.
Because of course it's not even close to my house.
And hopefully I can get some money because yeah, I got to have some money.
So I know a lot of people don't really transaction in cash anymore, but we are cash people.
Cash is king.
So every paycheck, every two weeks when hubby gets paid I pull out $500 because that's like
actually all you are allowed to pull out, out of the ATM's here.
So $100 is for gas and $100 is for my WAM, we call it WAM it's walking around money.
So that's just to get stuff.
You know the things that come up.
Like air filters at the house or you need a stick of gum or a cup of coffee or when
I get my mails done, that comes out of my WAM money.
You know haircuts just the little things.
Little things I don't want to deal with in the budget.
That's the $100 and then hubby gets $100 also for his WAM.
And then $200 for the groceries.
Now that I'm actually doing online grocery shopping I don't need to pull that $200 out
so I guess technically I'm only going to grab $300 now.
*laughing It's offline, it's still offline I got to go inside and talk to human beings.
Oh my gosh.
I figured as much thank God I don't leave late and that they are still open.
That would not be good.
So we got our cash so I am going to go ahead and put $100 into the gas envelope.
I keep that in the glove box because, you know, it will always be in the car.
Which is the only time you ever go to the gas station so it just works out that there
is an envelope for gas in the car.
On to the next thing I got to go, oh I got to hurry.
I got to go pick up dinner for the kids we have Emma's BFF joining us for the evening
like I said.
So I'm going to go pick up some Panda Express.
I haven't had it for awhile and I know her little friend likes it.
So I'm going to go run that way which is kind of out of the way.
But I actually, I heard the news that it was approved that they are going to put a Panda
Express up by our house.
Which is by, like in the shopping center of where my Fry's is which is literally like
a couple minutes away.
So I'm really excited about that.
Yeah, I'm going to be eating a lot of Panda Express that's for sure.
Alright mission accomplished, on to the next thing.
I need to run to the grocery store and pick up our groceries.
Then I think we are done.
Oh my god that smells so good I want to eat it right now.
Whew that's bright.
OK I made it to the grocery store now I already called in so they will arrive shortly
with all of our goodies.
I'm having a hard time not eating this food right now it's smelling so good.
Alright got our stuff let's go home so I can eat all this Chinese food.
Ah, alright guys that was my day.
Now I just need to edit and upload this video for you guys.
I'm tired I have yawned a lot today.
But got a lot done.
The kids went swimming with Dad while I was in my meeting so they had a good time.
And then I ran my errands and stuff so got everything done.
Yeah.

This is a product sold during the Halloween season last year
but they had changed the model
It's now CC lip cream tint type
in color mode pink
That one has a little touch of black so
so I think using that will do as well
Even though this is a tint type
Even if the teacher tells you to take it off
but it's tint so it won't come off
Personally I like this as well
It gives a shear red color
KATE CC lip cream

This is also good
This also has a bit of sun screen in it
Sunburn on the lips remains for so long
When you think your lips don't look healthy when you become an adult
That is sunburn
so sunscreen for lips is very important for girls
Next is Cezanne Ulfar Finish Powder

This also has a sunscreen effect in it
Although it is SPF 16 PA +2
The base before had some effect
but adding this will give even more sunscreen effect
A miraculous product
It's hard to see if you have or don't have this on your face
so it shows a clean skin
Personally I would recommend this but

Face Powder Medical Ocre
I'm surprised it says medical on this one
but this is ok

Brown is definitely much easier to hide than black
If you try to fill in between the eyelashes as possible,

This orange part gives really really good color

You can make a difference in the corner
Next is also Cezanne Volume Comb Mascara
This is really good
The comb is really good
It separates the bottom lashes well
It also separates the top lashes
It will give a pure-like finish
It's a useful item not limited to school makeup
What I find out a while ago is that it doesn't come off easily at all
Since I don't like to add mascara on top
so I use false lashes
With Miche Bloomin Eyelash Glue
add on the false lashes

I would carry my false lashes
After school I would take this right out
The mirror here is nice
I got this on a 300 yen Gachapon

Finnair BUSINESS CLASS Tallinn to London|Airbus A350-900 - Duration: 17:31.
Good Morning from Tallinn Estonia. It's 4:00 a.m. outside
and as you can see it's already pretty
light, today i'm flying Finnair from Tallinn to Helsinki to London so come and join me on this adventure.
I had spent the night at Ülemiste hotel
which is right next to the airport in
Tallinn it's a great hotel to stay at if you have an early morning flight the next Day.
I had a very good enjoyable couple of days in Tallinn, Estonia and I Could not recommend it enough as a destination
to visit during the summer months.
This airport was originally built in the 1930's and has been updated since.
During the Soviet occupation of Estonia, the only airline that was allowed to fly from this airport was Aeroflot.
Between 1945 and 1989.
The Airport is small, but well laid out. And it does actually have a business class lounge you can use if taking a business class flight to another destination.

So at least the one fun thing about this lounge is that it has a rooftop deck.
Not the greatest weather today, but still , at least there is a view outside.
The lounge itself is small, but basic but perfectly comfortable for the short wait I had.
The price I paid for my ticket today roundtrip originally from the UK was 250 GBP for 4 segments.
The airport is really well laid out and really easy to navigate, all of the gates are basically in a straight line in one hallway.
To make it to the Airbus A350, you have to take the 6.05AM morning flight for Tallinn to Helsinki.
And this is sometimes operated by an ATR aircraft or today I have an Embraer Aircraft.
The flight between Tallinn to Helsinki is about 20 minutes in total and very short.
The Embraer Aircraft was the perfect aircraft for operating this route.
I had the perfect amount of legroom , a comfortable seat and it was just fine for the 20 minute hop to Helsinki.
I will leave you now and I hope you enjoy this short hop between Tallinn and Helsinki and I will speak to you on the ground again at Helsinki Airport.
After landing in Helsinki airport i had about 1 hour to make my connection and I decided to visit the lounge and check it out.
The lounge is divided into two areas, there is a business class section and a first class section.
The first class section is not really a first class area, its just smaller, ummm
So I actually decided to visit the business class lounge today, its bigger, there are more seats and it was empty when I arrived.
There was some good breakfast options, and plenty of wine to drink, though it was a little early for me to start drinking today. (8AM)
Finnair mainly fly the A350 to London for Cargo reasons, I'm not sure how big the demand is, but it seems to be a perfectly good choice for them to fly this aircraft to London.
I arrived at the gate, just as boarding was being called and the timing could not have been any better.

The Business class cabin does feature some of my favorite business class seats, all facing towards the window, reverse herringbone seats,
Very comfortable and vary spacious.
Taking this short 2 and a half hour flight, is a great opportunity to fly in business class with a flat bed seat on the Airbus A350 and give you a look at what its like.
It was actually a fairly short taxi from our gate to the runway, I will leave you to enjoy the sounds of the take off.
Just wait until you hear the ROAR of the A350 engines.
It took us around 35-40 minutes to reach our cruising altitude of 40,000 FT and climb out above the weather.
All of the business class seats on this Airbus A350 are fully flat beds, they are also very comfortable when in the flat bed position and have plenty of personal space and plenty of space for storage.
The Entertainment selection is very big and there are plenty of movies, tv shows and series to pick from. The system is easy to operate and the picture quality is very good.
A hot towel was then brought out as the crew prepared the breakfast service.
The breakfast was actually incredibly tasty and I did eat the entire thing and would eat another one.
The only slighty issue I had was the distance between my food and me, the tray table does sit far away from your seat.
This is definitely one of those bathrooms with one of the best views in the world, I do love it when the bathroom toilets have windows on them.
Finnair's A350 fleet are all equipt with WI-FI and another very enjoyable feature are the tail cams on the aircraft.
I also enjoy the mood lighting that changes color during the flight.
As it was a short flight, before I knew it we had started our descent into London Heathrow airport.
It's not unusual to have a delayed approach into Heathrow as its such a busy airport, but it does give you the chance to spot some other aircraft circling with you.
I will now leave you to enjoy the landing sequence at heathrow, so sit back, relax and enjoy the landing at Heathrow.

Hi there!
This is the fourteenth logbook of 2PVA's adventure!
We are here in the Italian Alps,
exactly at the bivacco Franco Nebbia
and we have a lot to tell you about the past two crazy weeks!
It all started in Oulx in the Valley de Susa,
where we catched up with our eighth guest, Jesse!
Hey guys!
It's been really awesome!
In February,
I think it was February or March,
I met these people through Instagram,
I saw they were on an amazing adventure
and even though I'm from The Netherlands where everything is flat,
I love the mountains!
So when I heard that they were passing through the Alps,
I didn't want to miss out of the opportunity to join them for a part of the journey
and it's been really amazing!
Like Marie said, we have a lot to tell you.
Leaving Oulx, we headed up to the Rocciamelone.
It is a high peak in the Southern Italian Alps,
that has been known for a long time to be the highest of the Alps.
People thought that at that time because of the altitude change
between the bottom of the valley and the top of the peak
which is about 3,000 meters.
On the way, we stoped at the Rifugio Stellina,
a cabin kept by volunteers.
Yes!
In the Rifugio Stellina, we met with Nadia and Giovanni.
They hosted that well!
We also met German and French people.
The next day we headed to the Rocciamelone with Hanna and her brother.
Unfortunately, that day we did not reach the summit of the Rocciamelone.
Actually I wasn't feeling well...
So we reached the pass and then decided to cross the glacier to go down.
Yes the glacier was a really cool experience for us,
it was a pretty safe glacier,
so it gave us the opportunity to test out our material a little bit.
For all of us it was kind of a new experience,
but I think we did really well.
And it was a beautiful, beautiful day!
After the glacier, we arrived at the Rifugio Tazzetti,
owned by the Italian Alpin Club,
where we got the great welcome of volunteers again.
Catching up here and there with the Frenchies Noémie and Ambroise,
our routes crossed until the Lago della Rossa.
A big lake, artifical ok,
but on which we had the chance to see a lot of icebergs.
I mean it was blue, white, it was fantastic!
And we took some really cool shots of it.
That day at the lake, with Noémie and Ambroise,
we slept in the bivacco San Camillo.
We shared food and...
beautiful moments!
Going down to the Ala Valley, still in the Piemonte,
we went to the Rifugio Les Montagnards,
a marvellous place with true people taking care of it!
It gave us the occasion to work two days,
experiencing for the first time of the trip,
what we could call the real Italian gastronomy
Guido and Antonella, thank you very much for having taken that great care of us!
What's amazing about hiking the Alps,
is that you're always in the beautiful mountains.
But at the same time, it's really hard,
because it keeps going up very steep
and it goes down very low.
So we make a lot of altitude meters.
The next day after we left Balme,
we went to Pialpetta, which is one valley further.
We had the opportunity to camp, had a camp fire,
fryed some sausages over the fire,
that was a really good evening.
It tasted really well!
As we mentioned in the previous logbook,
every afternoon it's been raining, so it made our life a bit more difficult.
Arriving in the National Park of the Gran Paradiso,
which was the first opened National Park in Italy,
we felt the need to ascent its highest summit: the Gran Paradiso!
So we headed up the the Rifugio Vittorio Emanuele II,
the new cabin under the Gran Paradiso.
Staying at a big rifugio,
like this particular one,
means that you meet a lot of other people that are hiking
and so far it's been really quiet on the trail,
so we had to get used a little bit to these people that are very serious about alpinism.
and a lot of them were there actually to climb the Gran Paradiso.
Among them were Marcello and Paola
they were a lovely couple that were also climbing up the peak the next day.
Much respect for them!
And we had a lovely evening, just tchating with them, getting to know them.
So what about this huge ascent?
We woke up at 3:30AM because obviously the snow conditions are much better in the morning.
And starting the ascension with our headlamps in the night.
To climb up, we followed the via ferrata way.
It is crowded!
You can imagine, it more than a hundred people climbing to the peak everyday.
There you have to be really patient.
The ascent was very cold in the morning,
not that technical,
of course you need to be sure of your skills
and know what you're doing,
what is needed for that particular place.
We tried to take all the best safety measures that we could
and made it to the top, right?
What's really amazing about getting up this early,
is that you see the sunrise over beautiful mountain landscapes.
I think we were very lucky that when we reached the top,
we had a beautiful view and lots of sunshine
but also beautiful clouds.
So we had a really good time up there,
we couldn't stay too long because, as we said before, it was pretty busy.
But there's a Madonna, a statue of Mary,
we took some shots there of course
and started to make our way down.
The way down through the glacier was quite impressive.
Here and there, you can see crevasses...
The way down was quite long.
We went down to the valley, some 2,500 meters down...
And now, as I mentioned earlier, we are at this beautiful bivacco,
celebrating one of our last evenings together.
Jesse stayed with us two weeks,
we had so much fun together,
as always of course we are a bit sad to see him leaving,
but that's how it is...
Yes, it's been an amazing two weeks!
Coming to some people that you don't know,
you don't know what you're gonna end up with.
But I'm telling you, they're pretty okay!
Like we said, we had a lot of fun,
they made fun of me,
I made fun of them.
But crossing the Alps with them has been trully amazing,
I'm gonna miss it!
I'm gonna miss the beautiful landscapes and the beautiful moments.
But I'll also miss them!
We've become good friends.
It's sad to go...
Tomorrow we should arrive in Aosta.
Aosta is the capital of Aosta Valley,
which is one of the five indenpendant regions of Italy.
Here the culture is very different,
many names around the towns are in French.
We are really getting closer to Switzerland,
it should be maybe five days of walk,
and new adventures will start very soon!

Definitely would recommend using that if you're doing your back to uni or back to school shopping. So here is the box

it's gonna like pull things out and kind of say what like I would use them for slash what I use them for because a
Lot of these things where things I use to last year. Anyway, I will give you an example in the first item
So this is the first thing and this is the exact notepad that I used
I mean I use multiple of them throughout the year
But I use this 200 page jata from this exact brand for all of my uni notes last year
So I highly recommend if you're going to uni, and you are like unsure on how to write your notes
I would definitely take this approach just good to have them in one place because often lecturers like
Cross-reference other stuff and you can just flick back. I put a little
Take the code of the course up in the top here. Maybe it was even in this box
And then I could go through and really easily see what module it was from and go back and cross-reference
So that's why I use this for last year
So I'm excited to have a new one because I use these everyday and then also in conjunction with that
Is this April project book? This is so cute
And it's actually from like the Ryman own-brand range and it's basically the same as the other one
But with the dividers already in it, so you can basically put in a little
Subject here or the module here and pre organize it
So it's kind of even better than the other one because I can do what I was doing last year
But with more ease so that is perfect. We have so many patterns so many pens. Okay the first step
When I saw these I was really excited and stuck to that. Okay, these are
Hussle highlighters the Stabilo gum swing cool
that's what I called the ones my dad uses and they're really nice highlighters, but
Pastel hello, so I'm going to be using these for my notes this year, and I'm very excited
I just think they're really cute then along with the pastel theme. We also have some cute little pencils
I always use really boring pencils
So I'm kind of excited to use these and they come with rubbers and a sharpener
Which is good because like it's a fast to get it all in like different places
This is a good little set especially if you like pastels
These are it keeps I or should we go for next one more pastel thing. And that is this tiny mini stapler
It's so cute
I am going to put this in my bag this year because when you hand in a lab report
I always forget to staple it
so like I have all the pages and then they're like, oh staple the cover sheet to the top and I'm like a
Stapler so if I have a stake, you'll always be in my bag and then I'll be able to do that much more easily
So that's what I'm going to use this for personally, but I just think it's really cute
And again, it's like the Ryman own brand but it's like really sweet looking joining me to make its pastel
I didn't know they had passel stuff
But they do they have some really like pretty basics we have this which is the helix Oxford ballpoint pen
I use a ballpoint pen or like a biro just like a black pen not a fountain pen anymore for all my notes
I'm writing so this is gonna be very useful. These are just so nostalgic
like they really remind me of school when I was younger with the like pushy down and
Just useful to have all the colors in one go and look they're like shiny pretty colors. These are ones
And so these are very cute and I like big fans next up we have
probably one of my favorite things in this and that is a whole set of these fine liners, so
Excited and this is also what I use to write my notes
So like I had a set of these last year and I would basically write like the sentence and then either underline or right keywords
in these colored pens and
They're just like great pens
I feel like lots of people love using these and to have them in a set like this and also I think it's one of
those ones that
Ok, I can't get them opened but there are those ones that you fold out and then they like stand up
So if you're writing notes
You can just have them all that and they are very useful and I'm very excited to have a new set of these
Because I always lose them. So yeah, and then the last two things are post-it note related
so first one years of these which are the little ones that you can put like on the page or
Between pages and I am going to use these for my scripts this year
But now I double in a bit of theater
And so I'm going to be using these to basically like mark out with the different colors
Where in my script there's a song where there's a scene?
Like just a different color to show me
So like when I have it and it's like time to page whatever I can just look for the color and go to it
So that's what I'm going to be using these for and then I think my second favorite thing after those pens
Look how many post-it notes save the best till last. Oh so many so this is yet two collections
It's the Miami and the Rio collection of post-it notes, which is why they're such fun colors and honestly
I will never have to buy post-it notes ever again. My favorite are these ones? They're like a light blue
It's so pretty. I love a post-it note
I have a lot going on in my life. I need to organize
So I tend to like write things on post-it notes on my desk so that when I go and sit down at my desk
Which I do every day when I'm at uni, I can just like see why is I have to do
So I'm very excited to use these I might give some some of my because I feel like I don't need this many folks
Oh, there's two of the pretty blue color. Sorry
I just realized so I might give some of them not that blue but some of the other ones away
Just how about my friends? Because who doesn't need post-it notes. So I hope that that helped you out in some way
So I feel like all of this it could be very helpful to you going to uni
Especially if you're starting uni this year and like it's kind of fun to like switch up your organization

Ich dwie córki Agata i Magdalena przyszły na świat w stanie wojennym.
- Nie ukrywam, że byłam dla nich surowa. Byłam mamą od trzymania wszystkiego żelazną ręką - wyznaje pani Anna.
To był trudny rodzinny czas. Kariera aktorki ostro wyhamowała.
Miała niewielką pensję w teatrze, a męża zwolniono z pracy.
Trwali w takim zawieszeniu kilka lat.
Po 1989 roku małżonek aktorki został wiceministrem spraw zagranicznych.
A w 2002 roku otrzymał propozycję objęcia funkcji ambasadora w Belgii.
(Decyzję o wyjeździe podjęli wspólnie. - Rodzina nie jest po to, żeby się rozdzielać - mówiła wtedy pani Anna).
Na sześć lat wyjechała z mężem i córkami z kraju. Początki w Brukseli nie należały do łatwych.
- Mąż prawie cały czas był poza domem. Zostałam sama, bez niczyjej pomocy.
Były chwile, kiedy mówiłam sobie: Boże, co ja tu robię? Ja chcę do domu! - wspomina pani Anna. Córkom również było ciężko.
- Zostały rzucone na głęboką wodę. Obie pisały belgijską maturę i tam skończyły studia.
Jedna politologię i dziennikarstwo, druga Akademię Sztuk Pięknych - opowiada pani Anna.
Wrócili do Polski w 2007 roku. Ich córki postanowiły zostać w Brukseli.
Agata dostała pracę przy Parlamencie Europejskim. Mieszka tam do dziś.
- Rozstanie z dziewczynami było bolesne. Wyjechaliśmy w czwórkę, wróciliśmy we dwójkę - mówi aktorka.
Kiedy na nowo ułożyli sobie życie w Warszawie, Iwo Byczewski dostał kolejną propozycję nie do odrzucenia: miał zostać ambasadorem w Tunezji.
Tym razem aktorka zdecydowała, że zostanie w kraju. - Nie chciałam po raz kolejny porzucać pracy.
Poza tym rola kobiety w Tunezji jest inna. Przez większość czasu siedziałabym bezczynnie. Zostałam więc w Polsce.
A kiedy tylko mogłam, jechałam do Tunisu i próbowałam tam stworzyć dom - opowiadała pani Anna.
Dwa lata temu mąż wrócił z placówki. Aktorka jest wreszcie spokojna.
- Lubię swój zawód, ale najważniejsze jest dla mnie prawdziwe życie.
Mamy z mężem grono przyjaciół i dom na wsi, do którego chętnie uciekamy.
Natura, spokój, bliscy, czego więcej potrzeba do szczęścia?.

How to get going with FlightGear: The beginner's guide to FlightGear #4 - Duration: 2:13.
Hi all, and welcome to Episode 4 of the Beginner's guide to FlightGear.
Today, I'm going to give you a tour around the simulator and point out the most important keys.
If you want to learn more about FlightGear first, have a look at the first episode.
Now let's start our Cessna 172p and get going!
First up, mouse buttons.
You can left-click on the dash to move all the controls around - if you're lost, hit
Ctrl+C to show where you can click.
For knobs, you can middle-click to turn them the other way or just use the scroll wheel.
And the right button, you ask?
Hold it down to rotate the view anywhere you choose.
But wait, you cried, I don't have a joystick so how can I fly the plane?
Luckily, you can fly it with the mouse!
Hit the TAB key to switch into Mouse Yoke mode.
Left is left, Right is right, Up means IN and thus makes your plane go...DOWN.
We'll deal with that later.
For the gas pedal, you can hit 9 or PageUp to add more gas and hit 3 or PageDown to remove some.
Keep in mind that you CANNOT interact with the dash or menu until you switch back.
Hitting TAB again makes your mouse move the view, and another TAB brings you back to fiddling-with-the-dials mode.
Now let's go through the menus.
"File" lets you load or save your replays and configure your sticks.
"View" adjusts graphics settings and overlays.
"Location" lets you teleport anywhere.
"Environment" is where the weather and time settings are.
I see they've added volcanoes!
"Equipment" holds your maps, fuel and failure settings.
"Help" holds your checklists and tutorials, and the rest are aircraft-specific menus that,
in this case, manages ground services, autostart and more!
So that's the FlightGear interface for ya!

more natural than driving,right?

program same here yeah doctor could you
say something about pregnancy pregnancy
is something which is really valuable
for a family okay somebody new is going
to come to the house you know especially
the home aides are desperately waiting
for that but of late in India the
quality of pregnancy is really low you
know the type of nutrition what they
take is really bad okay that's very
alarming we see number of low birth
weight cases and a lot of maternal
weight gain in terms of fat okay these
things are to be arrested nutritionally
what you need to understand is the
mother should be fed optimally okay she
need to be given a very balanced diet
with all the required nutrients mostly
like macronutrients when you consider it
should be carbohydrates you know a good
quantity of carbohydrates additional
just 350 kilocalories of energy would be
needed in all of the pregnancy okay
likewise protein and the last trimester
around 23 grams and fat just additional
2 teaspoons of one it is not that loads
of butter and ghee or cheese what she
has to take ok when we go over on these
three macronutrients the lady tends to
put on more of bad weight okay
so we need to understand that additional
requirement as I said to is very little
we need to focus more on micro nutrients
like vitamins and minerals especially

very less of vitamins and fibers and
there is no protein so please understand
the importance of protein and try to
incorporate adult because ours is a
vegetarian based country mostly so try
to incorporate two big kotori's of dal
every day for a pregnant lady and one
whole egg if the body weight is normal
and if she is Anna make if she's having
normal weight also she can take every
day one whole boiled egg okay and a very
good serve of curds ensure that she
takes around 500 ml of milk and milk
products so especially in the lunch if
she takes curds she gets good type of
probiotics so hundred grams of green
leafy vegetables is must in the night so
this green leafy vegetable can be added
to the dal or it can be ground into a
chutney or it can be added to any rice
which is fried so ensure that she gets a
balanced diet in the form of
carbohydrates good amounts of protein
and little amount of fat additional only
2 teaspoons we need to understand that
she need doesn't need a loads of ghee or
butter all she needed 2 teaspoons one D
is for is 5 ml so she will require
additional 2 teaspoons of oil which is
very less so
not ordering on the fat ok likewise is
important is fruits also so try not to
give foods along with the lunch so give
them fruit as a snack at 11 a.m. or 4
p.m. or 6 p.m. so that we will not load
her lunch so the most important in the
lunch and dinner is a rotation of cereal
like one meal should be chapati without
oil especially for underweight ladies it
can be with oil so this size 3 full cast
should be ok for an average Indian lady

be kotori's of dal and 1 Katori of curd
and good amounts of salads this should
be the lunch
she doesn't need every day of fried rice
or a biryani or pulao we need to

more of vegetables more of salads

the cups unless the lady is really obese
or morbid obesity to cut down the

avoided during pregnancy I don't think
we need to avoid any foods and fruits
especially in pregnancy
as fruits have loads of vitamins
minerals fiber and very good source of
moisture especially these are vital
nutrients in pregnancy so please ensure
that adequate amounts of fruits are
given every day at least 300 grams of
fruit - 500 grams of fruits should be
given for a pregnant lady every day in
spite of having gestational diabetes
also pregnant women can take fruits you
know fresh locally available seasonal
fruits should be opted rather than
imported fruits which have hardly any
nutrition especially we see in the
supermarket's people run behind
the foreign foods you know which are
grown elsewhere and are important the
fruits are raised elsewhere they are
stored and imported and again you know
they are transported and again stored in
the cold storage and brought to the
supermarket's and then we buy and it's
there in a refrigerator for a day or two
so understand the quality of nutrients
what that particular fruit has so when
you choose a locally available fruit
this will not happen let's say what is
grown in and around your local place
will have loads of vitamin C and all the
nutrients so fruits are taken for their
vitamins and minerals so there is no fun
in taking after all these are exhausted
so choose fresh locally available
seasonal fruits for pregnant ladies
rather than fruit juices when you take
fruit juice there's lots of sugars which
are directly getting into your blood and
the sugar content can go high in your
blood or this sugar can be deposited on
the lure as fatty liver and it helps in
weight gaining also it is always ideal
to eat fresh whole fruits as such by
biting and eating or if not feasible can
cut and eat them

adequate amounts of green leafy
vegetables especially dark green leafy
vegetables most of the people greens
means it is only spinach it is not so it
can be Google it can be amaranth it can
be spring onions it can be mint leaves
especially spring onions which is really
dark in color has good amounts of iron
as well as mint leaves usually we use it
for chutneys we use it for toppings we
use it for teas that has 15 milligrams
of iron so by incorporating some green
chutneys by adding this green leaves to
Thal and also adding them to salads we
can boost up the iron content
in the form of green leafy vegetable
also fruits like a watermelon and
custard apple and papaya also has good
amounts of I'm so eating lot of
watermelon like let's say this is 100
grams of watermelon it has 8 milligrams

around five hundred milligrams also so

deficiency and folic acid is needed for

point five and that can lead to many
abnormalities now the quality of the
fetus is very low so folic acid is an
ideal important nutrient which should be

weight gain is adequate for a sedentary

obese if the lady is obese
she needs to gain around six to eight
cases and not more than that if the
