A SONG FOR LOGAN PAUL| "New Assistants" (Original)| DforDiaz - Duration: 4:14.

Logan

You are not just my hero

There is so much we want to tell you

and I'm trying to find pretty ways to say it

but you're a guy

and after all

being direct is the best approach to get to your heart

so here it goes

from us to you

but first a quick disclaimer, we don't want to pressure you

can we be your new assistants?

can we be famous too?

I think we are ready for the job

even though we're not that short

we just want to hang out with Kong

and sing to Maverick's songs

and of course

receive your hug

come on Logan, if you give us a chance hon

we promise to never make you hate songs

According to your survey, we are good bro

Although I'm five feet seven

and I'm five six

We'll buy you a lot of plates

so you can smash them in Ayla's head

We could be your favorite roomates

You just have to let us in, hey

Can we be your new assistants?

Can we be famous too?

I think we're ready for the job

Even though we're not that short

we just want to hang out with Kong

and sing to Maverick's songs

and of course

Give you a hug

You may think this is a joke (it's not)

We just want to help you out

And do that without a doubt

We'll be there for you

So you can count on us too

Medicare Supplement Plan N vs Plan G & Plan D - Duration: 29:08.

In this video I am going to review Medicare supplement Plan N and compare the costs and benefits of Plan N to both Medicare

supplement Plan G and Medicare supplement Plan D. Medicare supplement Plan N

can be your best value for a Medicare supplement.

This is especially true in those specific states that have state laws that reduce the value of Medicare supplement Plan G. In addition

some insurance companies already preparing for Medicare supplement Plan D to become a very popular plan after 2020. To be clear

referring to Medicare supplement Plan D not Medicare Part D, which is for your prescription drugs.

Medicare supplement Plan D is a direct competitor Medicare supplement Plan N. Do you live in this state that has

specific laws, the Medicare Override Measure laws that make plan and a better value?

Are you familiar with Plan D at all? Do you know what simple technique to use to tell if

Medicare supplement Plan N is a better value for you than Medicare supplement Plan G?

We're gonna be covering all of that and more in this video so stay tuned.

MedigapSeminars.org An Independent Medicare Insurance Broker.

Before we get into today's video on Medicare supplement Plan N, you should know that

or you've had Medicare for some time and you just have questions

my website MedigapSeminars.org is where you'll find the answers are looking for. I've created a series of educational videos laid out

in a very easy to follow format that can take you from the very start of Medicare, how and when to enroll,

to talk about the different Medicare plans; Medicare supplement and Medicare Advantage.

All so that you can make an informed decision when you make your Medicare choice. If you have a specific question and you can't find the

answer on the web site than simply press to Contact Us form

complete it, give us your questions, and within 24 hours a licensed professional agent is going to respond to your e-mail questions

with the answer that you're looking for. So please visit MedigapSeminars.org. Our mission is to help you make an informed decision

about your Medicare choices. All right, so let's get started. Choosing which Medicare supplement plan is right for you can be a little

bit daunting certainly when you're new to Medicare and you just learning the ABCs of Medicare

making sure that you have the right supplement plan for your budget and your needs

can be a little bit of added stress. So first off let me take a little bit of that stress off your shoulders. Regardless of your health history

when you're new to Medicare you have a six months to choose the right Medicare supplement plan for you.

You can change your mind all you want every day if you want. for six months

and the insurance company is required to accept your application and give you the Medicare supplement plan of your choice

without question. If you're not new to Medicare you still have a 30-day window to change your mind. Here is why...

Many people will mistake your Initial Enrollment for Medicare with the same Initial Enrollment for your Medicare supplement.

Your initial enrollment in Medicare ends three months after your birthday month.

Your initial enrollment for Medicare supplement

ends six months after you have started Medicare Part B.

Even if you started Medicare Part B during your Medicare initial enrollment period.

So, you have of six months where you can change your mind. Change your mind every day you can go back and forth with plans you

can do whatever you choose during those six months, as often as you want, and insurance company is required

to give you the plan of your choice. You just cancel one and get another.

After those six months you can still change your mind all you want. It's just that whenever you apply for new Medicare supplement

you'll have to qualify by going through medical underwriting.

There you're gonna be asked questions about your health. They are looking for major

major things like heart attacks, stroke, cancer

and diabetes and is not in control, inplanted Medical Devices and

Parkinson's and those kind of things. Absent those

significant events then you can still change your Medicare plan anytime you want any day of the year. After your initial

enrollment period with your Medicare supplement, when you do change and you go through underwriting

you still have a 30-day window in which you can reverse your decision but no consequence.

So relax take your time make sure that as you research your Medicare supplement plans and which plan is right for you

that you end up with the plan that's right for your needs and your budget. But rest assured; if you're waking up every day worried about

whether not yet made the right decision, you can still change your mind.

during your six months after you're initial enrollment period, or 30-days after you've changed your plan

when you had to go for medical underwriting. I hope that relieves a little stress. Now lets get on with Medicare supplement Plan N.

Is Medicare supplement Plan N the right plan for you? Let's take a look at all the plans and

start by talking about how this plan is different than your other choices

This table is your Medicare supplement benefit table. It shows the benefits of all 10 of the Medicare supplement plans.

The plans themselves are identified in the top row by letter.

The general categories of Medicare benefits are listed in the left hand column.

Then in the column below each of the Medicare supplements

it shows you what percentage of coverage each plan has. You can find this table on our website or in most of the major Medicare

publications like the Medicare & You guidebook or the Choosing a Medigap Policy.

Now remember that regardless of which Medicare supplement you choose

Medicare Part A & Medicare Part B are your primary coverage. That's your primarily insurance. Part A for hospital insurance

Part B outpatient insurance. With Medicare as your primary insurance, you can see any doctor go to any medical facility in the country

as long as they accept Medicare.

and every facility you go to has to accept any Medicare supplement plan that you have, from any insurance company that you've purchased

it from. With Medigap Plan N we can see it covers 100% of the Medicare Part A toll insurance and hospital cost

up to an additional 365 days

after the Medicare benefits are used up.

Notice that all the supplement have this coverage!

And also notice here that the Medicare supplement Plan N please also pays the Medicare Part deductible.

That deductible in 2017 is $1,380 per event.

It will change every year. But with the Medigap Plan N that doesn't matter. You're supplemental will pay for it.

Without a supplement, you pay the deductible up front. Then have 60 days of hospital coverage before you start having co-pays or

coinsurance. With the Medicare supplement Plan N you can be an impatient in the hospital for more than 365 days

with 100% coverage. You will have no out of pocket cost you your Medicare Part A. You should already know that with Medicare Part B

Medicare Part B pays 80% of your outpatient services.

That leaves you a coinsurance of 20% that is your responsibility out -of -pocket. And there's no maximum out of pocket limit on that.

thankfully your Medicare supplement Plan N covers that 20% co-insurance so that you'll have no out of pocket after you've paid the

Medicare Part B deductible. That's the $183 calendar year deductible. The amount changes every year. It's $183 in 2017.

I will talk about what to expect of that deductible in the years ahead in just a moment.

So what do these asterisks mean? Do you notice than none of

the other insurance plans have a *. So this is an important feature that is unique to Medigap Plan N.

Asterisks indicate that you have a copay with Medicare supplement Plan N.

That copay is up to $20.00 per office visit, and a $50.00 charge if you go to an emergency room.

The keywords here are "Up To" $20.00. Here is what that means. For many common office visits

with your Medicare supplement Plan N this copay will be less than $20.00. I've seen it as low as $9.00.

Don't expect it to be exactly $20.00 every time you go to the doctor. When you go to a specialist, I'm sure it will be $20.00.

In fact what this is, is actually it's you're paying 20% of the office visit up $20 dollars.

Medicare has negotiated these office visits down so most of the general practitioner office visits

can be less than $100 or close to $100.

Of course specialist visits are going to be over $100, and 20% of that is going to be your max of $20.00.

So expected it to be under $20.00 most times, but up to $20.00 per visit.

You'll notice on this Medicare supplement Plan N, going down the column

of its coverage about 100% coverage until you reach the Medicare Part B deductible. That's an annual deductible currently $183.

You're gonna pay for that out of pocket, but it also has no insurance for Medicare Part B excess charges.

If you have a Medicare Part B excess charge and you have a Medicare supplement Plan N

you'll pay that excess charge out of pocket. Later in this video I'm going to go over in detail

a real life example of having a Medicare supplement Plan N and a common joint replacement.

What we're going to do with the real life example is to answer most of the misunderstandings and the questions that

people have on what exactly the Medicare supplement Plan N covers. That's a little later on

in just a moment. I mentioned the Medicare Part B deductibles currently $183 and 2017.

That that deductible will go up over time. Medicare itself has hinted to expected it to go up to $250 perhaps in the next

5 to 7 years. Of course every Medicare supplement that is purchased (new to Medicare)

in 2020 and beyond will require that individual, the Medicare beneficiary, to pay the

Medicare Part B deductible. Please note that Preventive Care also known as Wellness Visits

are exempt from any of the copays and deductibles. For example if your first visit to the Doctor during the year is a preventive care or

wellness visit; either you're Welcome to Medicare visit or an annual Wellness visit

it is entirely exempt from your Medicare Part B deductible and any of the copayments.

What about these Medicare Part B excess charges? How much are they?

This can get a little that involves, but it's very important. Especially if your considering a Medicare supplement Plan N.

When a doctor or hospital decides to work with Medicare they have one of two choices with their contract.

They can either decide to accept the rates that Medicare assigns

or charge more than what Medicare advises. If they accept the rates that Medicare assigns, it is called Medicare Assignment.

Then Medicare becomes there one-stop biller. You come in for a service, they bill Medicare. They don't bill your Medicare supplement.

They bill Medicare. Medicare pays its portion and then Medicare will contact your Medicare

supplement company and instruct them what to pay and when to pay it. They don't bill your supplement company and that's important.

If a doctor or hospital decides not to accept Medicare Assignment then

Medicare will pay them 5% less. Medicare will not be there one-stop biller...

and they can charge up to 15% more than what Medicare pays them.

The amount they charge that is more than what Medicare pays them is called a Medicare excess charge .

Excess charges are only allowed on Medicare Part B outpatient services. There are no Medicare

excess charges for Medicare part A. When you have a Medicare supplement Plan N

any Medicare Part B excess charges come out of your pocket.

But here's the good news.

Medicare part B excess charges are very easy to avoid. Here's how. Paying excess charges are easily avoided by simply going to

a doctor that only accepts Medicare Assignment.

When you're going to see a doctor for the first time, go to the Medicare.gov website and look them up. The Medicare.gov website will tell you

whether or not they accept Medicare Assignment. If they don't accept Medicare Assignment and you see them with a Plan N

expect an excess charge. If they accept Medicare Assignment they can't charge you an excess charge. Warning!

Do not call up the doctor's office and ask them if they accept Medicare Assignment.

The odds are that the people in the doctors' office, as good as they are at what they do

won't really know what you're talking about.

In today's day and age most doctors offices do not even do their own billing.

So I can't tell you how often that this type of scenario happens; a client will call up the doctor's office and ask;

Do you accept Medicare Assignment? I have a Plan N. The people in doctor's office have no idea what you're talking

about so they ask "What insurance company do you have?"

and they'll tell them the Insurance Company. The doctor's office will look up on the wall that their list of companies that they have a

Medicare Advantage Plan with and say "It's not there. We don't accept your insurance."

That is where the confusion is.

All doctors that accept Medicare accept all Medicare supplements from any Medicare supplement insurance company.

That's worth repeating. All doctors that accept Medicare accept

all Medicare supplements from any insurance company.

Remember, most doctors don't even bill your Medicare supplement. They bill Medicare.

Medicare controls that, communicates to the Medicare supplement company and tells them what to pay and when to pay it.

By the way of you are researching companies to find out which one is good...

thin about that for a minute. Medicare tells them what to pay and when to pay it. There is the negotiation there is no debate in

Regardless of how that insurance company may behave with other Insurance Products

when it comes to Medicare supplement you will not find

a company that doesn't do exactly what Medicare instructs them to do.

So hear inside you avoid the confusion.

Get on the Internet. Go to Medicare.gov.

Now in its search bar, up in the top here just type in "Physicians finder"

Go to your first choice. And hear you can type and the of the name of the doctor,

the name of the medical group or search by doctor specialty.

Right under the name

of the the doctor or the group it will tell you whether or not they take Medicare assignment.

If they take Medicare assignment, they cannot charge an excess charge. If you have a Medicare supplement Plan N,

you want to see doctors that take Medicare Assignment. How many doctors take Medicare Assignment ?

According to Medicare, 97% of all the doctors in the country accept Medicare assignment. 97%

That 3% that don't includes pediatricians, and you're seeing a pediatrician

you probably don't qualify for Medicare.

The Bottom line is -

that most people go through their entire Medicare experience without ever running into a doctor the charges Medicare excess charges.

It can happen and it takes extra effort to make sure that it doesn't. As far as individual hospitals, that is another question.

What if I'm an operation and maybe my doctor

won't charge me an excess charge. But what about the anesthesiologist?

Remember two things; one is that if it's an inpatient operation that's Medicare Part A and there cannot be any Medicare excess charges.

Of course. many operations are done on an outpatient basis.

When you are in an operation in a it's an all or none situation. Either all the doctors working through

this hospital will accept Medicare assignment and not charging excess charges,

or none of them do.

Now I can't profess to know all the hospitals out there, but I'd have done enough looking. The only one I can find

that will charge an excess charge is Mayo Clinic.

So if you have a condition or something of concern and you are going to go to Mayo Clinic because it's the best bet for you

If you have a Medicare supplement Plan N they will charge an excess charge. It'll be up to 15% more

for their Medicare Part B Services, and you will not have insurance against it.

Now there are also some states that absolutely forbid or severely restrict Medicare excess charges.

These states are called Mom states because the state laws that forbid or restrict Medicare excess charges are called

the Medicare Override Measure. (MOM)

If you live in one of the state's then none of the doctors in your state or hospitals can charge a Medicare excess charge, and that's important.

That changes the equation about Medicare supplement Plan N vs Medigap Plan G.

The states we are referring to that will either restrict will forbid excess charges are Connecticut, Massachusetts, Minnesota,

New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Rhode Island and Vermont. Those states have laws that make Medigap Plan N

an even better value than Medicare supplement Plan G.

If you are a resident of those states and you travel a lot. If you go out of state just remember that

when you're out of state you can still experience a Medicare Part B excess charge.

But in those states that' not going to happen. Let's go back to the Medicare benefit table. I will show exactly how this changes the

equation for you. Note on this table that both Medicare supplement plan F and Medicare Plan G both pay for any excess charge.

That means they're charging you for that extra insurance. That's one of the reasons the Medicare Plan F and

Medicare supplement Plan G cost more.

But if you live in a state that forbids excess charges, you don't need that extra coverage. You don't need to pay extra for that.

Now that's some serious food for thought because it changes the equation for you. If you live in a Medicare Override Measure state

Medicare supplement Plan N is more likely to be

a better value than the Medicare supplement Plan G or Medigap Plan F.

So here's what I suggest if you're looking at the different supplement plans and debating which one is right for you.

In some places, even some Medicare Override Measure states, the Medicare Plan G is only a couple dollars more per month

than the Plan N Medicare supplement, making it a better value just because it's not really very much money.

However, in a lot of places the Medigap Plan N is 25% to 35% less than a Medicare supplement Plan G.

In that case, you really have to look it look at it this way....

Both are good plans. With a Medicare supplement Plan G you have of a certain peace of mind. You can have your Medicare

supplement and you don't have to worry about Medicare excess charges, you don't have any other copays.

You pay your Medicare Part B deductible

and everything else related to Part A or Part B Medicare its covered. It gives you peace of mind.

But it cost more.

Medicare supplement Plan N is going to cost less. Typically 25% to 35% less. But it's going to take a little extra work.

You have to check every time before you go to the Doctor,

and you have to make sure that you don't pay excess charges. If you must go to a Mayo Clinic

you either find an alternative, or pay the excess charge.

So it is really two personalities there as well. Some people prefer

to have that complete peace of mind. Some people would rather pay less and don't mind making the little extra effort to do that.

Which are you?

There's one other point that you should consider when you're researching a Medicare supplement Plan N.

That's Medicare supplement Plan D!

Have you looked at a Medigap Plan D yet? Take a look at this.

Notice in the supplement table that Medicare supplement Plan D is exactly identical to the Medicare supplement Plan N

accept it doesn't have the asterisks.

That means that Medicare supplement Plan D is exactly like Medigap Plan N except you do not have

a copay. You don't pay up to $20.00 per office visit and you don't pay $50.00 for an emergency room visit.

But here's the catch; Medicare supplement plan D should cost between a Medigap Plan N and a Medicare supplement Plan G

But as I make this video in late 2017 in most states the Medicare supplement Plan D is simply not priced competitively

sometimes it even cost more than the Medigap Plan G.

The reason for this is really many reasons. The first being there has been low demand.

When you're talking to people and you're talking about a Medicare Supplement Plan D

it's too easily confused with Medicare Part B

and I can understand why. Medicare get a great job of

finding a name for different parts of Medicare that were very, very descriptive.

"Medicare Part A" for example is much more descriptive than simply saying "inpatient hospital coverage".

Or "Medicare Part B" is much more descriptive than saying "outpatient services". Alright, enough.

Here is the thing, as we approach 2020 insurance companies are starting to take a look at the Medicare supplement Plan D

Some have already started to re-price it in some states to make it more attractive.

What's expected is that Medicare plan D, your Medicare supplement Plan D, even I get confused talking about these things...

Medicare supplement Plan D maybe the supplement that will replace the Medicare

supplement Plan C as that's discontinued.

For now, in most places it's not priced competitively, in some places it is. As you get your

Medicare supplement quote, ask the independent insurance agent that are working with

to check the Plan D. At least check to see if it's the right price for you.

Even if it's not now, if you're reshopping this plan

in your early seventies, as you should, it may be a better price for you then. To wrap this up, let's take a look at a real life example of the

using Medicare supplement Plan N. In this real life example I'm choosing a person who is gone to an orthopedist

and needs a hip replacement and what this example is going to do hopefully is

not only answer the frequently asked questions, but resolve all some of the misconceptions that people have

about the copays and such with Medicare supplement Plan N.

So you go to your orthopedist and you have a Medicare supplement Plan N.

Your orthopedist says you have to have a hip surgery. Well you've already research your orthopedist before you went, so you know

your orthopedist takes Medicare Assignment.

If they take Medicare Assignment, they cannot charge you an excess charge.

So that means that other than your Part B deductible & office visit copay

everything is covered. As you've met your orthopedist a couple times

getting ready for the hip replacement. When you have the hip replacement

you're going to spend a couple days maybe three in the hospital

as an inpatient, and that's typically where you have your operation.

Being in the hospital and your operation is Medicare part A.

Medicare Part A doesn't have any excess charges, it's not going to have any copays.

Your operation and the

the physical therapy you get while you're in the hospital, getting ready to walk to get out of the hospital is all covered by Medicare Part A .

When you have aMedicare supplement plan N that shouldn't cost you anything.

So then you're discharged from the hospital. You're going to have in the home physical therapy for a short while.

and then you're gonna have to go off to visit a physical therapist. There's a lot of physical therapy.

Well guess what, the physical therapy that's that's not a doctor's visit.

There are no copayments when you have your physical therapy whether it's in your house

or you're going off to physical therapist to have it done. You will have another copay when you have a follow-up visit

with your doctor. That's very likely to have a copay with that.

If you have managed your doctor ahead of time, making sure that they take Medicare Assignment

that Medigap Plan N offers a pretty good value!

Warning #2. If you are billed for a coping with a physical therapy visit somebody is coded your visit incorrectly. It does happen

It does happen. I can help with that. I help my clients all the time.

Sometimes you are billed incorrectly. Medicare billing is rather complex.

If it happens

and you wanna fight it, it's an easy thing to correct. I hope you found this information helpful. If so please give it a thumbs up!

If you learned anything in this video give it a thumbs up and let YouTube know that this is a video that's worthwhile for people researching

Plan N. What that'll do is make it easier for them to find this video when they have the same questions about Medicare that you do.

to talk about the different Medicare plans; Medicare supplement and Medicare Advantage.

So I can't tell you how often that this type of scenario happens; a client will call up the doctor's office and ask;

Primal (PS2/PS4) Trailer (60fps, CC) - Duration: 5:28.

Is this your Jane Doe?

Yeah. Came in two nights ago. Hasn't come round yet.

What'd she do, get hit by a truck?

She left some nightclub with her boyfriend. Looks like a gang jumped them.

Left her lying outside the club.

They found him several blocks away, he's in the room three doors down.

So... what do you think?

Fifty-fifty.

Oh my God... I'm dead?!

You're not dead, Jennifer. My name is Scree. I've been sent to enlist your assistance.

Your corporeal form, the one still lying there, is very weak, but not yet lost.

The other part, your spirit... that's you.

So what does that make you?

I am but a humble servant to My Lady, and to you I'm a friend.

What just happened? Where are we?

You have left the physical mortal world and now stand in the Nexus,

a convergence point for energies drawn from the four realms of Oblivion.

This Lady you keep mentioning... who is she?

I serve Arella.

She's a person, right?

She is NOT a person! She is one of two primal forces that govern the universe. She is Order.

And the other would be...?

The other would be Abaddon, the embodiment of Chaos. Lord of corruption and decay.

There are four realms in Oblivion Jen, two aligned with order and two with chaos.

Each realm has it's own natural balance, eternally generating the right levels of primal energy,

which is drawn into the Nexus and fed through Chronos to Arella and Abaddon.

Chronos has eternally governed with wisdom and impartiality,

channelling balanced strength to them both.

But now things have gotten screwed up, right?

Yes. Thanks to Abaddon's villiany.

His interference in the realms is drawing all the primal energy to his side

and starving My Lady of her very existence.

In truth, neither side can survive without the other, and soon everything will be destroyed.

Why am I being roped into some turf war you're having with Abaddon?

The way I see it, this is a personal problem - yours.

Jennifer. If Abaddon gets his way, there will be no Mortalis for you to return to.

He will not rest until he has corrupted all the realms, yours included, and become the sole primal force.

Have the gods answered my pleas, or do they mock me?

It IS true. You don't yet hold the power, but I believe that you ARE Arella's chosen.

Scree?! What's happening? These damned vambrace are burning me!

Be calm. They're merely channelling powers that exist within you.

I'm just a coffee shop waitress! Don't you need some kind of superhero helping you out here?

Come, now. You have seen the power within yourself. Now unlocked, this will continue to grow.

Did you think it was just those trinkets on your arms that allowed you to change form?

You have powers even Abaddon does not fully comprehend.

This is your destiny, Jennifer. Are you willing to continue?

I guess so.

Thank you Jennifer. We are all in your debt.

Scree?

Goodbye Jen.

I will never forget you.

Chronic Pain/Illness: When to push and when to rest... [CC] - Duration: 15:34.

[SIGH] Hello, hello.

If you're like me, you also kind of hate it when YouTubers apologize for not creating content.

Whenever I see somebody doing that I'm like, "You don't owe me anything!

I just like when you make stuff!"

Um, so hopefully...

If you're watching this you kind of feel the same way.

Um, so I won't necessarily apologize for it but I will catch you up on why I haven't been

creating content consistently.

Last year, in an effort to...

Mm...

I don't know...

In an effort to make myself accountable, in an effort to give myself something to do every

day, I challenged myself to make at least three videos a week.

My goal was always five videos a week um, but I would cut myself some slack if it was

only three or whatever but at least like weekly content.

Um...

And I even tried to do that by giving myself themes, uh, daily themes, which I really miss.

I really wish that I had the physical stamina to keep a routine like that up because I do

have the creativity to like... create all the time, but I just don't have it physically

in me because of my chronic illnesses to be making all the time, to be creating all the

time, that's the better word.

Um, even now as I speak you can kind of hear my labored breathing.. um..

Ugh!

It sucks but uh, basically what happens is, I have a lot of ideas, I have a lot of things

that I wanna say, I have a lot of things that I want to create, um, but what's been happening

for the most part is that my illness gets in the way now.

Um, and a lot of that has to do with the fact that I'm not generally medicated except for

dire emergency cases, um, I don't really have any treatment minus the fact that I go to

my cousin's pool to do some exercise about once a week.

Um...

And that's it.

And that's all I'm really doing for my pain levels, my hypermobility, my chronic fatigue,

my brain fog, um, so that's not a lot.

And...

Eh..

I'm not doing a great job at managing all of that.

If I were to try and explain what my days look like, there are some days where I can't

really tell you what it looks like aside from me losing the entire day because I slept through it.

Um, there are days when I sleep.. the whole way through, like..

[LAUGHS THRU WORDS] 16 hours of sleep!!

And obviously, that's not by choice, like my eyes roll into the back of my head and

I can't get up, like I'm-- a family member will shake me and I won't wake up.

Um...

And that's not something that used to happen, that's something that's kind of new,

um...

There are days when my pain levels are too high that I can't even sit up so I'm like

flat, Sleeping Beauty status, like I just have to lay in bed because sitting down hurts,

um...

And um, I don't generally like using my wheelchair inside the house, I will if I absolutely have

to but for the most part I like to, you know, keep using my legs even though it hurts, um,

but there are some days when the pain level's too high and I can't even stand up like for

a second without the pain levels being too much.

Um, so on these days, as much as internally I would love to create something, I just don't

have the physical ability to.

Um, I just talked about this a little bit on Twitter but when I..

[CHOKES UP] can't...

Oh God!

Don't get emotional!

[LAUGHS] Girl!

Keep it together!

Um, right, so it-- it sucks.

It's sucky feeling to have so much drive inside of me, so many things that I want to do and

then it literally feels like an elephant is sitting on top of my chest, like I just can't

move out of my bed and I'm just sinking deep into it, particularly this feeling um... when

I, you know, fall into my like sleeping disorder, or whatever it is that is going on there.

[SNIFF]

And I don't really know how to manage that.

Uh...

[SNIFF]

And this is a bad health spell, I've felt better but the summetime has been hard and

there's been a lot of like mental health triggers too, um..

Oh God!

Especially with like the battle for healthcare that's been going on, um, the one year anniversary

of Pulse and the one year anniversary of the um, Sagamihara massacre and all that really

um, triggered my depression.

The isolation has triggered my depersonalization, um, and then also the lack of being able to

create... it's just like a cycle.

It's just like my physical health sucks, I can't create anything, my mental health suffers

and then we start over again.

[LAUGHS]

And it just happens all over again.

Um, it kinda feels like a cycle but it kind stops at mental health, just a restart.

Um...

Mm...

[TSK]

So...

I'm not sure...

If.. you know how some people they think like, 'this year sucks and when New Year c-comes

then things are gonna change and things are gonna get better', um, that's kind of the

way I'm thinking right now.

Like, maybe it's just the summer has been sucky on my mental health and um... triggering

my physical health to not be good either, I don't know how that cycle works, um...

And maybe when fall comes...

I'll see some kind of improvement.

[COUGHS]

Uh...

I hope so!

It's been really tough to kind of figure out what the line is, um, because, I feel like

last year trying to do five videos a day, I...

I was pushing myself so hard, like even on days where I felt bad I would create something...

But in doing so I wasn't always creating work that I was proud of and I felt kind of rushed

into creating something that I knew could be better if I had just taken my time with it.

Um, but having that kind of momentum felt like the only way to get things done um, and

then, you know, I kind of found a mentality like, "You're sick.

You deserve to rest."

um, "And just be sick."

um "Just be in bed, just try and not stress yourself out about what you should be doing

because what you should be doing is trying to get better."

Um...

So I- I don't know if I...

I don't know...

[GROANS]

Hearing myself, I know what the answer is, I know that the key is to find a balance with

accountability and work and then also finding time to let myself be sick, to relax in those

symptoms and not stress myself out about what Ishould be doing.

But that balance is really difficult to find, like I said, I thought that the only answer--

it's like..

I'm- I'm just really struggling with that.

It feels like it has to be one way or another because with chronic illness, I am sick every day!

If you are a non-sick person, a non-chronically ill person, um, then when you get the flu

or a cold, you take the day off work because how are you supposed to work when you, you

know, have a flu, or a fever, or you get severely injured and have to go to the ER?!

Um, right?

How do you-- how do you your best when you're not feeling well?

Um..

But for me that's every day, for me, I'm injured, sick, on a daily basis, particularly the hard

one are when I [CHOKES UP] can't wake up...

[SNIFFLES]

Um...

So when you're sick every day... ha...

How do you decide when to push and when to rest?

Um...

I'm trying to figure that out.

What I can try and say moving forward is that...

I...

You know, I don't have the money, the access, to get professional help regarding my treatment,

um, and so a lot of it's kind of DIY, do-it-yourself, um, and um... so...

If that's what I got, it's what I got and I'm gonna try and figure out...

[SIGH] as best I can, how I can manage all of this.

Mm...

[SNIFFS]

Oh god...

Ahh!

And don't-- ugh!

Don't feel like my life is totally miserable and awful, I mean, that part sucks but I have

a lot to be grateful for, a LOT to be grateful for; not to mention, this roof above my head,

food in the fridge, and people who care a whole lot about me.

I have SO much to be grateful for.

Um.. but I gotta admit that being sick and generally isolated and not having access to

the best treatment possible, or any treatment at all if I'm being honest, um...

It's-- that is hard.

Uh.. and I..

[SNIFFS] there's a part of me that's glad I'm going through it, otherwise, I wouldn't

know how serious that is and how many people are in the same position.

Um...

So... if you're in the same position, you're certainly not alone.

I know that sucks but we're in this together and um, hopefully, we can learn to find a

balance and get our voices out there, and do the work that we want to and need to...

[SIGH]

...for us.

Not necessarily for other people or for capitalism or consumerism but like, because we want to

do it, or because we need to do it to survive, do it for ourselves.

[SIGH]

Okay.. that's it.

Alright, [SIGH] fingers crossed I can get you a new video sooner rather than later and

I will see you eventualy.

Bye.

BEAUTY or CONTROVERSY? | In A Heartbeat Short Film Review - Duration: 17:05.

but like where did the Apple go the short animated film called in a heartbeat

released to YouTube on July 31st 2017 and as a recording this video it has

over 19 million four hundred thousand four thousand nine hundred and twenty

four views and was number 13 on the trending page in a heartbeat is a short

animated story about a young boy who has a crush on another boy and how his heart

wanting now follow the story all the way back when the creator's best David and

Esteban Bravo were looking for funding and at the time they go fully and even

over funded I remember being sad about this story only being a short film and I

did my part in sharing the story at the time because I was and still am a broke

bitch who can't donate and couldn't afford anything I still can't

now when in a heartbeat first came on YouTube I watched it when it had around

twenty four thousand views I was even disappointed at the time because I

didn't get as many views as I hoped it would but boy was I wrong

I forget I'm in a different time zone than most of the active walls anyway

enough of that let's actually talk about the animated masterpiece that this is

now is the animation good do you sweet god it's fucking gorgeous

the score is almost otherworldly and I'm not one to notice music much lighting

color piece design everything and this and this heart is fucking kawaii to the

max oh my god whoa breathe girl breathe I'm sorry this

whole the whole thing is just so beautiful it's just who the character

designs for both boys is simplistic yet totally fitting the ball with black hair

whose name is Jonathan Turner emma is no Wilbur from Meet the Robinsons

whatever god reason you can actually see the love and effort it took to clip this

it's right yeah the one with orange hair named Shumlin has his little antics with

his heart and in the grand scheme of things it can be seen as a metaphor

called everything had and OMG I just realized that not one single world was

spoken throughout this whole thing mastery I kind of praised this animation

quality and storytelling enough it was simply marvelous and gorgeous but now

I've got to be the one to explain why people don't like it oh boy this will be

fun now I just took a peek at the comment

section of the video and I saw a lot of comments about people talking about

homophobic comments I didn't see any myself but I'll take that word for it

retro Nemo a while back posted its own review on the short film and again in

the comments people will complain about homophobic comments again I still to

witness any PS I am loving retro Nemo's videos as a recently anyone else so

without even seeing the comments people are bitching about I kind of have an

idea of what they probably had to say this is wrong things shouldn't be

depicted like this you're ruining the kids guy young guy is gross only a man

and a woman should be together the world is coming to an end

blah blah blah blah now before I say another thing I need you to know my

background on this topic so no one is caught off guard or calls out my bias

which is why I started out the video with the compliment for this short film

I am an African Muslim and if you have no idea why I included the African part

of the statement go look up a map with the places where homosexuality is

illegal yeah Africa is covered red with that bitch

and I feel this map horribly we've got a ton of more places but man I'll let that

go first to those who can't grasp why people are against things like this you

need to understand that in 40% of the globe homosexuality is in fact illegal

whoa that percentile is a lot smaller than I thought it'd be what

to be honest for those who don't agree with those numbers just do the math

people argue between 70 to 80 countries have legalized being gay I will have 106

countries in the world for example any divided by 186 times 100 gives us 40

point 8 1 6 rather you get the idea do the same for the others and you get 35

sets and above this is in the math video let's move on now with just our rough

number in mind imagine how much of the rest of the world will be against the

idea of homosexuality if a whole 40 percent of it says it's illegal and I'm

not even bringing religion into it now again I know what some of you are

thinking but it's natural it should be accepted they're not hurting anybody

it's 2017 yeah it's 2017 but that still doesn't stop it being illegal for women

and Saudi Arabia from driving on the same things are just different in this

places to them or us it's you guys who don't get it just like how you don't get

being illegal is gay over here I don't get how hitting someone is illegal well

y'all from now I know those two comparisons are wildly ludicrous one

being from once trace at a way of life and the other being a physical attack

you need to see the difference in patterns when you are really something

being wrong being known as wrong and condemned for being so you carry out

negatively against it when it's being thrown at you for the love of God I

didn't know what the word lesbian meant until I almost graduated college and I

also didn't know what a condom was till like eleventh grade I'm so innocent now

to some people I am very serious I am very serious this may be their

first time even seeing some guy on guy action and with it being an animation

the probability of likelihood for it being for kids just skyrocketed

now most parents let their kids have free reign when it comes to cartoons cuz

they never expect this sort of thing this sort of topics being addressed in

kids shows I've talked about these before but a lot of parents

boon crushingly afraid of the kids seen this thing I'm being influenced and

turned gay because apparently every damn guy I talked to thinks being gay is our

toys including some of the damn girls but I feel I'm one of the few Muslims

who believe being gay isn't a choice and that people are actually born that way

my reasoning behind it is a little fucked up but I won't tell you what they

are cause I've already dug deep enough grief for me as is man I feel like every

other week I'm making a YouTube career-ending video now people like this

who view in a heartbeat don't see a sweet touching story or an animated work

of fucking art all they see is propaganda a gay one an animation made

by the devil Americans and the insidious Western thinking than ideals made to

brainwash our children to become like them do infidels who stop at nothing to

control us I am dead serious people think and talk like that I remember

listening in to a conversation that was going on around me I believe we were

talking about homosexual men and a bunch of the girls who were of different

religious and cultural backgrounds from me and I swear to god they said that

it's demons and Devils that escaped from hell and possess these men and that's

why they act like this is not of their own doing it's literal demon from hell

that possessed them to do that what the fuck I was floored by that statement

holy shit and again I did not even bring religion into this this is just people's

personal opinions and the kind of all will get to talk with people from all

walks of life and I'm constantly looking to hear other people's opinions on stuff

so I don't remain an ignorant blockhead forever that's why I was able to detect

and understand why there was so much outrage on this topic and why I was able

to explain it to y'all this week we all must understand not everybody is like us

not everybody must think like us I have a shit ton of homophobic friends and

family members a co-worker of mine has stated once in the pile

that he'd kill his own son if he ever came out as gay man Julie is not married

yet he's now saying it for the future and he wasn't joking a ton of my male

friends to have claimed they become violent if a gay guy ever comes near

them that's how freak these people are I

remember there was this one day within my college who always wore bomb shirts I

always had a lot of girls hanging around him he was openly accused of being gay

and my male friends would freak the fuck out whenever he was around and this is

the part of the way I go off-script because my fingers a tender type in the

script but you guys listen this world is big a lot bigger than you can ever

imagine not everyone is gonna be like you never

was going to think like you I personally move that not everybody things like me

and that's okay not everybody accepts homosexuality and in and of itself you

should accept that fact now I'm not going to tell you my own personal stance

on this because I have my own issues regarding it I plan on making a video

about that in the future cuz you guys nagas honest with y'all but people's

environments the religion the personal opinion and the experience is factored

into how they feel about a topic so most of the people in these comment sections

either a ignorant people who have never seen this before and that just reacting

as we humans do to everything negatively they've had experience with it before

and they just don't like it or they're afraid of it and sadly that's what

drives the world is they fear anger ignorance and we need to be the bigger

person in the situation and just ignore it because if I had gone to the comment

section of in a heartbeat and I'd also wonderful comments by people I would

have just made a wonderful video about it but because I was seeing people

confused and angry I had to make this video explaining what is going on and

I'm just me myself further perpetuating this negative story so we all need to

you know that happiness first bodies spread

positivity even if otherwise a staring us in the

face we have to be the first ones to take that step I know it's hard but we

gotta do it an example I need to give is my boyfriend

thank God he isn't homophobic but there are a lot of people where I'm from who

if they do they see they are not against gay people or lessons or whatever but

they don't want them near them that they don't have anything against them they

don't judge their way of life they should go and live their own life but

they shouldn't come near them now that statement is a lot is what a lot of

people who are neutral about the topic see and I don't know if that in and of

itself is right or wrong because I haven't met any homosexual people to see

their stance on it personally I even have to confess that if it wasn't

for my youtube channel I don't know how I'd be towards this subject because I

remember making a youtube video a while back about Steven universe characters

who you did and I like I think you guys think that comedy did in the comments

and I see maybe girls saying they did genius ad and guys saying did Lars and

walking or another maybe buck or sour cream or something like that and I'll be

like wait but you're a guy why are you picking other guys with you're a girl

why are you picking both guys and girls it went over my head I just didn't know

how to process it but I knew I wasn't against these people or their lifestyle

choices I was just confused by it not it was someone else there that maybe

berated those people or whatever I just decided to keep quiet because for most

people when they don't understand something instead of being afraid of it

just keep quiet and watch it and on the schedule ask questions so my boyfriend's

own stance is those people should have gone to the comment section and said all

those stuff if they didn't understand it or if they were against it of the afraid

of it and he personally if he doesn't like something he won't

watch it or you won't go out and seek it and then go and make negative comments

about it and bless his soul for saying that we need more people in the world

like that but I don't know it's just better than being a homophobic monster

region around Beijing like I don't want gay people near me I will kill my son if

they turn gay no and all that all the bullcrap I just I just don't like seeing

people hurt and I know a lot of you guys who watch my videos may also be affected

by it because some of you may also have that preferred lifestyle choices and I

don't like seeing people confused and hearing everyone as monsters so I have

salt explaining this will help you get a better understanding of where it is I

know me probably a lot of the people will hate me for speaking like this and

being dishonest but like my boyfriend says truth is just like grain it doesn't

give a shit who it falls on we just need to understand each other more and you

know stop trolling people but yeah I think I'll end this video here again in

a heartbeat was beautiful it was amazing it was fantastic it was does gorgeous to

watch to witness a huge praises to the people behind it they're so talented

they're so amazing I hope they go far with this type of thing I wasn't nothing

but the best oh that's right I almost forgot to

mention legend of the first to cry warrior a short film from the Golden

Apple universe this was an animated the short thing that was asked of me to

review that I wasn't able to review a long time ago I saw this at the exact

same time as in a heartbeat they're also looking for funding oh god I remember

someone asked me to reviewed on my channel but well there are Ramadan and I

was so busy I wasn't able to do it at all

guys this show is amazing it's so good you also need to check it out any

support but I think they've passed their deadline which

socks I felt so bad for not being able to spread awareness for this but just

talking about it now I just needed to get that off my chest I don't know the

world to know that this thing is also out there and it's so good I love

stories I also talk about other people's cultures and stories and myth it's just

amazing you guys need to check it out and yeah this video became a downer

really fast I should have scripted it till the end but anyway thinks your

virus is so much for clicking to watch for understanding for being here share

this video to anybody who needs to share it I probably want me to any of the

videos I mentioned in this video because I am just lazy also sorry to anybody who

may be offended by my terminologies I explained this in a past TVT talks where

I said these words I use may be kudos to you guys but they're just normal words

to us I'm sorry but I'll still use them yeah yeah I'm gonna end the video here

and as always thanks is another ways thank you so much for clicking to watch

The Rosary - How to pray the holy rosary without getting bored - Duration: 3:54.

Did you ever get bored praying the rosary?

ME TOO!

Now I know you'll say that your guardian angel will finish the rosary for you but

how about some tips and tricks to help you no longer fall asleep in the middle of that prayer?

and comment below with any questions

that you have about being a disciple of Jesus Christ rosaries it's one of those

The ROSARY, it's one of those things we

kind of all have grown up and most of us have done before but I

think a lot of us struggle with frankly getting bored while praying the rosary

Either we don't know what to do or we know what to do but it just isn't

fulfilling for us

Or it just doesn't engage us.

So for anyone who doesn't know,

Rosary is a prayer that we say. It's broke up into these beads right.

It starts with that with the sign of the Cross, we say the Apostles Creed, then we

go ahead and say an our Father on this bead, and then we'll say three Hail Marys

and then we get into the decades where we say one our Father for ten Hail Marys

one our Father ten Hail Marys you go all the way through here's what I do when it

Here's what I do when it comes to the Rosary.

I call it my missionary rosary. so what the missionary

So what the missionary rosary is all about, is giving you missionary intention when you're praying the Rosary.

I think a lot of times we try to enter into this deep contemplative prayer,

and that's good if you can do that that's what it's all about, but some

of us need that kind of missionary intensity or intentionality or just that

energy to pray.

As disciples we are called to go out and pray for other people.

So the missionary rosary is a great way to do that it just always

varies but there's always a category of someone that I'm praying for and that

kind of helps me to keep my attention because it's no longer about me it's

about somebody else and so what I'm starting off I'll say the Apostles Creed

for the first Our father I'll say and our Father for the Pope then the next

one I'm going to say for an increase of the virtue of faith. Lord give me faith

give my family faith, give my friends faith, to believe more deeply in you.

And then for the second one I'm going to pray for hope

God I need hope I'm struggling right now I could really use your help

Lord give me hope. For the third one I pray for an increase of love. Lord give

me love. Help me to love my neighbors but also help me to love my enemies.

Lord help me to love myself as you love me. Then we do the glory be to the Father

and then we're into the decades and for each decade I break it up into different

categories so the first decade is for my wife and for every Hail Mary I'm praying

Lord give Natalie strength. Lord give Natalie courage. Lord keep Natalie

growing closer to you lord help Natalie do more laundry

YOU KNOW WHAT I'M SAYING? LOL

And then for the next decade I'll go ahead and pray for my kids and because I

have five kids I do 2 Hail Marys for each every one of them. And then maybe break it

up by coworkers, by friends and so on and so forth. You could do the same thing

you can pray for your family on the first one, your friends for the second

one for the homeless people or people that need your help that you might not

know. You can just kind of keep going and going and when you bring that missionary

zeal to your rosary it kind of changes the feeling of praying the rosary and I

would also recommend save a decade for yourself. Ask God for his help in your

life wherever you need it. The rosary is a powerful prayer and the more we get

into it, the more God is going to reveal himself to us and bless us and show us

how we can live life abundantly. PEACE!

Lord help her to do the laundry more

You know what I'm saying?????!
