Helicopters are used all over the world for transporting passengers but the most important

use for them is rescuing people from areas that are difficult to get to by land!

I'm here at Her Majesty's Coastguard base in North Wales to meet an amazing Rescue Helicopter

and her crew.

The helicopter behind me is used to rescue people in need from the sea, or from the mountains.

If someone hurts themselves on the top of a mountain, it's impossible to get an ambulance

up there, so the Coastguard are called.

A rescue can come anytime of day, or the middle of the night, and it sounds as if the crew

have a rescue call coming in!

They all spring to action at once.

First they take a look at a map of the area to check for any potential danger and work

out the best route.

Just look at this amazing tractor pulling the helicopter out of the hanger!

Now it's time for the crew to put their special safety gear on!

Everything has a purpose.

This lifesaving jacket will inflate so that the crew member floats in water, and it even

has it's own air supply just in case they're underwater and need to breathe fresh air.

Then it's out to the helicopter to fly.

On board are pilot Mike, Captain Kate, John the Winch Operator, and Tommo The Winch Man.

It's Tommo's job to get lowered out of the helicopter to rescue someone on the ground.

After a few safety checks it's time for take off!

This whole process, from call to flight takes the crew under 15 minutes!

Engine Start!

Look at how fast those rotors can turn!

The rotors chop through the air and make everything around them very windy!

Woah, I can hardly stay on my feet!

RED Mechanical!

Let's use your Super Slow Motion camera to see just how many times those rotors are

turning.

I love using Gecko Super Slow mo, mainly because it just looks cool!

But look, a helicopter's rotor blades can spin 10 times per second!

Mech starts to wobble and the wind blows him off his feet and off screen.

Oh dear!

Are you ok Red Mechanical?!

As the rotors spin faster, the helicopter lifts off the ground, and flies into the air!

Captain Kate controls the helicopter by pointing the rotor blades in the direction she wants

the helicopter to fly.

Today the crew are practising their winching skills using a dummy instead of a real person.

The pilots skilfully hover over the area just above where the dummy is.

Tommo clips himself to the winch and John carefully lowers him down.

Tommo would then check how poorly the person on the ground is, before winching both of

them back up to the helicopter safely.

Back at base, the engineers are always on hand to make sure the helicopters are in the

best working order and ready to fly.

Safety is the most important thing, and these engineers are the best in the business!

It's a real team effort keeping these amazing helicopters flying and rescuing people in

need.

This is Tom and Kev.

Tom's a pilot and Kev is a winch operator.

They're going to give us a quick tour inside the helicopter!

Welcome everyone aboard the S92 Search and Rescue Helicopter.

First and foremost very importantly we've got our winches here.

And these winches have got 2 strops and the idea of this is you can lower these down to

people in the water or on a mountain, pick them up and take them to safety.

So take a look inside now in the aircraft itself.

And as you can see as you come into this helicopter, it's a large space.

Here we've got a camera which we use when we're searching for people.

This can pick up people in the water or on the mountainside.

So when we've picked up our patient and taken them off the hoist, we bring them into the

aircraft itself and we can put them onto our stretcher.

They may well be in the stretcher.

But it's a lovely area for us to work on them and make them feel comfortable in the aircraft

and we can give them medical treatment if they require it.

Once we get to the hospital we need to get our patient out of the aircraft safely and

the best way we can do that is we lead them and lift them off the aircraft down the ramp

itself and into the hospital where they can be looked after.

Ok this is the cockpit of the helicopter.

There are two pilots.

One sits in this chair, and the other one sits on the other side.

These are the controls for the helicopter.

This one moves the helicopter forwards and backwards, and this one moves it up and down

and there are two pedals down on the floor as well and that keeps the helicopter straight.

We've got 2 engines and they are controlled on these screens and then we've got a map

in the middle to see where we're going.

South Park Myths Everyone Believes - Duration: 6:35.

South Park has been lampooning politics and pop-culture for two decades now.

In that time, plenty of misconceptions and myths have appeared about the show.

Here are the real stories behind some South Park myths.

Now we can all claim to have learned something today.

Everyone is offended

You'd think that with the show's knack for mocking literally everybody, few advocacy

groups would support South Park, even if they weren't made fun of that week.

As it turns out, quite a few prominent groups representing people who've been lampooned

by the show have actually praised it for being fairly even-handed.

For example, the Tourette's Syndrome Association credited the episode "Le Petit Tourette",

which features jokes about Tourette's Syndrome, for raising awareness and getting aspects

of the condition factually correct.

Likewise, a group linked with the NAACP lauded the episode "With Apologies to Jesse Jackson"

for airing uncensored racial slurs and portraying the impact that they have in context.

Even people of the Jewish faith, possibly the most mocked group in the show's history,

have repeatedly supported the show.

"And you especially can't say anything about Jews."

"Oh, Jesus, why don't you just cut off my balls!"

Organizations have praised the show for both for its nuanced portrayal of the kind of accepted

anti-semitism Jewish people face daily… and sometimes just because, like everyone

else, they find it funny.

And when the show mocked Kanye West's ridiculous ego with a running joke that he enjoys relations

with male fish, West actually didn't mind the episode.

"Hey man, I'm a genius, alright.

I'm the most talented musician in the world!

If I was a homosexual or a fish, I would know."

He responded on his blog that he found the episode HILARIOUS... in all caps, too, so

you know he was being super serious.

West thanked the show for helping keep his ego in check, gave the animators a special

shout-out for taking the time to faithfully animate his crew, and admitted that he totally

understood why people felt that way about him.

And Kanye West never did anything stupid or egotistical ever again.

"I'm with you!"

"Ye is in the building!

Throw your motherf---in' hands in the air right now!

Put your hands in the air!"

Yeah.

Just kidding.

It's all paper

South Park has a unique animated style, owing to the fact that the show's original pilot

was made using cut-out construction paper, and the show's creators just stuck with that

look throughout the series.

It was a labor-intensive process, but it worked pretty well on a budget.

With that in mind, actual construction paper stopped playing a part in the animation process

20 years ago.

By the time the second-ever episode began production, everything was converted to digital.

The closest the animators have come to using construction paper since then was the time

they scanned every piece of pilot-episode paper into a computer to use as reference.

So, we're basically seeing the same paper cutouts that were used when Cartman got an

anal probe.

An alien in every episode

Watch South Park enough and you'll begin to notice a lot of running jokes and and stuff

hidden in the background.

Among the most enduring Easter eggs are the secret aliens in various episodes, hidden

there by the animators.

The phenomenon is so pervasive that there's a popular rumor that you can find an alien

in the background of every episode ever aired.

But that just isn't true.

While there are tons of hidden aliens, animators for the show have denied that they've gone

as far as to hide one in every episode.

Why?

Well mostly because the guy whose job it is to do it often forgets.

Because of this, even the animators don't know exactly how many aliens are hidden throughout

the series.

Sorry, but the truth isn't always out there.

They've never shown Muhammad

Perhaps the biggest controversy in the show's history is when they attempted to include

an image of Muhammad in a 2010 episode, simply titled '201'.

Ultimately, Comedy Central censored all mentions and depictions of the Prophet in the episode,

prompting widespread criticism.

"You see, I learned something today… (expletive deleted)"

They even refused to rerun the episode, in addition to making it unavailable to view

legally online, or even to purchase on DVD in some countries.

All of this was a surprise to show creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker, since Muhammad

was shown uncensored in the 2001 episode "Super Best Friends," and nobody gave a flying fart

about it back then.

The episode prominently features a number of religious figures as band of godly superheroes,

Muhammad included.

He gets wicked-sick flame powers and gets punched by a giant statue of Abraham Lincoln.

The big difference is that "Super Best Friends" aired before 9/11, prior to a huge shift in

the political climate of the US, and prior to a group called Revolution Muslim threatening

Parker's and Stone's lives.

"A warning by a radical Islamic group, right here in America, right here in New York.

They will end up dead because of a cartoon."

To this day, you can't watch any Muhammad episode on South Park Studios' official site,

including the 2001 episode, but you can see the Prophet in the opening credits of several

seasons, hidden around an alien, the devil, and Scott Tenorman, the kid who ate his own

parents in a bowl of chili.

They invented the word "derp"

Consult with Urban Dictionary, preferably not with your parents around, and you'll see

that the word "derp" is credited to the 1999 South Park episode "The Succubus."

"If you like Chef, you're going to love Mr. Derp!

Ooh, derp!"

That credit isn't entirely correct, though.

While this episode helped popularize the word, it was actually in an earlier Parker and Stone

project: the 1998 film BASEketball.

But it's not like Parker and Stone came up with the word, either, since the word was

likely coined by the writer and director of that film, David Zucker.

You know, the guy who wrote Airplane!

And that guy has given us nothing but classics.

"Surely you can't be serious."

"I am serious.

And don't call me Shirley."

They were sued by Yelp

Business review website Yelp doesn't really have the most positive reputation, mostly

due to the idea that they allegedly extort small businesses in return for positive reviews.

South Park riffed on these claims in the 2015 episode "You're Not Yelping".

Soon after the episode aired, news spread that Yelp had taken offense and that they

were suing the show for $10 million.

Stone and Parker stoked the flames of controversy by issuing a sarcastic response, giving the

lawsuit claim "one star."

Except...Yelp never attempted to sue the show at all.

The story about the alleged lawsuit came from a satirical website… and a lot of people

who didn't read very closely passed it around as real news.

Did you really think that an article written by a guy named "Jimmy Rustling" was serious

news?

Things You Didn't Know About Charlie Murphy - Duration: 7:04.

After a private battle with leukemia, actor and comedian Charlie Murphy passed away on

April 12, 2017 at the age of 57.

While many people are perhaps more familiar with his younger brother Eddie, Charlie Murphy

was a hilarious talent in his own right—who left his mark on the world as a writer, music

producer, actor, comedian and family man.

If all you know him for is his iconic work on Chappelle's Show, you're missing out.

As we remember Murphy and his legacy, let's take a look back at some of the events that

shaped his life.

A rough childhood

Charlie grew up in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY, the eldest son of Lillian,

a telephone operator, and Charles Edward Murphy, who was a transit police officer and amateur

comedian.

His parents broke up when Charlie was only five, and his father was later murdered by

a girlfriend, leaving Charlie as the man of the house when he was only 10.

His mother would later remarry, but Charlie and his younger brother endured some struggles,

particularly when Lillian went into the hospital to be treated for tuberculosis.

For a year or so when Charlie was six and Eddie was four, the brothers lived in a foster

home while she was hospitalized.

Eddie recalled that foster mom "Mrs. Jenkins" didn't treat Charlie particularly well.

He said, "She beat on Charlie.

She didn't beat on me, I was too little."

Despite the tough times in his childhood, Charlie managed to have a little fun along

the way.

When he was nine, Murphy got to play a small part in the 1970 film The Landlord.

In his scene, Murphy and another child are caught stealing hubcaps by the lead character,

played by Beau Bridges.

That was just the start of what would become a fascinating entertainment career.

Course correction

Eddie Murphy told Rolling Stone in 2011 that Charlie was definitely the "tougher" brother

as they grew up, saying,

"Charlie was in gangs, and even now, Charlie's like extra ultra-macho…

He has a black belt in karate.

I got through a lot of school because the kids knew I was his brother."

During his teenage years, Murphy would join Long Island's "King Python's Gang", and an

offshoot of the Nation of Islam called the "Five Percenters" for a time, adopting the

name Omar Allah.

As Charlie recalled in his 2009 memoir, The Making of a Stand-Up Guy, his gang connections

would eventually catch up to him.

An impulsive decision to commit armed robbery with some buddies would result in 10 months

of jail time.

When he got out of prison, Murphy made an effort to straighten out his life.

He joined the U.S. Navy in 1978 at age 18.

He would later point to this as "when [he] became a man."

Becoming a general

After six years in the military, Murphy returned to civilian life, working as a security guard

for Eddie, who by then was a worldwide sensation.

Although he loved being there for his little bro, Charlie explained to Metro that the gig

wasn't very rewarding.

"I was there for the person I loved and the people around him didn't like it.

Being there to support someone else is cool if you're a troop but I'm a general.

I like being out in front.

I left shortly after that happened and wrote my first film script."

According to Charlie, becoming an actor was never his goal.

He told NPR, "I started writing first.

And I made a little money doing that, but it wasn't enough to sustain me forever.

And in the meantime, that's what made me, you know, start trying to get back into acting."

While he had some brief appearances in films like 1989's Harlem Nights alongside his younger

brother, Charlie's first major role wouldn't come until 1993, when he played club owner

Gusto in the comedic rap send-up CB4, starring Chris Rock.

In the years that followed, Murphy appeared in over 50 roles on both television and the

big screen and even produced a rap album.

There's no question that Charlie Murphy had some serious writing chops.

He started working on screenplays to serve as vehicles for his brother, including Vampire

in Brooklyn and Norbit.

According to Charlie, the very first movie he ever wrote, entitled The Peddler, was purchased

by Paramount in the '80s and was intended to be a movie for Eddie, but the film was

sadly never produced.

In 2003, Murphy got a big break when he was tapped to become a writer on a new Comedy

Central series, Chappelle's Show.

"Charlie Murphy's True Hollywood Stories" series soon became one of the most popular

sketches on the show.

In one of the most famous bits from the segment, Murphy recounts the tale of meeting Prince

and being invited to play in an impromptu game of basketball against him—and getting

his butt kicked.

Was it true?

According to Murphy, it was.

He said,

"He didn't play in his outfit, but that wouldn't have been funny if he had trunks on and sneakers.

But we did play ball and he did win."

Prince loved the sketch so much that he even used a picture of Dave Chappelle dressed as

him on the cover of his 2013 single "Breakfast Can Wait," and the video for the single includes

a woman dressed like him tossing around pancakes.

After Chappelle's Show took off, Murphy quickly found new professional avenues opening up.

Not just 'Eddie Murphy's brother'

When Chappelle's Show was cancelled in 2006 following Dave Chappelle's departure, Murphy

was left trying to figure out what to do next.

His former co-star Donnell Rawlings dared Murphy to try his hand at stand-up comedy,

something he'd never attempted before, and he loved it.

He said, "I was supposed to do five minutes [but] I went up for 15 minutes and I haven't

stopped doing it ever since."

Getting started in the stand-up business wasn't easy for him, considering how famous his brother

was at the same game.

He said, "It's like, if Michael Jordan all of a sudden had a big brother who plays basketball

and he's good, too.

That does not compute for most people."

Since then, Charlie toured with his act all over the world and even released his own stand-up

comedy special in 2010, appropriately titled, "I Will Not Apologize."

He told The A.V.

Club that year,

"Now I get taken seriously…everyone else in the room, they respect you and they're

not looking at you like he's so-and-so's brother.

The reality is that I'm not 'Eddie Murphy's brother.'

I'm Charlie Murphy."

Private battle

Murphy leaves behind his brother Eddie, half-brother Vernon Lynch, Jr., and a host of other relatives.

His wife, Tisha Taylor Murphy, preceded him in death in 2009, following a two-year-long

battle with cervical cancer.

The couple had two children together, and Charlie also had another child from a previous

relationship.

While it's unclear how long Charlie Murphy had been struggling with leukemia, TMZ reported

the star had been undergoing chemotherapy treatment for the disease.

Reportedly, Murphy had kept his illness a secret from most people, only letting close

friends and family know what was going on.

Murphy's death even came as a shock to those who did know about his diagnosis, though,

because they were under the impression that he was getting better.

One last role

Despite his very difficult health issues, Murphy wasn't ready to stop working.

Early in 2017, it was announced that he'd been added to the cast of the Starz original

series Power as prison guard Marshal Williams.

While the fourth season of Power isn't due to premiere until June 2017, Murphy completed

filming on some parts for the series and a rep for Starz revealed that he "shines" in

every scene.

As he always did.

Following the news of his death, the words of his final tweet read like something of

a personal send-off to all of his fans, as he wrote, "One to Sleep On: Release the past

to rest as deeply as possible."

the United States, where freedom of speech and expression is enshrined in our founding

document � would become one of the biggest censors since Nazi Brown Shirts roamed Germany

burning books and beating political opponents?

Welcome to Google 2017, where far-Left ideologues who manage the company�s media operations

are set to decide what their readers can and cannot see, based solely on political ideology.

As reported by The Guardian, Google � which is following Facebook�s lead � has tweaked

its news-gathering algorithm to weed out so-called �fake news� that it claims is spreading

�misinformation� via the Internet:

Google is to start displaying fact-checking labels in its search results to highlight

news and information that has been vetted and show whether it is considered to be true

or false, as part of its efforts to help combat the spread of misinformation and fake news.

The fact-checking feature, which was first introduced to Google News in the UK and US

in October, will now be displayed as an information box in general search results as well as news

search results globally.

How will this work?

According to the report, there will be small segments of information displayed regarding

claims made in certain news reports on particular sites, in addition to so-called fact-checking

of the highlighted claims.

In other words, if a Google (or Facebook) editor believes the claims to be false � such

as, say, a claim by us that there is no evidence to support the Democratic and establishment

label.

The next step, mind you, will be out-and-out censorship, along the lines of what CNN host

for political purposes.

Because he is an Obama sycophant and because he believes the story to be false and a �diversion�

Currently our Facebook fan page has more then 125K followers.

Year and half ago I started developing the Instagram account and currently on Instagram

we have the biggest audience, it has more than 224K followerss sssss (ahahahaa) and

few months ago I started developing the Youtube channel... which is the network, which I should

have started developing in the very beginning, but it is what it is, better late than never,

right?

I LOVE Youtube, I don't know I'm really in love with this platform, it gives much more

opportunities than Facebook and Instagram in so many ways..

I fell in love with video editing thanks to my friend Mano Yasar and 2 Youtubers - Casey

Neistat & PewDiePie.

They MADE me fall in LOVE with video editing and with Youtube it self.

I'm giving more and more focus to the videos and hopefully soon I will be able to give

100% of my time and I'll be able to upload everyday, cause at the moment you see, I upload

every..Hopefully soon enough I'll get to the point that you get a new video everyday.

It's not easy and it's really time consuming, most of the videos which are around 10 minutes,

can take up to 10 or 11-12 hours, just for editing.

But that's another story..

And as always I'm learning on the go, while I'm doing it, so I hope you understand.

This year I would like to make a lot of collaborations with Calligraphers on Youtube and not only

Calligraphers, but also with cool creators on Youtube, so if you are interested to make

some collaboration, let me know ;) I already have started making some collabs with Calligraphers

on Youtube, which are coming soon and I hope you'll enjoy them.

So this year my goal with Youtube is to reach 1, 000, 000 Subscribers, I know it's a huge

number, it's a lot of work, right now we are at 26K subscribers I think.. something like

that - I know it's a lot of work and a lot of time but I'm willing to do it (and i think

i'm ready to) SO PLEASE GUYS if you want to HELP me REACH MY GOAL, like the videos, comment

Few videos ago, in the video ... what was the name...

The first Calligraphy Masters bomber jacket, something like this - it was made by FrakOne,

I forgot to put a picture of me wearing the jacket and some of you commented...I will

show you right now!

Here is the jacket it self, it's not finished yet.

This is like what FrakOne did last time and mmm he used water based paint from some marker,

which is fine for now, but I have to..

I have to double fill this with a better paint which is gonna stay for longer... yeah..

And also here something more will be made , but ... and yeah - this is how the jacket

looks like when you are wearing it and this is @theosone , Mad Cat \/

The jacket was made few weeks ago or a month already - I don't know.

When I was at Acqua su Marte in Milano & the reason was that we shoot a video for our Kickstarter

campaign which is coming very soon.

I hope to launch it this month, but if I don't manage it will be for sure in the next month

beginning.

Not sure yet when - I'm working on it.

There are some more videos may be 1 or 2 videos coming from Milano & from my stay there mmmm...

There are many videos coming up.. review of super cool Italian Ruling Pen - hand HANDWRITMIC

and review of GROG markers, review of ChalkOla markers, review of whatever :D

there is a lot of tools that are waiting reviews, some of them are already done, they are just

being edited, there is so much stuff guys and there is only 24 hours in a day and aaa

sometimes it could be a lot of stuff on my head and since I'm doing most of that stuff

by myself, stuff like this happens, but still I'm really excited for the projects which

are coming up, I can't share everything with you, but AWESOME stuff is coming this year,

expect a lot of videos, EXPECT A LOT OF VIDEOS, working currently on 5 or 6 videos, preparing

some new interviews, I'll re launch the We Are Calligraphy series as there were some

issues with them.

I explained somewhere, I'm not sure where it was either on Facebook or Instagram - don't

remember now...

Once Upon a Truth #6 : Raiponce - Duration: 15:34.

Hello, and welcome ! This is the new episod of Once Upon a Truth ! Today,

we will talk about a german stories, very different

from the famous Disney.

That's me !

Yes that's you.

My name is Rapunzel !

By the way, do you know what's a Rapunzel ?

When I answer a question ? (in french her name is Raiponce, it's quite the same word as "réponse" which means "answer")

No... You never go to school ?

An "réponse (answer)" is not the same as "raiponce" (rapunzel).

It's a flower.

Oh this is beautiful !

And there is a reason if you have this name.

Contrary to your Disney version from 2010,

there is a good reason !

What is that reason ?

Be patient, my dear ! Tell us your story !

OK ! My father and my mother rule the Kingdom.

But my mother is very sick.

My father find a magic flower, born with a sun tear,

which have an health power.

My mother is saved and give me birth.

But the probleme is Gothel : an old woman

who knew that magic flower and used it to be young again and again.

When my father took that flower she was angry and desperate.

One night, she came into my room and sang the flower magic song

and my hair lighted on and gave back her youth !

So she cut one of my hair to keep it with her.

and stay young whenerver she wants

But the hair died and lost his power, and Gothel became old again.

So she kidnaped me, to keep me with her, as a youth fountain.

She locked me up in a tower without door or stairs

and raise me like her daughter.

Years later, I never get out of this tower and every days,

I had to throw my very long hair through the window to let Gothel climb with food.

But I wanted some freedom and I dreamt to see the world

and the lanterns who flew every year in the sky.

One day, a man came through my window. I made a deal with him :

he has to take me see the lanterns

and then I will give him back the crown I took from him.

We lived amazing adventures, Flyn, Maximus the horse and me !

We met vilains who had dreams,

we survived a flooding, I showed my power to Flynn

and he confessed that his real name was Eugene.

Then, we saw the lanterns and we almost kissed !

I think I'm a little in love with him...

But Gothel manipulated us and she gave Flynn to the guards

and locked me up.

But with the help of Maximus, Flynn escaped and came back to save me !

But Gothel stabbed him !

He was dying, I tried to use my hair to save him

(said in that way, this is weird...),

but before I could, he cut them !

The youth power was gone and Gothel grew old, old, old,

all the stolen years came back to her and she disapeared !

I cried, because my poor Eugene was dying and suddenly,

my tears heald him !

We went to the castle where my real parents recognized me

and Eugene and I married each other !

A few years later, we went Elsa's coronation, the Queen of Arendelle,

Kingdom next to the mine, but there was a problem...

Stop ! I think you finished your story !

You're are talking about something else. Elsa's coronation ?

Yes !

But this is another story ! You are nothing to do with Frozen !

Really ? Look. See ? That's Eugene and me !

OMG That's amazing !

Yes ! So, why my name is Rapunzel ? You didn't say !

Oh yes. First, Rapunzel is a german popular story,

collected by the Brother Grimm in their book Children's and Household Tales in 1812.

As every popular story, there were a lot of versions, and sometimes there are differents details.

That is the reason you said that my movie was different.

Well, no, there is another reason.

Once upon a time, there was a man and a woman who wanted to have a child.

A king and a queen I suppose.

No no, just a man and a woman.

That's not a good beginning... Oh ! A bird ! He is so beautiful ! He's already gone.

One day, the woman got pregnant but when she look through her window,

she saw her neighboor's garden, an old witch name Gothel.

Like my mother Gothel !

Yes, we know.

Sorry.

This garden is very beautiful and there is a lot of flower and some...

Roses.

Rapunzel (rampion)

Yes ?

No, I mean there were rapunzels ! the flower !

Ahhh ! Ok !! That's make sense !

She started to want very badly these rapunzels to eat.

Wait, she wants to eat flowers ?

Yes, you can eat some flowers.

That's is defenitely weird.

Yes, and a magic golden flower born with a sun's tears is better I suppose.

But the thing is, the witch is known to be very protective with her flowers,

so it's impossible to ask her.

But the woman is diying and she told her husband that if she can't eat these flowers, she will die.

Her husband, sad, climbed the wall one night and took some rapunzels.

Her wife ate them in a salad.

It was so good, that she asked for more.

My daddy is very brave to go again inside the garden of the old woman !

Yes but this time he is caught and the witch get angry.

The man beg for his life and explained that it was a life of her wife.

The witch calmed down, let him took some rapunzel but ask for the unborn baby in payment.

But, why ?

Because.

Oh, in that case, that's ok.

The man accepted and when the baby was born, the witch took her, and called her Rapunzel.

Because of the rapunzels her mother ate.

She raised her like her daughter and locked her up in a tower without door and stairs, just a window,

when she was 12, to keep her from the world

Oh she is so lucky !

She is lucky ?

Yes ! At least, she had 12 years of freedom !

I'm not sure she was very free...

But the old witch came to feed her every day,

climbing with the very long hair of Rapunzel

Yes, my back hurts a lot ! She's heavy the Gothel !

2 years later, a Prince was just passing by and heard Rapunzel's voice

who was singing because she was bored

That's is true, I get f****cking bored in that tower.

Rapunzel ! Watch your tongue !

I'M SO SORRY !

Ok ok calm down.

But there was no door and no stairs so he left but he never stoped to think of her.

He came back the tomorrow and watch the old woman

who was climbing with the hair.

He dedided to do the same.

I'm sure Rapunzel was very chocked to see a MAN !

I never saw that ! It was a real chock !

That's true. She was scared because she never saw a man before.

But the pince was kind and he explained to her that he was in love

with his voice.

Rapunzel noticed that he was very pretty.

Oh no.... this is too much.

The prince asked for her hand and she accepted

They didn't loose time...

You couldn't say better !

Even if they wasn't officialy married... I suppose they think they was in "secret"

because every night.... he came... visited her...

Oh no !

Oh yes !

I didn't hear that.

My pure ears can't bear that.

Every nights, the prince came to give Rapunzel some fabrics

to make a ladder and escape one day.

Mmmuuummmm yeah...

One day, Rapunzel said to Gothel that she was heavier than the Prince

and she was slower.

Oh the stupid girl.

Oh yes ! Gothel said it was a treason.

She slapped Rapunzel, cut her hair and exiled her on a desert.

Ok ! That's escalated quickly ! Yes but it was her fault.

Yes but it's not a reason to get exile ! But she made treason,

she was her adoptive mother ! but it was for love ! this is not a treason !

Love, love ! And the love of her mother ?Did she think about it ?No ! She was a mean girl.Very mean !

Yes but she dreams of freedom ! You know what's a dream !

That's a bad girl. A bad girl !

Yes but Love is stronger than everything !

No she was not a bad girl

Yes she was bad !

Are you okay ?

Yes ? of course I'm alright. Why ? I'm ok. I think... shhhhshhh stop talking !

ok... When the prince arrived, that night, he climbed with the hair that the witch cut

and he was surprise to not find a lover.

I can imagin this is a chock ! We don't look the same !

The witch told him that Rapunzel was exiled and the Prince, very sad,

jump through the window

Hum.... This is weird ! It's escalated so quickly !

In another version, the witch let the hair go before he arrived at the window

and he felt

This is better.

He felt in thorn bush (or roses, according to another version),

and he get binded eyes

(german accent) ARRR THIS IS VERRRY PAINFUL

Why are you talking with a german accent ?

Because this is a german story ?

Oh ! a shooting star !

She is totally crazy.... crazy.... but we like her that way !

He will walk during years, totally blind and sad. One day, he arrived randomly in the desert

where Rapunzel live with her tweens : a girl and a boy

SOOO THEY HAD...

He recognized the voice of her lover and Rapunzel recognized him.

She huged him and start to cry.

Her tears fall into the Prince's blinded eyes and heal him. He get back his sight.

Wait, this is not possible !

Your tears can heal, why not hers ?

Because !

This is not a good answer.

Damn it !

Aniway, Rapunzel, the Prince and their 2 kids returned to the Kingdom

where the King is very happy to see his son again.

Rapunzel and the Prince married each other and lived

happily ever after !

This is an horrible version ! Yes but at there is a happy ending !

But he get blinded eyes ! But he recovered his sight !

But she has been exiled ! but at the end she is married to the Prince !

That's a happy ending !

She gave birth alone in a desert !

AHHH I DON'T KNOW WHAT I HAVE TO THINK !

The Grim's version was judged too violent by Disney

who made a movie less chocking

And what happened to the old Gothel ?

In the story, we don't know.

But in some versions, the King send some soldier to kill her

I'll be not happy to know that she had nothing.

I'm gonna quote again the movie "Into the Woods" from the Musical,

because in the first part, there is the story of Rapunzel.

With the blinded eyes and all ?

With the blinded eyes and all.

I think I'm gonna have hours of debate with myself to know if I can

watch that movie or not....

I think this is the time to say goodbye
