The Handmaid's Tale 2x11 Promo (HD) - Duration: 3:21.

How could you be so stupid?

Cause of your sick infatuation with her!

Don't you dare!

(screeching tires)

You've left me with nothing.

I have nothing.

False labor fools the best of us.

I'm sorry, Mrs. Waterford.

Offred has pushed Serena Joy and Fred Waterford right to the edge.

She has forgotten her place.

I think the best way is the most natural way.

Where does their power lie?

Their power lies in bringing the ceremony back.

Please come and sit.

As horrific as everything else that's happened before,

Offred can almost handle that.

But this is a violation at a level we've never seen before.

For me it's the most abhorrent in all the scenes

from season 1 to 2 that I've participated in.

You're not quite sure who's perpetuating this punishment.

Please, don't!

When you're playing these roles that are so ugly,

it's very hard to sit down and have those discussions about "Why?"

"Why are we really doing this?"

Gilead is not a soft, comfy, wonderful place.

It's our responsibility to portray it for what it is.

And that's part of the reminder to the audience,

that this is what happens when you let go of freedom.

The season is really about motherhood, the force of motherhood.

Offred doesn't ever think she's going to see her daughter again.

Something she thought was impossible, and was her hearts desire, happens.

And it's completely different than you think.

It's a realization for June that in many ways, she's lost her daughter.

I tried so hard, daddy did too.

Why didn't you try harder?

We did a lot of research with the UN about these moments of reunification

and what that is actually is like.

In a lot of ways it's word for word exactly what they told us this is what happens.

I need you to be careful.

And I need you to keep yourself safe.

A lot of it goes back to Lizzie being an actress.

It's okay.

Being able to see her in that scene with Jordana who plays her daughter,

they work so beautifully together.

It was just a treat to watch.

They connect, but it's bittersweet.

Milton Friedman's solution to a corrupt Congress - Duration: 3:13.

Every individual in his private life has a budget to spend.

If he considers whether to spend more on one thing, he has to ask himself, 'Where's it

going to come from, and where am I going to cut?'

But our legislators don't have that kind of a budget limit.

They can vote to spend more.

And they will say, 'Where will it come from?'

'Oh, somewhere. The taxpayer will pay for it.'

I think myself there is fundamentally only one way in which you can remedy it.

And that is by a political change in the form of constitutional provisions which will set

a limit to government spending.

What we need is to give our legislators a budget.

To say 'This much, and no more!'

Because now somebody come to them and says, 'You've got to vote more money for this good

cause or that good cause.'

And they will say, 'I agree with you, that's a good cause!

Where shall I cut?

I have a total budget.

We can't vote more unless we vote less for something else.

What shall we vote less for?'

Then the special interests can fight with one another, instead of the special interests

ganging up on you and me.

That is the only hope we have for stopping the growth of government, for holding it back.

We must not kid ourselves into thinking that we're going to remedy it by the easy way of

electing the right people to office.

That will not work.

Once they get into office, they are going to be subject to the same pressures and the

same drives as the people we might regard as the wrong people.

In fact I have often said that the right solution is not to elect the right people to office,

but to make it politically profitable for the wrong people to do the right thing.

Because unless it's politically profitable for the wrong people to do the right thing,

the right people won't do it either.

And I should think by this time we have had ample experience to demonstrate the validity

of that proposition.

We must look at the thing as a whole and go to the fundamental source of our problems.

- Hey there, what's up!

You know who I am mother (beep).

I'm Tom Cruise.

(upbeat music)

- This is from Carrie D. In Glendale California.

Chris, were there any movies you watched

or that the director had you watch

to help set the tone for the sequel?

- Interesting.

You know, what I did was I boned up on my J.A. Bayona

- [Bryce] Yeah.

- Films and I watched all his films.

Some of which I was watching again

'cause I'd seen them before.

He's our director of Fallen Kingdom, J.A. Bayona.

He's an awesome director, Spanish director.

Did a film called The Impossible

about the tsunami and he did one called A Monster Calls

and he did

The Orphanage. - The Orphanage.

Yup.

- And so I watched those three movies in,

in watching those three movies,

combined with the script, it made perfect sense why

he would be, why he would be an amazing director

for this movie.

- Yeah, that's cool.

That's true.

Because it's like at the end of the day,

the filmmaker, the director is the storyteller.

And we're there to facilitate his vision.

And so to understand his cinematic language

and be able to have that kind of shorthand

is really important.

- Very important.

- So yeah.

【Drawing Crypt TV Monsters】LOOK-SEE - Duration: 7:58.

Hello everyone, In my last video I talked about getting inspired

by Horror movies while painting the Birch created by CryptTV.

They invited me to paint another one of their creatures, so today I'll be attempting the

Look See.

CrypytTV is a studio that is building a universe of scary monsters, in pursuit to become the

Marvel for Monsters.

They release new films every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

This time I'll cover the techniques I used while painting.

For this Monster, I want to create a fitting moody dark scene.

We'll also give its face a deep, gritty texture.

So what I did first is put down a sketch on 300g watercolor paper and taped it on a plastic

board in order to keep everything even and prevent the paper from warping.

Then I put down a layer of color for the face, if you can call it that.

The Look/See has no eyes or nose, that could define the face, so we want to focus on details

like colours, values and texture.

Since the Look See has a very weird morphed flesh head with a lot of those textures I

used granulating colors to create a bit of grittiness for the skin.

If you are interested in more information about granulation, check out my Dos and Don'ts

video.

Anyway, in this case I used potters pink which has a nice desaturated reddish tone.

I also mixed in some cold grays which - combined with the red - makes it look very unhealthy

and creepy.

The first layer of color should always be a bit lighter, that way you still have the

option to correct mistakes and work with highlights.

So I let it dry and in the meantime focus on the suit.

Since the overall feeling of the painting should be cold, I lay down a very light blue

layer and add some granulating black to it in order to have some texture for the fabric

as well.

I work very roughly because it is just the first layer and there are going to be more

layers to come, so any kind of blotchiness will be painted over later.

With watercolor, plain black is sometimes very difficult to handle.

You need a lot of product to make things deep black but that on the other hand increases

the risk of lifting off said color - once you go back on it with water again.

Making a clean gradient can be a real challenge.

But there is another way that will help you to achieve good results, that I will talk

about in a moment.

Since the skin has fully dried again we can go back and add more details, that we couldn't

add earlier because the paper was too wet.

I use a dark color to define the sharp looking teeth and some purplish red for the cuts and

scars on the flesh.

Once that has dried down I deepen the tones of the flesh by wetting the area all over

again and adding deeper tones to it.

The scars we painted a few moments ago will not fully vanish when they have dried down

completely, but they will merge more with the rest.

For the mouth I use a deep granulating black to make everything look consistent regarding

the grittiness and also to make the teeth pop more out.

As long as the paper is wet I can add more depth to the painting and also add some more

different tones, like Ochre and cold Reds to make the skin over all more appealing.

Then I leave it to dry and focus on the suit again, which by now has dried down completely.

I paint over the area with Mars Black, the granulating tone that I used before.

I try to make the area as dark as I can close to the outer edges, whereas it goes lighter

towards the middle.

This way, even though the suit doesn't have much detail, we can create a bit of depth

here and there.

Next I focus on the background.

Once that's done it will help me figure out the values of the rest.

It is going to be a clean black gradient and as I mentioned earlier, with ordinary watercolors

this is pretty hard to achieve.

So for occasions like these I recommend using black watercolor inks.

And be sure not to pick inks like India Ink oder Chinese Ink because they are usually

waterproof and you can't really create a gradient with them.

So I use Colorex Ivory Black for this one and generously spread a large amount of color

on the upper corners and drag them down with a loaded brush down to the outline of the

monster.

If there are blemishes, you can still correct them, lift off or add more color as long as

the paper is still wet.

Once you are satisfied let it dry down completely.

Now we can focus on the suit again and adjust the levels to the background.

So I wet the area again and use some more black watercolor.

I don't use the ink for the suit since I want to have a more grainy texture for the fabric.

That way it will make a contrast with the clean background.

It's also way easier to paint the details of the suit with regular watercolors because

- as I said - you can lift off the color.

After that I focus on the shirt using a very light grey tone as a base on the wet surface.

Then I paint the soft shadows by placing and dragging the color to the area I want them

to be in.

Try to keep the areas dry around where there is going to be a hard edge.

For example: At first I only wet the area underneath the collar and only after that

is dried, do I focus on the collar itself.

When the shirt is done I go back to the face, because some details are missing around the

mouth.

The other reason is that now the background is so dark, we have some orientation to adjust

the levels and values.

But to put it simply, it's a lot of trial and error from now on.

Adding some colors here and there and lifting them off.

Just keep in mind that in order to blend color you need to work on wet paper, and in order

to draw distinctive lines and areas you need to work on dry paper.

Last but not least a pencil is a helpful tool for the details.

I mainly use a black and a white pencil to create more contrast and make the lines in

this work crisp and sharp.

Especially with the sharp teeth this works wonderfully to adjust minor details.

And we are done.

Thank you for watching!

Go check out out the short films put out by CryptTV, and maybe try some of these techniques

out yourself.

See you next time!

How To Climb Out Of The Saddle - Duration: 7:19.

- A la danser, they call it in French.

Dancing on the pedals.

Some people just make it look so smooth and so elegant

and yet some people dread it.

Mostly because they find it pretty hard.

Well, I think riding out of the saddle

is 90% technique and only 50% effort.

So, here is a guide on how to ride out of the saddle

as smoothly as a gazelle.

(relaxing music)

Let's start from the beginning,

why ride out of the saddle anyway?

Mainly, it's to generate more torque

by adding body weight to the force you exert on the pedals.

That means you can generate more power

for short durations at least.

Not only does your body weight

help move the pedals when you stand,

you also recruit more muscles in your arms and back,

which contribute to the force you can exert.

That's why riding out of the saddle is helpful

when the going gets steep.

To generate more power for a short time,

to get you over that steep section.

It's also why riders often get out of the saddle to attack

or to sprint in races.

But in this video,

I'm just gonna talk about climbing.

Frankly, I think my attacking days are over

and I have never been able to sprint at all.

Another reason to ride out of the saddle

is that many people find it gives a bit of relief

to their back and bum.

Just standing up for short periods.

Now, I used to hate long, flat races.

Not just because I was rubbish at them,

but also just because

I found it really painful to stay sitting down

for hours and hours.

(relaxing music)

So, if riding out of the saddle is more powerful,

why not do it all the time?

Well, because it's harder work,

because you're supporting your own body weight

and you're using more muscles.

So, a lot of people find that their

heart rate is actually higher

when they're riding out of the saddle.

Therefore, use this technique judiciously,

especially if you're one of those people

that finds it very tiring.

You could for example,

do just short bursts of 30 to 60 seconds on a long climb

to relieve your back

and do bear in mind,

that it's very hard to eat and drink

while riding out of the saddle.

So, if you do it for the whole time,

you'll probably end up dehydrated and a bit hungry.

(relaxing music)

You should choose your moment to stand

based on the gradient and the road surface.

Now, standing to ride,

is most useful when you need most torque,

IE, when the road is steep.

But if the road surface is slippery,

for example, wet and greasy or mossy,

or there's a load of loose gravel.

Well, avoid that moment

because as your weight shifts forward to stand,

you'll momentarily have a bit less traction

under the rear tire.

So, there's a slightly higher chance of slipping out.

(relaxing music)

If you're out riding with a group,

be aware of the people around you before you stand.

Now, it goes without saying,

but if someone's right next to you,

you don't want to veer sideways into them when you stand up.

Similarly, don't suddenly put out so much power

that you ride into the back wheel

of the person in front of you.

And critically, because this happens a lot

and some people don't even realize they do it.

When you stand up,

try to avoid kicking the bike back like that.

So, when you do stand,

try to put down one harder pedal stroke

to conserve the momentum of your bike and body.

(relaxing music)

kickback is a problem in a group

because it means you might take out the front wheel

of the rider behind you.

So, before you start standing in the group,

practice on your own

and a lot of groups like it if you wave your hand

behind your bum as a little signal before you stand up.

(relaxing music)

It's hard to hold a high cadence standing, trust me.

Although is can be a fun training exercise.

So, if you want to ride out of the saddle

to relieve your back,

but the road hasn't got any steeper,

you'll want to change gears.

For example, two sprockets smaller at the back,

so that you have a slightly harder gear

when you stand up.

A higher gear will also provide a bit of extra resistance

to prevent your feet from

running away from you on the pedals.

Now, if on the other hand,

you're standing up just to get you up

a very viciously steep section of road,

well, you won't need to change gear,

because your cadence will already be low

and you'll need all that extra torque

just to keep turning the pedals.

Also, it's been said before,

but I'll say it again.

Choose the right gears.

Even standing won't get you up the

if you've opted for 42/23 as your smallest gear.

You should try to hold your weight as much as possible

over the saddle.

So, hold yourself backwards over the bike,

rather than standing over the handlebars.

This is because the more weight you have over the back wheel

the better traction you'll have.

So, it's especially important

if the road is wet and slippery

or you're on gravel.

Now, I might not be the best person to lecture about this

because when I was racing,

if I ever attacked on a steep, wet climb,

my back wheel would always skid out.

So, clearly I was doing it wrong.

Ow.

(relaxing music)

Right, now onto what I think is the key aspect

of technique for riding out of the saddle.

You should sway the bike

and not swing your body.

That's because even if you don't own

an amazing light super bike,

your bike will weigh less than you.

I mean, maybe not if you're touring

with a lot of luggage,

but apart from that,

your bike will be lighter.

It's simply more efficient

to move the bike than your body weight.

(relaxing music)

Practice it, keep your body as still as possible

when you're out of the saddle

and sway the bike.

Just remember to try to keep riding in a straight line.

When I was racing,

I would always do a bit of a slalom,

which was also not very efficient.

(relaxing music)

Now, if you find riding out of the saddle

really difficult and your arms and shoulders get tired,

and you find it hard to control

your body weight swinging around,

well, maybe you should consider some core stability training

because it's really hard to get away with a weak core

when you're riding out of the saddle.

Switching a small amount of time from your cycling

to your core exercises can lead to big gains.

(relaxing music)

As usual, practice makes perfect,

so if riding out of the saddle doesn't come naturally to you

well, make sure you practice regularly.

Why not put in some blocks of seating standing intervals

on one of your weekly rides?

(relaxing music)

Hopefully this video will help you

to tackle steep, long climbs by riding alla danser,

like a ballerina.

L2 Lore #2 - Episódio 1: Genesis (A história de Lineage 2 Dublado PT-BR) Filhos de Deuses (EN Subs) - Duration: 4:12.

Lineage 2 Story

Episode 1: The Genesis

The story I'm about to tell you...

...is about those who we call gods.

Listen carefully as this is the true story...

Long ago, in a time before thought, there was only a globe...

...in which all creation was mixed.

As there was nothing with which to compare it...

the globe was big and small

dark and bright

everything and nothing.

Over a hundred million years...

...the globe began to grow

Eventually two powers slowly began to form within.

As they grew, the powers developed consciousness and ego

and separated into white light and darkness.

White light formed as female and called itself Einhasad.

The darkness formed as male and named itself Gran Kain.

These two beings marked the beginning of the entire universe, and all that we know today.

Einhasad and Gran Kain pooled their strength to break out of the globe.

In this action the globe was shattered into pieces of all kinds.

Some pieces rose to become Sky.

Some fell down to become Ground.

Between Sky and Ground there was Water...

...and some parts of Ground rose up to become Land.

The spirit of the globe was named Ether

also shattered with the breaking of the globe.

This brought the various animals and plants into being.

"Genesis Creature" was formed of this spirit, and giants were the best of this kind.

They were known as the Wise Ones,

for their intelligence was as great as their strong bodies.

The giants promised to keep faith in Einhasad and Gran Kain,

as it was the actions of the two gods that created their life and world.

Einhasad and Gran Kain were satisfied with the giants and appointed them to be the masters of all living creatures.

This was before death and true paradise existed.

Einhasad and Gran Kain gave birth to many god-children between them.

The first five of these children were empowered with the authority of the earth.

The eldest daughter, Shilen, was in charge of water.

The eldest son, Paagrio, controlled the fire,

and the second daughter, Maphr, controlled the land.

The second son, Sayha, became master of the wind.

For the youngest, Eva, there were no elements remaining, so she created poems and music.

While the other gods were busy with their responsibilities, Eva wrote poems and serenaded them with music.

And thus the era of the gods began and there existed no place on earth unknown to the gods.

Portugal vs. Morocco 2018 World Cup: Cristiano Ronaldo dazzles again, but Morocco controls things - Duration: 4:49.

Portugal vs. Morocco 2018 World Cup: Cristiano Ronaldo dazzles again, but Morocco controls things

Portugal vs. Morocco.

Group B, Luzhniki Stadium, Moscow.

More sloppiness from Portugal.

The favorites continue to do themselves no favors, lethargically giving the ball away at midfield numerous times over the first 10 minutes of the second half.

Morocco continues to press after the miscues, and in the 55th minute, Younes Belhanda sent a rocket that Patricia had to reach to stop.

Two minutes later, Patricio has the save of the game, again on Belhanda, who headed a free kick toward the goal.

Patricio dives with all of his height to save it.

Halftime: Portugal 1, Morocco 0.

The score line says Portugal is winning, but that's far from apparent on the field.

Amrabat's ability to race the ball past the Portugal defense on the right side is giving the favorite all sorts of troubles.

All the Atlas Lions need is one clean cross and we're talking about an entirely different game.

Almost 2-0.

In the 39th minute, Ronaldo chips the ball to an advancing Gonçalo Guedes, who had gotten a step on the defense in the box.

El Kajoui is able to make the save, however.

Less than a minute later, Morocco's Mehdi Benatia gets a yellow card after being repeatedly warned.

The crowd seems eminently, loudly pro-Morocco, and they're not happy with the calls.

Morocco has been whistled for 10 fouls, 5 for Portugal.

More from Morocco.

Take away the goal and it's been all Morocco, whose attack is best described as frantic.

Mehdi Benatia shoves Ronaldo to the turf from behind in the 25th minute and gets a stern lecture from referee Mark Geiger.

Ronaldo writhed around for a bit clutching his ankle, but he's back.

Morocco Coach Herve Renard also gets a talking-to after vehemently protesting the lack of a call when Nordin Amrabat is taken down by Raphael Guerreiro in — or at least very near to — the box.

No review, play on.

Morocco not backing down.

Apart from some questionable marking of the world's greatest player — Ronaldo got another good attempt not long after his goal — Morocco isn't laying down, forcing Rui Patricio to get down and made a save off a header in the 11th minute.

They've had a number of okay chances already.

Goal!.

In the fourth minute, who else: Ronaldo heads it in after a short corner kick is delivered right to his skull.

Nifty step around the defender in the box to get free, and he's done it again.

It's his 85th career international goal, moving him past Ferenc Puskas of Hungary for the most by a European player.

Solitary Confinement of Incarcerated Individuals with Disabilities - Duration: 10:50.

This op-ed is about the solitary confinement of incarcerated individuals

with disabilities. Solitary confinement, otherwise known as "solitary", prison

segregation", "restrictive housing" and "SHU"(Special Housing Unit) is the practice

of placing people in closed cells with almost no human contact and very little

sensory stimulation for at least 22 hours a day for a period of anywhere

from a few days to years or even decades. The average period of time an individual

spends in solitary confinement is 37 days. While the practice's defenders claim

that it decreases violence, evidence suggests the opposite. It has been

criticized as constituting torture by the UN and been shown to have severe

negative psychological effects. Finally, while solitary confinement is supposed to

be a punishment for violent behavior or other rule violations, many incarcerated

individuals, especially individuals with disabilities, LGBTQ individuals, and

Muslims are placed in solitary for "their own safety".

This shows that an average solitary confinement cell is smaller than the standard Porta-Potty.

An estimated 80 to 100,000 incarcerated individuals are in solitary confinement

in the US. In 2011 to 2012, almost 20% of prisoners and 18% of detainees in

jail had already been in some type of restrictive housing by their first year.

While there is no solid data for how many inmates with disabilities are in

solitary confinement we can assume that the number is quite high given how

many individuals are in solitary confinement and how many incarcerated

individuals have a disability. In 2016, the estimated population of incarcerated

people with disabilities in prisons and jails was 750,000 or a full 30 % of

the incarcerated population. Cognitive disabilities were the most common at

about 20 to 30 percent of the incarcerated population while ambulatory

disabilities were the second most common at around 10 percent of the inmate

population. Vision related disabilities effected

around 7% of jail and prison inmates while hearing related disabilities

effected around 6% percent. However, this figure does not

even include incarcerated people with a serious mental illness or any mental

health condition. In fact, 20% of incarcerated people suffer from a

serious mental illness and more than half of incarcerated individuals report

at least one mental health condition. Interestingly, more women than men who

are incarcerated have a disability.

As this graph shows, a full 50% of women in jail have a disability while 40% of women in prisons have a disability.

This demonstrates very clearly the importance of looking at the

intersection of disability, incarceration, and gender, especially given the fact

that the rate at which women are being incarcerated in this country is

increasing more quickly than the rate at which men are incarcerated

even though there are still more men in jails and prison than women.

Key historical points about solitary confinement.

In 1983, the killing of two guards in Marion Federal Prison in Illinois

resulted in it becoming the first de facto Supermax prison in

the US. In the 1970s and 1980s, prison overcrowding and an increase in prison

violence contributed to creating the right circumstances for a rapid adoption

of the Supermax model following the incident at Marion. By 2006, there were

at least 57 Supermax facilities. Another key point related to

disability is the fact that around the same time there was a

deinstitutionalization of mental health facilities which led to many individuals

with serious mental health conditions being discharged from institutions.

Many of them ended up becoming homeless and then caught up in the criminal justice

system. As a result, many were incarcerated and because guards and

other prison staff had very little training on how to deal with mental

illness this led to many new inmates being placed in solitary confinement.

As you can see here, there is a really stark

correlation between the decreasing population at mental

hospitals and the increasing prison and jail population in this country.

The psychological effects of solitary confinement as mentioned are quite

severe. Solitary confinement has been linked to suicidal ideation, self-harm,

impaired concentration, confusion, depression, anxiety, aggression, paranoia,

hallucinations, and hypersensitivity to stimuli. It's also even been known to

result in full-blown psychosis requiring hospitalization. A really shocking

statistic is that individuals in solitary confinement make up 5% of the

prison population but almost 50% of suicides. According to one study in New

York, individuals in solitary confinement are 7 times more likely to

harm themselves usually as a result of wanting to express some kind of control

over their environment over which they have next to little control. This is

because if an individual harms themselves in solitary

confinement prison guards have to do what's called an "extraction" where

they "extract" them from their cell and bring them for medical treatment.

Prolonged isolation not surprisingly can both aggravate pre-existing mental

illness and lead to mental illness in previously healthy individuals. The most

famous example being the tragic case of Kalief Browder who spent three

years at Rikers Island for a crime he didn't commit and two of those years he

spent in solitary confinement. As is well known, he took his life some years after

having all the charges dropped on his case. Some other issues related to

the solitary confinement of individuals with disabilities include the fact that

inmates with the disability are more likely to experience worsening health

and mental health conditions while in solitary confinement. Factors in

contributing to physically creation besides the common

physiological effects associated with solitary confinement

include the inability of individuals with disabilities to perform self-care

activities, disruptions to their medical and

physical therapies and the fact that they have limited to no physical

activity. Some of the most horrific cases have occurred where due to the

size of isolation cells some inmates with wheelchairs were literally

unable to move whatsoever because essentially their cell could only fit

them and their wheelchair. On the other hand, other facilities ban all ambulatory

devices due to so-called security concerns which has led in other cases

to inmates with physical disabilities with absolutely no accommodations and they've

literally been reduced to having to crawl on the floor to move around. Solitary

confinement is also related to release and recidivism. A number of studies have

shown that individuals who have spent time solitary confinement are more likely to

be incarcerated again Hypersensitivity to stimuli can also become permanent

meaning that inmates will have difficulties readjusting not only to

general population inside prisons but also to the outside world. Individuals

with disabilities are also more likely to become homeless and much more likely

to be unemployed than their non-disabled counterparts. Not surprisingly adding a

criminal record makes it even harder to find employment and housing.

So what are the implications for our profession? More resources need to be invested in keeping

people with disabilities from entering the criminal justice system. This could

look like training for law enforcement officials so that they know how to

interact with people with disabilities. As we know people with disabilities are

not only more likely to become incarcerated but also more likely to be

killed by the police than non-disabled people.

And prisons and jails also just cannot be our primary mental health delivery

system. As we saw with the graph about deinstitutionalization, prisons and

jails are actually the number one source of mental health treatment

for people with a mental health condition. We also have to end the

criminalization of homelessness. This means ending policies that

disproportionately affect individuals who are homeless and disproportionately

incarcerate them. Convicted individuals with disability should also be diverted

from prison through alternatives to incarceration.

They should be provided with resources and social services, not jail time and prison time.

People with disability should also have accessible facilities in prison and

jail and they should never be placed in solitary confinement due to a lack of

accommodations or "for their own safety". Individuals with serious

mental illness should also not be placed in solitary confinement as it is

supremely unethical and truly contrary to any notion of treatment or

rehabilitation. I think in general we need to demand for a phasing out of solitary

confinement in our criminal justice system.

Finally, we should support successful reentry for individuals who are

incarcerated, including specialized services for individuals with

disabilities given the more numerous barriers that they face compared to

their non-disabled counterparts in regards to reentering the community,

finding a job, finding housing, and just generally readjusting.

Poprosiliśmy go o komentarz do wtorkowego meczu Polski z Senegalem (1:2).

Hiszpania w 2010 przegrała pierwszy mecz i zdobyła mistrzostwa świata - dodał Senegalczyk

We wtorkowym meczu Senegalczyk przy obu golach pomogli Polacy. Pierwsza bramka to samobójcze trafienie Thiago Cionka, a drugi to błąd Grzegorza Krychowiaka, Jana Bednarka i Wojciecha Szczęsnego

Nadal w to wierzę

Należy przeanalizować błędy i wyciągnąć z nich wnioski - zakończył Senegalczyk. Michał Głuszniewski Dziennikarz "Przeglądu Sportowego" twitter

away from testing and trying not to go crazy with the symptoms body I say

this every recycle but yeah I woke up I had to go to the restroom like crazy

and I didn't have that much to drink so I would say yeah frequent urgent

urination it's either a pregnancy symptom or I'm coming down

with a urinary tract infection or what people call a bladder infection. I hope is

not the latter and still the strange thing going on with my boobs with the

areolas that I mentioned yesterday and they're quite sensitive but let's get

all these signs of AF they could be the estrogen patch so I'm not going to read

too much into it but girl even though I say I'm not symptom spotting those

symptoms are like hey hey hey so I'm just letting you know what's going on

all right I'm getting dressed I've got acupuncture today and a lot of stuff to

do it work so hopefully it goes by quick and not too painful tomorrow

we're out half the day because we're gonna do like escape the room let me

know cuz I'm a little scared there's not some people on my team that I want to be

stuck in a room with yeah it's all the leadership teams so I don't know who's

gonna be running operations over gone and yeah we'll see it's what's mecha

bonding and then there's drinking afterwards which as you know I won't be

drinking because I think so I'm not even gonna do a pregnancy test like last time

I took the pregnancy test so I could drink I'm not doing it I just have a

feeling I'm gonna claim it and if I'm wrong oh well when I would no drinking

not gonna kill me so yeah there would be no bull riding though we're gonna escape

a room and there's like one of the like the president of one of our departments

is coming so like I work for a large corporation and each organization has

their own president so the president of like the owned stations is coming

Valerie Staab, to talk to us so she is responsible for the owned NBC

network and Telemundo so she's coming and talk to us

tomorrow but we'll talk about that tomorrow and then Friday is that

softball game that got postponed so I have to take my beta test ride a morning

which is downtown on 59th Street and then I gotta go back up the softball

game is in Englewood Cliffs so I don't know if you're familiar with New York

but I'll just say my office is down by 50th where I need to take the blood test

is 59 to get to Englewood Cliffs (NJ) I gotta go to 168 Street which is the George

Washington Street Bridge like I live at 140...

well my stop is 145 I live at 139 if it was a normal day and I did not have to

go downtown for my blood work I would just shoot up an uber from my house and

I'd be right there now we're gonna take an uber from down there it's not that

dramatic but it's just like an extra logistic because there's a shuttle that

will pick you up at 30 rock except the shuttle comes at 7:00 and my boy work is

at 8:00 so I have to figure it out I gotta figure it out um it's not a big

deal except I have to have a reason for to tell my boss like why I'm not gonna

be on that shuttle I'm in a charge and over to the company and it can be like

I'm taking a pregnancy test right so I gotta figure that part out I'm sure I'll

be okay but it is what it is right all right let me get dressed I'm rattling I

hope that your Wednesday is starting off well and let's see what kind of

shenanigans we're gonna get into today

humidity will come and I'm just gonna remember days like this yeah I wanted to

tell you guys too so I know the last week or two weeks ago know how I said I

was rethinking fertility Sunday Monday and I was gonna kill or retool psycho

science Sunday and I think oh thank you and then some of you guys like sonica

came in and said that you found it useful even though it wasn't getting a

lot of you so I thought what about if I get your feedback on what you want to

see and then I make those videos and that has ended up being successful

so far for the channel because for example mrs. living in Hope had the idea

about the supplements like I had done a 60 second what I used to call the TTC

quickies ha ha about my supplements but I didn't talk

to in the video I just did like a fast motion of all the supplements I use and

then she said I can't see all the supplements can you do a video where you

talk about what they are why you use them so I did that one that is one of my

most popular videos now from that video people asked me specifically about DHE

and Co Q 10 ubiquinol so I did a separate video that

one is the most-watched video on my channel and then in one of my talk

videos I talked about the Stork OTC and tamika TTC says she would be interested

in seeing like what my thoughts are and what does it look like and how do I use

it started a video on that versus the softcup and that also is a popular video

so I think you guys know what you want to see and if you guys want to see it

other people want to see it so let me know what videos you want to see like

what topics are you interested in me discussing more is it acupuncture like

more detail to what those meetings are like because there are things we go over

in those meetings like they take my poles I stick my tongue out and it

changes every week um do you want to know more about that I don't know so you

guys let me know and then I think will base those

like informative videos where I'm not vlogging on what you guys want to see

and then we'll figure out how frequent they are maybe they're not every Monday

or every Sunday maybe it's once a month maybe it's once every two months like

let's not let it be forced because I want it to be useful and I really do

enjoy doing those but I also want people to watch it because it does take time to

put it together so if it's not useful then I'm just wasting my time right so

yeah let's just do it that way all right let me get myself to work I didn't want

to come on and say that and I hope I also want to say I hope you guys are

taking care of yourselves and something struck me after my therapy session

yesterday when we feel better about ourselves we become more entitled and I

know entitled sometimes has like a negative connotation not entitled I'm

like you owe me this you owe me that but entitled and understanding that you

deserve better and I think once you feel better about yourselves you come to that

realization and I think that starts with taking care of yourself once you start

taking care of yourself you realize oh I do deserve to have a long bad but I do

deserve to have 20 minutes to myself I deserve to be taken care of and you

deserve to be taken care of first by yourself and then surrounding yourself

with people in your life who support that I think that is so important on

this journey because we get so frazzled with like what is going on and what's

happening if this man is honking at me I sort of God anyway

so I think like as I've gone on this journey I've come to realize more like

even standing up to my therapist yesterday because again I'm not one to

like do constructive feedback I usually will just tell you often that'll be it

but I didn't want to like discontinue that relationship side but I wanted to

have that conversation so I felt like I was being treated the way I felt I

deserved to be cheated and she was totally okay with that

so I'm glad I did it because it was hard I was nervous but anyway so I think as

we go on this journey we're you so much of our bodies and our minds

right because we know this is a mind game that we really have to focus on

taking care of ourselves and digging out like what we deserve from ourselves and

from the people in our lives so that came to me earlier and I wanted to talk

to you guys about it you deserve to be treated well you just

have to relax and pamper yourself so please do that please know that and try

to incorporate it I know it's hard I know we're busy but put yourself first

but your life mask on first you know and commit some time to yourself love

yourself I love you I want you to love you too

alright enough of that mmm talk to you guys a little bit I'm sure

my appointment tonight is at 5:40 so I'm leaving a little bit early waiting for

the light pops you guys when I get there I think well I'll tell you when I get

I think I'm pregnant like girl fro and the lady who did my Paul's she said it's

strong it's a different landing than he did last week so she can't say like it's

stronger than last week but I mean the restroom is entering of the restroom

again I went to the restroom before I came here I'm going to the restroom all

day my bows are super full my tummy is still tingling like I think I'm pregnant

all right all right hopefully you guys heard me I was in the bathroom and

someone was waiting to get in there but yeah I feel like I feel like all the

songs that I haven't felt more than any other cycles like I think this is it so

I was trying not to freak out I still AM so I become one with the game plan

because I said I didn't want to test and then it come up and be negative and I be

sad or be positive and then I have this character he's freaked out about it so

I'm gonna save all my bang for a one buck Friday is my already scheduled beta

test I think of that morning I will get up and test at home and see what it

comes up whatever it is then I'll know for sure with the beta later that day

but then that way I can front myself it's negative and I'm not gonna you know

I'll be like okay it was the estrogen it's positive then I'm just gonna pray

like crazy and wait for the beta to see where I am

pray that it's a sticky baby and they don't have another miscarriage so yeah

I'm excited about that she did tell me about being careful of

the Cayenne that I've been adding to my beef bone ball she said the ginger is

okay because it's warming but the kind of just being heat and to be mindful of

that but the heat cannot be too much heat is .. it's not always a

good thing so just be mindful of that so I was like okay no one had said that

before so I feel good yeah a little sleepy I guess that I've been

working the restroom like crazy I told her that I had had the cramping she said

that that was unusual on estrogen but there is no book on it everybody's gonna

respond differently so it could be a symptom of estrogen it could be a

pregnancy sometime when she brought my pulse she was like oh is probably the

progesterone that you're taking and I was like oh no no no progesterone I'm not

taking that so she said it was nice and strong which

as you know when you're preggers your blood blood increases and my boobs keep

getting bigger so I noticed that when I was not sure so I'm kind of freaking out

but we're just gonna stay calm yeah I think you're gonna close out now

you guys because I'm gonna get home and relax a little bit and just some

coloring and try to calm myself so missin off thank you so much for

watching you like this video please give it a thumbs up cuz remember and share it

with anyone who might find it interesting

remember to take good care of yourself all right

talk to you later bye they beat us to y'all to make the rainbow

【英語】I'm opening up to you. 16歳の私と23歳の私 *English with Ayaki - Duration: 16:11.

okay here we go...I'm slightly nervous

okay, recently I wrote a blog post sharing

a bit of my past. So please do go and have a read before watching this video

because if you don't this video will not make any sense to you.

yes, this is myself in front of the camera just after I uploaded and shared that story.

I shared a lot of my emotions and feelings in that blog post but I did not go into too

much detail on my journey. Like, how I went through that journey.

So I thought I'd sort of talked about that also linking to a couple of recent events that has happened.

I was not sure if I should share this story because it makes me

very vulnerable but I do think that this is something important that I need to

share with you if I want to have a deeper connection with the people that

follow me so please forgive me if this video gets a bit long.

I will try not to make it too long because that's just gonna make it harder for me to edit.

I've been studying English for years. I can't really count how long because

we do study English in schools, don't we. I think my main struggles with

studying English was... it was after I graduated high school. It was when I

wanted to learn to speak English. It was when I wanted to learn to communicate

with people who spoke English

It was not when I wanted grades. It was not when I wanted scores.

When I was in the process of studying to get good grades at

for example TOEIC or Eiken or at school

I did feel like I was having struggles.

It wasn't easy.

Getting the first grade in Eiken was a tough situation, I'm just

gonna put out there. It's not easy, it's never gonna be easy

but it will be worth it, though.

But my struggle that came afterwards when I actually wanted to

communicate in English was much bigger it was much much bigger.

It was very difficult.

The hardest thing about the whole process was that I was not able to

talk to anyone about my struggles.

I tried, believe me, I tried. But I didn't...

...I didn't actually know who to talk to because you don't hear a lot of people

saying that they have for example 950 scores on TOEIC but cannot speak English

There are people like that. I know we all know that just getting high scores in

TOEIC will not make you an English speaker that is a completely different topic but

we don't see people talk about it. We don't see people who actually have

over 900 scores on TOEIC, go out on the streets and say that they cannot

actually speak fluent English as they would like to.

There is a reason for that

there is a very good reason for that and it's because those people

are very very scared of being judged.

Still to this day so many people assume that if you get

the first grade in Eiken you are almost like a native and that is so not the case

so not the case...

I myself was in that situation I was able to read and

write quite well, I had not much problem with my listening

skills if it were exams like Eiken or TOIEC.

But I still struggled with

listening and understanding what foreigners said because they speak quite

differently compared to what I call "textbook English".

Because you have a lot

of information, a lot of English information in your head the fact that

they don't come out of your mouth is so, so frustrating.

But I know there are some of you out there

who do understand me on a very deep level.

I also couldn't speak the way I wanted to

and that is very very frustrating.

The more you understand English, the more words you know,

the more sentences you can understand, the more books you've read,

the more irritating it gets.

I just wanted to say that I'm here for you,

people like you, who have not much people to talk to.

Because English schools, believe me, they don't help.

When you have good scores in Eiken or TOEIC

English schools don't really provide you anything better.

Because they don't know what you want.

A lot of English schools assume that you want high scores in TOEIC.

A lot of them assume that you want to learn more words.

No, that's not what you want. You want to be able to use words, you want to be able to communicate

and that is very very different.

So when you go to English schools saying that

you have good grades already they don't see the point in you coming to their school.

They don't know what to teach you.

Education in Japan has its pros and cons

I've met so many good teachers so I will not say that education in Japan is

all bad, but in this sense there is nowhere for people to go and get help.

So I had to study on my own. I had to find ways to study on my own, which was a process.

Eventually I did find ways that helped me which is why I'm here

which is why I'm speaking English fluently now, I can speak with foreigners as well

but it took time it took a lot of trial and error,

but yeah I got here.

I can't say how long it took but I would say it took no less than three years for me.

I did not find support online by the way I did not go to any

Japanese person online I couldn't find anyone that I could connect with at that time.

So I just worked on my own to fight for what I wanted.

As I wrote in the blog post that I was mentioning,

my grandfather was someone who inspired me so much.

He was not someone that was very fluent in English, by the way.

He was just a really really good supporter

He had experiences going overseas and

I don't know why I never asked him why but for some reason he thought that I would

be one of those people that understands and will be able to communicate with

people overseas and will be able to appreciate the effort that goes into

communication that goes into meeting people not just seeing things but

communicating and connecting with people on a very deep level.

When I was fifteen I did not understand what he was talking about

but my grandfather saw potential in me

and that was something that I never got from anyone else

until very recently.

As I've also mentioned in my blog, post I met someone who shared my interest in English.

He may be watching this video

part of me is praying that he doesn't

But you know, I can't help that it's gonna be his choice I'm not gonna give you his name or anything.

but he will know who he is.

I was very very lucky we met on coincidence

It didn't help that I post these videos online and stuff but yeah it was a

complete coincidence and we went from dinner had a couple of drinks and he was

very interested to know about me, what I do and what I have been doing English wise.

The way he talked, the way he was interested in me, the way he believed in me

was very similar to that of my grandfather and I did not realize

that until I said goodbye to him. It was a while after I said goodbye to him that

I realized that that was what I felt from him.

It's not like I'm channeling my grandfather on someone completely different.

I know I understand my situation and I know he's a completely different person.

He's a very interesting person, I would say.

He has his fair share of achievements in what he actually does.

But personally what I saw in him was more than just work-related.

He listens to people he's not someone that just sees the outline

of a person like what hairstyle they have, what clothes they wear, what makeup

they have on or... I don't know... what sort of handbag people have.

Because most people

I'd say around the world only look at what people have outside, whereas this

person he sees people in the inside.

I mean, well, I'm still 23 so I can't say

that I've met so many people but I know from experience at least that that trait is rare.

So I feel very very lucky to be in this position.

Meeting with this person, actually communicating with this person in person for a couple of hours

really inspired me to reach out a bit more.

I was uploading videos, writing blog posts,

using Twitter and Instagram, and it was more like I was waiting for

people to stumble across but I really wanted to

reach out to people more and start moving for myself I realized that my

experiences, my struggles in the past could be helpful, could be useful to so

many people out there and I have to be the one to reach out to them.

I don't know why but I just felt that way.

I know how hard it is to ask for help. I know how difficult it is

to find someone that understands when you're going through

struggles concerning English communication and speaking.

There are classes, there are schools. I know. I mean, there are so many you can't even...

it's getting really difficult to choose, isn't it.

But they don't necessarily work for every single person.

You can go and look, to find your needs but I know there are

people out there who are absolutely terrified to do that or don't know where

to go. They're just completely lost.

I want to be a person that changes your life, that can guide you on your way to learning English,

to actually being able to use and speak English the way you've always dreamt.

I want to reach to your heart not just your ears and in order to do that I just thought I had to pour out

my own heart and, I mean, just talking about how to study English,

just teaching you a couple of phrases will not do anything for you.

I wanted you to understand me on a deeper level and I want to understand you more in a deeper level.

I want to help you. I don't care how big your dreams are, it doesn't matter.

There there's so many people who come to me and say they have really big goals

but they're not sure if they're achievable or even if they don't achieve those goals they are bracing themselves so they don't get upset and...

...come on. Come on! Let's go and make this come true.

I mean, I don't care where you are what you do and what your gender is, how old

you are... it doesn't matter. You can be 80 and you can try and be

the President of the United States

Come on, try and prove to me that that is impossible.

Like, completely impossible. There's no way around it.

You can do anything you want. At least give it a try, come on.

Believe me, when I was around 14, 15

I never thought I'd be doing this. I never thought I'd have a British accent.

I never thought I'd be teaching people English.

As I said at the beginning, it was not easy. It took me a while, I had to take time out of my everyday life,

but it is so worth it. You grow up so much as a person and like me you may be able to

meet someone that changes your perspective, that changes your life,

that means so much to you that you feel like telling them everything you know and

everything about your life, because that's what this person is to me and

I believe that I was able to connect with him, even meet him because I have this

thing, this English, studying English, speaking English that I worked on so

much and poured my everything into.

Now I really don't want him to see his video lol

So I'd like to thank anyone who read my blog post, who read my Facebook page,

who clicked on this video, who sent me messages, who left a comment on those

blog posts or even on this YouTube video. It means a lot, it really means a lot

that I have people who follow me, who want to listen to what I say and I hope

videos like this, blog post like that reach out to so many other people.

Please forgive me if this video is not as edited as it usually is.

I just wanted to get it up. I didn't want to wait for about like a week or anything.

I hope you got something from this video and I will see you very very soon for another video

I have two videos that are coming up very very soon.

As usual, all my social media links will be in the description bar below.

As I've said, I'll also leave a link to my blog post and my Facebook page in the description bar below,as well.

If you want to go and have a read again, for some reason.

Please like the video if you did and also subscribe to my channel.

Tht helps me a lot. So yeah I'll see you next time, bye.

Kuszewski o odejściu z M jak miłość: Nikt z Polsatu do mnie nie dzwonił - Duration: 6:00.

Był czarną owcą rodziny. Z czasem jednak ustatkował się. I tak minęło 18 lat.

Gdy rola Marka Mostowiaka osiągnęła pełnoletność grający go Kacper Kuszewski (41 l.) postanowił się z nią pożegnać.

W mediach show-biznesowych dawno nie było takiego poruszenia.

Co chwilę pojawiają się nowe plotki i spekulacje na ten temat.

My porozmawialiśmy z aktorem o jego decyzji i o jej konsekwencjach.

Nieprawdą okazało się m.in. to, że jesienią zobaczymy go w jednym z polsatowych seriali.

Aktor robi sobie teraz od nich wolne.

Palił jointy, zadawał się z podejrzanym towarzystwem, marzył o łatwych pieniądzach.

Młody Mostowiak dawał swoim rodzicom wiele powodów do zmartwień.

Można powiedzieć że taka rola dla młodego aktora była spełnieniem marzeń, bo nie można było przejść obok niej obojętnie.

Marek intrugował, denerwował i niepokoił.

Cristiano Ronaldo: Portugal star praised by BBC Sport pundit after breaking goal record - Duration: 2:15.

After his hat-trick in Portugal's opening World Cup clash with Spain, Ronaldo scored within four minutes of today's match against Morocco

The Real Madrid forward has now scored 85 international goals, overtaking legendary Hungary striker Ferenc Puskas

The only player to have scored more is former Iran star Ali Daei, who netted 109 times for his country

Keown was not impressed with the defending for Ronaldo's opener against Morocco. But he paid tribute to Ronaldo and the impact he has had on millions around the world

"Well it's as if Ronaldo's saying 'this is my World Cup'," Keown said while commentating for the BBC

"'Just put that ball in the box for me and I'll get there first'. "It's appalling marking you have to say

You cannot give this guy this type of room. "It's just a short corner, played into the space, and I would be very unhappy if I wasn't getting to that ball first

I'm not sure why he's not attacking that the defender.  "He just throws a foot at it but Cristiano Ronaldo though, look at the spring he's got

He commits to this, the direction, he wants it more than anyone else. "Stunning isn't it (the record)

"I hope there is a lot of young kids being inspired by him at at home. "Watching World Cups as a young boy myself, I don't go back as far as Pele, but certainly Johann Cruyff

"There will be another generation watching this loving everything he does."

Migraines 101: Symptoms - Duration: 2:04.

Migraines are quite common, I would say United States statistics, 30 to 40

million adult patients with migraines. So, one in six, one in ten Americans has a

migraine one time or more than one time in their lifetime. So, headache is just

one of the symptoms of the syndrome. So, migraine is a--then comes nausea, vomiting.

Some people are very sensitive to light, sound triggers. All the triggers we have.

Weather, especially cloudy weather. People have more headaches with it and it lasts.

It's not one of those headaches that you took one Advil or something and got

better. It's gonna have a lot of-- even the headaches get better they will have a

lot of fatigue, lack of concentrations. They are drained at that point. So, that

part lasts longer than even a headache sometimes. It's very important for a

doctor-- whether a primary care or neurologist-- to eliminate other causes of

headaches or the patient comes directly to see you it's very crucial that we are

not dealing with anything else triggering the headache. So, sometimes we

do some investigations before we label them migraines. Each person's migraine

can have little variations. There are different kinds of migraine, including

that can present like stroke-like symptoms. So they can have sensory

symptoms or or they can have some tingling numbness or weakness. So they

can look just like a stroke. Speech problems. And they usually come to the ER

so we make sure that we eliminate other causes.

So even types of migraine and the therapy we choose also helps us if there

are any cardiac issues, there are depression, we choose different drugs then.

So it helps us then with other medical issues, too.

TRILOGY OF LIFE - Ballad of Big Al & Walking with Dinosaurs - "Anurognathus" - Duration: 1:21.

It is much wetter than the earlier Triassic period and where there were once deserts there are now vast

forests of conifer trees

There is even a tiny flying reptile or pterosaur called anurognathus that specializes in life amongst these giants

These pterosaurs feed on insects and spend their entire lives

They fight feed and breed on creatures that are a 150 thousand times heavier than they are

Sick and the old are being weeded out. This is good news for scavengers

This carcass is dried hard and the pterosaur burrows deeper to find softer meat but it is never safe to become too preoccupied
