Youtube daily report Sep 16 2018

Singers Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas have been through a lot together.

Both former TV stars grew up in the public eye, and despite numerous career changes,

health troubles, and romances, they've managed to remain tight over the years.

But their friendship hasn't always been smooth sailing.

Here's the untold truth of Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas' friendship.

Fast times at Disney High

Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas both got their first big breaks on Disney Channel.

Starting in 2007, Lovato starred in a series of shorts called As the Bell Rings.

"Sorry, Toe Jam, I don't know if you're ever gonna get that 'date.'"

"Oh, I'm gettin' that date!"

"Told you it was a date!"

But Lovato really made a name for herself starring as Mitchie Torres in the 2008 Disney

Channel movies Camp Rock, which was Nick Jonas' first major TV hit, too.

"So, uh, does your voice sound better over here?"

"Why don't we get in one of these things and you can tell me?"

Lovato went on to star in several other Disney projects, including Sonny with a Chance and

Princess Protection Program.

Meanwhile, Nick Jonas starred in the scripted series Jonas.

And in 2010, Nick reprised his Camp Rock role in Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, alongside Lovato

and his brother Joe.

Lovato told People in 2016: "We've all watched each other evolve and grow up, and we've been

able to be there for one another."

Demi dated Nick's brother Joe

While playing each other's love interest in Camp Rock, Demi Lovato starting dating Nick

Jonas' brother Joe.

"We had our first kiss on camera."

In her documentary Simply Complicated, Lovato even remembers the exact instant she realized

she had feelings for Joe:

"This moment I frickin' fell in love with him in real life…

In real life…"

"You're a good actress, too, actually" "Thanks, I wasn't acting much."

Although they continued working together, the romantic relationship ended after a month

or two.

"Shane!"

"You were lying all summer!"

"Yes, but...

" "You know I'm so used to people pretending

around me."

The breakup put Nick in an awkward position.

"Joe and Demi's relationship had become really complicated.

So I was playing the bridge."

They're super close

Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas have spent a lot of time together.

In fact, they even went on a joint tour in the summer of 2016.

"We're best friends, I promise."

In fact, Nick told Billboard that Lovato is one of the very first people he reaches out

to when something major happens in his life.

And Lovato has always felt strongly about Nick, too.

"What people don't know about, like, Nick is that he's so extremely intelligent.

He's like one of the only people I can sit down and have a really deep conversation with."

Could they possibly get any closer?

Well… maybe.

"You dated Selena Gomez… but you two, never?

"Nope."

"… Really…?"

Does Demi love Nick?

At one point in their friendship, Demi Lovato may have wanted to take things to the next

level with Nick Jonas.

When she released the 2017 track "Ruin the Friendship," a lot of people thought the song

was about Nick.

The song is about wanting to get romantic with a longtime friend, and some lyrics certainly

stand out, particularly "Put down your cigar and pick me up" and "Play me your guitar,

that song I love."

Adding fuel to the fire, Lovato admitted on Ellen that the song is about a fellow musician

in her life.

Hmmmm….

Nick wanted to save Demi

Back in her early Disney Channel days, Lovato started abusing drugs.

Nick Jonas tried keeping her in check, and thought he was being a good influence on her.

''Selfishly maybe I was like, 'I'm helping her back into being the Demi we know and love.

She's not going to do anything crazy, it's gonna be fine,' and then this episode happened."

He's referring to the time Lovato punched a backup dancer in the face during the Camp

Rock 2 tour.

Lovato reportedly threw the punch because the dancer had exposed her Adderall use.

At the age of 18, Lovato checked into rehab for the first time, and was diagnosed with

bipolar disorder.

Jonas prays for Lovato

Tragedy struck on July 24th, 2018 when Demi Lovato was rushed to the hospital following

a suspected heroin overdose.

Nick Jonas was one of the first celebrities to voice concern for his friend after the

story made headlines.

He tweeted:

"Like all of you I am reeling at the news about Demi.

All of us love her and need to pray for her to get well.

She is a fighter."

6 Dangerous Diseases Hiding in U.S. Backyards - Duration: 11:20.

Microbes are invisible, so it's easy to forget that they're all around us, all thetime.

They're in everything we eat and drink, and on every surface that we touch.

A lot of microbes don't hurt us, but there are some that really can.

And even deadly pathogens are closer than you might expect:

lurking in tiny rodents, or a tacky decorative fountain.

Right here in the United States, there are a surprising amount of diseases hiding in your own backyard.

Here are 6 of them.

Chances are you've heard of the black death, a plague of such epic proportions that it killed a third of Europe's population.

But what you might not know is that Yersinia pestis, the bacterium that caused the plague, is far from gone.

Adorable furry animals and their fleas carry Y. pestis bacteria, basically everywhere west of Texas in the continental United States.

And this bacteria can infect humans and inject our cells with deadly toxins, starting with our immune systems.

In bubonic plague, the bacteria multiply in lymph nodes, making them swollen and painful.

This comes with fever, headache, and weakness.

Once the infection gets into the bloodstream, it becomes septicemic plague.

And if it migrates to the lungs, that's pneumonic plague.

Now, it's hard to know how many critters are carrying this ancient terror.

But scientists often use coyotes as a sentinel species.

Like the classic canary in the coal mine, sentinel species help predict risks to humans,

serving as an early warning of potential danger.

Coyotes are scavengers that eat lots of small mammals, both living and dead, which are common carriers of the plague.

So testing them is at least helpful, even if the data's not perfect.

A massive study took blood samples from over 17,000 coyotes from 2005 to 2009,

and found that about 10% tested positive for exposure to plague.

Coyotes that had been infected were found in virtually every state west of the 100th meridian, which runs through the middle of North Dakota and Texas.

That seems pretty widespread.

But luckily, human cases of the plague are pretty rare.

According to the CDC, there have been an average of 7 per year in the U.S.

And since 1970, all but one reported case occurred in the West.

Because Y. pestis is a dangerous neighbor, infection control programs target susceptible species like prairie dogs.

To protect them, scientists engineered an oral vaccine out of a harmless virus by tacking

on Y. pestis antigens — pieces of the bacterium that immune cells use to recognize the disease and fight back.

Researchers added the vaccine to treats flavored like sweet potatoes or peanut butter, which

were a huge hit with wild prairie dogs in test runs in Colorado and Utah.

So hopefully these cheap and efficient medicinal snacks will help protect more prairie dogs and nearby humans in the future

Small rodents can also carry another ominous disease, called the Sin Nombre virus, or SNV.

It was first discovered in 1993 after a cluster of mysterious deaths in relatively young,

healthy people in the Four Corners region — where Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah meet.

The virus was originally called the Four Corners Virus, but residents objected and it was renamed the Sin Nombre Virus.

Which, funnily enough, means "the nameless virus".

Although scientists had known about Hantaviruses in other countries for many years, SNV was

the first of several so-called New World Hantaviruses we discovered.

The early symptoms of infection could be mistaken for the flu – fever, chills, and muscle aches.

But as the disease progresses, it affects the lungs, so patients drown in their own fluids.

It's not entirely clear what causes this effect.

But researchers think that the virus may send the body's immune cells into overdrive in

the lungs, causing inflammation that damages the tissues.

Hantavirus infection is relatively rare – on average, 30 people a year are infected in the U.S.

But it's quite deadly, killing 35-50% of its victims.

We don't have a vaccine yet, so supportive care is all doctors can do.

Cases of SNV have been reported from coast to coast, and it's mostly carried by the

deer mouse, a creature that even the CDC calls "deceptively cute."

Deer mice live pretty much everywhere in North America, although they seem to be especially virus-laden west of the Mississippi river.

For example, a study of nearly 2,000 deer mice in California found that about 12% had

antibodies against SNV, indicating that they had been exposed to the disease.

But they don't have obvious symptoms of sickness, and we can get SNV just by breathing

in dust contaminated with their infected poop.

Fortunately, as far as we know, SNV doesn't seem to spread from person to person.

So just be a little wary of wild mice, and you should be fine.

Plague bacteria and the Sin Nombre virus are often found in remote locations like big national

parks where small, furry critters thrive.

But nearly half of Americans who got tularemia between 2001 and 2010 lived in urban counties.

And it's not confined to western states, either: cases have been reported everywhere except Hawaii.

Tularemia is caused by a bacterium called Francisella tularensis.

This disease is pretty rare, with only 200 to 300 cases a year in the U.S.

But it's incredibly dangerous.

Inhaling as few as 10 microbes is enough to cause a full-blown infection.

And depending on the way the bacteria gets into your body, the symptoms are different.

The bacteria trick their way into human cells, then go wild, multiply, and kill them.

And they can attack any combination of the skin, lymph glands, eyes, throat, or lungs.

So it's often misdiagnosed, which is bad news.

Tularemia only responds to a few antibiotics, so misdiagnosis can lead to improper treatment, and more risk of death.

Mortality rates are between 2-24%.

F. tularensis bacteria can be transmitted by ticks and deer flies, but Americans have

also caught tularemia from pet cats and hamsters.

In an outbreak of tularemia in Martha's Vineyard in 2000, mowing the lawn was even linked to the disease.

Probably because they were chopping up dead, infected rodents with the grass.

Even though there is a vaccine for tularemia, it's only partially effective for now.

Researchers are working on it.

In the meantime, you can avoid the disease with some common sense: watch out for ticks, and don't handle wild animals.

And maybe this is a good excuse to put off mowing your lawn.

Hypochondriacs beware: you don't even have to leave your apartment to get Legionnaires' disease.

Cases were reported in every state in 2016.

Legionnaires' is caused by Legionella bacteria, which usually lives in lakes and streams.

But occasionally this bacteria can get into man-made water systems, growing out of control

in cooling towers, fountains, and plumbing systems.

They thrive even without many nutrients, and can form slimy clusters called biofilms that help them resist disinfectants.

This lets them grow better than other bacteria in man-made systems.

From there, the bacteria can become airborne in tiny water droplets, which can spell disaster for unlucky humans that inhale them.

Legionella takes hold in lung cells, multiplying and killing them, which causes fevers, difficulty

breathing, lung failure, and even death 5-25% of the time.

Legionella is especially problematic in places like hospitals.

When people are already sick, their immune systems can't fight back as well, and there are higher mortality rates.

Oddly, Legionnaires' disease seems to be on the rise in the United States.

Rates of the disease have increased more than 400% since 2000, reaching over 6,000 cases in 2016.

But the CDC stresses that this might be because of more awareness and reporting.

Despite our best efforts, Legionella keeps popping up in unexpected places, including

decorative fountains, grocery store produce misters, hot tubs, and even potting soil.

Thankfully, many cases of Legionnaires' disease respond to antibiotic treatments,

and there have been some efforts to develop a vaccine.

So just, like, make sure hot tubs are properly chlorinated before you soak.

Cysticercosis is a parasitic infection that's caused by swallowing tapeworm eggs.

The eggs hatch in your small intestine, and then burrow their way into other organs, where

they camp out and form cysts.

The severity of this infection can vary a lot.

Cysts in muscle tissue may cause no symptoms, or just a slightly sore lump.

But they can also form in the eyes, brain, and spinal cord, which can be debilitating or deadly.

Between 2003 and 2012, there were over 18,000 hospitalizations in 42 states for cysts in the brain, called neurocysticercosis.

Most were reported in California and Texas.

However, it's hard to tell how many people got infected in the state where hospitalization

happened, or even the United States in general.

It can take months or even years after ingesting tapeworm eggs before any symptoms develop.

Thankfully, cysticercosis seems to have a relatively low mortality rate.

One study found that from 1990 to 2002, there were only 221 deaths.

And, oddly, in many cases the cysts go away on their own.

Which is good news, because they're tricky to treat.

There are drugs that can help destroy cysts, but the inflammatory response from that can be worse than the symptoms.

Brain surgery to remove them is also risky.

So mostly, washing your hands is a simple and important way to protect yourself.

The final disease on this list is the most rare – there were only 34 cases reported

in the U.S. between 2008 and 2017.

But it's also the most dangerous, with a mortality rate of 97%.

The critter to blame is the brain-eating amoeba, also called Naegleria fowleri.

This amoeba likes to live in warm freshwater, and infection occurs when swimmers get water up their noses.

The amoeba wiggles its way to the brain and releases molecules that destroy brain cells and cause severe swelling.

This usually deadly infection is called primary amoebic meningoencephalitis.

Because N. fowleri infection is rare, some people had assumed that the amoeba was fairly rare in the environment.

But that doesn't actually seem to be true.

Originally, we thought it thrived in southern states, with reports of disease from California to Florida.

But more recently, there have been cases as far north as Minnesota.

Plus, researchers have found the amoeba in recreational lakes in Arizona and reservoirs

in Texas… and even treated water systems in Louisiana.

In fact, since 2008, four people have died in the U.S. because of contaminated tap water.

The biggest mystery is why hundreds of people can swim in an infected lake and stay totally

healthy, while one unlucky person will contract the illness.

So it's hard to know what to do to stay safe, because treatment options are scarce.

There's only one antimicrobial that may help infected patients.

The CDC recommends using boiled or distilled water for nasal rinses, and limiting how much

water goes up your nose while swimming in freshwater.

Or, you know, just head to the ocean!

N. fowleri can't survive in salt water.

Although these diseases are definitely scary, they're all pretty rare.

Like, if it's any comfort, you're much more likely to die from lightning than from the plague.

But knowing what's out there, we could all be a little more careful.

The Biggest Dinosaurs Of All Time - Duration: 3:20.

Just how big did the dinosaurs get?

Meet the world's first dinosaur.

No, down here.

Eoraptor would have only come up to about your knees.

In fact, most early Triassic dinosaurs

were on the shrimpy side, including predators

like the fierce, mule-sized Coelophysis.

But after volcanic eruptions took out their competitors

and ushered in the Jurassic period, everything changed.

New species exploded onto the scene

like the plate-covered Scelidosaurus.

And bigger herbivores meant bigger meat eaters too.

Predators, like the Dilophosaurus got to be six meters long.

But they were no match

for the real giants of the era, Prosauropods.

Now, these leaf eaters weren't much bigger than a giraffe.

On the inside, they looked like a bird.

And it's this anatomy that enabled Prosauropods

to evolve into the largest dinosaurs of all time.

So let's take a closer look.

Specialized lungs and air sacs allowed them

to take in more oxygen

and also made their skeletons lighter,

hollowing out bone into a sturdy, honeycomb structure.

Millions of years of evolution later,

you can see the difference.

Ornithischian dinosaurs like Triceratops and Stegosaurs

lack these air sacs and as a result,

most of them weren't very big.

While Triceratops and Stegosaurus

grew up to eight meters long,

bird-like theropods like Tyrannosaurus grew twice as large.

But it was the sauropods like Brontosaurus,

Diplodocus and Brachiosaurus who reached

enormous proportions.

Like the theropods, these titans used air sacs to breathe

and had light, hollow bones.

But they had another reason for outgrowing

everyone else at the time: survival.

Their size was a great defense against predators

and the largest of the bunch stood over 26 meters long,

weighed 55 tons or more,

and could reach several stories up with their long necks

which came in handy for gathering enough food.

After all, you can't grow this big without a lot of energy.

In fact, Brontosaurus ate about 45 kilograms

of leaves, stems, and twigs a day.

But they couldn't waste energy hunting around

to find those veggies.

Instead they parked themselves in one spot for hours

and used their long necks to graze up and down,

stripping trees like a giant corn on the cob.

And the more these animals sat around and ate,

the bigger they became.

Tens of millions of years later,

we see another bird-like dinosaur enter the stage.

Titanosaurs, the largest dinosaurs in history.

Dreadnoughtus, Patagotitan, and Argentinosaurus

could stand over 20 meters long.

But of course, their height couldn't save them

from the asteroid strike.

And there's been nothing like them since,

at least on land anyway.

Sony WH-1000XM3 Vs Bose QC35 II - There Can On Be One #1 - Duration: 15:16.

Last year when we pitted the Sony 1000XM2 up against the Bose QC 35 Series two, the

Sony's won cause they had the better performing technology.

But bose still walked away with a close second cause they had far better build quality, far

better fit, and they looked much better than the Sony's.

And it looks like Sony took that to heart cause now we have the all new Sony WH-1000XM3.

So… are the Sony 1000XM3 finally the complete package… or do the Bose QC 35 Series 2 still

have some fight left in them?

Voice 2 The Sony 1000XM3's are the newer headphones

here cause they were released in September of 2018.

Where as the Bose QC35 Series 2 are exactly one year older than the Sony's.

And both of these headphones currently retail for $350.

If you want to pick either of these headphones up I'll have links in the description below,

and if you use the links it really helps out the channel.

I highly suggest you check them out cause Sony's headphones routinely go on sale so

you'll might get lucky.

And if you want to learn more about either of these headphones then watch their full

reviews.

And also check out the new merch shelf down below.

First lets talk about the accessories that come included with both of these headphones.

Both of these headphones come included with hard shell carrying cases, but personally

I do prefer Sony's case.

Even though Bose's case is slightly smaller, I like Sony's case cause of the scratch

resistant fabric body and I really like the built in storage compartment.

Before we talk about the included cables we first need to talk about the ports on these

headphones cause they're completely opposite.

Thankfully, the 1000XM3's now have a USB C port strictly for charging and theres a

3.5 millimeter audio jack, where as the Bose still have a micro USB port for charging and

it has a 2.5 millimeter audio jack.

The M3's included charging cable is much nicer than Bose's charging cable, but I

hate that its much shorter.

But both of these headphones do get a strike when it comes to their included audio cables.

Both of these cables are cheap, short, and thin.

And even though the M3's audio cable is slightly better than Bose's audio cable,

its still a down grade from the M2's audio cable.

I know that for most people the included audio cables aren't a factor these days, but for

content creators it could matter.

But now with all of that out of that of the way lets get to the main attractions… even

though technologically inferior, the Bose QC35's have remained a favorite of most

consumers cause of their fit, design, and tried and tested build quality.

Cause in comparison with last year's Sony 1000XM2… their ear cups where much more

cramped, they looked much bulkier, build quality wasn't on the same level as Bose, and they

had to shake off the Headband cracking issue that was prominent on the first generation

Sony MDR-1000X.

And from the looks of it, it looks like Sony took steps to improve both the build quality

and design of the 1000XM3.

Theres much less creeking whenever you flex the M3's headband, the ear cups swivel much

smoother, and tolerances are much tighter.

The M3's also have a much more minimalist design to them cause of their muted color,

soft touch ear cups and all of the screws and wires have been nicely hidden.

Where as the Bose QC35's have a much more industrial look to them.

They look like they're completely made out of metal but they're not and their screws

and hinges are completely exposed.

Even though Sony obviously took steps to improve the build quality on their new headphones,

only time will tell if they're going to be able to hold up as well as Bose's headphones

do.

Personally I am confident in the new build quality of the M3's cause after a year of

heavy usage, my M2's held up just fine.

But perhaps more importantly, the fit of the 1000XM3's has been greatly improved from

the M2's to better compete against the Bose QC35's.

The ear cups on the M3's are much more spacious than the ear cups on the M2's and theres

much less padding pressing against your head which means over heating is much less of an

issue.

Since the ear cups on the M3's are much more spacious and since the headphones themselves

weigh in at 255 grams (20 grams less than the M2's) extended wear is not a problem

what so ever.

But… some people will still find the Bose QC35's a little more comfortable to wear

then the 1000XM3.

Even though the padding on the M3's is very similar to the Bose QC35's, Bose's ear

cups are much deeper than Sony's ear cups.

Wearing the Bose QC35's is like wearing your favorite oversized hoodie, you have more

than enough room to move around and since the faux leather on the ear cups feels much

more luxurious than the faux leather on the M3's, the Bose feel a little cozier.

Where as wearing the Sony's is like wearing a form fitting track suit.

You have room to move around, but the cut is much slimmer.

Obviously both of these headphones are big head approved, but I feel that if you have

larger ears, or ears that stick out a lot then you'll still be better off going with

the Bose QC35's.

But another thing I like about the 1000XM3 is the new headband design its much more low

profile compared to the M2's and Bose's headband and its also much thinner.

Now with design and fit out of the way lets talk about tech specs.

The Bose QC35 series two has an advertised battery life of 20 hours and they also feature

fast charging.

If you plug the Bose QC35's in for 15 minutes from a dead battery they're going to get

you 2 and half hours playback time.

The M3's also have fast charging, but instead of 2 and a half hours of playback time they're

going to get you 5 hours of playback time.

The M3's also have an advertised battery life of 30 hours and thats with ANC turned

on.

You can always squeeze out a little more battery life if you use these headphones with ANC

turned off.

And for me the M3's last me about 2 weeks in-between charges.

But when it comes to bluetooth connectivity things are a little different.

Both of these headphones have stable connections that don't cut out which is good but they

do have a bit of latency so they aren't the best for watching youtube videos.

But with the Bose QC35's you can connect to two devices at a time which makes it much

easier to hot swap if you're a power user.

With the M3's you can only be connected to one device at a time which is a bummer.

But you do get the benefit of Sony's DSEE and LDAC technologies which lets you enjoy

high res audio without having to use a wired connection.

But now lets talk about the active noise cancellation on both of these headphones.

Like I've said in the past, the reason I liked the Sony 1000XM2 so much was because

they were able to block out the most amount of noise with little to no cabin pressure…

even more than the Bose QC35's.

And I don't know how sony did it, but the new 1000XM3's are able to block out a little

more noise across the board than the previous M2's.

Even though the Bose QC35's do a good job of blocking out a good amount of road noise…

AKA constant low frequency sounds, they do struggle to block out random higher frequency

sounds like the chatter you would hear at your local coffee shop.

But my biggest issue with Bose's Active noise cancelation is that there is a considerable

amount of discomfort when you use it.

I know that some people have said that they get used to Bose's ANC technology after

awhile, but that has never been the case for me.

Personally I either feel discomfort on my ear drums or a slight pain on the back of

my eye balls, so after a while of wearing the Bose QC35's with ANC turned on I just

get a headache.

Where as I never have any of these symptoms with Sony's headphones.

But another reason I like Sony's active noise cancelation so much is because its does

a much better job of preventing wind noise in your music when you're wearing these

headphones outdoors.

Since the ANC microphones on the Sony 1000XM3's are slightly recessed its much harder for

wind to directly hit them and a result you rarely get any WHoosing in the background

of your music.

Where as since the ANC microphones on the Bose are so exposed wind noise is a little

more common.

But another reason I like Sony's ANC so much is because you can pump in some of the

ambient sound around you…

So its kind of like having open back headphones and this feature is great for safety if you're

walking around in the city.

But the trick thing about ambient mode is that its just not blindly pumping in all of

the ambient sound around you, its still selective of what it lets in.

So if you're walking around in the city and if theres a random bang, or a siren the

headphones will automatically block everything out again.

So you don't have to worry about jump scares or going deaf.

Where as with Bose, you can only set your active noise cancellation to High, Low, or

off.

When it comes to sound quality, both of these headphones are meant for easy listening.

The Bose QC35's sound signature puts and emphasis on the mids and vocals, but I feel

the bass leaves something to be desired.

I feel that the Bose can sometimes sound a little bright and if the vocals really get

going then they can over power the rest of the song.

But my biggest problem with the Bose QC35's is that the bass bottoms out half of the time.

Where as the bass on the Sony 1000XM3 can get significantly deeper and is cleaner than

the bass on the both the 1000XM2 and Bose QC35.

You're not going to get bass head levels of bass on the 1000XM3 where your head is

just rattling all of the time, but the cleaner bass on the M3's does make listening to

music with the M3's more enjoyable.

And through Sony's headphones app you can also adjust the EQ of the M3's so you can

make them sound how ever you want depending on the type of music you listen too.

Which is something you cant do with the Bose unless you use a third part app.

And when it comes to controlling your music playback on either of these headphones things

are also very different.

The Bose QC35's have a set of physical buttons on the back of the right ear cup.

They're easy to use, easy to find, and easy to tell apart.

Besides me wanting them to have a little more tactile feedback, they're perfectly fine.

The Sony's on the other hand have a touch pad on their right cup.

You double tap to play of pause your music, swipe up or down to adjust your volume, and

swipe front or back to skip or go back a track.

And after you get used to them, the touch controls on the Sony 1000XM3's are very

easy to use.

Since Sony's touchpad is so accurate, im in different when it comes to choosing between

either of the control methods found on these headphones.

They both work just fine.

But the thing Sony's touch pad has over Bose is quick attention… if you fully cover

the touch pad the headphones will pause your music and pump in all of the ambient sound

so you can talk to someone without having to take of your headphones off.

But one thing that I hate about both of these headphones is their lack of a dedicated google

assistant button.

Both of these headphones have google assistant integration and the Bose even has Alexa integration.

But in order to use this feature you do have to sacrifice either of these headphone's

extra physical button that would other wise be used to manually cycle through your ANC

settings like this

And not having this functionality can get pretty annoying cause I switch from ANC to

Ambient sound mode with the M3's on a regular basis.

Now I'm fully aware that if you press and hold on either of these headphones you can

summon your voice assistant.

But pressing, and holding, and then talking isn't as efficient as having a dedicated

button where you just press and talk

like this…

So what im getting at is, I do like that both of these headphones have google assistant

integration but I wish these headphones had an extra physical button so that we don't

have to sacrifice the manual Noise cancelation setting button.

Cause having to open the app on your phone every time you want to cycle between your

noise cancelation settings can get pretty annoying.

And finally, I don't usually do this in a versus video but heres the microphone test.

And the microphone on the Sony 1000XM3 does sound better than the microphone found on

the Bose QC35 series 2…

Cause the microphone on the Bose QC35 series 2 does have a considerable amount of static

so I wouldn't recommend taking phone calls with these headphones.

So for the time being, I think its safe to say that the New Sony WH-1000XM3 are currently

the best Active Noise Cancelling headphones on the market right now.

Just like the 1000XM2's from last year… the 1000XM3 out right out perform the Bose

QC35 Series 2 when it comes to battery life, features, sound quality, and active noise

cancelation performance.

But more importantly the 1000XM3's improved where the 1000XM2's fell short.

And as a result the Fit and build quality of the 1000XM3's is finally on par of that

of the Bose QC35's.

The only reason I would pick up the Bose QC35 now is cause you need the more spacious ear

cups, multi device connectivity is a must for you, you really want that Alexa integration,

or just plain looks.

But for me, the Sony WH-1000XM3's are going to be my daily drivers from now on.

Now remember, if you want to learn more about either of these headphones then please watch

their full reviews.

THE PALE MAN | Half Dead - Duration: 24:51.

Hello mates, my name is Risk, and welcome back to another episode of "Half Dead".

So excited to be playing this game again!

Is this another memory? Why now?

Hey Thomas, will you play with me later today? In the normal spot?

You tell him something.

What?

Oh no, Thomas, you know your sister can't play with you after the hospital visit.

She could get hurt.

I know.

I promise she'll get better as long as all of us are patient.

I Don't want any attitude. Your sister needs rest.

End of story.

Anyways, let's take this picture.

Say cheese!

What is that in the bottom? Is that literally just a white hand?

Hold up I can actually go there I think.

wakey-wakey

Well, I can't. Oh, you don't think the skeleton can follow you anymore.

Okay

A hand-drawn picture, is taped above a small, black mark on the floor.

Oh dream catcher is hung above a small, black mark on to the floor. Okay.

Good.

There is a picture of a family.

I don't really need to observe it.

Maybe the picture of the family is... Yeah!

The picture we just took!

Oh my gosh "They watch"

Hi guys. Thanks for watching.

It's an old plaque.

North

West: the glass hoarder residence.

East: the pale man residence.

Okay

Part of the directions are scratched off. So North is this way, right?

What's so scratched off about it?

"Memory"

Remember when I said there is probably a color puzzle?

There it is. Purple, blue and green.

A strange green liquid sits in the bowl.

I recall being actually injected with green stuff when I woke up.

I'm not gonna drink any of these actually.

Oh, what?

A tall figure stands in the shadows.

Pale man: Hello friend. I see you're looking for a way out of here.

Well, I believe I can help you with that. I misplaced my favorite book. Could you find it for me?

There's a book labeled "Basic Chemistry" read when mixing acids and minerals

It is important to take the color of the two into account.

For example, white must be mixed with some sort of blue.

Green substances must be mixed with green.

And purple mix with some sort of yellow.

Okay, you pick up an old book after the shelves it's labeled "Assorted Nursery Rhymes".

Page 53: Hospital

A little blue boy in the little blue robe dances down in a little blue halls

He knows if he does not find a way out. He will cry a little blue tears. You put it back.

Is this the book?

It's a strange orange mineral, pick it up!

Ahh... Didn't we just have the fact that we're supposed to mix orange with something?

Or was it only yellow?

Yeah, some sort of yellow, I guess orange is some sort of yellow, right?

(Drinks Poison)

Okay, I'm gonna die no that's that's fine.

I didn't save the game too, how the hell am I gonna deal with this?

I'm actually gonna die!

Can you not drink something to counter that?

Drink this the green, Oh God.

Oh there is somebody dead in the background, what?

Oh yeah, I remember like things change around you with the more sanity you lose oh wait

Oh wait, there was a safe point over here. Cool. Okay, so I don't have to do all this again

By the way, guys, if you want to see more of this game, let's shoot for 200 likes.

I really want to continue and play more of this game. So as long as there is a lot of support on the video

I'll definitely continue playing this game for you, so, thank you for leaving a like I appreciate that!

Alright, so I pick up the orange mineral.

And we're gonna put the orange mineral into the purple liquid.

I'm not gonna drink it. I'm gonna drop the mineral.

You break off a small piece of into the liquid.

Well, told you it's some sort of yellow.

Uh what happened here? I really don't want to know how this room actually looks like when

When my sanity is low.

So I think I'm gonna save the game and I'm gonna it's a book labeled "Book of Murder"

I'm actually gonna read it up, but I'm probably gonna get murdered.

Just a hunch. It seems wild welded Shut. Oh.

Okay, I think maybe the oh, hey, there is a pair of eyes over there.

Hold up.

There's nothing in there. Oh, that's a lie. That's a filthy lie.

It seems as if someone pushed this over. What a hooligan!

Anyway, is this your book? I still have the orange mineral.

Pale man: Yes, that's it!

Fascinating stuff really, anyways here is a key it will let you out of here.

Just put everything else back before you leave.

One last thing if you've seen anything usual unusual during your stay here, don't let anyone know.

All right

So

I found the orange mineral over here.

And... Yeah.

Actually that's the only thing.

I'm actually leaving now. What about this?

What about the part of the orange mineral in the, okay.

Yeah, I think I should save my video game.

I'm out of here.

Oh there is a man over there!

Grass grows between the cracks in the tiles no it... Okay.

Well, I have a key.

What does it plaque read now? Okay, so let's go to this guy's

Another thinggy over here, not that I need it or anything. It won't open.

Ahh... Let's use the pale key, you use the pale key to unlock the door.

Another photo, dude I feel like I'm doing good. I'm not getting injured.

Or maybe because every time I get injured I actually die.

There is a large crack in the wall. You feel like you shouldn't be here.

Look inside, can't see anything.

Huh

I mean there is something over here on the right side. It's like some sort of a progress bar

Wouldn't you say? Maybe I need two more?

Anyway, I probably shouldn't be here.

Pale man: Hello friend, what would you like me to do to your sanity?

Lower it by one, lower to zero. I'm gonna die

Nothing at the moment, please.

There's a deep hole in the floor, ignore for now.

It's sinister-looking skull, its teeth are chattering loudly cover ears, stick hand in, pick up!

Mine! It looks like a pressure plate. No, don't step on it!

Why do you have to be so mean to me though? Alright, let's throw it into the hole!

Should I jump into the hole as well?

Well, I tried and that's what matters.

Alright, I'm getting out of here instead of interacting with anything the skull wriggles out of your hands.

Hey!

Okay

So if I can't do that, I'm gonna actually throw him into the hole.

Wiggle this, dummy!

There you go!

I I should probably get up there somehow.

Can you lower it by one?

Can you lower it by one?

Can you lower it by one?

Can you okay

Well then, can you restore it?

Wait, the bloody stuff didn't go away.

Let's keep ahh...

Okay, it still doesn't go away.

Alright it doesn't also change anything.

Oh there's something in the cracks.

Welcome!

So, we did drop the oh we're we're we're over here!

But where did we drop the, the skull guy?

What is that? it says it's now like it 1

What is it?

Hold up let's get back in here. There is still another route.

(Inhales)

I found you!

cover ears.

Ok, oh no, don't please.

You can hear it just as loud as throw your hand. Okay.

So you can't really do anything with it.

Okay

While in a deep dream be careful to ensure the dream world stays separate from reality.

Are you sure about that? Is there another path? No, so why did I come in here?

I'm actually unsure.

Oh, it's a sanity level!

My bad.

Something destroyed it.

You feel a little happier, oh!

So I can't save if I have low sanity?

"Memory"

Something grabbed your leg.

Let to go off my leg!

Alright, how do I figure out?

That's not going to help me

Okay, so let's try this again this time it seems like going through here is okay.

Amm...

I don't know why I thought it would be okay, but it seems like you need an indication of some sort

Oh

There is a key over there though.

I really want to get that key though.

Hold up, so we have an idea of like some sort of a route here, we go over here.

It looks familiar a painting of a hand there is a moon shaped key in the hand.

Take it!

There you go

Cool

How would the hell can I fit in here? They might that small?

There was something written in this plaque, but it was scratched out.

Okay

Hello?

Okay, this seems fine.

Dude this game crazy. Wait, let's heal up a little bit.

That's great!

Now where did we go? did we go to the music room or did we go to number two?

"Gemini Room" the left must always MATCH the right.

The whole room is covered in dead sticks and leaves.

Okay

So how does the left look?

Well, the whole room is burnt and covered in

well, how do I make it copy the right?

Amm...

That's a hard puzzle, cause I, the room is just not there.

Alright, let's go to the music room.

Is that a rifle a bass. Okay

A music box. It's missing Turnkey

A trumpet.

A drum

A flute

A Violin, a triangle and a pair of crumbs.

Okay, some logs lean against each other

Well, can't you go through?

How do we make the left match the right?

I'm supposed to burn it.

Why is match all-caps? I'm supposed to burn it. That's why right?

Right?

I swear I'm supposed to burn it.

Also there is a picture of a moon what if I use?

The midnight key dissolved into the wall.

An old lantern is surrounded by broken glass.

Cool!

A strange painting hands on the wall.

Hangs on the wall.

It begins talking to you.

Welcome to the midnight room, it's kind of dark in here.

I can see that...

A worn book sits on the shelves, read it!

Save the trees this year more trees have been cut down,

Than ever before it's time to take a stand. It's up to YOU to stop the senseless murder of trees.

What was that sound?

The painting is facing the wall... What?

No!

The roots block your path, I cannot believe you've done this.

(Inhales)

That's part of the skeleton...

The "Book of Murder", let's read!

page 11

111

Laws of Murder:

any imaginary creature who reads the book of murder will become obsessed with killing the host that has created it.

Alright, ahh...

Pick up!

Oh, okay.

I thought something Bad is gonna happen.

I really think I should probably reset it to the time where I didn't read the book.

Just a small hunch. It's a pile of books here.

Pile of books.

It's a tree root that resembles a human hand. It seems like it wants something.

Book of Murder!

It attempts to punch you, Oof.

It's a green thick vine, grab!

It wraps itself around your leg.

Well...

that's not very nice. So I assumed the vines just moved, right?

What was that sound? Oh wait, no did something reveal itself hold up?

It's open, look inside! found a box of matches. Okay.

I got it now. I know what to do. So we go over here.

And we burn the right room.

Light fire? yeah! left always have to match the right.

Right. The burning roots made some sort of a screaming sound.

Ouch... Yikes...

Oof

Those kind of sounds maybe?

I don't know what's going over there, but it seems like there is just a white smack over there.

Oh what is over here?

Oh this is a path with blood... A book lies on the Shelf. Let's ignore it for now.

Ahh...

Like I'm actually tempted to just straight ahead go and read it.

But I really would like to save the game before I commit to any reading.

You know, some things cannot be taken back.

So let's read it. A dead cockroach falls out

Well, that's not a good story... A book lies on the shelves

Page 656: Nightmares

Nightmares are a strange type of dream anything you fear can manifest itself there. No worries

They probably can't follow you out.

Sure, of course not in this game

An intricately detailed book lies on the shelves.

Jack Adventures: Page 278

As Jack rounded the corner in the old stone hallway

He felt a warm breeze hit his face curious. He continued towards the breeze suddenly

Jack was transported to a strange world. Never to be seen again.

What is this hinting at?

I need to get out of here!

Do i?

I don't.

Okay...

Oh!

Hey, it's the doll! A familiar looking doll.

No matter how much you may be tempted do not kill any creature. This may be alter this dream

You feel like you've seen this before... Oh I have!

There is hands in the background I don't like that.

"Glass Hoarder"

You remember you still have the glass key into pocket, use it!

It doesn't seem like it could be used here.

Oh he's gonna chase me because I took the key.

Oh god, I gotta leave it somewhere. It's an old piano. It look like it's missing the key, play!

It doesn't make a sound. I mean I tried using the...

Key, if a key is missing, let's go to the music room. Maybe we'll find a spare key there.

Alright over here music room.

Hey! found it!

All right. So this is might not end well.

Considering, we might be in a little bit of trouble.

So let's try and go!

We know it's attracting the Glass Hoarder.

Again if I kill him, that's gonna alter reality.

Did his face move?

Swear I saw his face move...

Play insert...

Okay

Oh gosh, no!

It's a green key, pick it up! But the place to glasskey.

It doesn't seem like it could be used here.

Oh no!

You know, this is a one-way ticket by the way.

Welp

Can I not give him the glasskey back?

Oh, the glass in the... Oh no...

He's gonna stab me with a glass.

Do you know anything?

Okay

hey, I did it!

Wilderness room: in the wild it's kill or be killed.

No, no no, I'm not allowed to kill. I'm not allowed to.

oh gosh

Am I supposed to kill these things? All right.

Kill or be killed!

He grabbed your leg.

What? they became like 10 times faster guys when as soon as I got on there.

It seems like I had a little bit of time to react, but I'm not gonna kill them, cause...

If I kill them, I become I alter reality.

That's the thing

So I think we just have to play their stupid little game and go all the way to the right.

go go go go just like that. See?

A green root. It's wrapped around, what seems to be an pulsating brain?

This tree's

Stopping me from leaving, help me out of here and I'll give you a present

I'm not gonna help you, I'm...

You think I'm gonna kill it? is it actually moving fast?

(Spooked) Yes, it is!

So is it just random whenever it moves fast? I think it is.

Yeah, it's random, oh that's cool, dude.

Okay, I didn't know that.

A vial labeled "Sleep Poison" sits in the column, take it!

The pillar must be weighted, okay.

Uh....

That's not heavy enough, box of matches.

Okay, wait for the fast.

And then once they stop doing the sonic fast you go over here.

They do the sonic fast again, and then you go over here.

Now we're just gonna give it a little bit of sleeping poison.

Are you sure? Yeah!

so it's sleeping now... A turnkey sits on the ground.

It's a hand in the middle of roots, okay.

Dammit

Uh...

So nothing here is heavy enough? Yeah, it has to be the box of matches.

Okay, I guess it has to be the box of matches.

Okay I think we're supposed to use it over here.

Insert Turkey? Yeah!

Oh gosh.

Oh this is not good...

I know how this is gonna play out. I'm out of here.

Oh no.

I don't know where to go!

Hell no no no no no no, stop this!

Stop this! Stop! Stop! on the top right corner of the screen

Masculine Man: How To Overcome Being Cheated On (Animated Story) - Duration: 10:43.

- [Narrator] Tragedy is something that we all experience

in life.

And we can't control this.

The only thing we can control,

is how we respond to the tragedy.

I'm going to share with you two different stories.

One, about a man named Ben, and another,

about a man named Jeff.

Let's look at our friend Ben.

Ben is a 28-year-old, happy man.

He works a comfortable nine to five job,

he has a dog, he has a house.

He has friends and family that all love him,

and he has a lovely girlfriend who he is planning

on proposing to, in the upcoming years.

From the outside looking in,

everything is going right in his life.

The best way that I would describe Ben's life,

is the white picket fence life.

Ben and his girlfriend have been dating

since they were 18 years old.

And he is truly in love with her.

From a very early age,

they would talk about their futures together.

They would talk about what kind of wedding they would want.

They would talk about the type of house they would live in.

They would talk about how many kids they would want.

And, when Ben heard this, he wanted to provide for her.

Ben wanted to give her everything that she wanted

out of life.

And he was willing to do the work in order to do this.

So one week, Ben had to leave town for work.

So, he cleaned the house, took his dog for a walk,

kissed his girlfriend goodbye, and he was on his way.

Halfway through his out-of-town work week, he learned

that he could actually come home early, if he wanted to.

So Ben decided to do something nice for his girlfriend.

He decided to surprise her with flowers and chocolate.

In an attempt to be more spontaneous.

Which is a quality that his girlfriend really, really likes.

And it's something that his girlfriend

would wish that he did more of.

So Ben drives home, and he is walking up to the door,

with flowers and chocolate in hand,

excited to surprise her.

He opens the door, and the first thing that he noticed,

were someone else's shoes, were on the floor.

He did not really think much of it.

He figured that she had some friends over.

She was, after all, a very social, a friendly person.

And because he was gone, she might have been bored.

He walked around the downstairs of the house,

looking for them.

But, he didn't see anything.

But he did see that there was an open bottle of wine

sitting on the kitchen counter.

He went upstairs to look more, but still, there was nothing.

At this point, he was getting a little confused.

Was she even home?

There was only one room that he had not checked.

And that was, the bedroom.

So Ben goes up to the door, and he opens it,

still having flowers in hand.

And what he saw, would haunt him for the rest of his life.

He saw the girl, that he had been dating for 10 years,

the girl, who he had said that he was gonna marry,

the girl, that he had planned his future with.

He saw this girl in bed with another man.

The moment that Ben saw this, his heart sank.

And he felt his stomach turn in knots.

His head began pounding.

He felt physically sick.

In that moment, the only words that Ben could really muster,

was, you need to leave.

The next day, she packed up all of her bags,

and just like that, she was gone.

The next few months would be prove to be

the worst months of his life.

Because he was so heartbroken,

he started to perform worse at work.

He stopped exercising.

He stopped staying in contact with his friends and family.

He would spend his nights in front of the TV,

cursing his girlfriend's name.

He would ask himself, "How could she do this to me?

"I wanted to give her everything,

"I told her that I would give her

"everything that she wanted.

"But yet she still does this to me.

"This woman ruined my life."

This behavior continued over time.

And it got so bad, that Ben almost lost his job.

And because he could not afford this,

he did pull himself together a little bit,

and he did just enough not to lose his job.

But his mind and body were still only half there.

He was never fully engaged in anything that he was doing.

He spends the next few years doing a good enough job

not to get fired.

But, he was still miserable and depressed.

And he kept blaming his girlfriend

for the way his life was.

I think at this point in the story,

a lot of you are probably thinking to yourself,

yeah, that is terrible, but,

this does not happen that often,

and it would not happen to me.

And my response to that would be,

just wait until you get older.

Things change a lot when people get to the stereotypical

marriage age, which would be around 28 to 30 years old.

And these types of things are much more common

later on in life.

Let's look at the second story.

The second story is the same as the first story,

up until the point where Ben saw

that she was cheating on him.

And the character of this story is named Jeff.

So when Jeff saw this, he told her to leave.

And she left the next day.

And of course, Jeff was heartbroken.

He cried, and didn't understand

how she could do this to him.

He spent the next few months in pain, crying his life away.

And cursing his girlfriend.

He would ask himself similar questions.

"How could she do this to me?

"I wanted to give her everything."

But, it's at this point when Jeff does something different.

Instead of cursing her name, and thinking to himself

how awful of a person she was, Jeff asked himself a question

that 90% of people will never ask.

And he asked himself, "Did I do anything

"that caused her to cheat on me?"

So Jeff actually got his phone,

and he called his ex-girlfriend.

She was a little stunned to hear his voice.

And when Jeff asked her the question,

she responded with, "Um, I don't know.

"I guess I just lost attraction to you.

"I'm sorry."

So, instead of continuing to be depressed,

Jeff made a commitment to start working on himself.

He started to try and make himself

a more attractive man.

A better man.

Jeff started off very small.

He simply started going to the gym again on a regular basis.

And he did that for a few months.

Then, he started to clean up his diet a bit.

And he did that for a few months.

Jeff also started to regain focus on his job.

And he started to perform better.

When he felt okay about his job, and his physical health,

he even started to look up ways to start making more money

on the side.

Because Jeff had always dreamed

about starting his own business.

When Jeff was with his girlfriend,

they would cuddle up with each other,

and watch Netflix in the evenings.

And that's just what they did, every single night.

But now that she was gone, Jeff had way more time

to work on himself and his own business.

As a result of this extra work though,

he started to have some sleeping issues.

So he started to look up ways to sleep better.

He started to meditate before bed to calm his mind.

He like the way meditating made him feel,

so he started to meditate in the mornings.

And because of this, he became a less-stressed person.

Months went by of Jeff putting in a little bit of work

every single day.

And eventually he saw some results.

But he still wasn't happy with how fast it was growing,

and he wanted to find ways to grow even faster.

On the weekends, he started to network,

and meet other successful people.

He started to pick up new hobbies, like golfing and boxing.

Jeff even met an older man that he shared his story with.

And this man could really relate to his story.

So much so, that this man became Jeff's mentor.

And he helped him grow his small business

to the point where he started to make more money from that

than from his normal job.

So as a result of this,

Jeff actually quit his nine to five job.

And, with his newfound freedom, Jeff did something

that he had always dreamed of doing,

since he was a kid.

Which was, moving to Italy to study Italian.

Jeff had originally given up on his dream of doing this.

Because he was in a committed relationship,

and he had a nine to five job, he was very comfortable,

and it just didn't make sense.

But because his girlfriend was gone,

because of his new online business,

he decided to pack his bags

and move to Italy for six months.

So as Jeff was sipping a beer on the beach,

with his laptop in his hand,

looking into the deep ocean with the sun out,

he had felt something that he had not felt

in a long time.

Which was happiness and gratitude.

He thought back to the last time he had felt like this.

And it was when he was with his girlfriend.

And then suddenly,

he had a flashback to her cheating on him.

He thought to himself, although seeing my girlfriend

cheat on me like that, cut me very deep,

and in a lot of ways, it broke my heart.

And, in some ways, I am still not over it.

But, in a way, it may have been the best thing

that could have ever happened to me.

If that didn't happen to me, I would have never started

working out on a regular basis.

I would have never improved my diet.

I would have never had time to start my own online business.

I would have never had the ability to come to Italy

and fulfill my dream.

I would have continued to work at my job,

and spend my evenings watching Netflix with my girlfriend,

in my comfortable state.

From that point on, Jeff continued to live his life

of trying to be better, every single day,

and he never stopped working on himself.

The lesson of these two stories are simple,

but it's crucial to understand.

Not only will this concept change your life,

but if you don't understand it,

it has the potential to ruin your life.

And the concept is actually very simple.

When tragedy happens in your life, from relationships,

loved ones passing, to getting fired, it's up to you

how you want to respond.

If you respond like Ben, it can be one of the worst things

that could have ever happened to you.

But, if you respond like Jeff,

it could be one of the best things

that could ever happen to you.

I'm not saying you shouldn't cry,

I'm not saying it's bad to let yourself

experience the emotions,

and to take time off,

but it's important to understand

that you can't spend the rest of your life in that state.

You will eventually have to accept your reality

and move on with your life.

When This Baby Husky Shows Off His Special Skill, His Mom Just Can't Contain Herself - Duration: 5:20.

It's unlikely that when Kayla Cagnola first got her puppy, she knew how popular he'd

be.

Sure, her family would love him, but who could imagine he'd amass such an internet following?

And it was all thanks to the pup's unique skill that never failed to make her overflow

with laughter.

Cagnola became an internet sensation by proxy.

That's because she starred in a YouTube video alongside her dog, who was just a puppy

at the time of his debut.

And his antics certainly made an impression.

The pup's name is Ramsey, and on the footage he looks like a little ball of fluff and joy.

He's a husky, which is a dog breed known for working as hard as it plays.

In fact, it's most commonly associated with sleds.

Huskies originate in Arctic regions, where they pull sledges loaded with goods and people

over the snow.

This specialization extends to them taking tourists on Arctic trips and even competing

in sled races.

Because of this, as a species they spend a lot of time in the great outdoors.

Even pet huskies like Ramsey have a touch of the wild about them as a result of their

genetics.

This is a result of their DNA.

It links them to both the gray wolf – a common ancestor of all dogs – and an extinct

species called the Taimyr wolf.

However, watching the video of Ramsey, you'd think he had more in common with humans than

wolves.

On December 11, 2014, Cagnola uploaded a video to YouTube showcasing a special skill of Ramsey's.

But it's not something his human trained him to do.

Cagnola found out about Ramsey's talent completely by accident when the little scamp

got in trouble.

It all started when the husky puppy found some food left unattended.

The bowl belonged to Cagnola's roommate's dog, but Ramsey helped himself to a bite.

Naturally, when Ramsey's mommy discovered the puppy eating someone else's food, she

chided him for it.

His response was hilarious and revealed an oddly human trait Cagnola had never seen in

her furbaby before.

She recounted events to HuffPost via email on February 25, 2015.

Apparently, the act of telling Ramsey off resulted in a vocal response from the puppy.

"When we told him to stop eating it that's when he started 'talking,'" Cagnola

described.

She said that she thought it had been Ramsey's way of arguing his point.

"I guess he was trying to tell us that he was mad at us for not letting him eat the

other dog's food," Cagnola elaborated.

Afterwards, she filmed the puppy's vocalizations for the subsequent YouTube video, which shows

an eight-week-old Ramsey "talking."

The footage displays how the husky pup makes a noise that sounds hilariously like a human

baby.

Cagnola, who's holding Ramsey at the time, can't stop herself from laughing along with

the commotion.

Whatever Ramsey's trying to say, it's funny!

The pup's mom cracks up, and the dog quiets after his monologue.

However, a howl comes from off-camera and starts Ramsey's speech off again.

This time he sounds even more enthusiastic to make himself heard, sending the camerawoman

into hysterics.

The woman doing the recording – presumably Cagnola's roommate – manages to blurt

out, "What was that?"

between laughing fits.

It starts all over again when another howl echoes out, reducing both humans present into

gales of laughter.

The video ends after that.

We may never know what, if anything, Ramsey is trying to say, but the internet loved it.

The upload has a massive 14,456,169 views to date and 73,000 likes.

The comments also reflect how entertained the viewers found Ramsey's doggy speech.

Some people couldn't believe how adorable the husky sounded.

One person wrote, "How did he get to talk like that?

I can't stop laughing, he's so cute!"

Another commented, "I just can't get enough of this; I can't get over it."

Others had their own light-hearted interpretation of Ramsey's behavior.

"The dog is summoning Satan," a viewer contributed.

Another commenter had a more benevolent suggestion.

"Maybe the dog is trying to tell us the meaning of life but all we hear is "something

very funny" they said.

But Ramsey isn't the only "talking" dog on the internet, so what's the science

behind the phenomenon?

According to Scientific American, Indiana University Bloomington's visiting scholar,

Gary Lucas, may provide an answer.

He revealed that while it's not talking as we know it, it is a form of communication.

Dogs use vocalizations of variable pitch and tone to communicate with each other.

Lucas suggests that our furbabies are copying our speaking tones, so to us it's reminiscent

of speech.

He discussed it with Scientific American in more detail on June 10, 2009.

"The vocal skills of some of the dogs and cats on YouTube suggest that they might also

have some selective tonal imitation skills," Lucas said.

"Dogs have limited vocal imitation skills.

So these sounds usually need to be shaped by selective attention and social reward."

Cagnola added an updated recording of a grown Ramsey on June 4, 2016.

Although his baby noises are absent, he's still talkative in the form of barks and yelps

when prompted.

He might not sound like a baby any more, but Ramsey's still just as adorable as he was

in his debuting video.

Trump Breaks New Record – Tells More Lies In August Than EVER BEFORE - Duration: 4:02.

Donald Trump doesn't do very many things well at all.

In fact there's really only one thing that he does well and that is consistently lie

to the American public.

He doesn't lie very well.

It's obvious to anybody with half a brain that what he says is not true.

That it goes against reality.

But consistently telling lies is absolutely this man's strongest trait.

According to new reports in the month of August, Donald Trump broke his own personal record

by telling 321 lies just in that month.

August 2018 now holds the record for the most lies ever told by Donald J. Trump.

Actually he beat his previous record which he set all the way back in July, the month

before August, where he told 280 lies, which broke the previous record from June where

he told 268 lies.

Each month for the past three months he's broken his own personal record for telling

more and more and more and more and more lies.

The man averaged more than 10 lies per day in August.

321 total.

More than 10 per day!

Prior to that, throughout the entire span of his presidency, his lie total had already

been at 6.4 lies per day.

Now he is approaching actually seven full lies per day to the American public and it's

increasing.

The last week of August the man told 82 lies.

Seven days, 82 lies to the American public.

Yet he still somehow has a 37% approval rating.

I know most of us out here understand that that is a very very very very very low number

for a president but there's 37% of people out there that listen to these lies and either

believe them or don't care that he's telling them.

That's a problem.

When a third, a little over a third of this country is that painfully ignorant or willfully

ignorant?

Then yeah we've got a very big problem here in the United States.

Again, that's conversation for a different day.

The biggest issue here is why this sudden increase?

Why is it increasing exponentially at this point?

Well could be several factors.

One, Donald Trump understands that his party's probably in a little bit of trouble in the

midterms so he's trying to tell more lies, make the democrats look bad, make republicans

look better, because he thinks it's going to help them in the midterms.

The other possibility, and this is the most likely one is that he's very scared about

the upcoming investigations.

He's telling more and more lies about the special prosecutor, more and more lies about

the FBI and the DOJ, more and more lies about Hillary Clinton and all of that.

He is very concerned that something is either going to happen to him or possibly Don Jr.

Jared Kushner or anyone else but mostly because he thinks it's going to happen to him.

If he had the choice he would absolutely throw one of his children under the bus to save

himself.

We know that because just last week he did it when Don Jr. allegedly asked him to endorse

a candidate who later lost, Trump 100% blamed his son, said "I didn't even want to do it.

Don Jr.

Made me do it and now look, the guy lost."

Yeah.

He'll throw his kids under the bus in a legal investigation too.

Just wait and see.

But that's the reason these lies are increasing.

Until this investigation concludes or the other investigation up in New York concludes,

or any of the other six investigations into him conclude, we're going to continue to see

this number increase.

Best guess at this point is that the number of lies he's going to tell in September is

absolutely going to dwarf the record that he just set for the month of August.

neither am i it was it was not not not a

very good performance by us a ton of

missed opportunities it was not you know

the first half I mean I could point to

at least four or five six different

things where you know whether we we miss

miss a pass I miss an open guy for a

touchdown or we miss an assignment that

otherwise would have continued to drive

or gotten us points the turnovers I

mean it was just it was really sloppy

football it was not sharp came out in

the second half

you know don't convert on two third and

ones on our first two drives of the

third quarter and then you know find a

way in the fourth quarter you know which

was listen a great team effort it

says a lot about our team to you know

come together know that hey we're gonna

make the plays but man sense of urgency

and you know we drive down get a

touchdown defense comes up with a

interception we get another touchdown

and then you know go down and kick the

field goal to win it but man really

shouldn't come down to that I think if

we're talking about playing our best

football today was not that there's a

lot of things that we need to improve

upon

guys have done that so

sure listen and these these are these

are games that define your identity a

little bit you know these are these are

the games that you know man you didn't

have your best stuff but you found a way

you know these are the ones where you

you know I believe we're gonna have

plenty of better days you know where man

we're hitting on all cylinders or you

know we're making plays but to know that

you can you can you can shake off

whatever it was that was going on for

the first three quarters and you know

have that belief system in place amongst

the team you know offense defense

special teams that hey somebody's gonna

make a play I don't know who it is but

somebody's gonna make a play you know

put yourself in the right position it's

going to happen and believe that we're

gonna find a way to come back win this

game

Weekly Enteratinment Wrap Up #89 [CC] - Duration: 4:44.

Hi, YouTube, it's Kathy, and this is my Weekly Entertainment Wrap Up for September 9th - 16th.

This week I DNF'd 1 book, I read 1 book, I watched 2 movies, and I listened to 1 book.

Let's start with the DNF, which was sadly A Wizard of Earthsea by Ursula K. Le Guin.

I was reading this for my local book club, and I just couldn't get into it.

In fact, the last three days, I've tried to read it, and I've had naps each of those three days.

This is actually a huge bummer for me because I've had Ursula K. Le Guin on my radar for

years now and I just haven't gotten around to reading her, and I figured this was a perfect

opportunity because I had to for my book club.

But remember how I don't really like epics?

I talked about this when I read Circe, because I just didn't really enjoy it because of that

format, and I think that was my problem with this as well.

There was too little character development, or characters I cared about, and way too much plot.

I ended up getting 157 pages into it and then went , "no, I can't do this to myself anymore"

and started rereading a book that I actually enjoy, and I'm mostly done it now.

If you're unfamiliar with this book, it concerns a character named Ged, although he has a different name.

Everyone has several names, so that's super weird.

And he realizes when he is young that he has some powers and he basically spends his time

learning to be a wizard and then being a wizard.

Basically, I feel like each of the chapters of this book could have been an entire, full

length novel, and that's why I have issues with it, and why I was just done with it,

because it was taking too much time to try to read because I kept falling asleep while

trying to read it.

On to the book I did finish this week, and that The Lady's Guide to Petticoats and Piracy

by Mackenzi Lee.

This is, of course, the follow up to The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue, and it follows Felicity,

and much to my delight, it starts with her life in Edinburgh, which is my favourite city

in the world, so I was pretty chuffed about that.

This was an eARC, so I won't get into too many of the details, because, of course, I

don't do spoilers in these videos anyway, and it's not out until, I believe it's October.

In this book, we follow Felicity as she attempts to live her life-long dream, and in doing

so, goes on many adventures.

She meets up with some characters we already know and love, but there are new characters

introduced, and I think that if you liked the first book, you're really going to like this one.

Also, the queer rep in this book is just wonderful.

On to what I watched this week.

On one of the planes on the way home from Orlando, I watched Three Identical Strangers,

which is a documentary about three triplets who were split up at birth and found each

other when they were about 19 years old.

This made newspaper headlines in the early 1980's, but I was a little bit too young to

read papers at that time, so I had never heard about this case.

The documentary is full of old video clips and old photos of them, as well as interviews

with the triplets, as well as some of their friends and family, and then there are also

some re-enacted scenes which was just melded all together very well.

Unfortunately, their tale did go from a fun, light-hearted story to something a little

bit darker, but I would really prefer you to just watch it rather than me tell you what

happened in their lives.

The film itself was extremely well put together and I highly recommend it.

Also this week, I rewatched Black Panther, because why wouldn't you want to rewatch Black Panther?

It turns out my best friend, who feeds me on Tuesdays, had never seen it before.

Neither had her fiance.

So we decided to watch that at Tuesday Night Dinner Club.

And, of course, it's just as visually stunning and wonderful on rewatch.

The book I listened to this week was Talking to Dragons.

This is the 4th in the Enchanted Forest Chronicles, and it is the end of the series.

And of course I loved the entire series so I loved this book.

Obviously, being the 4th book in a series, I can't really tell you too much about it,

but I can tell you that many characters that we've met along the way show back up in this book.

Like all the books previously, we have a new protagonist from inside this world, and as

I've probably mentioned a couple of times now, these books are done in a full cast narration.

Every character has their own voice actor, and it is wonderful.

For this series as a whole, there are a few different types of ways that magic works,

and there are different types of magics, between dragons, and kings, and witches, and wizards,

and magicians. They all have their own, different types.

This is a great example of an adventure story with characters I liked and actually cared about.

And lastly, something I did want to mention, is this week I made 1000 subscribers on this

channel, which is something I've been working towards for almost 3 years now, so I'm very

excited it happened.

A little while ago, I put out a 1K Q&A and Giveaway Announcement, and that is now closed.

That video will be up shortly.

I've decided to something a little bit interesting with it, so it's going to take a little bit

of finicky editing, but I think it's going to be worth it in the end.

Also, if all goes to plan, this is going to be a very busy week for me uploading, especially

next weekend.

So basically what I'm trying to say is thank you for being here.

Thank you for all your support.

I never actually thought I would make 1000 subscribers; that is a number that is just

unfathomable to me.

Have you read, watched, or listened to any of these?

Let me know down in the comments below.

On the way down the comments, if you hit that Subscribe button, that would be very nice of you.

You can like and share this as you see fit, and I will see you very soon.

Bye!
