Top 5 Worst Horror Movie Remakes - Duration: 7:24.

Hey guys welcome back to Top 5 Scary videos, I'm your host Lucy McPhee, and I'm a HUGE

horror movie lover, from The Exorcist, to Black Christmas, to A Nightmare on Elm Street.

I love the classics, so, as you can imagine, when a few of these films were remade I was

personally insulted, as should you be.

So today we're going to be counting down the Top 5 Worst Horror Movie Remakes!

Before we jump in though be sure to give this video a big thumbs up and leave us a comment

down below what your favourite horror movie is and I'll be shouting some out in the

next video.

Done?

Ok, let's do this.

5 Prom Night This film is just an insult.

10 years later and I'm still personally offended by this mess of a slasher.

We didn't ask for it and we did NOT deserve it.

To backtrack the original is a 1980's masterpiece starring the queen of slashers, Jamie Lee

Curtis.

It's bloody and exciting.

However, the remake falls short right off the bat by opting for a PG-13 rating.

Excuse me?!

The film centers on Donna, aka, Brittany Snow, aka the most bland and uninteresting actress

that has the range of a sloth..but no offense.

After her high-school teachers murders her entire family, cos love, he's sent to prison

but of course, he escapes because prison is easy.

And he hunts Donna and all her friends down one by one.

I've slated it, I know, but it does have one redeeming factor.

The beautiful, Idris Elba, who did not deserve to ever star in this mess.

Poor guy.

#MyJamesBond.

4 The Wicker Man Now the original 1973 Wicker Man is a cult

classic, and an absolute gem in British Horror history, so why have a remake, and WHY cast

Nicholas Cage in the title role?!

I have SO many questions.

So as most of us know The Wicker Man is about a Detective who must venture to an isolated

island in order to investigate the disappearance of his ex-fiance's daughter.

He quickly discovers that she is being used in ritual being held by the island's female

cult.

Fun plot, great times.

However, the execution was atrocious, their were too many elements, and it seems confused

as to what genre it is trying exist in.

Psychological Thriller, Mystery, Horror, Redemption Story?

I'm just as confused as everyone else. The film has its flaws, yes, but I think we can

all agree that the performance Nicolas Cage gave was nothing short of extraordinary...

I mean, just take a look,

3 Texas Chainsaw 3D After a handful of unsuccessful remakes, execs

should be wise enough to not touch The Texas Chainsaw Massacre EVER again.

Please.

Stop inflicting pain on us!

Now, let me just briefly explain the premise of the film to ya.

The film follows the events of the original film, the people of Newt Texas burn down the

farmhouse of the Sawyer clan in an act of justice, killing the entire clan.

However, an infant is found, Edith Rose Sawyer.

Years later, Heather discovers she was adopted, and her and a few friends travel to Newt to

collect her inheritance.

Can you guys guess where this is going?

Other shit goes down, and as the ending nears we learn through a birthmark that Heather

is apart of the Sawyer clan, aka, she is Edith and Leatherface is her cousin.

It's weird.

It's ALL really weird.

The film was such a failure it received 19% on Rotten Tomatoes and 3.4 out of 10 on IMDB.

IGN Editor Eric Goldman wrote "A few fun 3D-aided jump-scares aside, Texas Chainsaw

3D is a generic and laughable attempt to follow the original".

Cutting.

2 Amityville Horror In 2005, the remake to a horror classic, The

Amityville Horror was released.

The story follows the Lutz family, a young couple with two kids who move into a new home

in Amityville New York, but, as always, the place is too good to be true.

They soon learn of the house's sordid history, and the man that murdered his entire family

after becoming possessed by an evil entity.

First of all, let's address the elephant in the room, Ryan Reynolds.

Who was completely miscast for this film - horror is clearly, NOT his thing.

In my opinion Melissa George is the one saving grace of this wannabe-slick remake, that concocts

a bizarre history to a haunted house, that the original so subtlety explores.

Also, watching this now, I just can't get past seeing Deadpool and Hit Girl together

in a film.

Ok, so let's count down some of the worst things this movie has to offer:

To start, during a Ryan Reynolds/Melissa George sex scene, having a child in the room is not

something anyone wants, even if that child is a ghost.

There are about 50 pointless jumpscares, making this film even less scarier than it already

was.

ALSO, Ryan Reynolds is shirtless for about 90% of this film, not a criticism, just an

observation.

1 A Nightmare on Elm Street In 2010, one of the horror genres best, and

most adored films, suffered a nightmarish remake.

As we know, the 1984 version focuses on a group of teens, hunted by a scarred killer

wielding finger knives, slaying them in their dreams in the most horrific ways.

Freddy Krueger is an icon.

Sadly though, the 2010 remake did not do this icon killer any justice.

Firstly, it was produced by Michael Bay, which as we all know, is the biggest red flag if

we ever did see one.

But secondly, the cast was stacked, with stars such as Academy Award Nominee Rooney Mara,

Connie Britton, and Katie Cassidy.

I mean the latter is subpar at best, but I'm a fan, so let me have this.

The film itself was a sales movie, let's face it.

It relied on classic horror movie tropes, instead of hashing out new mythologies surrounding

Freddy Krueger.

The intentions were there, the pioneers behind it were hoping to draw on the themes of child

sexual abuse, exploring the darker elements of the killer that had yet to be explored,

but when you put that film in front of thousands of moviegoers, it likely won't land.

So, of course, they shied away from it, preferring to play it safe with the same overused themes

the original had to offer.

Refusing to draw on Freddy's history, and what truly led him to the demonic "life"

he leads.

According to the OG Freddy, Robert Englund, the opening was reshot, and instead of allowing

us to see the happy lives of a group of teens, we saw only their tainted souls, and the demons

they harbour because of Freddy.

As Englund put it, "I think this was a miscalculation.

You need to see before and after so you can invest emotionally with the children".

Englund truly hits the nail on the head, if we don't care for the characters from the

get go, then why should we care when they're killed off?

Personally, I was NOT a fan of this film, but let me know down below your thoughts on

it.

Well there we have it!

What did you guys think?

Did you hate these remakes as much as I did, or were you actually a fan of them?

Let me know all your thoughts and feeling in the comments down below, and I'll be

shouting out some of the best ones in our next video.

Before I go though, I just want to read some of the comments from the Top 5 Scary Real

Life Horror Stories That Inspired A Movie.

Nightmare Files said, "Love the way you say "water" LOL".

Thank you, I'm a big fan of pronouncing my T's.

RtaXes 786 said "And the best host of all across the most amazing top 10 family goes

to LUCY MCPHEE".

That's very sweet, you must be a robot like me.

Erika Aberg said "More Lucy and Kell collabations!

Girl power!"

I'm kind of sick of her to be honest.

In a seriousness though, I agree.

Some of my favourite vdieos are collabs, and doing them with some fierce women is even

better!

There will definitely be more to come.

Well there we go, if you haven't already be sure to give this video a big thumbs up,

subscribe, and turn on notifications so you can be notified any time we post a new scary

vid!

And until next time, see ya later!

What If The Gigantophis Snake Didn't Go Extinct? - Duration: 5:51.

YEAH we talk a lot about the Titanoboa but what about the Gigantophis Garstini – a

snek from your prehistoric nightmares that slithered along in the Northern Sahara, Egypt

and Algeria killing elephants and crocodiles as it slipped on by.

Would it have taken down a human, oh sure, but there weren't any back in the Gigan's

day.

Buuuuutttt what if honey was still alive today.

Hello and welcome back to Life's Biggest Questions – the channel that loves to hit

you with a big old snake – I am your host Rebecca Felgate and today I am asking

What if the Gigantophis Snake didn't go extinct?

Oh what a question and oh what a snake.

Before we really slide on into this video I want you guys to let me know if you have

ever held a snake?

Here is a picture of me holding one about 4 years ago.

Snake.

RIGHT THEN Gigantophis, what you got for us…also I am going to be abbreviating snakey baby's

name to Gigan as it rolls off the tongue easier.

Cool.

Thanks.

So the Gigan slithered its last 40 million years ago and was a constrictor snake, which

means it squeezed its prey to death.

Fun.

Also fun – they were said to be adept swimmers and would wait for prey by hiding in shallow

water.

The snake was considered to be the biggest on earth, that was until the fossil of the

Titanoboa was found in 2009 In Colombia.

What does a snake have to do to stay on top?

Despite the total eclipse of the gigan – it was still YUGE.

From their fossils it is thought they measured up to 33 feet long – so ten metres…roughly

the length of a school bus.

Soo….what if these mega snakes were still out there?

Back in the day these great big snakes were pretty specific to the hot climes of Northern

Africa.

Imagining they didn't exist is imagining them after 40 million years of evolution and

migration which is a pretty difficult task.

If we imagined them as they were back then then I guess perhaps there would have been

more giant snakes in relics from the ancient Egyptian civilization and Northern African

tribes….

Maybe they would have worshipped them or maybe if the snakes really were alive and thriving

they would have obliterated humans who we also know originated in the continent of Africa.

Perhaps we would never have crossed over into Eurasia if the deserts we had to pass were

infested with massive snakes, but then again, we seemed to have managed it in the face of

other wildlife adversity….although so far as we know nothing quote so terrifying as

a 33ft snake.

Humans probably would still have migrated in the way that we did, but we would have

to have learned how to take down a huge snake.

Snakes are pretty meaty – maybe humans would have hunted them – oooor perhaps they would

have found there to be higher competition for food with the snakes around killing medium

sized animals.

Who knows what that could have meant.

Further considering migration, it is likely that the snakes, which could swim, would have

slipped on over into other hot areas, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, the UAE, maybe up into

Iraq, Iran, Syria, Turkey….

Who knows how far these snakes could be living today – could they survive in southern Europe?

Could they have made it as far as India?

If so… like….

Woah.

If the Gigantophis hadn't gone extinct then it really would be a sight to behold – they

would be among the largest land animals in the world today – much bigger than the biggest

Alligators, much bigger than the Great Chinese Salamander….

The current largest verified snake right now is the Green Anaconda which is still 7 - 10

ft shorter than the average of the Gigans.

Perhaps the snake would cause chaos and eat a bunch of humans, but we have managed to

get the upper hand with all other wildlife we readily encounter, so I doubt it.

More likely we would be writing horror movies about it in the style of Jaws and perhaps

some nasty people would go off out specifically to hunt the snake as a trophy…… a really

big weighty pointless trophy.

Most of us would be sensible enough to not go looking for the killer snake, but wild

life documentaries and nature shows would have our backs!

Perhaps some would exist in Zoos too….. but can you IMAGINE if they got loose!

For all the wizards out there – the parcel tongues…imagine what they could do if they

could communicate with a whopping great snake side kick!

Okay we have bordered on the ridiculous so maybe let's quit while we are ahead….what

do you guys think would happen if the Titanoboa didn't go extinct?

Let me know your thoughts in the comments section down below!

Also don't forget to let me know if you have held a snake!

Comments from a similarly snakey but ultimately more ridiculous video I did last week – What

if the Titanoboa fought Cthulhu.

WELL GAMING Toast kind of hit the nail on the head….

They wrote: Ok c'mon this is just getting out of hand.

Like really who's going to win An out of this world being who has the world at his

hands and is so scary once you see him you turn insane or One tiny snake boy?.

Totally fair.

Luv Sick YT wrote: The titanaboa is dinner for Lovecraft's squid

monster.

The titanaboa is a big snake.

Cthulhu however, is a GIANT EVIL BLOODTHIRSTY DEMIGOD.?

Evening up the score a bit Unlited Beans wrote: What if Zeus had a fight

with Cthulhu?

I guess that is more like it!

Top 10 Dark Web Creepypastas - Duration: 12:47.

The Dark Web is a part of the deep web - often described as the internet under the internet.

Its real - it exist - and Im sure many of you have heard strange stories from it and

governments attempts to shut certain sites down.

These stories are creepypastas about the dark web, that doesnt mean theyre real but it also

doesnt mean theyre not real.

Its up to you to decide.

Make sure you also check out our scariest creepypastas video up here if you havent - if

you can get through this video - thats definitely the next one you should watch …

Starting off at number 10 we have The Visiting[a].

This one was written by Tales From The Abyss in 2016.

In its short history its turned heads as a terrifying story about the Dark Web.

It revolves around an 18 year old guy and girl.

She convinces him that they should check out the dark web, just for fun.

While browsing around, they find a movie called -The Visiting- … they were drawn in by the

display picture - a simple white background with the title written in black Arial font.

When he wasnt looking, the girl ordered the movie to be delivered to her house.

He was mad, he didnt want anything from the dark web coming to her home or any connection

they had even been there.

Three days later, they were watching a horror movie at her house when they heard an aggressive

knock at the door.

They opened it to find a tall, stocky man with a ski mask and dark clothes was stood

outside - and he was holding a hammer.

He was about to slam the door and call the police when he heard his girlfriend scream

from the back of the house.

When he ran there she was pointing at the garden - an identical man was at the window

holding a baseball bat.

The story only gets more horrifying there, and is a reminder that you should only order

a visitor if you really want one …

Next up at the number 9 spot we have Journey to the Dark Web.[b] This story from 2015 is

written from the perspective of a computer technician.

One day, he gets called out to a business complain that their internet is acting up.

When he arrives, he sets about trying to fix their connection - its something he's done

a million times before and in his boredom he noticed a strange network pop up on his

computer.

He joined it out of curiosity and began poking around to try and find where it came from

- then his PC froze up for a few seconds - how strange.

It never did that.

After messing around a bit more, it kept happening - he decided he had enough - so he tried to

disconnect - but the network hadnt finished with him yet.

Just as he was about to hit the power button on his laptop to perform a hard reset, his

browser opened again.

This time, a little chat box opened, it simply said -Hello.- He stared at the screen for

afew seconds, not quite sure what to do.

A journey then began which he would never forget - one that blurred the lines between

human, AI and a new kind of demon …

Moving on to number 8 now we have The Connection[c].

In September 2018, this story was posted to creepypasta titled -I found a laptop connected

to the deep web- … from there, youre hooked.

The main character finds a bag that someone must have left in his local cafe.

He thought about giving it back, handing it in to the staff - but a moment of dishonesty

came over him and he decided to take the bag.

It was a decision he would live to regret.

When he gets home, he isnt sure what to expect and is shocked to find a laptop in mint condition

inside.

There was even a charger and a wireless mouse.

He also found a phone that had no texts and only one recent call to an out of state number.

The more he examined the phone and laptop, the creepier things got.

He finds pictures of a local barber shop, a path in the woods, a garage and even the

cafe where he found the laptop.

Soon, he notices that a spate of recent murders were tied to all of those locations - all

except the cafe - then, he begins to make a horrible realisation.

Coming in at number 7 we have The Freak Show[d].

This one was told by Reddit user Jaden Sutton.

He says he grew up loving technology and by university he considered himself a hacker.

Eventually he got bored of this and wanted a new thrill.

His friend told him about the dark web and the very same day he was scrolling through

some pages, when he got a pop up box.

A message in red text -If you don't know whats next, youre probably in the wrong place- … there

were two buttons, continue and leave - he clicked continue.

He said that was the biggest mistake of his life.

A black screen appeared with a blood red title at the top of the screen, it simply read -The

Freak Show- … in the middle of the screen there was a chat box … a message popped

up from someone titled Admin.

He said hello - the conversation that followed is one that disturbed him for life - and is

said to have a similar effect on many people that read it …

Moving on to number 6 we have We Few Are Many.[e] This is a great one about some kids who get

curious about the dark web and how its not separate from their lives - its very much

intertwined with it.

After installing the programme to visit the dark web, the main character visits a video

site, not unlike a dark web version of YouTube.

There was soon one that caught their eye, it was a video from their local Burger Joint

called Dark Point Burgers.

They see people they know, places they know - strange twisted images that scare them into

turning off the computer.

But it wont - then they see a live video feed of the room theyre in - then a voice speaks,

and their life changes forever.

Next up at number 5 we have Dark Afternoon Tape[f].

This story revolves around the storytellers friend finding a Dark Web site that showcases

bant content from the regular web, gruesome crime scene photos and the sort.

The friend found an audio clip and started listening.

The more he listened, the more distressed he became.

Suddenly, he stood up, took off the headphones and threw them on the desk.

He was shaking and simply said -That fucking audio file- … so now he wanted to hear it

himself.

Before he could get there though, the friend deleted the sound file and shut down the computer.

He soon left - but the storyteller remembered something - the audio file had come with a

story.

A real story.

A story that was scarier than whatever his friend had heard on the audio file.

What follows next is the text from the story.

Its titled -The Dark Afternoon Incident - Real Or Hoax?- … heres the first paragraph for

you, but youll have to find the rest for yourself -As a journalist, Ive investigated everything

from political corruption to celebrity scandals to international cybercrime.

But never have I come across something so bizarre and deeply disturbing as a simple

audio tape-

Moving on to number 4 we have Taking Care[g].

This one was posted to Reddit by Packathonjohn.

He tells the story of how he was always fascinated by the deep web.

One day at college, his friend set everything up for him to use it.

After a few weeks he felt like a pro - he started to get cocky.

He turned off the censored mode and began to go deeper.

Most of the pages lead to to dead webpages but eventually, he stumbled across a site

called -All the gore- … it was a big chatroom with many different topics.

Even though he had a strong stomach from some pretty horrific stuff hed seen on the normal

internet - this was something else though.

After a while, he realised how sick the site reallyw as - the people in the chat rooms

were actual killers, bragging about some of the things they have done.

He told them they were sick and threatened to call the police.

They told him he would regret it if he did.

He reached for his phone to make the call, there was a new message - he opened it and

he said -Call the police and you're dead- … thats a line that some creepypastas would

be happy to end on, but that story only starts there …

Moving on to number 3 we have Welcome To Iris[h].

This is a story about a guy called Ben who lost is laptop at a cafe - hopefully not the

same cafe I mentioned in an earlier story.

He returned tand ask the owner if they had a lost and found and within 3 seconds he had

the laptop back in his possession.

He said an old guy had returned after finding it under the chair where Ben usually sat.

Ben didnt think much of it and was just happy to get it back.

When he booted it up at home, he was surprised to find that all the icons on his desktop

had been wiped clear, all except one in the center.

It was called TOR, some of you guys may recognise that as an access programme for the Deep Web.

He found himself in a chatroom and after a while, he decided to close the screen and

delete the browser.

Then, a message appeared in the chatroom - it said -49524953 wants to chat- … Ben dismissed

it as just a bot.

Then it said -Hello Ben- … chills crawled down his spine at the sight of his own name

-OK, a clever bot- he thought.

He hovered over the X when another message came through - this time it was a jumbled

code.

When he decoded it, it was a letter addressed to him - inviting him to join a group called

IRIS.

Find the story for youself to see his struggles with IRIS - and the horror of having to join

a group you don't want to - because they know your name and they know where you live …

Next up at number 2 we have Why I Left The Deep Web[i].

This is a creepypasta posted to the No Sleep subreddit by TASdiablo.

Now, I say creepypasta but what thats not what the disclaimer says at the top of the

story, it reads, -DISCLAIMER: This not a ghost story or creepypasta that most of you are

here to read, please do not read this post if you are easily disturbed- … the story

still is told by a 22 post graduate who said that he started exploring the dark web at

high school.

He had 3 aliases he used.

He ordered drugs and got a drug dealer to sell them - he was mastering the mark web.

Then, in his 2nd year, the government began shutting down sites like Silk Road and Mad

Onion.

He went deeper though, after 10 years he thought he had seen everything there was to see.

Then, one day, he and his friend were in a chatroom when people mentioned a site that

noone had managed to get past its encryption - except for one person.

They share what they saw in the chatroom - and the storyteller describes it as this -This

site is the most cancerous and revolting sector from the darkest part of the dark web.

It is a scar that I bear to this day and it is one that I will never, EVER forget.

I'll warn readers again, this is not for the faint-hearted and something that even the

most emotionally-numb people will not be able to deal with- … the story continues, and

it only gets darker from there …

And finally at number 1 we have The Contract[j].

This is a creepypasta by Shannon Higdon about a guy called Martin Croker who worked for

a newspaper.

His boss, Teddy Wilson, wanted him to do a piece about the dark web.

He gets paired up with his colleague Susan.

The pair are guided on their journey with a dark web regular called Hector.

He tells them about The Contract - a shady agreement in which people give their lies

over to a dark organization when they become truly desperate in life.

Its also known as The Devils Contract or quite simply - The Final Contract.

Even on the dark web, its existence is more like an Urban Legend.

The victim signs away their life in this digital contract and at that moment - their life no

longer belongs to them.

In their quest for the story of the century, they try to discover the roots of this contract,

what it contains, and just how powerful the people are behind it.

Well here we are at the end of the video which means most of you are going to do one of two

things.

Either you will want to go and look at pictures of kittens and forget all about the dark web

- or you may go and seek out the stories and read more - let me know which one you are.

For now were gonna look at some comments.

Kfyeshua said -Anyone here from 1955- … that was the most upvoted comment on that video.

You guys are strange.

I like it.

A lot of people replied to that to say that yes, they were in fact from 1955.

You know whats strange though?

One day people on the internet will find comments saying -Anyone here from 2018?- and theyll

think that was ancient - a time when their grandparents were young - maybe you guys are

those grandparents - I don't know where this trail of thought is going …

Kerry Ann said - another top selection of Urban Legends!

I cant get enough of all these selections.

You do see some variations.

Like we all have our bogeyman with different names .. same premise- … thats a very good

point, after doing all these Urban Legends videos I have begun to notice certain patterns

and characters appearing around the world - but I think its their slight variations

that make urban legends videos - and it lets us see what stories we all have in common!

Alright guys thats all for now, thanks as always for watching, my name is Danny Burke

and Ill see you all in the next video!

We come regular dying at 13, 14 years old.

We had no value on life.

So to go out and kill a man, it's nothing to us.

We just be like 'Man, there gotta be something better.

Gotta be something better.'

I know I be needing them.

I knew that I would not get through this if it wasn't for God.

I will never accept the fact that I will be here forever.

I have a family.

I have a daughter.

And yes, I do have a life sentence, and in the state of Louisiana life means life, it

And I know that that's not God's plan for my life.

I mean God has brought me to a place where he has restored me.

Top 10 Captain Marvel Villains - Duration: 8:14.

Welcome back friends to Top 10 Nerd.

Im your host Johnny Rogers.

Before we begin hit that thumbs up button and let us know down in the comments what

youre most excited for about the new Captain Marvel movie.

With that lets get to todays list of the Top 10 Captain Marvel Villains

Also I should note just before we get started that the following villains arent necessarily

bound to just the Captain Marvel film.

We will be looking at villains from the comic book series, potential future villains for

her path in the MCU and hopefully some confirmed villains for the movie.

Lets get into it.

#10 The Puppet Master Also known as Phillip Masters.

The Puppet Master is a creepy villain who in his spare time makes puppets out of radioactive

clay.

Once created he uses psychic powers to control the characters who the puppet looks like.

Basically the same idea as voodoo dolls.

If the directors found some way to fit the Puppet Master into the MCU he could be a great

villain to meddle with things behind the scenes.

When Carol Danvers was just Ms. Marvel in the comic books she was targeted by Phillip

Masters several times.

He could easily use his powers to bring in other superhuman characters and use them to

do his bidding.

#9 Grace Valentine Most people expect the villains to be superhuman,

but wouldnt it be interesting if they used someone like Grace Valentine.

She has no physical powers, but has a brilliant mind and a fiery hatred for Carol Danvers.

In the comic books Grace was trying to promote a cell phone application using an article

in the New York Bear magazine when she discovered that it had been removed to show the heroics

of Captain Marvel.

Her villainy took full flight, pun intended, when she utilized her hacking skills to send

a fleet of military drones to attack Captain Marvel.

Right when she was receiving the keys to New York from the mayor in Times Square.

Oh and while she was using drones to attack her, she hacked into the citys billboards

to show the citizens hate propaganda about Captain Marvel.

Talk about an evil lady.

#8 Moonstone Carols powers are derived from Kree origins

and thats why we may expect a few different bad Kree species to be hitting Earth and checking

on this new superhuman.

One of those Kree alumni could be Karla Sofen aka Moonstone.

She is a doctor of psychiatry and psychology who has an evil alter-ego thats gone to war

with Carol Danvers several times.

Her powers come from the Kree gravity stone which include superhuman strength, speed,

stamina, reflexes, gravity manipulations, flight, photon blasts, and so much more.

The point is a fight between two female superhumans, both with Kree origins for their powers would

prove to be a visual gift to fans.

#7 Thanos With Thanos snapping away most of the Avengers

and Nick Fury sending off that final distress beacon, we could very well see Captain Marvel

taking on Thanos at one point or another.

If she could hold off the mad titan until backup arrives in the form of either the Guardians

of the Galaxy or a new Avengers team, she could cement herself as a key hero in the

MCU.

Im hoping we even get a sneak peak at Thanos in the Captain Marvel film.

Imagine Thanos in the 90s, maybe with a mushroom cut.

Someone please make that.

#6 The Brood With the MCU expanding more and more alien

heroes and villains alike have been introduced.

The Brood could be a potential parasitic alien villain that could attack Earth and thrive

while Thanos is in power.

They are a race of insectoid beings that follow their Queen like a bunch of powerful alien

ants.

Their goal is the infect other species with their eggs and have fought with Carol Danvers

in the comics many times.

Their arrival on Earth could also alert the Guardians of the Galaxy that its time to take

on Thanos with Captain Marvel leading to an epic showdown.

#5 Minn-Erva Gemma Chan is a confirmed character for Captain

Marvel and will be playing Minn-Erva who is a Kree geneticist.

In the comic books she is known as Doctor Minerva and after a failed attempt to mate

with Mar-Vell she worked with another Kree known as Captain Atlas to steal the quantum-bands.

She also has super strength and flight attributed to her Kree origins and even though we dont

know for sure what role this character will have in Captain Marvel she was a main antagonist

in the comic books.

So we can at least speculate that she wont be on the same side as Carol Danvers.

#4 Korath In the Guardians of the Galaxy Korath acts

as Ronan the Accusers main servant.

Korath is a cybernetically altered Kree that was sent by Thanos himself to assist Ronan

in finding the Orb.

Even though - spoiler alert - he was killed by Drax the Destroyer, we could see him in

the Captain Marvel movie being that it takes place before his death.

This may actually introduce how he meets Ronan and give a better origin story for his character.

#3 The Skrulls As with the second trailer release for Captain

Marvel, we immediately have the Skrulls confirmed as one of the main villains for Carol Danvers

character in the film.

The alien race are known for their shapeshifting abilities and have a particular fondness of

invading Earth.

For years the Skrulls and the Kree have been at war with each other and that comic book

mythology will be playing itself out in the Captain Marvel film.

This introduction of them into the MCU is very exciting because it hints at many possibilities

from a potential secret invasion movie or a full scale kree vs skrull war.

All of that would be pending on the relationship between Marvel Studios and 20th Century Fox

who both currently share the character copyright.

#2 Yon-Rogg With Ben Mendelsohn joining the cast many

fans speculated on what character he would be playing.

Many suggested he would be a lead Skrull or Yon-Rogg, a notorious Kree villain who was

Mar-Vells main foe in the comic books and the reason Carol Danvers obtained her powers

in the first place.

If he is indeed playing Yon-Rogg we could see him team up with Minn-Erva to concoct

an evil plan to take out Captain Marvel and Mar-Vell while theyre distracted with the

Skrulls.

With the potential plot twist that hes been a Skrull in disguise the entire time working

his way into the Kree to destroy them from the inside.

#1 Ronan The Accuser This is by far the villain we should be most

excited for if thats at all possible.

In Captain Marvel we will get to see the origins of Ronan The Accuser.

A full twenty years before he will meet his ultimate demise on his genocidal path leading

to the betrayal of Thanos.

The last time we saw him he was furious with the Kree Empire signing a peace treaty and

made a deal with Thanos to track down the power stone in exchange for his assistance

in wiping out Xandar.

The events that take place for his character in this film will hopefully connect a lot

of dots as to why he is so evil, unstable and power hungry in the Guardians of the Galaxy.

Now whether or not he will directly fight with Captain Marvel is still unknown, but

very likely given the Krees involvement.

Now lets check out some of your featured comments

STEPHANIE LOMELI says - I hope they don't cgi Stan Lee for upcoming movies

-I was thinking that too.

I know he filmed a few cameos before he passed away, but I really hope they dont CGI him

Easter Eggs You Missed In Just Cause 4 - Duration: 5:14.

Just Cause 4 is officially out, and it's no surprise that the latest addition to the

franchise features some pretty solid, hilarious and self referential Easter Eggs throughout.

The action adventure title sees protagonist Rico Rodriguez returning to take on the Black

Hand, a powerful private army led by a brand new character to the series, Gabriella Morales.

But in between taking on this sinister mercenary group, if you explore the world of the game,

you'll find a bunch of little surprises and references that will likely bring a smile

to your face, especially if you're a fan of the series.

So today, we're counting down some of those Easter Eggs!

And its worth noting, since the game is still pretty new, there's still a lot of Easter

Eggs that have yet to be found, so this is by no means a comprehensive list.

With that in mind, let's get to it!

7 Jurassic Park One YouTuber by the name of Jonas Ross posted

this Easter Egg on their channel.

In a radio tower, you can find a whole lot of dinosaur themed objects reminiscent of

Jurassic Park; from a warning sign that features a man being eaten by a dinosaur, to a skeleton

of someone presumably attacked by a dinosaur, a broken enclosure behind it and a large logo

on the ground that is reminiscent of the Jurassic Park logo (and features the word amber in

it).

If you go to up to the console on that same level of the tower and interact with it, an

audio clip will play that says hahaha that's not the magic word!

That's a direct reference to a scene in the first Jurassic Park film.

6 The Mile High Club The Mile high club makes a return in Just

cause 4!

It's an indoor/outdoor bar that you can find by parachuting your way over to it.

If you go inside, up by the flashing screens on the stage, the DJ booth has branding on

it called Panau Sonic, a cheeky reference to Panasonic the electronics company.

5 4VAL NCH This Easter Egg made an appearance before

the game even came out, in the pre-launch gameplay videos.

Throughout the game, you'll spot some license plats on various motor vehicles that read

out 4VAL NCH.

Take a closer look.

That spells out avalanche.

This is a reference to Avalanches Studios, the company that made the Just Cause franchise.

Funny enough, this Easter Egg also appeared in Just Cause 3 as well.

4 Ride of the Valkyries Speaking of returning Easter Eggs, our next

number is one that made an appearance in both Just Cause 2 and Just Cause 3.

We're talking about the Ride of the Valkyries.

Ride of the Valkyries is the name that refers to the beginning of act 3 of Die Walkure,

which is the second of the four operas that make up Der Ring des Nibelungen, by Richard

Wagner.

It's a pretty famous piece of music, and has been featured in a ton of other works

of pop culture, including the 1979 film Apocalypse Now.

Rico sings Ride of the Valkyries while firing machine guns on a helicopter.

3 Cards of Chaos Next up, we've got another franchise reoccurring

Easter Egg, the Cards of Chaos.

During the first mission of the game, you'll notice a table near Mira's door in her apartment.

On it is a set of cards, which have scorpions on them.

The scorpion in the Just Cause franchise is the symbol of Chaos, which is the system of

progress points in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th title of the game.

2 Take on Me There's a building you can find in the game

that's playing a familiar tune, just west of Paso Ventoso in the Abundancia region.

If you go up to it's roof, and stand by the staircase that's ejecting from it, you'll

hear the song Take on Me by a-ha.

This 1985 song featured a music video in which a woman was brought into a white and black

sketched world.

And guess what you can do with Rico?

If you drop down the staircase, you'll enter a room with a similar aesthetic that even

features a girl who walks into the sketch world and will dance in front of you while

the full song plays.

1 Getting Over it with Bennett Foddy In 2017, an indie game called Getting Over

it with Bennett Foddy was released.

It was a bit of a sensation on Steam at the time; you play a silent man who is stuck in

a cauldron and uses a Yosemite hammer to climb up a steep mountain, while a man named Bennett

Foddy, the developer of the game, provides voice over commentary during your journey,

discussing philosophical topics.

So needless to say, players were surprised when they saw a very overt Easter Egg referencing

the indie game in Just Cause 4.

In an obscure location on the game's map, you can find a cauldron and a pickaxe.

If you interact with them, you end up being transported to a side scrolling level that

features self referential voice over from Bennett Foddy.

It's quite the juxtaposition in comparison to the gameplay experience of the Just Cause

franchise.

That's it for now folks!

What other Easter Eggs in Just Cause 4 have you found?

Give us a shout in those comments below and let us know!

If you dug this video, spread the love, hit that like button, and be sure to subscribe

In the meantime, thanks for watching!

How Edison Helped Invent the Explainer Video - Duration: 9:18.

Whether it's snowy and white or a balmy 85 degrees in the shade where you live, in

December chances are pretty high that you'll see twinkling electric lights lining the streets

and circling dozens of Christmas trees.

And even if we're not celebrating the holiday ourselves, many of us enjoy basking in their

comforting glow.

But did you know that Thomas Edison is behind the invention of electrical Christmas lights

and that he used his holiday breakthrough to promote the implementation of electricity

across the country?

And while Edison was busy spreading light and holiday cheer, he was also drumming up

press for his new inventions (and business interests) by staging elaborate electrical

stunts all around the globe.

And although this story can easily be dismissed as a Christmas novelty.

Edison and his collaborators were actually taking part in the early history of science

explainers that stretches back a lot longer than your favorite YouTube science explainer

channels.

So this week I'll be covering a small story about Edison's Christmas inventions and

a big history that encompasses how science explainers, demonstrators, and journalists

have served as a bridge between research communities and the general public for around 150 years.

Well to kick this story off we have to start with how we got from Edison's electric light

to explainer videos.

The tradition of spreading cheer, joy, and light during December has antecedents in Pagan

tradition.

Historians debate the specifics of how Pagan usage of lights, logs and evergreens

directly influenced Christian celebrations. But as Christianity spread regions began developing

their own Christmas celebrations involving trees and light.

Germans were the first to light up Christmas trees with candles in the 17th century.

And in the early 19th century German immigrants to the US brought the Christmas tree stateside,

along with some candles to light up their evergreen boughs.

Flash forward to December 31st 1879, in Menlo Park NJ at the laboratory of inventor Thomas

Edison.

While Edison is often credited with inventing the lightbulb (and inadvertently inspiring

all of those cartoons where light bulbs go off over people's heads) this isn't the

full story.

Edison's contributions lay in improving previous experiments and designs to create

the ecosystem that allowed his lightbulbs to be implemented successfully.

But along with his role as an inventor, Edison was interested in monetizing and spreading

his inventions.

This led him to conduct a series of public demonstrations of his latest finds to spread

the word about something the vast majority of people had never heard of and to demonstrate

how these new fangled inventions could better people's lives.

And what better way to spread the word than with a big fancy show?

A December 21st 1880 article in the New York Times describes Edison's demonstration in

particularly glowly terms:

"Darkness had settled down upon the bleak and uninviting place which Mr. Edison has

chosen for his home, but the plank walk from the station to the laboratory was brilliantly

lighted by a double row of electric lamps, which cast a soft and mellow light on all

sides.

The incandescent horseshoes gave out a yellow light, which shone steadily and without the

least painful glare, and were beautiful to look upon."

This evening (which started off sounding more like Dr. Frankenstein's lab and ended up as

a Winter Wonderland) was also at almost exactly the same time as when the Big Apple began

to get electrified, with electric lights being a safer alternative to candles, fires, and

gas lamps.

In December of 1884 Edison enlisted the help of a man named Edward H. Johnson, the vice

president of the Edison Electric Light Company in New York City, to help him spread some

light during the holiday season one more time.

A reporter came to Johnson's New York City home (which was located in the first part

of the Big Apple to get electricity) to show off a new wonder: electric Christmas tree

lights.

And so a new Christmas tradition was born…or really evolved out of an already existing

one.

But science explanation and demonstrations were well on their way to growing in popularity.

But as interesting as the tagline "Edison invented Christmas lights" sounds, it doesn't

really get to the heart of a larger story about the late 19th century, technological

innovation, and how Edison helped create explainer videos.

Because Edison wasn't just busy lighting up walkways in December.

He was hard at work during the end of the 19th and early 20th century becoming an international

celebrity, by cornering the market on not only new inventions but also the title of

"inventor."

He amassed a large media presence through his prolific inventions (some of which he

started from scratch, and some like the light bulb that he picked up from previous inventors

and improved upon before introducing them to the general public).

But Edison's tree light demonstrations weren't a stand alone anomaly, and neither were they

only about wow factor and entertainment.

According to Professor Bernard Lightman of York University, this was part of a general

trend in bringing new science to the general public in the late 19th century.

In 1834 William Whewell even coined the word "scientist" to assign a catchall expression

for this group of researchers, explorers, inventors, and writers or "the students

of the knowledge of the material world"

Lightman also notes how British science explainers (or journalists, writers, artists, and performers)

of the Victorian era were often tasked with translating these new inventions to the public.

Science demonstrators and science educators worked in different mediums, sometimes relying

on detailed illustrations, other times focusing on newspaper articles, or live performances

Demonstrators often stressed the wondrous and exciting world of science innovations

by acting as translators between original researchers and the general public, often because

new inventions were also sometimes met with excitement mixed with fear (like people who

worried that electricity could be dangerous in their homes than candles).

I'd argue that Edison's light demonstrations in the late 19th century fall within this world of science fascination

and demonstration.

Because although his Christmas lightings were primarily geared towards selling people on

his newly patented bulbs and electricity, they also focused on the themes of scientific

wonder that other science demonstrators of his era used to sell new ideas.

And his December 31st 1879 display, was the first one that kickstarted his electrical Christmas

fad, and was the first in a series of similar stunts that he staged around the world.

He took his inventions to public exhibitions like the International Paris Exhibition of

1881, London's Crystal Palace Exhibition of 1882, and the Exhibition of the Ohio Valley

and the Central States in 1888.

And no, I didn't forget about Topsy, the elephant who was famously put to death by

electrocution on Coney Island in 1904 before rising to the stuff of urban legend.

And that's because some historians are now claiming that it wasn't Edison who sentenced her

to death in order to show off different uses of electricity, but rather it was her handlers

who had Topsy electrocuted after she was abused and killed several people.

But Lightman also notes

that the science demonstrators of the 20th and 21st century owe a huge debt

to their 19th century predecessors.

Because while 19th century demonstrators largely relied on the media available to them to spread

the good news about awesome science (namely live performance, print magazines, and newspapers)

science educators today use the tools largely available to them and their audiences, meaning YOU.

He points to well known demonstrators like Carl Sagan, Bill Nye the Science Guy, Richard

Dawkins, Stephen Hawking and Mr. Wizard as examples of modern science educators who tapped

into the power of television, film and radio to educate and excite the public about science.

But unlike Edison, science educators weren't in it only to sell products, but also just

to promote new inventions and science in general.

That means the next time you click on the videos by some of my awesome colleagues at

PBS Digital Studios like Eons, It's Okay To Be Smart, Brain Craft, Physics Girl, Brain Scoop, Crash Course,

Hot Mess, Deep Look and Nourish (which is about food, but is straight up hosted by a

rocket scientist) then you're watching the latest iteration of something that started

way back in the 19th century.

They're using their skills and expertise to show you new concepts and inventions in

science in a way that's digestible, entertaining, and bridges the gaps between behind the scenes

research and how that research can improve our lives.

In some cases these inspiring figures straddle the world between independent research and

public education by splitting time between their own lab work and their public platforms.

In others they have backgrounds in science, journalism, art, filmmaking, and communications

and they use that specialized knowledge to bring all of the wonder the science world

into the general domain.

So Edison and his contemporaries hit the world stage and pushed the word through newspapers, demonstrations,

and science fairs.

Bill Nye crashed in through our TV screens.

And your favorite science EduTubers picked up the baton today on your cellphones and

laptops.

So have you thanked a science educator today?

So an attempt to spread the word about new tech and science helped inspire some of our

favorite holiday decorations and our favorite science explainer videos.

And it also gives us insight into why watching someone teach us about physics or how to properly

prepare homemade slime on Youtube is so addictive and exciting.

Because humans are naturally curious, and science taps into that sense of

magic that brings out the curious geek in all of us.

So what do you think?

Fool's Gold Loaf Challenge (Elvis' Favorite Sandwich) | WheresMyChallenge - Duration: 8:54.

"You'll be fine!"

Yo, what's up!

Elvis here

Can't do the voice, but.

Today I'm eating a...

Fool's Gold sandwich. What is a Fool's Gold sandwich?

"It's a Fool''s Gold Loaf"

It's a Fool's Gold loaf. Okay?

"They also call it the 'Kingslayer'"

'Kingslayer' Uh hor hor.

Yeah, so what does that entail? It is a big loaf...

Big sandwich and you cover the whole thing of margarine

Then you fill it with bacon and you fill it with peanut butter and jelly, but here

Jellies jam. So we're doing peanut and jam, but it is peanut and jelly.

Hey chefy baby. You want to cook me a loaf?

A Foal's Gold loaf

Let's go. Let's do this.

Come on chef Greggy. Let's do it!

Right, so...

"You can get it out if you want."

"Spread it all over."

Now there's literally thousands of different recipes of how to do this online...

We're doing one pound of bacon

A whole jar of jelly and

A whole jar of peanut butter in that big loaf

"Cover that whole thing."

"Even on the bottom."

You even want it on the bottom?

"Even on the bottom."

Now this is cooking bacon this is might be off cuts bacon . Because it's cheap.

"Got get the cheap stuff, because of good old youtube revenue."

Look there is bacon on it. It's just...

...cheap and compacted.

"Check my loaf"

"Mmmm that's a mighty fine loaf."

That looks good to me.

That's good

"That's alright for the King."

"That's a lot of bacon. Don't think I've ever eaten that much of bacon before."

"You did wash your hands before this right ?"

Well, surely it makes it better if I didn't.

"That is a lot!"

"Give me some Jelly."

It's time for the main ingredient

All right, I think it's ready.

There you go.

Greg's saying we need a money shot.

This is too much. Oh God I don't do big eating.

Right, I'm going to do a little bitey.

Let's go, let's do this. I mean 'Let's dooo this'.

'Are you lonesome tonight?'

Is it good?

Hmm

Probably a bit too much of everything....

But good nonetheless

Hmm

Think I'm only going to be able to do one of these.

'Only fools rush in'

How did this motherf**ker eat these?

"What like everyday?"

I'm surprised he wasn't fatter when he died.

Too much peanut butter,

It's like all peanut butter, I ever tasted any bacon yet.

When we eat big stuff on this channel, it normally doesn't taste very good.

I would make this.

Yeah?

Do you want a bite?

That's...that's actually pretty good.

It's nice isn't it?

That's pretty good.

'Falling in love'

There's a story online by him eating at twenty two of these in one night or something.

That's absurd.

Yeah. I think we made it bigger than it should have been but...

More for me.

You've got to tell me if it's coming out the bottom Greg!

"Was that what I was meant... I don't know."

"Just scoop it up with your hand and put it in."

Dude I was having haven't helped palpitations this morning for no reason.

"Mate, you got a reason now."

Can you get me a napkin? "Can you get me a napkin."

It's starting to go down hard.

"Just have a sip of water."

Mmm, peanut butter jelly bacon.

"It's the bread mate."

When I started, I said this.

Hmm "Is it good?" Hmm

Now I don't agree anymore.

'You ain't nothing but a Hound dog.'

"Don't puke, you're not allowed to anymore."

I'm only gonna have to eat the rest of this you. I'm gonna eat the rest of what's in my hand

and what's on the plate apart from this because

I'm already starting to feel

Geriatric in the heart department.

I just felt my heart be way arms

My heart's working overtime.

'Whurfumgh"

"That sounds like the onset of heart attack."

You might have to watch me tonight Greg. My ears are ringing so loud.

I feel like Bruce Bogtrotter.

'See you at lunch.'

Time for the excuses you ready?

I'm not big eater. I don't train.

I don't train for this stuff.

My heart.

That's all I'm doing. I'll save you some I'll give you the rest yeah?

Whoa.

Whoa.

I'll need to get back in the game boy.

Sorry there wasn't much talking in that I....

Thought that the video deserved a little less conversation a little more action.

Don't forget to like, favorite and subscribe

Because if you subscribe you'll be the first one to know when we do something stupid

What is olympic weightlifting? | Olympic weightlifting technique | 1964 | ENG SUB - Duration: 15:55.

The strongest ones...

Consultant: Győző Veres 2X weightlifting world champion.

Olyimpic weightlifting is the most important additional sport of sports at nowadays.

There are no durable results without muscle strength.

Increasing muscle strength is the basic of high performance in many sports.

Atheltes recognized how important this, so

they practice olympic weightlifting movements during their basic phase of training cicle.

For this... olympic weightlifters are the best examples

whose training & competing from day by day to year by year and makes great results.

Weightlifting in Hungary becames the most successful sport during the last few years.

National records, world records, European & World Championship titles

are representing how hard they training for it.

Volition, diligence, talent with knowledge

with modern training system gave us outstanding performances.

Our weightlifters are well-knowed in the whole world!

They trained a lot of to reach the world level and to be winners.

In this video we can see what is their secret for their succes

and we can see how they are training for it.

The place of a weightlifting competition is the platform.

4m X 4m, made of wood.

The main equipment for olympic weightlifting is the barbell with weights.

The bar is 220cm legth, maximum grip width is 120cm.

Diameter is 28mm, outer ends are 50mm and rotatable.

There you can put plates on it.

The plates have different diameters and weight from 1,25kg to 20kg.

Diameter of biggest plate is 45cm

this define the height of the barbell from the platform.

Collars secure the plates to the barbell to not slide during an attempt.

The barbell can't be bend and the weight of the plates have to be accurate. These are basic requirements.

Competitions are hold in 7 bodyweight category.

1. Bantamweight up to 56kg,

2. Featherweight up to 60kg,

3. Lightweight up to 67kg,

4. Middleweight up to 75kg,

5. Light-heavyweight up to 82kg,

6. Middle-heavyweight up to 90kg,

7. Heavyweight over 90kg.

An olympic weightlifting competition starts with the press.

At the press, competitor has to grip the bar with two hand,

put the bar to the chest with one movement

and wait motionless for the sign of the jury.

*clap*

Then press the bar fluently over the head.

Hold the weight for 1 second, and after the jury's sign can put it down.

Moving the sole and the heel is not allowed during the press,

the knee has to be totally straight.

Three white lights means a "good lift" | a good attempt.

The attempt is irregular...

if the competitor's back bend too much;

if he moves out from his basic standing position;

if he rotates with the weight;

if he helps with his leg (push press);

if he bends his knees before the press;

if his press isn't fluent;

and if his arms isn't move parallelly.

Performance in the press can develop with additional exercises;

the most effective is the standing incline shoulder press.

Dips are also good additional exercise;

and the handstand push ups as well.

The direction of the load is different at the second competing exercise; at the snatch.

The weight have to be lifted by one movement with stretched arms during the snatch.

Result is depend on mainly the strength of the waist, the back and the legs.

There are two types of the snatch; the split snatch

and the regural snatch.

No lift: if the knee reach the floor during the snatch;

and if the attempt ended up with press by the arms.

Snatch additional exercises are based on the different phases of the the snatch's movements.

The power snatch;

snatch high pull (with wide grip up to the collarbone);

"standing good mornings";

shoulder circles with a bar;

and jumps into the split position & bouncing.

Competitors use mostly the split snatch technique.

Because for the regural snatch needs good body proportions and really good joint flexibility.

Third exercise is the clean and jerk.

The most power is needed for this exercise.

It has two main movements; pick up the barbell to the chest (clean)

and the jerk.

There are two types of the clean; the split clean

and the regural clean. But the jerk is the same at each clean.

No lift: if the elbow touches the knees during the clean;

if the competitor dip twice before the jerk;

and if the knee touches the platform.

Additional exercises of the clean and jerk developes mainly the stregth of the legs and waist.

Bouncing in the split position is good exercise for the split clean like as in the split snatch.

Tall / high cleans and hang cleans are good to build the strength of the waist.

Backsquats and front squats develop the regular / squat clean.

Clean high pulls up to the shoulders.

Let see now the three competition excersises after each other.

Competitor has 3 attempts in every excersise (3 presses, 3 snatches, 3 clean and jerks).

The results of each excersise give the total result of the competitor (the biggest good press, snatch and clean and jerk attempts).

There is no lift if the competitor drops the bar behind himself.

Sometimes doesn't matter how prepared an athlete in physical and mental strength, or how much volition he has.

We can dramatically see where is the limit of the human performance.

This is one of the reasons why is needed to determine accurate the load of each training.

The training is only a "tool", not the goal!

The load of a training can't cause total exhaustion of the body.

Additional exercises without weights are develop the smaller muscles

and also help to get and to hold the developed speed, explosive speed and the springiness.

Our weightlifters are strong and skillful.

Watch Imre Földi (58kg) easily jumps with Károly Ecser (130kg)!

Károly Ecser holds 300kg on his shoulders!

We were looking for the secret of the hungarian weightlifters...

But there is no secret, there are facts: diligence, volition and endeavor for the better and better performances.

What they know, they reached by theirself!

This is why they became famous athletes and high / world level weightlifters.

They are the strongest ones, they are the Hercules of the present!

Weightlifting reach bigger and better results on national and also international levels year by year.

Let me introduce the most famous weightlifters of the recent days...

Japanese Yoshinobu Miyake prepares for one of his snatch attempt...

He is two times world champion, world record holder in the bantam and the featherweight (at this time).

(Miyake has two olympic gold, one silver; 6x world champion title and 25 world record.)

American Isaac Berger, two times world champion

he won olympic gold in Melbourne (1956, 60kg).

Marian Zieliński (POL, 67,5KG), two times world champion and world record holder.

Hawaiian american Tommy Kono is one of the best weightlifter of all time.

He is 6 times world champion and 2 times olympic champion.

He was unbeatable in his weight category (82,5kg) for 10 years.

Hungarian Győző Veres prepared for 10 years to became world champion...

and he won the world titles in 1962 (Budapest) and in 1963 (Stockholm) at the 82,5kg category.

Győző Veres multiple world record holder became the best hungarian athlete in 1963.

English Louis Martin (90kg) arrived to the wolrd level of weightlifting 5 years before.

His preparation for his attempts became well-knowed.

He won 3 world champion titles and he is the best of his weight category.

The soviet Yury Vlasov proved that he is the strongest man in the World at many competitions.

He was the first man ever who clean and jerked over 200kg.

Four people barely can bring this weight.

But there is no stopping!

Vlasov's teammate; the full muscle covered Leonid Zhabotinsky (150kg bw.)

set new world records in 1964.

World record attempt with 213kg;

this weight was never lifted before.

Zhabotinsky made a new claen and jerk world record with this performance

and it means a new world record also in the total with 560kg.

He became the world's strongest man!

The end.

✅ Breaking News - Brighton and Crystal Palace supporters 'clash ahead of M23 Derby' - Duration: 1:38.

Brighton and Crystal Palace fans have been involved in violent clashes ahead of the Tuesday night Premier League fixture, according to local news reports

Fans reportedly clashed at Brighton station ahead of the game known as the 'M23 Derby', with police having to step in

Similarly ugly scenes occurred before last season's game at the AMEX Stadium, where 150 Palace fans were refused entry to the ground despite having tickets

Local Brighton newspaper The Argus report both sets of fans fought with officers at around 6

15pm as they boarded trains to the stadium. The Argus also reported that a small section of away supporters were singing homophobic chants directed at home fans

Some Palace fans are said to have escaped from a police escort and attacked Albion supporters outside a pub before being restrained

Palace manager Roy Hodgson had pleaded with those attending the midweek league game to behave, in his pre-match press conference

He said: 'I'm expecting our fans to behave well and I'm expecting the Brighton fans to behave well

Unfortunately there is always going to be instances where some people don't.'

Are Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle Really Feuding? | Royal family story - Duration: 9:05.

Are Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle Really Feuding?.A look inside the widespread rumors about the royal in-laws

Are Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle really feuding? Do they speak to each other—do they hate each other? Has the relationship between Prince William and Prince Harry broken down completely? What's really going on? I've lost count of how many times I've been asked these questions since discussion of this so-called feud began just over a week ago

I've been asked by friends, by family, by people I barely know, and by some I've only just met

I'm not surprised people want to know the truth (well, some do—others just want to be entertained with the what ifs) but if I have learned one thing in covering the Royal Family for eight years, it is that getting to the bottom of anything that goes on behind closed Palace doors is a big challenge

What often starts as a nugget of information in one story (in this particular case, the suggestion in The Sun that there has been "tension" between the royal brothers as they broke the story that the new Duke and Duchess of Sussex will move to Frogmore Cottage in Windsor) is instantly multiplied as the same information is repeated again and again

Now people are paying attention so news organizations try to find out more. Enter the feature writers with the gift of composing 1,500 beautifully crafted words dancing around a theme

The gaps are filled by the comment writers, some expressing outrage at the reporting of the very information they are amplifying

Finally, come the stories about the story itself; the stories by the media about the media and how it is creating a "storm

" Eventually many members of the public will conclude that "there's no smoke without fire," citing the volume of coverage as a reason it must be true

There is rarely any comment from the royals themselves, though in this case, Kensington Palace was moved a couple of days ago to deny a report about Kate telling off Meghan about how she had spoken to the Duchess of Cambridge's staff

They have largely remained silent on other stories. I can understand why the public finds it so hard to know what to believe—and why many choose not to believe anything

However, here's the paradox: Often with royal reporting, if something sticks, it's for a reason

Kensington Palace is not a leaky place these days so reporters often start off with scraps of information, sometimes coupled with their intuition

As such, details may sometimes be debatable, but, usually, if the narrative sticks around, something about the gist of it is right

The Royal Family may not be ordinary, but the people in it are human. How many of us live next to, socialize, and work with our brothers and sisters-in-law well in our 30s? Some perhaps, but not most of us

And those of us who do can probably attest to a few arguments along the way. Over the last seven years, we have become accustomed to seeing Harry, Will, and Kate as the Three Musketeers

Harry attended event after event with William and Kate that we have developed a false sense that this is how things should be

Had William and Harry met their respective partners at the same time this might not have happened, but his years of being single while William was married with children has meant Harry tagged along with them instead of turning up at events all by himself

The idea that anyone Prince Harry married would just slot right in, making three a cosy four, and things would carry on exactly as before was always a little unrealistic

Palace aides say the reason for the move away from Kensington Palace is logistical, but Harry and Meghan wanting to strike out on their own is surely a normal part of any family life

As for disagreements, there undoubtedly have been some. Many people would agree that this, too, is part of family life, particularly when change occurs

(Not to mention the conflict-prone process of planning a large family wedding.) Meghan had 34 years to cultivate a strong sense of who she is and what she believes in before she became swept up into Harry's world and all that comes with being a royal girlfriend

Before marrying him she moved countries, gave up her career and committed herself to a life of duty in the public eye

Kate also made the same commitment, but many would argue that adjusting in your early 20s is different to rethinking your world—and moving permanently to a new country—in your mid 30s

Comparisons between the two women were inevitable from the beginning, and many may ask why the focus is so often on the dynamic between Meghan and Kate and not the brothers

Is it because new relationships are inherently more interesting than the established ones? If so, then why are we not all talking as much about how Meghan gets on with William? The age-old narrative of female rivalry may prove irresistible for some, but I don't believe that is what's at play here

Rivalry is the last thing on the agenda for these two women, who are at very different places in their royal lives and have very different destinies

Kate's open, natural response of delight when asked about Meghan's pregnancy last week tells us that any disagreements are far from deep-rooted

In hindsight, one of the most illuminating moments for observers of the William-Kate-Harry-and-Meghan dynamic came when the foursome were carrying out their first official engagement together at the Royal Foundation Forum in February

Host Tina Daheley asked them "Do you ever have disagreements about things?" Cue laughter

Meghan looks down, Kate fiddles with her hair and William says: "Oh yes." I'm no body language expert but I don't need to be because William says it himself—yes they do

Yes they have. Yet there they were, all four of them, sitting together on a stage, laughing together and working together

"The last thing you disagreed on, how did you resolve it?" Daheley presses in an interview style that seems a lot bolder now than it did at the time

"Is it resolved? We don't know!" William said.Sometimes the best answer is the one that was there all along

Alessandro Giunta - Skinny Love (Cover) - Duration: 4:30.

Come on skinny love just last the year

Pour a little salt we were never here My, my, my, my, my, my, my, my

Staring at the sink of blood and crushed veneer I tell my love to wreck it all

Cut out all the ropes and let me fall My, my, my, my, my, my, my, my

Right in the moment this order's tall I told you to be patient

I told you to be fine I told you to be balanced

I told you to be kind In the morning I'll be with you

But it will be a different "kind" I'll be holding all the tickets

And you'll be owning all the fines Come on skinny love what happened here

Suckle on the hope in lite brassiere My, my, my, my, my, my, my, my

Sullen load is full; so slow on the split I told you to be patient

I told you to be fine I told you to be balanced

I told you to be kind Now all your love is wasted?

Then who the hell was I?

Now I'm breaking at the britches And at the end of all your lines

Who will love you?

Who will fight?

Who will fall far behind?

My, my, my, my, my, my, my, my
