People are always in search of the meaning of life.
That also includes some ways to understand other people especially those who struggle
to speak up, the introverts.
The introverts do not talk too much because of some reasons.
When speaking out loud in the public, introverts often have some troubles finding the word
they really want to say.
In result, they may come off sounding like they don't know what they're talking about,
or it seems like they're talking nonsense, even though they actually do understand.
Moreover, some introverts may have trouble keeping up with fast-talking extroverts in
social situations.
In the end, it comes to social labeling that introverts are shy, or even incapable compared
to extroverts.
Well, if that's what you think, than you should consider this.
According to Dr. Marti Olsen Laney in her book, The Introvert Advantage: Making the
Most of Your Inner Strengths.
Information needs to flow between the separate areas, and as introverts, they process information
deeply, which means it flows slowly.
Here are 3 main reasons why introverts struggle to speak up.
#1 - Word retrieval
This is the problem that many people experience when they speak up in front of public.
They are unable to mention the words that they are supposed to say.
Unfortunately, introverts experience this kind of issue in various settings, including
normal day-to-day basis.
people stare at introverts when they are picking the words, and it makes matter even worse.
The real cause of this, as science explains, is due to the fact that introverts process
deeply the words and the situation they are in.
#2 - Long term memory
Introverts struggle to speak up because their long-term memory is outside of conscious awareness.
This makes introverts difficult to regain the information in a quick manner.
Reaching long-term memory is not easy, though it is full of information, and it makes introverts
lose pace with others who say things quickly.
#3 - Writing is preferable
Instead of speaking up, writing is always a good alternative to keep ideas shared to
others.
If you are wondering why, it is due to the wiring in introverts' brain uses smoother
pathway for processing word formation through writing.
Moreover, writing usually does not involve other people on set.
This keeps introverts to focus on what they have at hands, for example, assignment to
write on something.
Well, Those are all the three reasons why introverts struggle to speak up.
It is absolutely challenging for some people.
However, that should not be the reason for you to not be active in a community or society.
Introverts are capable in doing writing job, and that writing also can be read aloud.

What People Do When They Don't Really Love You
I try to lace my work with optimism because a guiding principle in my own life has been
that the most tragic things in our lives almost always precede the most incredible.
I think that, at any given point, we are faced with the choice of whether to move on with
what the universe gives and takes, or to hold on and bury ourselves in our own
misery.
I do not perch on a high horse preaching this, because I have been in those depths, and I
know what it's like.
I also know that there are few issues that will destroy you faster than matters of the
heart.
But what I must tell you is that while teaching myself to climb out of that sadness and attachment-laden-misery,
I realized something that is a bit more realistic than optimistic, but so invariably true that
it's worth giving attention to.
When someone loves you, you will know it.
If someone cares about you, they will find a way to be with you.
If they do not, they'll make excuses.
Sometimes they won't even be sure whether or not they love you, so you'll see them
going back and forth trying to figure it out.
Love is not something that requires brain work.
It is not a riddle to be solved or a mystery to be uncovered.
It just simply is, and we just have to let it be, or not be, naturally.
I generally believe that people differ so much in their experiences and that no two
situations are exactly the same, so it's difficult to generalize something
about love and romance, but I make an exception for this.
I know many of you are probably reading this conjuring up all the reasons why so-and-so
did in fact love you but they just couldn't be with you for, this reason or that reason,
and also why that was so valid and why I have no idea what I'm talking about.
That's okay if you want to think like that, I won't stop you.
But the truth is, what you're holding onto is someone who doesn't love you enough to
put you first and make it work.
And if I believe in anything, I believe that we all deserve to be with someone who wants
to be with us as well.
So what we have to learn to do is to accept the love we aren't given.
To realize that although we put someone on a pedestal, that does not mean that their
judgment determines us.
It's simply a mindset, one that we have to change if we want to get out.
People can love you a little bit, and they can love you enough but not enough to make
it work.
It is not an all-or-nothing situation.
We have to stop thinking that it is, and that when the cards don't fall in our favor,
that it defines some part of us as being unworthy and unlovable.
Because to combat that idea, we hold on as fiercely as we can to the reasons we are loved,
until letting go is our idea– not theirs.
But we all end up, one way or another, okay.
We're all on different rides, but they all end the same way.
You do not need somebody else's love to be whole.
You do not need their permission to go on with your life.
What you do need is your own love.
You need to let yourself go on.
Their love isn't stopping you, because that love doesn't exist.
It is only you who is holding onto what you believe should be.
And what you will realize, sooner or later, is that most of your life is defined and chosen
by what you compel yourself to believe should or shouldn't be.
Release yourself from the cage you built.
You hold the key to your own freedom.
But we all end up, one way or another, okay.

Everyone talks about Twitter Facebook Instagram and YouTube verification
But snapchat isn't really one that many people talk about and that's because it's so goddamn hard to get verified on snapchat
But if you've got a big brand or you're influencing quite a lot of people on the platform
Then it's worth a go at getting verified
Especially if there's multiple fake accounts that are impersonating you snapchat are really hot on only verifying the top
Influencers and brands so if you're not really being impersonated by anyone, then this video might not be for you
So let's go through the steps on how you can actually get verified on snapchat
First of all you need to make sure that you've actually got quite a sizeable following and that people are actually looking at your stuff
Snapchats idea of a sizeable following is around 50,000 views per story that you put out now that does sound like a lot
But if you're gonna be verified on snapchat
That's sort of what they're looking for so if you're pulling in around 50,000 views person Snapchat story
Then you're all good to move on to the next step
So the next step is basically to contact snapchat saying that your account is being impersonated
and that that's the reason your account needs to get verified as soon as possible so if you click on the first link in the
Description that's going to bring you to the snapchat support page
Now because snapchat generally comes to you rather than you going to them for snapchat verification
We're gonna have to go slightly different route in order to tell them that you need snapchat verification

And then it's gonna load up a form you need to put in your user name
Your email address associated with your snapchat account
And then there's a big box that says what information should we know?
This is where you want to let snapchat know the facts you want to tell them that you've got a big account that you're getting
Impersonated and that you need to get verified as soon as possible
You want to be super persuasive here as persuasive as you possibly can be
Because if you think you know if your Snapchat at reading this you want to
Think that the person that you're verifying here knows what they're talking about and they've got a brand. That's worth verifying
So let them know how many views you're getting on your stories
Maybe even include a few
User names of people that are impersonating you
Then all you have to do is make sure to submit the form and then wait around two to three days
And you should get a response by then some people may get a response faster some people may get it later
It really depends on how much information you provide snapchat with and that's why that box is really really important
Just be patient because they're going to go through every single one individually and they want to check yours over thoroughly

My friends had practiced moto cross for a long time.
Immediately they encouraged me to participate in races, the Flandres championship.

Then I reached MX2.

His father took part in the first Touquet Enduro.

He wanted to honor his father and follow his footsteps by participated in the Enduro.

The Touquet Enduro was launched in 1975.
It was a small race.
The first edition gathered 100 people.
Thierry Sabine originated the event.
The following years almost 1000 participants came.
It became the biggest sand race of the world.
At first, approved motorcycles were required.
Then, motorcross on closed circuits.
The organizers came up with the vintage version.
It's awesome to see all these classic motorcycles
on a mythical race such as the Enduro.
We are lucky to be based in this region.
Many people are motorcycle enthusiasts here.
Some of my customers participate to the Enduro. I prepare their motorycles for the event.

We need to change the whole set.
Or find a specialist who can weld it.
In any case, I'll open the engine
to put everything out: the steering bearings, bits left on the casing.
I like old motorcycles, I like to give them a new life.
The base is a 700CBK from 1979
Everything has been recustomed.
The main question is how the end result will look like.
How about the color? Will it be OK with the saddle?
That's why I ask someone to draw the motorcycle with a high degree of details.
Antoine, what was the most difficult thing to handle on this motorcycle?
See the wiring goes through the handlebars.
It's all internal.

You can notice the massive work on the exhaust. Handmade and tig welding.
The engine was completely disassembled.
I reamed the holes. Pistons are new.
The chain is new.
The cylinder head has been modified.
The foot rests are fixed. How do you manage the saddle?
It's magnetic saddle.

So the rider can carry an extra passenger.
The result fits my expectations.
I'm satisfied with the color, the saddle, and the global aspect of the motorcycle.
I have other projects in mind.
I have the motorcycles.
I would like to create a 750 Four
with 70s-inspired fairings.
It will look like a 750 Daytona Replica.
I'm also working on a 600 XR.
I want to turn it into a Tracker style.
I'm looking for someone who can do the wood part.
To create body parts in wood.
I enjoy trying new things.
I have many projects in progress, but it requires time to complete them.

I try to lace my work with optimism because a guiding principle in my own life has been
that the most tragic things in our lives almost always precede the most incredible.
I think that, at any given point, we are faced with the choice of whether to move on with
what the universe gives and takes, or to hold on and bury ourselves in our own
misery.
I do not perch on a high horse preaching this, because I have been in those depths, and I
know what it's like.
I also know that there are few issues that will destroy you faster than matters of the
heart.
But what I must tell you is that while teaching myself to climb out of that sadness and attachment-laden-misery,
I realized something that is a bit more realistic than optimistic, but so invariably true that
it's worth giving attention to.
When someone loves you, you will know it.
If someone cares about you, they will find a way to be with you.
If they do not, they'll make excuses.
Sometimes they won't even be sure whether or not they love you, so you'll see them
going back and forth trying to figure it out.
Love is not something that requires brain work.
It is not a riddle to be solved or a mystery to be uncovered.
It just simply is, and we just have to let it be, or not be, naturally.
I generally believe that people differ so much in their experiences and that no two
situations are exactly the same, so it's difficult to generalize something
about love and romance, but I make an exception for this.
I know many of you are probably reading this conjuring up all the reasons why so-and-so
did in fact love you but they just couldn't be with you for, this reason or that reason,
and also why that was so valid and why I have no idea what I'm talking about.
That's okay if you want to think like that, I won't stop you.
But the truth is, what you're holding onto is someone who doesn't love you enough to
put you first and make it work.
And if I believe in anything, I believe that we all deserve to be with someone who wants
to be with us as well.
So what we have to learn to do is to accept the love we aren't given.
To realize that although we put someone on a pedestal, that does not mean that their
judgment determines us.
It's simply a mindset, one that we have to change if we want to get out.
People can love you a little bit, and they can love you enough but not enough to make
it work.
It is not an all-or-nothing situation.
We have to stop thinking that it is, and that when the cards don't fall in our favor,
that it defines some part of us as being unworthy and unlovable.
Because to combat that idea, we hold on as fiercely as we can to the reasons we are loved,
until letting go is our idea– not theirs.
But we all end up, one way or another, okay.
We're all on different rides, but they all end the same way.
You do not need somebody else's love to be whole.
You do not need their permission to go on with your life.
What you do need is your own love.
You need to let yourself go on.
Their love isn't stopping you, because that love doesn't exist.
It is only you who is holding onto what you believe should be.

deeply, which means it flows slowly.

#1 - Word retrieval
This is the problem that many people experience when they speak up in front of public.
They are unable to mention the words that they are supposed to say.
Unfortunately, introverts experience this kind of issue in various settings, including
normal day-to-day basis.
people stare at introverts when they are picking the words, and it makes matter even worse.
The real cause of this, as science explains, is due to the fact that introverts process
deeply the words and the situation they are in.
#2 - Long term memory
Introverts struggle to speak up because their long-term memory is outside of conscious awareness.
This makes introverts difficult to regain the information in a quick manner.
Reaching long-term memory is not easy, though it is full of information, and it makes introverts
lose pace with others who say things quickly.
#3 - Writing is preferable
Instead of speaking up, writing is always a good alternative to keep ideas shared to
others.
If you are wondering why, it is due to the wiring in introverts' brain uses smoother
pathway for processing word formation through writing.
Moreover, writing usually does not involve other people on set.
This keeps introverts to focus on what they have at hands, for example, assignment to
write on something.
Well, Those are all the three reasons why introverts struggle to speak up.
It is absolutely challenging for some people.
However, that should not be the reason for you to not be active in a community or society.
Introverts are capable in doing writing job, and that writing also can be read aloud.

Today I want to share some new pieces in my closet with you guys
I've been really lucky to recieve some pieces the last weeks
From very nice brands that I'm really proud of working with
And that I'm really proud of wearing I've picked out all of the pieces myself
So, nothing is forced on my and the pieces are sponsored, but I'm in no way paid to do this video
I just really want to share the pieces with you because they are so nice!
So, this is a haul, but I might not have paid for the pieces myself
But that's one of the percks of being a blogger I guess

Let's start with Gina Tricot
First piece is this knit
Which has a roll neck, and is a little bit cropped
Just a super simple and soft knit
It's so comfy and I love the color I used it yesterday
It will also appear in a video next video, so that you'll see how I style it
But it's so so nice, and the color is amazing
So nice with denim and blacks
Also very nice now that we are heading towards spring
Then I also picked up this one
This blazer I'm so hocked on blazers with this print
It's so cool! And this one is a little longer
A little more of a jacket, so I think is too cold to wear now
In that case I need to wear a jacket on top
But it will be so nice for spring, when you can wear only a knit under and this one
I'll show everything on as well so that you can see how it looks on
I haven't tried everything on, so I hope it fits
I have this one in a size 36, and it's black, grey and white
Then a jeans that looks like this
With a wider/flared ankle
And a darker patch here
So cool! I really hope it fits
I looks like it should fit
So if you can see in the cut aways that it don't fit, then that's a bummer
But it's so cool, and it will look really nice with
Pumps, sandals, boots, because it's a little cropped I think
And then
The last piece from Gina Tricot
Is this jacket/kimono thing
In pink, with some red, blue and black
It will look so nice for spring with denim
With a simple t-shirt under
I love the colors in it!

Then a jacket from Match
The color and shape is so amazing!

And it looks just as good now during winter, I love these colors in the winter months
With a knit under and a pair of jeans
And it's a little longer and ties in the waist
So this can be used in several different ways
It's not looking it best by holding it like this, but hopefully you will have seen it on by now
Then let's move over to shoes to mix it up
I have three pairs from Bianco in front of me
We can start with the ones that are most suitable for the season we are in now
And that is these winter boots that I've already used a lot
It's full on winter outside right now, so they are perfect
Good sole, not slippery at all
They are warm inside, and super easy to take on and off
I'm usually not a practical shoe kind of girl at all
I use boots that don't work with snow, when it is snow
I've been doing that for many years, but this year
I've done well and I'm using practical shoes
I'm so tired of sliding around and looking like an idiot
When it is 20cm of snow
So these are a really nice thing to have in my wardrobe right now
Then we have these leopard boots
Also from Bianco
They are so cool, and these are also nice to wear now
But there is still a lot of snow, so they are not the most suitable pair right now
But as soon as the snow goes away these are going to get used a lot
They do so much with a simple outfit
Then I have a pair of shoes that definitley have to wait until spring
Or, not until spring but until the snow goes away
How cool are these??
I have a thing for sock boots
This heel is very high
I'm not wearing high heels that often anymore, but I definitley want to get better at it again
They are pointy, super cool and very inspired by Balenciaga
But to a much better price
I can't wait to style these
Then over to Vero Moda
Another blazer, which I think you already will have seen in another video where I wore this
This one is in more of a brown color, and feels a little thicker then the other one
This one is also a little bit shorter, so it's more of an overzied blazer then a jacket
It's so nice!
I love these kinds of blazer. Three of these has entered my closet the last few months
So it's safe to say that I love this trend
I have a size 40 to get it extra oversized
So get a size bigger then your normal size if you want it to be more oversized
Then a knit that I think you also will have seen in a video or two already
It's this one. I think I used it three days in a row when I first got it
Which I'm not a fan of, but I also thought why not, if I like it I like it
So I used it three days in a row and I love it
I love the color, the shape and the neckline
It's also warm and cozy. I have a size S
I think I wore this one in my last video
This is a kimono
I have a size S, it's a long kimono
It's black, with pink and orange an so on. So many nice colors!
Very nice autumn colors, but I think it will be nice with a white tee and shorts for summer as well
Or maybe as an overall over bikini?
It's so so nice
Not as nice holding it like this, but really nice on
Then we're moving from a summery piece over to a winter jacket
I've moved into this the last week
It's this one from Monki
It's actually on sale now
So if you want a really nice and warm winter coat that is also cool, you should really pick up this one
It's black vinyl with a lot of this kind of teddy faux fur
It's so snuggly, and you just want to wrap yourself up in it
It's now on 50% off I think
And then a set, first piece is this one
Jeans with a lot of pearls on
It's a little bit cropped, also from Monki
I have a size 28, jeans from Monki run a little small in the size so I always size up
It's really nice, and paired with
This denim jacket
Also with a lot of pearls both in the front and on the back
I have it in a size S, and it's oversized and just perfect
It's so cool!
I'm so looking forward to wearing this
I'm so excited for spring, I'm kind of done with winter now, I can go to the mountains to get winter
Not so many months left until spring luckly
