hey everyone so you might be looking at my title or my thumbnail and thinking Ella
didn't you film a morning routine literally like two weeks ago
and I did but today's one is going to be completely different because I'm doing
my healthy morning routine I personally love watching these types of videos so I
really hope you guys enjoy this one if you do make sure to give a thumbs up and
subscribe to my channel and let's just get into it. The first things I like to
do to start my day off right is wake up early I find if I sleep in then I
actually feel groggyer. I think it is a fact that if you oversleep then you can
potentially feel more tired but I just find that it puts me in a better mood I
feel more productive because I started to blow up earlier and I can accomplish
more with my day if you guys watch my last morning routine that I did recently
then you would know that I'm kind of obsessed with my google home that I got recently
and it has this really cool feature where allows you to set the time that you want
your light to turn on so I always set it to the same time as when my alarm goes
off so then I wake up with my lights on and I feel like just wake me up so much
easier one of the reasons that I love mornings is because my dogs give me the
best reaction they aren't like they haven't seen you in weeks which is
really weird because like they've literally just not seen me overnight but
they just run up to me and give me the best cuddles which makes me so happy
lately I'd be having advocado on toast everyday for my breakfast but we didn't
actually have any avocados in the house on this particular day
so instead I had porridge. I used to eat porridge for breakfast all the time and
I completely forgot how good it is actually fills you up so well and you
can put all sorts of toppings on it but what I like to do is add some honey and
peanut butter which might sound like the weirdest combination but I promise it
tastes really good I also love having a tea in the morning although I usually
have herbal teas but we didn't have any in the house on that particular day I
usually have green tea and morocan mint which is so good but I do also love
having an English breakfast or Yorkshire T which is what I'm having in this video
the weather has been so nice here in Sydney lately it honestly doesn't even
feel like winter so when it's a really nice day I love sitting outside and just
chilling with my dogs while I eat my breakfast they were honestly so cute
when I was filming this I like cuddling up to me but I think it's because I had
to so I think they were like trying to get the food off of me but they were so
cute I liked a good time in the morning just to catch up on my social medias and
watch YouTube videos and stuff and when I have my dogs cuddling me I feel like I
can just sit there forever also I like to plan my day
this time I just feel like my mind is so much clearer when I've written down all
of the things I need to do on a piece of paper on this particular day didn't look
like I had a lot to do no promise usually I write all sorts of random
stuff on there and then make my way back upstairs and get ready for the gym and
what I do at the gym is different every single time because honestly I get
really bored really easily so I like to change things up quite a lot
I do types both on either one or two muscles each session at the gym so for
this video I thought I throw a bunch of different things that I like to do at
the gym together and share if you guys and please don't judge me because I'm
not like an expert or like an athlete or anything like that I just do what I
learn on YouTube really
after the gym I head back home and hop on my new scales that I recently got
they are so cool it's called the body analyzer and I really love it because it
doesn't just measure my way it also measures my voice fat percentage my
water weight percentage and my muscle percentage which is so interesting and
useful for me I personally don't track my weight but I do find all of the other
features on this go so interesting and they really helped me achieve my goals
so my goal is definitely to put on muscle to help me tone up and just
become stronger so I find it really interesting to see if I changing muscle
and another part from gaining muscle is that it actually speeds up your
metabolism which is always great you might be wondering how the body analyzer
manages to track your body fat percentage and water percentage but
basically you uses a measurement known as the bioelectrical independence
analysis so this means that my new current is sent through your body by of
the in your legs and that helps identify all of these percentages I just think
that this body analyzer is really going to keep me on track of my progress at
the gym and just help me out my fitness journey so if any of you guys are

sick the last week with gastric and I have been dosing off on these to make
sure that I don't get sick and I just a little bit sick the other day but I
think I've got over it so I'm going to say that thanks for the multivitamin by
this point in the morning I definitely want to have
showers so I just wash my body and do all of that type of stuff and I've also
been really trying to work on my skincare routine lately I used to not be
that consistent with it not going to lie but I'm actually being really good with
it at the moment so I've been using a cleanser and
moisturizer by good things that I really like it because it contains manuka honey
and manuka honey is like one of my favorite ingredients in skin care
because just really helps heal your skin if you have any breakout of young new
scarring new honey has some anti-inflammatory properties I think
that's word for it but it just really helps it out take away a lot of redness
and just really helps heal your skin lately I've been using my Clarence
radiance plus golden glow through stuff and I just add this into my and
moisturizer so I think you add like two or three drops mix it in your hand and
then apply it to your face and it has a bit of a funny smell but it gives you in
the nicest glow and can adjust the belt throughout the day I use this for two
days in a row and like I had self-tanner on my face so I definitely recommend
like blending it down but it doesn't go Orange II thought it just gives you a
really nice healthy look looks like you've been in the Sun and lately I just
haven't been bothered to fake tan so this has been my like little
lifesaver like I said earlier I've been really getting into skincare so I've
been mothering my body in there oh gee at 50 knows how to pay and it's the
ultra moisture extra creamy coconut oil miracle lotion and all my god it smells
amazing so so good so I've been putting this always my body and it makes it feel
so soft I'd also like to spray my hair with my
palm of coconut oil drive oil mist and it just really helps your hair feel
hydrated and also gives it a really nice Sheen to it and has like a really nice
coconut smell as well so this is great to making your hair look healthy after
that I just made my bad I feel like having a tidy room is so great for the
line and then finally I get ready for the day so that is going to be it for my
