Hi stampers! Jackie Bolhuis from Klompen
Stampers and I am back again with
this week's quick tip. Now the holiday
seasons are approaching and I think
that's when everybody likes to do a lot
of embossing. I like to call it embossing
season. But I want to share a tip and
it's kind of a reminder of you. Make sure
you use your embossing buddy when your're
embossing especially when you're using
colored embossing powder. Okay let's look
at my first sample here and hopefully
this shows on the video but see all
these like specks of the gold embossing
powder that's stuck all over my image? Ick!
I don't like that! I want a nice clean
image. Well I did not use my embossing
buddy on that one. This one though look
at how nice and clean that is. What you
want to do is make sure, before you stamp,
put your powder on, or do anything, take
your embossing buddy and just rub it
across your cardstock good. That gets all
the static out. Now we can stamp. Make
sure you use Versamark, put your
embossing powder on, I've got gold here,
and then heat it up and you will have a
nice clean image and not all of
these nasty little speckles that we
don't like. So I hope that tip helps you
or reminds you as we go into embossing
season so that we get nice embossed
images. If you have any questions, as
always, make sure to let me know and
don't forget to share this tip with your
stamping friends! I'll be back again next
week with another quick tip. Have a stamp
happy day guys.

Q&A! FINALLY! (Eng subs) | #YurikoTiger - Duration: 13:44.
Since I don't have an intro, I'll make it for you now
*bye monetization*
Hey!
Hi tigers, welcome back to my channel
I am Nori-
Noriko? Wtf?
I'm Yuriko Tiger
and today, after six years, I'll finally answer
all of your questions!
So, you asked me a ton of questions
on Instagram, on Facebook, on YouTube, on Twitter
with the hashtag #askyuriko
but it wasn't that successfull, because the majority uses Instagram
and there you sent me a lot of questions
And then I said "Well, I'll choose them tomorrow"
but I forgot about the time zone and
so when I opened Instagram, all the question were gone
So, I will make another "Ask Yuriko", but meanwhile
I chose some questions that you may found interesting
or that the majority asked me
Let's begin with the first one!
The first one is Magic Akina:
"Where your passion for "aidoru" (idols) comes from?"
My passion for aidoru in reality hasn't started
from an idol but from Kyary Pamyu Pamyu
who's technically a singer.
Right after, I fell in love with a group called "Dempagumi Inc."
*all their songs are like this, no joking*
I really loved this group
and since then I'd always loved to join an idol group
back then.
So I think tha all came from this, but
many idols don't have singing ad their stong point
they have to be able to do a lot of things
especially a bit of singing, dancing
they have to know how to entertain, to be "kawaii"
but they don't have to be perfect
and for these reasons, the idols' world
intrigued me a lot.
But then, by living that world first-hand, I've seen
some things that traumatized me a bit,
and if you watched Tokyo Idol you know what I mean
there were also positive things, I stil like idols
And I still go to their concert
lately I'm in love with this group called
"Cyber", go and check them because they're awesome
Let's skip to the next question!
Sandy:
"I wanted to know something more about flats in-
Tokyo is expansive, other cities aren't
the houses are really small
and they haven't furniture inside, unless you rely on
an agency for foreigners, in that case there'll be everything
-and something about the entertainment world"
I would talk about this topic fot hours
but I think that entretainment it's quite the same everywhere
but I noticed that here in Japan they're more
open minded about new ideas and they're less
sh*ttier, I mean
for my experience, I met sh*tty people
but I think here I'm more safe compared to other cities
surely more than in Italy
but I had little experience there, so I can't talk about this properly
Blank:
No! But soon!
Yaaay! in Heroes Manga in Madrid
this April!!
¡Hola muchachos!
Thank you very much, I love potatos
and I really love Spain, so see you soon!
Daniel:
No-
Ray:
This is the answer.
FIREEEEEE
Yes. I hate spiders.
Another question in English-
guys please don't judge my English
I'm studying it and it's a mess
Wtf you wrote dude
Oh, ok, so which are the three things I do when I'm down
Well, mostly this:
I watch anime, I try to cheer me up by
reading books, focusing on the present and more of all
trying to think in the most positive way
Sometimes I'm not able to do it,
and when it happens I look for messages
that make me smile and make me happy.
Next! We have @hitomori_rain:
"Hi Yuri! These photos are beautiful!
I wanted to know if you have some kind of skincare
routine you use to take care of your face or your body.
This could be a way to spend some time relaxing and feeling better,
since this period is really stressful for you"
What the *quack* I have todayt?!
No-
And the funniest part is that
even though here in Japan they're obsessed with
cosmetics for skin of all types
I've just bought my very first face skincare tool
*which I don't even know what it is since I asked to the shop assistent*
at the ripe old age of 25.
what the *quack*, I had to think about it some time ago
I had a lotion somewhere, I don't know where it is
I have the toner of Hanamuji, here I have
a body-
Please, focus.
Well, it has rice in it and I know it's good for your skin!
And it is a body milk
then we have this moisture milk
this is for the face,
it's japanese, organic, natural.
And in the morning when I want to, I use these face masks
*I also made the ad fot them*
"朝 マスク" (Asa masuku), they are morning face masks
This is my skincare.
I don't have another ways to relax, I get depressed
I'm really a normal person-
Next!
Dalilaaolivieri:
"Since which age you started to study Japanese?
Was it difficult? Did you came across some problems or
Was it simple for you? And how much time has passed
before you could speak it properly?
Do you prefer Japanese or Italian?
WELL
I definetly prefer italian when it comes to speak
I still prefer Italian-
but I really like talking in Japanese
above all, I love using the Osaka ben, the Osaka dialect
because I seem more a gangster, more evil
There are "bad words" I pronunce differently
Speaking seriously, I had difficulties, not many in the listening part
as in the writing part, I still have them
but living here in Japan and going to Japanese schools helped me a lot.
And somehow I managed to learn it
*Yes, if you haven't understood it yet, I'm not great with foreign languages
I don't know how you manage to study Japanese*
Nicole! LilyAnne Zanzottera
She's the most active fan on my Facebook page!
Thank you honey!
"If you could speak to your younger self of a couple of years ago
what would you tell her?
What do you think about your journey from those days to the present?"
Monokuma, you'll be the "old Yuriko"
*old Yuriko*
What the f*uck did you do?!
*NO THE CAMERA, NO!*
Well, what could I tell her..
You did it, you fool!
Speaking seriously, I had a really bad period
a couple of years ago, for love issues and
also for work, I really had a bad time,
back then when I disappeared from YouTube
You see? Everything worked out just fine
Irene Toffanin:
"Yuriko for you is it possible to
work in your sector dressing in gyaru or kuro gyaru style
as a foreigner or are there some prejudices?
I have absolutely no idea-
I don't think so but I don't want to answer
because I don't really know it.
And since the questions here are over
just these eight ones-
*It's because you don't watch my facebook page*
on Instagram, and I should do another Intagram account
because, this is my feed
it's really messy
and I really like who says: "You show your b**bs!!"
"It's easier to gain likes when you use the..
B**BS!!*
And so I decided to open Instagram because
There'll surely be more interesting questions for you!
I already done a plenty of them
but there is one in particular, yes!
"When your passion for cosplay has born?"
In 2008, with Suzumiya Haruhi!
Actually in 2007 Lucca Comics and Games, I went there
and I thought that I wanted to be a rich and famous cosplayer in Japan.
*It's a pity for the rich part*
I didn't tell the name! It was the little Francesca Scalci!
Then! Next!
@marco_duck:
"Do you like travelling? If yes, where would you like to go?
or which is the most beautiful place you visited?"
My first trip was in Japan, then
in Japan, and in Japan and then in Japan
And finally, since last year in Malaysia and
this year in Canada!
and I have so much cities to visit!
Well, I don't like travelling since I hate the plane!
Like, a lot.
*the plane is awful, i hate it*
But the most beautiful trip I made was in Malaysia
go and watch my vlog about that
Because the weather was awesome and I burned my booty
And it still hurts!
I also liked Canada, the only thing is that
I only saw Montreal, that seemed a mix of Nice, St. Francisco aaand
and the classic American city
It was really cool!
"When are you coming back in Italy?"
When an organizer will invite me without asking me:
"Are you going to visit us?"
I still don't know guys-
"Favourite anime?"
NANA!
*I'm a broken roooose*
Actually they are: Inuyasha, Nana and FLCL
of which I'm doing the official cosplay of Haruko!
I'm sooo happy!!
As long as I can fulfill my dream I don't care of being hot
"I really admire you"
Thank you!
it was Francesca again!
"It's not a question but you really are a girl with attributes
and you are an example for everyone!"
Thank you Bonfi,
or @bon.fi, as the WiFi.
"The italian food that you miss more "
PIIIIIZZAAAA
Here we have Silvia:
"Do you teach any italian word to your boyfriend?"
What the *quach* honey?? What the *quack* are you doing??
"Yes, my name is..."
"I love you" and those things
We are going to make a video together maybe!
"What's your name?" Here's the wikipedia!
"Do you plan to age in Japan?
No, but not even in Italy, that's the matter
"What relationship do you have with your fans?"
Japanese fan are really different from others, but
I think my relationship with fans it's friendly!
It's like to have a lot of younger brothers and sisters
They are so cute!
Older people too!
I really feel at ease with my fans
A girl asked me "Do you have the canines?"
Yes, but they're fake
I had a dental make-over because
I wasn't happy with my teeth
maybe I'll tell you about this topic in the future.
And I have a last question for mysef, that anyody asked me!
Which are my favourite artists?
They are: M-Flo, a jpop group
Tsuchiya Anna, the best rocker here in Japan
then we have
Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, I'm still attached to her
She's too cute!
Yasutaka Nakata, which is KPP's Dj and the creator of Perfume!
and in the end we have
Kanaboom, the Sakanaction and The Pillows
obiviously for FLCL
And I talk too much so I think that's all-
Bye-Bye!

Unai Emery drops a major hint at when Bernd Leno will finally make his Arsenal debut - Duration: 2:04.
Unai Emery has hinted that Bernd Leno could make his Arsenal debut in Thursday's Europa League tie against FC Vorskla
Signed from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer, many expected the German to replace Petr Cech in goal after a number of high-profile errors from the goalkeeper last season
Although Cech has struggled with his footwork this season with Emery wanting the goalkeeper to play the ball out, Leno has remained on the substitutes' bench
However, it appears that he could be set to be named in the starting XI on Thursday when the Gunners host their Ukrainian opponents at the Emirates
Yes, normally we are going to change and use a lot of players for different competitions," said the Spaniard after the 2-1 win at Newcastle
"But I am only thinking about the best performance for Thursday. Every competition for me I have respect for and want to do the best for
Normally I will use a different keeper for this competition, but I'm thinking about the best performance
The head coach also gave an update on Aaron Ramsey's fitness after he was replaced by Danny Welbeck with 10 minutes to go
However, it appears to be nothing to worry about for Arsenal fans."He played with the national team too much, today he played 80 minutes and he asked to change," he added
"I don't think it was not a big problem, but he was tired

La neurocirugía, tratamiento para la epilepsia de Gara - Duration: 4:59.
Gara does not remember a time without suffering from epilepsy.
This patient from the Canaries was diagnosed when she was barely three years old.
Since then she has been treated with various drugs
that were not effective in controlling her epilepsy long-term.
When Gara was 14 years old her situation worsened.
Her fits became increasingly more frequent, she became disoriented
and she would lose consciousness.
Eventually her referral hospital in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria
referred her to the Refractory Epilepsy Unit at SJD Barcelona Children's Hospital.
I came to Barcelona because I had already tried all the other drugs that I can take for epilepsy at my age.
"Gara Castro, a patient of the Epilepsy Unit at SJD Barcelona Children's Hospital"
My body became used to them and they would not stop me fitting.
In cases of epilepsy that are resistant to drugs such as Gara's case,
the team in the Specialist Unit examines whether neurosurgery is viable.
In this case, non-invasive tests were conducted initially
but these did not manage to pinpoint exactly
which area of the brain was causing her to fit.
This meant an initial operation was required
to implant intracranial electrodes in the teenager.
The electrodes, connected to the brain, were used
to study the brain's activity and monitor her fits.
This enabled them to locate the area that was causing the anomalous activity
and analyse if it was possible to remove it.
"Jordi Rumià, Coordinator of Functional Neurosurgery at SJD Barcelona Children's Hospital"
A fairly robust, specific method was found
to determine what was causing her epileptic fits.
The problem in Gara's case was that these epileptic fits
were generated in an area of the brain that was really close
to the area we use to understand spoken language,
and to understand what people are saying to us.
After determining that the epilepsy foci
involved the area of language comprehension,
the possibility of operating on Gara while
she was awake during the surgery was put forward,
to ensure that this function is preserved.
The medical team considered that this operation,
never previously performed on a child at SJD Barcelona Children's Hospital,
was viable for her age and level of maturity.
To perform this complex operation lasting over 6 hours,
the patient needed to be briefed about the tasks
that would have to be performed during surgery and psychologically prepare her.
When I woke up in the operating theatre
I remember that the anaesthesiologist and psychologist were with me,
and were asking me if I remembered where I was, if I knew who they were.
They started to tell me jokes to calm me down
and then I know that the psychologist told me that I should start counting.
..two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine...
The aim of this surgery with a conscious patient under local anaesthetic
was that Gara could read and perform
other tasks related to language,
to ensure that the areas stimulated were not damaged
and only remove those areas where changes were not detected.
Intra-operative neurophysiology is really important because it gives us information
"Santiago Candela, Neurosurgeon at SJD Barcelona Children's Hospital"
about the brain's electrical activity at any time,
about the neural pathways to be kept during surgery.
During cortical mapping the electric current is administered
via a pico probe that we use in the surgical field.
The surgery was carried out as planned.
The tests performed until now indicate that the desired result was achieved.
According to the electro, the focus is invisible and has disappeared.
We will try lowering the medication dose to see if it works and she is no longer epileptic.
The fact that the team is able to make an intra-operative map
with a paediatric patient, although a teenager, who is awake
"Victoria San Antonio, Head of the Refractory Epilepsy Unit at SJD Barcelona Children's Hospital"
will allow other cases that have initially
been considered inoperable,
specifically for not wanting to risk a function
as important as language to be treated.

Arsenal news: 'I'm not finished yet' - Mesut Ozil sends defiant message to critics - Duration: 3:27.
The former Germany international has come in for immense criticism during his time at The Emirates, most of which has come as a result of his body language
But for as much criticism as he's received, the 30-year-old has also been lauded for his moments of brilliance, which have drawn comparisons to those of Arsenal legend Dennis Bergkamp
Ozil is flattered to have had his name mentioned in the same breath as Bergkamp but is determined to become a Gunners legend in his own right
"The fans have backed me ever since I arrived five years ago and because of that, I've been able to play in my preferred style," Ozil told Arsenal's official website
"I always want to control the game, give assists and help my team. It was like that with me from the start
"In my position you have many possibilities playing forward. You can demand the balls, make telling passes or score yourself
"I've been told so many times over the years that this is how Bergkamp played. Of course that makes me proud and it is an honour to be compared with him
"Bergkamp is a living legend at Arsenal and he was an amazing football player. "But I do not want to compare myself with anybody
I have my own style and I've had it since I was a kid. "I am proud of these comparisons, but I am Mesut Ozil and I'm not finished yet
" Unlike most players, Ozil's love of setting up his team-mates far outweighs the thrill he gets when he finds the back of the net
"Most kids only enjoy scoring goals but ever since I was young, I've always loved to give assists," he added
"Why? It's simple really. Through giving an assist, your friend can score and you help your team
Whenever I receive the ball, I always think offensively so I can pick out chances to score a goal or assist someone
"That's why it's normal for me to always get the ball and play it forwards. "In my opinion, a creative player should always have fun on the pitch and should trust their playing style in order to help the team
"I've been playing this way my whole life, which is why I still enjoy giving my team-mates assists to this day
" Ozil and his Arsenal team-mates continued their good form on Saturday afternoon with a 2-1 victory over Newcastle
They'll return to action on Thursday night, welcoming Ukrainian side FC Vorskla Poltava to the Emirates for their first Europa League game of the season

Do You Need a Facebook Business Page if You're a House Cleaner? - Duration: 7:36.
Do you need to be on Facebook or Instagram to grow a cleaning business?
That's a great question, and we're going to talk about that today.
Hi there. I'm Angela Brown and this is, Ask A House Cleaner.
This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question,
and I get to help you find an answer.
Now, today's show is brought to us by SavvyPerks.com
If you are an Airbnb, or a vacation rental-by-owner and you have a team of people that come and
work with you, this is an awesome way to incentivize and give bonuses to your team.
As a small business owner, you don't have the opportunity under a lot of circumstances
to pay regular benefits and health benefits and all the stuff that you would provide for
your independent contractors and/or employees.
This is a little perks program.
It's like $6.99 a month.
Super cheap, but it's a way to give them bonuses and incentives to stay your partners and to stay loyal.
All right.
Onto today's question, which is from a house cleaner, who is not on Facebook, not on Instagram,
not on Twitter, it's all a waste of time.
Do I need it to grow a cleaning business?
It's an excellent question for this reason.
I, myself was in the exact same boat.
For years, I just cleaned houses.
I kept my nose to the grindstone.
I hoped that all this social media stuff was going to go away.
I don't know why, because it only got bigger.
It did not go away.
I woke up one day.
I realized that there may be something to it.
I was very resistant to jumping online, because I too, really value my time.
I was sitting in a doctor's office.
A person sitting next to me said ... We got chatting and they said,
"Hey. Are you on Facebook?
I'll friend you."
I said, "I'm not.
It's such a waste of time."
They're like, "Oh my gosh, it's not about you at all.
It's about all the other people that are on Facebook."
As of February of this year, there were 2.3 billion people on Facebook,
that have active accounts, 2.3 billion.
The reality is, there are a whole lot of people, including all of your customers and all of
your clients, and most of your employees, and most of the people that you're going to
interact with, are already on Facebook.
You don't have to go out and search for their addresses and their emails and all this stuff.
They're already on Facebook.
They have profile pictures and they have an, about me section.
They have pictures and activities and stuff that's going on.
If you get a customer or a client, you can find them very quickly on Facebook.
You can find out their kids and what the games are that they're kids are involved in,
if it's soccer, if it's dancing or gymnastics.
There's a whole bunch of stuff you can find out really quickly, even before you to bid your first job.
Yes.
You have to be on social media now.
It's like a requirement.
It's a requirement, because that is where everyone is.
Now, how to get the most out of it.
It is a big time vacuum, and it will just suck away your time.
There are people I know that spend hours a day on social media, hanging out.
That's great.
It's a great place to hang out.
The reality is, you have to be very strategic and very laser focused about the time that you spend.
It's very difficult to run a business, while you're just, hanging out.
I would suggest a shopping list.
Now, there is a series of things that I do every single day on social media.
It's just like a shopping list.
When I go shopping and I don't like to shop.
I should tell you, I hate to shop.
I'm not a good shopper.
I go into the store.
I go in at the least busy times of the day, so that I can get in and get out.
I go into the store.
I go exactly to the aisle of the things that I need.
I put them in my cart.
I go straight to the checkout counter.
I pay the money and I get out of the store.
I don't walk up and down every aisle and linger, flip through a few magazines, read the backs
of a few boxes.
I don't do that.
I get exactly what I need.
Boom, I'm gone.
I do the same thing on social media.
There are lots of opportunities on social media.
There are lots of places you can learn.
Right now, I'm in charge of a couple of Facebook groups.
The Facebook groups are intended to teach.
People in that space will jump in.
They're like, "Hey guys.
What about this?"
If you are new to house cleaning, there are bunches, I mean bunches.
There are 8,000 of us in a private Facebook group for house cleaners.
We've just started a new Airbnb group that is for Airbnb owners and super hosts and people
that do their own cleaning for their own vacation rental-by-owner turnovers.
There are people that come.
They ask questions.
Other people with experience give them answers.
Now, not all of the answers are true.
Not all of the answers are good advice.
Some of them are just opinions.
Some people spout opinions of things they've never even tried.
You have to be aware that it's a public forum.
You're going to get a wide variety of public opinion.
It's a great place, if you're going to hang out.
It's a great place to hang out, in the industry in which you're in.
You're going to learn a lot of thing and a lot of tips and a lot of tricks.
You're going to learn a lot of things by trial and error, that other people have tried.
You don't have to reinvent the wheel on the trial and error, you just listen to your friend
here and you're like, "Ooh.
That didn't work out so well for you.
Note to self.
Don't do that."
Right?
Yeah.
Grab a free account.
It's free to join Facebook.
It's free to join twitter, and it's free to join Instagram, and LinkedIn, and Pinterest,
and all these different places, where you can actually link all of your accounts to
your business website.
It creates more, what we're going to call, domain authority.
As you create the domain authority, and the little spider bots that read the search engines
go out into the universe, they're going to connect everything back to you, by your handles
that you use on social media and the conversations that you have.
All of that tags back into your level of authority in the topic in which you're in, which in
case, it's house cleaning.
Do you need a social media account?
Yeah.
You do.
The time has come.
Even I admitted this in January of 2016.
I realized it's not going away.
It's only getting bigger.
You're going to have to bite the bullet and you're going to have to get in there and you're
going to have to create the profile, you're going to have to create the about section.
You're going to have to create the business Facebook page.
It's what everybody's doing, that is now standard in the industry.
If you're going to succeed in the industry, your customers will ask you,
"What's your Facebook page?"
You go, "Boom.
It's right here."
You give them a business card with a QR code.
They scan it and now they're on your Facebook page.
They can look at ratings and reviews from other people you have served.
You can also link them to your Yelp review, and your Google and there's a bunch of other
stuff on the internet, that you can link everything too.
Yeah, if you are not on social media, you are a day late and a dollar short already.
Jump online.
Don't beat yourself up over it, but jump online and go ahead and get connected.
Right now, that is where the rest of the world already is.
Alright, that's my two cents for today. Until we meet again,
leave the world a cleaner place, than when you found it.

Hobie Outfitter voltado e auxíliado por Kayak PA 14 - 4K 50FPS - Duration: 5:15.
A unexpected wave broke over me. The Kayak Capsized.
Completely surprised I was unable to react
My fishing buddy João Vaz comes to my rescue.
At full speed ahead
- Are you OK ?
- Are you OK ?
- Are you good ?
The tackle and gear boxes weren't tied to the kayak, they quickly spread around me.
- Be careful!
My friend João didn't waste time and started picking up the boxes
With the help of a wave I righted the Kayak. I climbed back into it.
The surf and the spume is making harder to collect the boxes
- Be careful!
- Do you want your paddle ?
- OK
The tackle box with the lures was unlocked, It fell into the water and the lures are spread all around.
- There is one over there!
- Be careful with the wave behind you!
- There is something blue over there
- There more of these over there
- An there is a green lure
- The lures are annoying me...
- I 'm going to take another look around
A few minutes ago in this place a identical wave capsized my kayak
João's commitment collecting the lures and boxes is impressive.
The PA 14's seaworthiness is also impressive
