🔨Tile basics, tools you need.🔨 - Duration: 20:05.

miss trowel rou euro sure I think is a three eights little bit one these little bit worn

down but this was a half inch and this was a three eighths so I'm gonna be talking

a little bit about tools today the basic tools you need for installing at our

theater floor tile or wall tile and a shower or whatever most of these tools

that I have laid out here pretty much you're going to need most of those

everyday there are you know several versions of tools but every job you're

gonna need a certain set of tools to be able to finish it now these are all the

tools I have but these are pretty much most of the tools I'll use every day on

every job and then I have a variety of other tools obviously that are not

specifically for tile but you know for tile work but you can use them for you

know for getting your job done these are specifically these ones here

specifically needed for a tile job so let's go through them a few of them so you can

see what you need I'll try and put a list in the description of the tools and

some links to some of the some of the some of the tools and hopefully this

will help you when you need when you're doing a tile job that you can find you

know you're gonna have the tile the tools you you need ready and at hand for

when you're doing the job okay so here the ones that are specifically related

to tile work are the trowels now trowels they come in all different sizes they come in

v notch they come in euro trowels they come in

in square notch there's all different kinds of trowels that you're

gonna need to install your tile you need to get the one that's specific to the

size of tile you're using so if you've got a large format tile you're probably

gonna need a half inch by half inch square notch trowel or a quarter by half inch

deep by quarter notched trowel that's like a deep notch so you get a lot of thin-set

under the tile and a trowel is a gauge it gauges out the thinset that you're gonna

need under the tile when you're using it you're gonna make sure that you scrape

floor they're using to leave the exact gauge of thinset we got trowels the truck

and you've got margin trucks all different kinds of market remodeling

stops like you can get a massive trouble with teeth in it for this will be

specifically for you know when you need in tight places to get some something

set just a regular margin so get big my having self all different sizes imagine

sir so these for spreading your thinset and gauging it up then you need to cut

your tie so to cut your tire you can use a snap

cutter I have one one here this is actually a ruby snap cutter and I've got

plenty of videos showing how that only go

my good pressure with the snap cutters with the snap cutters the better the

quality the easier is gonna work if you get a cheap snap cutter you gonna be

really disappointed so if you're a professional obviously you know the

tools you're gonna need but a good snap cutter is as well worth the money if

you're a DIY maybe you can make maybe you can wrap one or maybe you wanna

invest in one so you know you gotta for you know for future use in general a

good snap cutter a professional great snap cutter is gonna look much better

than a cheap one that you can get in a box or you can use a grinder with a

diamond wheel to cut your tile and get mesh blades you can get other types of

blades to cut through porcelain marble whatever you just want to make sure when

you get a blade that you're getting be a tryna make sure you're getting the right

one the mesh blade generally I'm not good for cup cuts and always always

always leave you got on the grind up you don't want to play - exploding hit you

in the face so grind is a great tool for all kinds of cut

but straight cuts mainly you're going to need a snap cutter or a wet saw a wet

saw I have someone

but I'm just going to talk about the tools you need

so 470 time we're gonna need a trowel you're gonna need my yourself honey

knife tiny knives come in handy speech Wes big a small faces famous come a

little different flavor this is just the you want to hear uh eight inch spacer

you also need loves you've got a four-foot level here to full level P low

level you get a six foot level and these also work for this craziness so they

probably going to need a straight edge as well Spanish can be either I make

medium straight edge I've got a tempura and a six foot up like I said a level or

you can use if you've got a peak straight piece of lump but you can use a

piece of Lombok which is perfectly straight just just try that make sure

it's straight also for cutting tools nips discipline - tips these are old

pair of nips that I've had for a very long time and you get these other kinds

of nips with that rounded leaves on here

utility knife and I'll link to some mom some other videos too away I show how to

you something screwdriver obviously if you don't wanna kill a bunch of

screwdrivers just get one of these four on one screwdrivers it has different

sizes calling one screwdriver so you can get the caulking gun and also a rubbing

stone rubbing stone is when you cut a tire you're gonna have a really sharp

edge you want to make sure you knock down that edge if it's gotta be exposed

so rubbing stone and of course you need a tape measure

tape measure got a you know one little rule to work well but a tape measure 25

foot tape measure it's a great idea I think I said the caulking gun and also

you're probably gonna need an extension cord of some kind the quality of the

tool map if you get a cheap screwdriver or a cheap or whatever you get right if

you're gonna be using it every day they won't last very long like this magic

trial here I've had this probably for 10 years

these trials go to these ones I don't anymore

quality tools matter then whole sauce you can cut a hole in it in a time with

a grinder if you have to and I used to do that but to make your life easy yo

you can get hole saws in all different varieties this one heroes I think it's

for a half-inch this one is three inch you can get them down to quarter inch

you can get all different sizes the diamond coated halsell

so you can also buy case for you know applesauce and different sizes now this

is brand-new I haven't used this one yet it has different sizes and this one

actually has you know water sprayer so you can have you know you can keep the

water on it and a guy you know so you can you know get you a whole precisely

where you want it so you know kiss can get all different prizes and all

different levels generally the more expensive ones you get much better

performance and along the along the life the cheaper ones you get a limited

amount of use these are neither cheap cheap ones that I got on Amazon and you

know they do the job but you're only gonna have a limited number of abuses

with them and you can get all different kind of KISS of these two another one

thing is when you're growling make sure you wear gloves this thing is very

caustic I mean route it's very carpet and a variety hand make sure you what I

would love that see some guys it's all don't wiggle up on their growling it's a

big mistake so these are the basic hand tools there you go oh and I forgot you

need something to mix your your more them so you get a mixing palette kids oh

this is little this will go on a half inch throw like like this one here go

let's let one win or you can get one specifically made for this set this is a

ruby this is a great great mixer

oh you're gonna make small batches you can get a small one that you can put on

a cordless drill or a smaller size drill the thing is the bigger the bucket the

more powerful job you're gonna need so you can get between a half gallon bucket

you can get Whoopi buckets they may come in sizes you can get five and a half

gallon buckets five-gallon buckets you can even get six total markets generally

if you gonna make some whole bag up this hook you're gonna need a five-gallon

bucket if you're gonna partial small buckets or what you still need something

to make sure good you can mix it with a margin trowel maybe one with a little

bit longer a little bit longer paddle um it just actually one down this

you should be about this long and so there's a time tools you're gonna need

you might not need all these at once but you're gonna need them at some point

during your your job it's the more complicated is the the more tools you

gonna need obviously flops they come in different different varieties you got

you've also got systems that you can use for the grouting this kind of flow I

used to use but now I use these softer rubber floors very soft and is a little

bit harder I prefer these you know but these these work pretty well too

there are different kinds like if you're gonna get an epoxy floor it's stiff up

if you're gonna get the floor for four stalls for very rounded you're gonna get

us off the floor so depending on what you're gonna what your job is you're

gonna get you know the right right - if this one here pretty much work with any

tablet you get so this kind of soft flow

so basically that's the tools you're gonna have to have to get a job done

there are many other mortals I have all the tools and some other tools that you

can get all kinds of tools rubber mallet comes in handy when you got to make a

toilet cup just an extension ring look at the template a whale tail you put on

your bucket with a vacuum and it'll reduce the dust when you mix it a hand

brush so there's a lot of tools that you're gonna need to do a job as I said

some of me gonna use all the time like the Charlie gonna be using all day long

the float you're going will be using when you're when you grab a cordless

drill got a cordless drill I have this vault this actually one that

I've retired here you're all but one have a normal one in the truck this

one's retired veterans walking good anymore so all kinds of

most people have some already have some of these kids like more people let's go

they'll have a hammer they'll have may already have some of

these tools in your garage if you don't then you're gonna have to go I would

suggest you be prepared before your starting job so you don't run into it

get to a point where you you need something ain't don't have it another

useful tool is like I'm afraid it when you got to connect lines this is really

old this is probably like 40 years old still use it and so the tools you need

the basic tools you need are these here as I've said said already then obviously

in your wet sore if you got big I mean if you got complicated cuts like an out

cut or you card or whatever you can do them with it right up but if they're

gonna be visible probably a wet store is a better idea and yeah

and all blades are not made the same you know my model cutting blade is gonna

have difficulty cutting through porcelain a pawn blade the Captain

Marvel with a problem but might not be as clean a cut glass five blades them

you know much denser smaller smaller diamonds with a softer matrix so this

differently in different blades are used for different things and as I said you

can get a mesh blade speed right up or you can get you know more one

substantial blade which is multi-purpose for cutting tiles

you grind that and you can make a lot of cuts with a grinder so anyway this is

what I figure out is the basic tools you gotta need okay so this is a snap cut I

have different plans of these I actually have a bunch of these four foot level

straight edge spaces full sauce

hey nice shoes I until the other nips nips and I'm a teen paddle rubbing stone

- straw rural sure I think is a 3-bit one these little bit worn down but this

was a half inch and this was a 3/8 never throw him away because once it

weigh it down this different size drop the fucking gun Russia need levels

spaces and a mesh leave behind up this is a different one on here so yeah so

basically these are the tools you need obviously depending on the job you got

you might need more or different tools bucket mixes okay so I hope you found

this useful as always don't forget to subscribe to my youtube channel and

I will tell you when I went to Target is a lot of this merchandise does not have

the prices on them and at my store they didn't have the prices underneath them

either kind of bothered me a little bit I mean I over it but kind of bothered me

I saw a friend of mine on YouTube her name is Jenna Forge I will link to her

YouTube channel below she picked up this swimsuit coverup and this is a one of

the the new line from Target this was $26 it says hello

sunshine here on the hood why it's so subtle and really the only thing that

shows that it's a Disney product is this little Mickey here on the pocket I am

going on a cruise this summer and I cannot wait to wear this item there Oh

bummer I'm just seeing if there's a hole in the

back of it I might have to go replace this but anyway this was $26 I just

thought it looked like a perfect item there's Cooper yawning again every time

I do a video he's like boring mom boring a little

silly dog anyway cute item $26 not a bad price the other

okay this is not Disney but I'm totally showing it to you anyway because you'll

know what I like stranger things shirt it's a Hopkins in

I love stranger things and so I picked this up because I had to yes I know I'm

not a Disney merge but it was $14.99 love a good price ooh you guys I got

some I'm not sure what they are they are something from Incredibles - I guess

there could be like a little mystery figurine inside and I'll probably do

this unboxing of these one of these later I believe these were $5 each again

the price is not on the bottom but many of you know that I am an incredible span

I loved the first movie my kids grew up with that first movie and so looking

forward to the second movie Incredibles - coming up very soon so I don't know

why I just needed to add this because it was incredible think okay this is not

much either but Harry Potter there's just so much stuff at Target I used to

go to Target all the time and now I don't

as often how they really should because I've spent a lot more money as they

would like me a lot this is a Harry Potter it says backpack Buddies so it's

a little clip with one of the Harry Potter characters I'm gonna have to do

an unboxing sometime in another video and I will do these Incredibles they

just drop one on the floor The Incredibles box and that Harry Potter

backpack buddy box let's see okay what else is not disney bird so I can get

that out of the way um bubble wands guys who doesn't like bubbles honestly I did

not buy these for anyone in particular I pretty much bought them for myself

because these wands are the best these are really awesome wands you can just

run yeah you can right behind your house and make big bubbles and that's fun so I

highly recommend you doing that spend a dollar and have some fun all right I

think we're good now everything is March alright this may be well this is still

doesn't work all right I got this files nail files that are

Mickey themed nail files because who doesn't need three nail files and win

one nail buffer that's got Mickey Mouse on it again no price tag on this I have

to look at my receipt wasn't bad I was watching the prices there about like

most of the things really five dollars I think this is a collection of three nail

polishes again nothing fancy but they have a Disney themes on them so we have

Mickey Mouse on each one which makes it pretty cool and then we have Mickey

Mouse and Friends pencils there's six pencils no brace on this I really should

get my receipt let me go get my receipt I got my receipt all right sue this set

was three dollars nail polish was five dollars the pencils three dollars kind

of ridiculously priced for six pencils but whatever um oh yeah these are so

cute this is Disney lip balm lip smacker so let me see this is says bye junk food

all right so these were 250 for one of these and I got four I think these are

so awesome guys I'm going to open this one up oh my god this is so cute okay I

just shoved my finger into the bottom of it so I have a huge hunk oh my gosh

chocolate you that's disgusting all right well

whatever it's still kind of cute Cooper you knocked over my camera I might lose

my little mind let me show you this lip smacker thing

Oh God I was not expecting it to be chocolate and they shove my fingernail

in it and you but let me show you this lip smacker and here this little tab on

the side but if you flip it you can see where I joined it this is the lip balm

and it's chocolate flavored and that just sits in there I mean it's really

cute this is cute kind of wishing I knew it was chocolate before I opened it up

because it took me by surprise to see something brown and slimy just saying

but that was 250 I did here's one this one's cheerful vanilla okay too cheerful

Vanilla's oh I did yeah and then this is iconic chocolate so I have two more of

these red ones and one more black guys I'm going to be doing another giveaway I

keep talking about all these giveaways I'm gonna do but now I'm gonna do a

target giveaway too because I had to buy it suffering a message I got nothing

somewhere I got something button look at these buttons so there's five buttons

and I believe they're all different yeah these are different ones these worth

five dollars each so five pins five dollars if you split these up you want

to give some to four of your friends and keep one for yourself it's pretty cool

pretty cool deal I'll show you these up close in a moment scan those for five

dollars each and alright looks like okay and then

okay here's another duplicate of one of the pins then I got these are different

yep then I got some enamel pins and these are three pins for eight dollars

per set so eight dollars for these and eight dollars for these again I'll show

you close-ups in a moment Oh people hold on this is charms maybe

four dollars each i'm not sure nope well these are terms I can't really tell

where the charms are on my receipt your charms they have clips on the back I'll

show you the close-up of these um you guys I got these sunglasses I think

these were fifteen dollars I will know soon and have fifteen dollars let's do

that and I found this merchandise this was a name the kids like little boys

section some of this I found in the little girls section Sam I found in the

little voice I believe these are adult sunglasses let's see so I've got my

Pluto ears on and my Mickey Mouse sunglasses nothing fancy but I'm kind of

feeling pretty fancy I'll show you these these were actually got more of these

kind of kicking myself

these are glow-in-the-dark ears these were a dollar each I mean what a fun

gift for me to give my clients with little tips going to Walt Disney World

whether it's over the fourth of July these are kind of patriotic colors but

any nighttime event at Walt Disney World you will see Hello in the dark necklaces

and bracelets and wands and spinny toys and kids who can wear something unique

like this are going to love this Target good on you a dollar each they last a

night glowing and you keep your kids really happy so I

picked up four kind of kicking myself but I didn't pick up what I didn't oh my

god you guys um I do not collect these tsumtsum things but this was a Woody's

round up soon zoom set and it shows on the back how

they kind of stack up on each other and there's even a mystery character inside

this little silver pouch but with Toy Story coming up opening in Hollywood

studios isn't this perfect this is perfect this might be in a giveaway so

you want to be you know notified make sure you're subscribed and you hit that

Bell notification button because we're gonna have some serious giveaways coming

up soon serious giveaways this is something I picked up for myself

my puppy Cooper who whom I speak of quite often because he's honestly almost

always by my feet which he is right now but he's not yawning thank goodness he

ate my address book now this is not an address book but it's tiny and it can

serve as an address book so I got this which is a Mickey Mouse and Friends

journal it has 80 sheets I'm going to make this now into an address book so I

can keep my YouTube friends addresses it's pretty much just for friends cuz I

have another one for family but you know friends addresses close to me and it

won't take up much space on my desk I love that it has this little elastic

strap on it so isn't it pretty and there's Mickey Mouse like pushing up

one of the stripes so funny this was either four or five dollars because

there were a lot of items by junk food and it just says buy junk food so this

is a lotion and hand cream set I just might have gotten for a giveaway item

just light up but this is not the giveaway let me just be very clear

two people think like oh I'm talking about giveaway items this is the

giveaway no it's not it's not but I'm talking about it because don't have a

filter you don't when I do have a giveaway it will be like giveaway

plastered in the title this title should say target Hall Disney target hall or

something to that fact let's see what I do and this is my last item that I

picked up yep this is another journal it's just a little bit larger and this

one has 96 sheets has Mickey Mouse kind of hipstery sort of kind of cool retro

cactus pineapple yeah watermelons limes and banana so they're just kind of

hanging out and chilling in the summer why not

for the little Mickey Mouse on the bottom and this is these are all lined

papers yay so those mister what this one was this

was eight dollars this was eight dollars and the little one was five those were

these items I picked up today in Target like I said this is my first time going

to see all of the new Disney merch that target just I think they they opened up

this partnership maybe a week or two ago like I am kind of behind the game go

directly to Target when they announced it but I was happy to see that they did

still have some pins and buttons that was really looking forward to seeing for

these pins and buttons let me show you these items up close so here's one of

the set of three Disney enamel pens these guys are actually authentic pens

these can be traded in the theme parks again there are three and these were

eight dollars so these have the butterfly clasps on the back just

actually are more secure than the ones you would get in Walt Disney World which

have the Mickey heads these will stay on much better I put these on my backpack

and they wouldn't fall off here's the other set of three Disney enamel pens

all of our classic guy Mickey Mouse himself and here are

two of the charms kind of hard to see because they have them strapped on but

they do have these clasps in the back you can clip these onto a backpack and

kind of look Disney fashionable I love Minnie's

polka-dotted dress fun and Sun sign me up and now here we

have the collection of buttons I love the looks of these this Mickey Mouse and

the inner tube taking a little nap that looks just perfect and again these are

just buttons and they were five dollars for a set of five not bad

and here's another set of buttons they're a little different but very

similar in style there's some of that nail polish collection so it comes with

three colors white red and silver glitter probably clear but it's got

these silver Mickey heads I bet that would look really cool on here's trying

to get the effect see if that can pick that up or not but those those silver

things that you're seeing those are all Mickey heads a perfect complement to the

nail polish are these files and files are always better when they're Disney

themed I don't know what these lotions smell like actually know what says

cherub cherry-blossom know that I'm reading it I do like the Larson's they

provide down in Walt Disney World in the resorts that'd be cool if it was that

kind of smell but it's a cute set and an up-close of that Journal

pretty cute even has a bookmark

and look at Woody's roundup with these zooms classic toy story there's Jesse up

top stinky feet woody of course with his badge bullseye

and there this is what it will make when you put them all together but there is a

mystery person in this little silver box we'll have to see what we do with this

set maybe this will be a giveaway too and here is that Harry Potter backpack

but there are eight characters you could collect Harry Ron Hermione

Draco Dobby Hagrid Hedwig or Luna here's that Incredibles 2 figurine set

Hauntingly Beautiful Baby Names You Haven't Heard Before - Duration: 6:03.

When it comes to baby names, poetic darkness isn't a quality most parents are looking for.

Nevertheless, the world abounds with deliciously enigmatic and ghostly names, whether they

hail from Gothic literature or from the kind of classical mythology that's always fraught

with memorable drama.

In any case, dark names can be every bit as poetically beautiful as light and angelic

ones, and these are the gems that just might be perfect for your little one.

Ligeia

Edgar Allan Poe's heroine Ligeia is a brilliant and beautiful woman.

Though she succumbs to consumption, her lust for life is so intense that she eventually

succeeds in coming back to life, with all her beauty and vitality intact.

Or at least that's what the story implies.

Ligeia was also one the Sirens who tried to lure Odysseus and his men to a seductive death

at sea in Homer's The Odyssey — by way, of course, of her mesmerizing voice.

Her name translates to "clear-voiced" and "whistling."

Fans of cheesy horror movies might enjoy the fact that she's the subject of Roger Corman's

fun camp classic The Tomb of Ligeia, in which she takes the form of a sleek black cat who's

none too pleased with the fact that her tormented widower has taken it upon himself to acquire

another bride.

So if you're looking for a beautiful Gothic baby name that also denotes determination

and longevity, Ligeia might be for you.

Hecate

In mythology, Hecate was a goddess who was associated with witchcraft, magic, doorways,

creatures of the night, and the moon itself.

However, she was also a guardian of crossroads.

Hecate also notably appears in Shakespeare's Macbeth, brimming with ominous tidings, and

fans of the Showtime series Penny Dreadful will also be familiar with Hecate Poole, the

shapeshifting witchy seductress who falls in love with Josh Hartnett's Ethan Chandler.

With its Shakespearean, mythological, and pop culture associations, Hecate is a sure

winner.

And you can pretty much rest assured that no other kid in the school is going to have

the name, so if it's uniqueness you're after, Hecate might just be the perfect moniker for

your own adorable little witchy goddess.

"Come!

We fly!"

Nyx

No, it's not just the name of one of the world's most beloved cult cosmetics brands.

Nyx is also the goddess of the night.

She was an integral part of the dawn of creation itself, being the child of Chaos; but, interestingly

and paradoxically enough, her union with Darkness ended up producing Light and Day.

Nyx also has some pretty impressive astronomy associations to her credit.

In 2005, NASA discovered a series of small moons dancing around Pluto, and named one

of them after the goddess.

Young readers might also know the name Nyx from the popular Goddess Girls series: in

Nyx the Mysterious, the plucky queen of the night enrolls at Mount Olympus Academy, where

all sorts of adventures ensue.

The name can also be unisex, as in the case of Final Fantasy protagonist Nyx Ulric.

If you were planning on going with a more standard baby name like John or Mary, you

might want to "nix" that idea and go with something epic and mythological instead.

Callum

In addition to being the name of actor Kyle MacLachlan's son, this wonderful Scottish

baby name, which translates to "dove," is starting to become vogue on American shores.

Originally, Callum was a Latin name, and it references the good Saint Columba.

So if you consider being haunted by a saint a good thing, then the name would certainly

count as "haunting," in the most benevolent of ways.

Just think of it as having a Casper the friendly ghost kind of a vibe.

Salem

If you're looking for a witchy, evocative, autumnal name that packs a profound punch,

Salem is a great choice.

Yes, the name evokes images of the Salem Witch Trials, which were obviously a tragedy of

epic proportion.

But there's more to it than that.

Today, the women who were accused are now considered to be martyrs and symbols of innocents

wronged.

Nowadays, Salem is mostly associated with Halloween and the excitement of autumn and

all the crunching leaves, candy corn, and hayrides that come with it.

In other words, it's a name that has historical significance, and that's also a nod to the

joys of life in picturesque New England.

Pangur

This wonderful Irish baby name comes to us from cats, and particularly from the famous

Irish poem Pangur-Ban, which was written by a monk about his beloved white feline.

But the name is also great for a baby for another reason.

The legend of the monk and his cherished cat has been adapted into an acclaimed children's

picture book, which is designed for preschool-aged children.

Pangur-Ban also features in the 2009 children's film The Secret of Kells.

And as far as "haunting" goes, what ghost can be better than the ghost of an angelic

white cat?

"Come here little kitty kitty kitty."

Freya

The mythological Freya was a revered Norse

goddess who presided over love, fertility, battle, and death.

She also had a fabulous mode of transportation in the form of a chariot drawn by cats.

Fierce as she was, she was also sentimental, and was known to weep tears of gold.

And as far as death went, her privileges were indeed profound.

She decided which fallen soldiers would enter her particular segment of heaven after their

heroic deaths.

She was also revered for her beauty.

The name Freya literally translates to "a noble woman," and as the daughter of a sea

god, that's certainly fitting, and perfect for your little noble warrior.

Plus, Norse warriors?

Totally hip right now.

13 Famous People Who Are Smarter Than You Think! - Duration: 12:02.

Who is the among Hollywood's elite when it comes to intelligence?

Which world famous supermodels can back up their beauty with brains?

Find out in 13 Famous People Who Are Smarter Than You Think!

Number 13.

"Rashida Jones" Quick witted actress Rashida Jones is one

of television's brightest stars due to her starring roles in the wildly successful sitcom

Parks and Recreation and the slapstick crime spoof Angie Tribeca.

Jones was born with genius in her blood as she is the daughter of the prolific music

producer Quincy Jones but you might not know just how smart she is.

Before her foray into television and movies she attended Harvard University where she

received degrees in philosophy and religion.

Her intelligence has undoubtedly helped her to hone her acting skills and help her to

become one of the leading celebrities when it comes to humanitarian and charity efforts.

Number 12.

"Conan O'Brien" The goofy yet remarkably talented Conan O'Brien

started off as a writer for Saturday Night Live and The Simpson's and has been one of

the most popular talk show hosts of 21st Century, starting off with Late Night then moving on

to The Tonight Show and his newest format Conan.

It can be difficult at times to see through his oddball antics but you have to admit it

takes a lot of smarts about a whole slew of different things in order to be able to relate

to guests from all walks of life in the way that he does.

O'Brien is considered one of the most intelligent people in show business and has a degree in

American History from Harvard to prove it.

It was at Harvard where his comedy writing first took off as he was a writer and the

eventual president of the infamous Harvard Lampoon.

Number 11.

"James Franco" While it can be hard to picture due to his

roles as the lovable idiot in movies like Pineapple Express, James Franco is a bonafide

genius.

Originally dropping out of UCLA to pursue his acting career Franco never lost his desire

for more knowledge just because he achieved fame and fortune.

Throughout his career Franco has found the time to attend not just one but several of

the most renowned Universities in the United States.

While in the middle of filming the Spiderman trilogy, Franco went back to UCLA and received

a degree in creative writing but didn't stop there.

He moved to New York and began studying Film at NYU's Tisch School for the Arts, poetry

at North Carolina's Warren Wilson College, fiction writing at Brooklyn College and pursuing

a Master's in creative writing from Columbia University all at the same time!

After graduating from Columbia and NYU he enrolled at Yale where he sought to obtain

a Ph.D. in English.

Number 10.

"Natalie Portman" After achieving worldwide fame from her role

as the female lead in the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy, Natalie Portman would go on to star

in hit after hit such as Black Swan and V for Vendetta.

As talented as she may be at acting it might not even be her true calling as her intellect

rivals some of the world's greatest minds.

While still filming movies and performing in Broadway Plays Portman remained adamant

about furthering her education.

She was accepted into Harvard University where she received a bachelor's degree in psychology.

Perhaps this is the reason that she is so adept at morphing into different roles and

being able to understand the psyche of troubled characters.

Number 9.

"Tommy Lee Jones" Tommy Lee Jones has one of the best ranges

of any actors in Hollywood with his ability to play everything hard-nosed heroes to crazed

villains.

This ability may stem from his real-life creative genius and sharp intellect.

Jones attended Harvard on a football scholarship, graduating in 1969 with a degree in English

literature.

While attending the distinguished university Jones was the roommate to none other than

former Vice-President Al Gore.

While completing his studies he further developed his passion for the arts and after leaving

he took-on several Broadway roles before breaking into film and television in the 1970s.

Jones would go on to win an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in the 1993 movie

The Fugitive and has been nominated for three other films.

Number 8.

"Kate Beckinsale" As the star of the action-packed Underworld

series and dramas like Pearl Harbor, Kate Beckinsale has earned the praise of critics

and achieved fame and fortune.

But Beckinsale is more than just a leading lady and vampiric vixen with stunning looks,

she has the brains to back it up.

Beckinsale attended one of the world's most prestigious universities Oxford where she

studied acting before making her big screen debut.

This wouldn't wait too long though as only a year in to studies it was apparent that

she was destined for even greater things than just studying at one of the most renowned

acting schools.

She was discovered by legendary Shakespearean actor Kenneth Branagh who cast her in his

film version of Much Ado About Nothing.

Her appearance received rave reviews and she dropped out of Oxford in order to further

pursue her movie career.

Number 7.

"Steve Martin" As one of the most innovative and groundbreaking

comedians of our time Steve Martin, became a household name with his successful stand-up

career, guest hosting Saturday Night Live and his subsequent leads in blockbuster comedies

like The Jerk and The Man WIth Two Brains.

If you are at all familiar with Martin's stand-up comedy you will know that he has a remarkable

talent for mixing the absolutely silly and absurd with subtle yet genius wit.

But you might not know just how smart this comedy icon is.

Although he dropped out of UCLA, where he was studying philosophy, to work as a comedy

writer it seems Martin never really needed structured education to attain brilliance.

As a member of the prestigious MENSA society for people with IQ's in the 98th percentile,

Martin has the brainpower to absorb almost any information thrown at him and probably

turn it into joke as well.

His genius has led him to be one of the most revered art collector's in the world, a frequent

contributor to New Yorker magazine, a prolific bluegrass musician and successful playwright.

Number 6.

"Dolph Lundgren" Dolph Lundgren is best known for playing the

empty-headed Soviet wrecking machine Drago in Rocky IV and being one of the toughest

looking action stars of the 80s but inside his imposing stone-chiseled head is a mind

that is the human equivalent to a supercomputer.

After serving in the military, Lundgren chose to go after an engineering degree in his home

country of Sweden's most prestigious universities The Royal Institute of Technology.

After graduating he moved to Australia where he attended The University of Sydney and obtained

a Master's in Chemical Engineering.

He was then offered the highly selected Fulbright Scholarship in order to attend one of the

world's most highly regarded engineering schools at MIT.

After moving to the United States Lundgren decided to halt his studies and pursue his

love of acting.

He moved to New York and after landing a couple of small roles he got his big break when he

was cast in Rocky IV.

Number 5.

"Tyra Banks" Tyra Banks is one of the most successful models

of all-time and though she attained this success fairly early in her life her intelligence

and drive has allowed her to continually set new bars for herself and achieve greater success.

She went from being a modeling superstar to an all around media mogul with appearances

in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Hollywood movies, as a talk show host and as the host

as the wildly popular reality show America's Next Top Model.

But she didn't get these gigs just because of her looks.

Banks has always been striving to better herself and improve her business savvy.

Though she initially decided to put-off college to be a runway model she returned to school

earning a certificate from the Executive Education Training Program from Harvard Business School

in 2012.

This achievement was not without controversy though as Banks has been caught calling herself

a Harvard graduate, resulting in the ire of actual Harvard graduates, as this program

(though a notably difficult intensive course) does not make her an alumni.

Despite the backlash from this, Banks still had a passion for education and in 2016 became

a guest lecturer for the Business School at Stanford University.

Number 4.

"Cindy Crawford" Before there was Tyra Banks, there was Cindy

Crawford, one of the most recognizable and internationally beloved female models of her

time.

Models have long been unfairly labeled as dense or ditsy but Cindy Crawford may have

single-handedly destroyed that stereotype all while changing the modeling game and giving

smart women who weren't insanely skinny the confidence to go into modeling.

Before becoming a model Crawford was headed down a much different career path.

She was the valedictorian at her high school and received a scholarship to Northwestern

University to study chemical engineering.

Although she only attended the school for less than a year, her intelligence and understanding

of a wide variety of subjects allowed to her to break new ground in the modeling industry.

Crawford was arguably the first model to be more than just a model stepping out as a spokesman

for several charitable causes and proving herself to be an astute businesswoman successfully

becoming the face of dozens of products while appearing in movies, hosting a television

show and effectively creating the modern definition of supermodel.

Number 3.

"Sacha Baron Cohen" As the star of movies like Talladega Nights

and Borat, Sacha Baron Cohen has become the heir apparent to comedy great Peter Sellers

when it comes to completely transforming and becoming a role.

This combined with his impeccable comedic timing and ability to stay in character no

matter the situation has made him one of England's most successful comic actors.

Some of the characters that Cohen portrays are downright ridiculous and sometimes incredibly

dimwitted yet sometimes it takes a smart person to be able to successfully make such silly

roles believable.

Cohen is the evidence when it comes to this theory as his intellect is considered on-par

with some of Hollywood's most brilliant minds.

Cohen graduated with a history degree from one of England's most prestigious schools,

Cambridge University.

Here he attended the renowned Christ's College and was a member of the school's world famous

comedy troupe, The Footlights, which is known for churning out some of the smartest comedians

on the planet like Monty Python's John Cleese, Graham Chapman and Eric Idle along with Last

Week Tonight's John Oliver.

Number 2.

"Matt Damon" Matt Damon is one of the biggest movie stars

on the planet he has appeared in such blockbuster hits as Ocean's 11 and The Bourne Identity

but he is much more than just a good-looking thespian.

Damon burst onto the scene with the film Good Will Hunting which he co-wrote with friend

Ben Affleck.

If you have seen the movie you will recall that Damon plays the part of an MIT janitor

who is incredibly intelligent, but what you might not know is how much Damon had cognitively

in common with his character.

Although the character of Will Hunting is fictional, much of the movie's inspiration

comes from Damon's real life experiences.

Before dropping out to pursue acting Damon actually attended Harvard University where

he studied as an English major.

Number 1.

"Jodie Foster" While award-winning actress Jodie Foster might

be famous for playing brainiacs like in the movie Contact or in The Silence of the Lambs

you might be shocked to hear that Foster herself can be counted among the intellectually elite.

Although she started her acting career as a child, Foster always found the time to focus

on her studies.

After already being nominated for an Academy Award at the age of 12 for her role in the

the movie Taxi Driver, Foster completed high school at the age of 17 and took a brief hiatus

from acting in order to attend Yale University studying Literature and Writing.

Her studies as the Ivy League school might have helped her grow into an even more brilliant

actress as upon graduating her fame and critical success shot into the stratosphere.

Foster would go on to win two Oscars for her roles in The Accused and The Silence of the

Lambs.

What actors and actresses in Hollywood do you think are the best at playing smart characters?

Rugby 7s Vs Wrestling With Sam Cross & Sofia Mattsson | Sports Swap - Duration: 10:21.

Hi, I'm Sam Cross. I'm from Wales.

I'm part of the Team GB Rugby 7s team.

(AGE 25, HEIGHT 100CM, WEIGHT 103KG)

Rugby 7s is fast and action-packed, it's exciting,

it's high scoring.

(SILVER MEDALLIST, RIO 2016)

I'm Sofia Mattsson from Sweden and I'm an Olympic wrestler

in the 53 kilo category.

(AGE 28, HEIGHT 164CM, WEIGHT 53KG)

We need to have a lot of courage and self-confidence,

believe in yourself and the will to really,

really want to win.

(BRONZE MEDALLIST, RIO 2016)

(RUGBY, WRESTLING)

(WRESTLING, RUGBY)

- Hi Sofia. - Hi.

Welcome to the Team GB Rugby base

at The Lensbury Hotel in London.

Do you know much about rugby?

Actually not.

I guess you're supposed to have a lot of speed

and there's a lot of body contact.

Yeah, I think it'll suit you with your wrestling background.

There's a lot of physical contact,

a lot of head-to-head,

so looking forward to introducing you to it today.

I'm used to getting close to people and I won't be afraid

if I get tackled or anything,

so I think that will come in handy.

(HE'S PUMPED!)

Well, welcome to my world on the mat

and today, we are going to do some wrestling.

Do you know anything about wrestling

or have you tried it before?

Yeah, in rugby we've done a little bit of judo,

just looking at taking people down.

Well, that sounds perfect.

I think there's going to be a few transferable skills.

In rugby, a very physical sport, bone on bone,

looking to move people and be aggressive.

(THE KIT)

Rugby, this IS our kit.

Pretty normal, pretty standard issue.

This is the top we wore in the Olympics,

so it's a Team GB kit.

First of all, I see you've got your Swedish kit on,

so you're in London today with Team GB,

so I got you this jersey, I hope it fits.

Thank you so much.

How do you feel about your singlet?

Do you feel comfortable?

Ah, yeah, not leaving much for the imagination,

but it feels good.

You certainly look good in the yellow

and blue colours I must say.

The singlet as you can feel is really tight,

it's so your opponent won't grab it when you wrestle.

That's what I love about wrestling is that

this is all you need.

(THE INITIATION)

The point of the game is you pass the ball or run the ball

and you try and get it over this line here.

Every time we score a try we get a chance to kick the ball

between the sticks to score an extra two points.

I'll quickly show you how it's done.

- Goal! - Goal.

Two points! So, here's the ball, there's the posts.

Good luck.

This is your first attempt at the Rugby 7s drop-kick.

Thank you.

Is it supposed to touch the ground before I kick it?

Touch the ground before you kick it, and then over the bar,

but between the posts.

OK.

Yeah, it probably can't get any worse!

Last attempt, so it will bounce and sort of lift up.

The ball, it feels unnatural to have a rugby ball

and there's a lot more technique than I thought.

OK, so, the first thing we're going to do,

we're just going just to try to catch each other's feet.

Every time you touch it, it's one point.

- OK. - OK.

I was surprised by how actually quick she was

and quick on her feet and sharp with her hands.

As I was going, she was gone before I could even get there.

So, basically I pretend that someone has taken me down

and I need to get into a bridge.

I'm going to show you and then you're going to try

to get out.

So basically I'm down here and then I just need

to be strong enough to jump out of the bridge.

The best thing is about mobility,

flexibility and to be able to use

your body to find what kind of muscles you need to use

in what kind of positions.

(THE WARM UP)

We normally get the balls in our hands,

get the ball passing.

I wonder if my hand is big enough to grab it.

So, if you start...

Slowly, in whichever hand you pass.

If you're passing right, right hand starts

at the back, left at the front.

Nice!

Super!

And then you with me.

I'm actually pretty surprised that he's very mobile

for a big guy.

(THE BASICS)

Here's the training part of the day.

I'm going to show you a couple of technical points

on how to kick a Rugby 7s drop-kick.

Just start square on here and you're going to place it

and then you're going to kick through.

You should never kick straight but always on

an angle so you've got that space, whereas if you're

straight you're going to kick with your toe

instead of your inside part of the foot.

Not bad.

Good. A lot better.

- Hey! - Good.

You have to catch the ball after I kick it.

I think Tokyo 2020 could be on the cards here!

Check this out.

This is our tackling pad.

This what we use day to day in training

to practise our tackling.

We go opposite foot, get close and hit them

with my right shoulder.

I get my left foot in close and

I'm going to look to get my hands

around the bag and then hit the pad.

Nice, that was good.

I was saying, with my sport, just give it a go

and don't be afraid.

This is kind of starting to look a little bit

more like wrestling now.

That was good.

First time being tackled by a girl, it's good.

I'm going to go there, tackle you

and then I come after the ball.

In wrestling you want to put your opponents on their back,

then you win, or at the end of the match

and if no-one puts

the other one on the back, they're going

to count the scores.

You're going to throw him all over you

until he lands on his back.

You're going to use your neck when you're jumping

out of the bridge, so you need to be able to move it.

Try to make one lap.

I think there's a few things that we do in rugby

which are kind of similar to wrestling, which mix in.

The strength work we do works quite well.

Probably the bit I'm struggling the most is just

that they're almost like gymnasts.

(THE CHALLENGE)

OK, Sofia, the final challenge.

Drop-kick.

Over the crossbar, between the posts.

You've got this, let's go.

(3 ATTEMPTS)

(TO SCORE A DROP KICK GOAL)

It's coming off the foot now,

so it's looking a lot better.

You're kicking the ball, you're not kicking

air any more,

so I think we've definitely improved from the start.

I think if you were a Rugby 7s player, you'd probably

be a catcher and chasing the kick offs rather a kicker.

- Thank you very much. - Thank you.

(FIRST TO 3 TOUCHES)

(OF THE OPPONENT'S FOOT WINS)

The first one who gets three shots is the winner.

One.

Two.

Three!

(3 ATTEMPTS)

(TO COME OUT OF A BRIDGE POSITION)

To the other challenge, and the bridge.

Yeah, good.

I think that's enough for today.

You were really good.

- Thank you very much. - Yeah, thank you.

You did great and you almost managed the last one,

I think just a little bit more training and then...

- Keep practising! - Yeah, for sure.

There's quite a lot of similarities

between our sports,

I think we found that out today that wrestling

and rugby has a lot of transferable skills with how

physical these guys are, which is very similar to us,

how much contact we have.

The toughest bit was just how fast they move.

First of all I thought rugby was really fun

and it was more detailed than I thought it would be.

It was more technical and the kick was obviously

harder than I thought it would be.

Smoked Pork BBQ Ribs VS. Boiled Pork Ribs - Weber Kettle Grill - Duration: 16:44.

everybody this is Lyle with no hippie BBQ what we doing today is I'm gonna be doing a

comparison between boiled and then grilled ribs and then just regular

traditionally smoked barbecue ribs the reason that I am doing this is you know

I blonde a few these barbecue forums and somebody posted a picture of some ribs

that they did and they happen to be ribs that they boiled and Grill and he was

pretty much massacred for that and a while back probably three years ago I

did a boiled rib video and I thought they came out great if you guys know

James and a man claims smokers he was actually in that video he was actually

at the very beginning of that video with a pretty funny interlude anyway after

watching my man get massacred on this BBQ site I started thinking you know

what would people not necessarily myself but the people I work with which would

they choose we're gonna keep this is a pretty basic cook I'm gonna be just

going salt and pepper on the ones that were smoking and on both of them I'm

going to be using some of this you know you won it barbecue sauce by ill

rabbit's BBQ I'll leave a link to where you can get some of this my card a book

or not nothing I card above but in the description below really like the

consistency of this barbecue sauce we'll get into that down the road anyway as

far as the boiled ribs go we're gonna be boiling with just some random I think I

have a barbecue rub that I had leftover we're gonna season the water with that

we're gonna get a little old-school on it and I'll rock it with a little bit of

Old English as well and we're gonna boil those for between 30 to 45 minutes until

they are tender anyway let's get working on these ribs I have my grill getting

set up we're gonna be using my 26 inch weber kettle grill to knock out these

ribs so these are gonna be the ribs that i'm actually gonna go ahead and cook

their traditional way i'm gonna leave one for my family i'm gonna take one

into work for the taste test like I said our rub is gonna be simple and I think I

mentioned salt and pepper earlier I have a hint of go

like powder in here as well and we're just going to go ahead and get a nice

coating on both sides now I'm not using any binder on this these are gonna have

a chance to sit for about 45 minutes and have that seasoning soaked into it I'm

gonna be running my grill today at about 300 degrees we're going to be going a

little bit hotter than typical on it I'm getting kind of a late start alright

guys so that is a wrap right there I'm gonna go ahead and throw something on

this and get in the refrigerator for the next 30 minutes now let's get onto these

boiled ribs and how we're gonna be doing those these boiled ribs go I'm just

gonna go ahead and throw some seasoning into the end of this pot and I'm just

using whatever I have left over like I just poured in the leftover salt pepper

garlic from the ribs we just did and this is kind of a Memphis style homemade

rub that I have leftover it's gonna go ahead and throw that in as well I could

just use the water but I only prefer to boil my ribs in the premium Old English

800 we got here and I'm gonna be going about 50/50 water to Old English and

what I'm gonna do once I get all this in I'm gonna go ahead and bring it to a

boil just to kind of get those seasonings infused and you know if I

have some garlic or some something like that I'd go ahead and throw that in as

well but I just don't have any right now you need garlic cloves alright I'm gonna

go ahead throw this on to the stove and bring it to a boil these ribs are gonna

be cooked down the line they're only gonna need to boil for like I said about

3045 minutes and then grilling them you know maybe at our max depending on what

we're looking for anyway we'll pick this up outside so let's go

ahead and get these ribs on I'm out here at my 26 inch weber kettle grill and i'm

telling you i still surprised how much food this thing

holds anyway we're going to go ahead and throw them on and we're going to be

cooking these closer to like I said that 300 degree range it might be initially a

bit hotter than that just because I've had this lit up in the flames have kind

of caught on a little bit but we're going to go ahead and regulate that

temperature down the road we've had those other ribs on the grill for about

an hour I'm just going to go ahead and throw these ribs into the pot that we're

going to be boiling and I'm just going to let them sit here for a while it does

look like I need to add a little bit more liquid to it so I'm going to have

another 50/50 ratio of Old English and water and we're just going to kind of

let this sit here for about another hour hour and a half before we actually start

boiling we are about three hours in on these ribs I'm not sure if I mentioned

it earlier or not but we have been running regular Kingsford Charcoal with

some hickory wood chunks in there my temperature has been anywhere between

315 to 320 degrees these should only take a couple more hours so what I am

going to do is I'm going to go ahead and turn on my ribs inside that we're going

to boil one of my boil those for about 35 45 minutes so these ribs just came

out of the pot and I had these on a low simmer for about 45 minutes I'm going to

go ahead and let these dry off then we're gonna hit it with some olive oil

and then some of that salt pepper garlic and it's gonna be on to the grill after

that let's go ahead and season up these ribs they've had a chance to sit out for

about five minutes I'm just throwing some olive oil on here

and they hit it with that salt pepper garlic and the ribs are just to the

point where they're starting to pull away from the bone alright this is done

deal let's go check on the ribs that are out on the kettle right now so here's

what these ribs look like after being on for about four hours

still look like they need a little bit longer to go so we're gonna go ahead and

throw these boiled ones on right now at the same time though and I'm gonna check

on these in about thirty minutes see where we're at I'm gonna speculate that

these are gonna be ready to sauce at that point these may not be so these

boiled ribs look like we're ready to apply the sauce to them and like I said

the sauce that I'm using is L rabbits barbecue sauce the thing I like about

this barbecue sauce is this a thinner barbecue sauce so when you're applying

this barbecue sauce you're not gonna have those streaks that you might get

with a thicker barbecue sauce like maybe like a sweet baby Ray's might be a

little too thick for me anyway I'm gonna go ahead and turn these over and I'm

gonna go ahead and should have cut that top a little bit more I'm gonna go ahead

and apply that sauce

and then just brush it on

now I'm gonna let this sit on this backside for about 20-25 minutes then

I'm gonna flip it over and we can get the other side so this sauce is set

enough for me right here I'm going to go ahead and flip this and sauce other side

and I'm going to go ahead and sauce these two as well since we are losing a

little bit of daylight all right I'm gonna let these go for about another 25

minutes right here let that sauce sit a little bit and then we're gonna go ahead

and flip them and get the other side of those that a chance to sit for about 25

minutes I'm gonna go ahead and flip him over and get the other side

all right asks for these other ribs over here I'm gonna go ahead and throw these

directly over this flame for about 3 4 minutes just to get a little bit of that

char flavor on it I'm gonna let it go for well actually it's gonna be about 4

minutes I'm gonna keep it on this side for 2 minutes flip it and then do 2 more

minutes and I'm gonna move it back in direct let's go ahead and flip it

all right that's fine go ahead and move that back over here get a little bit

more sauce on the back press that in and I'm going to get the other side in about

another 25 minutes and we are losing daylight so I may not be showing all

this like I said next time you see me I may be at work with these and it looks

like it's starting to rain

alright guys so we're here with the left leave Miranda she's gonna go ahead and

take one rib off of each plate she's driving rib number a right now now she's

going to go ahead and grab one of B oh yeah do you know you're gonna eat the

whole rib she's over here acting like she's about to have a meal walk straight

and she's eating ribs with the fork so we're I'm not so much waking up enough

all right so anyway hmm get into a girl fight into that thing I'm not messy ear

Lyle all right repeat

hmm I gotta say I like the sweetness of a but the savory of B to go with beef

well the funny thing about it is those things are seasoned exactly the same but

we will go ahead and mark Miranda down for a B be appreciated Miranda let's get

somebody else in here thanks Lyle all right we are up here with Suzy she's

already drowned one of the rib B go ahead and grab one of the rib aids now I

have some people over here acting like they're trying to you know get a little

too dainty with these ribs and trust me I've seen these guys when they're not on

camera they go all in so anyway just take a bite of each and let you know

what you think

trust me guys she is not like this any other day of the week

I can already tell which one was it okay some hits already now that's just how I

like it

all right so we got one another one for Rigby hmm we're up here with Tim he's

already grabbing for rib Hey grab one from be all you gotta do is get

in it and tell us which one you like so that was a

I would say it's close to both great I can go through babe all right there's

one for ribbing okay we are up here with Kimberly some

of you guys might have seen her in my pastrami sandwich video somehow effect

I'm go ahead and leave a link to that video on iCard above description below

run by there take a look at that all right Kimble you all you got to do

is grab one rib off each plate so she's got rid of a right now she's going on

red bean out Kimberly's all into playing football and

stuff like that so she's not gonna be going in at all

dainty like the other two right all right so that's a blank that one kind of

sweet

it looks good

hmm I think I'm like a bear they're both really good though all right so there's

one for me yeah we are up here with Ryan all right Ryan all you gotta do is take

one off each plate take a bite out each one and let me know what you think

so that's written a that is a tasty rib

yeah be right there both excellent go with B though name singular reason just

more of a sassy type of a flavor to it all right

anyway that's one for B results are in on the boiled ribs versus smoked ribs

like I said we were featuring ill rabbits barbecue sauce in this video I'm

gonna leave a link to where you can buy this stuff in the description go pick

you up five or six bottles of this anyway results were a little surprising

you guys saw a few people on camera so let's just kind of go back over what

they chose so we had Miranda she chose the smoked ribs

we have Suzy and she chose the smoked ribs as well we have Tim that chose the

boiled ribs we have one of our - Kimberly's chose the boiled ribs and

then we had Ryan that chose these smoked ribs now people that did it off camera

well yeah the second Kim chose the boiled ribs mark and this is the one

that surprised me mark is like kind of one of those you know weekend barbecue

guys you can kind of throw down kind of surprised me that he chose the

boiled ribs and then we had dawn she chose the smoked ribs and then we had

Kyle chose the boiled ribs so tallied all that up we have five for the boiled

ribs and four for the smoked ribs so very interesting the only thing I could

speculate is that the boiled ribs were probably a little bit closer to that you

know fall off the bone thing which I think a lot of average people prefer

that fall off the bone type rib as opposed to you know something closer to

kind of those competition type ribs not that these were competition ribs but

very surprised by this because the seasoning was virtually the same on both

of these even though you've heard people in the video mentioned that one hand was

seasoned more than the other a different flavor so I don't know how they account

for that anyway it's a nice experiment thanks for stopping by no hippie BBQ I

appreciate it comment subscribe I'm out

Rush Limbaugh EXPOSES - Duration: 11:36.

Rush Limbaugh EXPOSES Michelle Obama's Past After She Attacks Trumps

The hypocrisy of the left is astounding.

Back in 2016 when that access Hollywood audio tape where we can hear Donald Trump make a

few choice comments about women's genitalia over a decade ago was released just weeks

before the Presidential election people on the left, and even some on the right, had

a field day attacking what would soon be the 45th president of the United States of America.

One particular instance comes to mind when then-First Lady Michele Obama felt the need

to weigh in on his comments.

She made it very clear she was disgusted by what the future president said and didn't

understand how any woman could vote for him after hearing that.

But in her attempted "take down" of Donald Trump the former first lady forgot one thing.

She forgot to check herself!

Although the former first lady claims Trump's words are simply beyond the pale of anything

she's ever heard she forgets to include one thing.

The so-called "art" the people she invited to the White House on a daily basis for 8

years created.

"On his show, conservative champion Rush Limbaugh chastised Michelle Obama for attacking

Donald Trump about his ' locker room talk ' after she herself has hosted vulgar music

stars and rappers whose song lyrics are more obscene than Trump has ever said.

'It's not locker room talk.

I don't know men who talk that way.

Decent men do not talk that way.

What Trump was talking about was sexual assault,' Michelle Obama said during a visit to New

Hampshire.

Limbaugh immediately called out the double standard.

'Men brag, and she is telling people that she doesn't know men who brag.

You know the people that have been to the White House?'

Rush said.

(WARNING: Some of the language here and later in the story may be offensive to some readers.)

'How about some of the rappers that talk about their b****** and their hos have performed

such lyrics in the White House?

But she doesn't know men who talk and sing about sexual assault.

It's all over hip-hop lyrics and has been for a while!

'So is assault on the police a feature of some hip-hop lyrics, and it's been performed

at the White House.

But she doesn't know men who talk that way.

She doesn't know decent guys who talk that way.'

Limbaugh also brought up a 'sermon' by the Obamas' former pastor, Rev. Jeremiah

Wright.

'Yeah, I guess Michelle Obama wasn't there when the Rev. Wright was talking about Bill

Clinton,' Rush said 'You remember what Rev. Wright said about Bill Clinton, Monica

Lewinsky?

… 'And Bill and Monica Lewinsky was riding dirty.

Yeah, chickens have come home to roost, baby.'

'Bill was riding dirty,' and the population, the congregation went nuts.'

And while Rush didn't mention her, let's not forget Michelle's BFF, Beyoncé.

Here are some of her lyrical exploits (WARNING AGAIN: g*****c language):

'Can you lick my Skittles, it's the sweetest in the middle / Pink is the flavor, solve

the riddle'

'I can't wait till I get home so you can turn that cherry out / I want you to turn

that cherry out, turn that cherry out'

'First both of my legs go back on your head, and whatever you want, yeah baby, I'm bad'

'Now my mascara running, red lipstick smudged / Yeah, he's so h**** he wants to f*** / He

popped all my buttons and he ripped my blouse/ He Monica Lewinsky-ed all on my gown / Oh

daddy, daddy, he didn't bring the towel / Oh baby, baby, we better slow it down'

'Over there I swear I saw them cameras flash / Hand prints and footprints on my glass / Hand

prints and good grips on my a**'

'Gimme that daddy long stroke'

The first lady, meanwhile, calls her a role model.

Both of the Obamas are professed Christians, which means (I assume) they are familiar with

the Bible.

I seem to recall something in the book of Matthew involving specks and logs in eyes.

It's hard to remember the precise wording, but perhaps Michelle can search for it before

she sais anything against Trump's words because she will only end up looking foolish

herself.

Be sure to share your thoughts in the comment section below to let us know what you think

of this."

So you see this is how the left operates.

They have an issue with an audio tape from over a decade ago which was straight "locker

room" talk between guys while they have no issue whatsoever with lyrics their so-called

"artists" put out.

Songs, if you can even call them that, which call women names, berate them and objectify

them.

All songs that are heard by children.

This is hypocrisy at its best, these people on the left come out all outraged just to

end someone's chances of getting elected while they hope people don't remember what

they have done and who they associate with.

Like my Mom always says, "Show me who your friends are and I will show you who you are!"

No truer words have ever been spoken.

An Introduction to VirtualRig™ Studio - Duration: 4:44.

hey folks it's Tom in this video we're gonna take a quick look at Virtual Rig Studio

just an introduction before we get started please remember to

subscribe to my channel at the link below and a follow me on instagram at tomenglandphoto

alright so virtual rig studio is a program allows you to get

movement in photos to get the look that's usually done with with an actual

rig this program is available in a trial, there is a lite version and

there's a full version as well and with the trial version you can only output

your photos with a watermark which makes them pretty much useless the lite

version which is on sale right now the lite version allows you to output

without the watermark and the full version gives you a lot of different

other features you can install it on multiple computers you can output your

image at full resolution which you can't do with the light with that comes a

pretty substantial price increase for the full version over the lite I'd

probably recommend the lite if you're just getting started with this

so with virtual rig studio the results that you see here on the website are

fantastic there's a lot of different photographers that you use them and and

also on the website you'll find some pretty cool tutorials they have a page

which has some tutorials from other photographers that have used virtual rig

studio so check those out it's not exactly the easiest program to use there

is a learning curve to it and in the next video we're gonna take an extended

look into one of my photos that I use with with virtual rig and there are some

things to keep in mind when you plan to use that now it's really

being strategic with the photos that you take with this photo here with this BMW X2

just looking around there's a couple key things here it's shot against the

background are trees trees are easy to clone with

this so and also we can see under the car and with the light coming from the

right you can see the shadow itself which is important because we have to

recreate the shadow in Photoshop once we have a render so this is after the

render with virtual rig and what I did here is I cut out the car from the same

photo a duplicate of the photo and placed it inside this but some things to

keep in mind of course with the car stationary you do have to blur the

wheels as well and that is using the spin blur tool we'll go into some more

detail on that on the next video but keep in mind with this with the

output that you have unfortunately with the lite version you can only output at

a 3000 pixel wide resolution which means if you are using the same photo and

you're making a duplicate and you are cutting the car out the car is going to

be either bigger for the most part or you're gonna have to reduce the size of

your photo before you do the cut out now I'd recommend is simply reducing the

size with the free transform tool and locking in the aspect ratio and just

reducing the size of the car itself before you place it in the photo but

overall the program itself allows you to get the the movement you're looking for

you can do some different angles with the movement in your photo now if

you look closely here with the wheel you'll see there are particular portions

of a wheel that don't move the brake calipers are one and and with that

that's simply masking out after using the spin blur masking out those

particular portions too to allow them to come through with no movement there they

wouldn't be moving with the rest of the wheel itself but that's it that's a

quick introduction so in the next video we're gonna take a look at one of my

photos and go more in depth with the entire process of the photo and how I

went from one stationary photo to a movement

movement in the photo itself and see you next time in the next video

315 to 320 degrees these should only take a couple more hours so what I am

going to do is I'm going to go ahead and turn on my ribs inside that we're going

to boil one of my boil those for about 35 45 minutes so these ribs just came

out of the pot and I had these on a low simmer for about 45 minutes I'm going to

go ahead and let these dry off then we're gonna hit it with some olive oil

and then some of that salt pepper garlic and it's gonna be on to the grill after

that let's go ahead and season up these ribs they've had a chance to sit out for

about five minutes I'm just throwing some olive oil on here

and they hit it with that salt pepper garlic and the ribs are just to the

deal let's go check on the ribs that are out on the kettle right now so here's

what these ribs look like after being on for about four hours

still look like they need a little bit longer to go so we're gonna go ahead and

throw these boiled ones on right now at the same time though and I'm gonna check

and I'm going to go ahead and sauce these two as well since we are losing a

little bit of daylight all right I'm gonna let these go for about another 25

minutes right here let that sauce sit a little bit and then we're gonna go ahead

and flip them and get the other side of those that a chance to sit for about 25

minutes I'm gonna go ahead and flip him over and get the other side

all right asks for these other ribs over here I'm gonna go ahead and throw these

directly over this flame for about 3 4 minutes just to get a little bit of that

char flavor on it I'm gonna let it go for well actually it's gonna be about 4

minutes I'm gonna keep it on this side for 2 minutes flip it and then do 2 more

minutes and I'm gonna move it back in direct let's go ahead and flip it

all right that's fine go ahead and move that back over here get a little bit

more sauce on the back press that in and I'm going to get the other side in about

another 25 minutes and we are losing daylight so I may not be showing all

this like I said next time you see me I may be at work with these and it looks

like it's starting to rain

alright guys so we're here with the left leave Miranda she's gonna go ahead and

take one rib off of each plate she's driving rib number a right now now she's

going to go ahead and grab one of B oh yeah do you know you're gonna eat the

whole rib she's over here acting like she's about to have a meal walk straight

and she's eating ribs with the fork so we're I'm not so much waking up enough

all right so anyway hmm get into a girl fight into that thing I'm not messy ear

Islam in Russia - The Golden Horde & Kazan (Part 2/3) - Duration: 7:05.

Islam in Russia - The Golden Horde & Kazan

in 1237 moguls and Tatas seized volga bulgaria and this state perished then

the golden board was established here the golden horde was part of the Moghul

Empire under the rule of Bachelor on the grandchild of changose the golden Ward's

kingdom consisted of the main parts of today's Russia Kazakhstan and Ukraine it

is unknown what the Golden Horde title refers to but some sources state that

back to Han had a large tent with golden pillars and the Golden Horde was named

after this tent after the establishment of the Golden Horde the chingy's yan

code of tolerance helped muslims perform their religious duties with ease after

is back Hanz accession and conversion to islam islam became the official religion

of the golden horde and began to spread quickly the Islamic civilization

circulated in the fields of southern Russia and the cities of the Golden

Horde were filled with clergymen schools and mosques the Golden Age of the Golden

Horde lasted two centuries the Golden Ward's Kings reputation for justice and

their tolerance for other religions also spread to all Islam

Saints but when Tim invaded that HR fields in the golden horns Kingdom and

the rulings it had caused the state was demolished and was broken down into

different corners after two wars army began marching on Moscow the people of

the city restored kazan and the carnate of kazan that earlier was part of the

golden horde became an independent and powerful state kazan was the most

affluent carnate among the split regions of the Golden Horde a state that had

made significant economic and commercial advances in which the influences of the

Islamic civilization were apparent the kazan city of today is in the territory

of these modern car nades kazan is a green and lively city on the banks of

the fertile Volga River and it has been one of the main settlements of the

Muslims of Russia throughout history manifestations of the Muslim cultural

heritage in this town are famous mosques like for Sharif murjani and Apia Nevsky

all of which have a unique history and architecture from the middle of the 15th

century with the rising of the dynasty of Russia Russian Prince's began their F

for independence from Mongolia eventually in 1480 ivana third refused

to accept the rule of the mongols and wrenched back a vast part of Russia

from mongolian rule a few years later the great invasion took place in the

summer of 1550 - an army of 150,000 men belonging to Yvonne Grozny historically

known as Yvonne the Terrible invaded Kazan the town was besieged by Russian

aggressors the October of that year coincided with Ramadan the fasting month

of the Muslims although they could have stayed a knife by surrendering and

giving them privileges the Kazan defenders fought for Kazan until the

last moment many Muslims were killed when the town

was seized including say at holeshot Eve the religious leader of the Tatars

fighting for the resistance of Kazan until the last moment of his life in the

end he was thrown from the roof of his school by the Russian aggressors years

later in memory of Sayed foreign Shanna's resistance Russia's largest

mosque was named after him the Russians - after massacring Muslims in Kazan and

seizing their town built Hassan Bastille Church in Moscow in honor of their

victory

throughout history the power in Russia has changed hands in many different

periods with the emergence of Russia's Tsar dynasty a different era began for

the Russian Muslims living in this land this is the town of San Petersburg in a

northern most point of the European part of Russia Saint Petersburg was

established by Peter the Great the 4th Tsar of the famous Romanov family and

down the years it has become a base for the government of the Russian Czars the

ruling era of the Russian Tsar's was one of the hardest times for Russian Muslims

during this period the Russian kings tried to convert the Muslim population

of Russia to Christianity using a wide variety of methods including mandatory

baptism now it was time for the Muslims to be ruled over by the Christians to

pay taxes and be deprived of the rights they had before some of the Muslims

pretended to accept Christianity but remained faithful to Islam at this time

many of the Muslims exasperated by the Russian government's pressure and the

Christian Church's compulsion were forced to leave their hometown history

is a warring river that can uproot everything at all even giant trees with

far-reaching roots it can wash away vast terrain with weak soil and turn it into

a derelict desert but even in the most turbulent floods of history the roots

remain and sprout and knew the history of Russia is one of the most involved

histories of man find a history that has at various

points changed the course of world history after many centuries of the

Tsar's rule the history of Russia entered a new phase in the early 1920s

and the Muslims of Russia also joined the new current that was forming

even though relative freedoms were given to Muslims from Catherine's era onwards

the pressure was never completely lifted that's why when in 1905 the people of

Russia began to revolt against the Empire of the Tsar's the Muslims who

were under pressure in the Tsarist era the most

joined the people's revolt in 1917 the Bolsheviks revolted under the leadership

of Lenin the communist revolution triumphed and the Bolsheviks took over

the running of the government in the beginning the Bolsheviks summoned not

only Muslims but all those who had been subjected to harassment and oppression

during the Tsarist era and promised them freedom and the Muslims who were one of

Russia's important and influential communities joined the Bolsheviks in the

1917 revolution
