It's Jana!
And I just got back from the grocery store
I dropped off the kids at school went to the bank got my cash like I always do
and got my online order picked up
so now I just got to bring it all in and put it away
so go ahead and hit subscribe thumbs up check all the links down below
let me bring everything in and show you what I got
alright we got ourselves a fresh pineapple and some pears
we got peaches again and plums again they are still on sale guys it's awesome
oh we got an avocado because I am making shredded beef tacos tonight
Yum you gotta have a little guacamole on top
we got some bananas because we go through those so fast
shredded cheddar cheese, string cheese for kids snacks
got a couple things a sandwich cheese
hot dogs always a good go-to
we got some little Smokies here those are always fun on a busy night
got some lunch meat some ham and roast beef
they were on sale so that's cool
got some beef jerky for kids school snacks and guys I'm actually going to be doing a video
about some good kid snacks so then looking forward to that
I got some trail mix here which is always a good snack too
some barbecue sauce
apple sauce packs last time was the first time I ever got these and the kids really really liked them
I wish they were not as expensive as they are but they are actually pretty convenient
we got some coffee of course need that
and peanut butter already running out again
we got two things of spaghetti I'm thinking about making that beef lo mein again
so I will link that down below because that was so good
and then just you know a regular night of spaghetti and meatballs
got some snackies here with the cheese its
tator tots to make my beef Tater Tot Casserole again I will link that
french fries just to go with the hot dogs or hamburgers or whatever we make
got a little breakfast Eggo french toast waffles quick and easy right
and pizza for night we have a pepperoni and a cheese
we were totally out of cereal again but you know I have those little containers
so I don't even spend all the money on the boxed one so I always just get the bag
and the kids don't even notice or care so we have the
honey nut cheerios cinnamon toast crunch one and over on the other side we got some what is that frosted flakes
got some girl stuff here for that fun time
and then hubby needed some shave cream we usually order his stuff online
it's like an Italian awesome shave cream stuff
but he totally ran out so we needed something right away and some bar soap
running low on aluminum foil running low on snack bags for school
and zero napkins we've been just tearing paper towels in half so we figured it out
need some tortillas for tonight's tacos
got some tortilla chips for tonight tacos in we got some chips for lunches and stuff so that's good
English muffins of course we go through these me and Emma have these a lot for breakfast
hot dog buns and we needed some more kid bread we were good on the other bread
and of course as always get my three milks
yum me and I'm gonna go through them so fast we're on our last gallon from last time already
actually I think I had to buy more I don't even know
and ice tea for Quinn got all of our yogurts
I used to always eat Yoplait but my husband got me into the Greek
and you know what it does taste better
two cartons of eggs so I will boil one of these got some black beans for tonight's tacos
the cream of celery for tatertot beef bake thing
I got some baked beans I like to have with our little Smokies
and some chili just for chili sake I guess
it's always good to have on hand it's good on top of baked potatoes and stuff
we do that a lot
I totally ran out of flour and I clicked the wrong thing I wanted the big bag but this do it's fine
I just needed some flour and I got some panko bread crumbs so we can fry up some chicken this week
french fried onions for the tater tot bake and also the broccoli for that
strawberries always good to have
let's see we got some nacho cheese for some nachos tonight
I don't always drink soda but when I do, I sound like that Dos Equis guy
I don't always drink soda I'm usually just drinking water and milk
but sometimes I just need some other kind of flavor so I went ahead and snatched these up
because I think they were on sale for like 99 cents
we needed some syrup we had no more syrup
I would really love to get like real maple syrup but oh boy that's expensive
oh there's the frosted flakes and just macaroni and cheese good to have on hand
I really would like to find like a different mac and cheese
I don't know what is good please help me I I cannot find a mac and cheese that I like out of a box
you know I get the Kraft one because it has the creamy already because we don't like the powder stuff
the kids don't even like it they didn't like the Annies one that I bought last time
and they semi like this one but on the other hand I don't mind making it like from scratch
but I have not found a recipe that my children like or that I like honestly
they all like lack flavor so if you have an awesome mac and cheese recipe
please help me out help me out please
so that's what I got at the grocery store let's put it all away before it all defrost and is ruined
oh I forgot tell you how much I spent
so with all of that we paid a $191.35
we are under our 200 dollar budget for groceries for this payday so that is awesome
this click list has been saving us money like no tomorrow
because we can actually audit our car before we check out
and get rid of things that would have made us go over at the checkout
when you know your eyes get all huge and the girls like yeah that'll be 200 bla bla bla bla bla

Donchian Channels Explained - Better than Bollinger Bands and Keltner Channels? with David Moadel
welcome to looking at the markets with
David Modell today I'm going to give you
an indicator that is similar to
Bollinger Bands & Keltner channels but a
little bit different it is the dungeon
channels and I'm on trading view calm
right now and to get there you can go to
trading view if you want to or you can
use your own platform click on
indicators go down and there they are
don't she enchants and you can put them
up these standards setting is 20 and
that means that the look-back period is
20 periods or 20 candlesticks but you
could always change that but we'll just
keep it on the standard setting for now
and so what it does is it looks back at
the last 20 periods or candles in this
case it's a daily candlestick chart and
so it's looking back at the last 20 days
you could also use this with the one or
two or 5-minute candlestick chart if
you're a day trader if you're a swing
trader the daily chart should be just
fine if you're long-term you can use the
weekly monthly chart whatever you like
alright so I'm using the daily
candlestick chart and this is for
Netflix stock and I've got the don't
Jian channel on the 20 period settings
and it looks a lot like the Bollinger
Bands or Keltner channels except you've
got these weird-looking flat parts right
notice that it's perfectly horizontal in
some places kind of strange if you're
not used to it but much like the
Bollinger Bands and Keltner channels
it's kind of an envelope type of thing
where it contains
the candlesticks pretty well and
sometimes it works perfectly sometimes
just like the Bollinger Bands and the
Keltner channels sometimes it bounces
right off of it alright and then
sometimes it hits and then just keeps
going so it doesn't work perfectly
alright but let's talk about what these
three bands mean just like with the
Bollinger Bands and Keltner channels
you've got the lower channel or band
I'll call them bands because we're
probably used to calling them bands from
the Bollinger Bands
you got your lower band your upper band
midline or centerline and that's fine so
the all right let's start with the top
one the upper line here or upper band is
the high the highest price of the
look-back period so right now it's 20
ants daily candlestick chart so this
upper band the upper line here tells you
the highest price that Netflix has
reached in the last 20 days the last 20
candlesticks okay and the lower line the
lower band here as you might guess is
the low the lowest price of the last 20
days or whatever look-back period you
choose all right so you've got the
20-day high up here and the 20-day low
down here and the mid line the center
line is just the average so you take the
20-day high and the 20-day low add them
up divide by two that's your center line
simple as that okay and so that's how
it's possible to have these perfectly
flat horizontal lines that you don't see
in Bollinger Bands or Keltner channels
too much all right because if you think
about it
since this is the high okay this is the
highest price of the last 20 days and
let's say that the candlesticks don't
really wobbly at much let's say they
don't move around that lunch then if the
highest price the last of the last 20
days is up here and then some days pass
the days go by but the highest price of
the last 20 days might not change
especially if you don't see these
candlesticks marking new highs right and
so if the highest price of the last 20
days doesn't change all this time then
you're going to have a flatline until
the highest price the last 20 days does
change as time passes it might go down
if there are no new highs for a long
time but then when the candles start
hang out to the upside and you start
getting new high priced prices of the
last 20 days then this line is going to
stop being so flat and it's gonna start
going up with new high high marks high
prices okay and we've got a here's an
example of a lower line a lower band if
you want to call it that that's flat but
again if you don't see any no if you
don't see any new lows then the lowest
price of the last 20 periods might
remain the same okay until 20 days pass
20 periods pass and the low might go up
if you don't see any no no if you don't
see any new lows of the last 20 days
then this lower line might start to
creep up okay and then go flat for a
while
alright and it won't it won't go down
until you until it starts printing new
lows of the last 20 periods like here
and so it really takes a bigger move to
push the lower band down or the upper
band if you have to start seeing some
new highs is what it takes
alright so that's what it is that's why
it's not as curvy as let's say the
Bollinger Bands because the Bollinger
Bands are going to print a morula bands
are more like averages where it's
printing and slightly new and slightly
different average everyday but with this
one you're going to have some flat
periods because it's not printing a new
high of the last 20 days every day or a
new low of the last 20 days every day so
that's the best way I can explain why
there are these flat things here in the
dungeon channels alright so how can you
use it well I actually saw on somebody
else's YouTube video I'm not gonna
mention any names
but this person recommended that when
the candlestick goes below the center
line here that's a signal to go short or
consider going short
and when the candlesticks break above
the center line the midline here that's
a possible signal to go long personally
I tend to disagree with that I view
these a lot like the Bollinger Bands and
Keltner channels I'm more of a
contrarian trader and investor I'm not
likely to buy something at a high price
or short something or sell it at a low
price I'd rather buy something at a
lower price and so I tend to treat these
more like the Bollinger Bands I know
they're not the same as the Bollinger
Bands but that's how I tend to view them
and so we could view the lower line here
as an oversold indicator or a buy signal
if it hits that or if it pierces the
lower line here okay and we can see it's
not really going to pierce through it
here if you look at the candles
carefully you see they're not busting
through that top line like they do with
Bollinger Bands & Keltner channels you
kind of have to treat it differently
it's more of a touch thing than in
actual busting through it but we could
still view the touching of the upper
line here as a possible overbought
signal and the touching of the lower
line here is a possible oversold or or
buy signal here and so just like with
Bollinger Bands you can buy at the lower
band and then sell it when it reaches
that upper band with the Bollinger Bands
and Keltner channels I have a tendency
not to use the mid line that much and I
don't use it here that much either
anyway this is my interpretation and
just like with the Bollinger Bands and
the calendar channels it doesn't work
all the time there are times when it
does not work so well we can see it
worked pretty well here if you had
bought here when it touched and then
sold here when it touched up here you
would have made a pretty pretty good
profit here on Netflix on the other hand
there are times when it touches that
lower band and then just just kind of
waterfalls just kind of keeps cascading
downward from there and so don't expect
it to be perfect
but you can add it to your arsenal some
people say that you can add the average
true range and use it with this with the
don't she don't she channels you can
that's a possibility it's up to you how
you use it
but I kind of like it as an interesting
and rather unusual looking alternative
to Bollinger Bands & Keltner channels
you have to decide for yourself what
you're going to do and how you're going
to interpret these indicators alright I

Hi I'm Gerry from Gerry's Craft Room and welcome to my channel
In this video I'm going to make a box out of an empty tape roll with FabScraps paper
I have cut 2 strips at the height of the tape roll and I measure the size
I put one strip inside and I cut it at the size that it was a bit overlapping
and I did the same for the outside first I'm going to decorate the inside of the tape roll
I put tape on the long sides and on 1 short side
by the way I added the products I used in the description box for you
and if you are new here don't forget to subscribe
on the short side with the tape I take of the protective paper
I fold the edges of the protective paper back on the side where there is no tape on the
short side and I roll the paper around and put it inside
the roll make sure the protective paper stays folded
by the way if you if now a better name for the paper please tell me in the comments
and then press down the beginning of the paper then push it in place and remove the protective
paper in bits and press the paper to the inside
and then you can burnish the inside seam I sand the edges so it's all smooth
I'm going to ink the top
and then I add glue to the bottom edge
if there is some glue that comes out from under the edge you can wipe it away
if there is still some left it will dry clear so it won't be visible
I make this for my mum and she likes blue, flowers angels and fairies
So I put the pretty picture inside the box and then I cut it roughly
and put something heavy on it to dry an acrylic block work great for this
and after drying I cut away the excess and then I sand the edge
I want the angel on the outside at the feet of the little elf inside
so I start at the beginning of the strip and tape that down
and then I add the rest in parts
some more sanding for smooth edges
and I ink the parts for a nice finish
I cut a bunch of circles out of kraft paper to make a cover
I glue the circles together the big ones and the small ones
I ink the edges here you can see the difference
the brown gets a nice grey look with the ink
and then I glue the circles together
and this is the box so far
and now some decoration I fussy cut parts of the paper and I have some die cuts
I shaped the big flower and cut the petals apart so it has a bit of dimension
and now I am laying it all out to see how I want to assemble
I going to use a hot glue gun to create some dimension
and then I just start adding all the parts

welcome to looking at the markets with
David Modell today I'm going to give you
an indicator that is similar to
Bollinger Bands & Keltner channels but a
little bit different it is the dungeon
channels and I'm on trading view calm
right now and to get there you can go to
trading view if you want to or you can
use your own platform click on
indicators go down and there they are
don't she enchants and you can put them
up these standards setting is 20 and
that means that the look-back period is
20 periods or 20 candlesticks but you
could always change that but we'll just
keep it on the standard setting for now
and so what it does is it looks back at
the last 20 periods or candles in this
case it's a daily candlestick chart and
so it's looking back at the last 20 days
you could also use this with the one or
two or 5-minute candlestick chart if
you're a day trader if you're a swing
trader the daily chart should be just
fine if you're long-term you can use the
weekly monthly chart whatever you like
alright so I'm using the daily
candlestick chart and this is for
Netflix stock and I've got the don't
Jian channel on the 20 period settings
and it looks a lot like the Bollinger
Bands or Keltner channels except you've
got these weird-looking flat parts right
notice that it's perfectly horizontal in
some places kind of strange if you're
not used to it but much like the
Bollinger Bands and Keltner channels
it's kind of an envelope type of thing
where it contains
the candlesticks pretty well and
sometimes it works perfectly sometimes
just like the Bollinger Bands and the
Keltner channels sometimes it bounces
right off of it alright and then
sometimes it hits and then just keeps
going so it doesn't work perfectly
alright but let's talk about what these
three bands mean just like with the
Bollinger Bands and Keltner channels
you've got the lower channel or band
I'll call them bands because we're
probably used to calling them bands from
the Bollinger Bands
you got your lower band your upper band
midline or centerline and that's fine so
the all right let's start with the top
one the upper line here or upper band is
the high the highest price of the
look-back period so right now it's 20
ants daily candlestick chart so this
upper band the upper line here tells you
the highest price that Netflix has
reached in the last 20 days the last 20
candlesticks okay and the lower line the
lower band here as you might guess is
the low the lowest price of the last 20
days or whatever look-back period you
choose all right so you've got the
20-day high up here and the 20-day low
down here and the mid line the center
line is just the average so you take the
20-day high and the 20-day low add them
up divide by two that's your center line
simple as that okay and so that's how
it's possible to have these perfectly
flat horizontal lines that you don't see
in Bollinger Bands or Keltner channels
too much all right because if you think
about it
since this is the high okay this is the
highest price of the last 20 days and
let's say that the candlesticks don't
really wobbly at much let's say they
don't move around that lunch then if the
highest price the last of the last 20
days is up here and then some days pass
the days go by but the highest price of
the last 20 days might not change
especially if you don't see these
candlesticks marking new highs right and
so if the highest price of the last 20
days doesn't change all this time then
you're going to have a flatline until
the highest price the last 20 days does
change as time passes it might go down
if there are no new highs for a long
time but then when the candles start
hang out to the upside and you start
getting new high priced prices of the
last 20 days then this line is going to
stop being so flat and it's gonna start
going up with new high high marks high
prices okay and we've got a here's an
example of a lower line a lower band if
you want to call it that that's flat but
again if you don't see any no if you
don't see any new lows then the lowest
price of the last 20 periods might
remain the same okay until 20 days pass
20 periods pass and the low might go up
if you don't see any no no if you don't
see any new lows of the last 20 days
then this lower line might start to
creep up okay and then go flat for a
while
alright and it won't it won't go down
until you until it starts printing new
lows of the last 20 periods like here
and so it really takes a bigger move to
push the lower band down or the upper
band if you have to start seeing some
new highs is what it takes
alright so that's what it is that's why
it's not as curvy as let's say the
Bollinger Bands because the Bollinger
Bands are going to print a morula bands
are more like averages where it's
printing and slightly new and slightly
different average everyday but with this
one you're going to have some flat
periods because it's not printing a new
high of the last 20 days every day or a
new low of the last 20 days every day so
that's the best way I can explain why
there are these flat things here in the
dungeon channels alright so how can you
use it well I actually saw on somebody
else's YouTube video I'm not gonna
mention any names
but this person recommended that when
the candlestick goes below the center
line here that's a signal to go short or
consider going short
and when the candlesticks break above
the center line the midline here that's
a possible signal to go long personally
I tend to disagree with that I view
these a lot like the Bollinger Bands and
Keltner channels I'm more of a
contrarian trader and investor I'm not
likely to buy something at a high price
or short something or sell it at a low
price I'd rather buy something at a
lower price and so I tend to treat these
more like the Bollinger Bands I know
they're not the same as the Bollinger
Bands but that's how I tend to view them
and so we could view the lower line here
as an oversold indicator or a buy signal
if it hits that or if it pierces the
lower line here okay and we can see it's
not really going to pierce through it
here if you look at the candles
carefully you see they're not busting
through that top line like they do with
Bollinger Bands & Keltner channels you
kind of have to treat it differently
it's more of a touch thing than in
actual busting through it but we could
still view the touching of the upper
line here as a possible overbought
signal and the touching of the lower
line here is a possible oversold or or
buy signal here and so just like with
Bollinger Bands you can buy at the lower
band and then sell it when it reaches
that upper band with the Bollinger Bands
and Keltner channels I have a tendency
not to use the mid line that much and I
don't use it here that much either
anyway this is my interpretation and
just like with the Bollinger Bands and
the calendar channels it doesn't work
all the time there are times when it
does not work so well we can see it
worked pretty well here if you had
bought here when it touched and then
sold here when it touched up here you
would have made a pretty pretty good
profit here on Netflix on the other hand
there are times when it touches that
lower band and then just just kind of
waterfalls just kind of keeps cascading
downward from there and so don't expect
it to be perfect
but you can add it to your arsenal some
people say that you can add the average
true range and use it with this with the
don't she don't she channels you can
that's a possibility it's up to you how
you use it
but I kind of like it as an interesting
and rather unusual looking alternative
to Bollinger Bands & Keltner channels
you have to decide for yourself what
you're going to do and how you're going
to interpret these indicators alright I

Tell us a little bit about your presentation - what's the key of that presentation?
Well, it's called Together We Belong. So, I will be showing everyone of my 20 years acting work with DADAA. So at least 20 years.
And then I will be talking a bit about my mum, and about my leadership, and how I worked with Black Swan, with Claire and Finn and Wendy, and we've got all of that together into a play and it's called
You Know We Belong Together. And what are some of the highlights that you are looking forward to
at Meeting Place. Well, the highlights I'm looking forward to are well, meeting everyone and to listen about their communities and careers and stuff that they do and also they can give some advice to us about moving forward to our communities. And you also said Alice Springs
was special place to be. Yes it is, it's very special.
So all of us will get to know
more about Alice Springs. About the
Aboriginal owners of the land, and also
about the Aboriginal owners as well.
