hey what's good guys welcome back to techsmartt and this is a super crazy and

special video kind of like all videos and the reason is for one of them we got

been so bent on the camera right now guys and right now he's actually gonna

be the overhead camera to give you guys more details this is a special video

because this is a hundred and twenty one dollar fake iphone 10's max how bad is

it the series you guys all know and love last year I made $125 fake iPhone 10 how

bad is it if you missed that it's right up there in the iCard or link down below

if you want to check it out and get all caught up to speed but in front of me we

have a real iPhone tennis max in gold bed just came out we're in Australia we

picked that up definitely check out that playlist right up there if you guys want

to see more content on that and then a fake iphone 10's max that I picked up

online for a hundred and twenty one dollars so let's get down to it and see

what the key differences are you guys know what the series is about so sit

back relax we're gonna so this particular fake iPhone 10 has a few

similar specs in different specs and we'll just get started so on the Box

definitely make sure to check out the back this is always gonna be a key

difference that you need to look for the stickers are on a line or if things

don't seem to be even so iPhone 10 plus there's no plus it should be called the

max the image on the box is also something to note I'm a real tennis max

it's kind of got this new earthy trippy kind of color look it's more purple it's

more yellow but checking out the fake one because this is the one that you

guys really want to see and the one that I'm super excited to check out see how

good it really is you know every year they do get better so opening this up we

have some info kind of like normal we get inside just a faded tips guide then

a SIM card tool then the fake iPhone 10's max and I actually got it in white

not even the gold one but the gold one is available you guys want to check that

out you know where the link is so let's see the accessories we get we get some

ear plugs in a tin whoa thought I had a headphone jack it actually has a

a lightning connector so kinda interesting the fakes are getting better

and then a super sketchy doesn't look very trustworthy or good so now to check

out the real iPhone 10's max the one in gold one thing to really pay attention

to is the front image make sure it's the kind of this globe you won't be able to

see the notch on the screen that's what Apple's trying to hide it still exists

just you don't see it on the front box so when you look at the back of it

you're gonna see everything pretty much makes sense

iPhone XS Mac's earpods with lightning connector and then obviously tennis max

gold and then the gigabyte capacity all the stickers look to be in line pretty

much proper this is the real phone so let's open it up got designed by Apple

in California so you get a Hello guide this actually should pull out and you

should be getting three separate tabs so good to note then we got a SIM card tool

love when they include these and then the Apple stickers always good to know

when these come in although I think I have just way too many so this is what

I've been really excited for the iPhone 10's max so this is it in gold well

check this out and compare it to the fake ones see what's up so here's what

else we get in the box basically I'm in Australia right now if you're in the US

you're gonna get one that looks a little different then we have this new style of

earpods it kind of wraps around it's not that plastic thing like before so keep

that in mind and then a cable at the bottom now it's kind of the fun part

let's turn on both of these phones at once see if they look alike so actually

vote up in the iCard real quick which phone you guys think is real and which

phone you guys think is fake number one or number two and let me know in the

comments if you guys guess right this is what both bones look like it honestly

they both kind of feel pretty similar I thought when I first picked up a fake

phone and it of course is the white one so if you guys got a sneak peek at that

you did guess right fake and the gold one is the real one

now there are three colors to keep in mind you have the silver the Space Gray

and then the new gold one this year so that's just for the 10s

10's max and they basically feel the same they look the same on the back

there's no new markings or anything in particular saying it's a 10s or XS both

say iPhone on the back so that's one thing you're gonna definitely have to be

careful of cameras look pretty much the same nothing new to note on the sides

here volume buttons mute switch test that the buttons they feel clicky that's

a good sign both feel pretty clicky so not that easy to distinguish both cut

away the same which I'm really shocked with last year's iPhone 10 and 125

dollar fake iPhone 10 video it was really light and cheap and you could

kind of tell but this year it basically feels the exact same in weight so let's

turn these things on and see what looks different so the fake phone should be

running Android 7 kind of powers on with an interesting boot screen there

shouldn't be a bezel on any fake phone it should just be all screen that's kind

of what you're paying for both of these have a 6.5 inch screen or so they say

the real one obviously does the fake one has this kind of interesting black

border that goes around it so weird that there's kind of this shadow on the

corners of the screen guess that's what you get fake one is finally booted up it

says open Wi-Fi networks available iOS system so swipe up to unlock it's kind

of laggy and slow keep that in mind when you are checking this out before you

hand them your money or you go ahead and leave the deal

I've you seen on the real one absolutely butter when you go ahead and swipe up so

we can just go right into I guess taking a selfie you see how good these cameras

are so on the real one first then on the fake one not bad not bad at all we

actually tried to charge up the fake iPhone

as Max and to kind of our surprise and started to charge and now it's no longer

charging so the final battery on this phone in the 20% so we basically got a

rush to this video no joke here we go let's fully get into this because it's

actually pretty interesting between the real 10s max the fake one and the

differences so at the bottom you can immediately tell there is an antenna on

the real one compared to the fake one where there is nothing and then when you

go to maps this is crazy what is this when I go to maps here it's just regular

Apple maps if you just click the maps app it should take you to regular maps

and that's something I think that's in Mandarin I don't know let me know in the

comments you guys know better obviously another thing is the App Store sometimes

it's cloned really well other times it just sucks it's the Play Store I gotta

give it to it the App Store doesn't look that bad what do you guys think

just kidding we got a Facebook pop-up thank God think we know what the answer

is there am i right what's that exit out of it so let's check out find my friends

and see what this looks like powered by a map calm so that seems to be the GPS

and map provider on the fake phone compared to the real one would you use

iCloud so you can obviously sign in there just swiping up does not feel

natural at all super at for battery percent 14 percent

we're just fully going here gasps Anna completely from 100 down to zero and

empty this phone probably will never charge again so let's enjoy it while it

lasts so normally I would try to watch a YouTube video on a fake phone pair to a

real phone see how the screen is camera looks pretty good but I'm just gonna see

if the YouTube app works on here this app isn't compatible with your phone

I can't even watch a YouTube video so I'm just gonna do that on the 10s max

and see how good it looks why not all right let's see what the

that fake in the phone doesn't look all that bad I'm the real one obviously it

looks much more crisp 6.5 inch OLED to screen that's amazing on the 10s I don't

think you can look at colors fully just trying to see via get the YouTube app

basically I think you guys can fully tell what makes the phone real and what

makes it fake it's lagging a whole lot here and that's

kind of what makes it a fake phone and you can't even charge it so as long as

you can charge it and download YouTube and the camera doesn't look that crappy

think you're in good shape so this is something kind of interesting to note

and actually bring your laptop's you to Craigslist or wherever you're doing this

deal basically plug the phone into a computer this is gonna be a dead

giveaway if it's a fake phone or if it's not you want to plug it in you guys can

see it says do you want to trust this computer it says trust or mistrust it

actually should say trust or don't trust and that would be shown on the real 10s

max if you were to plug it into the community so while the regular

four-night is downloading on the real iphone Tenace max I actually found a

fort mint battle 3d in whatever App Store this is I don't really think it's

the Google Play Store it's some own version I had to plug it in again

this phone is starting to die so graphics don't look yep they look

actually pretty bad it says fortnight battle royale and has a pretty high res

icon at the bottom what it looks like a bootleg version

it looks really good it looks like low res graphics to make you not believe

that it has high res graphics so it looks like there's a fake fort night

game there's no way to really cancel out of that so if

for tonight doesn't really exist and take a long time to download kind of

like you see here it's two gigabytes that's definitely a good sign that your

phone is probably fake as sad as that is it's true it's fun game you might see me

on there's tech smart but men does this game take forever to download I guess

that's a good thing so for tonight finally loaded up we're gonna hit play

for that it just looks too good on the iPhone 10 that's max time to see you can

get some kills we're getting ready to drop we're gonna go where everyone else

is gone you can get a kill definitely looks like it's pretty good quality I

would say it probably looks as good as pretty much any other display with good

graphics no way no way I gotta kill my pickaxe Bend whoa no well I gotta killed

my pickaxe so as you guys can see I got one kill in fortnight on the 10s max I

had a lot of fun graphics look really good

I definitely think graphics on the new tennis and tennis max really look

amazing with the new a 12 Bionic chip that's definitely new this year for the

iPhones so between the real versus the fake excited this one needing to be

plugged into a computer because it's so pretty hot and it looks really

ridiculously fake you're gonna be able to tell just by plugging this thing in

looking at the settings and I don't see messing around with it for about five

minutes which phone is fake and which one is real but that's it for this video

My Pro Tips for Cycling in the Rain (Regular Riding + Commuting) - Duration: 12:32.

today we're going to be talking about cycling in the rain

I've got some good tips for you guys

I've been actually wanting to make this video for a while now

and today I had really good plans but the rain is kind of ruining my ride

so first we're gonna head back to the studio where it's nice and dry

and then we'll go over my tips for cycling in the rain

back here in the studio. nice and dry. I had a nice shower

today's ride was a bit miserable just being in the rain all day and if you've

seen our recent cycling vlogs when we traveled in Taiwan we've had enough with

the rain me and my wife and yeah I wasn't gonna do that today so I've been

actually wanting to make this video for a while so this video about my

recommendation and tips for cycling in the rain and I just have been

procrastinating procrastinating and just didn't have time to make the video but

today because of this rainy ride I finally have the motivation to do so so

let's go ahead and get started with the tips there's gonna be a lot that we're

gonna go over if you're new to the channel consider subscribing we make

videos about cycling and life in Japan anyway let's go ahead and begin

so the first thing I want to talk about is the things that we wear so like our

clothing and let's just start from the top down because it's easier to go in a

direction away so starting with the top your head is the first contact point

with the rain so and it really sucks if your hair gets wet and it's just

drenched forever so there are a couple different things that you can do to

avoid this if you saw earlier in the video I was wearing my hoodie from my

jacket and put it underneath my helmet so wearing some sort of hat or hoodie

underneath your helmet really reduces the amount of rain that gets in another

option is using like a cycling cap so we've got our two wheel crews cycling

caps for sale if you're interested you can check the link over there and yeah

so these work really good basically something in between your head and your

helmet so pretty simple right moving down another essential part that you

want to protect is your eyes so I really recommend using some sort of see-through

glasses because when it's raining it's usually darker than usual so so you

can't use your normal shades because it's too dark so I recommend getting

some sort of clear lens you can get cycling specific lenses but as you can

see what I have here is just something really cheap that I got at like a home

center like Home Depot or something like that so whatever works and these are

great they have a wider area so because these are like the home center

protection kind of glasses they have a bit more range for blocking the rain

that gets in so pretty solid of course the helmet itself so Aero helmets are

all the rage nowadays so the less ventilation above means there's less

rain coming through so if you have a more Aero style helmet or something that

has a complete block on the top then yeah it's sockson it's really hot in the

summer but you're protected from the rain so that's another thing that really

helps if you have a solid helmet okay moving down from the neck below we've

got our our main chest area so of course you're gonna want some sort of jacket

and there are a bunch of different cycling specific rain jackets that you

can get I found that most of these are really really overpriced and I tend to

use some sort of alternative solutions so if you have the money and you want to

invest in a really good cycling specific rain jacket go for it but you might want

to consider some alternatives as well if you want to save some money there's two

main types of jackets the soft shell and more hard shell kind so the soft shell

is kind of like this one here this one cost me about $30 and I just got the

at a general store here in Japan we have a store called Uniqlo so you can get

this there they still have these are really common they're really lightweight

they fold down really well they fit right in your pocket but the

disadvantage is they only work to a certain extent so as the rain comes down

heavier you're gonna start to get wet and you don't really have complete

protection and you're just gonna get soaked no matter what the other option

is the hardshell so the more complete waterproof jacket we've got a clip here

with my wife modeling these from a couple months back when I wanted to

start making this video check this out I mean no heat on OGE I mean I do

omid I do Karina I mean also good if you live in a country or place with a lot of

rain like Japan there's a lot of clothing available for rain so rain

preventative clothing you can see the clothing here that my wife is wearing

has a scent so you get the upper half jacket and you also get the pants below

so the pants are great these are obviously not something that you want to

wear if you're going for a serious training ride but if you're just

commuting into work or something or you need to go run some errands it's a

really great solution because you're just completely protected and you can

just take it all off when you get there it's kind of a trade-off do you want

something that's light and breathable but not completely waterproof or do you

want something that's a hundred percent waterproof but then heavier and bulkier

and more getting in the way next let's talk about Footwear so your normal

cycling shoes are just gonna get soaked and that's that's pretty much all there

is to it there are some solutions to get around

this for example there are shoe covers that will completely cover your shoe and

they're really hard to get on because they fit so tight that the water can't

get in for example I think Velo toes is one of these companies I don't

personally use any of these but I do know people who have used them and

recommend them highly so that's a pretty good option if you want something for

your more serious rights with the socks as well you want to pick socks that

don't absorb so much so smaller socks are generally better if you're just

commuting what I like to do is I like to wear my sandals or flip-flops that have

sort of more hard soles so the reason I do this is because if you're gonna wear

socks or something they're just gonna get wet anyway so I just bring my pair

of shoes to where I need to go or I just leave a pair of work shoes in my office

so when I get there I just put on my shoes and I have my socks

there all right I think we talked about most of the main body parts let's talk

about some accessories as well so for commuting and regular riding you're

likely to be carrying a bit of luggage and one of the ways that I do this is

with a backpack or some sort of Camelback like this so you'll see that

this bag is not waterproof you'll likely want to pick something that is

waterproof but in the case that it's not waterproof there are some things that

you can do for example you can get a plastic shell to go around your bag this

one actually comes with it in in the bottom here so we see that this pulls

out cover the bag like this so it's not 100% waterproof but it works really good

but yeah depending on where you live in the world if you live in a rainy area

like Japan there's gonna be a lot of backpacks available that are waterproof

you may also want to get like a plastic bag to put your delicate stuff inside

your bag if it's not waterproof so I use this with smaller bags for example I use

ziplock bags and I put my like cell phone in here so it's always protected

even though my cell phone is kind of technically waterproof so Samsung Galaxy

but you'd ever want to test that too much if I'm bringing my camera with me

on a ride and I'm filming stuff like I did today I have an extra big ziplock

bag so it'll fit right in here I can protect all my electronics I always

always always have some sort of ziplock bag with me just to protect my delicate

stuff and I mean electronics by the way oh for the bike itself fenders are a

given you have enough water coming down on you you don't want any extra water

coming up on you so I actually don't have a fender myself but I really wanted

one on today's ride as I was getting just absolutely soaked riding through

those giant puddles another important thing is lights especially a backlight

because you don't want to get rear-ended by some car that can't see you so even

if it's daytime there's not much daylight because of the rain and you

want your light on the blinking motor some sort of movement on you don't just

want some static light you want some movement in that light that's been

proven to be just way way way safer if you're riding in the rain a long time

you might want to use some specific chain lubricant that's meant for wet

conditions and also just drying off your bike at the end of the ride just wiping

it down with a towel real quick saves you the hassle of having to clean your

bike later I try and do it right after my ride but

you all know I'm not the best with bike maintenance and keeping my bikes clean

but anyway that's what you should do don't it's not necessarily what I do but

it's what you should do so wrapping up there's still a few other things that I

wanted to mention and one of those is just how you're riding the bike so keep

in mind that when you're riding in the rain the conditions are completely

different than riding in dry conditions so you can't quite take a turn as fast

as you normally would I recommend dropping down your air

pressure so I normally ride around 110 120 psi in my road bike but if it's

raining I'll go down quite a bit and I usually go by feel but I would say it's

maybe around 80 or so and depending on what tires you have if you have wider

tires you might be able to go lower or if you're riding some sort of mountain

bike road tires or hybrid tires or even tubeless you might be able to go even

lower depending on your set and again going going back to those corners

there's a huge difference in your braking power as you're braking so if

you're using normal caliper road brakes those ones will definitely have this

really really big difference in power and especially if you're using like

carbon wheels and carbon rims like you're not gonna get any braking power

fortunately a lot of people are making the switch to disc brakes now so right

now I'm using my cross bike which has disc brakes so I had no problems braking

in the rain today but even then if you if you sort of try and break too quickly

you might slide speaking of sliding you have to be careful of what areas are

really kind of dangerous so on the course today there was some mud that got

onto the course which caused me to slide a little bit and so different types of

pavement are more slippery in the rain so for example lines on the road are

really really dangerous and Japan has a lot of big painted nib they paint all

over on their roads they'll have a whole section that's like all red all blue or

something and this type of pavement can be a little bit dangerous if you're

changing from one to the other one and you're not quite expecting that and also

depending on type like what type of bricks you are if there's some sort of

slippery bricks on the sidewalk Japan has a lot of these as well and if you're

just on those it's kind of like glass if you try turning on those you're just

gonna slip and slide and this has happened to me a couple of times here a

few more and then I'd like to admit but yeah just be careful there's different

types of concrete there's different types of bricks there's different types

of riding surfaces that you're on and every time you change from one to

another every time you hit some sort of bump

you're gonna be risking losing traction and standing up on the bike can be a

little bit dangerous as well so instead of standing up where you normally would

you might want to try and sit down and spin through that hill if you're

climbing or something like that and last but not least is reflective

gear if this just goes along with the lights you want to make yourself as

visible as possible and this is true in really any situation but especially more

so at night or in rainy conditions HM is that everything so yeah this is a pretty

big topic and I'm sure there's something I missed

Cricket South Africa (CSA) were to have revealed details about their promised T20 tournament this week‚ but they have postponed the news — not unlike the inaugural edition of the event itself last year.

"We're just waiting for a few signatures from our commercial deals before going to print‚" a CSA spokesperson said.

"Unfortunately we can't make any announcements until those have been completed." He said the beans would now be spilled on Tuesday‚ or a day less than seven weeks before the first ball is to be bowled.

"They are just 'pre-poning' the Ram Slam‚" was a counter-view‚ suggesting that whatever CSA presented wouldn't differ much from their existing franchise T20 tournament.

That came from one of the franchise owners of what was billed as an extravaganza called the T20 Global League (T20GL)‚ which was supposed to have been played last November and December but was called off because‚ CSA said at the time‚ it was discovered that the competition would cost them too much in financial losses.

The owner described CSA's leadership as a "bunch of idiots"‚ and doubts that they will be able to pull off the venture this time are indeed rife and widespread.

SuperSport have backed out of an equity deal for the tournament‚ the opposition Democratic Alliance have demanded that the event's plans are scrutinised by parliament to prevent "major reputational and financial loss" before they are made public‚ and several T20GL owners are queuing up to sue.

"My lawyers are working on it‚" an owner said.

"We're waiting for their announcement‚ because no-one knows if the league is still happening.

"So [at this stage] we don't have anything to interdict." CSA said on September 8 that their members council had "voted unanimously in favour of launching CSA's new T20 League competition"‚ which they have stopped calling the T20GL.

The tournament‚ currently wholly owned by CSA‚ would feature six teams — down from the T20GL's eight and matching the number of established domestic franchises — and be comprised of 30 round-robin games‚ two semi-finals and a final.

It is scheduled to be played from November 9 to December 16.

I tried to film this video

yesterday and the day before

because I have problems with perfectionism

and I wanted this video to be perfect

and it's difficult to film a video that's perfect

I'm gonna try again for the third time

and that's it. This is the last time I'm gonna try to film this video.

but, like I already said

today I wanted to talk about motivation and procrastination

and how to stop procrastinating

I think that the first thing

that's useful to do it to find

the reason why you're procrastinating

for me, I find that

I start procrastinating because

(I thought my phone was gonna fall)

I have the habit of procrastinating

for example, when i have a lot of tasks to do

that makes me stressed and I start to think

I need to that and that and that

and there are too many things to do

I can't finish everything

because of that, it's difficult to start

and so

instead of starting

i procrastinate

for me, that's the reason

and so when I start to procrastinate

typically, I watch YouTube videos

I read

I don't do anything

that's something that... I do...

When (I catch myself) starting to do that

it's difficult, but

I need to stop myself

and tell myself "Robin, what are you doing right now?

"do you have time to watch YouTube videos, to read, to do nothing?

"and if you have time to do whatever

"do you really want to be doing the things that you're doing right now?

if my answer is "yes"

"I want to watch videos on YouTube because

"I want to practise my listening skills in French, Chinese, Swedish, etc.

"or even to take a rest

"because I've been working for a while and my brain needs a break

that, that's fine.

but if my response is "no"

"I don't have time or I don't want to do these things

the next step is (to figure out)

what it is I want to do and what it is I need to do

and I try to

put the two in one

i hope that makes sense

for example

*takes 5 years to think*

If I need to apply to a few companies

and this action of applying to jobs

is stressful and gives me a lot of anxiety

because there are a lot of things to do

in order to apply and all of that

it's stressful and it's something that I must do

but I don't exactly want to do it (cos it's stressful)

typically

to motivate myself to start

because once you start, everything afterwards is fine

it's easy to start when there's momentum

but it's easy to continue when you've started. yep, that's what I want to say.

and in my opinion, starting is the most difficult part.

so, I do things that make me happy

for example, I like drinking tea

I like candles because I'm someone who likes cozy sents

and when I feel at ease with vanilla, ginger, pumpkin (spice) sents

when I have my cup of tea

all of that, the ambience/atmosphere of my room

of my desk

that makes me feel at ease

and it becomes easier to do things that are stressful

and so, I have my cup of tea

I didn't light it but I have my candle here

( basically everything cozy on my desk)

and after I film this video I'm going to start doing things that are a little stressful for me

like applying to jobs

or editing this video

it's not stressful but occasionally it's boring

but (these things that bring comfort) will help me do these tasks

the other thing that I do

for example, when I need to work on Swedish

and there are a lot of things to do

hello? there's an airplane

stop

maybe... that's an earthquake

dunno

it's fine

revising Swedish is a big task

and I don't want to start a big task

it's not agreable

but when I cut

*existential crisis about feminine vs masculine articles*

I think it's la/une task

I'm gonna say "une" but

I try to cut the task

omg

the task into small parts

so in order to revise Swedish I use babbel

because it's a cool website

I start with vocab that I learned the day before (la veille)

I start with that

i revise the vocab

and after... 15 minutes it's done with

so I start with a new lesson

I do the lesson, I learn new vocab and grammar

then the lesson's finished

and finally

i watch a video on YouTube in Swedish that helps me learn Swedish

that helps with pronunciation, new vocab, grammar, culture, things like that

so my big task of revising Swedish is cut

I don't have any more space on my phone

and I deleted 50 photos, videos, whatever

and I don't have room on my phone

idk what the problem is

i need to...

*let there be light*

yass it's a little better

I dunno what the problem is

but what I was saying was that

when I cut my tasks into small parts

it's easier to accomplish

LA TÂCHE

the other thing I want to say

is to change your habits little by little

like I said at the beginning of this video

for me, procrastinating is more of a habit

than something else

and for me it's necessary that I change this habit

it's difficult to change a habit, but it's possible

the most effective way to change a habit

is to make small changes every day

so, if I tell myself

"ok, at 10am

(or at anytime really)

"I'm going to start applying to jobs

"and I'm going to do that for 1 hour, 2 hours

something like that

then eat some lunch

then restart applying for jobs, doing things I need to do

that becomes a habit

and yeah, it's difficult at the start (to build a routine)

maybe there won't be any motivation

"yeah sure I told myself I need to do that at this time but I don't wanna do it

but no. stop.

make tea

light your candle

and start

and maybe, start with one thing

with one application

and when you finish one application, continue with the next one

and the next and finally that continues and becomes a habit

but yeah, this is the end of my 3rd video (why did I redo this so many times sos)
