Hey, guys.

I'm Alex from americanmuscle.com.

And today, I'm bringing you my quick review and breakdown of the MMD paddle shifters in

carbon fiber for the year 2015 through current S550 Mustang.

So in this video, I'm gonna talk about who this kit is gonna appeal to, the construction

and materials that went into these shifters, what you should expect to be paying, and then

we're gonna take a very quick look at the installation where you're gonna be looking

at a very easy, 1 out of 3 wrenches on the difficulty meter, and about 15 minutes to

get these on to your car.

And I'll have a little bit more for you on that later.

So if you're the owner of a 2015 through current automatic S550 Mustang and you're looking

to incorporate some really bold looks, as well as having some carbon fiber into your

cabin, as well as making it considerably easier to grab gears when you need to, I would definitely

suggest checking out this kit.

I'll be the first to admit that the use and addition of paddle shifters in the S550 Mustang

was definitely a great move by Ford, as it's really gonna give the driver a little bit

more of a connected feel if you're gonna be doing some spirited driving, no matter be

it on back roads, going down a drag strip, or just romping around on the weekends.

Now, be that as it may and while these are definitely a great addition to the automatic

S550, one of my personal dislikes about the kit on the car is the fact that they're a

little bit on the smaller side.

And I'll be brutally honest here that the first time I got behind the wheel of an automatic

2015 through current, I didn't even realize that they were there.

So the guys over at MMD saw this and took the initiative to bring the market a very

clean and well-executed kit that's ultimately going to make you grab gears that much easier,

as well as giving your cabin some much improved looks.

Now, one thing I will mention in comparison to most, if not all style paddle shifters

out there for the S550 is that these are going to stick out that much more than your factory

style shifters, and they're gonna be pronounced.

Now, if that's something that you don't like, you may not wanna take a look at this kit.

And I'll be honest here that I personally don't really like how far they stick out.

But ultimately, it's gonna make you drive in your car that much happier, as you're gonna

be able to grab gears that much more effectively.

Now, somebody else that I think this kit is definitely going to appeal to is gonna be

for the Mustang owner out there that just really loves carbon fiber and wants to incorporate

that into their cabin, but isn't afraid to pay the price that's going to come along with

it.

So in terms of the construction and materials here, guys, you guessed it, you're looking

at 100% carbon fiber.

This is gonna be manufactured by using a vacuum sealing process, as well as being infused

with resin.

Now, additionally, this will be polished to a really nice shine.

But it's gonna be something we are not gonna be seeing the back of these, as these are

gonna be facing towards your dash.

And you're really only gonna be seeing these two ends, as you're gonna have a plus and

a minus here for an up and a downshift.

So one of the great things that I like about this carbon fiber specifically that MMD is

gonna use here is that their attention to detail and their craftsmanship is consistent

throughout their entire lineup of carbon fiber parts.

Now, for you, that means that you're not gonna have to worry about this fading or chalking

over time like you might find with some inferior carbon fiber-type materials out there.

One last thing I definitely like about this product is that the weave itself is incredibly

consistent throughout.

There are no inadequacies here, so you're gonna have something that's gonna offset your

dash very nicely inside of your Mustang.

So in terms of the pricing here, guys, you should expect to be spending about 150 bucks

for this kit, which is typically what you're gonna see carbon fiber parts commanding.

Now, don't get me wrong, I know it's a little bit on the high side for what it is here,

but at the end of the day, you're getting 100% carbon fiber.

It's gonna have a very clean and consistent weave that's gonna make you grab gears that

much easier in comparison to the factory shifters, which, again, are incredibly small.

Not only that, you're gonna be getting away with a very clean and well-executed look that's

gonna offset your dash very nicely.

Now, the ease of installation is definitely a huge selling point for me, as it should

be for any brand-new Mustang owner, as there's literally no guesswork to this.

This kit is going to come supplied with a 3M double-sided tape right here on the table.

You're essentially gonna place this inside of the shifters, put them behind, give them

a good press, and then you're good to go.

It honestly does not get any easier than that.

All right, guys, so just to wrap things up here, some final thoughts.

If you're the 2015 through current S550 owner and you're looking to incorporate some very

bold and well-executed carbon fiber looks into your cabin, which, in my opinion, is

gonna mesh very well with the OE dash as well as making it considerably easier to grab gears,

no matter be it going down the track or just romping around on the weekends, I would definitely

suggest checking out this kit for your car.

2015-2017 F-150 aFe Mach Force XP 3" Cat-Back Exhaust System (5.0L) Sound Clip & Install - Duration: 7:04.

Hey everybody, I'm Justin with americanmuscle.com and this is my detailed review of the aFe

Mach Force XP 3-inch Cat-Back Exhaust System featuring the split side exit configuration

available for your 2015 and newer 5-liter powered F-150.

In this review, I'm gonna do my best to tell you what you can expect with the aFe as far

as sound, materials, and construction, and we're even gonna talk a little bit more about

the install later on in the video.

And on the topic of the installation, I can tell you thanks to the detailed product list

and the detailed instructions, you're looking at a one outta three wrenches here on the

difficulty meter.

There is a little bit more work involved with a dual split side exit configuration, but

I will have some more detail later on.

The Mach Force XP from aFe is gonna be a great choice for the Coyote truck owners out there

for a few different reasons.

First and foremost, this is gonna be a great middle-of-the-road system in regards to price,

landing just below that $1,000 price point.

But in my opinion, it's gonna deliver a construction materials that far exceed the price tag.

Secondly, it's gonna deliver plenty of bark for the five-liter truck owners out there

who crave a little bit more presence for their rig, but at the same time, it's gonna deliver

that bark through one of my favorite configurations, the dual split side exit option.

So Advanced Flow Engineering or aFe for short, is one of those companies that might not have

been around as long as some of the other heavy hitters here in the field, but their popularity

has really skyrocketed as of late, especially in the truck aftermarket.

Now their bread and butter is certainly gonna be in the intake and exhaust side of things,

but their product lineup has expanded as of late.

But since we are focusing in on the exhaust for the purposes of this video, let's break

down the sound profile here from the Mach Force XP.

And honestly guys, I really have nothing bad to say about the tone here, just classic V8

muscle coming from the twin five-inch tips.

Slightly deeper tone overall and one that's gonna fall pretty much in the middle of the

pack in regards to overall volume.

So, that makes my choice an easy one for my wake the neighbors scale.

I'm going middle of the road here, three out of five on my on my one to five, or one to

wake the neighbors scale.

You're certainly not gonna pegging any decimal meters here, but at the same time, people

are certainly not gonna question whether or not the truck is stock.

With the sound covered, let's talk a little bit more about the build and execution here

from the aFe system.

And honestly guys, again, just like the sound, I really have no complaints about the build

or construction with this particular system.

This is a full stainless steel system.

The aFe is 409-grade, to be exact.

Yes, it's not 304, but at this price point, that's really not all that surprising.

And I can't stress this enough, guys, if you do see a lotta road salt during the winter

months, if you're truck is gonna see a lotta snow, take my advice, go with a full stainless

steel system, 304 or 409 it really doesn't matter.

Obviously, that 304 will be a little better for you in the long run, but both will be

better than the aluminized steel when it comes time to prevent corrosion.

Along with that 409-grade stainless steel, you're also gonna be looking at 3-inch mandrel-bent

tubing basically from tip to tip here with this system, exiting out the rather large

5-inch polished tips.

You can grab these things in black if you like as well.

But regardless, you're gonna have the "aFe Power" plaque kinda riveted on the side there.

It looks good, it's not over the top.

Done in a tasteful way.

Shaping the sound, we have a single 21-inch muffler, single inlet dual outlet.

aFe actually claims that this thing's gonna help absorb any high pitched noises, which

our sound clips tend to back up.

If you've heard the sound clips, this is a very deep sounding system overall.

Now aFe claims that their truck picked up 9 horsepower and 17 foot-pounds of torque

with this system installed, but I don't want you guys to get hung up on power numbers here

because that's really not what this thing is all about.

And in most cases, aFe's numbers are going to be the best case scenario.

For most owners out there, the gains are gonna be minimal at best when it comes to horsepower

and torque.

Instead, you're looking at more of a sound or appearance upgrade first, and that certainly

is gonna be the case here with any cat-back for your five-liter truck.

When it comes time to open up your wallet, you're gonna find the aFe, again, to be a

middle-of-the-road cat-back in regards to overall price, right in the $800 range for

the polished tip version.

You can pick up the same cat-back with a ceramic black coated tip instead.

It's gonna add roughly 100 bucks onto the price tag.

Now at this price point, you're gonna be fighting with systems like Magnaflow, Stainless Works,

and even some of the higher-end MBRP Pro series stuff as well.

So you have a lotta choices to make in this particular price range and you do have to

do your homework.

Switching gears, let's talk install.

And for a dual exit system like this which can sometimes be a little bit more involved

or a little bit more work, that really wasn't the case here with our shop truck.

So I'm going one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, and about an hour or

two in the shop or garage before you're making some noise.

One thing I do really enjoy about the aFe system here is that, yes it is designed to

fit basically all cab and bed-sized F-150s out there, but instead of including one single

long mid-pipe that should be cut down to size depending on your wheelbase, they include

a couple of different mid-pipes to be used with different wheelbased trucks.

So ultimately, there's gonna be no cutting needed to get this system bolted up to your

ride.

Instead, you're really only looking at some basic hand tools for the install, including

a socket set which will be your tool of choice here for most of the install, along with a

cordless impacter air, if you have it.

Obviously, you'll need to get that stock system out of the way before you can proceed.

Once that is out of the way, aFe recommends starting from front to back, hanging the mid-pipe

and the muffler assembly first.

Once that is in place, go ahead and install the passenger side tail pipe section followed

by the driver side tail pipe section.

Save your final tighten up to the very end and you should be good to go.

Now aFe also recommends retorquing or rechecking your bolts after roughly 50 to 100 miles,

just to make sure nothing's loosened up on you.

So if you have roughly 1,000 bucks or less to spend on a new cat-back for that V8 powered

F-150, I think you're gonna enjoy the aFe, and here's why.

The sound is right where it needs to be for a big V8 powered truck.

The construction materials are all on point, given the price.

And finally, that dual split side exit configuration looks good on just about any truck out there.

the mirror emblems side view four piece kit fitting your 2010 through 2014 F-150.

So in this video, I'm gonna talk about who these might appeal to, the construction and

materials that went into this officially licensed Ford product, what you should expect to be

spending, and then last but not least, the installation, which I'm gonna be giving an

incredibly easy one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter.

And you should have these on your truck in less than 15 minutes.

So these should definitely appeal to the F-150 or Raptor owner that's looking to install

a very inexpensive and quick mod that's gonna give the sides of your truck a little bit

of added extra flair.

So this is gonna be one of those mods that's gonna install in literally a heartbeat, which

we'll talk about later, but it's gonna complement some of the other OE trim, either on your

F-150 or Raptor.

So in terms of the construction here, we're gonna see that this 100% Ford-licensed product

is gonna be manufactured out of 100% stainless steel, as well as featuring a laser-etched

Raptor logo.

So again, these are gonna be primarily for the Raptor guys, but if you're an F-150 owner

that's looking to put a little bit of Raptor flair on your mirrors, you could definitely

get away with doing these.

Now, if that's not gonna be your cup of tea, we've got a ton of other exterior, as well

as interior accessories in either brushed or polished that will complement your truck

very nicely.

So in terms of the pricing here, you should expect to be spending only around 40 bucks

for this kit, which, in my opinion, is a steal considering that this is gonna be an officially

licensed Ford product.

Not only that, you would be getting away with a laser-etched Raptor logo, as well as being

comprised of 100% stainless steel.

Now, again, I do wanna add that if you're not really into putting Raptor parts on your

F-150, there's absolutely no shame in not installing these, as there's gonna be a ton

of other brushed and stainless steel trim options available for your F-150.

We do have them on the site.

So, taking a quick look at the installation, just like I had said in the beginning of the

video, you're gonna be looking at an incredibly easy, 1 out of 3 wrenches on the difficulty

meter, and less than 15 minutes to get these onto your truck.

Now, the installation alone is definitely gonna be a very large selling point for me,

as most, if not all, exterior or interior stick-on accessories are gonna install with

using 3M double-sided tape.

So I do wanna add that the manufacturer is going to supply this kit with some 3M Adhesion

Promoter, and that's gonna be to insure that you're gonna have a firm bond when putting

these on your truck, and so that they're not gonna fly off when you're in traffic.

All right, so just to wrap things up, here are some final thoughts.

If you are the F-150 or Raptor owner, and if you're looking to incorporate a very inexpensive

and easy to install modification, this is gonna be the perfect kit for you.

First, let's remove the marbling.

It also works for planarization. So later the bend of light disappears.

Marble does not disappear even after coating.

However, it is unnecessary if you paint.

Can you see the curvature with your eyes?

An irregular surface lowers perfection.

That's good. But if you are greedy ....

Do more work.

good. Perfect after topcoat coating.

To increase the steric effect, add a face to the edge.

Reflections will be added to the edge.

It makes a sharp and sharp reflection.

Before the tuning, the reflection of the corner is weak.

If you try to get too perfect, you get tired. Please adjust it properly.

Do your best. That's your choice. :)

You can also use the [file] to trim the edge.

Turn the curves and cut them.

edge. Make sure the light is flowing well.

Let's cut the edge a little.

Add an edge point.

If you refine it this way, the perfection becomes higher later!

But my head will hurt. This can be stressful.

Flatten with a knife.

[Knife] produces less plastic powder than [File].

There is no powder, so it is easier to clean. Less harmful to the body.

Remove plastic residue using a toothpick.

Some white areas disappear when you paint the top coat. Finish with # 800 sandpaper before coating.

Hey, everybody, I'm Justin with americanmuscle.com, and this is my detailed review and install

of the Stainless Works Turbo S-Tube Cat-Back exhaust system, featuring the dual same side

exit dumping behind the passenger side rear tire, available for your 2015 and newer SuperCrew

or SuperCab 5-liter F-150.

My review is gonna cover the big three topics you guys wanna hear about when shopping for

an aftermarket system for your 5-liter powered truck.

We're gonna talk about the sound profile you can expect from the Turbo S-Tube.

We're looking at the construction, and the materials, and then finally, we'll give you

a quick topical overview of the install itself.

And for any SuperCrew, SuperCab owner out there, one out of three wrenches on the difficulty

meter.

One hundred percent bolt-on affair.

A little bit more work here involved since this is a dual split exit system, but we will

have some more detail on that later on.

In my opinion, the Turbo S-Tube here from Stainless Works that we have in this video

should appeal to the truck owners who are still rocking those stock manifolds or stock

headers and would like to go with a premium brand or premium option like Stainless Works.

With that said, this is gonna be one of your most affordable solutions for a cat-back,

offering dual split exit configuration and full 304-grade stainless steel throughout

from tip to tip.

And finally, and maybe most importantly here, this is gonna be for the truck owners who

want to be heard, as the S-Tube is one of Stainless Works' most aggressive offerings.

But let's get right into that aggressive sound here with the S-Tube because, yes, this is

an exhaust after all, and that's really what we're here for.

In my opinion, this thing rocked.

It produced a good amount of volume over the factory system, but at the same time, it's

not the loudest system out there.

So breaking out my wake the neighbors scale, I'm going strong three out of five here.

Not willing to punch it up to a four because, again, not the most aggressive system out

there.

It's certainly not Borla ATAK loud or Flowmaster Outlaw loud, but you are hearing this thing

over the factory system.

And a little bit more inside the cab as well, but it's a good tone inside the cab.

Now, keep in mind this is their Factory Connect system, so you're still using your stock manifolds

here and stock mid-pipe.

Go with their Performance Connect version which includes the long tube headers and their

aftermarket mid-pipe, and expect that number to jump up dramatically.

But let's go back and talk about that Factory Connect versus the Performance Connect.

I don't want you guys to get confused and it's very important that you buy the right

system for your ride.

Again, this is the Factory Connect version that we have on the table.

It's the sound clips you heard and it is designed to work with the factory manifolds, again,

or the factory headers in your truck.

Ultimately, this is gonna be for the truck owners out there who don't envision themselves

upgrading the headers in their F-150.

On the other hand, there is the Performance Connect version of this same exact cat-back,

and again, that is designed to work with the Stainless Works long tube headers in corresponding

mid-pipe that comes along with those.

Now, the Performance Connect version, obviously, you're getting more sound as we just talked

about, but you should also look for a nice little bump in power as well over the Factory

Connect version.

So let's move into the design, the construction, the configuration here with the Stainless

Works system, and here's some of the big things you should know.

Premium 304-grade stainless steel throughout.

I know I've said that a few times in this video, I'll say it again, great stuff.

Some of the best material money can buy when you're shopping for an aftermarket cat-back.

Three-inch mandrel-bent tubing throughout with this system, and you're also looking

at the twin Turbo S-Tube mufflers here from Stainless Works which truly are gonna be responsible

for shaping the sound with this system.

The lead pipe that Stainless Works throws in with this kit does delete that factory

resonator, so, obviously, that's gonna help increase the volume a little bit here with

this system, along with the S-Tube mufflers.

These things are actually straight through by design, and Stainless Works claims these

things are never gonna burn in or blow out.

And these are two terms that sometimes are thrown around when describing mufflers and

things that can change the sound of the exhaust over the years.

Not a concern here, again, with the Stainless Works system.

Finally, guys, everything is gonna exit out the twin four-inch polished tips.

Again, slash cut here, polished to a brilliant shine.

And these guys are gonna dump out right behind the passenger side rear tire.

In my humble opinion, the Stainless Works system that we have in this video is gonna

be one of the best values on the site when it comes to overall construction, materials,

ultimately sound, and just overall bang for your buck.

It is one of your only options to get that dual same side exit configuration behind the

passenger side rear tire and to get all of that in 304-grade stainless steel for south

of $1,000.

Now, if you are familiar with exhaust materials or maybe you've just seen a lot of my exhaust

overviews in the past, you probably know why I praised the 304-grade stainless so much.

And ultimately, it just boils down to longevity.

If your truck sees a lot of road salt during the winter months, the 304 is going to be

the material for you because it's the best at reducing corrosion, especially over the

409 grade stainless or aluminized steel.

The only drawback here is that it costs a little bit more than those other materials.

But again, Stainless Works does a great job of keeping the price down compared to some

of your other 304 options on the site.

I do also wanna point out here that MagnaFlow is gonna offer you something very similar

in overall configuration and price, but their system utilizes 409 grade stainless as opposed

to the 304 we have here with the Stainless Works option.

So, again, in my opinion, the 304 just a slightly better material overall if you're willing

to pay for it.

As promised, let's get into the overview with the install here.

And again, if you have a SuperCrew or SuperCab F-150, you're not gonna be looking at anything

crazy when it comes time to open up the toolbox.

No cutting, no permanent modifications.

So I'm sticking with one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, and as a general

rule of thumb here with the cat-backs for the F-150, we usually call them about an hour

or two from start to finish, depending on your expertise.

As far as basic tools here, well, again, nothing crazy.

A socket set is really all you're looking at, maybe a tool to help you get those hangers

off.

Hanger removal tool would be ideal, but if you don't have one of those, a pry bar or

a flathead screwdriver tends to do the trick just fine.

I always recommend starting with removing that factory exhaust first.

Right?

That's pretty obvious.

But after that's out of the way, you can go ahead and get to work installing the Stainless

Works option.

I recommend starting from front to back.

That always is the best bet for me.

But do whatever works for you.

Either way, Stainless Works does include some very detailed instructions that should help

you with your install.

If you haven't been able to tell, I'm obviously a big fan of what the Turbo S-Tube from Stainless

Works is bringing to the table.

The sound is absolutely awesome.

The construction is on point and the price is certainly hard to beat, given the materials.

And today, I'm just going to be doing an install of a graphics card I got today.

I got the MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X edition

Hold up,

It'd be nice if you guys could see it

There we go

So, I got this card today for Christmas, treated myself to it.

It was like... four hundred and -fuckin twenty bucks

It has 8gb of GDDR5 VRAM

And it's a beautiful card, and I can't wait to get it installed into my computer

So let's get right into that right now!

Alright, so we're going to do a little unboxing here of the 1070

Lemme just tell you I'm not uh, a unboxing channel, I'm not a professional at this at all

I just wanted to do it because it's Christmas, and you know, what the hell.

Why not?

So I'm just gonna, unbox this here.

I always love the way MSI designs their boxes

Like, the designs on them are fucking hella fleek, on fleek

Do people even say on fleek still? Like lemme stop.

Bro, so let's see what we have in here

Got a little, just this thing, I'm not sure what this is.

MSI drivers here, I'm pretty sure it comes with, you know

The NVIDIA shit, and probably MSI's software

And we've got some stickers here, which I'm probably just gonna slap onto my desktop like I normally do

Now for the pride and joy itself

TADA!

Alright, cool. So now we have the card

I'm gonna need to discharge myself first

So I'm gonna have to touch on to something metal here.

Oh my god, this thing's a whole lot fucking bigger than I thought. (That's what she said)

Holy hell, this card's fucking MASSIVE, guys, like

Look at this, it's HUGE, it's so big, oh my god

In before all the, "That's what she said" shit. I know you guys are going to do it in the comments.

Here we have the card, it looks very great

Lemme just, take off this little sticker thing first, so that it doesn't cause any problems.

'Cause I know I'm the fucking first person to leave one of these stickers on, and mess something up.

Comes with a nice little backplate on it

It's pretty fucking groovy, if you ask me.

Now, we gotta get all these little red plastic bits off

and actually install it into the computer

First, we're going to have to take out all these fucking wires.

Alright, got this all tipped over, now we're going to take out the current GPU

I also need to take out this little piece of shit, I don't know why I have this network card in here, it doesn't even work anymore.

My current card is the MSI GTX 970 Armor Edition

So that's what I'm going to be replacing, I'm going to give this one to my little brother, for his PC.

First, I gotta take out the two PCI-E cables for the PSU

Might take a bit of force to get em out.

Then we're going to unscrew it if you have it screwed in, I don't have mine screwed in, I have mine through these little things that come with my case.

Remember to ground yourself when taking out parts or messing with anything in the PC. (Just touch your case or a metal object)

ALRIGHT! So, we're just going to install this card, right here, right now!

It uses 2 of these PCI-E video card power cables (An 8 pin and a 6 pin)

Alright, just pop that in there like that. Damn son, this is bouta be lit already.

Huh... That's not going to work, actually. I need to actually screw it in.

This is ONE OF THOSE MOMENTS WHERE YOU JUST NEED EXTRA FUCKING SHIT ALL THE TIME.

Lemme bring the tone down a bit.

This is probably, an easy. Easy peasy, fix.

Alright, so we got the card in there good now

Found a way to finally secure it.

Probably not the best way...

I wasn't planning on turning this into a little tutorial thing, but if it helps somebody, you're welcome.

Make sure this is plugged in right, it only goes in one way.

May require a little force to get them in, but after they're in, you should be good.

So yeah guys, you can see here it's all up and running now, and it's working absolutely fine

The LEDs on the card are gorgeous, it's got the red LEDs on the bottom and the MSI logo glows white

That's pretty much this build, and I'm so happy to have this card!

Happy almost New Year! The end of the year is fast approaching, which is a great time

to explore feelings about any life goals for 2016 that did not materialize. If this

year did not go according to plan, then take a step back, make some time to reflect,

and then take a fresh approach to the coming year.

In today's video I'm gonna show you how to create a life plan for 2017.

A life plan for the last 12 months may have included marriage, children, family, a job,

creating a different body type, or a new relationship, but sometimes those things don't work out

the way we originally envisioned. Or maybe, a major life event like a miscarriage, or

death of a loved one, or an illness has changed the landscape. Here are some ideas to get

you back on track. First, have courage. It can be hard to step

away from a long held path or belief about where life will lead, but if a new direction

is required, there is no time like the present to make changes and start again. Many good

decisions and golden opportunities have started from a position of doubt or disappointment.

so it is worth investing time and energy in trying new experiences.

Next, get some perspective. Take time to grieve and mourn the loss of the past.  Deal with

the changing landscape in your own way, whether that is talking it through to friends, family

or getting professional support. A change of scenery or volunteer work can help as well.

Third, ignore negative people. They're the people who are quick to say something is too

risky, too difficult, or that they do not believe you are up for the task ahead. Their

critical and energy-sapping personalities are often so caught up in their own problems

that they are unable to see opportunities, and are jealous of other people's personal

growth. So ignore them!  And finally, don't give up hope! It's

never too late. Many people have discovered a new career, passion or purpose in life

beyond their youth.
