SKI TEAM SWEDEN IN TOBLACH! | PART 2 - Duration: 11:22.
It's Monday and a new training week.
We had a race this morning
the results from that is classified
so we'll not talking about that.
Me and björn are going to rent some bike at the moment
which we´re going to use this afternoon
and I can answer a question related to that
the question was if we don't train the same things at camps.
We do the same things 90 percent of the time but there is
always someone who has pain somewhere
or with injuries at the moment so you have to plan
the training Individually.
It was a hard classic workout this morning
so I don't want to run next session
for safety.
I can do it but I'm gonna be smart and rent a bike and
Björn have
had pain in his feet so he's also smart and
rent a bike.

I took a cyclo cross
so I can ride on gravel roads to
Wider tires and so

We have done a tough interval session
60 minutes threshold pace
in an uphill that took around 25 minutes
so we did it 2,5 times.
The purpose with that type of workout is to stay on a
high intensity for a longer time.
You have to control the speed so
You're able to keep the pace for 60 minutes.
I don't know how much film I've got from the intervals
Hopefully something I can show you.
This was the last interval session for this camp so
we have only three distance workouts left.
This is not bad.
It's Thursday morning and the last day here in Toblach.
I woke up this morning with some bad feelings in my throat
felt a bit dry
so therefore no training for me today
You shouldn't train if you feel the slightest worried about whether you're sick or not.
It'll be a very calm morning and day for me.
Of course I would rather be with the others and train but
I only miss one day and
this camp has been absolutely fantastic.
We've collected some great workouts.
Maybe I just have to rest for a bit.
so I hopefully don't get a cold.
I already feel a bit better.
Hopefully all I need is some rest
and can get back to training during the end of this week when I'm back home again.
I'll chill here for a while and then get up and eat lunch.

I think its been a good one
apart from some unintentional rest at the end of the camp
but that's stuff you need to expect sometimes.
The main point is that you donate get worse
so you're healthy and can start to train harder again.
The weeks passes by so fast now a days.
It's soon time for our first camp on snow.
from my part it'll be in Bruksvallarna.
It's not decided yet.
It's soon time for the premier.
Baam and the Winter is here.
We'll see what happens next week.
The only thing I know is that Åsarna IK has there camp at the end of the week.
So I'll be participating at some of those workouts.
I'll probably do a visit to Gällö and their ski tunnel
so I get to ski on snow.

My 5 minute guide to Japanese Bullet Trains (Shinkansen) - Duration: 5:37.
Hey guys right now i'm on a shinkansen
i'm going between Hiroshima and Fukuyama but I also just caught another shinkansen
from Tokyo to Hiroshima I've been catching a lot of shinkansen's
these past two days So one of the things as a tourist that you
can do when you come to Japan is use the JR rail pass
which means you have unlimited rides on JR lines and shinkansens for a limited amount
of time so you can purchase like a week, 2 weeks,
whatever If you want to travel a lot this might be
a really great option for you if not there's also aeroplanes which can
be a lot cheaper if you're not travelling to so many areas
But if you wanna travl on the shinkansen and you're gonna travel a lot-
(baby) YEEAAAAHHH ooooOoo
th- ohhh my goood
I don't even know if you guys can hear me to be honest
there's so many sounds though Kenji there's so many sounds
KENJII This baby will be a part of my video
I wanna tell you guys how I enjoy my shinkansens to the fullest
With shinkansens it's kind of not common for me to ride them,
they're a little bit expensive, they're kind of a special occasion.
So when I do ride them I make the most of them, it's like they're a holiday within
themselves So one of the things about shinkansens is
you can bring as much food as you want on them
that's one of the things that i love In Tokyo station you can get these things
called 'Ekiben' which is basically just a station bento box
that you can take on shinkansens So they have heaps of different options, they
even have vegetable options and vegan options In Tokyo station there's a lot of different
things to choose from On the way here I got the most delicious bento
box I have ever eaten It was sooo good
I also picked up two soy cream donuts to take with me on the journey
which you can also find in tokyo station So just so you know, you are allowed to drink
alcohol on the shinkansen The guy sitting next to me on the last train
drank two bottles of wine I mean they were still like this big, but
he was just chugging it So if you feel like drinking a beer, having
some wine, keeping it luxurious, keeping it chill
Just grab some alcohol on the way in and you can drink it on your journey
Now shinkansens can range from a lot of different times, right now we are on one for just 20
minutes but on the way here we rode one for 4 hours
When you catch a shinkansen each of them have different names and they go different speeds
and to different places So make sure you check up what kind of shinkansen
you want to ride what's the most expensive, what's the
least expensive what the ride times are, that kind of thing
always good to know For this shinkansen ride I got a donut so
I'm just going to be eating that while I talk to you guys
Now if you are catching the shinkansen towards kyoto and osaka from tokyo you will be able
to see mt fuji on a good day Luckily enough I was able to see it last night
This is so good If you do forget to bring like a bento box
or some snacks or whatever there's a trolley that goes through the
train which has some snacks and drinks and things to choose from
if you get hungry while you're on your trip and you forget to get something beforehand
They also have toilets and some vending machines they're a little bit more expensive and
the drinks will be quite small i think but the options is there if you want to get
a drink while you're on the shinkansen If you do get a shinkansen and if it's possible
I do recommend getting a window seat because one of the best things is to look
out the window and see all of the scenery go by
I love it so much
Honestly it's basically like getting a flight, liike going on an airoplane
but you don't have to go through the whole check in process
and getting on the plane and waiting for take off
having all of that extra hassle this one just goes super fast
you have a good time and suddenly you're there, that's why
it's a little more expensive than flying so if you're travelling to Japan on a budget
I do recommend checking out flights to different areas rather than the shinkansens
Also don't forget to bring something to do, something to read, you could just play
on your phone, watch a movie if you have a way to do that
It's chill you can still use internet and everything
but really, it's just nice to look out the window
so cool So you can get a reserved seat but it's
quite a bit more expensive than a 'choose your own seat' seat
So if you do it the cheaper way, if its a more empty shinkansen then it's great
you can sit wherever you want but if you come in and it's quite busy then
you might have to stand So that's kind of what can happen with a
- they're called 'jiyuu seki' choose freely seat
so just be careful with those but it should be fine

How To Produce Videos That Get Tweeted By Fortune 500 CEOs - Duration: 6:32.
- [Alex Berman] You might've seen the selling breakdown
we did about John Legere, the CEO of T-Mobile.
I called him the craziest Fortune 500 CEO and he is.
He's one of my favorite CEOs of all time.
We'll link to that video down in the description below.
He liked the video so much that he
tweeted it out to his entire audience with a little message.
But the video that ran on that Friday
wasn't the first video we got from the editor.
And in today's video I wanna run through
the original version of that video
and go through all of my production notes
on that content to show you exactly how to produce
the type of YouTube video that gets
tweeted about by Fortune 500 CEOs.
I'm Alex Berman and you're watching selling breakdown.
This should be look at the CEO
of AT&T and then cut to 31 seconds.
We don't need all of this talking here.

and we gotta think why.

to what's being talked about right now?

Hashtag phone shame is distracting.
We want to avoid text that isn't

Description: RPC-003 is a large grey bin containing approximately 1000 plastic soldier figurines
along with dozens of different structures and vehicles divided into 4 separate armies
bearing different uniforms.
These armies are the Wehrmacht, US, Imperial Japan and the Soviet Union.
All four uniforms are identical to those issued during WWII.
New figurines identical to those removed will regenerate at an average speed of 5 figurines
per minute.
Upon removal from the bin, the figurines, hereafter referred to as RPC-003-01, will
immediately become sentient and follow the orders given by the one who removed them.
If no orders are given by the subject then RPC-003-01 will act on their own initiative,
establishing a chain of command.
RPC-003-01's first action after forming a chain of command is to establish an HQ.
While able to make use of the structures provided by RPC-003, they are perfectly capable of
constructing their own structures.
An HQ typically includes an officer's building, a barracks, a field hospital, a vehicle depot,
an air pad/runway and a central flagpole.
After the completion of the HQ, RPC-003-01 will begin construction of vehicles suitable
for use in exploration.
Upon completion, RPC-003-01 will begin deploying exploration teams to various strategically
sound locations and establishing outposts.
This behavior will remain largely unchanged until they encounter another "country."
Upon encountering what are considered "foreign powers," RPC-003-01 instances have shown the
ability to communicate and perform complicated political activities such as defining borders,
negotiating, espionage, and organizing joint exercises.
If communications break down, instances of RPC-003-01 will begin preparing for war.
If not prevented, a declaration of war will inevitably occur.
Like with their ability to perform politics, RPC-003-01 have shown to be capable of highly
complex tactics.
During combat, it is revealed that instances of RPC-003-01 fire live ammunition instead
of plastic, even ammo fired by infantry can prove fatal to humans.
RPC-003-01's wars are brutal and surrender is uncommon; the only time such an event would
occur is when their HQ flag is captured, at which point, instances of RPC-003-01 will
unanimously surrender.
Upon a declaration of war, RPC-003-01 instances will immediately launch an R&D program in
an attempt to increase their fighting force.
This has resulted in the creation of both historically accurate and inaccurate creations.
Weaponry created by RPC-003-01 instances become increasingly advanced the longer they remain
active: modern firearms, aircraft carriers, ospreys, Apaches, and in one instance, even
laser-based weaponry have been seen.

and I need just
to level up from level 9 to level 10
So I already prepare it

level 3
This is the fast way to upgrade your card
without need you to
to upgrade it manually
So you can pick one battle
After you finish the battle
It will automatically upgrade your card
Ok, here we go. It finished already
2 cards already automatically upgraded
We don't need to upgrade it manually
because it's quite takes time
We are all lazy to upgrade it manually
Right now I'm going to upgrade my support card
I thought it already upgraded
for 1 time battle
but it's not
I think I'm gonna try one more battle
