Shania Twain Chats About Writing For Britney Spears - Duration: 2:57.
Speaking of songwriting,
they gave you a round of applause earlier
before you arrived for writing the entire album yourself,
which is like-
[cheers and applause]
-not very common anymore.
Thank you.
But in the past, you used to write for other artists as well-
and one song that they may not know,
or maybe they know 'cause they're super-fans,
is you co-wrote Britney Spears'
"Don't Let Me Be the Last To Know".
Yeah.
Now that you both have had Vegas residencies
over the past few years, can you talk a little bit
about working with her in the past,
and maybe hanging out with her in Vegas, if you did at all?
Uh, we didn't work together on that song.
Um, and it was just a writing thing that I did on the side.
She was working with my ex-husband in the studio
and I got to say hello while she was in the studio
'cause it was at our home...
[laughter from audience]
And she, you know-
she was very sweet and um, it was a great experience
just to get know her on a really
just behind-the-scenes level a little bit.
And it was obviously an honor
to have her record some of my songwriting,
and I love writing for other people.
In fact, when I believed that
I was never gonna be able to sing again myself,
I thought, 'well, on the positive side'-
I mean there's no positive side to not being able to sing again,
but um, I was thinking I will get a lot of pleasure
writing for other singers and hearing other singers
sing the songs that I've written and I'll just keep writing
and I'll still be able to hear my music.
So, um, positive side to everything.
But yeah, Britney, yeah she did a beautiful song-
beautiful job with the song.
And she sang your song in Crossroads, too (chuckles).
Oh yeah!
So maybe a duet in the future. Who knows?
That's- yeah, I mean that would be cool.
[laughter from audience]
She's sweet, we're- yeah we're both blond,
maybe I'd have to go back to brunette,
[laughter]
so that we have a little bit of variety- diversity.
Is there someone that you would like to collaborate with?
Nick Jonas. I would love to sing with him.
[cheers and applause]
For one he's got an incredible voice,
and secondly he's just such a sweet person.
I like nice people.
[laughter]
And he's a nice person and very, very talented.
Ah!
You know who I really love is Nicki Minaj.
[cheers and applause]
Okay, we need that!
I love her!
She's just so raw and vicious and amazing and...
Spotify needs to make this happen,
so somehow work your connections.
And Chris Stapleton.
[agreement from audience]
He is really awesome. Yeah, I love him.
And that's a good wide range, yeah.

Tesla Road Trip Energy Use, Costs, Degradation and Wind Drag - Duration: 25:55.
so we just got back from our annual or my annual slash now our annual road trip
to Oregon checkpoint Oregon train Mountain and this year I plan to have a
little more last year I recorded how much power consumption that took between
superchargers this year I recorded how much power I used the entire trip and I
used 100% of the power I needed from superchargers and now this trip of
course once again like last year was towing our teardrop travel trailer so
just some interesting data points I would like to talk about so we're gonna
go hop in my Model S we're actually over at my parents motel the Wisconsin Dells
Wisconsin and we because it was actually closer this is where we departed from
and where we arrived back from so let's go over to the garage because we're also
gonna do the forty forty four thousand mile range update tonight is in it
forty-three thousand mile range update tonight so okay some things in discuss
we're going to talk about how much how much I saved on super charging or how
much money I saved because I had super chargers to use and I also how much
money I saved because I didn't have to pay the Tesla fees because I'm
grandfathered in for unlimited super charging and then again how much I saved
over driving gas and then we're gonna talk about some differences in telling
numbers and what some battery degradation has cost me in terms of
driving time charging time and so on so let me back up here
mosquitoes hurt got low close ski those are too bad tonight so we'll talk
outside how's that sound good I hope so but let's start off with how much power
did I use on superchargers on this road trip so for that get my phone out so I
have a handy-dandy SuperDuper calculator here and there we go clear all clear
let's turn the brightness up on my center screen so you guys can actually
see what I'm talking about and turn the camera around all right here we go
all right immediately before he left I reset to trip me this was the road trip
on its own just the road trip for trip B the entire trip all charging was done at
superchargers especially considering now that the Klamath Falls Oregon has a zone
has its own supercharger so no trying to power up this year off of 120 volt
outlet and Cilic win so I used force yes ok that was easy I sold something ok we
drove a total five thousand four hundred and eighty three point nine miles on
this road trip we used
two thousand six hundred and nine point seven kilowatt hours of power or that
would also be abbreviated as two point six one megawatts that is a buttload of
power yeah that is quite a bit my average energy for for the whole trip
came to four hundred and seventy-six one hours a mile now since last charge I had
to do a short job to Madison and back so this was without the trailer averaging
about 80 miles an hour in the freeway I did sixty three point nine miles
seventeen point nine kilowatt hours and average 280 watt hours per mile which is
actually for me pretty high without a trailer and then of course the lifetime
was trip a so a lifetime on my car forty three thousand three hundred and two
point six miles 16 point two one megawatt hours and I averaged 374 watt
hours per mile and the only reason that number is so high is because when winter
time we got heat going darn right so how much how much did I
save well this trip in that amount of power cost me nothing that's right
nothing why because I am and grandfathered in front limited super
charging which you can be to if you would like to use my referral code to
purchase your Tesla Model S or Model X and get grandfathered in with unlimited
super charging as well and get a thousand dollar discount see the
referral link in the description box below
so let's punch that in two thousand six hundred and nine point seven kilowatt
hours got it right there now in Wilko based on I'm I go based on
my utility rates here in Wisconsin so if this was off-peak meaning a time of use
electrical so that means the rate would be
9 cents per kilowatt-hour so if I was charging at home off-peak so the the
low-cost I would have paid two hundred and thirty
four dollars and 87 cents for the electricity that I used and I'm not I'm
not gonna factor solar my solar into this either this is just straight-up
dollars given we don't know exactly what Tesla pays yes tweet from Elon might be
possible to go supersonic in our test Hyperloop cool given we don't know what
kind of rates Tesla pays for the electric which I'm
guessing they're getting the lowest possible industrial rates in most
locations i I can't comment exactly what this would have cost Tesla but
considering I'm on the low end of the spectrum for time-of-use
nine cents a kilowatt hour is the cheap rate what will say that it costs Tesla
at least $200 for the electricity that I used for this road trip now if I was
paying the stand the national average flat rate which is about 13 cents a
kilowatt hour so I'd be two thousand six hundred and nine point seven kilowatts
kilowatt hours times thirteen cent 13 cents per kilowatt hour this trip would
have cost me three hundred thirty nine dollars and 26 cents holy crap now if we
were driving a comparable gas vehicle here's the fun part
all right we're gonna have to switch from kilowatt hours to miles now so we
have five thousand four hundred and eighty three miles 83.9 excuse me five
thousand four hundred eighty three point nine now and a comparable gas vehicle to
the Model S would get approximately what twenty-four twenty-five miles per
Kalen and then we're going to subtract a bit and I'm gonna be very lenient on the
gas side and say that we're only going to subtract about five miles for losses
of towing a trailer so we're going to divide that by 20 miles per gallon so we
would have burned two hundred and seventy four for two hundred and seventy
four point one nine five my gallons so we're gonna round that up to two hundred
and seventy four point two okay so two hundred and seventy four point two
yelland's times the current price for gas here in Wisconsin no it fluctuates
some routes on our trip I saw the prices lower than Wisconsin some times higher
sometimes a lot higher so I'm gonna go based on our pretty okay price for gas
here in Wisconsin Oh as of today two dollars and thirty five cents a gallon
at two dollars and thirty five cents a gallon this trip in fuel alone would
have cost us six hundred and forty four dollars and thirty seven cents so would
you guys say I got not too shabby of a deal I would say most definitely so not
too bad pretty awesome and I am one happy Tesla
camper literally so let me turn the display brightness down turn dome lights
back off we're gonna go outside now and I'm gonna to scott discuss new findings
my maximum 100 percent range this year on this trip is two hundred and
seventy-four excuse me two hundred and seventy three rated miles now so last
year when we went on her exact same route road trip my range was 290 to 294
rated miles if you follow my thousand range updates which I'm gonna be doing
that one tonight for 43,000 mile range whoops there we go you will have noticed
and you can actually follow in the chart that I provide at the end of my range
update videos how much my range has dropped every thousand miles now nice
thing about these leave road trips is I can watch it drop much quicker so I've
lost 20 miles in just over a year and 43,000 miles on driving something's not
quite right on top of that Tesla has also reduced the charging speed for
super charging for cars that have done what they consider excessive DC fast
charging so instead of being able to hit about 118 kilowatt charge rate my
maximum now is currently and I'm going to shut turn on night mode there we go
much better my maximum now is 94 that's it 94 how do I get all this information
as well from the balancing I use Tesla spy allows me to read the can bus data
and I've been playing around with that a lot so I get to know a lot of the inner
workings now of Tesla battery pack based on the canvas data so number one I lost
about 20 miles in the last year number 2 pulling a trailer especially one that's
a little higher it's about the same height as the roof of my Model S
increases drag to the point where I get about half the mileage than the rated my
the Ranger range so if I need a hundred miles to make it between superchargers
on average it's gonna take me about 200 miles worth of range in the car to be
able to make it I can mitigate this by drafting semis and ham does that help
especially with autopilot and being able to set accept the traffic aware cruise
control distance with autopilot and message and in draft flow semis that
that makes a huge difference that's the only reason why my watt-hour
is so low in the sections where I couldn't draft I mean I really had to
slow down to make it otherwise I was pushing 600 watts per mile mosquitoes
are out and it's raining lovely at the clouds tight so let's see carry on
so not only does towing the trailer increase the amount of power consumption
rated range loss which is personally it seems to be a little excessive in just a
year for a 90 d and I've chalked this up to the different chemistry Tesla's using
as compared to the older original sixty and eighty five kilowatt hour battery
chemistry it made this trip the most white-knuckle towing trip that I've had
and I did my best to reduce drag as much as possible and this is how much just a
little bit of drag to make a lot of difference I have the event on the top
of my trailer here I also have a special scoop that goes over the top it's
supposed to increase aerodynamics a bit however I found it actually kind of did
the opposite so on the way home this time I decided let's pull that off what
kind of difference did it make a lot I have to tell you and I can find oh test
the key find the trailer key I'll pull it out and I'll show you exactly what
I'm talking about I'm not putting it back I gotta tow this back to Milwaukee
tomorrow now this fits up there I'm not going to
get it perfectly but you can see how that little bit raises the height of the
trailer I saw a near instant energy drop of
about twenty percent just from removing that school that's it now also I got to
talk with a few model ex owners from Canada and they were pulling these cool
trailers that you could put your boat on kayak on and all your sporting equipment
on and they were actually seeing lower numbers on me why because the total
height of their trailer was about this law instead of up here on top of that
since the Model X is higher it creates its own little void low pressure well
behind it reducing the drag so basically the trailer does a better job of
drafting the Model X than a trailer drafting a Model S which would mean that
would be why they could easily see a watt hour per mile about 400 without
trying too hard now it did change their consumption quite a bit next my family's
kind of outgrown our teardrop I just happen to prom a pop up camper on
Craigslist great price 1,200 bucks and it was in excellent condition but it is
old it was a 91 well we picked that up on our way back that was a little side
trip I had to do on the way home drop this off went to Green Bay Wisconsin and
in brought the pop-up trailer to home and they came back to the Dells here to
get this trailer and considering now the pop-up trailer is even lower yet it's a
little wider but it's almost the exact same width of the Model S
excellent it is about 150 pounds heavier yet because the pop-up trailer fully
closed and collapsed is only about this high
instead of this high without drafting instead of seeing 600 watts per mile we
easily saw four hundred to four hundred and thirty watts per mile and about 350
to 400 when I did draft so that just goes to show you how much difference a
little bit of air drag can actually make holy crap right so overall this is
another yet learning experience that I'm trying to just bring onto you guys if I
can answer any more detailed questions that I might be missing let me know
don't forget to Like and subscribe I guess it might in my my conclusion to
this drag of a trailer plus degraded battery has made this trip I highly
doubt at this rate of degradation it's been I highly doubt that I would have
been able to make the same trip again next year in the teardrop without
slowing down to say 45 or 55 to 55 miles per hour on the freeway and if you've
ever drove driven across northern USA where the speed limit is 80 that is a
tough thing an unsafe thing to do but with the new pop up the new new to me
old pop up which I'm gonna do some awesome Tesla style mods to I think it
should be doable for a number of more years and I also now have a will after
tonight will have 43 miles there 43,000 miles of battery data to give Tesla
logged log data range temperatures and now that I have Tesla spy I can give
specific details balance of the battery pack specific high and low temperatures
I've been able to record just a whole slew of information to be able to see if
there is something going on with my battery pack
and once again I'm gonna default to my a long ago a theory of mine that Tesla
sacrificed longevity when they switched the chemistry to the new the new current
chemistry they sacrificed longevity to get a tiny bit more range per charge
personally what I would do different would be go back to the old more
reliable more robust chemistry which did not use some silicon in the anode and
put the silicon in the anode does is it causes swelling in the battery during
this charge discharge process which can cause micro fractures and the battery
lead to more degradation the 100 kilowatt hour battery packs Tesla is
producing right now use more cells in them and the 100 kilowatt hour battery
pack is a true 100 kilowatt hour battery pack it's actually like a hundred and
one kilowatt hours whereas the 90 kilowatt hour battery packs were
actually about eighty-five kilowatt hour the original 85 was actually only about
78 or 8 78 to 80 kilowatt hour I would like to see the original cells in the
100 kilowatt hour pack configuration that should give us about 90 kilowatt
hour of actual capacity roughly based on calculations and on top of that we'd
have the awesome longevity that the older Tesla cars are seeing not just
that as we take a step back and look the older Tesla cars don't have the super
charging limitation that the new ones do which is that limitation I spoke of
where if you are an excessive DC fast charger they limit your charging speeds
like in my case 94 kilowatt hour or 94 kilowatt is my max charge rate the older
cars don't have that I'm still seeing original 2013 85 kilowatt hour battery
pack cars charging at 118 kilowatt I mean that's that's awesome and I and
compared to last year I didn't have that charging rate cap last year on firmware
seven so on top of that on top of having a lower capacity on my battery pack now
still using a ton of power pulling the trailer now I also have a lower charge
speed so it's taking longer to get a full charge and I'm sorry Tesla you guys
sedated it's only about a five-minute difference between the limited charge
speed than that mmm-hmm we're talking more of around a
20 to 30 minute charge speed how do I know because I have to super charge to
95 to 100% 16 times to get from Wisconsin Dells Wisconsin to crater lake
or chilla Quinn Klamath Falls / Crater Lake that whole general area Oregon
that's how I know how long it takes which is kind of ridiculous considering
that the old chemistry batteries did not have that issue personally like I said I
would sacrifice some range because okay this is a shout-out to Mike Anthony Mike
Anthony my usual crash dummy for my auto pilot collision tests just finally
congratulations Mike picked up a 2013 a 85 up there's the wife say hi to the
camera picked up his 2013 p85 seat certified pre-owned that's a four year
old car now focus focus come on maybe if I touch here Oh active focused
tracking doesn't work with night mode there we go
I'm a four year old car I think it was what about what was it Mike 40,000 miles
feel free to chime in in the description box or the comments box his 100 percent
range is in the two sixties and it's a roughly the same mileage as what's on my
car oh down the odometer where it has come on now really not even a year and a
half and I'm already down over 20 miles 21 miles now cuz I actually last one I
did miles ago was 273 and Tesla seems to
think that there's nothing wrong with the battery I I I'm sorry I gotta say
there's got to be something wrong because that is quite excessive of range
loss so that concludes tonight's little discussion and talk I know I covered a
lot of different stuff here but I kind of miss just doing impromptu grab the
camera and talking videos trying to go back to the roots and yeah that's it so
hopefully we will be doing some awesome videos with the new pop-up trailer I
don't know if we'll be doing any of those this this year anymore considering
that it's the end of the summer and it's gonna be getting darn cold or we could
do some modification video hmm I have a crapload of 18 650 lithium cells that
I'm just itching the world together and see what kind of battery pack I can make
so maybe I will make a huge battery pack to power the trailer and be able to
recharge the car see you guys all later please don't forget like subscribe share
it really helps me out when you do so and I also really helps my YouTube

remember I just showed you how much money I saved driving cross-country
using that a limited free supercharger all right good night everybody and

I don't even have the infra red recording light turned on this is just
enhanced cool good night folks love y'all keep watching sir Penza says

Unexpected Futurist: Ben Franklin envisions 2776 - and Cryonics - Duration: 4:25.
In 'Unexpected Futurist,' we profile the lesser-known future side of influential individuals.
This episode's unexpected time traveler:
Benjamin Franklin
Ben Franklin was an inventor,
observer,
electricity pioneer, and serial experimenter, so it's not entirely surprising
he looked to the future. But it turns out he was looking to the far, far future. In 1780,
he wrote a letter to a friend in which he lamented that he was born during the dawn of science:
Franklin: The Rapid Progress true science now makes
occasions my regretting sometimes
That I was born so soon. It is impossible to imagine the height to which may be carried in a thousand years
the power of man over matter.
We may perhaps learn to deprive large masses of their gravity, and give them absolute levity
for the sake of easy transport.
Agriculture May diminish its labor and double its produce.
All diseases made by sure means be prevented or cured,
not excepting even that of old age, and our lives lengthened at pleasure even beyond the antediluvian standard.
Narrator: Although one can debate the level of accuracy in Franklin's comments here, he was right about one core concept:
Acceptance of the scientific method and the resulting accelerating pace of discovery was on the brink of
fundamentally changing Mankind's relationship to the world.
Even more shockingly, Franklin also seems to have been the first individual to ever document a variation of the general concept behind cryonics -
preserving a body so that future technologies might return it to life. In another letter, he wrote:
Franklin: I wish it were possible to invent a method of embalming drowned persons, in such a manner that they might be recalled to life
at any period, however distant:
For having a very ardent desire to see and observe state of America a hundred years hence,
I should prefer to an ordinary death the being immersed in a cask of Madeira wine with a few friends
until that time, then to be recalled to life by the solar warmth of my dear country.
But, in all probability,
We live in an age too early, and too
near the infancy of science to see such an art brought in our time to live its perfection.
Franklin had been inspired by observing drowned flies that seemed to regain life after being removed from wine:
A method of life extension that does not work for humans, or even, it turns out, flies.
But while Franklin's ideas here was certainly not fully baked,
it would be hard to blame him seeing as how the cryonics of today is also far from perfection.
Perhaps it was because Franklin was a respected scientist that he kept his speculative futurist side, in which he had concepts,
but no scientific hypothesis on how to achieve them, to private letters. In any case,
it's hard to know if franklin would have been as excited about the idea of cryonics as he was with the promise of wine based preservation.
Deep-freeze isn't as alluring as traveling to the future encased in your own stash of spirits. Whatever his beliefs,
Franklin ended one of these futuristic letters with another thought commonly encountered in the contemporary world:
That mankind's morality was lagging behind its technological progress:
Franklin: Oh, that moral science were in as fair a way of improvement,
that men would cease to be wolves to one another, and that human beings would at length learn
what they now improperly call
humanity.

Part 2: The Second Step in Tackling Any Problem Behavior - Duration: 6:00.
Hi, I'm Dr Mary Barbera, autism mom, and board certified behavior analyst.
Last week I discussed the first step to tackle any problem behavior and that was to fully
assess the entire situation and accurately describe the problem behavior.
If you haven't watched that video blog, you may want to hop on over and watch that one first.
After assessment and a really good, thorough description of the problem behavior, what does the problem behavior actually look like when
it occurs, we need to determine when and where the problem behavior usually happens.
Is it always with mom?
Does it usually occur with a particular teacher?
Is it usually within an inclusion or community setting or does it occur at home or in the
autism classroom?
Also, it's just as important to find out if there is a location or situation where
the behavior never, or rarely, occurs.
Would the behavior never occur in a pool or would it never, or rarely, occur if the child was given free access
to videos or if the child was in bed?
If you let your child play on the computer all day, or line up cars, or eat unlimited snacks,
would they not engage in problem behaviors?
These are all important clues.
Next we need to look at what happens right before the problem behaviors occur. This is called the antecedent.
When Johnny is alone in the crib, he tends to bang his head.
When Sarah is called to the kitchen table to eat, she whines.
When Faith is told "no," she screams and flops to the ground.
When TJ is watching movies, he scripts the lines from the movies.
The consequences are the next thing to determine….
what happens right after the problem behavior occurs?
What does the parent or teacher usually do when the problem behavior occurs to stop it,
if anything?
If Faith flops and she's at home, does mom just walk away?
Does she walk away for 5 minutes, then if Faith doesn't get up from flopping does her mom
go back and pick her up?
Does Faith ever flop when she is in the grocery store or outside?
Also what happens if Faith flops and mom needs to go to an appointment?
In that case, what happens when she flops?
That's usually the problem.
There are most likely a lot of different consequences based on the location and how much time the
parent or the teacher has to either ignore the behavior or to intervene.
While we're assessing the actual problem behavior, ideally, you want to take frequency
and ABC data, and/or a partial interval data over a few days to get an accurate baseline.
In a lot of situations this simply can't be done.
For example, getting a true baseline of how often a problem behavior is occurring is not
possible for kids who are having severe problem behaviors that could cause injury.
For instance, I had a client who banged his head on hard surfaces to the point where he
got an open lesion on the back of his head.
He was only 2 years old and just diagnosed
when I first assessed him. I had asked the caregiver "How much of the 9 hours that he's here
at the child care setting does he bang his head?"
The person that was watching him said out of the 9 hours, he banged his head about 3 hours a day.
I can't wait for 3-5 days to establish a baseline.
I mean, 3 hours a day of banging his head on hard surfaces, I need to intervene very quickly.
If you can't take a full baseline, I would interview the person that is with him most,
preferably, the parent and/or the teacher if they're in school.
Get an estimate of the frequency and magnitude and ask questions like does it happen 3 hours
per day, 10 times per week and each episode lasts about 5 minutes or does the episode happen 2 times per week or 2 times per month.
Finally, take a video of the problem behavior when it occurs and/or take a picture if there
are any open wounds, scabs, indent marks, or lesions.
If you are a professional make sure to obtain video and photograph permission early on.
This will help you document the severity of the issues and will provide a nice "before
and after" view of the situation after you implement successful interventions.

THE END OF CSGOREAPER - SCAM PROOFS - EN SUBTITLES - Duration: 15:12.
Hello everyone It's Vodkaxx, I hope you guys are all doing great
Today I'm here with an other video
A new video about CSGO Reaper that again I would've liked not to do
but I think it's absolutely necessary, even with the fact that most of the people that watched my video
Do agree with me and showed me support
With a great number of messages on twitter and facebook thanking me to take risks by attacking CSGO Reaper
I think it's necessary that I bring some even more tangible evidence
Because in my first video I've showed evidence that made sense for people that are experienced in the gambling world
The big players, the programmers, or the people that owned at some point a gambling website
That's why I've talked about my own gambling website
and said that I own one in my last video since I think it's necessary to say
That you have experience in the concerned field when you attempt to make an expertise on that very subject
unfortunately some people got me wrong and thought that it was some sort of commercial for my website
Unfortunately for them, my number of users
has mostly gone down because of that video
You can see that right now live and direct
Yet I'm letting this video online I'm even bringin an other one
I hope that thanks to this you'll be able to see that all of this isn't an attempt from me
To have more popularity because I don't care about that.
Unfortunatly the video has gone viral so quickly in the gambling world
That I wasn't really ready, and I didn't thought that I probably should have
introducted myself since most people don't know me and are wondering who I am
So beside my gambling site, my work, the one I do in my daily life
is crisis communication. My work is to defend the brand image of big companies
That have some troubles online, thanks to that I know how those companies reacts
I also know every single step that those companies go through I know how they behave
and I know how to recognize guilty people
and I'll show you in a moment how CSGO Reaper reacts.
Obviously we won't be focussing on small details like that
I must talk about them since it's an explanatory video
but I will mostly focus on an irrefutable proof
the kind of evidence that CSGO Reaper don't want you to know
That will definetly end CSGO Reaper who digged their own grave by their reactions during the last 24 hours.
So firstly, one thing that I think
Is necessary to answer to, one argument
That is really interesting
Today, the first argument of the people that defends CSGO Reaper is : why would CSGO Reaper do this
Because CSGO Reaper was already earning 10 to 20 thousand dollars a day
why would they have scammed people
Did Bill gates, Elon Musk, Warren Buffett stopped working ?
No. The last 30 years they were billionaires and they're still working 10 hours a day.
The more money you have
the more money you want, that's the rule, why stop at 10 thousand when you can have 100 thousand ?
That's exactly what's happening here and I hope you guys understand that.
Like I said earlier
My work in my daily life is crisis communication
and the first thing I was taught, the first lesson, the first thing I've learned
During my 5, almost 6 years of studying is that the innocent people
explain themselves
When the guilty people panic.
When you start to block the chat of your website,
when you start
banning everyone that shares the video
When you start blocking everyone involved in the story on twitter
When you start paying people so they make videos going you way
I know that don't worry
When you start paying people to make videos, when you start, and that's where it gets interesting
to delete every profile that I had found but didn't provide their link in the description
For different gambling website who I've talked to in private
I didn't put every bots in the description
Because I wanted to see what was going to happen
And it's simple, every bot that I didn't put in the description but that I had in my list
Well their steam ID were changed wich makes it impossible for me to find them again
Though every bot that were in the description were strangely untouched
Maybe just a coincidence
And now, we will talk about an other detail
That is particularly troubling and is probably just a coincidence for everyone who still tries to defend CSGO Reaper
the fact that following my video, every coinflip history has been deleted
But only the ones that contained some coinflips agains't bots
every person that played at some point agains't a bot had their coinflip history deleted
If the bot wasn't shown in the history, meaning the coinflip beeing after the 5 pages on the site
Then the history wouldn't be deleted
For example, one of my accounts with wich I play a lot
Contrary to what you may think I never lost tons of money on Reaper since I knew
Wich accounts were bots and wich weren't
Well this account still had its
History deleted simply because I did play agains't a few bot unfortunately.
Just to test and use the results for my video
On the other hand, my second account, with wich I only play small amounts to have fun from time to time
This one still has its history.
But obviously it's probably just a coincidence, that they've done that even though during their 1 and half year of existence
they've only been deleting it at the end of the month
There's a delay where they delete it every month and certainly not every two weeks.
But I guess its just a coincidence again the fact that they've done it after my video.
I won't talk about all of the people that tried to defend CSGO Reaper with videos
I didn't even whatched their videos to be honnest
or they are people who to try to make views by saying the opposite of I say,
trying to get popularity, or they are people who have some economic interest
People that defend CSGO Reaper because the money from the sponsorship is to big to let go.
And I don't know anyone who wouldn't defend their boss when they pay you good. It's as simple as that
So I won't even answer to these people.
Something else I think is necessary to talk about is, as you can see
I'm an easy target, I've shown my face, I didn't attacked you guys anonymously, I didn't just posted a few tweets
Everything was clear, explained in a video, you have my face, my name, you already know about me
i'm not hiding anything you can find me anytime on google
But what do you know about CSGO Reaper ? Now, I'm asking you who is behind CSGO Reaper ?
Who ? Give me a name, a pseudo, an adress
Since these people decided
To hide themselvers in a way, wich is something I understand, I never saw a robber without a mask
Well I think now is the time to uncover the truth
It's oviously impossible for me to show you this person on youtube
at risk of seeing my video removed, so you'll find pictures of the owner on my twitter
I do have the names, adress, etc... but I won't reveal them, this isn't my goal
my goal is that the website stops the scamming, so the only people that will know your name, adress
Of your nice little town
Made in Hungary, if you know what I mean
These people will be the lawyers that will attempt a class action agains't you guys.
Some people already contacted me, apparently you guys scammed a lot more people that what I thought
I saw some pretty damning screenshots
And I must say I under estimated the situation because unfortunately I cannot be 24/24 on you site
And I didn't thought we were talking about such amounts of money. Some people will attemps a class action during the next months/years
It'll be done quietly
And I leave this to other people I'm not taking part in this
My work was only to proove that you guys did something seriously bad
And to finish my role in the story with this second video
I won't talk either about the numbers of DDOS I got during the last 24 hours
unlike you guys I'm not only saying "I got attacked" with a little banner on my website
But the website still fuctions perfectly you can still play coinflip
My website was down because of DDOS for 24 hours, I can show you the curves
They can send a bit of trafic to simulate a DDOS
The site is still up and they are still making money
It's as simple as that
Today i received such a massive DDOS that during the last 24 hours no one could connect to my website
This is the proof that there's is a person of influence behind all of this
And I don't know anyone who would attack me 24h/24h
considering the high cost it can represent
So you know who I'm talking about right now.
Now, let's talk about this irrefutable proof.
this irrefutable proof
I admit, I didn't notice it before. I didn't noticed it because I wasn't paying enough attention
There was so many things I needed to focus on that I didn't see it at first sight.
otherwise I would've explained it in the first video, and I would have liked to
But this evidence was given to me, by a Youtuber, a spanish Youtuber
And today I have a lot of respect for him,
His someone that had the most interest in staying quiet
he coulde receive some money from CSGO Reaper
And he decided to come to me in private directly after the story started
Saying to me "It's weird, I know someone, a friend of mine who's a spanish youtuber
and he won a 20 thousand $ coinflip on CSGO Reaper, I don't understand I feel like it's rigged
I'm trying to find the account can you help me ?"
He didn't come to me sayng it's rigged, he said there's something weird
Well, I saw the video, and then, something happened
What happenend is that the person I saw loose the coinflip agains't the youtuber to make a great commercial video
unfortunately for him he didn't know the coinflip was rigged, I'm not trying to attack the youtuber by any mean
He didn't know, I know that, he wasn't aware
Well the guy who joined the coinflip
Is apparently a bot, I'll show you
But maybe it's an other coincidence, the 10th, the 12th coincidence
And you know how we call a series of coincidence in court, we call that an evidence.
So, during this video he's recording, someone joins the 20 thousand $ coinflip
he wins it, and the person who joined is a bot, so how can we know it's a bot
Let me tell you again, the bots are account who were for a long time set to private
Accounts where there's insane and unexplained varations in their inventory
tens of thousands of dollars in a few hours on their inventory like if someone had loaded and emptied the account several times.
And this is the common thread I've noticed on every single bot account, they have the same characteristics
The same curves, the same way of functionning. Unfortunately for them they are not really clever about it
So the person that joined was
a private account
Maybe a coincidence ?
Someone that didn't do any gambling for months, like really months
Suddenly, someone loads 39 thousand euros on the account
Again maybe it's a coincidence, the fact that the money was loaded the day the youtuber
recorded the video, a 13th or a 14th coincidence.
Once the "person" lost the coinflip
Since they played only once this day agains't the youtuber
This "person" has suddenly won back every bit of money they lost during the coinflip
Meaning won back 30~ thousand dollars
The few tens thousands of dollars that the "person" lost agains't the youtuber, they won it back the same day
It's pretty insane to fall to around ten dollars and go back to 39 thousand dollars the same day
It's a miracle that must me celebrated !
But it's probably just luck, an other coincidence.
Once the few tens of thousands of dollars were back in the account
Because I really don't see them giving away 10/20 thousand dollars for a Youtuber even for a commercial
So they decided to get the money back through coinflips
Well they sold the skins again like on every other bot
Every skins have been sold during the following days, every one of them
So I'm talking about an account that had 0 activity, that gets loaded tons of money the day of the video
But it's probably just a random thing
Every thing is played agains't the youtuber
Then we scam everyone again, because we need to get our money back, we wouldn't loose 30 thousand dollars
like this, and then we sell everything back again. You can see those curves on absolutely every single bot I've spotted
So i guess a lot of people will be like
Oh yes, that's really starting to be a lot of coincidence
A lot of coincidence
With the fact that they act like guilty people
The fact that from the beggining they've been acting like they were guilty
If you weren't guilty you wouldn't be defending yourselves in this manner
You wouldn't be reacting so violently
You saw it I didn't insult you
i didn't attacked you guys on twitter by insulting you
and trying to block you or anything, I reacted in the way felt was the right one
This video is only about justice and doing the right thing
I'm not attacking you guys personnaly that's why I'm not revealing your names or anything
I don't have any personal interest in this story, I just want to show everyone that there's a problem
Not saying there's a probleme with the gambling scene in general, but at least with you guys.
And today we need to fix this, so that at least the other gambling websites can fucntion normally
Without having to face an unfair competition
You can find every bit of proof I've talked about in the description like in the last video I'm bringing
Every necessary evidence
And in the case were you would try again
to change to profiles know that I've saved every page, not by screenshot but with a system that allows to
Save the page at a given moment wich makes it useless to change them
I'm just saying this since you've already done that on 70 bots
So, now that we have talked about all of this I think there's a question we cas ask ourselves
A question that we should ask ourselves is what's next ?
So now that they've got caught they won't be any private profile on CSGO Reaper let's be real
They won't be any
It's too easy to see now that they've got caught
This very technic, in this state, is over. But the scam isn't
They were stupid enough to use accounts with only a few hours played
or that were at a given moment fishy
This error, they are going to fix it. They will. You can see it now on your screen
You can buy account with 850 or 900 hours played
It cost 90$ to 100$ and I'm pretty sure that you, CSGO Reaper
Have enough money to buy them.
It seems like a small amount comparend to the 30 or 40 thousand dollars that you scammed every day with every account.
Feels like a good investment
Now that they know that they are watched they won't be acting the same way they use to
as stupid as they can be
I think they'll just stop acting this way and use differents types of bot that are less spotted
Because when you start earning money, you cannot stop.
So you just have to watch them, watch their reactions, reactions of someone guilty
And you will quickly see
That from the beginning CSGO Reaper is nothing else but a big scam
And to the few people that still believes
That it isn't a scam
I wish you good luck with all the money you're gonna loose on CSGO Reaper. I'm not wishing you lose it
I'm not wishing anything bad for anyone, even the people of CSGO Reaper I just want it to close
or the people that do not believe this video
I can't do anything about it. It's unfortunate, but it's your choice. But you cannot say I didn't warn you
Now for CSGO Reaper...
♫This is the end...♫

Anthony my usual crash dummy for my auto pilot collision tests just finally
congratulations Mike picked up a 2013 a 85 up there's the wife say hi to the
camera picked up his 2013 p85 seat certified pre-owned that's a four year
old car now focus focus come on maybe if I touch here Oh active focused
tracking doesn't work with night mode there we go
I'm a four year old car I think it was what about what was it Mike 40,000 miles
feel free to chime in in the description box or the comments box his 100 percent
range is in the two sixties and it's a roughly the same mileage as what's on my
car oh down the odometer where it has come on now really not even a year and a
half and I'm already down over 20 miles 21 miles now cuz I actually last one I
did miles ago was 273 and Tesla seems to
think that there's nothing wrong with the battery I I I'm sorry I gotta say
there's got to be something wrong because that is quite excessive of range
loss so that concludes tonight's little discussion and talk I know I covered a
lot of different stuff here but I kind of miss just doing impromptu grab the
camera and talking videos trying to go back to the roots and yeah that's it so
hopefully we will be doing some awesome videos with the new pop-up trailer I
don't know if we'll be doing any of those this this year anymore considering
that it's the end of the summer and it's gonna be getting darn cold or we could
do some modification video hmm I have a crapload of 18 650 lithium cells that
I'm just itching the world together and see what kind of battery pack I can make
so maybe I will make a huge battery pack to power the trailer and be able to
recharge the car see you guys all later please don't forget like subscribe share
it really helps me out when you do so and I also really helps my YouTube
rankings as well also once again if you're interested in purchasing a Tesla
Model S or Model X please consider using my referral code which is in the
description box below it'll give you a thousand dollars instantly off on the
purchase price of your vehicle and give you if you get it before the end of I
don't know what next year's referral programs are gonna look like at least
for now if you get get you use my referral code before the end of 2017 you
will also get grandfathered in for unlimited free super charging and I
remember I just showed you how much money I saved driving cross-country
using that a limited free supercharger all right good night everybody and
it's getting dark out let's turn off night shot here that shot is awesome but
I don't even have the infra red recording light turned on this is just
enhanced cool good night folks love y'all keep watching sir Penza says
awesome

LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon 2017 UCS Set - My Thoughts! - Duration: 2:02.
Hello, just2good here,
and today,
LEGO revealed the UCS Millennium Falcon set.
The biggest LEGO set ever,
with seven thousand five hundred and forty one pieces
and retailing for EIGHT HUNDRED United States Dollars.
What?
Oh my gosh.
So much, but not actually a bad deal.
I wish they would've included more than the two sets of figures.
You get one set of minifigures for the Force Awakens,
unfortunately with no new prints for the minifigs,
but, then they throw in Porgs.
Which is the Last Jedi,
and currently exclusive to this set.
And not the Last Jedi Luke or Rey.
I dunno.
Then there's one set for the Empire crew.
Including a new Han and Leia,
which look great,
but the same old C3PO.
Come on.
Nooooo LEGO or ARM printing?
I always go back to that promo Force Awakens 3PO,
which I know isn't the same as the original trilogy,
but my point is that the original trilogy version
can use new arm and leg printing.
I do like the Mynock build, though.
Like, for 800 bucks,
they should've included other movie minifigures,
like Han, Luke, and Obi Wan from New Hope,
or Lando and R2 from the end of Empire.
Okay okay, I'm done complaining about the minifigures.
Because, honestly, I don't have any complaints with the build.
This thing is huge,
I mean look at this picture of the designer with the set.
The inside is basically an upscaled version of the 2015 regular set.
I was worried when I saw
they were using the same cockpit glass as the 2015 one,
and I just hope it's more secure
and easy to take off with the new build behind it.
They include the little radar dish build
to make it the Force Awakens version which is neat as well.
So yeah.
Is this a great set?
I'd say so.
Is it perfect?
No, but very few LEGO sets are.
Will I get it?
I'm sure way down the line.
This is a set that will be on shelves for a while.
But I don't want it for a while.
Oh, one last thing.
I guess they're going to a new box design.
Yeah.
I thought they would do the no border design
but this is a cube with a slick,
professional, black trim.
I love it.
Anyways, that's it for now.
I'll see you guys later.
Peace out.
Bye.

Overcome Negative Emotion Through Work and Meditation: Welcome to the Actors' Gang | Sabra Williams - Duration: 7:10.
Where I came from was being sexually molested as a child by my church janitor in a place
where you're supposed to be safe and that took me to prison 20 years ago.
And I got out and then I became a drug and alcohol counselor.
And ten years ago I worked in the prison, CRC, as a drug and alcohol counselor and I
used to teach people how to stay out of domestic violence relationships.
And after 16 years of being clean I woke up in one, and I was like how did I get here?
And the shame and the degradation, everything that we go through in those type of relationships—I
gained 85 pounds, I was told that I wasn't worth anything, and all those things that
happened to us, they took me back out and I ended up getting high again after that time.
Well, this prison term saved my life.
So 20 years ago I was in prison, ten years ago I worked in one, and ten years later I
was in one.
But it saved my life and I truly believe that there's a time and a place for everything.
I was not ready before now, if that makes any sense.
I met The Actors' Gang on October 18, 2015.
I found my bunkie hanging in my cell and I saved her life and the next day I had some
lifers telling me, 'I would've left her hanging.'
And I didn't want to be that person.
I didn't ever want to feel so hopeless and so devastated, so broken and so angry and
so hurt and so disappointed that I would feel that way.
I wanted to love everybody.
And I started The Actors' Gang program.
From the very first minute I was there, I remember the very first writing that I did,
I was crying.
And I thought to myself, something is different about this.
There's something different about this.
The politics that go on at men's prison isn't as common in women's prison.
I've been told that I'm the first woman to come out from The Actors' Gang and actually
come speak, but that's not because there aren't other women, it's because most of those women
are lifers and it's because one of them specifically, who I will not name because that's not for
me to do, but she's been there 46 years and I love her.
She's one of the best teachers there, but it's not because they don't want to be here,
it's because they haven't been given the opportunity to show that their life has changed.
I was given seven years, four months; I got the 16 months for my crime, I got the six
years in enhancements for the prison term that I did 20 years ago.
So I only did 25 months and now I'm in a transitional home and in a treatment program and my director
brought me today and I just—there was something, when I sat with myself last night and I said,
'What is it?' when I was meditating—because today I know how to meditate, today I know
how to sit down and I know how to actually close my mind and I know how to actually take
a checklist: what's going on with my body?
Today I know how to do that because of The Actors' Gang.
Today I know how to experience things through feelings but I allow them to exit when it's
time.
Before we stay angry, we stay hurt, we overcompensate with certain feelings and it makes us sick
and we don't know how to act.
When I was doing this check-in last night and I was telling myself, you know, Lord,
what am I going to do?
What am I going to speak about?
Can you please give me some direction?
I opened up this book and there was something that was very profound, and to me they were
speaking to me directly about The Actors' Gang and I would like to share it with you.
"There is no such thing as solitary stardom.
Behind every successful person is a team of people who helped make that success possible.
If you've achieved success, no doubt there are others who have made sacrifices for you,
worked alongside you, encouraged you, inspired you, given you opportunities and helped you
to mature.
You have the choice to celebrate yourself or to luxuriate in your pride, or you can
acknowledge, regularly and sincerely, the contributions of others.
For the sake of love, choose wisely."
This is what Actors' Gang does.
They come in, they sit down with a whole bunch of people that have a whole multitude of crimes
and they tell you that you're worthy.
They tell you, we don't care why you're here we just want you to get better.
They look at us like we're people and because of that we become people.
Because to ourselves, especially when we fail, we feel unworthy.
But today we don't have to feel that way.
As soon as I got out and as soon as I was allowed, I contacted The Actors' Gang and
I said listen, I really want to speak with you, I want to advocate with you because now
it's about paying it forward.
It's about giving to somebody else what was so freely given to me.
And—I so wanted to go to my daughter's graduation next week.
She's graduating.
She's 18.
And she doesn't want me there because she doesn't want to explain to her friends where
I've been for two years.
And today I will honor her feelings and I will totally be okay with that, but the first
thing that popped in my head, I called Sabra and I said, 'Listen, this is what happened...'
and the first thing I wanted to do was do the work.
I wanted to do the work because it taught me how to experience what I'm feeling and
not to let it own me or define me.
One last thing I want to talk about is, when we do these theatre exercises, we talk about
giving the audience the food.
I want to let you know that as we're standing up there and we're doing these different states,
and we're giving the audience the food, please, please know that I'm the one being fed.
Thank you.

Hada Labo Premium Hydrating Lotion REVIEW | Neslie - Duration: 5:28.
Hey guys, today I'm going to review the HADA LABO
GOKUJYUN PREMIUM LOTION for you.
There will be time-stamps below, with ingredients, an efficacy-& application-rating etc. in case
you don't wanna watch the whole thing.
If you have dry or dehydrated skin or even oily thing, this Lotion could be your thing.
This is a SATRIGHTFORWARDS hyaluronic acid toner:
- No additional actives - It's non-greasy & and non-irritating
- And provides a lot of moisture
In CosDNA terms, the Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Lotion has an exceptionally clean ingredients
list, which is pretty impressive.
This formula is a little longer than for the regular Hyaluronic lotion, but it still doesn't
contain SD alcohol, no colorants, no oil, or fragrance, which is perfect for sensitive
skin types as well.
The ingredients show, that this product is doing one thing: moisturizing the living daylights
out of your face.
But, what are the active components?
Glycerin - A colorless sugar alcohol compound and the primary humectant in this product
Humectant = Water-Magnet - good for your skin *thumbs up*
Diglycerin - Which absorbs less water, is slower, but its effects tend to last longer
on the skin.
Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid - Also known as "nano hyaluronic acid", which can hold 1000
times its weight in water.
Sodium Acetyl Hyaluronate - Also known as "super hyaluronic acid" with a high water
retention ability and its softening effect.
Sodium Hyaluronate - A low molecular weight humectant, which can penetrate the skin easier
Sodium Hyaluronate Crosspolymer - "3D hyaluronic acid," which allows it to have a very high
water-binding capacity
Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hyaluronate - There is not much information, but it should also
be a modified Hyaluronic Acid
So that means, we have a Glycerin and a fast Hyaluronic Acid, giving you an instant result
and the slow glycerin and slower Hyaluronic Acids for long lasting effects.
ROHTO HADA LABO - which is translated as "Skin Lab" - is a Japanese skin care line.
The product itself promises instant & lasting moisture, with no irritation through 5 different
molecular weights of hyaluronic acid - 5! 5 Hyaluronic acids that work to make your
skin feel soft and plump.
The bottle has the same design as the original bottle, it's made out of plastic and has a
flip-open cap which you can unscrew as well.
It's easy to dose and it's hygienic to use.
The label is written almost entirely in Japanese.
Many people are familiar with the original lotion which is slippery, liquidy but significantly
thicker than water.
The premium lotion is more of a light gel, hardly runny at all, that's why it takes a
bit longer to absorb but doesn't leave a sticky a finish and it doesn't have any smell.
To apply, I squeeze out a small, pea-sized amount into my hands, then spread it over
my face.
This product has humectant properties, but it doesn't contain occlusive moisturizers,
which you'll need to keep the hydration from withdrawal - so I advise you to use an occlusive
moisturizer after it.
The Hadalobo lotion has a ph of x.x., which is good for the performance of Hyaluronic
Acid.
The only bummer is, that I can't use it as a toner or lotion, because of its thicker
consistency, instead, I use it as a serum.
The benefits of this lotion are: - superior hydrating abilities - no more waking
up with dry skin - less flaking and peeling of my skin - which
is very good, when I'm wearing makeup - less sensitivity for dry skin types - for
oily skin-types it also should show less sebum production of your skin
- less fine lines
I didn't experience any breakouts or irritations and I have very sensitive skin, in fact, it
made my skin less sensitive.
It feels light and doesn't leave any sticky feeling on my face, which is important for
me.
For dry skin-types, this lotion can be a game changer - so I would definitely recommend
this product.
For oily skin-types, this could be a perfect product too, if you have an occlusive moisturizer
you can use after, that works good for you.
My overall rating is an A.

ISRO 8th Navigation satellite launch fails - Know Why | India Defence News - Duration: 2:13.
The launch of India''s latest navigation satellite onboard its polar rocket failed today following
a technical glitch just prior to its scheduled orbiting in space.
The rare setback for the ISRO in India''s space history involving the workhorse rocket
Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) came shortly after a perfect lift off of the PSLV
C-39 from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre here at 7 pm.
In a brief announcement, A S Kiran Kumar, chief of the Indian Space Research Organisation(ISRO),
said the mission was unsuccessful because the satellite housed within the heat sink
could not be injected. "The C39 launch vehicle had a problem, heat
shield has not separated. As a result of that the satellite is inside the heat shield and
we have to go through the detailed analysis to see what has happened," a dejected Kumar
announced at the Mission Control Centre. But for the failed heat shield separation,
the remaining activities had gone on smoothly, he said, adding a detailed analysis would
be undertaken.
A successful launch of India''s eighth navigation satellite--IRNSS-1H--would have ushered a
new era in the country''s history of space exploration as, for the first time, the private
sector has been actively involved in assembling and testing of a satellite. Earlier, the private
sector''s role was limited only to supplying components.PTI VIJ SA SS VS TVS GSN

How Long Should You Try Before You Quit? Entrepreneur Advice - Duration: 6:58.
So the other day towards the end of one of our free freelance or group coaching
calls came up the question around how long should things take and it's a
really interesting topic and I want to broaden it a little bit here today to be
but how long does it take just to succeed at whatever that goal is you
have and the first interesting thing about this is that people are terrible
at perceiving how long things should take in NLP they talk a lot about
perception of time right we all have different world views around time for
some people a long time is a week like if you have to take a week to do
something that's insane for other people a long time is five years we can compare
myself to one of my friends back home we will call him double-double planned his
trips years in advance last year he told me that he'll be in Europe next year so
that's a two year gap he's like don't worry I'll be in Europe maybe I can come
see you for a few days I don't know where my trip in September will be yet
and it's mid-august we have different ways of planning the
future in perceiving time is one of us more accurate than the other not
necessarily it probably depends what we're planning what we're trying to
figure out what we're needing to account for this is the first thing to think
about is generally our basic wiring is not great for timing now if you're
thinking about like your business let's say you're working on a project starting
your new business and you're thinking okay how long is it gonna take until I'm
you know successful until I have enough money coming in whatever you think it
will take for you I'd probably double it to be safe and probably double it to be
accurate as well I've heard this advice for many people and it's what I've
experienced myself as well now whatever you think it takes someone else to
succeed right let's say you're watching someone on YouTube or reading a book
about someone it's like wow they seem like they succeeded really quick
whatever your perception is I probably times that by about 10 so if it seems
like they got where they were in like three months
probably took them about three years something like that right that's the
first thing so here's why this can be a serious problem is if we think we should
achieve a goal in three months but it actually would take us
six guess what happens around three months we generally quit or we
reevaluate our strategy so what often happens is we get started down a path
and we're going and we're like okay really excited like I'm gonna do this
this is gonna work right but to three months in we're not nearly as far
towards the goals we thought we would be so rather than doubling down on our
efforts and just keep going and maybe increase our frequency of work or how
much we're doing or whatever it is we tend to look at our strategy and try to
change directions well this isn't getting me where I should be so I should
probably change what I'm doing and then we reset and we try something else and
you can imagine how this ends up right some zigzag in life we never really get
where we want to go and a big reason this happens is because we had an
unrealistic expectation when we started out so fear can play a big role here
right the way it sometimes works out too is I've seen this in people where they
start on a strategy and they're they kind of believe in it they kind of
believe in themselves as well but as they're going maybe a weekend they
should not have seen any results yet right the strategy should take at least
a few months over but a weekend they start second-guessing themselves maybe
they feel insecure maybe fear comes up and they start changing their strategy
in freelancers this often looks like redoing our website or deciding to focus
on a slightly different customer or something like that when really what we
were doing was fine we just needed to keep doing it rather than changing
direction so I have two really quick tips to do a little better in this area
the first is improve your perception of time right so like I said it's usually a
safe bet to double whatever length of time you think it will take to do
something double that the second thing is well let me add to that actually you
can double it you can also check with someone who knows what they're doing
who's done it before or who knows you really well right so check with a mentor
check with a business consultant or someone and say hey here's my plan and
your experience how long would this actually take and that's another way to
get a better perception right so if you don't have that maybe just double it but
if you can get outside feedback that's another way to do it as well and outside
feedback from someone who has done it if you ask your friend who's at the same
level as you how long should this take they're
gonna have an equally inaccurate answer right so that's the first thing figure
out how long it should take secondly while you're doing it focus on the
progress you're making so even with this new perception of time let's say you
decide it's six months instead of three it might actually take you eight months
or ten months and if you want to keep going rather than quit the best way to
maintain that energy that motivation is to focus on the progress you've made
so if you keep looking at where you're trying to go in the mindset of I'm not
there yet why aren't I there yet it's going to make you think you're doing
something wrong it's going to erode your confidence and you'll probably change
direction but if you keep looking backwards and saying hey look how far
I've come hey this is really cool like I've made
all this progress remember three months ago I was here and now I know so much
more I'm doing so much better if you take that approach you're gonna
end up maintaining that momentum if anything you'll build your confidence
more you're building momentum more and then if it does take you know three
times as long as you thought it would take you'll still be able to keep going
right because just because something takes longer than you think it should
have does not mean you're doing it wrong or that it's the wrong thing to do
sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't and unfortunately especially when we're
starting out in business or we're doing something alone we don't have the
knowledge to assess whether or not we're following the right strategy necessarily
whether or not we're going down the right path so if that is your
circumstance and you don't have the ability to figure out you know like have
a mentor or figure out are you on the right path then I would say you're
better to stick to that path about twice as long or three times as long as you
thought you should and just give yourself a chance to succeed it's much
better than quitting early of course ideally find someone to sort of give you
that bird's-eye view perspective and say yeah you're on track right now you're
doing well and keep going and that's gonna be the best but if you don't have
that then just keep going until you find that person to give you that advice that
would be the most important thing I can say is focus on the progress you've made
and then just keep moving forward and you will get to your destination and
then it will be awesome and then you can pick a new destination thanks for
