Shopify vs. Woocommerce - Best Ecommerce Platform in 2018? (+ Oberlo vs. AliDropship!) - Duration: 10:46.

Hey guys, in this video we're going to be doing an updated look at what platform is

best to use when building your eCommerce store.

Is it Shopify or WooCommerce?

For most people, especially my subscribers here at Wholesale Ted, there are five key

questions that they want answers to before deciding which platform is best for them.

One: Which one requires the least startup money?

Two: Which will cost you the most money in the long-term?

Three: Which is cheaper if you plan on building multiple stores?

Four: Which is easiest for beginners to use?

And five: What has the best dropshipping plugin?

If you guessed that I'm going to be answering these five questions on this video, you have

guessed right.

All right, so let's jump straight into it.

Question one: Which requires the least startup money?

Now this is kind of debatable.

You could argue that WooCommerce does, but for most people they're going to find that

Shopify will cost them the least amount of money to get started.

Now with Shopify you have two options.

You can pay for your plan on a monthly basis, or you can pay for a whole year with a discount.

For most users the Shopify basic plan is perfect, and they don't need to purchase a bigger subscription

plan.

If you select the monthly basic plan that means that you can get started for just $29.

You'll still need to purchase a domain name of course, and the easiest solution for most

people is to purchase it with Shopify.

If you do that a domain name is going to cost you $14.

So in total you could get started with a Shopify store today for just $43.

Now let's compare that to WooCommerce.

Now on the surface WooCommerce should be the cheapest, because it's free.

Right?

After all WooCommerce is just a free WordPress plugin and that always attracts a lot of people,

because well free, free, free.

Everybody loves free, but it's not actually free, because you still need to purchase web

hosting for your store, and that costs money.

Now in the past you could get away with using super cheap web hosting from places like iPage.

The reason for that was that an SSL certificate was not necessary, and super cheap web hosting

like iPage did not include it.

However, some recent changes in 2017 made having an SSL certificate basically necessary.

If you don't include it then Google and Chrome will now flag your site as not secure.

So now more than ever, it is no longer an optional expense.

Now in my updated 2018 tutorial where I taught everybody how to create a WooCommerce dropshipping

store, and you will find a link to that in the video description below, the web hosting

that I used as part of it was SiteGround.

The startup plan from SiteGround is perfect for most people, and it includes an SSL certificate.

Now while you can choose to get a month trial for $3.95, they make you pay an additional

hefty fee of $14.95.

After the first month they will re-bill you for a one year subscription plan anyway.

You can't pay monthly ongoing.

So most people won't want to select this and will just skip to the one year subscription

plan of $47.40.

Which of course, is more money than Shopify's $29.

I also find that a lot of beginners prefer to purchase their domain names through their

web hosts, and the reason for this is because if you do that it will automatically connect

your domain name to your web host.

Which makes it a lot easier during the setup process.

With SiteGround, this is also more expensive then Shopify.

Costing $15.95.

That means for most people getting started with SiteGround, they're going to be spending

$63.35.

Which is more expensive than getting started with Shopify.

Just a quick note, if you're on super tight budget and are willing to learn about connecting

domain names to your store, you can buy .com domain names from Namecheap for just $10.98.

However, I recommend that most beginners just spend the extra few dollars and purchase their

domain names through either Shopify or SiteGround to make it easier.

Question two: What will cost you the most money in the long-term?

There is absolutely no contest here.

You are going to save far more money in the long-term with a WooCommerce store.

Now up front you're going to have to spend $47.40 to get your web hosting going, but

keep in mind that lasts for 12 whole months.

Whereas if you do the math a basic Shopify plan over 12 months is going to cost you $348.

Now you can save money by purchasing a 12 month subscription in advance, but the savings

are only 10%, so it's still going to be costing you $313.

$47 or $313?

I wonder which is cheaper.

Oh I know, $47 is cheaper.

WooCommerce definitely wins here.

Question three: Which is cheaper if you plan on opening multiple stores?

A question that we get asked occasionally is, whether you can open more than one store

on a Shopify account?

The answer is no you can't.

If you open a store called Brewer Treats on Shopify selling coffee accessories, you can't

also go and create a new store called Perfect Goodies selling cat trinkets.

You would have to open one Shopify plan for $29 a month Brewer Treats, and then you would

have to open an additional $29 a month account for Perfect Goodies.

All in all you would be paying $58 a month for both of these stores.

Now let's compare that to WooCommerce.

Most people are usually only looking to start a single store.

Which is why I recommend the startup plan with SiteGround as it's the cheapest, but

a limitation with it is that it only lets you host a single website.

What you could instead choose to do is purchase the GrowBig plan, which lets you host as many

websites as you like on a single account.

This will cost you $5.95 billed annually.

Which means you'll be paying up front $71.40, and you will get hosting for as many sites

as you like for 12 months.

Now, true fact here, price is not everything.

Which is what I'm about to get into, but if you are very price sensitive then there is

no contest.

WooCommerce is definitely cheaper than Shopify.

Question four: Which is the easiest for beginners to use?

Just like there was no contest for the last question, there is no contest for this one

here.

Shopify is by far the easiest for beginners.

Shopify has genuinely revolutionized the world of eCommerce.

It has never been so simple and easy for beginners to create stores.

If you follow along with my Shopify video tutorial you can have a professional looking

dropshipping site up and running in less than an hour, and you can find a link to that tutorial

in the description below.

Now there are many reasons why Shopify is a lot nicer and easy to use, but a very major

point here is that Shopify was only created for the sole purpose of making eCommerce stores.

That is it.

That is all Shopify does.

If you want to turn your store into a completely different website then you are just out of

luck, because the only thing that Shopify does is build beautiful stores.

Now let's compare that to WooCommerce.

Now the thing about WooCommerce is that it is simply a plugin that plugs into WordPress,

which was initially built to build blog sites, and then it turns that into an eCommerce store.

So before you can install WooCommerce, you actually have to install WordPress on your

site, and turn it into a blog site.

You then install the WooCommerce plugin into your WordPress blog, which adds functionality

that turns it into an eCommerce store.

Now if this is already confusing you then you should just stick to Shopify.

So because of the facts that you are taking what was initially supposed to be blog software,

and now turning it into a eCommerce store, the interface and the menus are quite awkward

and difficult for beginners to navigate to use.

There will be still lots of blog options, settings and features installed and available

to them that are not relevant to them.

Which makes it confusing and distracting.

The interface is not intuitive.

Plus it is a lot more glitchy, and I can not emphasis that enough.

That's because of the fact that WordPress is not well optimized for WooCommerce.

Whereas Shopify is incredibly streamlined, incredibly optimized, and has basically no

glitches at all.

Plus even if you do run into problems you get access to 24/7 support.

You can contact Shopify directly through either phone or live chat, and get someone to help

you right then and there.

The Shopify support is incredible.

They will literally hold your hand and walk you through the process step by step, but

if you go with WooCommerce you are on your own.

After all, it is a free plugin.

There is no one there to hold your hand.

Question five: Which one has the best Aliexpress dropshipping plugin?

Now most of my subscribers here at Wholesale TED are interested in creating eCommerce stores,

because they want to run Aliexpress dropshipping stores on them.

So this is a very relevant question for them.

For Shopify, the best dropshipping plugin is Oberlo, and for WooCommerce it is AliDropship.

The honest truth is that Oberlo is the best of the two.

First of all, it requires no startup investment with Oberlo, unlike AliDropship.

Which costs $89 to purchase.

Now this is a one off purchase, which is something to keep in mind.

Once you are making more than 50 sales a month you will start having to pay a $29 a month

fee with Oberlo, but once you get to the point where you're making 50 plus sales a month

the the $29 a month plan shouldn't be a problem for you.

And AliDropship definitely has more glitches than Oberlo.

Now, don't get me wrong.

What the AliDropship team created was quite remarkable, but like how WordPress was not

build to be optimized with the WooCommerce plugin, WooCommerce was not built to be optimized

with the AliDropship plugin.

Whereas Shopify actually acquired Oberlo in May of 2017.

It means then that Oberlo is incredibly well optimized for Shopify.

It integrates like a dream, and it is basically glitch free.

So there guys go.

There are definitely some advantages to using WooCommerce money wise.

I also understand that some people are always going to choose it anyway, because they like

using WordPress in general, but ultimately I do think that Shopify is going to be the

right platform for most of my subscribers because of the fact that it is cheaper and

easier to get setup initially and get selling.

Thanks for watching.

How the T-Rex Lost Its Arms - Duration: 7:41.

If there are three things any 6-year-old knows about dinosaurs, it's that: Tyrannosaurus

rex was big, Tyrannosaurus rex was vicious, and Tyrannosaurus rex had tiny arms.

T. rex dominated the Western United States during the Cretaceous Period, from 68 million

to 66 million years ago.

And in its day, was the largest carnivore on land.

But for such a fearsome predator, it certainly had its quirks – like those teeny tiny arms,

the source of so many jokes about how a tyrannosaurus couldn't do push ups, or give a decent high

five.

Even from a biological perspective, they look pretty small.

The average T rex weighed about 10,000 kilograms, and stood between four and a half to 6 meters

tall.

But its two-fingered forelimbs were less than one eighth as long as its hindlimbs – probably

only a little bigger than your own arms.

And the story of how T-Rex lost its arms is, itself, pretty simple.

But the story of why it kept those little limbs, and how it used them?

that's a little more complicated.

The short answer as to why T. rex had tiny arms was, well, they ran in the family.

Early ancestors of the genus Tyrannosaurus included the prosauropods, which first appeared

way back in the Triassic, and had forelimbs just as long as their hindlimbs.

But as time went on, more and more of these early dinosaurs became bipedal.

And once they were standing on their hind legs, their front limbs were suddenly freed

up to be used in different ways.

And many of the early carnivorous bipedal dinosaurs had sharp claws on their forelimbs,

which made them more useful for hunting with than for standing on.

But the group that wound up producing Tyrannosaurus rex took an evolutionary right turn somewhere

in the Jurassic, 150 million years ago.

Instead of relying on their forelimbs to help them hunt, members of the superfamily

known as Tyrannosauroidea - which includes Tyrannosaurus and its relatives - started

to use their jaws

One of the earliest Tyrannosaurs is Guanlong,

a small, 150-million-year-old dinosaur from China.

Guanlong had a tiny head, and long forelimbs - well, long for a Tyrannosaur anyway, about

half the length of its legs.

But fast forward about 25 million years in China and you find Raptorex , which had the

same basic body plan, but with different proportions.

Raptorex was still only about 1 meter tall, but its head was about one-third larger than

Guanlong's, and its forelimbs were about half as long.

So, Raptorex looked a lot like a tiny, pocket-sized version of Tyrannosaurus rex – but it shows

up in the fossil record about 70 million years before T. rex did.

That means that the characteristics we think of as defining T-rex -- namely a huge head

and tiny forelimbs – were actually part of a 90-million-year trend in that direction.

And that big head wasn't just for looks.

Its enormous jaws gave T. rex a bite force up to 57,000 Newtons, which is enough power

to pulverize bone.

With a bite that nasty, having long forelimbs really wasn't necessary.

But beyond that, long arms weren't just "not needed" – for some dinosaurs, they

were kind of in the way.

That's because of how bipedal dinosaurs walked.

We swing our arms when we walk and run, to help us maintain balance to keep our upper

body stable.

But dinosaurs like tyrannosaurs had long, rigid tails, which acted as stabilizers.

So they didn't need to swing their arms.

If anything, having big forelimbs would have just slowed them down.

From what we know about the mechanics of their bones and musculature, we know that the natural

body posture for many tyrannosaurs was with their forelimbs tucked close to their body.

Some specimens have even been found in this position as fossils!

This type of research, by the way, is also how we know that Tyrannosaurus and other carnivorous

dinosaurs held their forearms with their palms facing each other, and that they didn't

have the wrist mobility to hold them facing down.

So, when you're doing your T. rex impression, make sure you're like ahhhh

Never like this. That's inaccurate!

And if you want to be totally accurate about it -- and of course you would, because why

wouldn't you?

-- then you should only use your thumb and your forefinger, because those two digits

are the ones that T. rex retained. So like ahhhhhhh

So that's how Tyrannosaurus rex, or Tyrannosauroidea in general, lost their big arms: Over 90 million

years, their heads got bigger, as their jaws became their primary weapons.

And their forelimbs got smaller, because that probably made it easier for them to move around.

But, T-rex still had arms!

If they were such a liability, why didn't it just lose them entirely?

Well, that's a little more complicated.

Initially, paleontologists thought that T. rex forelimbs were vestigial, just leftover

relics of true arms that were so small as to be useless.

But after lots of study of some well-preserved fossil finds, we've learned that their forelimbs

were covered in muscle attachments.

So, while they weren't very strong, their arms could move.

So what could they have been used for?

One of the most common theories is that T. rex used its forelimbs during mating.

Studies on the biomechanics of its arms have shown that they were pretty powerful at adduction,

which is the technical term for the movement you make when you hug something.

So, adduction could've been used either as part of courtship – cuz who doesn't

like a good cuddle?! -- or to help hold male Tyrannosaurus in place during mating.

However, other scientists think T. rex could have used its limbs not for loving but for

fighting.

Its fingers, after all, were tipped with claws that were about a quarter the length of the

whole forelimb.

Still, that's less than half as large as one of their teeth.

And although the arms were muscular, they didn't measure up to force of its bone-crunching

bite.

So if these arms were used to slash at prey, it was only as a supplement for the killing

power of its jaws.

Others have suggested that T. rex used its hugging skills to kill, planting its forelimbs

into its prey while biting down, dealing a death blow and a death hug at the same time.

And of course, it's always possible that there wasn't actually any use for these

tiny forelimbs.

Maybe T. rex arms were what we call a spandrel – a byproduct of other evolutionary changes

that doesn't necessarily have a purpose or advantage of its own.

Over millions of years, Tyrannosauroidea followed an evolutionary course toward having smaller

forelimbs and bigger heads.

So maybe, if they hadn't gone extinct, the descendants of T rex would have had gone one

step further and lost their forelimbs entirely.

Truth be told, if we're ever going to really know how Tyrannosaurus rex used its arms – if

it did at all – we're going to need to find more fossils.

For example, to figure out if T. rex used its forelimbs for slashing, paleontologists

would need to find a fossil that had slash marks that clearly came from T. rex claws.

And we haven't found that yet.

And, even more challenging, to know whether Tyrannosaurus rex used its forelimbs during

mating, we'd have to find two T. rexes preserved "in the act", so to say.

And that would be a remarkable find

But that's part of what makes paleontology so interesting – there are always more questions

to be answered.

To figure them out, we just have to dig up the right fossils.

Whoops! See the Exact Moment Meghan Markle Switches from Crossed Legs to the Duchess Slant - Right B - Duration: 4:38.

Meghan Markle has quickly adapted to royal tradition. She has perfected the royal curtsy, she's adopted sheer stockings into her wardrobe and she basically has her PhD in the "duchess slant

" (Well, make that had.) The newly crowned Duchess of Sussex had a minor slip-up with royal posture protocol during Tuesday's party at the Buckingham Palace — and PEOPLE's Simon Perry captured the exact moment she realized it

After expertly demonstrating the "duchess slant" at numerous royal events in the past, Meghan seemed to innocently forget the pose (at official engagements royal women are supposed to cross their legs at the ankles or put both legs off to the side to maintain poise and posture) when taking her seat beside Prince Harry and Queen Elizabeth at Buckingham Palace to celebrate a group of young leaders from across the world

At first she accidentally crossed her legs, but she quickly recovered, uncrossing her legs at the knee and slanting them to the side

See her "whoops" moment in the clip below.  According to proper etiquette, which sister-in-law Kate Middleton also follows, royal women keep legs and knees together, although crossing at the ankle is fine, which Megan expertly demonstrated at her solo outing with the Queen earlier this month

Myka Meier, royal etiquette expert and founder and director of Beaumont Etiquette, told PEOPLE earlier this year that "biggest etiquette mistakes a lady can make" is to cross her legs at the knee

Meier, noted, women should sit with their knees and ankles together and should only cross their legs at the ankle if needed

"It's sophisticated, protects vulnerabilities and looks fabulous in photos," she shared with PEOPLE

The "duchess slant" has been adopted at royal outings when a lady "has to sit for an extended amount of time while keeping poise and posture," Meier, explained

"It is the perfect pose for when a camera is shooting directly in front of you because by slightly slanting the knees to create a zig-zag effect when wearing a dress or skirt, your legs are angled so that the camera only shoots the sides of your legs and protects your modesty

"  Meier also explained that the slant helps make your legs look longer when sitting

"'The Duchess Slant' is one of the most elegant and flattering ways to sit, because it has a lengthening effect on the legs," she said

"The key with the technique is to square your shoulders straight ahead while maintaining perfect posture

Keeping knees and ankles together at all times, position your legs so that you create a slant, angling your knees to the side

Hands should be folded one over the other and placed in your lap."  And while her slant wasn't perfect, Meghan and Harry were there to support the Queen for a great cause: The Queen, 92, hosted an evening reception for change-makers across the Commonwealth of 53 nations loosely linked to the U

K.  Harry, 33, was named the organization's Youth Ambassador just weeks before he and Meghan, 36, were married on May 19

For the event she wore a soft pink Prada dress featuring a buttoned bodice and belt as well as black Aquazzura pumps

How To Get Your First Job As A Software Developer - Duration: 7:15.

Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel. If you're new here, hi! Welcome! So happy

to have you. I'm Tara and I make videos about lifestyle and also videos about

working in technology and being a software developer. Today I'm going to

share with you all some tips on how to land your first software development job.

So these tips are not going to be oriented around critiquing your resume

or like creating a portfolio, getting your GitHub up and running, having

projects, or anything like that. I will make videos about that if you are all

interested in it. But this video specifically is talking

about the job hunt and when you're actively looking for a job. So without

further ado, let's get started! Tip number one is to make yourself as visible as

possible. This includes things like sprucing up your LinkedIn, registering

for sites like AngelList and Vettery as well as removing words like a "junior" and

"entry-level" from your online profile. If you have a LinkedIn profile or even if

you don't I might recommend getting one. It's ultimately up to you but if you

have a LinkedIn profile or are thinking about getting one, follow these tips. Be

sure to put "developer" or "programmer" in your profile. There's kind of like a

summary section that you can go ahead and put that in there. Also list the

technologies that you've used and have experience with. So you can put that in

the little summary section on your LinkedIn profile and you can also add

those to the skills section. So if you know JavaScript, put JavaScript there. If

you've done work in Java or if you know some frameworks like Angular or React, if

you are familiar with things like databases and SQL, put those in there.

Put any technologies that you are familiar with and you feel that you

could actually go into a job and have some base level knowledge that would

make you useful to the company. After you've put all that information in your

LinkedIn profile go ahead and share your career interests. List the kind of jobs

you're interested, in the industry that you want to work in, locations you'd like

to work in, and types of companies you would like to work for it. I would also

recommend registering for sites like AngelList and Vettery. These are both

job boards basically where companies can find you. You create a profile, list the

technologies that you know, the things that you're interested in working for,

previous jobs you've had. I actually found my job through AngelList. The company

that I work for now reached out to me through that platform so I would highly

recommend doing it even if you don't think someone's going to reach out to

you - which was my case - go ahead and do it anyway. My second tip is to

cast a wide net. Basically, apply to as many jobs as you can. Apply to jobs that

you know you're interested in, companies you know you want to work for and then

apply to jobs for companies you haven't considered or haven't even heard of

before. Apply to jobs that are in the industry you want to work in and then

apply to jobs that are not in the industry you want to work in. So let's

say you really want to work in the tech industry. Apply to those jobs but then

go ahead and also apply to digital agencies, you know, banks, things like that

because a lot of industries now need developers though while they may not be

the driving force of a specific product or service a lot of industries still

need developers. But one thing I would recommend when applying to these jobs is

tweak your resume a little bit. Basically customize it for the job that you're

applying for. Now I know that can sound like a lot of work but it can be as

simple as highlighting skills that you have that were specifically listed in

the job posting. If it calls for experience with Redis and Mongo, JavaScript, Angular,

React, if you have any of those skills move those to the top of your resume.

Make sure whoever is reviewing your resume is going to see those bullet

points because if they see that you have a familiarity with these technologies

they're probably more likely to reach out to you than if they were buried

someplace else within your resume. I tried to keep these tips kind of like in

order of the application process but tip number three is honestly probably the

most important. And this is do not self select out of any job interview process.

If you feel that you need maybe fit 40 to 50% of the criteria for a job posting

apply to that job. Please, please, please apply to that job. Even if it's a job

position that's asking for, you know, more than a year of experience, two years,

three years of experience and you only have six months, apply to that job

anyway. If this job lists a few technologies that you don't know but

some that you do, apply to that job anyway. The best thing that you can do

for yourself is apply to these jobs. Put yourself in front of these companies and

companies will decide whether or not they are interested in you. So don't be

the person who self-selects out because the way that you're not going to get a

job is by not applying. There's a chance by you applying that maybe they will

follow up with you. Maybe you won't be a fit for this specific role but maybe in

a few months time they'll have another role that maybe you're more of a fit for.

Or maybe this company is really flexible in their requirements for this job and

will be willing to reach out to you anyway. And this is where I'm going to expand

a little bit on not using words like a "junior" or "entry-level"

or "beginner programmer" in your LinkedIn or online profile when it comes to

development. Now the reason I say that is because, like I mentioned earlier,

companies will decide whether or not to follow up with you.

Companies will decide whether or not you are an entry-level/beginner programmer

as well. They'll either do that by looking at projects that you've worked on,

looking at your resume just based on experience and job titles and things

like that, or they'll also figure that out through doing interviews with you.

There's nothing wrong with being a junior developer. Everyone's a junior

developer at some point and it's incredibly important, as you're a

developer and learning more, to maintain maybe not that junior mindset but just

the mindset of: there's always more to learn that you don't know everything and

there's always more to learn but you're willing to learn it. So go ahead and

apply jobs, you know, that say junior or entry-level programmer in the job

description but also apply to jobs that don't say that. Companies will figure out

for themselves whether or not you are a junior developer and someone they want

to follow up with. But remember it's not bad to be a junior developer. Tip number

four is to make connections. Become familiar with the development community

in your area. A lot of cities and markets have Slack groups that you can join, a

lot of them have meetups, there are a lot of networks that you can get involved in

that are nation and worldwide. I would recommend trying to make them locally or

in the region that you would like to move to if you do want to move. The

reason I recommend this is because a lot of people - a lot of developers - especially

those who care about having a healthy development ecosystem will be absolutely

thrilled to help you out in your job search. Maybe they can't take you on as

someone to mentor but they might be willing to answer a few questions for

you or they might be willing to pass on job

opportunities to you, especially if one comes up within their company. In general,

it's good to make connections, just have friends have people that you can talk to,

ask questions of, talk to about your life in general but then it's also good career

wise because these are potential opportunities. And then my last tip, tip

number 5 is to be consistent. Dedicate time to your job search every day. I know

it can be hard, I know it can be tiring, I know it can be discouraging but just set

aside you know maybe 20 to 30 minutes every day to your job search either when

you're eating breakfast or when you get home from your current job. Keep a list

of jobs that you've seen companies, you've seen that have job

open, skills and technologies that a lot of companies are looking for because if

you have a list you can get a better idea of you know what companies are

looking for and you can even you know take it upon yourself to maybe learn

some of those technologies to increase your chances of getting a job. But if

you are struggling with how to keep a list or keep track of all of these jobs

I would recommend creating a Trello board store the company and then store a

link to that job posting on a little card in Trello and then you know maybe

at the end of the week or during the weekend when you have time you can go

back and apply for that job. It keeps everything in one place for you and then

you can create little columns of jobs that you've seen, jobs that you've

applied for, jobs that you've heard back from, jobs you haven't heard back from.

It's just a really easy way to keep your job search organized and it'll be so

much easier and more helpful the more consistent you are. All right that's all

I have for these five tips. Let me know in the comments any tips that you have

for those looking for their first software development job. That's all I

have this video so I'll see you all next time. Bye!

(.) On t'aime, tu es ma vie

Pour toujours."  Edu del Prado avait également participé au concours The Voice, en France, en 2014

Closing Remarks by Andrés Cano: LD 3 Candidate Debate - Duration: 2:11.

Moderator: Mr. Cano, you get the last word.

Andrés: Thank you. I'd like to thank the LD3 Democratic Committee— that I chaired for 4 years— for hosting this event, and let's give a nice round of

of applause to Margo Cowan, our moderator. Thank you.

You know, I'm a little emotional tonight because a lot of my family is in here— and growing up was hard.

My Nana Rosa lost her life to berylliosis, poisoned by a corporation on Tucson's south-side.

She could have been here tonight. She's not. We need to protect our environment,

and I learned at age 7, when we lost her, that I had to keep going and moving forward.

I was raised by a single mom who taught me, at 14, to get a summer job— and that's how I became an intern in the District 5 office.

I am self-made, folks. I had a vision of serving my community because I saw my family hurting—

I don't want that experience for folks in District 3.

Public education made my life story happen— it made it possible.

And when I pressed the button on that announcement on August 28th last year, I made a commitment to every single one of you in this room—

even if we may have disagreements— that we can do better, that our legislature can do better, that Arizonans will be better off when we elect

experienced people who are connected to community.

You have shown me that commitment, and I want to thank you— District 3 and Southern Arizona.

I'm Andrés Cano. I believe in us, and I ask that you believe in me.

Thank you.

Demi Lovato: Still Drinking After Latest Relapse - News Today - Duration: 2:49.

Last week, fans were stunned when Demi Lovato confessed to relapsing after six years of sobriety

The singer made no effort to conceal her setback from fans. In fact, she recorded a heartbreakingly confessional ballad about her relapse ironically titled "Sober

" "Mama, I'm so sorry, I'm not sober anymore / And Daddy, please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor," Lovato sings

The present-tense urgency of the song has left many fans concerned for Lovato's well-being

And reports from those closest to Demi indicate that she has yet to emerge triumphant from her latest bout with substance abuse

"Demi reached out to some of her sober friends this weekend, but she hasn't made any set plans to sober up just yet," a source tells Radar Online

"Everyone is hoping that her relapse reveal is a cry for help. It is nothing to be ashamed over

She slipped and it is never too late to get back on track." The insider says that Demi's loved ones share fans' concerns that this could be the beginning of a steep decline: "All of Demi's close friends and family are extremely worried right now because they know that she is on a downward spiral," the source claims

"They just all want her to come back to L.A. and get the help she needs before it is too late

" Unfortunately, it seems that Lovato is currently resistant to offers assistance from her inner circle: "No one can get her attention," the source claims

"Her team tried to hire a sober coach, and she went nuts!" The 25-year-old pop icon celebrated six years of sobriety in March, and it seems her relapse occurred not long after that anniversary: "Demi relapsed about two months ago because she stopped the accountability portion of her recovery," says one insider

Another source confirms that recent cancellations on Lovato's current world tour are a result of her ongoing battle with alcoholism

Family and friends hope that her gut-wrenching new song will mark the beginning of her recovery process: "Demi relapsed and started drinking alcohol again

Her song is intense, but that's how she deals," says the insider. "She has to be brutally honest and put it out there so that she's not burdened with holding on to her struggles privately

" Our thoughts go out to Ms. Lovato as she continues this courageous lifelong battle

Jordan Pickford: Desire to keep clean sheets fuelled rant at John Stones - Duration: 5:00.

TV cameras caught the England goalkeeper venting his anger at his central defender for not organising his defensive line better from a free-kick as Panama scored their consolation goal in the 6-1 defeat in Nizhny Novgorod

Perfectionist Pickford says personal pride as a goalkeeper is only part of the equation because shut-outs will become vital for the team if they are to make progress in the World Cup

  – one from an unnecessary penalty given away against Tunisia and the other from a poorly defended set-piece

Pickford said: "I'm disappointed not to get a clean sheet against Panama. As goalkeepers, defenders and as a team, we don't want to concede and we don't like it

"I was asking him [Stones] what happened about the goal. It was just that the defensive line was a bit jagged

"We do a lot of work on set-pieces both defensively and attacking-wise – you've seen we've scored six out of eight goals from set-pieces – and in tournament football set plays are crucial, so we want to make amends for that and will continue working on them

"At the end of training each day we spend about 10 minutes on set plays – on the attacking and defensive sides – so we are always ready for all scenarios

The further we go in the tournament, we know clean sheets will win games and that is our mentality

" Pickford was already frustrated about Tunisia's penalty in the opening game because he expected former Sunderland team-mate Wahbi Khazri to take the spot-kick and had no idea how Ferjani Sassi took them and sent Ashley Yong across to the bench for some advice

"I know Wahbi from Sunderland but he must have been a bit scared so I didn't know which way the guy who took it was going to go," said Pickford

"We do a bit of research on penalties but the lad who scored had never taken one before so I was struggling to know which way to go

"If you look at it again, he's looking at me all the way so I couldn't dive too early

I got a hand to it but unfortunately I just couldn't get there. But I went the right way which is something

" Such has been England's dominance of both their games, Pickford has not had a serious save to make yet but David De Gea's mistake in Spain's opening game underlined that concentration is key for a goalkeeper

"It is never nice to see keepers make mistakes," said Pickford. "All keepers talk about it and we work very hard not to make those mistakes

"We do about 600 saves in a normal training week, just for that one save on a match day and that's why concentration levels are so important and that's why you have to be in the game at all times

It's never nice to make those sort of mistakes but you learn from them. "I haven't made a save yet but that means the other 10 players are doing their job

As long as I'm communicating and staying in the game, my concentration is always going to be there because, when we are playing these teams, you don't know if you are going to get work to do

" He says England are not looking at an "easier" path to the final by finishing second in Group G and will be quite happy if he has another quiet game in Kaliningrad tomorrow (Thurs), with Belgium manager Roberto Martinez downplaying the clash by admitting he could make wholesale changes

"If that is how they feel it will make my job a lot easier," said Pickford. "If they don't want to score and don't have any shots, hopefully I can keep a clean sheet

"We know what side of the draw we're on but we can't be looking at that. We just want to win every game

To us, it doesn't matter who we play next because to get to the final we have to play top teams, so if you have to play them early then that's the way it's going to have to be

"Our mentality is to keep the momentum going, win the game and finish top of the group

"

This is how the law of manifestation works for me - Duration: 17:28.

hi this is richer morin founder of richermorin.com and today I'm going to teach you

everything about the law of attraction so you can change your mindset your

habits or whatever you want in your life and become a superhuman creator let's

get into that first time I love I really like learn about the law of attraction

it was maybe yes I was sixteen eighteen years old something like that it was

about the movie the secret in 2006 when came out I I liked I watched the movie

maybe 15 times in a row but the thing is when I was watching the movie I remember

even when I was a young boy I always knew that everything was feeling

thinking behavior or whatever it was and I was always attracting that into my

life I even attract the life I had when I was a young kid I remember one dream

when I was young I remember I was like my soul whatever and I choose to kind of

I had to choice yet the life with a family that was rich beautiful life I

was a younger boy and the only boy I had everything I want in my life

in my life was like I saw like all my life really fast and it was amazing but

there was another choice there was a tough choice when I started in a really

really really intimidating violence family and going through all that thing

and but the thing I saw in that that life was at the end I really learned

more about life and really experienced my affinity to that life not the other

one so I choose the tough life so yeah that's pretty much that for the law of

attraction when I learn about that so what is the law of attraction the law

of attraction is simple how you feel how you behave how you think how you talk to

yourself or everyone all you interact in your life is gonna bring into your life

what you want so if you always feel depressed you have a feeling of

depression in your in your body you're gonna attract depression in your life

you're gonna attract people who are depressed you're gonna have tried

situation that are gonna make you depressed and much more like that if you

feel happy and gratitude you're gonna see everything through gratitude and

happiness because you are expressing rats to happiness so you're gonna see

all of that a lot of people they're gonna say like the law of attraction

works on how you think and things like that but I prefer to say it's about

feeling but because feeling is 90% of your body Monto and and in them like how

you think it has a part in to it but it's much better it's much more about

how you are how you feel because if you feel gratitude and you have depressed

out it doesn't it's not congruent because you when you figure attitude

usually what's gonna happen your mind is gonna feel gratitude through she's gonna

have read two thousand things like that if you feel the oppressed usually what's

gonna happen it's gonna you're gonna feel depressed in your mind and gonna

have depressed house so that's all I think the attraction works so all the

light attraction worked for me um I come from I mean I read the press and

negative and all that so I've been in a really depressed negative mindset in

state for a long time in my life I tried everything like to to be happy and all

these things but each time I was happy in all these things my parents my family

didn't like that they saw me like as the black sheep I was always trying to help

them through anything I could learn in my school at lunchtime in the library I

would I would read books like psycho cybernetics psychology NLP

information visualization all these things and live in books on psychology

so I can learn how human behavior and how people worked so I could have mind

my parents but when you are 12 years old and you tried to say to your parents

it's you should be like that and act like that and say things like nothing be

like that with us they didn't like that they saw me as black sheep they saw me

like I was the know-it-all guy but I was just there to round them and they never

understood what I was doing because they were too much in their fucking asshole

so the thing is because of that I attract a lot of shit in my life maybe

for the threatening 23 25 years of my life but the last two years I changed my

mindset change my behavior I changed how I want I am

I really started to attract the right thing in my life because I was in the

right state in the right emotion all these days the best way to attract what

you want in life is we grab gratifying right grateful and to be grateful it's

good but you have to have also the grateful behavior that means that if

something happens in your life and usually you do like I fuck man that's

that's that's bullshit man that this is stop right there that's behavior also

you have to be grateful in the behavior if there's some shit happening in life

just say okay there's some shit but I see that as a good thing because it's

gonna help me bring what I want into my life you know what I mean it's not just

about being in the feeling of gratefulness about talking speaking it's

about seeing in your mind trying to a grateful even if you're in a state of

depression or whatever it is bring you back into the gratefulness and you try

to think like a grateful person talked like a grateful person even if your life

is not good at all by doing so what's gonna happen

is real verse is gonna show you more grateful things more things that's gonna

bring you more joy because you're acting as if it was already there for you and

also you have to put it into work that means that you want something you act as

if it was already here that's perfect but you also have to put the word it's

not just about seeing what you want in life and be like yeah hope I wish it's

gonna come to me yes yes justice like the little skeleton or are the million

dollar to get when you you scratch it in your life yes I want mama it's not like

that that it works in life you are in there feeling of gratefulness after that

what you have to do is act as if you are having a grateful life and also act

being like do some things that's gonna make make you grateful I am surround

yourself with people who are gonna make you more happy and joyful all these

things it's not just about hoping you mean like oh yes it's gonna happen

someday just shine this thing and I'm gonna I'm gonna have it a genius person

is gonna give me three wish and I'm gonna have what I want it's not like it

works in life be grateful right now in your feelings

be grateful in your words be grateful in your mind be grateful for what you

already have and surround yourself with people like that how you do that you act

when you see someone that's cool go to ours then talk to them so now you know

you have to be grateful you have to know what you want you have to act as if you

have to act also in your life so all do you attract something you want in your

life the first step simple guys this is realization visualize exactly what you

want close your eyes right now see where the thing you want you know I've can be

something much of your can be a feeling usually what I would do is not really

focus on the thing the matter is stick to anyone in my life it's gonna be but

I'm more much more about how I feel when I have this thing

and this feeling is what the universe is gonna recognize the universe gonna

recognize how you feel it's gonna bring you more things to make you feel more

like that so utilize yourself having the thing you want can be some part of your

body physical body you wanna change it can be money it can be a relationship it

can be a house it can be a job it can be anything so right now see yourself there

see yourself having that how does it look like how the situation looks what

is there like in the environment describe was there start who is there

describe how you feel about having already that right now and also describe

why you here how what you feel on your skin meaning like do you feel like the

wind do you feel like the humid stiff that the peace and the place you are do

you feel like the sun shining on you and what do you see what do you hear there

you hear like some birds you later do you hear like your bus saying yes you

have a promotion right now and you feel happy about that and and all these

things much the goal is put much more characteristic and at this relation

light has to be sensitive it has to be from the ear what you hear but you see

what you feel understand give it more more more conceptualization and feel it

being you know what you do the second step is to release what's making you

blocks in your life to get that in your life what I mean by that is you see in

yourself there and all that but when you open your eyes you come back what's

happening anybody meaning that instead of block here maybe that you have a

block here and the solar plexus like yeah like it's amazing I saw that I see

all the specialization I see all of this thing I really love that but here I feel

like blood I feel like I'm not going towards that I feel like there's

something crashing here ins bring me back or there's at on my head say it's

not true it's never gonna happen or there's a feeling of overwhelming on my

shoulder I feel pressure after the y8e on my feets right now

so if you have something like that what's gonna happen if it's you're gonna

want to be like in this state in English in this like expression of feeling all

that but because of these blocks maybe this mental blocks this physical block

this emotional bug or whatever blocks you have even if the University of its

you in reality you gotta feel these blocks and you're gonna be like oh fuck

off I'm going back man I'm not going now or you're not gonna be able to express

as if it was already real right now so release all do you do that I have a

technique it's simple there's your soul no let's try this one okay there's a

this is from a guy on internet just watch it

it's called bio magnet cells this is not from me you take a magnet can be magnet

like down crazy I like big magnet but the thing is it's not gonna change

anything if you take a fridge magnet this is still gonna work so the first

thing you do is you visualize after that you come back to reality and you have

and you say although like as if it was already here right now like if you want

a job now is the first August 2018 I just got a new job the exact perfect job

I wanted and when you say that out loud whatever it is just affirm it as if it

was already here right now so this way we can bring out what is blocking you

from being right there right now in sync with it so you seal it although as I

said or it can be relationship I found the right man in man for my life and

found the right relationship and now it's July 2018 the 21st we say that how

do you feel about that when you see the visualization the thing as if it was

already real right now how do you feel about that

if you feel like Oberlin like yeah yeah yeah it's coming man

yes thank you life Thank You universe thank you God whatever okay perfect

just that means that you're released and you don't need to work on that but for

those of you who have some blocks what you're gonna do is you say a lot of what

you want to achieve I've like create in your life on a scale of one to ten you

scale from one to ten ten being like you have this feeling here it's blocking you

this feeling is at ten meaning like it's really powerful I can feel it I can feel

sorry blocking me or just stop is really we Tru for me I really like it's maybe

it's twelve then it's really true for me so after that you know now you measure

that what you do is you take this magnet and you you focus on that thing a thing

so maybe the belief or the emotion and you pass the magnet

sorry about that guys there's people talking to me through Facebook so you

pass the magnet from here to the back of your head here to the back of you three

to seven times I know it seems crazy but just do it don't watch me it's not gonna

help you just do it just do the exercise with me so now just seven times take a

breath focus on something physical I found you

it can be a paper it can be a wall whatever because it's gonna bring you

out of what we're doing so we can come back and see the different and you do

that until you add zero that's pretty much for that technique or there's the

other technique you can do this with the magnet or you can do this with your

shoulder there's a point between your shoulder and your PEC boot for a woman

and there's a point here you can feel the nerve like a nerve you just turn on

this nerve by saying even if I have this feeling here blocking me from when I

wore mine except myself I love myself and I forgive anyone who has something

to do with that let it go same thing as the other one

brilliant focus on something if you come back measure it maybe it

didn't change that's okay just continue to do it and sometimes gonna feel more

emotion like it's gonna be more for whelming just constantly don't stop

sometimes we have something that's blocking your emotion and it's bringing

it up you fix it with the magnet or this here and you do it until you add it's

zero and when you're done start step last step you close your eyes can we

visualize the thing you wanted to create in your life see yourself there like

home and I feel so good about that and feel the difference is it do you feel

more happy do you feel more joyful do you feel more in sync with that and come

back and see it all again affirming I got the real best relationship man I've

found the right man for me it's been amazing I'm happy about that and if you

like yeah man I feel really good about that's perfect for me I really love that

that's perfect know what you do

I'm not gonna do a step for them so the last thing you have to do my simple so

y'all just come back to your visualization or whatever see the things

y'all you feeling all that see how it sounds how you see how you interact

what's happening and all that now open your eyes imagine that this

visualization it's coming here in front of you and that's like an imaginary

bubble with the visualization in it okay so that's the visualization now what you

want to let you wanna do not step and forth step you let it go let it go take

it you push it to the universe and you say something sorry Bella you say

something Thank You universe now you know what I

want to do you know what I want thank you and that's it if you you you

did that and you let it go and you still feel like you attached to it do the

magnet on the feeling of being attached to it

or maybe the towel of being attached to it or the state of being

to it whatever it is so that was the video guys so if you liked this video

Tristan Thompson Showers 2-Month-Old Daughter True with Kisses: 'Daddy Loves You!' - News Today - Duration: 4:07.

True Thompson is a daddy's girl!  Tristan Thompson shared a new video of him and his 2-month-old daughter on Snapchat Tuesday, in which the Cleveland Cavaliers power forward showered his baby girl with lots of kisses

"Baby True! Daddy loves you!" Thompson, 27, told his child with girlfriend Khloé Kardashian, who turns 34 on Wednesday

The father-daughter footage is the NBA star's latest parenting post, four days after he shared the first photo of True and her big brother, 18-month-old Prince, whom Thompson shares with his ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig

Want all the latest pregnancy and birth announcements, plus celebrity mom blogs? Click here to get those and more in the PEOPLE Babies newsletter

The family portrait, which was simply captioned with a red heart, appeared to have been taken in Kardashian's home theater in Calabasas, which Keeping Up with the Kardashian fans have seen several times on the E! show

And days before the photo of Prince and True, the father of two showed off his new Father's Day bling of two gold necklaces that read "TRUE" and "PRINCE" on each piece that was encrusted with diamonds on a chunky curb-style chain

True was born just days after news broke that Thompson was allegedly cheating on Kardashian throughout her pregnancy

Despite the cheating scandal, Thompson and Kardashian appear to have mended their relationship with the new mom recently revealing just how tough it has been to continue to a romance with the father of her child

"You have no knowledge of what goes on in our household or the enormous rebuilding this takes to even coexist

I'm proud of my strength," Kardashian tweeted on Monday in a response to a fan who said they were "disappointed" in her for continuing a relationship with Thompson

Though the couple has yet to publicly address the cheating allegations, a source recently told PEOPLE "everything seems really great with Khloé and Tristan," adding, "They act the same way they did on their last trip to L

A. before True was born. They both seem happy about being there."  And while they continue to live together at Kardashian's home in Calabasas, her decision to reconcile with Thompson after the scandal did not go over well with her famous family

They "respect her decision," the source said. "Everyone knows Khloé plans on staying with Tristan, so things have been civil so far

They still have opinions about Tristan's bad behavior, of course, but no one wants to upset Khloé

"  On Sunday, the couple, who plans to spend the summer on the west coast, shared a late dinner date with Thompson's friends at the popular restaurant BOA in West Hollywood, where Kardashian was seen wearing what looks to be a huge diamond engagement-like ring on her left hand, in photos first obtained by TMZ

It remains unclear if Kardashian's new bling is, in fact, an engagement ring, or maybe even a belated push present or an early present from Thompson leading up to her 34th birthday

Since the parents of True returned to L.A., an insider told PEOPLE that they "seem to be in the best place they've been since the scandal

"  "Khloé's super family-focused and wants to keep her family together. The focus is on their newborn daughter," the source shared, adding, "Tristan's been supportive and helping out when he can

Bloomberg considers 2020 bid as Democrat, citing regrets about 2016 - 247 news - Duration: 4:24.

Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg is considering challenging President Donald Trump in the 2020 election, running as a Democrat against his fellow member of the billionaire's club

The 76-year-old would be the oldest and richest person to seek the Oval Office, New York City's CBS affiliate reports

This also marks the fourth time Bloomberg has mulled throwing his hat into the presidential ring - an option he considered in 2008, 2012, and 2016

Bloomberg considered running as an Independent last cycle, but sources told CBS that if he runs in two years it would be as a Democrat

The move is fueled partly by regret that he didn't stay in the race in 2016, because he feels he could have either won or at least prevented Trump from winning, a source close to former mayor told the news station

Bloomberg opted not to run two years ago amid fears he could not win on a third-party line

But he campaigned against Trump, who smacked him down as a 'little guy.'Despite being New York billionaires, the two men rarely spent time together

In 2007, when Bloomberg was in the second of his three terms as mayor, the two played together in a charity event at Trump National Golf Club

And Bloomberg appeared twice on Trump's reality TV show, 'The Apprentice,' in 2004 and 2008, to show support for a program produced in New York

Additionally, Bloomberg's daughter Georgina is friends with Ivanka Trump. There have been some hints Bloomberg is revving up for 2020

The billionaire has already committed to spending at least $80 million to help Democrats win Congressional races this year and that will earn him a lot of political gratitude in the process

Share this article Share He also hinted at his thinking on June 6, when he was honored at a YMCA fundraiser at Cipriani 42nd Street

At the end of his speech Bloomberg told the crowd, 'Before you leave I want to get your cellphone number because I'm thinking of getting the band back together,' a source told the New York Post

The guests erupted into thunderous applause, believing Bloomberg was hinting at challenging Trump

In his May philanthropy report, Bloomberg's opening letter appeared to be a thinly veiled rebuke of the Trump administration and its embrace of 'alternative facts

''There has always been spin in politics, but this is different,' Bloomberg wrote, according to Forbes

'Disdain for facts is making it harder for America to address major challenges here and around the world

And, in July 2017, Bloomberg, in an interview with the German magazine Der Spiegel, took a shot at Trump's wealth, implying the president wasn't actually a billionaire

'Let me phrase this carefully so you get the message: I don't know how wealthy other people are,' Bloomberg told the interviewer when asked about the president

And when asked if he was implying Trump wasn't a billionaire, Bloomberg replied: 'I didn't say that

You said that.' Bloomberg is believe to be worth $51.7 billion, according to Forbes, while Trump's is believed to be $3

1 billion. The former Mayor endorsed Hillary Clinton in 2016 and slammed Trump in a speech at the 2016 Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia

'Throughout his career, Trump has left behind a well-documented record of bankruptcies, thousands of lawsuits, angry shareholders, and contractors who feel cheated, and disillusioned customers who feel ripped off

Trump says he wants to run the nation like he's run his business. God help us. I'm a New Yorker, and New Yorkers know a con when we see one,' he said

And Trump told CNN in January 2016 the friendship between the two men was over.'We used to be friends,' he said when asked about Bloomberg's criticism of him

'I guess we're not friends anymore.'

Grant Denyer confesses: 'I'm so ashamed' - Duration: 6:29.

When Channel 10 announced Family Feud had been cancelled, the host of the popular series Grant Denyer took to his radio program to comment on the news

'We're probably guilty, if anything, of driving it into the ground a little bit too early,' he said in May on his radio program 2DayFM Breakfast with Em, Grant & Ed

'Six days a week, twice a day, plus All Star episodes, we might have squeezed that lemon a little bit too much

' Is this not the saddest sight in Australian television 😔  Later, the 40-year-old television personality told news

com.au that he felt 'so guilty' about those comments that he apologised to Network Ten, and reached out to the CEO and Head of Programming

Denyer told the publication, 'That's the first thing I said and I hadn't really had the time to find the language to explain why it had been dropped

I kinda stumbled my way through it and that quote keeps getting brought up and I was starting to feel guilty about it

'I probably should have found more appropriate words at the time. But you know, there was no other television show that was on as much as our show… it certainly had more rotation than anything else on any network

' Hardest thing I've ever done. Saying goodbye to this. Final records are now done

It saved my career. I've worked with the nicest people in my life. A massive crew who have worked harder than i ever had to make u laugh every night

They put the show before their families, friends & lives. I can't repay that. But I want them to know I love them so much

I've had the absolute best time. Pure magic. You rarely get this chance to have this much fun and make an impact

To the 5000 families who played with us. thank you. Tonight i raise a glass 🥂 never been so happy or thankful

A dream come true.  Denyer hosted the popular show for four years, and revealed he was devastated when it had been axed

'I was really confused about how to feel at that time,' he told news.com.au. 'I was heartbroken that Family Feud

was going to leave my life because I've had so much fun mucking around with it… I never expected it to be anywhere near as good for me as it has been

'  However, Denyer won't be leaving our TV screens anytime soon.  It was confirmed that the former Family Feud host has officially signed on to host gameshow Game Of Games coming to TEN and WIN later this year

The US version of the show is currently hosted by Ellen DeGeneres and includes 'super-sized' versions of games that have appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show

Audience members are pulled from the crowd and must go through massive obstacles while answering questions within a time limit to score a cash prize

Denyer said he was thrilled to be part of the Aussie version. Seeing sun and eating Frosted Flakes are also good answers

😂 #GameofGames   is back for another season, and the Binge List podcast team have plenty to say about the return of Foxtel's hugely popular prison drama

Plus, we talk about Seven's hit reality show , and reveal new details about how  is coming back, in an interview with star Nadine Garner

The Power of Visualization Part 2, Magical Creation Box An Alternative to Vision Boards - Duration: 5:39.

Hello and welcome to this episode of "Carmen's Coaching Corner".

My name is Carmen Payne and I am the owner and creator of SOAR!

Transformational Life Coaching and this episode is about another episode on

visualization and I'm going to share with you another tool on how to

try and help you manifest things into your life. So this process is about

magical creation box and it's a process by Abraham Hicks and shared in their

book, "Ask and it is given" and what I love about this process is it's very similar

to a vision board but if you're somebody who's a lot bit more private who

doesn't want to have their vision board and display on display, a magical

creation box is a way to go. So what you do is you just find yourself a shoe box,

or a photo box, or a box that you like that's appealing to you and that you you

you feel some connection to because you kind of like the look of it. I have a box

that looks, that has beautiful flowers all over it and I named and I printed

off a label and I put on it "magical creation box", and what you do is a

similar principle to the vision board you look for images that you want to

bring into your lives, you you know maybe you go online and you cut out pictures

in the magazine of things that you want to manifest. Maybe it's the perfect

relationship, maybe it's money, maybe it's a new sofa for you living room, maybe

it's a new bed, maybe it's a new house, or a new man, or a woman in your life, maybe

it's children that you want to manifest so you just you just choose images

online or in magazines and you cut them out and you place them in the magical

creation box. Now there's something that you haven't found an image for it's

perfectly okay to write down a note on note paper what it is that you want to

manifest. One of the things that you could put in

there for example if it's money, is you could write yourself a check of the amount

of money that you want to manifest and put that inside your

magical creation box and then what you do is you just put everything you know

that you want to want to bring into your life just like you want like the concept

of a vision board but this time in a in a box. Close the box up put it away and

then every now and again you've got to set yourself a reminder on your on

your calendar, or however you set yourself reminders to go and check into

your magical creation box because what you want to do is remind yourself a lot

of what's in there and then if as you're going through that magicm maybe once

a month you go through your box and you look at anything that you look for

anything that's already actually coming to your life, and as you start to pull

out the pictures, or the words that you've written, or the notes that you've

read that have actually happened what I do is I take them out of the box and

then I have a folder and I called it gratitude because I want to be grateful

and I say thank you to that piece of paper, and I want to be grateful for the

fact that this thing that I put in my box is actually coming to my reality and

as that happens every time something that you put in your box becomes real

you say "thank you" to it, and then you put it in your gratitude folder. To show you

evidence of what you've manifested in your life so far and this is actually

something you can do as well for your vision boards. When you when you create a

vision board if anything on there has manifested for you, come into your

reality, take it off your vision board and put it in gratitude folder and again

every time you look at oh my gosh, this is all that, these are all the things

that I've now has happened for me right. You cannot be any in any other emotion

other than gratitude. Right? So a simple simple process basically get your

creation, find a box that that speaks to you, pull out images, write inspirational

words, that you want to create for yourself like the check if you want an

amount of put it in your magical creation box, and

then make Saturday every month to go and check in on your magical creation box,

and see what's manifested for you. Or maybe you want to add something new.

Right? So a nice, and yes as things manifest, pull them out, stick them in your

gratitude folder, and be grateful as and see the evidence of what's coming into

your reality. Let me know if you try this process and if anything's manifested for

you as a result of using this process. I'd love to hear from you if it worked. I

love looking through my magical creation box and going, "oh my god that happened"

put it in my folder, right. It's just such as feeling of accomplishment and sense

of wonderment when they actually happens. Right? Because sometimes you forget

what's in and you're like, "oh my god that actually came true!" Right, so if this

process works for you and you have fun doing it please share your comments

below this video, and if there's any other suggestions that you have when you

create your magical creation box please share them in the comments below. Always

loving to hear everybody's opinion and if you would like to receive coaching

from me, or have suggestions on future episodes of "Carmen's Coaching Corner"
