Hey there and welcome to Life Noggin It's a beautiful butterfly, and now it's a

dragon!?

Wow!

The human body is pretty resistant.

Not only is it pretty good at growing, but if you get a cut, a bruise, or even break

a bone, your body usually has a way of repairing itself.

But sometimes, the same mechanisms that keep you healthy can mutate and cause your body

to grow and develop more or less than it would normally.

Imagine that one day, you find a huge lump on your ribcage, and, even after getting it

x-rayed, you still don't know what's going on.

Eventually you find out that you have a rare genetic disorder where your body becomes more

and more immobile due to a dehabillitaing amount of bone growth, to the point where

you relish the escape of video games since it's one of the only activities where you

don't feel left out.

Well that's the life of Daniel Williams, an 11-year old boy living in Houston, Texas.

And all of this is happening because Daniel has what's known as "stone man syndrome".

Stone man syndrome, also known more officially as FOP, is a disorder where tissue from your

muscles, tendons, and ligaments are gradually replaced by bone.

This causes bone to form outside of your skeleton, which can begin to limit how much you can

move around.

Generally, people with FOP begin to notice it when they're kids, with symptoms starting

in their neck and shoulders, and then moving down their body and into their limbs.

For Daniel and other people with FOP, safety is a big deal.

That's because physical trauma, even things that would otherwise be beneficial like surgically

removing the bone growth, can cause their FOP to flare up.

While there is still no cure, scientists /have/ tracked the cause for FOP back to a mutation

in a specific gene in your DNA.

So maybe with more research, there's hope for a cure in the future!

Now, FOP is pretty rare, but it isn't the only condition that causes excessive growth

in your body.

There's also neurofibromatosis, or Nf, which has three different types, but is generally

a genetic disorder that mainly affects nerve cell tissues.

It can cause tumors to grow on your nerves, which may be benign, but can also be dangerous

as they compress your nerves and other tissues.

Sometimes the tumors are even cancerous.

There's no cure for Nf, but treatments can help to control the symptoms.

Unlike with FOP, sometimes it's recommended to remove any harmful growths through surgery.

Radiation therapy is also sometimes an option.

Another condition along the lines of abnormal bodily growth is epidermodysplasia verruciformis,

or EV, more commonly thought of as "tree man syndrome".

In this extremely rare skin disease, wart-like lesions begin to cover your body, resembling

tree bark.

The growths can be limited to a small cluster of only a few warts, or expand to the point

where they cover a large part of your body.

There's currently no cure.

You can remove the warts surgically, though it may only be a temporary solution, as they

can sometimes come back.

Any of these conditions can certainly affect the quality of your life.

Hopefully one day we can find a cure for all of them, or at least find more effective ways

to treat their symptoms.

Have you ever wondered if some stories of demonic possession could be true? In today's

modern age, people generally scoff at demonic possession. Spooky ghost stories and the like

are meant to be left in horror novels and films, or so they say. Despite a general disbelief,

a demand for exorcisms has risen so much that the Catholic Church had to hold a conference

about it. Even a prominent psychiatrist claims demonic possession is the real thing. With

so many people believing they're possessed, maybe some cases are actually true? Well,

I'm Mike with List25 and there's no way to know for sure. But you can always say a prayer

and listen to these 25 Horrible Demonic Possessions That Could Be True.

25. Anna Ecklund

In 1912, this fourteen-year-old girl from Iowa was a devout Catholic, but her father

and aunt, who practiced witchcraft, would curse her and taint her food. After a while,

she couldn't enter a church or look at religious artifacts, and became sexually depraved. Some

witnesses testified that she spoke in languages she'd never known before. She supposedly levitated

and vomited out of her mouth. Eventually, priests came to exorcise the demons and after

twenty-three days, they declared her free of demonic possession.

24. The Ammons Family

Gary police Capt. Charles Austin said he thought the story involving a mother and three children

being possessed was a hoax until he visited the house several times. Since then, he said

he's a "believer." From a swarm of flies in winter to a little boy walking backward up

a wall, many strange and eerie things happened in the Ammons' home. Eventually, this caught

the attention of the Catholic Church and priests exorcised the demons. Since then, the family

claims things have turned back to normal.

23. Michael Taylor

In 1974, this man worked as a butcher and was considered an affable man, but not particularly

religious. However, he began attending Christian Fellowship Group and became enamored with

the lay leader, Marie Robinson. Eventually, he had an episode of becoming "bestial" and

verbally assaulted Robinson to the point where he had to be restrained. He had no memory

of the incident, but his personality slowly deteriorated to the point where priests came

to perform an exorcism. They said they exorcised 40 demons, but murder was still inside him.

Soon after, he brutally murdered his wife in a grisly and violent manner and afterward,

proceeded to kill his dog, ripping off its limbs.

22. Elizabeth Knapp

Twenty years before the Salem Witch Trials, this sixteen-year-old girl was a servant in

the house of Samuel Willard, a prominent Puritan preacher. When she started having violent

fits, Willard consulted a local doctor, but the doctor didn't know what was causing it.

She also would speak in a hollow voice and call the minister a "great black rogue" and

said he "tells the people a company of lies." Little is recorded of what happened to her

later.

21. George Lukins

This man's possession started in 1788 when he would violently slap himself in the face

and have wild fits. As his possession grew worse, he claimed he was the devil, made barking

noises, sung an inverted hymn, and was very violent. Priests exorcised his demons, and

it was reported afterward he was "calm and happy" as if back to normal.

20. Antoine Gay

In the late 19th century, this man became a lay brother at a monastery but eventually

was considered demonically possessed. Some of the symptoms included having knowledge

of things he would have no way of knowing and speaking in Latin, though he had no official

training in it. No exorcism was performed on him and he died in 1871.

19. "Julia"

Dr. Richard E. Gallagher never considered demon possession to be real until he saw it

up close and personal with a woman called "Julia." Julia would know things about Gallagher

that only he knew and even had books flying off the shelves around her at one point. Sometimes

her voice would appear on his phone when he was talking to a priest. Julia tried to be

exorcised but eventually gave up and was later diagnosed with cancer.

18. Carolyn Perron and Her Family

This mother and family moved into their new 14-room home in 1971 not expecting what would

befall them soon after. Things started small, like a broom missing, until the children started

seeing spirits, some friendly and others not. Other events took place, like beds rising

off the floor and rooms smelling like rotting flesh. They found a Satanist had once lived

in the house, and they tried to have the demons removed through exorcism.

17. Robert the Doll

As a young boy, Gene Otto loved this doll, but when mutilated toys and weird things happened,

he would say, "Robert did it!" Accounts of the doll giggling menacingly and going from

room to room spread through the neighborhood, and eventually, the doll was put in the attic.

When Gene inherited the house, he brought Robert down and painted with him. It's said

the doll drove his wife insane. The doll is now on display at the Fort East Martello Museum.

16. The Dibbuk Box

This old Jewish wine box was owned by a Holocaust survivor and brought to the US. The owner

told her daughter to never open it because it contained a demon. The daughter eventually

sold it to a shopkeeper named Mannis, but he didn't believe the story until he opened

it and weird things started happening. Later, his store was destroyed with nothing stolen,

lightbulbs smashed out of nowhere and a strange, disembodied voice screamed. When Mannis gave

the box to his mother, she died of a stroke five minutes after receiving it.

15. Robbie Mannheim

This thirteen-year-old boy from Maryland became obsessed with using an Ouija board to contact

his dead aunt. His behavior changed rapidly and his home suddenly was filled with strange

noises and supernatural activity. Eventually, the family requested a priest to exorcise

the demons. During the exorcism, he spoke in fluent Latin and words like "Hell" and

"Evil" would appear on his body. Afterward, Manneheim went back to normal and lived a

normal life.

14. The Bell Family

In 1817, the Bell Family lived on a farm in Adams, Tennessee. John Bell started seeing

weird things around the farm but told his family to say nothing of it for fear of being

called crazy. Their whole house soon became possessed with daughter, Betsy, waking up

with handprints and welts on her face. John also suffered choking fits and eventually

fell into a coma and died.

13. Father Marian Rajchel

After this priest performed an exorcism on a teenager, he later started receivedÂ

several disturbing text messages. He believes demons are using the cell phone to taunt him,

sending him messages like, "Shut up, preacher. You cannot save yourself." Another message

read, "She will not come out of this hell. She’s mine. Anyone who prays for her

will die."

12. Arne Johnson

This murderer is one of the first to use demonic possession as an argument for innocence. His

girlfriend's brother, David Glatzel, claimed to have witnessed a demon at night and had

scratches and bruises on his arms. He went to Arne for help and they approached a priest

to exorcise the demons. They supposedly exorcised 40 demons, but turned their attention to Arne

for helping David. Soon after, while having dinner with his girlfriend and their landlord

Alan Bono, Arne murdered Bono with a pocket knife. His case didn't hold up in court.

11. Man Exorcised by Pope Francis

In 2013, a 43-year-old Mexican father claimed to be possessed by many demons, having already

had 30 exorcisms performed by 10 exorcists. He eventually had Pope Francis pray over him

and it was captured on video. Witnesses claim during that time a horrible roar of a lion

was heard. The man claims his whole life deteriorated when he was first possessed. He'd fall into

trances and speak in unknown languages. Sadly, he still claims to have demons inside of him.

10. Gottliebin Dittus

This 28-year-old woman was born to deeply religious parents in Mottlingen, Germany.

After a priest and doctors claimed their house was haunted, Reverend Johann Christoph Blumhardt

advised Gottliebin be removed from the house as she had the worst symptoms. Once she was,

the hauntings ceased. She only grew worse. Speaking in different languages, having violent

convulsions, and yelling out blasphemies, the young girl spoke in a different voice

entirely. During the exorcisms, she supposedly threw up blood, nails, and glass. After two

agonizing years, Blumhardt finally found a way to exorcise the demon entirely and became

a local hero to the villagers.

9. Jason Dalton

This Uber driver who murdered six people told the police his Uber app was possessed and

told him to do it. He claimed the devil sent Satanic messages through the app. A Satanic

symbol popped up on the screen and when he clicked it, he immediately became Satan's

puppet.

8. John Jenkin

The night before this man hacked his mother and sister to death with an ax, he said, "I

am the devil, I need to confess." He was also heard by witnesses to speak in a strange language

and said he was possessed by demons.

7. The Smurls Family

Also known as the Smurl haunting, this family claims their house was haunted by a demon

from 1974 to 1989. From loud noises and bad odors to more violent activities like having

their dog thrown against a wall and their daughter thrown down a flight of stairs, the

Smurls claimed to experience all kinds of horrors that brought the attention of demonologists,

priests, psychologists, and heavy media coverage. While some backed up their claims, many others

said it was a hoax.

6. Woman Seen by William Friedkin

This director of The Exorcist recently made a documentary following real-life exorcist

Father Amorth as he performed an exorcism. The woman known as Elizabeth would shake violently

as Amorth chanted Latin spells to cast out the evil spirits. She'd also scream, "Don't

touch her!" and "I am Satan!"

5. Anneliese Michel

Growing up in 1960's Bavaria, this girl would occasionally go into trances, convulsions,

pass out randomly, and wet her bed. She was diagnosed with epilepsy and given medicine,

but it didn't seem to help her and the symptoms only grew worse. Eventually, she would do

400 squats a day, crawl under the bed and bark like a dog, eat spiders and coal, and

even bit the head off of a dead bird. She believed she was possessed by five demons:Â

Lucifer, Cain, Judas, Hitler, and Nero. Exorcisms did nothing to help her, and she died of malnutrition

and dehydration in July 1st, 1976.

4. Clara Germana Cele

This sixteen-year-old girl was said to be possessed by a demon in 1960. She admitted

to making a pact with the devil and could do extraordinary things, like speak in many

languages she didn't formerly know, have super strength, and clairvoyance. At one time, she

levitated five feet in the air and could easily hurl nuns across the room. She was successfully

exorcised and said to be acting totally normal afterward.

3. Pat Reading

Living in Litchfield, Connecticut, this woman started feeling a dark presence by her side

and would occasionally be pushed and hit by an unseen force. Eventually, the attacks

grew more violent until she'd be black and blue in places she wouldn't be able to do

to herself. Found to not have any psychosis, Reading turned to exorcism.

2. H.H. Holmes

Psychopath, con-artist, and America's first serial killer, this man created a castle with

a labyrinth of hidden chambers, rooms, and compartments to keep his victims before torturing

and murdering them. He was captured and confessed to killing 27 people, but it could be upwards

of 200. Many believed the only way he could have done these things was to be possessed

by Satan. He even confessed, "Yes, I was born with the devil in me. I could not help the

fact that I was a murderer no more then the poet can help the inspiration to song..."

1. David Berkowitz

Also known as "Son of Sam," this serial killer plagued New York City's streets from 1976

to 1977, killing six people and wounding seven using a revolver. When police searched his

apartment, they found Satanic graffiti and diaries confessing to other atrocities. He

pled guilty to the murders and told police his neighbor's dog was possessed by a demon

and told him to do it.

usually most of people think that

if they don't use white sugar

and substitute the white sugar with brown sugar

it is considered as a good choice

but in this video I am going to reveal important information about use of brown sugar

which you must know it

about white sugar and the harms of consuming white sugar

and that white sugar is refined, almost everybody knows

and here once more I should remind that

the white sugar or refined sugar

does not have any vitamins or minerals

and does not have any benefit for the body

and by consuming white sugar we only store more of calories in our body

if I want to address a small part of harms that consuming white sugar can cause to our body

I should say that consuming white sugar is like fuel for growth of cancerous cells in our body

and consuming white sugar causes addition to it

and is the main reason of obesity and fat production in the body

even it has been said white sugar is harmful for the spiritual and mind health

and you should avoid it

in order to avoid the harmful effects of white sugar

many people have substituted the brown sugar in place of the white sugar

an important truth you must know is that

using the brown sugar is as harmful as the same as using the white sugar

and there is nor difference between these two

in fact the brown sugar is the same white sugar

which only Molasses has been added to it

which causes the appearance and colour of the sugar to change

but in nature is exactly same as white sugar

and there is no difference

also brown sugar holds only very little amount of vitamins and minerals

and consuming it has not benefits for the body

so you should know brown sugar is not a suitable and healthy choice in order to substitute it with white sugar

and you definitely must avoid using it

or decrease the usage of it in your daily diet

another point I need to remind is that

do not trust any information printed on the labels of food produces in the supermarkets

many food products contains harmful ingredients which is not written on their labels

and you should not necessarily believe any printed information on the food labels

the food products could carry harmful ingredients in them which is not mentioned on the labels at all

now we reach to the point that if we remove white and brown sugar from our daily diet, what can be replaced in their place

there are other choices which you can have as a healthier choice in your daily diet

for example

you can replace the coconut sugar instead of white and brown sugar

Remember how Donald Trump said

he wanted to deter illegal immigrants?

Well, uh, like most things he does,

it isn't really working out.

NEWSWOMAN: The New York Times reports the detention

of migrant children in the U.S. has skyrocketed

to the highest levels ever.

Almost 13,000 migrant kids are being housed

at federally contracted shelters

compared to 2,400 in May of last year.

Goddamn, 13,000 kids?

Trump has now imprisoned more kids than R. Kelly.

And, I'm sorry, 13,000-- this is a ridiculous number.

Like, at a certain point, it doesn't seem

like you're dealing with immigration.

It just looks like you're building a Temple of Doom.

That's what it feels like.

And, by the way, like, why do they wrap them in foil?

It's like they can't tell the difference between a Mexican kid

and an actual burrito.

What is going on there?

In other news, if you thought the art

in your grandmother's home was dated,

wait until you see what scientists have just found.

Scientists working in South Africa say

they have discovered the world's oldest human drawing.

Researchers say the latest sketch,

which was done in ochre crayon,

looks a bit like a hashtag.

You can see the nine highlighted red lines.

Scientists say the sketch is about 73,000 years old.

(flatly): Wow.

(laughter)

I'm not gonna lie, man. There's no way I could ever be

a scientist, because if it was my job to sort rocks and art,

that shit would have been in the rocks pile.

I mean, don't get me wrong. I didn't have high expectations

for the first drawing ever.

But I'm still disappointed, because, let's be honest,

that thing is trash.

Like, I bet even other cavemen were like,

"Dude, I don't even know what a drawing is,

but that sucks, that sucks."

I'm sure that caveman's mom thought

it was a masterpiece though. He probably stuck it

to the world's oldest fridge. That's where they found it.

All right, moving on. Uh, vaping.

It is now the second most popular pastime for teenagers.

But thanks to the FDA,

the industry's future might go up in smoke.

The FDA said today

that vaping by teenagers has reached epidemic levels.

Anna Werner now on the government's plans

to crack down on e-cigarettes.

WERNER: FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb

is stepping up the pressure,

telling five companies they have 60 days

to submit plans to keep e-cigarettes out

of teens' hands or face the possibility

of the FDA pulling flavored products,

which experts say appeal to teens off the market.

Okay. This seems like a simple issue to solve.

Teens love vaping because they like the flavors.

So if you want to get the kids to stop vaping,

just stop with the kid-friendly flavors.

Yeah. Strawberry, bubble gum? No.

You got to use flavors only old people like.

Yeah. Stuff like kale or...

whole branzino,

cinnamon and lox bagel.

Those are the flavors.

Oh, and-and, by the way, I don't know if you noticed this,

but I love how the news sends their reporter into a hurricane.

But then once he gets there, like, "Hey, uh,

can you do this vape story, please?"

Like, sometimes I think hurricane stories

are just how you get hazed when you join the news.

Because he's just doing the regular stories

with a hurricane backdrop.

Like, 20 minutes later, it was, like, gale-force winds

and he's doing a cooking segment.

"Lightly grease the pan

in the way you want it to taste!"

Most MYSTERIOUS MONSTER Sightings Ever Recorded! - Duration: 11:58.

From large footprints in the jungle, to glowing red eyes in no mans land, here are 9 of the

most mysterious monster sightings.

9.

Morbach Monster In Germany, there is a town called Wittlich

that has a legend about a bad soldier who turned into a wolf beast during the days of

Napoleon.

This soldier who had deserted was running away and came upon this small town.

So far it doesn't sound so bad, you could argue that maybe the soldier was drafted and

he didn't want to fight with Napoleon!

BUT, he got into some kind of altercation and ended up killing a farmer and his wife.

The wife cursed the soldier just before dying, and the curse turned him into a wolf-like

creature, one that stalked the forests of the area until the villagers came together

to kill the beast.

Fast forward to modern times, and US servicemen at the Hahn Air Base, which is near the forest

next to Wittlich, claim to have seen a wolf-life creature that stood on two legs.

One report was that a military policeman was checking out a disturbance at the edge of

the base when he came face-to-face with the creature.

The creature then did "three long leaping steps" before bounding over a fence that

was at least five feet tall.

Adding to the mystery, a sniffer dog was brought in to track the mystery beast, but once it

got its scent, it went crazy, and absolutely refused to go after it.

More stories about the Morbach Monster have been collected over the years and all of the

descriptions seem to match.

Since no one has caught the creature, and there is no solid evidence, the truth is still

a mystery.

The Flatwoods Monster On September 12th, 1952, an odd event happened

in West Virginia that is still unexplained to this day.

On that day, a fireball was seen in the sky.

But, unlike regular meteors and comets and such, this fireball was actually seen all

across the United States.

The interesting thing is that the fireball was confirmed all the way from California,

up to where it landed in West Virginia.

Edward and Fred May, who were in West Virginia, saw the fireball, and then realized that it

was crashing on a nearby farm.

Along with their friend, their mother, and neighbor, they went to go and observe the

crash site.

When they arrived, the area was covered in an odd mist, and a metallic sound of sorts

was filling the air.

As they tried to get closer to figure out what was going on, they noticed a pair of

red eyes looked at them through the mist.

According to their accounts, the creature that was looking at them was about ten feet

tall, and had a glowing green body.

The creature hissed at them and started to approach, and all of them ran.

Police and other people from the town explored the area, but found nothing.

Yet, a reporter found some odd "skid marks" near where the crash was, and also found an

"odd, gooey deposit".

This mystery is a bit more unique, as you have people of various ages admitting to having

seen this "creature".

But the creature was never found.

So, was it real?

And if it wasn't, what did the five people really see?

The Hounds of Mons

In World War I, trench warfare was the dominant form of combat, which created No Man's Land

all across several countries in Europe.

In one such No Man's Land in Mons there was a mysterious story.

A Canadian Captain, A.J.

Newhouse, claimed that within the No Man's Land of Mons was a beast.

He believed this because one day a patrol was sent into No Man's Land, and they never

returned.

When their bodies were found, they had teeth marks on their throats.

Since that point, any and all patrols that were sent into No Man's Land at Mons were

met with the same fate.

And people did claim to see pairs of eyes, eyes of a beast, within the No Man's Land.

And howls were heard from deep in the trenches.

This went on until the beast suddenly vanished.

So, what was it?

Or did it ever exist at all?

Research into the story seems to indicate that Newhouse made the whole thing up.

But if he did, why?

What if the enemy used trained dogs.

Or maybe there were wolves in the area?

By now, too many years have gone by to tell what the hounds of mons might have been.

Kongamoto In 1932, a traveler by the name of Frank Melland

was doing research for a book that he would title "Witch-Bound Africa".

In this book, he noted that he spoke to tribes in West Africa that described being attacked

by a lizard-like bird with large membrane wings that resembled a bat.

Very unlike anything that is technically in the world today, that we know of.

Unless you count the very recent "sightings" of La Gargola de Barceloneta in Puerto Rico!!

There's all kinds of creatures there!!

Anyhoo, seeing a resemblance of description to a Pterodactyl, Melland showed them a picture

of one, and they all reacted, and said it was like the creature they saw, except they

called it the Kongamoto.

Which roughly means "breaker of boats".

In Zambia, in 1957, a patient was brought into Fort Roseberry and noted that he was

attacked by a large bird/bat creature, and that it was near a swamp that happened to

be nearby.

Ironically, that swamp was a birdwatching spot, and yet no sightings of the Kongamoto

were ever reported from there outside of the tribe.

Still, the tribe claim that the Kongamoto is real, and that they've been attacked by

it several times.

So if it is real, why haven't people seen it since the 30's?

Especially if it was as big as the reports claim?

No one knows, but speculation is that it could either be a case of misidentification, or,

that the creature died out not long after 1932.

5.

U-28 Crocodile During World War I, there was a British Steamer

known as the Iberian.

It was going through the waters next to Ireland when it came under attack by a U-28 German

submarine.

A battle commenced, and despite the Iberian fleeing with all she had, the submarine won

in the end.

But that's just the beginning of the story, not the end.

You see, the captain of the submarine, Baron von Forstner, went to the viewfinder to watch

the Iberian sink.

When he did, he caught a glimpse of something he couldn't explain.

Soon after the Iberian fully sank, there was an explosion.

it was likely the Iberian's internals giving out and causing the blast.

But whatever caused it, Forstner claimed that he saw a massive sea crocodile thrown into

the air.

So certain was he of this that he wrote an article about it in a German newspaper in

1933 and said the following: "The animal was about 20 meters [65 ft]

long and crocodile-like in shape, with pairs of strong front and hind legs adapted for

swimming, and a long head that tapered towards the nose."

He claimed to have seen it for "10 to 15 seconds at a distance of about 150 to 100

meters (500–300 ft) in bright sunshine."

Now, unlike many "monster sightings", Forstner was very specific.

He gave measurements, noted that it was bright outside, gave key details about the monsters'

shape, and more.

Not to mention, he had just gotten glory in a battle, there's no point in talking about

a "monster" unless it was really there.

Further adding to the mystery is that 6 other crew members claimed to have seen the creature,

and certain credible scientists believe he honestly did see it.

And one zoologist, Bernard Heuvelmans felt the description matched up with a prehistoric

giant crocodile that could possibly still be living today called the Thalattosuchia.

Everyone keep an eye out!!

The mystery remains, did Forstner really see it?

And if so, has this massive crocodile ever been seen again?

4.

Little Bigfoot John McKinnon was a famous British Zoologist,

one who helped discover many new creatures in Vietnam.

He also wrote a book in 1974 that stated he found something he didn't want to know the

answer to.

He describes a disturbing footprint in the earth, he said it was "a print so like a

man's yet so definitely not a man's" that it made his skin crawl.

The sole was too short and "too broad to be that of a man and the big toe was on the

opposite side to what seemed to be the arch of the foot."

His guide at the time told him that the footprint belonged to the people of the forest, called

"Batatut".

McKinnon though knew something was off, and decided not investigate further.

But his book helped spawn the legend of "Little Bigfoot".

Ironically enough, this wasn't the only sighting within the region of Southeast Asia.

Another book, Strange But True Stories of the Vietnam War, stated that six soldiers

from the 101st Airborne were deep in the jungles of Vietnam when they saw a 5-foot tall bipedal

creature covered in red fur.

They originally thought it was an orangutan, but there aren't any in Vietnam.

So what is "Little Bigfoot"?

Were the two sightings the same creature?

And are there more than just one out there?

Brosno Dragon In Russia, there are people who are convinced

that a creature lives in the waters of Lake Brosno.

The legend goes like this, a group of Tatar horsemen, a people who numbered as much as

5 million in the late 20th century and lived in west-central Russia, were on their way

to Novgorod.

However, on their way, they stopped at the Brosno Lake to rest.

While they did, a "reptilian monster" rushed out of the water and attacked them, killing

many, and forcing the others to flee.

There's also a story about the creature living in the lake actually swallowing a German plane

whole from World War II.

These stories got the attention of a group of UFO hunters who thought they had detected

something in the water after examining it.

But, when they did tests to see what would come up, nothing did.

Though various explanations for the Brosno Dragon have been given over the years, few

explain what happened to the Tatar Horsemen, or to that German pilot.

Kraken One of the most legendary monster sightings

of all time has to be the one and only Kraken.

A squid of such size that it would dwarf and consume massive vessels.

But despite this story being born during the time of sailboats, there have been many modern

day accounts of the Kraken, including some in World War II.

A British Trawler was docked off of the Maldives.

A crewman, A.G. Starkey, was on the deck of the trawler when he thought he saw something

in the water: His account states that as he gazed, a circle

of green light began to glow and he realized that it was an eye.

Gradually, he realized that he was gazing almost point-blank at a huge squid."

But the story didn't end there.

After seeing the eye of the squid, he walked from one end of the ship to the next, and

he found that the tentacles reached to the other end, making this "kraken" about 175

feet long.

No one else on the trawler saw the squid, but there are many whales that have appeared

with gigantic suction marks on them.

Could the Kraken really exist??

The Mist A monster does not need a corporeal form to

be frightening, as the crew of a C-130 Cargo plane found out in the Vietnam War.

For Robert L. Pollock, along with his crew saw something they truly couldn't explain.

It all started when Pollock saw a disturbance in the back of the plane:

He said he noticed movement at the rear of the empty cargo compartment.

He was stunned to see a whirling grey, cloudy mass forming at the rear door.

The mass was whirling clockwise and it completely filled in the entire rear of the aircraft

within seconds."

Believing it was a technical issue, he searched the plane for a malfunction, but didn't find

one.

He then brought in the rest of the crew to see it for themselves, and when they did,

the mist seemed to come towards them.

Pollock punched the cloud, and his hand vanished from sight.

He and his crewman then stepped into the mist, and they couldn't see anything, not even each

other.

It's not quite a Stephen King novel, but its close!!

Then, as quickly as it came, it was gone, but it left in a complete reversal of how

it came on board.

The crew agreed not to talk about this for a while because they figured no one would

believe them.

And together we are building our own tiny shipping container house.

It's time to solve the puzzle.

Let's put this puzzle together.

It's gonna be a lot of work now, we have a lot of studs to cut and to position.

Yeah. You have.

It's like a huge puzzle.

That's cool.

Let's do it?

Yeah.

Let's get working.

Well, it's time to work. But first let's organize this mess.

Much better.

Now we can start working.

By the way, this left pile I had cut to the length on the day before.

Talking about the day before

you forgot to mention that we also prepared the woods for the window's framing on the day before.

So let's start from the beginning.

Now that we need to wait for the stain to dry, it's about time to start assembling the studs.

No no no. Too fast. There is one more thing we didn't show. This small wooden pieces.

That's true.

Well, this is just a simple way we found to connect the studs to the brackets

using some leftover wood that we had.

So now back to the framing.

Now we need to do that one.

This one is ready.

Just so you guys understand it.

We're just cutting all the studs to size and locating them where they're gonna be.

We're not screwing them on a place yet because we still need to

paint the second coat on the wooden frame and wait for it to dry.

And then we can screw everything together.

But it's on place and we can keep you know organizing stuff.

And when the stain is dry we can install it.

Hope tomorrow.

Because the weather is too wet.

It's just really really rainy and it's just really wet and the coat we gave of stain yesterday it's just still wet.

Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

As you can tell it's loose still we didn't screw anything on place.

Because as we told you we need to give a second coat on...

these pieces of wood.

So we still need to give a second coat of stain on this wooden frame.

That's what we're gonna do now and then tomorrow if the weather helps and this dries out

we can install the wooden frame and then we can screw everything on place.

But it looks good.

So, let's paint.

It's dried!

Finally.

Two days to dry because the weather is just too...

Humid.

So now...

Next challenge: to finish the frames to install the frames and then to screw all the studs on place.

So let's get working.

Let's start from the kitchen window.

I don't know you if you guys remember but we're gonna use this in order to screw that easier.

One frame is done and ready to be installed.

Let's try to put it on place. It's always tricky because we think it fits

but you only know it when you try it on place.

It's time to try it on place.

Let's put the top first.

Time to fix one mistake.

I mean it's not a mistake.

It's just something we needed to do.

I don't know if you remember but this wall was an empty space in the past

because we cut the shipping container in a half so this wall didn't exist.

When we built this wall on Episode 4 of the season I guess or 3 or 4.

We can leave here the link.

We basically welded a plate of the shipping container on the top one on the bottom and 2 bars

here to hold the window, right?

When we did that we ended up with a long window that actually it's longer than it was supposed to be.

Look at this.

So now we have a problem.

When the plywood of the wall comes here

it's gonna be longer... I mean like deeper than the wall.

Like... the window is gonna be deeper than the wall.

So that means that this frame wouldn't fit, you know?

We couldn't fit the frame in here.

So instead we decided to change the design of these wooden box

just on this part, and we're gonna do like...

No, this way.

We're gonna do like this.

But in the end...

In the end I think it's gonna look good and we fixed the problem.

I mean it's a little bit different than it was supposed to be but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

It looks good.

Last one: this door.

We are almost there. We're almost moving to the inside.

We are, you know ,counting the days to start building the walls and building the furniture.

That's gonna be really cool.

Yeah.

But we still have a few steps before we can do that. But finishing the whole framing...

Not the whole framing. We still have one little spot to finish framing.

When I say she's too honest, she... you know... she is too honest.

There is a small part that we didn't frame around the entry door.

You guys know our door is sick, we don't need to talk about that again.

But that's gonna be really quick.

It's just a small spot.

We're just waiting for the rain to stop then we can fix that.

But for now, we can consider that the whole house is framed. It's better like this, right?

Yeah, there is one spot that we didn't frame, but we wont' frame it.

like plywood with fiberglass shower cabin there is no need for framing it.

All we've done is to weld 4 brackets on the shipping container.

To hold the cabin on place.

And that's it.

Yeah. And some people are asking what is the distance between the studs

and what's the width of it.

The distance between studs is 55 centimeters.

Wait wait wait, don't say any bad things about us on the comment section below.

We have a reason for 55 usually people use 60 centimeters

because most of the kinds of insulation comes in 60 centimeters.

And the sheet of drywall is 1.60?

I'm not sure but I don't know the size of the sheet of drywall

but it's divided by 60. If you divide it by 60, it's better.

In our case the insulation has no measurements because it's behind of the frame

and we're gonna use plywood and the plywood we buy comes in 2.2 meters.

That means that if we divide it by 4 spots that's 4 times 55 centimeters.

That's the reason why we have 55 centimeters.

And we're using the 2 inches stud.

That's true. 2 inches stud thickness...

Yeah. Thick, width...

You got it.

4.8 centimeters stud.

It's the smallest one, so we can have more space inside the house.

That's true.

And, what else?

Other than that... next week.

One more thing to add.

It was much easier then the first time we did the framing.

We took like maybe 2 days to frame the entire half of the house.

And this was our second time framing. Imagine for someone who does this every single day.

A professional must think we're slow. But we are proud of ourselves. It's enough for us.

Yeah, we might fix the door, entry door.

If it's not raining.

that when I put five watts into the

amplifier I get 50 watts out it's about

the 590 on and the high power to give

thing on five watts pulls at 30 amps

right because I'm getting 50 out because

everything's actually running and it's

ready to go so 10 watts would give me a

hundred you know 20 watts would give me

200 but it's somewhere between 30 and 80

amps is where it's doing all the work

so the bass player got isn't man enough

for it you see because I need one of

those I think they call it the brick the

Manson 120 or something but it's about

380 pounds just to drive this now I

could do it without if you remember

going all the way back this was gonna be

my 12-volt station and he needs

everybody's running on 12 volts but I

should really buy a massive great power

supply and then have the ability to

switch in a huge great leisure battery

or something so we can run the station

you know you know to pretend there's an

emergency but what happens if there

really is an emergency it'd be really

cool to have a full-on station with four

hours five hours of laptop I wouldn't

get any internet of course but why do I

need a laptop no well we could do email

over the Internet couldn't we I've done

isn't it half an hour so I can't be into

huge amount of batteries to run the

amplifier for three or four hours so

maybe I just have a pleasure battery

that runs the radios you know because

I'm at but two and seventy that will be

handy for local stuff certainly up to 50

miles mmm all right well I'll take you

down the shack in a week and then we'll

them will move to coax and we'll get

some high-power going out the door at

and all you have to know is that it's

pretty much free for startups because

there's just so many credits that you

get right away, you can use

it nearly endlessly for free. It's full

of features, the pricing is pretty

transparent, and it uses AI to display

the best version for your visitor. By

version we mean variant or the content

version that you have. So, specifically

let me show you exactly what is A/B

tested on marksight.com

The headline here where you see my mouse.

This is the headline, and I have several

versions of this headline to try and

interest the user into staying on the

website and using it further. And the

video here as well, I have several

versions of the video and the best one

that the user likes, will be

shown in the future. Now why is A/B

testing so important? And why am I making

a video about it? Well I'm sharing a

little secret that I have, this is my

Google Analytics page for marksight.com and

my usual sell-through rate or conversion

rate is a little under half a percent.

This is my normal here, and around this

time, I installed SnippetAI.com on the

website and I have several A/B tests

running. And we can see that the result

is pretty much almost immediate. I have

probably 30 percent increase in my

conversion rate. This is my dashboard

on SnippetAI.com, here we can see that

this is my welcome message, different

versions of it. And the best performing

one so far is this "selling online

improve your sales" one. But this other

one "online sellers should use your

research" is not far behind. Now here's

the very cool par,t since it's artificial

intelligence, it's trying to serve all

four versions to different website

users and learn from them. Eventually it

starts to learn very neat things that

you will never be able to pick up on

your on your own. Here's an example:

English United States

users like one version, and English United

Kingdom users like another version. By

"like" I mean they stay on the website

longer and interact with the website

longer, after getting this message shown.

Phone users like one version, tablet users also

like that same version. And someone, yeah,

it will even learn when a user comes in

through another referral channel and try

and give that person the best variant

possible. Some more statistics here, this

is the performance history of all the

different versions. The displays. And the

breakdown by device so we can see for

example that this "discover what sells"

version is just so bad that it should

not even be displayed anymore.

Now again here's why it's important, all

four versions were to me pretty much the

same. They all had the user the same

message and from my point of view they

were all identical. But as it turns out,

only two are good and the other two are

pretty bad. So if you have a website

where you're selling something, consider

using some kind of A/B tool for your

website. I've learned from my own

experience that this can work wonders.

I've built a tool for myself where I try

to maximize this and I give it away for

you to use. If you choose to use another

AB testing tool, that's fine. I just find

that this one is just the most

2009-2014 F150 N-Fab Cab Length RKR Side Rails w/ Detachable Steps SuperCrew Review & Install - Duration: 7:33.

So, if you own an '09 to '14 SuperCrew F-150 and you often take your truck through some

debris or you go off-road often, then you've probably been looking around for some rocker

panel armor, but you might've seen that it's very difficult to find some actual armor that

also incorporates a step, right?

Well, I'm happy to say that N-FAB, who is a very big manufacturer of armor, by the way,

has come up with a pretty cool solution with these side rails here.

They also include this nice detachable step.

Now, what's cool about this is you really don't lose any ground clearance and that's

because the construction of this is, kind of, reversed from a standard running board.

Usually, what happens with running boards or sidesteps is the bracket itself actually

comes down underneath the stepping area and that thing will definitely catch on rocks

and debris.

So, while it might provide some armor against light strikes in the parking lot, you can't

really take your truck off-road because it, kind of, interferes with ground clearance.

Now, that's not the case here, what's nice about these is the brackets are actually tucked

up above the side rail itself, so if you remove the step, you don't lose any ground clearance

whatsoever.

Now, as far as how these stand up in terms of armor, I'm happy to say that they're very

well built.

These tubes here are just shy of two inches in diameter, and they're pretty heavy-duty

steel actually.

The way they secured to the truck is pretty nice as well, they have some heavy-duty carriage

bolts and hex head bolts.

So, it's safe to say that these things are not going to flex and they're not going to

go anywhere.

Now, they are finished off in a really nice black powder coat finish.

Powder coat is a baked-on finish, it's not just a painted finish.

So, if you do get any strikes against this thing on the trails, safe to say that these

things will be up to the task.

Now, if you do want to step on there, obviously, that's where this guy comes in, right?

Pretty heavy-duty step here, same tubular construction, really thick brackets here,

and I'm happy to say that the step itself is certainly heavy-duty.

It's made out of eighth-inch thick plate steel with these nice little perforations here.

So, if you've got mud on your boots from the work site or you're going out in the snow,

you won't have to worry about slipping on this thing.

Now, N-FAB is one of the top tier brands when it comes to building armor and steps.

Now, as far as price goes, I'm happy to say that these guys are very affordable, and honestly,

for a two for one deal in terms of armor and steps, that's pretty hard to beat, right?

A lot of steps with this build quality or a lot of armor with this build quality come

in at around this price point or a little bit higher, and N-FAB is definitely a top-tier

brand, but they're honestly beating out a lot of the competition at this price point.

The last reason I really like this armor step combo, in particular, is because it installs

very easily.

I mentioned those carriage bolts and hex head bolts earlier, and if you didn't guess by

now, it is a very simple bolt-on job.

Besides quality and overall affordability, I'm happy to say that the install is very

straightforward as well.

If you didn't guess by now, it is a bolt-on job.

They're a little bit heavy though, so I'm going to get the install a modest two out

of three wrenches on my difficulty meter, but honestly, it shouldn't take you more than

an hour or two to get both sides done in the driveway.

Stick around a little bit longer, I'm going to show you exactly what tools you need, and

I'm going to walk you through the entire install.

To install our new side steps and rails, you will need the following tools, a standard

drive ratchet, a 13-millimeter socket, a 14-millimeter socket, and a 19-millimeter socket and wrench.

Optional tools include an impact gun and impact swivel.

All right, so we have our truck up on the lift, obviously, you guys can do this on the

ground if you want to.

But we wanted to make sure we get a good, clear view of what we're working with, that

way you guys know what you should do at home.

Now, before you actually install the rail itself with the carriage bolts, you've got

to put these speed clips in the top holes on the rocker panel itself.

In the case of our 2010 truck, we actually don't have holes for the center bracket.

That's okay though because the carriage bolts that we throw on there in a little bit will

be more than adequate.

All right, now that we have our speed clips in place, we can throw the rail up in place,

and we can secure it to the pinch seam using the carriage bolts and corresponding nuts.

There's two holes on the bottom of the pinch seam for each bracket and this thing is a

little bit heavy, so just take your time when you're getting this thing in place.

All right.

Once you've got those carriage bolts and nuts in place on that first bracket, go ahead and

do the same thing for the other two brackets and you'll be good on the bottom portion.

Then you're gonna grab the hex head bolts and flat washers in the kit.

You're going to shove these into those speed clips that we installed earlier.

Again, you're only doing the rear and the front brackets.

We're avoiding that center bracket in the case of our 2010 truck.

All right.

Once you have everything installed, you can go ahead and tighten down all that hardware.

You're going to need a 14-millimeter socket for the nut on the carriage bolts, and you're

going to need a 13-millimeter socket for the hex head bolts.

All right.

Now, that we have our rail in place, you can leave it as is if you're not interested in

the steps.

Real quick, you can see how nice this provides some pretty good protection underneath the

rocker area, but if you wanted to throw the steps on, now would be the time to do so.

It's pretty straightforward.

Just line the holes in the steps up with the holes on the brackets there, and then once

you've got that all lined up, you're going to grab the 19-millimeter bolt and nut and

tighten those down as well.

Once you've got the steps tightened down, that'll wrap up the install.

Like I said, pretty simple, bolt-on job.

And that also wraps up my review of N-FAB's RKR side rails, with these nice, detachable

steps in the black powder coat finish, fitting your own '09 to '14 SuperCrew F-150.

Il est fort ! Quand je l'ai vu avancer dans l'émission, j'ai compris qu'il était imbattable. Enfin pas vraiment imbattable,

products and the ones that pass my test

I make videos about them and then I give

the product away to one of you YouTube

viewers, now today's video is about

the best cheapest obd2 scanned tool for

do-it-yourself guys and as you can see

inside here, I have boxes and boxes of

scan tools, so I tested out a whole bunch

of them and as far as I'm concerned

this Creader $24 scan

tool is the best cheapest one for

do-it-yourself guys, it's easy to use you

just plug it into the OBD port down here

then just turn the key on, so the idiot

lights are on but the car isn't running

and it automatically sets itself up

we'll click diagnose, there it is reading

a computer of your car and it's already

figured out what car it is you don't

have to input anything and you can start

reading the data and as you can see you

can read codes you can erase codes you

can see if it'll pass the emissions test

for yearly state inspection, you can get

live data stream you can do freeze-frame

when there's a trouble code to figure

out what's wrong you can even do an

oxygen sensor test and on this older

Toyota it does 38 different points of

data so you can analyze what's wrong

with your car, you can read maf sensor

data and fuel trim data to see if the

car is running rich or lean and on this

car you can even do the vapor pressure

to see if you have a problem the evap

anti-pollution system and of course if

your check engine light is on, it can

read the codes in this case it's reading

the code now it's got P0507 it explains

what the code is in this case the idle

air control system the RPM is higher

than expected and then it can show you

the freeze frame data of when that code

was stored here we go here's all the

data of when the freeze frame was stored so

you can analyze it and find out what the

problem is and of course once you fix it

you could turn the trouble code off, here

we go now it's erasing the codes it's

doing its little job takes a few seconds

and now the code has been cleared and if

you check it, it'll show there are no

codes we'll check read codes again to

make sure it worked

now it's thinking, and there it is there's

no trouble codes it's erased them, all in all

it's a pretty good tool for only $24

it's made by a company launch, it's been

around a long time, so it's not like it's

some new company that's messing with

new software because many of the cheaper

scan tools that I tried out they didn't

even work when you plugged it in or you

plug it in and you got absurd data on the

screen and then if you read inside the

system when you went through itm it would

say things likem oh if you find problems

with software please email us and tell

us what the problem ism hey I don't want

that when I'm buying a scan tool I want one that

actually works and give me the data that

I want now, the Creader is a very low

price scan tool for DIY guys and of

course it's not gonna do everything, for

example the Zurich

ZR13 is $199 scan tool, it can actually

do abs problems on your car, airbag

problems, it can check your alternator

and battery, but it's $199 for 24 dollars

the Creader is a very good DIY scan

tool, now if you do your research you get

what you pay for, this $24 one is great for $24

this $199 one hey it's actually

great for $199 but it's not $24 either

Our plan was to go down to Greece

by the Italian coast,

we decided to go back through Croatia

The eastern side of Italy has long beaches,

and no input to anchor

when it has, it's expensive marinas

and nothing of natural beauty!

That's why Croatia is so successful here.

and for us it would be much more pleasurable to descend slowly,

stopping by the Croatian islands.

So we checked out on a Saturday morning

with forecast of much rain and wind in the first part of the way,

we just did not have fog that formed,

a gust of wind that lasted a few minutes

and two new crew members on board:

a mouse and a unicorn!

But the saga of catching the mouse you will see in the next episode,

it's not easy at all !!

that I bought, it's a JUKI MO-50e

the overlock machine arrives with an instruction manual

in different languages

where you find every detail

the overlock is completely different from the sewing machine

surely it is more difficult to use

and also to assemble the wires

in fact this was my major initial difficulty

First of all, the overlock machine

has 4 spools of thread and not only 1

You can buy online these spools of thread

I sometimes find them also from Lidl in various colors

The thread must be 100% polyester

You can use 4 threads of the

same color or even mix colors

depending on the result you want to achieve

To thread the 4 wires,

a specific process must be followed

which is indicated inside the overlock

and you can find it also in the instruction booklet

The wires are shown in 4 different colors

so you can follow the path of the threads in an easy way

Before starting, switch off the overlock and

pull on the overlock cutter

pull on the overlock cutter

Supplied with the overlock machine there are various small accessories

there are, for example, tweezers

that will help you thread the thread

This process, as I said, is not so easy

I had to try several times

before becoming proficient

This should not scare you,

because once you learn the mechanism

you do it then easily

The wires must pass through wheels

that regulate the tension

and then through a path that is shown in different colors

The first 2 represent the threads below

while the last 2 represent the upper part of the seam

while the last 2 represent the upper part of the seam

and must be inserted into the 2 needles

The substantial difference from the sewing machine

is that the overlock cuts while it is sewing

then elaborates 2 jobs in 1

It is perfect for finishing all fabrics very quickly

whether it's the hem of a skirt or trousers

whether it is the seam of the side

in a fast, precise and clean way

cut and finish the fabric so that it does not fray any more

It can also be used to embellish a fabric

or finish it with visible seam

The great thing is ,that it sews

those fabrics that were for me very difficult,

almost impossible to sew

with the sewing machine,

even though I had bought the needle and the specific thread:

ex. lycra, a very elastic jersey

silk, viscose

satin and all these fabrics that slip under the needle

With this overlock they slide very well

and the seam is perfect and clean

Once all 4 wires have been inserted

let's try our seam

we take a fabric and do a trial seam

Obviously we must use the fabric that we will then sew

because the result is different on every fabric

If we see that there are some wrong tensions

in the instruction manual it is explained very well

how to intervene on the tension of the 4 coil wires

to adjust them

then adjust and make a second trial seam

At the beginning

when you do not know the overlock

it is necessary to do several tests, but once acquired experience will become easier

You can also set the overlock to produce a more curled fabric

or a flatter fabric

Another function that I use a lot

It is the one of the very low 3-thread seam

it's a small thin edge

and is obtained by removing the left needle

Among the accessories there is a small hex key

which allows us to remove the left needle

we must then adjust 2 buttons:

we have to put the lever from N to R

and decrease the stitch length with this wheel

and then proceed with the seam

In this way a very low edge is obtained

which is also nice to see

I use it when I can not make a hem with the sewing machine

for example, for a sash at the waist, for a silk stole

that must be nice to see on both sides

that is, on the right and on the reverse

or as in this case with a band

in an elastic fabric

impossible to sew with the sewing machine

At the end of this video I must tell you that, absolutely yes,

I advise you to buy the overlock

if you are going to sew dresses

for example this one,

everything is sewn with the overlock

except the armholes

if instead you need only the sewing machine

to make a hem of the pants

enlarge or tighten skirts and that's it

the sewing machine is sufficient

But if you want to dabble with dresses

skirts and so on,

and above all with different fabrics

I absolutely recommend it

If I could go back, I would have bought it

many many years ago

I lost a lot of time trying to finish fabrics

that could not be sewn
