Tim Canova Lawsuit Reveals Illegally Destroyed Voter Ballots - Duration: 0:55.

Finally, tonight some good news.

A Florida judge ruled the election office supervising the race between Debbie Wasserman-Schultz

and Tim Canova illegally destroyed voting ballots.

The case began after Tim Canova requested a review of the votes to ensure that no foul

play was committed against his campaign, but the elections office decided to ignore his

request.

Canova then filed a lawsuit.

It was later revealed that the election supervisor gave her authority to intentionally destroy

the ballots even though the lawsuit was pending.

As a result, the judge ordered the elections office to pay for all of Tim Canova's attorneys'

fees, and said the supervisor involved may have to leave her position.

Let's hope so.

It may never be known if the elections were tampered with, but one thing is for sure:

As long as there is money and kindness, I am fine.

Coin Roll Hunting Nickels For the Collection - Duration: 5:58.

hey everyone its Rob with Rob finds treasure and we're staying hot on the

nickels because my last box I guess my last $160 that video I did for $160 in

nickels I got two silvers and two buffaloes and a ton of Jefferson's we're

still on a quest for four different nickels that we still need for the

collection we need a 38 s we need a 39 d we need a

43 d and we need a 50 d that's what we need to complete the early jefferson set

and then a handful of nickels buffalo nickels as well so I cracked open the

box good news is at least on this side well I guess if it's on this side it's

on both sides but it is definitely circulated nickels I've got kind of an

old one right here I say kind of it's definitely old it's probably gonna be a

40s or 50s nickel for sure and what I'm gonna do first though we're gonna flip

this box around take a look at the other side hey guess what they're circulated

on this side that's weird just kidding but anyway we've got

another really early one here a couple of early ones showing so this could be a

pretty good box no crazy Enders I'd love to find a Buffalo a silver one of the

fork nickels I need or even the infamous V nickel that I'm destined never to find

Wow hopefully not destined all right let's

get it back in the box and let's get him hunted unbelievable guys I just hunted

$500 in dimes couldn't find a silver Roll five, laid them out and I see it

peeking look at that we already know it looks like a Philadelphia Mint yep 44 P

35 percent silver already roll 19 guys and other than a silver and a handful of

50s that's all we found so far in this box but look at this it's a 1942 it's

not a silver you talk about the front and it's a philadelphia so we've got a

42 and a 44 that's a pretty good sign let's go find some more well 22 guys

our second forties other than the silver and it's a 1947 s you know what that's

not a bad coin I think there's less than 25 or 30 million minted of those so we

will take it roll 24 guys we got a 40s nickel and this one looks pretty game

good that's a 46 and it's a 46 s and it looks really nice if my memory serves me

correctly the 46s only has maybe 12 to 15 million minted I hope to check the

records but I think it's one of the lower minted nickels other than the

early fifties Wow and it's in good shape so that's a 47 and a 46 asked within a

few rolls and both are not in bad shape interesting roll 27 guys got a 40s

nickel here and this one's a 41 41 D oldest of the box fourth from the

forties not including the silver roll thirty guys and this is the one that I

said had that old ender and sure enough we got a 46 46 Philly we'll take it not

as nice as the other 46 San Francisco but hey it's a 40s nickel 36 guys and we

do have an under here in 1940 let's crack into this roll and see what else

might be in there as well well the ender is in 1940 it's pretty toasty roll 40

guys and it's as ugly as all can be but look at this another 42 nickel obviously

it's not silver but nice if there was been a mint mark above the Monticello

for an error or a variety but you know what looks like it has no mint mark so

it's a 42 P I'll take it I mean I like finding those coins so not too bad last

roll of the box and we've got another 40s coin here 1948 Philadelphia

we'll put it there and while I got you here we'll just take a quick peek see

there anything else is worth showing can't see the date on that 86 thought it

was 30 something for a second no such luck

oh we did find another 1958 we'll add it up here to the 58's and that's it we'll

get you a wrap up in a second alright every one of the box and Nickels

hunted I pulled out one really clean 60s coin - 65 I kept this one because it's a

68 s and don't see too many of those I'll take a look at my collection see if

it's a little better than one I got we got 14 from the 50s nothing really

specific here we'd be getting a 52 D which is pretty good in a 53 D in the

40s we got a 1940 a 41 to 42 s a 46 couple of them actually 47 and 48 and

really the fine of the box was this silver coin silver wartime nickel 1944

Philadelphia Mint not a bad box we got at least one thing I wanted and a pretty

good amount of Jeffersons again so at the end of the day I'm happy

Ex-FBI Agents Reveal A Shocking Truth About The Spy Sent Into The Trump Campaign

The FBI's spygate is not going away.

In fact, every day new revelations come to light that show the FBI cutting corners in

their scheme to spy on Donald Trump.

Now former FBI agents are speaking out and what they have to say is bad news for Comey

and the anti-Trump FBI.

Cambridge professor Stefan Halper has been named in published reports as the spy who

worked to insert himself into the Trump campaign.

Halper contacted three Trump campaign aides – Carter Page, George Papadopoulos and Sam

Clovis – to try and build a relationship.

That was bad enough.

But now a bombshell report reveals that Halper was both an on and off the record source for

the media where he attacked Trump confidante Lt. General Michael Flynn and used fake news

to claim Flynn was involved with a Russian agent.

Halper – who apparently sees Russian spies in every closet and under every bed – was

apparently an unnamed source for stories claiming Flynn's relationship with Svetlana Lokhova,

a researcher at Cambridge who studied Russian intelligence, had crossed the line.

Flynn – who sat next to Lokhova at a dinner when he visited Cambridge in 2014 – was

the subject of media speculation for failing to disclose to intelligence authorities his

contact with a foreign national.

Halper played up the allegations and went even further by claiming Lokhova was a spy.

But the two merely sat next to each other at dinner, and such a contact would not have

warranted disclosure.

Lokhova tweeted that the accusations were meant to smear her.

Halper resigned from the Cambridge Intelligence Seminar in 2016 by making a public statement

about how the group had been infiltrated by Russians.

There is no evidence this is the case and Halper did not provide any proof to back up

his allegations.

The Daily Caller contacted two former FBI agents – James Gagliano and Ron Hosko – and

both blasted the FBI for allowing Halper to be a media source.

Gagliano told the Daily Caller that these press interactions could harm any legal case,

"This is something that is highly irregular and not something that I would have ever tolerated

with any of the folks working for me.

The road is fraught with peril when somebody is speaking off the cuff or speaking to the

media and putting themselves in a position where that can then be used as discovery material

when we do bring a case."

Hosko went further saying Halper speaking to the press could undermine his credibility,

telling the Daily Caller, "an informant's interactions with the press could create circular

reporting that would serve to make their information 'appear more valuable or more true" than

it actually is."

Halper – and the FBI's – credibility are in tatters.

The Bureau allowed an asset to violate protocol on how a spy should operate.

That calls into question what other shortcuts they used in this matter.

And Halper has established a reputation of being a wild-eyed academic who sees Russian

infiltration around every corner.

Halper has twice made baseless accusations of Russian spies lurking at Cambridge and

falsely accused one Trump campaign aide – Michael Flynn – of being compromised by the Russians.

Critics wonder if Halper was chosen to spy on Trump campaign aides precisely because

of his history of overhyping Russian plots—knowing they could count on him to provide hyped intelligence

that could be used to justify further spying on the Trump campaign.

There is evidence this could be the case.

A FISA warrant against Carter Page was renewed multiple times and finally ended in September

2017.

Coincidentally, that was the month Halper cut off contact with Page.

Did the FBI use an unreliable spy to cook the books on the intelligence used to justify

the warrant to spy on Page?

Mueller Now Connected to a Covered-Up Bribery Scheme Involving Hillary Clinton

Well, well, well.

It looks as if former FBI director Robert Mueller, who is now special counsel in charge

of the Justice Department's Russia investigation, allegedly hid evidence that was collected

as early as 2009 which shows Russian officials were involved in a bribery scheme with Hillary

Clinton's charity in order to expand their atomic energy business within the U.S

According to The Hill:

Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry

to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as

early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes

and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents

show.

Rather than bring immediate charges for the scheme though, the FBI and Justice Department

decided to continue "investigating" the issue for four more years – leaving the

American public and Congress in the dark about Russian nuclear corruption on U.S. soil during

a period when the Obama administration made two major decisions benefiting Putin's commercial

nuclear ambitions.

The details were revealed in a report earlier this week.

Apparently, the evidence was withheld from lawmakers while they were questioning the

Obama administration's approval of the sale of Uranium One to Russia's nuclear giant

Rosatom in 2010, which ultimately led to Russian control of 20% of U.S. uranium supply.

Then, in 2011, the administration approved Tenex, a subsidiary of Rosatom, in partnership

with the United States Enrichment Corp., to sell commercial uranium to U.S. nuclear power

plants.

Prior to that, Tenex was only allowed to sell reprocessed uranium recovered from dismantled

Soviet nuclear weapons under the 1990s "Megatons to Megawatts" peace program U.S. nuclear

power plants.

An anonymous person who worked on the case informed The Hill, "The Russians were compromising

American contractors in the nuclear industry with kickbacks and extortion threats, all

of which raised legitimate national security concerns.

And none of that evidence got aired before the Obama administration made those decisions."

"Former Rep. Mike Rogers (R-MI), who chaired the House Intelligence Committee during the

time the FBI probe was being conducted, told The Hill that he was never told of anything

regarding "Russian nuclear corruption," though many of his fellow lawmakers were concerned

about the deal, which was also approved by Hillary Clinton's State Department.

"Not providing information on a corruption scheme before the Russian uranium deal was

approved by U.S. regulators and engage appropriate congressional committees has served to undermine

U.S. national security interests by the very people charged with protecting them," Rogers

said.

"The Russian efforts to manipulate our American political enterprise is breathtaking.""

There are 100 minority mbbs seats in deemed universities.

Apart from this, there are no other reservation in medical deemed universities.

Deemed universities have two types of MBBS seats.

First type is called management quota and the total seats available under this quota

is close to 5250 . The second type is called NRI quota which comes close to 950 seats.

The tuition fees for management quota is high and for NRI quota, it is very high because

the fees should be paid in dollars.

The first thing you need to know about deemed university is that it has high tuition fees

so the cutoff will be lesser than the government colleges.

What do you think is the lowest All India Rank who got MBBS seat in last year deemed

university counselling?

It was close to 85000.

The corresponding NEET score for this all india rank last year was 390.

This year it is expected to be 365.

So If your NEET score for this year is more than 365, then you have chance to get mbbs

seat in deemed university counselling.

Lets see the fees range for management quota and NRI quota, for management quota the fees

ranges from Rs 9 lakhs/year to Rs 26 lakhs/year.

For NRI quota, the fees ranges from $30000 to $66500.

Because of this high fees range, most of the NRI quota seats are later converted to management

quota seats and are filled by the respective universities itself.

The Democrats Sealed Their Own Doom In 2018 With This Fatal Mistake

Democrats and the media rejoiced over Donald Trump's new executive order ending family

separation for illegal aliens caught crossing the border.

But Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi's glee was short lived.

That's because the party sealed their own doom with this fatal mistake.

Trump's new executive order demands that families remain together in detention facilities

while they await their criminal proceedings to play out.

This new order will run up against the 1997 Flores decree which mandates that illegal

alien children can only be held for 20 days.

A 2015 U.S. District Judge Dolly M. Gee – who was appointed by Obama – extended that protection

to illegal alien children who tried to enter the country illegally with their parents.

Trump's executive order instructs the Justice Department to argue before Gee that she should

lift her order, but few experts believe that will be successful.

But Democrats overplayed their hand.

After Trump signed his executive order, prominent Democrats blasted out statements making it

clear that what they really objected to was immigration enforcement of any kind.

California Democrat Kamala Harris – a top-tier contender for the 2020 nomination – ripped

Trump's decision and made it clear she is staking her ground on complete open borders

and amnesty for any illegal alien who can successfully sneak into America.

Harris tweeted:

"TRUMP'S EXECUTIVE ORDER DOES NOT FIX THIS CRISIS.

IT GIVES NO SOLUTION FOR THE THOUSANDS OF CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN TORN AWAY FROM THEIR

FAMILIES AND REMAIN SEPARATED."

Journalists also whined.

MSNBC's Kasie Hunt complained that illegal immigrants would still be prosecuted for a

crime:

"THIS EXECUTIVE ORDER DOES NOT END THE ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY — EVERYONE WILL CONTINUE

TO BE PROSECUTED WHICH PUTS A SERIOUS STRAIN ON RESOURCES."

Republicans took note that Democrats don't really care about family separation or treating

children humanely.

What they want is open borders—an issue to club Republicans with in the November election.

Florida Senator Marco Rubio tweeted:

"THE INK ISN'T EVEN DRY ON THE NEW EXECUTIVE ORDER ENDING SEPARATION POLICY & SOME DEMOCRATS

ALREADY ARGUING THAT KEEPING FAMILIES TOGETHER ISN'T ENOUGH.

NOW THEY WANT THEM & THEIR PARENTS RELEASED AFTER UNLAWFUL ENTRY KNOWING FULL WELL THAT

HIGH % WILL NEVER APPEAR FOR HEARING."

But Democrats are walking into a trap.

If Judge Gee strikes down Trump's executive order, then the terrain shifts to much more

favorable ground for the President and the Republican Party.

In a recent Economist/YouGov poll, Trump's zero tolerance policy had a 46 percent approval

rating, with just 37 percent of Americans disapproving.

And when Americans were presented with four options – not enforcing immigration law

by releasing the families, detaining the families together until their deportation hearing,

separating children from their parents, or sending the adults to jail and the children

to juvenile detentions centers – Trump's new plan of detaining families until their

deportation hearing received the most support at 44 percent.

The Democrats plan of open borders and "catch and release" won the backing of just 19

percent of Americans.

The Democrats position is a fringe position, and Trump's position is the one supported

by a plurality of Americans.

Once the fight shifts to enforcing the law – and keeping families together – or effectively

dissolving America's borders, it will be the Democrats who are on the run.

That's why red state Democrats – ten of whom are running for re-election this year

– sounded notes of caution when asked if the Democrats unified opposition to Trump's

plan was sustainable.

Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen told Politico he was not certain the Democrats could remain

united once Trump's more popular proposals took center stage:

"BUT ASKED WHETHER DEMOCRATS WOULD REMAIN UNITED AGAINST THE ADMINISTRATION'S LATEST

MOVE, VAN HOLLEN SAID THAT "WHERE THAT CONVERSATION WILL GO, I JUST CAN'T SPECULATE UNTIL I

SEE THE DETAILS."

Democrats may have celebrated too soon.

Trump may have ceded one inch of territory to gain a mile of favorable ground.

If the 2018 midterms are contested over the clash between open borders or enforcing the

rule of law, Trump and the GOP could blunt the expected

blue wave.

Remembering Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist Charles Krauthammer - Duration: 8:07.

Washington is a town of proudly practical men and women of action, and

sometimes the action gets severed from thought.

Charles was a reflective person

in a not very reflective town.

I'm not suffering from any derangement syndrome

having to do with the Beltway.

I'm just trapped, unfortunately, in reality.

And all of us are. And in the end, reality wins.

Charles with a thinker. He was deep.

He had the greatest of all temperaments for a

columnist, which was he was a person of complete intellectual integrity.

I got off the the Trump train on the day he announced for the presidency. I heard him

say Mexican rapists, and I went ballistic.

But I took the view that when he was sworn in,

if you love your country, you got to hope it succeeds. And success means that the president succeeds.

I was publisher of The Washington Post in 1984,

and I used to have breakfast every Thursday morning

with Meg Greenfield, a remarkable person who was who

was the editorial page editor of The Washington Post

for 25 years or so.

And Meg was always looking for young people with

strong political opinions on both sides who could write.

It was Meg who found George Will as a columnist.

I think I first met Charles in the early 80s, maybe 1984.

He wrote a cover story for the New Republic about me,

calling me the best eighteenth-century mind in America

or something of the sort.

And I invited Charles to lunch at a little fish restaurant on upper Connecticut Avenue and was thunderstruck

when he came in in his motorized wheelchair because I

had no inkling, he never haven given anyone an inkling, that he was a paraplegic.

So Meg started talking to me in 1984 about Charles Krauthammer and said that she thought what

he'd been writing in the New Republic was amazing.

Back then, there weren't that many weekly columnists. The syndications generally

told you you had to write twice a week.

Charles said, "Well I think really having one idea a week is the most you can expect of any columnist."

And he proved them wrong.

Hundreds of newspapers did subscribe to Charles.

After a while, I think people actually took for granted what Charles did.

At age 22, Charles returned from Oxford

to go to Harvard Medical School.

He had a diving accident.

When taken to the hospital

immediately, he left behind at the swimming pool two books.

One was on spinal cords and the other was a novel by André Malraux, "Man's Fate."

Suddenly this brilliant young man was faced with something life shattering.

He could no longer use his legs, he could no longer use his hands as he had before.

Charles with the help of good friends at Harvard Medical School was able to complete his studies.

No small achievement laying on your stomach for months on end.

It is a testimony to how smart he was but above all how strong he was.

He changed his life expectations several

times, first becoming a psychiatrist, then becoming

somebody involved in politics and in a political campaign.

And then of all things, becoming a writer and such a great one.

He had to learn how to form his thoughts and then how to get them down just as he wanted.

I guess as editor, I knew him often through the eyes of the copy desk,

so that vision of Charles was a little bit scary.

He really didn't like having his copy changed and he cared about every word and he cared

about his headlines.

It's hard to overstate the impact of Charles's column over the years.

He made the case for a lot of the policies he favored and a lot of the issues he cared about much more cogently

and much more strongly than the people, than the policy makers arguing for the same policies.

Charles was a neoconservative. A leading neoconservative.

Much more confident and ambitious than I was

about America's efforts to spread democracy and freedom around the world.

And Charles was always a good strong writer but he made his reputation off of

Barack Obama.

When Obama was reelected, Charles said, "Oh great, I got another good four years to go."

He didn't just criticize Obama, he did it with a flare.

And I would have to say, you know that was a good point, Charles, you scored well.

I don't agree with it, but that was a hell of a good point you just made.

And he'd have that little gleem in his eye.

What people do not know about Charles,

partly because he had this kind of sober mean, is that he was very amusing and amusable.

I'm Charles Krauthammer responding to my mail. Some of it very nice. Some of it very not nice.

This is Louise Butler: "Krauthammer continues to prove

that smart is the new sexy." Now this is the kind of mail I like.

Charles loved his family and doted on his son, Danny Krauthammer, who

made him and Robyn just impossibly happy from the beginning.

Charles was always glad to see people, always posed certain impossible challenges. I would be excited

about some biography I'd read, and Charles would hand me a book on quantum physics.

So many of our conversations over the years were about baseball.

Charles and I mostly talked about baseball. You get your fill of talking about politics.

When I heard he was ill was the first time he was, his column disappeared.

He went in for surgery 10 months ago. In his usual understated way, he said to me,

"Wouldn't be that big a deal for a lot of people, but I'm not a good surgical candidate."

But it hit me so hard when he disclosed

the situation.

This was this was somebody too special to lose.

Reading back through some of his columns and his book, I came across this wonderful thing he wrote about

the Voyager 1 and 2 that we sent out, and he said,

"You know, what did we pick and try to show alien life

that there was intelligent life on Earth?"

We could have picked Bach, we could have picked all kinds of things. What did we pick?

The speeches of a U.N. secretary-general who, as Charles said, turned out to be a Nazi.

He said it makes you want to think send out Voyager 3, you know, recall previous message.

And I started thinking, well we ought to just

send one out with some of Charles's columns, and that would show

that there's intelligent life on Earth.

So he's left us with a lot of great columns

that we can enjoy.

I feel like the Friday page will always be missing something.

Jersey Shore's Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino Pulls Off Emotional Proposal Ahead of Sentencing - Ne - Duration: 5:35.

 Grab your tissues — things got real emotional on this week's episode of Jersey Shore Family Vacation

 After smoothing things over with Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino went into full proposal-planning mode with the help of his roomies

 First, the girls got Lauren Pesce out of the house under the pretense of a "girls day" so that the guys could run all the necessary errands, picking up flowers, desserts and even matching outfits

 The only one who opted to stay home? Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, who was going through a rough time over his drama with now-ex Jen Harley

(They welcomed their first child together, daughter Ariana Sky, on April 3.)  "I'm very happy to see Mike in such a good place, but it's hard to watch it because I kind of have my own situation with Jen," he said

 "I just want to be happy with somebody and I found that with Jen. She made me so happy but then so f—ing miserable

"  "Three months ago, you were conflicted on whether you should leave me for your ex — now you're telling me you want to keep my child?" he continued

"I have a great heart and she knows that no matter what happens between us, I'm going to be there for that kid no matter what

I don't know if she loves me for me, I don't know if we're going to make it after the baby is born

I don't know. The feeling of the unknown is the most scary thing in the world."  Luckily, Ronnie managed to pull himself out of his funk just in time

That night, Mike took Lauren out for dinner so that the roommates could set up the house, kicking "Operation Team Proposal" into overdrive

In two hours, they transformed the Miami mansion, decorating it with a runway carpet, rose petals, flowers, candles, twinkly lights, heart-shaped balloons, a DJ booth and more

 Meanwhile, the man of the hour was getting visibly nervous.  "I think Lauren definitely notices something is up with me," he said

"She's known me for over 15 years, and I really don't get nervous. But it's very nerve-wracking to trust all these guidos with such an important moment in my life!"  Once they got back to the house, it was finally time for the big moment

Mike led Lauren through the house to the backyard pool area, where the roommates were waiting with bated breath and an adorable slideshow of the happy couple that opened with a heartfelt declaration that brought everyone to tears: "I fell in love with you because you loved me when I couldn't even love myself

"  "You're my best friend, my college sweetheart, my better half," said Mike, getting down on one knee

"You make me a better person. Please make me the happiest man on earth. Will you please marry me?"  Of course, she said yes — and everyone was overjoyed

 "We've been through so much, and for us to finally get engaged, it's really special," said Mike

"Because it wasn't guaranteed. It's been very stormy for a while. The odds were against me

People bet against me. But against all odds, she's been there throughout the ups and downs, the good times and the bad times

"  "I've been wanting to get to this day for so long," he added. "And right now, I'm feeling like all these bad times that I've been through, it's all worth it for this moment right here

"  Mike, 35, is currently awaiting his sentencing after pleading guilty to tax evasion in a New Jersey federal court in January

 Though he's facing up to five years in prison, he's maintaining a positive outlook

 The next morning, Lauren headed home, and Mike grabbed lunch with the boys. After Vinny gently broached the subject of the upcoming sentencing, Mike explained that one of the reasons he had wanted to propose to Lauren as soon as possible was to make sure he "locked down a good girl

" (Originally set for April 25, the sentencing date has been pushed back to Sept. 7

)  "Lauren is the light at the end of my tunnel," he said. "Lauren is my everything, Lauren is my best friend, she is my soulmate, she is my better half

And knowing that I found that, I'm willing to face anything in life."  But with this cast, it can only be smooth sailing for so long — and by that evening, Mike was already starting to stir up drama when he began speculating that Ronnie's "horrible decisions stem from the drinking and the partying

"  "I know Mike is like, Saint Mike and everything," Vinny pointed out. "But let's not forget where he came from

"  The season finale of Jersey Shore Family Vacation airs next Thursday at 8 p.m

FireEye北亚总经理徐海国表示，中共网路间谍把台 当作精进网路间谍技术的试验场或演练场，然后才被用在对 国企业的攻击

未来仍会持续把台湾当作练习的标靶，企业组织必须要能具 迅速侦测入侵的能力，并做出及时的回应

 2018年M-Trends 报告分析了FireE e在2017年调查时所收集的资料，发现亚太企业在侦测 攻击前，该威胁在系统内的停留时间平均为498天，而全 平均反应时间仅为101天，侦测到网路攻击所花的时间是 球平均的5倍，

威胁者针对台湾企业所发动的目标式网路攻击也日趋复杂， 湾企业正疲于应付这些威胁。  徐海国表示，台湾是全球 术中心，脆弱的网路安全可能损害台湾的声誉，威胁者针对 湾企业所发动的目标式网路攻击日趋复杂，台湾企业正疲于 付这些威胁

为了有效管理风险，企业组织必须采取行动提升网路安全， 能只停留在遵守法规的层面上。  徐海国说，台湾201 年许多产业都曾多次遭受疑似是中国网路间谍活动的攻击

中国骇客组织喜欢把台湾当作精进网路间谍技术的试验场或 练场，同时也发现中国骇客组织会以同样方式锁定香港企业 而俄罗斯骇客组织也会基于类似原因攻击乌克兰企业

 徐海国表示，中共许多实验性的恶意软体签章皆会先针 台湾发动攻击，然后才被用在对美国企业的攻击

随着东亚地缘政治局势日趋紧张，尤其是中台关系紧绷，可 预见中共对台湾发动攻击的次数将会与日俱增，而新或实验 的恶意软体在扩大攻击范围前，仍会持续把台湾当作练习的 靶

 报告显示，曾遭受目标式攻击的亚太企业更有可能再次 到攻击，亚太企业被多个网路攻击者多次入侵的概率比欧洲 中东及非洲(EMEA)或北美地区的企业高两倍

在曾遭受至少一次严重攻击的亚太企业中，超过 91%的 业被相同或持类似动机的骇客组织再次锁定

其中， 82% 的企业侦测到多个网路攻击者。  徐海 认为，台湾资安的重大挑战在于许多企业仍仰赖传统技术来 范攻击，而忽视威胁侦测与应变的能力

攻击是无法避免的，因此侦测威胁则相对重要。志在必成的 客终究会找到入侵网路的方法，一旦他们成功找到入侵方式 企业组织必须要能具备迅速侦测入侵的能力，并做出及时的 应

Government announces pay equity deal for mental health workers  Health Minister David Clark has announced mental health and addiction workers would be brought under the pay equity settlement Act, in a $173m extension

 The Government has approved a $173 million funding package to give 5000 mental health and addiction workers pay equity

  Health Minister David Clark said that sector's employees would soon receive the same pay rates as aged care and support workers

  In an agreement with unions and employers, the Government will extend the Care and Support Workers (Pay Equity) Settlement Act to include mental health and addiction support workers

  After years of struggle, Lower Hutt aged care worker, Kristine Bartlett reflects on the landmark decision by Government to give pay equity to about 55,000 of her low paid, mainly female colleagues

 The Act was born out of a $500m settlement between aged care workers and the previous Government, brought about by a precedent-setting court case lead by aged care worker and Wellington woman Kristine Bartlett

  But a claim was later lodged with the Employment Relations Authority by the Public Service Association and E tū, seeking that mental health and addiction support workers be paid the same increased wage rates

  Clark said nearly half of mental health and addiction workers would get an increase of more than $3 per hour, meaning full-time workers would be paid up to an extra $120 a week before tax

 A further 20 per cent of workers were expected get an increase of more than $5 per hour or an extra $200 for a 40-hour week

  The new pay scale reflected workers' qualifications and experience and would be backdated to July 1

  "This agreement puts right a problem created by the previous Government, which deliberately excluded mental health and addiction workers from the Care and Support Workers settlement

 "These workers often support New Zealanders when they are most vulnerable and they deserve a fair go

This Government has delivered that," said Clark. It was hoped the pay boost would "deliver a robust workforce", and help alleviate staff retention issues

  The package would be implemented over a five-year term and funded through an increase to Vote Health

  Clark thanked unions and employers for playing a constructive role in negotiations

  Public Service Association assistant national secretary Kerry Davies said the workers' "long fight for equal pay" was over

 "The mental health and addiction support sector urgently needs more staff, and this should help to recruit and retain skilled and dedicated workers

 "Our members stood together and now they're getting what they deserve."
