Youtube daily report May 27 2018

So player customization and weapon customization was one of the main things missing back in

Battlefield 1.

Now with Battlefield 5, DICE plans to give players a ton of variety when it comes to

making your weapon and soldier feel personal.

During the reveal trailer you may have noticed some of these options, for example being able

to change your helmet, gender, adding war paints as well as changing the outfit you

may be wearing.

These items will be separated by rarities and a player needs to progress throughout

the game in order to unlock them.

The further you progress, the better the reward.

Some items only being available to those hardcore players who manage to spend hundreds of hours

in game.

In fact I wouldn't be surprised that the prosthetic limb we saw in the reveal trailer

is only for those elite veterans that have been through hell to unlock them.

Once you've reached max rank, you'll be rewarded for it.

DICE wants to give players the feeling of progression so therefore these cosmetic items

play a huge roll in how a player may look on the Battlefield, giving a sense of accomplishment

when you finally unlock something unique.

One of the biggest changes comes with being able to create your own soldier for each class,

making every class unique.

Furthermore you'll have the ability to select an archetype for that class; each archetype

will have different perks that will affect the way you play.

Some archetypes might improve your agility or health regeneration whilst allowing your

footsteps to be quitter.

You'll also get a different range of weapons and gadgets to choose from according to your

selected archetype, so if you want to gain access to suppressed sub-machine guns for

the recon class, you'll have to unlock the paratrooper archetype at rank 4.

As you progress with a particular class, you'll gain access to a wider variety of archetypes

to choose from and therefore have more weapons and gadgets to use.

Weapons on the other hand have changed dramatically since Battlefield 1.

Each weapon has at least 5 points of customization, some going as high as 7, therefore depending

on the weapon you're using, a player can customize up to 7 different areas on a gun.

These points of customization include weapon stocks, muzzles, sights, chassis and weapon

skins.

All of these items can be placed together in order to make each weapon unique so when

it comes to picking up a different weapon, no single gun will look the same.

Unfortunately we don't have any footage of these changes but I've heard a lot of

people talk about how customization has taken a leap further than what we saw in Battlefield

4.

Vehicles on the other hand are in a very similar position.

During the beginning of the trailer, we got a close up of some items players will be able

to place on their tank in order to give added personalization.

As far as I'm aware, players will be able to choose different skins as well as giving

their vehicle a name.

So hopefully by doing this, players will feel more attached to whatever they are driving

as well as flying.

So there we go.

That pretty much covers everything we have learnt from the reveal.

DICE has done a lot to increase the life-cycle of Battlefield 5.

As players progress, we'll get the ability to earn more customization options to make

every factor of the game feel unique, allowing each player to feel different.

Anyway let me know how you feel about these changes in the comments below but for now

I hope you enjoyed this video, smash that like button if you did and hopefully I'll

see you in the next one.

Do I Regret Becoming an Artist? Is There Room on YouTube for Other Creators? · Q&A (250k!!) - Duration: 18:17.

Alright guys welcome back to my channel! It has been a long time since I last did a

Q&A so I thought since we have now passed the big milestone of 250,000

subscribers on this channel- I think that's the first time I've said that out

loud, but how amazing is that!- I thought that since there are

quite a few new people here it'd be great to answer some of your questions.

So about a week ago, I asked on Instagram if you had any questions for me and

quite a few came in so I'm just gonna basically go through as many as I can

and I will link below the previous two Q&A s that I've done just in case the

question that you asked was answered in that. Also if I don't get to a question

don't worry, I will probably use those questions as ideas for videos anyway so

if you asked a question and you're really curious about - hopefully I'll

cover it there and if you didn't get to ask a question then you should be

following me on Instagram- shameless plug now- I'm gonna link it

below just in case you are not following me already. So let's get straight to the

questions. I'm gonna be looking down at my phone probably quite a bit because

that's where I have them all saved. Right and we're just gonna go through the top

comments first, I'm guessing that the ones with the most likes are the ones

that most people are interested in finding out about. So I've got a really

interesting question here from Alanna mccade who recently made the decision to

make art her main focus and is hoping to earn a living from it in the coming

years and they want to know if YouTube is a viable option as an artist, is there

a demand and what future do I see as an artist on YouTube. So in my opinion I do

think that there is potential for artists on YouTube. Something that people

have been saying a lot recently is that the platform is oversaturated which I

couldn't disagree with more honestly. I think there's always room for more

creators because everyone has a unique voice, everyone has something new to

bring to the table. I think it's oversaturated with a lot of

people doing the same thing but if you're going to bring something new,

something different, your own spin on things and absolutely I think if it's

something you want to do then it's definitely worth doing. What future do I

see as an artist on YouTube? I don't necessarily see a future as an artist on

YouTube, I like making YouTube videos and I want to be an artist but I wouldn't

say that I put those two together. I see more of a future for myself as an artist

rather than as a youtuber but I will continue to make videos for as long as I

like making videos and I don't see that

changing anytime soon. This is a good one. Mitch Oliver said 'what do you do to keep

your work area so clean and tidy? Any tips would be greatly appreciated, love

for Minnesota' Well I have a few tips and tricks for

that. So the main thing for me, I think I've touched on this before, but what I

do is; anything that I'm gonna be using regularly, I keep within reach, everything

has a place so if I take something from there I can put it back, if I take

something from there I can put it back, everything goes away nicely and you know

the things that I'm going to be the most are the easiest to get to just so I

don't end up leaving things out when I'm done with them, it's very easy to just

pull open a drawer, put something back. So that would be my main tip for keeping

things organized but also with keeping things clean, one of my main things is I

always have a loo roll right by my desk and my absolute saving grace is a pack

of Dettol wipes- I also use the wilkos own brand wipes because they're only 50p

but just any cleaning up wipes, once I've done some painting and I just want

to quickly you know clean up my desk- I usually use these before and after doing

a painting just to clean my desk off and it gets rid of most things pretty easily

if you haven't let them dry there for too long. I've got a lot of questions

about social media and building a following and also I think a lot of

people- a LOT a lot of people- quite a common thread between these comments was

feeling disheartened with not having as many followers as you would like, not

knowing if you're doing things wrong and feeling like maybe your art isn't good

enough. What I like about this one is the kind of follow-up question of 'how do you

get past feeling so dependent on other people's validation?' and that really hit

a chord with me because that is something that I've struggled with a

huge amount over the years. I am the kind of person where I really need people to

tell me that they like it so I feel like I'm doing something well and doing

it properly, but recently I have switched my focus to more of a place of enjoying

the process of making things rather than putting all my worth on how the finished

piece is going to look. I really enjoy being an artist, I really enjoy making

art and being an artist isn't necessarily about this picture or that

picture or the amount of followers you have.

It's about getting up in the morning and making art and building up a real

collection of things that you are proud of. So as long as you can make art and keep

making art and enjoy it and make art that you're happy with that should be

your main focus. And post it everywhere you want, do all the annoying social

media things that you have to do; the hashtags and the sharing and the SEO and

any other things that you can do your research on and find out about because

they're changing the algorithms all the time online so it's good to keep up with

what each platform wants from you but the main focus should be making art that

you really enjoy and really like and building a community, really appreciating

the followers that you do have already. A lot of people say 'I don't have many

followers' but 50 is a lot of people and 100 is a lot of people and you have to

look it in that way where that's people that are interested in what you're doing

and that's only gonna grow. So that would be my advice on that one, I feel like I

rambled a lot... so weird not preparing for a video and just talking but hopefully

I've been clear on that. Tahlia Fast said 'what is your favorite

podcast?', my favorite podcast at the moment is probably Lore, I really like Lore.

It's just a nice, spooky, almost hypnotic in the way that the guy talks. It really

like draws me in, it's the kind of thing I like to listen to you when I'm doing

watercolor paintings or ink. I don't know why, it just really works well together

so I'd really recommend Lore and other than that I listen to all the really

obvious ones, This American Life, 99% Invisible I think it's called? um I don't

know, I've kind of gone off podcasts recently just because I've been

listening more to like Disney soundtracks and stuff while I work but

Lore and This American Life are probably my top two. Sketchy G

says 'I'm constantly battling with what sort of art style I want to develop or

what mediums I want to specialize in, do you have any advice? Thanks a lot love

your work', thank you! I think that's something that a lot of

people seem to worry about as well, just trying to land their 'thing', their style,

what they use, their colors, and I think the best way to figure it out is to just

keep working, doing you like doing, whatever you're naturally

gravitating towards, just keep doing that even if one day it's realistic stuff and

the next day it's cartoony. Do what feels right in the moment and whatever you're

enjoying and every once in a while it's good to kind of take a step back and

look at the things that you've done and think about what you feel represents you

best and what you got the most out of. But also remember that you don't

just choose that thing and then that's it for the rest of your life and that's

all you're gonna do. It's really a journey with your art, so don't put too

much pressure on yourself to figure out what it is that you want to be doing and

how you want to do it because I can guarantee that this time next year

probably you'll be doing something different. You don't need to know right

now what it's gonna be because it's probably gonna change anyway. Okay Mads

Lacey said 'how do you want your career to shape out in the future, for example

do you want to create a book? PS I love you and your art so much, I've been

watching you for years and it's great seeing you turn art into a

career', thanks Mads! Well that is a really really really good question, it's

something that I've been thinking about so much recently. Obviously if you

remember the beginning of the year when I was having my existential crisis I

would I spent a lot of time thinking about what I am gonna do with my art and

how I would like it to develop and what kind of career I would like out of it

and I don't think that you necessarily have to know but I do feel at the moment

that what I want to focus on is making travel journals and you know just like

travel books almost, maybe not like travel guides but just books of

different cities and different stories of places that I've been to. Like my

Mexico travel journal was probably my favorite thing that I did last year

and it was great to look back on that and think 'yeah that is what I want to

keep doing' so I'm hoping- and well by the time you watch this I will be leaving

for Lisbon in like a day- so I'm hoping to document that in a journal and you

know if I can turn that into something print-worthy then that would be great

but it's just great to be able to record those memories for myself. But yeah, I

would love to do more kind of Illustrated journals that I would I

guess sell and maybe used to inspire people to travel

and go to these places as well. Samar Saeed says 'what is the hardest thing

about being a freelancer or building your own business?'. The hardest thing for

me at the moment is kind of legal stuff and finances, taxes that kind of thing. It

can get really overwhelming when you kind of step back and realize that I'm

just- I'm just a normal person and I don't know about these things and

they're really serious and you know I'm signing contracts and agreeing to things

and not really knowing if I'm doing it properly so it can be very daunting at

times. There's so much information on the internet and there's so many books and

things that you can refer to but when it comes down to it there will always be

little seeds of doubt in your mind where you don't feel experienced enough or

knowledgeable enough to be making particular decisions. Clara Gold studio

said 'how do you urban sketch? maybe this can be a different video or you can just

give quick tips', I actually have a series called Travel Journal Tips, I think there

are just three episodes in that where I have one on urban sketching so that

could be quite useful for you but other than that there are quite a few great

urban sketching youtubers on this platform so I will leave some links

below to some of my favorites. 1,000 years in summer says 'what are your

favorite Netflix shows and what are your favorite things about living in England?'

Favourite Netflix shows, I really like Outsiders where the people all live in the

mountains and they drive quad bikes and stuff. I don't know why I just really

like it. I don't watch much else on Netflix other than Drag Race and films.

I always watch like a scary film every once in a while and then favorite things

about living in England... I don't know about England as a whole because I'm

really bad at traveling around my own country but my favourite things about

living in London are; travel around the city is so easy, I

can get anywhere I want to get within you know 20 minutes most and there's

just so much to do, so much going on at all times even just locally there's just

so much going on at any given time, different festivals, different galleries

all sorts. So yeah I just love the vibrancy and life of it and I also love-

what a lot of people complain about- but I love that everyone just keeps to

themselves. I love that I can get on the tube and no-one's gonna talk to me and I

can get on the bus and no-one's gonna look at me.

That's my kind of city. Al Nosel says 'where do you think you would be today if

you had decided not to pursue arts as a career? I absolutely love all that you do.'

Thank you so much! Where would I be today? Honestly today-today

I would probably still be at Sainsbury's, the supermarket I used to

work at just because I was kind of gonna be there indefinitely, it was a really

good in-between job, a really good 'figuring out what I'm gonna do with my

life' job, I had friends there, I had really flexible hours as well so I

could you know find time to work on my own things in the mean time but also if

I needed money I could you know get in as many hours as I wanted, it was a great

little job so I probably still be there and it's only like round the corner

from my house as well so just perfect. Right well my camera stopped recording

for a little while there so let's see. We're about half an hour into taping so

I will probably just do a few more. artheart12 said 'hi Minnie, I was wondering

how do you keep track of all your ideas for your art?' and I would say if it's a

really visual idea then I will quickly do a little thumbnail sketch either

digitally or in my sketchbook just something really small, really simple to

get the basic idea down and then maybe write notes on it because those little

rushed sketches can be quite confusing to look at like in retrospect. If it's

more of a conceptual idea or maybe an idea for a project then I will note it

down in Trello which is like on the computer and on my phone.

But I discovered through Lavendaire and Lauren Fairweather who are also really

creative people and they use it in really unique ways as well. It's just a

great way to note down ideas and organize things in different lists

different categories and not lose track of all the different things that are

going on in your head basically. I will leave links below to both of their

videos on Trello and just in case you want to check that out and see how you

might be able to use it as well. James Gill said 'do you ever regret becoming a

self-employed artist? I'm looking to become one myself and I'm pretty excited

but slightly afraid about the risks coming with it.' Well James if you are

excited about it then I would 100% recommend

you do go for it. I understand the fear but it is so worth it in the end and I

think that you once you take that leap you'll see it for yourself.

But honestly there was a time back in November I think when I was really

struggling with kind of motivating myself and feeling good about my art and

also feeling about good about my career and what I was doing and where I was

going and I remember one night going out with some friends and just saying guys I

I've had enough, I'm gonna quit YouTube, I'm gonna quit

doing art. I want to go back to Sainsbury's, I just want to make art for

fun again and I want to go to a job where I can just clock out and come home

and not have to think about it anymore, you know just be able to switch off. I

was really just stressed and overwhelmed at the time and it was great to just

kind of get that out and say that but obviously my friends are like 'You're

crazy and that's not gonna happen, you have a great job and you're

great at it and you love it. It might be really hard

right now but you'll come out of it' and I have come out of that and they're

absolutely right you know I'm so lucky to have the job that I have and I

absolutely love what I do I really couldn't think of a better way

to be spending my time and to be living my life, it's like ideal. So it definitely

will get hard but honestly if it's what you want to do it's just so worth it

like the the highs are well worth the lows so really good luck to you James if

you decide to go for it I think that it will be incredible for you. Whatercolor

Gal says 'how long did it take you to teach yourself video editing? that's

the only thing that's stopping me from making my own videos to be honest.' Don't

let that stop you- not a good enough excuse. If you want to start doing it you

need to start doing it, you learn as you go. Take a look- oh my god I can't believe

I'm saying this- but take a look at my first video. I filmed it with my phone, I

put my phone up on a water bottle on the lid of a water bottle and just filmed

down like that and I used the music from the YouTube music library and that was

it that was where I started and you know I gradually learn a thing or two as I go

along. I was editing with Windows Movie Maker back then and you know the whole

thing is trial and error. Now I'm at a point where I'm still learning different

things, I'm still making really silly mistakes, so if you think that you're

going to start out and already know what you're doing, it

doesn't work like that. Just get started. You can do it.

Stop overthinking things. Make a rubbish video. It'll be fine. Okay we're gonna

finish off with a few quickfire questions so Dora Braddock says 'how old

are you?', I am 24, I'll be 25 in a month- two months?- end of June. It's Aaron says

do you have any-... It's Air-One... sorry I know someone else called Air-One. It's Aaron

says 'do you have any unique customer experiences? like has anyone walked up to

you on the street or anything out of the ordinary', well I think I might have told

you the story about when I was at a music festival last summer, in a hurry

Ozzy threw our trainers out with our rubbish so we had no shoes, we went to go

and find them and the girl that dug our shoes out of the rubbish was actually a

subscriber and she was really cool and she was really nice so if you're

watching, thank you for saving my trainers! MadlyPenned so 'do you believe

the pursuit of a creative career is viable in this era of oversaturated

creative media?' A million percent, I think being in the creative industries is the

best thing you can do for yourself in this era of- not even over-saturated

creative media- but you know a world that is going more and more towards valuing

creativity and innovation and creation of things. Art comes in so many different

forms and it's more and more useful nowadays where you know a lot of jobs

that people would have thought were really stable and now almost replaceable

with robots and new technology but you can never really replace an artist of

any kind so I think a million percent that are is a viable career option for

the future. I think it's really one of the best ways to go. Inessa says 'do you

have a go-to snack when you are doing your art and what's your favorite type

of music?', favorite snack to go to, I love green olives with feta cheese, love that!

I just had the earlier today! I also really like salted popcorn.

And favorite music, I listen to a little bit of everything but

mostly garbage. Alright we're going to leave it at that because we have

actually been recording for almost an hour now! I'm going to try

to edit it down to something that is a little bit easier to watch, I've probably been

talking a bit too fast. Today is boiling and I have a lot more to do with the

rest of my day so apologies for that. Thank you guys so much for watching,

remember to follow me on Instagram if you do want to take part in the next Q&A,

that is where I always ask for my questions for those and yeah but the

next video or next video or two that I post, I will not be around I'm gonna be

in Lisbon so I won't be able to respond to your comments then but I will talk to

you when I get back! Thank you guys so much for watching, bye!

Top 10 Arrowverse Fan Ships - Duration: 7:21.

The CW's Arrowverse has had momumental success. While Marvel may be the king of comic book

cinema – despite Christopher Nolan's best efforts – Dc reigns over the small screen,

with the endearing television adaptations of The Flash, Supergirl, Green Arrow and the

stellar cast of heroes from Legends of Tomorrow. So naturally, being a CW show, the fandom

has a bunch of ships. And oh boy, do they ship HARD. Get ready for some creative ship

names, friends, with our list of the top 10 Arrowverse Fan Ships.

10 Spallen - Barry Allen and Patty Spivot   Anyone familiar with The Flash in the comics

knew from the second that Patty Spivot arrived on the scene in the second season of The Flash

that she was likely going to be a new love interest for Barry. And oh boy, a love interest

she did become! So much so that a lot of fans actually prefer them to the current - and

seemingly endgame - pairing of Iris West and Barry. They were just so damn adorable together,

how could you not find them endearing?

9 Raylicity – Ray Palmer and Felicity Smoak This ship sunk before it had ever really sailed

– sorry, dad joke – but not because of the chemistry between these two characters.

That was palpable. Instead, it was due to poor writing concerning their relationship,

which fizzled them out before they ever really had a chance. But, to be fair, maybe their

relationship would have been hindered by that whole Ray going behind her back to force her

to work at Palmer Tech thing. Or maybe that could've just fueled their fire. Instead,

their attention towards a romantic relationship for Felicity were turned towards the Olicity

ship – her and Oliver Queen– a ship that many a fan feel negatively towards, with some

ever suggesting that it might ruin Arrow altogether. Harsh. That being said, it's easy to get

on board with why fans felt Felicity and Ray were much more suitable, and much more compelling

to watch.

8 Goldenvibe – Cisco Ramon and Lisa Snart  It was clear since their first interaction

that these two had chemistry. And if that didn't sell you on it, perhaps that kiss

of theirs did. In typical CW rip-your-heart-out fashion, the romance between these two was

drastically cut short. Lisa was returned to her own timeline, leaving poor Cisco alone.

But perhaps there may still be hope for these two in the future? As far as the multiverse

is concerned, there's a whole lot of potential out there, friends.

7 Superflash – Barry Allen and Kara Danvers   You've gotta admit - it's easy to see

how this pairing came to be a major ship. Kara and Barry have an undeniable chemistry

together, on and off the battlefield. This ship started up when Barry made a cameo in

Supergirl, and only further picked up steam when Supergirl officially became a part of

the Arrowverse. Despite the usual 'opposites attract' pull for a lot of ships, these

two are quite similar, which is why fans like to back them. They're both giant nerds,

they're both have a similar brand of heroics, and hey, they're both protagonists - it's

hard to compete with that much combined charisma.

6 Nysara – Sara Lance and Nyssa Al'Ghul  Once upon a time, these two were an item.

While it seems that Sara has moved on to other romantic interests – more on that later

– some fans still think that these two are destined to be together, primarily because

of how obvious it is that feelings still linger. At least for Nyssa – she still totally has

it bad for Sara. Plus Sara has admitted that she thinks about getting back together with

Nyssa often. So who knows – maybe these two might be long game after all?

5 Lauliver – Oliver Queen and Laurel Lance   So, these two have a bit of a murky past.

Oliver cheated on her with her sister Sara, and was kinda responsible for Sara's alleged

death. Definitely not the best track record there. That being said, fans of this ship

are rooting for Oliver to make amends with Laurel. But these days, it seems more likely

that the Olicity ship may prove to be more substantial. In addition to that, in the comics,

Green Arrow and Black Canary are an item and even get married - a point that Stephen Amell,

who plays Oliver Queen, has stated shouldn't have a ton of merit, considering how different

the comics are from the universe of the show itself, despite how the show has worked intensely

with DC in order to maintain the same spirit that their character's stories have in the

comics.

4 Captain Canary - Sara Lance and Leonard Snart

The chemistry they have together is undeniable! Plus we did get a kiss out of them back in

season one when Leonard had sacrificed himself to put an end to the Time Masters. These days,

they're more so confidants for one another, but the witty banter remains, and still fuels

the shipping fire for many a fan. Snart and Lance have had chemistry from the get go,

and we've gotten various moments, especially in season 1, where the idea of these two becoming

an actual couple seemed like it may have actually been on the horizon. Plus, they're both

so damn loveable as characters, it's hard to not want to see them as an item. These

days, we've seen some of that banter in action with Snart edging Sara on when it comes

to our next number-

3 Avalance - Sara Lance and Ava Sharpe   This one ACTUALLY panned out! Twitter exploded,

it was a joy to see. For what felt like an eternity, fans were hard core rooting for

Sara and Ava to get together on legends of tomorrow. It had all the makings of a great

television romance - the pair initially shared a mutual disdain for one another. Sara would

go around altering history, Ava would have to clean up the mess, you know, run of the

mill superhero plot stuff. But then it turned from antagonizing to respecting to flirtation

and YUP. THERE WE HAVE IT. Their romance became canon in episode 12 of season 3, followed

up by the couple going on a date together that was more than adorable. What makes these

two such a great pairing, aside from being a ship that actually set sail - sorry for

the dad jokes friends - is the fact that Sara and Ava have a complex yet fun relationship

with one another, and they both kick some serious butt to boot. It's hard NOT to be

invested.

2 Snowberry - Barry Allen and Caitlin Snow   While it feels like it's set in stone that

Barry Allen and Iris West is The Flash's OTP - thanks to their history in the comics

highly influencing that - thats not the case for shippers of this couple. There's something

oh so endearing about the idea of Barry and Caitlin. And there's gut wrenching drama,

too. As Killer Frost, Caitlin couldn't kill Barry, because of ALL THE FEELS. And CMON

the show isn't helping matters with that season 1 episode 19 kiss - even though it

technically wasn't the real Barry. But that whole episode kinda felt like it was just

scratching the surface of what their relationship could be. That being said some people prefer

these two as buddies rather than a romantic item.

1 Supercorp - Kara Danvers and Lena Luthor   The queer baiting is alive and well with this

pairing, friends. Ah yes, I'm talking about the super gay subtext noticed by many a fan

between Lena Luthor and Supergirl Kara Danvers. Have you seen the way they look at each other?

How THEY INTERACT? CMON PEOPLE. It's like watching Rizzoli and Isles for the millennial

generation and beyond. And if you don't get that reference, you clearly don't spend

enough time on tumblr. ANYWHO the chemistry between these two is palpable, and the thought

that Lena being a Luthor and possibly becoming evil somewhere down the line has opened the

doors to many fans rooting for this pairing as star crossed lovers. Despite all of this,

the cast personally put an end to this ship by debunking it publicly, leading some fans

What is a GOOD 100m SWIM TIME for triathlon swimming? - Duration: 8:06.

- Morning, Trainiacs.

Little Friday morning recovery kind of swim,

nice and light, lots of fins, lots of snorkel,

nothing too strenuous, just loosen up the body

from the last three days of hard training.

Now, somebody on the Trainiask podcast

asked the question what is a good 100 meter swim time?

I answered it, as we do on the Trainiask podcast,

and it blew up.

It's by far the most popular Trainiask podcast

that we've ever done and I might as well

answer it right here, after the swim.

Also, I didn't bring an active wear shirt today,

so there's gonna be some excessive speedo action.

Apologies ahead of time.

(upbeat music)

(hip hop music)

Ah, man, super late, Trainiacs.

This one took a lot longer than I thought.

3400 meters in an hour 10, gotta go to physio quick.

Alright, so let's talk...

Whoa, you are filthy, guys.

Better.

Let's talk about what is a good

100 meter swim time for triathletes.

Actually, let's not talk about it,

because that answer is all relative.

Let's say a 110 per 100 meter swim time,

if you were to ask me, I'd say that's pretty good.

If you were to ask elite swimmers, pros,

they'd say that sucks.

If you were to ask Olympians, they'd be like,

"Well, yeah, that's a nice warm up,

cool, appreciate you coming out

and getting the blood moving here, Taren,

but we're about to do some real swimming now."

But I can certainly give you some context

for where various 100 meter swim times will place you.

Let's talk in terms of a Half Iron Man,

70.3, 1900 meter swim.

In that case, the pros are doing it at anywhere from around

23 to 28 minutes, which puts them, on average,

around a 115 per 100 meter split time.

That is the top one percent of all swimmers out there.

I myself am doing about a 31, 32, 33 Half Iron Man swim,

which gets me to a 138 per 100 meter average time,

which then places me around the top

five to 10 percent in the entire field.

But here's the thing, I think that, let's take good away,

and I will replace that with attainable.

What is an attainable 100 meter swim time

over the course of a Half Iron Man?

I think that with really purposeful training,

just about everyone can get under

40 minutes for a Half Iron Man,

which translates to a 206 per 100 meter swim time.

And I'll give you some reasons why I think this.

So, you know that I've recently changed over to Tower 26.

The co-host on Tower 26, the sidekick to Jerry Rodriguez,

is Jim Lubinski who is a pro triathlete,

started out doing his first Half Iron Man distance race

with a swim of, I think it was, 47 minutes.

Fast forward to today, he's around

a 27, 28 minute Half Iron Man swimmer.

And if you listen to the Tower 26 Podcast,

there was one time that coach Jerry said

that he went through all of the 1000 meter time trials

that the entire subscription, that's people like me

that are doing it online, not in LA,

the entire subscription database of athletes,

which I wanna say is in the hundreds for sure,

several hundred, I don't know exactly what it is,

and he saw that 98 percent of those swimmers

were getting faster.

Now, I would certainly suspect that far, far fewer

than 98 percent of you are getting faster.

That, to me, is an indication of how important it is

to have a really intentional, well thought out

swim program with a little bit of coaching,

and I think that, paired with some hard work,

almost ensures that everyone can get faster.

And I think that that 40 minute swim time

for a Half Iron Man is kind of what I'm gathering

from the more I talk to people,

that if you get the right technique,

you can hit that almost certainly.

Now, what does it take to get to that kind of time?

Well, it takes a few things.

Number one, I would say that you need to be swimming

three or four times a week, with two of those swims

being really, really key, really purposeful,

well thought out, well designed.

That's why I've gone to the Tower 26 program,

because it is specifically for triathletes.

It's made for us, it's made to get us ready for the bike,

and it's made for the things, the challenges that we,

as triathletes, have working against us.

Our flexibility works against us,

running compresses us which works against us in the pool,

and the lack of time that we can spend in the pool,

that all works against us.

This is starting to sound like a Tower 26 ad.

It's not, just like 'em.

So those swims need to be really critical.

If you're two a week, you're gonna have

a tough time getting faster.

Three, odds are pretty good you'll get faster,

but they have to be really, really purposeful.

We're not just talking any screwing around, very efficient.

If you've got four, you've got a little bit more room

for inefficiencies, because just that repetition,

it helps a lot.

Swimming is a technique sport.

It's not a fitness sport where you can

just build a huge amount of fitness

and muscle your way through it.

You need the right technique and to

develop that right technique, you need repetition

after repetition after repetition,

so that the right technique is

ingrained in your muscle memory,

and then when you get out into the open water

and you get knocked around, it's still really easy

to keep that technique, because you've done it

hundreds of thousands of times.

So I think everyone can get to that 40 minute swim time.

Here, however, is something that I think is a hard and fast,

if you can do this, move on, if you can't,

step back and work on your technique.

Something that I've mentioned before, if you can't yet do

a 400 meter continuous swim without taking any breaks

and without finishing that 400 meters

and being out of breath, so that means being able

to swim 400 meters or yards just consistently,

smoothly, without effort, you aren't yet ready

to really start progressing.

That is a sign that there are really key inefficiencies

in your swim and I would recommend for people

that are at that level that still can't yet

do that 400 meters continuously,

go to TriathlonTaren.com/SwimDrillProgram.

That is a free series of swim drills

that I've put together that's entirely meant to basically

just build your comfort in the water to the point

that you can get a swim coach, you can sign up for Tower 26,

you can start making big progression.

But if you are so inefficient that you can't yet

do that 400 meter test and complete it successfully,

you're not yet ready to start progressing.

And don't worry, these swim drills,

you can go through them in a month or two,

and then boom, you are on the upswing to speed,

getting under 40 minutes.

I think you can all get there.

So there you go, Trainiacs.

Swim, swim, swim away.

Go to TriathlonTaren.com/SwimDrillProgram,

work on your swimming, and looks like it's gonna be

a little bit less dusty for us around here.

Finally we get some rain, clean this place up.

Later.

Top 10 Mighty The Armadillo Shocking Facts - Duration: 5:01.

Mighty the Armadillo was one of the earlier supporting characters added to the now ever

blossoming roster of Sonic's pals.

First introduced in 1993, the character has disappeared from the more recent Sonic games,

much to some devoted followers disdain.

So where did he go?

And why did Sega decide to axe him?

We aim to answer those questions and more with our list of the top 10 Mighty the Armadillo

Shocking Facts.

10 First Appearance Despite being known mainly for his involvement

in Knuckles Chaotix, Mighty's first appearance was in SegaSonic the Hedgehog.

He was captured by Robotnik and imprisoned on Eggman Island where he was supposed to

be executed along two other Sonic characters – Sonic himself and Ray the Flying Squirrel.

The three worked together to break out, and fought against Robotnik before the mad genius

blew up the Island all together.

9 Knuckles Chaotix In Chaotix, Mighty stumbles upon Newtrogic

High Zone's island while on his travels.

He's then captured by Robotnik, who has occupied the island while planning to steal

the Master Emerald.

He ends up being freed by Knuckles and Espio the Chameleon before joining their group to

take Eggman down.

8 Missing After Chaotix, Mighty would appear in three

more games – Sonic Jam, Sonic Gems Collection and Sonic Generations, all of which were only

cameos.

The cameo in Sonic Generations is a pretty one.

The character, alongside Ray the Flying Squirrel, appears on missing posters scattered through

City Escape in the console and PC versions of the game.

The poster features both of their faces and text that reads Missing since 1993.

The character's name is also spelt wrong – Armadillo is spelt with two d's and

1 L.

7 Sonic Mania Plus We haven't seen much of Mighty since his

days in Knuckles Chaotix.

Sonic Generations was the last game the character appeared in, but it won't be his last.

The character is slated to be playable for the upcoming Sonic Mania Plus, an upgraded

edition of the commercial retro hit Sonic Mania.

In addition to Mighty's inclusion, Ray the Flying Squirrel will also be a playable character,

there will be an Encore Mode added to the game (which remixes the Zones with visual

changes) and the competition mode will be expanded to allow 4 players.

The expansion will be released on August 28th of this year in the US.

6 His Disappearance We've never really gotten an official statement

from Sega concerning the reason why Mighty has disappeared from the Sonic games.

But, Takashi Iizuka, known for being one of the key producers, directors and designers

for Team Sonic, has stated that Mighty is considered to be part of the "classic world"

and the :classic group of characters".

He went on to say that Mighty still exists in Sonic's world, and there is always the

possibility of some 'classic iteration' of the character, which has come to fruition

with Sonic Mania Plus.

5 The Comics The Sonic the Comic series has taken a bit

of a different approach with Mighty's character.

Not to be mistaken with the Archie comics, this series featured a version of Mighty that

had him acting as the strongman of the Chaotix Crew, and he would often act without thinking.

He had a rivalry with Espio the Chameleon, and often the two would get into arguments

about who the better fighter was.

4 Blockhead Bill In the Sonic the Comic series, Mighty has

a father, whose named Blockhead Bill.

Bill has been described as a senile 'super strong superhero', who constantly mistakes

people for his old foes, including Sonic.

He also mistakes his own reflection in a mirror as being his 'brother', despite never

having a brother in the first place.

In the Archie comics, Mighty has a different family origin – he was born into a family

of thieves who were all imprisoned.

When he failed to save them, he exiled himself out of guilt, and later joined the Chaotix.

3 His Creation Mighty's creator is Manabu Kusunoki, who

was a former developer and designer for the Sonic Team.

He first began designing characters for SegaSonic the Hedgehog.

Of his creation, he stated in 2018, "Yes I designed the armadillo and flying squirrel

characters.

I did come up with backstories for them, but I can't recall them anymore.

I do recall why I chose those two animals, though in order for them to control just like

Sonic did, they needed to be animals that could have the same proportions, with heads

that were roughly half the size of the body.

And since the game starred a hedgehog, which is a relatively obscure animal, I wanted him

compaions to be equally unusual."

The squirrel character he is referring to is Ray the Flying Squirrel, who Mighty is

first introduced alongside.

2 Dislikes violence According to the Knuckles Chaotix instruction

manual, Mighty is very much a pacifist, and really dislikes violence or any sort of roughness.

That being said, the character has been known to get past his disdain in times of need and

use his strength whenever there's trouble around, and no other option when it comes

to taking care of it.

It also states that he prefers his life to be filled with peace, and enjoys activities

that perpetuate that and his love of nature, like forest bathing.

1 Loves to Travel Another fact about Mighty pulled straight

from the Chaotix instruction manual is that he loves to travel.

His goal in life is to travel to all of the places in the world.

Considering he doesn't seem to hang out with Sonic or Knuckles these days anymore,

perhaps he's out there living the dream.

There we have it friends!

Trump's Ego Is Too Fragile For Him To Be President - Duration: 3:18.

Recently, CNN ran an op-ed titled Men With Fragile Egos Should Not Have the World's Faith

Placed in Them.

You can actually find the link in the description of this video if you want to go read it yourself.

The article mostly deals with nuclear weapons, and how men like Donald Trump or Kim Jong-un

should never have their hands on nuclear weapons because of their fragile egos.

Now, this is something ... It's been a long time since reporters, or journalists, or articles

were talking about Donald Trump's mental health, but it's time to go back to that, because

what we've seen in the last few months from the president shows that this man is growing

increasingly unstable, and with the addition of John Bolton as his national security advisor,

he's now invited another unstable person to advise him, and things are getting so much

worse.

Donald Trump's ego is too fragile for him to serve as president of the United States,

and if you don't believe me, take a look at all of the conspiracy theories that this man

has been pushing since day one of his presidency, that his inauguration crowd size was larger

than Obama's, even though you can put the pictures side by side and see that it's a

lie, that Obama had his wires tapped.

That lie came out around the same time as we found out there was an investigation into

his campaign.

All of the lies have been lies of vanity, not to protect to the country, not to further

any interests that the United States has, but to protect himself, his own ego.

The fighting with North Korea on Twitter, the insults, the attacks, it's because they're

doing the same to him, and he has to fire back.

The other people that he attacks on Twitter, the media, lawmakers, celebrities, people

who've gone after him, his ego is so fragile that he can't let anything go ever.

He holds grudges for all of eternity.

He will go to his grave one day still hating people like Rosie O'Donnell for the spat that

they had back in 2006, or Adam Schiff, and Chuck Todd, and Maxine Waters.

He is going to hate those people forever because his ego is so fragile that he can't let it

go, and the CNN article, though not mentioning those things, talks about the fact that this

man has access to nuclear weapons.

At any given point, without any oversight, without any approval from anyone else, this

man can launch a nuclear weapon, and there is nothing we can do about it, nothing.

Think about that for a second.

We have a man in the White House with probably the IQ and mindset of a young child, and certainly

the behavior patterns of a young child, who has access to the most devastating weapons

in the world, and not a single soul on this planet can stop him from launching those,

so yeah, Trump's fragile ego, his mental instability that we see every day on Twitter, his constant

pushing of conspiracy theories that he believes are the truth, those prove beyond a doubt

that Donald Trump is unfit to be president of the United States.

LIVING IN NEW YORK CITY: Best $1 Pizza CHALLENGE! - Duration: 5:16.

this video was brought to you by Squarespace whether you need a domain

website or online store make it with Squarespace New York City and a good

slice of dollar pizza are synonymous with one another some think it's the

minerals in the tap water or the thin crust whatever it is

New York is known for good cheap pizza in this video my friend Mike and I will

be going around New York and testing out a bunch of different types of dollar

pizza from different neighborhoods are you ready for this wait a minute is that

a wild Sam Sheppard the first dollar slice pizza location on our list is

Vinny's located in the East Village on 1st Avenue and 14th Street its iconic

New York City a lot of movies are filmed there because it has that kind of not to

top the big tall buildings it's kind of the villagey type of vibe a lot of

action happening a lot of nightlife a lot of restaurants a lot of cool people

you've never been here this is my first time ever trying out the dollar pizza

from this spot have you been here I have been here before I really like this

place I come here a lot we're scaling the pizza on a simple thumbs-up or

thumbs-down based on the cheese the crust and the temperature so here we

have the world-famous slice from Vinny

okay who's right this is pretty close to where the best dollar slices of habit

look at the texture of this cheese cheese I give it a thumbs up the crust

big thumbs up it's bold crispy crunchy well done it's the way

pizza crust should really be in New York City the heat thumbs up this is a thumbs

up now you see why I come here I like I'm not gonna lie I'm very very

impressed it's a beautiful day here in New York Memorial Day weekend so the

city's kind of shutting down and we have our next slice from Joey pepperoni

now Joey pepperoni is a chain but they have pretty good pizza so I hear

Joey's is located in Chinatown yes Chinatown home of knockoff purses and

watches and pretty much just pure chaos before I buy this I will say and I'm

impressed you can see there's a little bit of oregano and some spices on there

so I have a feeling this might be its might being one of the good ones

oh look at that cheese baby that's how you know first of all the cheese stretch

cheese gets a thumbs up keep probably the perfect temperature

for a slice New York City's a fast place there is

nothing faster than handing a guy a dollar and getting a slice of pizza the

crust not quite a thumbs up I'd say the one before here Vinny's was a little

better but it's still like a half so I mean it's not a bad size I'll say that

for a dollar you could do a lot worse for our next dollar slice place we are

in at Chelsea actually it's not a dollar I don't know if you can see the sign but

it's actually a dollar 25 I think they recently changed it I know that I think

wow that's the beats of gravity video it's over so I moved here about six

months ago it was a dollar slice they must have recently changes it's now a

dollar 25 that just doesn't sound right Chelsea is that kind of interesting

middle ground between Midtown and getting down towards the West Village so

on one end you almost are in Midtown it's hustle its bustle and then as you

can see behind me I'm on a street that's very much so like a neighborhood in the

West Village and Chelsea is actually my neighborhood here's the question well

not 25 cent increase make it taste any better we shall find out

cheese thumbs up tastes good not too much not too little

crust thumbs up nice crispy bottom nice crispy edges not too doughy heat thumbs

down I don't even oh if they put this in the

oven they might have just taken it and handed it to you but when you're doing a

dollar slice place during the busy time they're not really gonna leave it in the

oven for that long they just want to make as many transactions as they can

initial thought the cheese thumbs up the crust I give it like a half you know

it's a little too doughy for my liking the heat I have to give a thumbs down

it's almost 90 degrees today in the city but even with the heat I still like my

pizza to be a bit more than kind of aloof I mean it's kind of cold with use

that is it worth the extra 25 cents I think no no it's not no if you're on the

go if you're hungry it's definitely worth it I mean it's only a dollar

twenty-five if by no means is like gourmet pizza without a doubt our

favorite pizza spot was Vinny's in the East Village go check it out

have you our New Yorker comment down below your favorite dollar pizza spot if

Sanders Sent Out Urgent Morning Message After What She Caught At WH, I Was One Of The Lucky Ones - Duration: 5:53.

Sanders Just Sent Out Urgent Morning Message After What She Caught At White House, I Was

One Of The Lucky Ones.

The Trump administration is known for appealing to every American.

Ready, willing, and able to do the hard work needed to bring this country back together

and do right by the American people.

Whether it is through policy or small acts of kindness.

Which is why Secretary of Defense James Mattis's recent actions won't surprise you, and in

fact warm your heart.

The Daily Caller reported,

"Department of Defense assistant Dana White tweeted Saturday that her boss, Defense Secretary

James Mattis, had "joined staff in serving breakfast" at the White House on Friday

morning.

The tweet included a picture of Mattis wearing a suit and tie standing in the "back of

the house" with kitchen staff.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders retweeted White's tweet with the

caption that she was one of the "lucky ones" to see Mattis helping out, adding that the

defense secretary had "assured me they hadn't let him help cook."

"Such a great surprise to start the morning with Sec.

Mattis," Sanders wrote."

This is a perfect example of how the Secretary is a symbol of humility and empathy.

Something the former administration has sorely lacked.

He has cooked with the White House staff, done his laundry in the basement of the Pentagon,

foregone cable news, and even praised servicemembers beneath him at every rank at any chance he

gets.

Secretary Mattis's actions came shortly after he spoke at the service academy graduations

this past month.

Where he had the opportunity to wish the graduating classes good luck in their endeavors as they

prepare to enter the Armed Forces and work on behalf of our country.

KKTV reported,

"The 984 graduates at the Air Force Academy Wednesday got an unedited introduction to

the difficult world they now face as new officers.

The graduation's keynote speaker, Defense Secretary Jim Mattis, told the group they

will see battle soon.

And they will be expected to win every fight.

"Your primary weapons system now is your attitude," Mattis said.

That's no surprise to the class of 2018, all of whom have spent the majority of their

lives in a nation at war.

But having war as a daily backdrop isn't enough to condition troops for how tough those

fights can be when you're in the middle of them, Mattis said.

"Always be ready to fight and win," Mattis said.

"There is no room for complacency."

The class of 2018 had to fight just to make it through four tough years at the academy.

When they arrived for basic training, the class was more than 1,200 strong.

Over the years, 222 of them dropped out.

They're one of the smartest groups ever seen at the academy, making it through one

of America's toughest colleges with an average GPA of 3.07.

Of the graduates, more than 500 are headed to aircrew jobs, with 417 set to pilot planes

and 69 headed for drones.

They're the 60th academy graduating class and join what graduates call the "long blue

line" of 50,689 graduates.

Proud parents packed the stands to cheer for the graduates.

Sue and Greg Pike were all smiles Wednesday as their son Ethan Pike left Falcon Stadium

as one of the Air Force's newest second lieutenants.

"He has always wanted to fly, and he has always wanted to serve his country," Sue

Pike said.

The parents echoed Air Force Secretary Heather Wilson's assertion during the ceremony that

no cadet graduates on their own.

"He is a very independent young man, but we are his support system," Mrs. Pike said.

But the parents shied away from taking any credit.

"He wants to serve his country and make the world a safer place," Mrs. Pike said

proudly.

"He cares about other people."

Academy superintendent Lt. Gen. Jay Silveria also gave the newest graduates a vote of confidence,

saying they'll "be ready to lead on day one."

The Air Force's top general, Gen. David Goldfein, told the cadets they'll have to

hit the ground running.

America has stepped up air campaigns in Syria and Afghanistan in a bid to bomb Islamic State

and Taliban insurgents into remission.

"Many of you will face the ultimate test in war," Goldfein told the class.

But the specter of war didn't dim the day for the new lieutenants.

"It is completely unreal," said 2nd Lt. Alicia Neuman, who will tackle space operations

as her first Air Force job.

"It feels like a dream," she said as the Air Force Thunderbirds flying team screamed

overhead.

"My heart is pounding."

Most past speakers have used their academy addresses to focus on wider national policies.

Presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush used the academy podium to roll out foreign

policy proposals.

Past defense secretaries have used the graduation speech to call for bigger budgets and new

weapons.

Not Mattis.

He focused firmly on the cadets in front of him.

"Make the Air Force better every day you serve," he told them.

That focus got the attention of the graduates.

2nd Lt. Brandy Oliver said she was inspired by the defense secretary's speech.

"He definitely loves America, and he was the perfect speaker."

Oliver and her classmates eagerly embraced their new roles after the ceremony, quickly

replacing their cadet rank with second lieutenant's bars before they left Falcon Stadium."

Mattis has always been a class act, whether in the kitchen, in the Pentagon, or at a graduation

ceremony.

The United States is lucky to have him in service to our country and on behalf of the

American people.

Chelsea Clinton Interferes in Trump's Foreign Policy With OUTRAGEOUS Call to Action - Duration: 4:26.

Chelsea Clinton Interferes in Trump's Foreign Policy With OUTRAGEOUS Call to Action।

A bitter and clueless Chelsea Clinton is behaving a lot like her angry, envious mother these

days.

While promoting yet another book, the privileged daughter of Bill Clinton and Hillary trashed

President Trump, claiming he "DEGRADES" what it is to be American.

I guess being "American" is selling Uranium to the Russians and taking advantage of 20-something

interns in the Oval Office, and then lying about it?

But Chelsea didn't leave it at that, she pushed further, and wound up interfering in

President Trump's foreign policy, by urging everyone to PROTEST his upcoming trip to the

United Kingdom.

From Fox News During a wide-ranging interview to promote

her latest book, Chelsea Clinton said that President Trump "degrades what it means

to be an American" and said she would protest his planned July visit to the U.K. if she

was British.

The former first daughter, who just published "She Persisted Around the World," blamed

the Trump administration for having "mainlined hate" and cited reports of a rise in hate

crimes — as documented by organizations like the Southern Poverty Law Center and the

FBI.

"Not just the hundreds, but now thousands of instances in schools across America, where

children are citing the president as they're demeaning a little girl, or they're chanting

'Build a wall' in an attempt to demean and degrade brown children," she told the

Guardian.

Trump made building a wall at America's southern border a cornerstone of his 2016

presidential campaign, and, despite the fact that it has become comedic fodder for late-night

talk show hosts —the wall is being built.

"I think those of us who have platforms to do that have to say this is wrong and unacceptable,

so we don't normalize it but try to detoxify what has been unleashed.

Because if we don't, we leave a vacuum.

And I think the darkness fills that vacuum," she added.

When asked by the Guardian how British people should respond to Trump's planned visit

in July, Clinton referenced her children, saying:

"Well, I've been to multiple protests since the election.

Charlotte's been to at least three, maybe four.

Aidan's been to one.

If I lived in Britain I would show up to protest, because I don't agree with what he's doing

to degrade what it means to be an American."

Of her reported friendship with Ivanka Trump, current first daughter and assistant to the

president, Clinton said the two haven't spoken "in a long time" and implied that

Ivanka is fair game in terms of her advocacy for her father's policies.

"She's an adult.

She can make the choices for herself.

I mean, she's 36.

We are responsible for our choices.

In 2008, I was really proud to support my mom — but I disagreed with her fundamentally

on a few things, particularly her then opposition to equal marriage rights for LGBTQ Americans,"

she explained.

"I never defended that position, because it wasn't what I believed was the right

thing to do."

Clinton said that liberals have been too focused on "tolerance" when it comes to different

minority groups.

In her view, that's not enough.

"People tolerated casual misogyny, but casual misogyny is maybe the gateway drug.

We have freedom of speech, which I do think is hugely important — and yet people thought

you couldn't dispute hateful things, because they're like — well, it's freedom of

speech.

Well, freedom of speech doesn't mean there is freedom of consequences."

The 38-year-old, who serves as vice chair of the Clinton Foundation and has two children

with her husband Mark Mezvinsky, remains focused on electing Democrats but said the country

will have a long way to go to repair the damage that's been done.

"I think the wreckage that we're seeing at this moment is one that will, I hope, be

repaired on the policy standpoint when we elect Democrats," Clinton said.

"But I think we will still then have work to do on repairing the tone in our country,

the exposure of the real racist and sexist, homophobic, Islamophobic and anti-Semitic

feeling which is on the rise in our country – a rot that has been exposed."

U.S. Border Patrol Agent Shoots and Kills 20-Year-Old Immigrant Woman in Texas - Duration: 1:41.

For Complex News, I'm Hanuman Welch

A U.S. Border Patrol agent shot and killed a 20-year-old unarmed Guatemalan woman in

Rio Bravo, Texas on Wednesday.

Her name was Claudia Patricia Gómez González.

According to CNN, agents responded to reports of illegal activity when they discovered a

group of undocumented immigrants.

When the man failed to properly apprehend the group, who allegedly attempted to fight

him, he fired a round into González's head and killed her.

Rio Bravo Fire & Rescue Fire Chief Juan C. Gonzalez claimed she still had a pulse when

his team arrived on site, but it ceased before they could gather the necessary supplies.

They performed CPR for eight minutes before EMTs arrived, who then pronounced her dead.

A Facebook video shows a bystander screaming at the agent in question, demanding to know

why the agent resorted to such violent, lethal force.

QUOTE "Why are you mistreating them?

Why are you mistreating them?

Why did you [shoot] at the girl?

You killed her.

He killed the girl.

She's laying there and she's dead."

At this time, the agent's identity is yet to be disclosed, but the FBI and Texas Rangers

are investigating the incident.

The FBI will be interviewing the three undocumented persons taken into custody on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the Texan ACLU branch is calling for mandatory body cameras to be implemented

on all border agents.

Astrid Dominguez, ACLU director of the branch's Border Rights Center said

QUOTE: "While we do not yet have all the facts

in this case, Border Patrol's history of violence against immigrants requires us to

scrutinize every incident involving lethal force closely.

We call on the Texas Rangers and the FBI to conduct their investigation thoroughly and

transparently, and we demand that Border Patrol expand its use of body cameras to include

each and every one of its agents in the field,"

Sunday:"Does the Trump Administration lack a STRATEGY?"NOKO SUMMIT - Duration: 14:46.

this week President Trump canceled the long-awaited sum with Kim's young on but

hopes are still high that the two will meet in a moment we'll talk about that

with Senator Chris Coons a Democrat from Delaware but first in studio with me

here in Washington Missouri Republican senator roy blunt on the Senate

Intelligence Committee and Senator blunt welcome back to Fox News Sunday you were

just listening to Rudy Giuliani what did you hear in there that you think is

important senator well you know I did hear the Rudy Giuliani mentioned again

that the president is not gonna do kind of try to stop the Moller investigation

he just liked us have it come to a conclusion and I think that's pretty

much where I am and the whole country is right now let's let's get the facts

let's get this done find out what there was to find out and

move on and I heard him once again say that just like you know I've said I I

don't think we should make it impossible for the president fire

Moeller by congressional action because i don't think we have the right to do

that but i think it would be a foolish thing for the president to do to take

that action that he probably heard the constitution the mayor suggest that he's

not going to fire absolutely the president refers to this FBI informant

matter of spy gates should the government have an informant connected

with a national campaign I think it'd be fine to find out what the Russians were

doing it would not be fine to find out what the campaign was doing I'm frankly

concerned about a lot of the things we saw happen between the FBI and both

campaigns getting involved with the Clinton campaign at two different times

both of which I thought reached questionable conclusions and then if you

actually did have someone trying to find out from the campaign what was going on

in the campaign and who they were talking to as opposed to legitimately

having reasons to believe that they should be there we'll see it's taken a

long time to get this information from the FBI and frankly from the national

security team you know on North Korea you said this past week that the North

Koreans like to pretend to negotiate what was all of this about this past

week was that just pretend well who knows you know it's right out of the

North Korean playbook we're into three generations of that playbook now act

like you want to negotiate then come up with some outlandish view of what that

negotiation means and try to wind up with early of benefits to your side and

not following following through on what you've agreed to do so it's not

surprising I don't think what was probably surprising to them was the

president's agreement initially to meet and then his willingness to say hey if

this is the it's not a serious meeting I don't want to have it I do think some

things need to happen here before we meet and hopefully they will maybe the

Korean leaders meeting yesterday was another one of the surprises a long list

of surprises your colleague Democrat Bob Menendez Senate Foreign Relations

Committee this came up on Thursday with Mike Pompeo and he said this about the

criticize the art of diplomacy is a lot harder than the art of the deal the

reality is is that it's pretty amazing that the administration might be shocked

that North Korea is acting as North Korea might very well have normally act

sometimes I think that sounds like you would describe it as he is he right

about that well I think the quotes not all that surprising that you'd suggest

that that somehow the president isn't reaching out the way he should I think

the president's got the North Koreans in a place that any other president might

not have managed to get done he's very willing to reach out in new directions

through the South Korean president willing to meet with the North Korean

president but also willing to walk away and I do think some things need to be

decided before we have that meeting there needs to be a strong understanding

of what both sides what all three sides frankly mean by denuclearization we've

got the the South Korean president I believe providing a great benefit in

this discussion unless we're not all communicating in the same way you know

what does denuclearization mean what what do they expect to see happen and I

think these talks can produce results we need to result

and they need to be very visible before the United States creates any benefit

it's very interesting comment I think you need a bit of trust too to get that

back on track and we'll see whether or not that happens on Iran quickly Mike

Pompeo set out a dozen items that he wants the Iranian regime to go ahead and

meet we'll put them on screen here's a few of them and these are big issues to

abandon the nuclear program provide full access to inspectors and support for

terror groups and ballistic missile program release US citizens and on and

on the list goes a lot of demands Iran has said it has no incentive negotiate

with the US government that rips up a nuclear deal that seems like it's a

stalemate if it is what's Plan B well first of all the nuclear the agreement

with Iran was an agreement that would allow them to eventually have a nuclear

weapon and it wasn't an agreement that our government ever entered into and the

way the government enters into agreements it was an agreement that the

president said he was for understanding the Congress would never verify the

agreement we had just entered into and we ought to learn from what's happened

in 20 years with North Korea what we don't want to allow happen with Iran we

do not want them to be able to have a nuclear weapon the current deal allows

that we do not want them to be testing ballistic missiles which they're doing

and they have to stop this worldwide effort to create terror activity all

over the world your pressure of the Europeans to go along with that well

we'll see how aggressive the president wants to be with the sanctions it

actually will depend on what we decide our sanctions will be against

governments and businesses that deal with this Iranian government is the

number one state sponsor of terrorism and frankly for the last several years

they've been financing that terrorism with the pallets full of money

that we gave them back senator thank you for your time

especially on holiday weekend Roy Blount from Missouri thank you sir with me now

from Wilmington Delaware Senator Chris Coons a Democrat on the forum relations

committee just to continue on Iran for a moment senator thank you for your time

you've said the nuclear deal is not a perfect deal but you see

what on has been doing and you hear what the senator just lists off here well

what's wrong with putting pressure on Berlin and Brussels and Paris well bill

I agree with secretary Pompeo and Senator blunt that a lot of Iran's

behavior outside the nuclear deal in recent years has been alarming and

compels us to take action what I had wished the president had done is to

recognize the benefits we've gotten from the Iran nuclear deal in constraining

their nuclear program and getting us searching inspections of Iran's nuclear

activities and work more closely with our European allies with the Germans the

French the British to reach a second deal a bigger deal that would rein in

their ballistic missile program their human rights violations and their

support for terrorism I completely agree that Iran is a bad

regime that threatens our allies and conducts itself in ways that are

unacceptable I just disagree about whether causing greater distance with

our European allies by sanctioning them and some of their biggest companies is

the right path or perhaps you could change minds yes or no senator on that

well I hope that we will see a president Trump end up proving himself to be a

deal maker not a deal breaker but in this instance I've heard from the

ambassadors of our key European allies that they're concerned that America

first is turning into America alone and that whether it's in the path towards

this Singapore summit with North Korea where our South Korean a close ally was

not consulted before the announcement was made or it's in the path forward

towards trying to restrain Iran's behavior and Russia's behavior that the

close relationship we used to enjoy with Germany and France and the United

Kingdom is fraying a bit well all these stories intersect as you just indicated

there to on North Korea now Mike Pompeo said this on Thursday I think the

American team is fully prepared I think we're rocking I think we're

ready I think we're prepared for this meeting I think president Trump is

prepared for this meeting we were fully fully engaged over the past weeks to

prepare for this meeting well you know this is not easy stuff and Kim has since

taken a different tune of sorts do you think this summit can be put back

together senator I think it's possible to have a

constructive and positive summit and I certainly prefer president Trump's

choice now of diplomacy over threatening fire in fury and I commend him in

secretary Pompeo for gaining the release of three Americans held in North Korea

and recently another American released from Venezuela and I certainly hope that

he is successful but I would caution that if we go ahead without using every

ounce of leverage we have over China we're making a mistake I was really

struck that President Trump this past week was tweeting that he was going to

work with Xi Jinping to release some of the pressure on ZTE let me explain how

these two connect North Korea critically relies on China

if we don't have China putting maximum pressure on North Korea I don't think

this summit will succeed ZTE is one of China's biggest telecom companies they

have repeatedly and intentionally violated our sanctions against North

Korea and Iran and the Department of Commerce just imposed powerful sanctions

against ZTE blocking them from getting us material for six years this is a

moment where President Trump has China's attention and should use it to extract

concessions both on North Korea and on China's ongoing theft of our inventions

and innovations so you I would agree Trump will show himself able to do that

you would agree though with the Chinese cooperation thus far with James Madison

and the pressure from this president we would not be talking about a summit had

all three of those things not come together correct that's correct

it is a significant concession to North Korea to offer a summit they've never

had an opportunity to meet with an American president it's something

they've long wanted to elevate them to an equal to the United States and it's

important that North Korea has given up a number of American prisoners as a

confidence-building measure but but let's be clear twice before North Korea

under Kim jong-un's father committed to full denuclearization in six-party talks

in 2005 in 2007 as Senator blunt just referenced only to then change their

tune so we're gonna have to be very focused very engaged I am hopeful that

secretary Pompeo will brief and engage Congress and I'm hopeful that we'll work

together to make sure that this summit is a success too

questions quickly if the presents correct should the FBI have an informant

connected with any national campaign Democrat Republican or otherwise senator

a critical role that the FBI provides is counterintelligence and when they began

getting evidence that the Russians were engaged in a broad campaign to try and

influence the 2016 election I think it was appropriate for them to use a

confidential informant to investigate what the Russians were up to I'm struck

that Rudy Giuliani continues to talk about 13 Democrats 13 Democrats in a

rigged election a rigged investigation as he just did on this show let me

remind you Robert Muller rod Rosenstein Chris Rea

this is the special counsel the FBI director the Deputy Attorney General all

lifelong Republicans Robert Muller the special counsel a decorated Marine

combat veteran someone who's been unanimously confirmed by the Senate for

senior law enforcement positions under both Republican and Democratic positions

to continue to undermine the credibility of the FBI in the Department of Justice

in this way does the Steelers try the rule of law I apologize for interruption

I'm trying to squeeze him one more question his point is that President

Trump should have been told about it what's wrong with that because President

Trump and his actions in the campaign are potentially the focus of an

investigation into obstruction of justice and collusion I don't think it

would have been appropriate for there to be the revelation of investigatory

information to President Trump or his personal lawyers particularly classified

information about a human intelligence source in advance of there being any

decision about whether to move forward with any final conclusion by the Muller

investigation a final point here in a week where Jared Kushner was given his

permanent security clearance returned to him you are calling for Donald Trump jr.

to come back to your committee and testify you believe he's lying

that is a strong charge about what senator I'm concerned that in reviewing

the transcript of Donald Trump juniors questioning by a staff of the Senate

Judiciary Committee that there's a clear tension between his firm answers that

there was no efforts by a foreign power to provide assistance to the Trump

campaign and recent reporting that there were

meetings that he participated in where representatives of Gulf states were

offering some assistance to the Trump campaign I do think that's worth our

questioning Donald Trump jr. again in front of the Judiciary Committee and

it's my hope that on a bipartisan basis we'll continue these investigations as

Senator blunt just said it is in everyone's interest for these

investigations to continue without interference senator Coons thank you for

being here today especially on this Memorial Day weekend thank you in a

moment here we'll bring in our Sunday group to talk about the state of that

North Korean summit and the new terms for that Iran nuclear deal

On top of the HIGHEST building of PRIPYAT ! - Roadtrip ukraine #6 ⇝ #Takiany - Duration: 6:52.

In this episode we're going to see Pripyat from the rooftops.

I liked it so much, to say that in English.

The upcoming videos are about Pripyat.

The city of Pripyat counted 16 times more inhabitants then Zalissya and Kopachi together.

That means that there were living 49,600 people in the city during the Chernobyl disaster.

They had to leave everything behind!

Just imagine...

...this happens in your town or city.

That would be like hell on Earth.

The city is still abandoned nowadays.

Pripyat city has a surface of 8KM²,

and it's only 5KM away from the power-plant.

Atention, atention..

Dear comrades,

The city council of people's deputies

informed that due to an accident at the Chernobyl power plant,

an adverse radiation conditions evolve in Pripyat.

This was the evacuation message,

the people heard 32 years ago.

They were expelled from their homes.

and didn't even had the chance to stay!

They were picked up by buses,

and then taken to another place.

With pain in the hearts of children

even some pets left behind!

Just imagine yourself....

what if this would happen in your country...

starting at 2:00 P.M.

starting at 2:00 P.M.

escorted by militia officers and representatives of Party's city executive committee.

My name's Takiany, and I love adventure!

Together with Oemmie, I want to explore the world!

"Don't forget to subscribe"

So, this are skyscrapers...

...and we're not allowed to enter it.

But you know us, right?

The guide isn't with us, because we actually didn't had the permission to do this.

He told us to just look around in the city,

and not going into the apartments, but we want to see the view from above! ;-)

Also subscribe to my friend Urbex Daff !

So, this is a skyscraper in Pripyat..

it's astonishing high, people used to live here...

we're still not on the roof yet.

Right now, I think we're on the ninth floor.

You're almost there, Oemmie.

Actually, I don't know how many floors this building has.

I guess we're close to the roof.

This looks like an attic.

they had an electrical cabinet up here.

- Oh my God...

I can handle it, but It's so sad to see this...

- What?

Is that a dog?!

It's one of the wild dogs here.

- Yes.

Maybe he didn't had enough food...

Oemmie, if we see a dog from now on... we give it a lot of food.

- Yes.

- so that not the same happens, like this dog.

- No, I don't want see dogs starving.

It's bad...

- indeed.

it's such a pity..

But you've to know... how high the radiation level in this city was...

they didn't get enough food, almost no people come here...

but we're so high...

See, how high we're at the moment.

it's pretty cool to see.

The other buildings aren't high...

This building is so damn high...

I suppose this is the last stair then..

Someone stepped through..

This used to be locked , you know...

We're on the rooftop,

of the highest building in Pripyat.

Oh my God...

That's whole Pripyat you see....

and it's totally abandoned nowadays.

- what?

It looks like that one is unfinished.

See... over there...

The Chernobyl power plant.

This city is straight next to Chernobyl.

and it's totally , totally abandoned...

Everything you see here...

If you want to make a video about every building here...

... then you wont finish it till next year.

That's why we're looking after the best places!

The people who follow me for a long time now should know that I'm afraid of heights...

That means, this rooftop exploration....

was quite a task for me...

I have to admit....

that by doing YouTube,

my fears can be overcome.

But, without your positive and lovely comments ...

... I wouldn't even had the courage to do this...

But I also should thank, Oemmie.

She helped me the most to make this dream come true...

Thereafter we went downstairs again.

You see that part in the next video.

There were 15 kindergartens in Pripyat, and this is one of them.

that's basically because there were a lot of children here.

It's probably the kindergarten's name. I can't read that.

Dude, if the piano still plays....

With the Teutons, the goddess Iduna watched over golden apples that could lend immortality.

Besides a lot of vitamin C, an apple contains a lot of pectins.

A special multiple sugar that cannot be metabolized by humans.

From a nutritional physiological point of view, pectins are therefore dietary fibres for humans.

Pears contain minerals such as iron, potassium, copper, iodine, magnesium, phosphate and zinc.

Due to the high potassium content, the fruit also has a dehydrating effect.

In the case of pears, most vitamins are located directly under the skin.

That is why it makes sense to eat them with peel if you are sure that the pear is unsprayed.

I would like to mention here the folic acid, a vitamin of the B-complex,

which influences blood formation and the formation of the hormone serotonin (happiness hormone).

A single peach contains 20 percent of a person's daily vitamin K requirement.

Which is interesting for cardiovascular diseases.

The peach is also rich in polyphenols, which are classified as secondary plant substances.

The peach is also rich in polyphenols, which are classified as secondary plant substances.

They are found in plants as bioactive substances such as colourings and flavours.

Some polyphenols can protect DNA from damage,

while others are being investigated in connection with cancer and depression.

In addition, peaches also contain epicatechin (also found in kakou),

which is thought to have a muscle hypertrophy-promoting effect in old age,

i.e. the response to strength training.

500 g low-fat curd cheese contain almost 70 g protein, most of which are essential amino acids.

80% of the protein in curd is called casein.

These are the proportions of milk that are usually processed into cheese

and do not get into the whey.

Casein can cause allergic or even life-threatening reactions in humans!

However, quark contains many minerals and trace elements, such as phosphorus, iodide and iron,

which the human organism needs.

Until the 1930s, casein obtained from quark was used for insulation purposes

in electrical installations (the so-called galalith).

A little oatmeal and some whey protein for the taste.

The water-soluble dark plant dyes in blueberries are also responsible

for their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

The immune system and the body cells can thus be protected against bacteria and free radicals.

Blueberry juice is also used to treat inflammation of the mouth and throat.

Nuts stabilize the sugar level,

support the blood vessels and have positive effects on blood cholesterol levels.

It is not yet clear from which ingredients the positive health effects of nuts originate.

Most Anticipated YA Book Releases | June-December 2018 - Duration: 9:35.

Hi everyone, it's Sandy and in today's video, I'm going to be talking about my

most anticipated YA book releases for the second half of the year, so the books

that I'm excited about that are coming out between the months of June to

December of 2018. I'm going to cheat a little and include one book that's

coming out in May because I thought it was originally coming out in June so I

didn't mention it in my first anticipated releases video for the first

half of the year. That book is From Twinkle, With Love by Sandhya Menon and

this book is coming out May 22nd. I originally thought it was coming out

like June 5th but I guess I was wrong. This is the second book written by the

author of When Dimple Met Rishi and I'm really excited about this one because it

follows Twinkle, who is an aspiring filmmaker. She has the opportunity to

direct a movie for a summer festival and a really cool thing about this book is

that it's told through letters written to Twinkle's favorite female directors. The

next book that I'm anticipating is Save the Date by Morgan Matson. This book is

coming out June 5th and it follows Charlie, whose older sister is getting

married and it takes place over the course of three days and there's a lot of

problems and disasters that are leading up to the wedding. It has been quite a

long time since Morgan Matson published a book and I'm super excited for this

new one that's coming out soon. I think Morgan Matson is like one of the queens

of summer contemporary books and I think I'm going to have a lot of fun reading

this. My next most anticipated release is A Reaper at the Gates by Sabaa Tahir.

This is the third book in An Ember in the Ashes series. I believe there's going to

be a total of four books and this third one is coming out June 12.

I don't reread books a lot but I think I really need to do a reread before I jump

into the third one because the second book came out almost two years ago so

it's been quite a long time since I've been back in the Ember in the Ashes

world. Another anticipated release is A Thousand Beginnings and Endings and this

book is edited by Ellen Oh and Elsie Chapman. This book is actually a

collection of short stories written by a variety of Asian American authors and

all of these short stories revolve around East and South Asian folklore and

mythology and it just sounds amazing This one is coming out June 26. I'm also

looking forward to reading Contagion by Erin Bowman. This one is coming out July

24th and it is a YA sci-fi book. This book is about a crew who is

dispatched to a distant planet to perform a standard search and rescue

mission but when they arrive on this planet, they find an abandoned site full

of dead bodies. So throughout this book, they're basically trying to figure out

what happened and what's going on. I don't read a lot of sci-fi books but

this one sounds really interesting and I really want to know what happens. The

next book is The Cheerleaders by Kara Thomas. This one is coming out July 31st.

The synopsis of this book is pretty vague but it seems to revolve around

cheerleaders in this town. Five years ago, two of these cheerleaders were in a car

accident and they both ended up passing away. And then there were two other

cheerleaders who were killed by a man next door and then the last cheerleader

is the main character's sister, who actually committed suicide. So there is

death revolving around these cheerleaders and the cheerleaders are

suddenly relevant again. I don't really know what that means but I read Little

Monsters, which is a book written by the same author, and I really enjoyed that

and I really enjoy mystery books, so this was one that I wanted to add to my TBR.

The next book is The Darkest Legacy by Alexandra Bracken. On Goodreads, it's

labeled as the fourth book in The Darkest Minds trilogy but it's more of a

companion novel because it takes place five years after the end of the trilogy,

and it follows Zu, who is one of the side characters throughout the trilogy and I

really loved her character and with the movie coming out, I'm even more excited

to read this book and I love the cover. This one is coming out July 31st. The

next book that I'm looking forward to is Dance of Thieves by Mary E. Pearson. This

book is coming out August 7th and it follows a leader of an outlaw dynasty

and a thief. The synopsis again is also pretty vague so I don't really know what

is going to happen between these two but I'm assuming they're gonna fall in love

or something. I really enjoyed Mary E. Pearson's The Remnant Chronicles and I

believe this book is set in the Remnant Chronicles world so that sounds awesome

and I can't wait to read it. The next book is Our Stories, Our Voices, which is

an anthology edited by Amy Reed. Amy Reed is the author of The Nowhere Girls, which

is one of my favorites of 2018. This is a collection of 21 essays written by 21

different YA authors. A few of the authors include Sandhya Menon, Julie

Murphy, Maurene Goo, Nina Lacour, and Sona Charaipotra,

and it explores the diverse experiences of injustice, empowerment, and

growing up female in America. It sounds incredible. I can't wait to

read it. I'm also looking forward to reading (Don't) Call Me Crazy which is

another anthology edited by Kelly Jensen. There are voices from 33 different

people including Adam Silvera, Libba Bray, Victoria Schwab, Emery Lord,

Meredith Russo, and so much more. It's told through essays, artwork, poetry, and

other things that revolve around the topic of mental health. This anthology

comes out October 2nd. The next book that I'm anticipating is What If It's Us by

Adam Silvera and Becky Albertalli. This book is coming out October 9th and I

love Adam Silvera's books. I love Becky Albertalli's books, so having

one written by the both of them is amazing. This book follows Arthur who is living

in New York City for the summer and one day, Arthur meets Ben, who has just

recently broken up with his boyfriend, and they met at a post office and I

believe that is the beginning of some sort of romance. I am really looking

forward to reading this one. Another book that I'm looking forward to is Odd One

Out by Nic Stone. I read her debut novel Dear Martin in March and I thought it

was incredible, so I'm looking forward to reading a new book she's publishing. The

synopsis is very vague on Goodreads but it shows the description of three different

characters so I'm assuming that these are the characters that the story is

going to follow. This one is coming out October 9th. The next book is Kingdom of

Ash by Sarah J. Maas. This is the seventh and final book in the Throne of Glass

series. I'm not as connected with Sarah J Mass's books anymore but I have started

the Throne of Glass series since the second book was out. To be honest, I still

need to read Tower of Dawn but I'm hoping to get to it sometime this summer but

since this is the last book in the series, I'm really interested in seeing

how Sarah J. Maas is going to wrap up the story, and this book is coming out

October 23rd. The next book that I'm looking forward to reading is Little

White Lies by Jennifer Lynn Barnes. This book is coming out November 6 and

Jennifer Lynn Barnes is the author of The Naturals series and The Fixer and I

love both of those series. I think she does a great job at writing mystery

books and this is another mystery/ thriller book. This book follows

eighteen-year-old Sawyer who is an auto mechanic.

She is approached by her estranged grandmother with a six-figure contract

to participate in this debutante season and I don't really know what that means

but the synopsis says that she does accept the offer and she immerses

herself in her grandmother's society. The society is in quotes so is it some

sort of secret society thing? I don't know. I'm just going to resort to reading

a little bit of the synopsis on Goodreads just because I feel like I

can't properly explain what this book is about. "As Sawyer is drawn into the group

of debutantes with scandalous dangerous secrets of their own, Sawyer quickly

discovers that her family isn't the only mainstay of high society with skeletons

in their closet. There are people in her grandmother's glittering world who are not

what they appear and no one wants Sawyer poking her nose into the past. As she

navigates the twisted relationships between her new friends and their

powerful parents, Sawyer's search for the truth about her own origins is just the

beginning." To be honest, I don't know if the synopsis intrigues me enough but

since it is written by Jennifer Lynn Barnes, I know that I am going to read it

anyways, and hopefully, I really enjoy it. Another book that I can't wait to come

out is Girls of Paper and Fire by Natasha Ngan and this book is coming

out November 6. I read an article of this book that briefly describes it as a YA

fantasy about two concubines of a demon king that fall in love and plot their

escape. This book does involve Asian mythology and it's based off of the

author's own experience growing up in Malaysia. It sounds really great and in

the synopsis on Goodreads, there is a trigger warning for violence and sexual

abuse, so please be aware of that before picking it up. I also can't wait to read

Kingdom of the Blazing Phoenix by Julie C. Dao. This is the second book in Forest

of a Thousand Lanterns, which came out the year previously. The first book is an

East Asian reimagining of the Evil Queen and this second book follows Snow White.

I really enjoyed the first book and I can't wait to see where the story goes.

This book is also coming out November 6. The second to last anticipated release

is Archenemies by Marissa Meyer. This is the second book in the Renegades trilogy.

I can't wait to read this one because I read Renegades in April and I loved it. I

didn't expect to love it as much as I did. Renegade has to do with superheroes

and villains and the line between good and bad blurs. If you're interested in

reading superhero books I highly recommend reading Renegades. This book is

also coming out November 6. And the very last book that I have on my list for

anticipated releases is Queen of Air and Darkness by Cassandra Clare. This is the

third and final book in The Dark Artifices trilogy.

After the ending of the second book, I have been waiting for this to

come out and originally, we were going to have like a two-year wait because

Cassandra Clare is writing another Shadowhunter series and the first book

in that series was supposed to come out before this third book but then things

got switched around so the third book is actually coming out earlier than

expected and I'm really excited because I love The Dark Artifices.

I love the Blackthorn family and I just really need to be back in the

Shadowhunter world. This book is coming out December 4th and it's probably my

number one most anticipated release for the second half of the year. Those are

all of my most anticipated YA book releases for the second half of the year.

Thank you so much for watching. I hoped you enjoyed it and I will see you next

time. Bye!

Look at me!

Stay with me.

You're so busy trying to be what

everyone else want you to be

Not going to.

And you're ok with everything?

I flew to Dublin,

to tell you how I feel about you.

What?

You can resent me or love me,

but you're stuck with me.

I just...

I can't shake him.

Once you fall in love with someone,

I don't know if...

I don't know if you can ever shake them.

I won't change who I am.

I can't.

I like you a little bit more

romantically that I let on,

it's not a crime.

How Did Michael Lee-Chin Became So Rich & Successful? - Duration: 9:04.

Michael Lee-Chin is one of the few black billionaires in the world right now.

He has a network of 3.08 billion dollars and it's growing.

He is the chairman of the National Commercial Bank of Jamaica

The CEO of Portland Holdings.

He is an investor, a philanthropist, a business magnate

And he's Jamaican!

Here are five ways in which Michael Lee-Chin

used to become a successful and wealthy person.

The first day in high school.

I was 11 and we're in an auditorium, smaller a little bit smaller than this

and we're

being addressed by the equivalent of the governor of the state in Jamaica the

Custis of the parish his name was Mr. Gossett and Mr. Gossett were so we were

all standing at attention me in my short khaki pants and Mr. Gossett said ladies

boys and girls opportunity knocks but once something whoa

what if when my one opportunity comes knocking I'm sleeping or I'm gazing out

the window or I'm paying marbles we didn't have TV then then my life is over

so for the next 12 years I didn't sleep I didn't get no real I

play marbles I'm looking for my one opportunity until this friend of mine

said Mike, "why do you look so sleep-deprived" I said, "well I'm looking

for my one opportunity"

Every day there are opportunities but unfortunately for

most people opportunities are usually clad in crisis and when there's a crisis

crisis or you feel I feel awful because because you're focusing on on the

first component of the Chinese definition of the word crisis which is

crisis equals danger plus opportunity so you can't have an opportunity unless

there's a crisis. That was my lesson

that was a big lesson in life so as of then I started my perspective was

totally different whenever there's a crisis and I feel pal I look palette and

I feel awful I ask myself the question where are the opportunities?

I am driven by a mantra that I coined and it's the following

success begets complacency begets failure

Success the natural byproduct of

success is you you become complacent You said, "no I'm successful I can do anything"

I can vary from the formula that made me successful in the first place.

and if the formula is different the result is gonna be

different so success begets complacency

failure so because I don't want to be a failure I have to make sure that the

attitude, the routines, the stresses I had

not knowing what was around the corner I

I keep myself in that state how do you do it because I'm conscious I'm conscious

of what I don't want to be I don't want to be complacent

We first understand all the principles behind our wealth is created in the first place

Interviewer: "and what are those principles?"

Lee-Chin: well there are three things we must have the first

is we must have a sound intellectual framework for making decisions

The second is we must have emotional control

and thirdly we must have access.

If we have two or three we won't be successful

Interviewer: "Access to what?"

Lee-Chin: Access to opportunities access

Access to financing, access to greet people, access to entrepreneurs etc

If you're not conscious about what it is you're looking for it's unlikely that

you will hit it again.

We have to recognize firstly that we need a

framework.

Most people secondly we have to recognize that in addition to the

framework we need the controller emotions that's difficult

If you don't have a framework and thirdly we need to make sure we have

access so as a young person if the young person is conscious that they need one

two three and all they can say what is the framework I'm using when I'm

thinking about investing

What how do I control my emotions well you control

emotions the the time when you're at risk of behaving obtusely are when

times are really good or in terms are really bad

So it's those extremes that

we have the control our emotions.

My quest was is there a formula between every single

wealthy person that I can distill into a few identifiable points and that's a

formula I'm gonna make sure I practice and I also preach

Well if you think

about it every wealthy person in the world

There are five common.................... common

things that will people do all do.

Number one every single one of them they own a

few high quality businesses not too many few high-quality business.

number two every

single wealthy person in the world they really understand those few businesses

Number three every single where the person the world really have used other

people's money to have created wealth

Number four every single wealthy person

in the world has made sure those few businesses that they own they are

domiciled in strong long-term growth industries since it is a combination of

owning a great business that you understand that's in a rising tide that

will create wealth

And number five every single where the person were created his

or her wealth by simply holding those few businesses for the long term so

those were the five distillates that I gleaned to that point

And I thought this

is my this will be my cause and I built a business around investing in that

manner because I superimposed what everybody else was doing

In fact we

have an entire industry the securities industry and the asset management

industry which is doing the exact opposite because a mutual fund typically

owns a hundred two hundred different businesses so I thought this is crazy

because I don't know one individual in the world who owns a hundred different

businesses so it doesn't make any sense

Secondly so if you go through the list

wealthy people in a few mutual funds funds own hundreds diversification

Secondly I thought if you own I don't know anyone who can understand more than

a few businesses but mutual funds own hundreds so is it possible for a money

manager to understand the hundreds of businesses and if you own hundreds

you're going to own some that are in good industries far industries poor

industries.

Why would you rationally logically go out and buy business that

is in a subpar industry why would you do that

but if you own a hundred you will

And third fourthly if you own a hundred

different businesses for you to understand them you have to know the

acumen of the CFO as an example because see if it was a very important person

organization and if you don't know who the CEO fools are you're speculating and

Lastly, every single wealthy person owns their business for the long term

mutual funds typically turn over their portfolios once a year I don't know of

one wealthy person buys and sells his or her business every year so I thought

this industry- this product is totally opposite to how wealth is created and

that's wrong if I'm gonna start a business that is dedicated to the principles

Those five points that's what I did.

3 Marketing Tips to Build Trust & Generate More Revenue - Duration: 2:25.

Welcome back to Creating Coins where we talk about money and mindset for entrepreneurs.

Today we're talking about how to increase trust online.

When you're just starting to offer your skills as a service, you might feel like you don't

really have the credibility that you need starting out.

I've already talked about this and I do have a video about how to increase your credibility,

but I want to talk a little bit more about how to increase that trust so that when someone

finds out that you offer a service, they automatically trust you and they're ready to work with you.

One of the first ways that we do that is we provide our website as our calling card, so

essentially your website is the first handshake.

It's you saying, this is who I am, this is what I do, and this is why you should trust

me.

One of the best ways to increase trust online is by sharing your testimonials, sharing your

results.

If you've work with clients already and you should, even if you have to work for free

first, then get a testimonial.

Show those results, share how you've been able to impact the lives of others, and when

you do that, you'll be able to increase that trust that that person has before they choose

to hire you.

The other thing that you could do is you can provide a portfolio of what you've done.

Share some results.

When you're doing some sort of coaching or teaching or training, your results portfolio

is going to be those case studies.

It's going to be those testimonials, but don't just stop at a couple of paragraphs testimonial.

Go ahead and do a case study.

Talk about those individual things that you did.

Now I've got a case study on my website where I talked about where I helped one client to

book four clients in one night just using a live-streaming strategy and I broke down

this is exactly what I do.

A lot of times people get scared.

Well, if I tell people what I do, maybe they won't want to hire me because they're just

going to go do it themselves.

Right?

And that's another video for another day.

But what I want to share with you is don't be afraid.

Don't be afraid of sharing exactly what you do, because that's going to help you increase

your trust online.

Remember, all it takes is action to turn your ideas into income and that's Creating Coins.

Thank you so much for joining me and I'll see you in the next one.

Vladimir [E] Tides of Blood - Using Twice in Sanguine (Subtitles) - Duration: 1:26.

Hi, I'll try to show E - W combo

Morgana: Sir an unindentified flying object approaches!

Let's dance!

Too bad, let's try again.

Imma take dat tower.

That' wasn't too clear, again-

Notice how I'll use W (the timing) right before releasing E to use it twice in the pool trick.

It also triggers Electrocute/Phase Run as well.

Again.

You can also stack your second E like 0.5 second in the pool instead of releasing it.

Notice that its only possible with 40-45% CDR or more for E trick.

Means you'll only be able to use it in late game with high CDR.

Thanks for watching!
