Hello friends! Welcome to my channel again
Today I will show you these authentic chole
Will make these in step by step fashion
So let's get sttarted
Ingredients
2 cups of chole
Kabuli chana, around 250 gms
You need to sow this for 8-10 hrs
I have soaked this the entire night
Boil this now in pressure cooker
4-5 cups water accordingly
One small bag that contains tea powder
It gives a nice color to the chole
You can also use 2 tea bags here
1 spoon salt
1 piece dal chini
2 big kali elaichi
1 tej patta
3-4 cloves
Let it come to a boil until 4-5 whistles
Or until they have been boiled enough
Let's make our masala now
In a pan we will make dry masala now
We will make chole masala at home
Keep on medium flame
1 cup jeera
2 green elaichi
1 black elaichi
1/2 spoon saunf
4-5 black pepper pieces
1 small dal chini
3-4 laung
1 spoon dhaniya seeds
3-4 dry red chilly
2-3 spoon dry anaar dana
Dry roast all of these together
Around 3-4 mins
Keep on medium flame though
Until it gives a nice smell
This comes out nice and flavourful
You can keep this stored at your home
and use it for any gravy
I have dry roasted this for 1-2 mins
Gives a nice aroma
It has been roasted now for around 4 mins
Switch off the gas flame now
Let it cool down a bit
Transfer it to a blender
Let's make a fine powder out of it
Fine powder is now ready
You can store this in any container
Take 4 table spoons oil in a wok
1/2 cup jeera
1/2 spoon hing
It gives a nice flavour to the chole
Do not forget to add this
It also helps in digestion
Fry these 2 together
For around 20-30 seconds
Add finely cut onions
I have used 2 big onions here which are finely cut
You can also make a puree of it
Mix it well
For around 4-5 mins
Or until golden brown
Add 1 spoon ginger garlic paste
Mix it well for around 3-4 mins more
Caution..do not burn this
Make the onion dark brown
Now this has turned nice dark brown color
Make the gas flame low
Add little salt
1/2 spoon red chilly powder
1 spoon dhaniya
1/2 spoon amchur powder
2 table spoon of dry masala we prepared
Gives a nice flavour to chole
No need to add ready made chole masale
Mix it well
Fry it for around 1-2 mins
You can also sprinkle little water here
Let it cook for another 1-2 mins
We need the same consistency
Add tomato puree
3 tomatoes I had made a puree of in mixer
Cook it for around 4-5 mins
Cover it with a lid now
Let it cook for 5-6 mins
Let's check the chole now
These have become nice and soft
Nice brown color
Do not throw this water
Will be using this in the gravy
It has boiled well
This base mixture is now ready
Add chole at this stage
Transfer the entire batch
Mix it with the gravy
For around 1-2 mins
I will be mashing some of the chole here
Will give a nice taste
Only few should be mashed here
Mix it for some time
Add the water that was retained before
Mix it well
It is my father in law's favourite :)
I am dedicating this to him
Today is not father's day..
Mix it well
Cover with a lid
On low-medium flame
for 7-8 mins
or until is cooked and thick enough consistency
For after 8 mins
Let's check
Look at the consistency
Nice color and aroma as well
Neither too thick or thin
Let's dish it out first
Serving this in this nice utensil
Add a tadka now
1 table spoon oil
You can also use ghee here as well
Add ginger pieces
2-3 green chillies
1/2 spoon jeera powder
1/2 spoon red chilly powder
fry for 30-40 seconds
Add it over the choles

Serve it hot with puri, rice or batura

bothers me it's like what is that going to do?

So like this definitely feelings for that person, of course because there's there's
positive Aspects to that person that you recognize
and you're really good at recognizing Positive aspects in people I can tell like
because you're a positive person you spend a lot of time
like you said up in that green and Because of that you're able to see the positives
from which is the whole reason you gave them a second chance in the first place
Because you're good at seeing those positive things
One thing that I will say, is that as human beings
We never ever have to settle at all Like we can have it all anything that we want
to be do and have like it's it's ours now not that you couldn't just focus on the positives
and You know knowing that all of us as human beings,
We're really easy to figure out guys are easy to figure out you guys are too though because
you got were always It's obvious what we're giving most of our
attention to what we're passion ate about at the time and if someone isn't
calling on a birthday or taking a week to call
It's because during that time they've been focusing on other things, who knows what those
things are but they're their attention is is somewhere
else because if You were a major priority in those in those
So, I would never suggest that someone, settle for someone that has their priority is going
in a different direction Someone could by focusing on those positive
aspects and if they were Really really a master at it they could still
live their life in the green and But we don't have to settle for that and the
interesting thing about us as humans by the time we get
To where we are in life by the time a human being is around, late 20s into the going into
the 30s That's the point where 95% of your thoughts
on a daily basis are our habitual the same thoughts similar
thoughts that you thought yesterday the day before because we lived all this life and
always periods where people
typically think that they stay in that chart in the Green Zone chart because there's people
that Their 95 percent is like worried or they're
anxious and that's how they live their life.
They're just used to that So there's some things that they have to do
to switch that out with new habits But for our purposes here
it just makes it makes the opposite sex so much easier to figure out what's going on
because it's not going to just change like someone
has to make a conscious decision to change and
literally having to re rewire the brain in order to start
Focusing differently, so that's why you can really go trust your gut and go with that
If it's not a hell yes and make those type of decisions like you know
what in the future you might not even have to give a second chance because
there's pretty much a 99.99% chance that that's gonna those same
things that stopped it the first time are gonna stop it
the second time because that Person would have to make a conscious decision
to change something.
Right.
Yeah, well both of you would really you'd have to decide regardless of what they're
doing I'm still gonna just feel good, but then you're kind of settling a little
bit and you just don't have to so Yeah, but the good news is that just gave
you more clarity as far as okay I like these things about him
but also definitely this is really important to me and then we'll just attract that the
next person that you meet may not be the The exact person maybe they have some additional
qualities that you love They're like, wow, I didn't even I didn't
even think about that Like I love that about this person and you'll
have a really good time.
Whatever that relationship looks like it might be it might be a day where it's just
a conversation.
It might be I mean, who knows?
But you you'll get everything that you want I mean in in one package like it's just you
never have to settle.
