- Hi everybody!

This is Union Square, farmer's market in New York City.

Today's recipe is Gang-doenjang

which is thick soybean paste stew.

To enjoy Gang-doenjang I gotta find really fresh vegetables.

So today's Saturday, they open, I just came here.

Once I pick it up and I'll go home fast

and make this delicious Gang-doenjang.

Let's go shopping!

(happy upbeat music)

I'm home and I washed these vegetables.

Isn't it pretty?

Now I'm going to put it here

and then let's make Gang-doenjang.

Gang-doenjang is thick soybean paste stew.

You know Doenjang-jjigae?

Doenjang-jjigae is Korean fermented

soybean paste stew in English

but this is a thick which means a little saltier,

it's like a dipping sauce but hot and sizzling.

So today we're gonna add some protein to make broth tasty.

This one is all together eight ounces.

Eight ounce ground beef or eight ounce seafood

or just like me today,

eight ounce of mixture of beef and seafood.

If you are vegetarian, use vegetables:

dried kelp, mushrooms.

This is my earthenware pot, six cups.

If you don't have earthenware pot use just any pan

or any pot.

So I will just heat it up.

I need to mince this garlic.

Four cloves of garlic.

Four ounces clam.

It's just frozen and I thawed out in the fridge.

Just cut it up.

And this is also I froze and thawed out.

And two teaspoons vegetable oil, beef, and clam

and garlic, then stir.

The reason I keep stirring this

is to make really delicious stock.

This stew is very thick and salty

so that's why you can use it as a dipping sauce.

Keep stirring until the beef is no longer pink.

While this is boiling I'm just cutting,

this peeled potato, potato will make this stew thick.

Just make it small, cut into small pieces.

And then onion, onion also cut into small pieces.

Let's see, now it has lots of water coming out.

Wow, looks so good!

One cup, around 1-1/2 cup is good.

And onion, onion also one, 1-1/2 cup.

One large onion.

We need also green chili pepper.

I always use all seeds

but sometimes you see brown seeds

so you can take off like this.

And chop it up.

Just a little bit of zucchini.

It'll be so delicious.

See potato? Potato is a little translucent.

I stirred about five minutes.

Now add one cup water.

And let's add doenjang.

Done-ang half a cup.

This is half cup, a lot.

A little stir.

And cover.

10 minutes, cook over medium-high heat.

So, around three minutes I boil this. Now it's really bubbling.

Today I just bought this also, squash flower, really pretty.

This is in Korean "Hobak-kkot)

I'm going to put this in the last minute

and green onion too.

Stir this.

Mix this all with soybean paste.

Whenever I go to a farmer's market

I'm always excited.

So fresh vegetables and flowers, it puts me in a good mood.

Nice, now I gotta make it evaporate some more,

to make it thick.

I will turn up the heat to high heat.

While you keep stirring this,

starch from potato comes out and also it's squished

so that it's going to be thicker.

Smells really, really good!

It should be delicious, yeah?

Because we added some beef and clams here.

So it should be delicious and we added all these vegetables.

But we just added only one cup of water.

Now this thickness is good.

Let's chop some green onions.

I just washed this, I like to add some flower.

Gorgeous!

Turn off.

Vegetables are here and rice.

Green lettuce, red lettuce, rice here

See, this is kind of a ssamjang,

but hot stew, thick stew, pouch.

A little sweet, salty, savory, really delicious.

hey guys it's Ian K for peep this out back again with another one for ya this time

returning a BK to take a look at their latest in their line of premium king

burgers and as you can tell by this newest version I think you better dust

off your cowboy boots before heading out to give this one a shot that's right

guys the rodeo king is the newest king here at BK and this one sure looks to

bring a little western flair to the meaty cheesy goodness that these king

burgers do very well to begin with so let's see if this one can carry that

flavor torch of the king burgers from the past guys but like always before I

take that first bite to give you my thoughts like I always do let's get

right up on it first for that closer look let's peep this out

well it's not my first rodeo here at BK but it's absolutely my first rodeo king have a

look at the latest in the premium line of king sandwiches here at BK guys let's

pop the top on the sesame seed bun see what we've got inside plenty of barbecue

sauce we've got 6 crispy onion rings here to cover the whole top of it we've

got generous portions of bacon I should say as well guys there was bacon just

falling all over this here right now looks about 2 to 3 slices of

American cheese following that and of course we've got the new recipe whopper

patties two 1/4 lb. patties here lots of cheesy goodness separating in

here guys flame-grilled goodness from BK that we all know in plenty plenty of

meat to go with it and of course the very bottom of the bun to finish it off

but guys a very very cool western themed version of the king line of burgers here

at BK with plenty of onion rings plenty of barbecue sauce and lots of goodness

here let's give this one a shot it is the rodeo king here at BK let's peep out

this flavor man this is a really large bacon cheeseburger with plenty of beefy

aroma to go with it how great does this look to you right now

well I think it looks pretty great actually it's the rodeo king here at BK

well guys that was a very dense first bite filled with plenty of flame grilled

beefiness that BK is known for guys they're using the brand new whopper

patties over here at BK which has a little bit of saltiness to it they're

the shape of the patty is just a little bit off-circle compared to what you may

be used to but the flavor is still there it's definitely poppin' the crispness of

those onion rings instantly guys I mean there's 6 onion rings on this that was

my first bite I got a nice chunk of those as well the light sweetness for

the barbecue sauce and plenty of bacon and cheesy goodness to

go with it guys it's just very hearty very dense and that's pretty much the

signature but I think these King sandwiches are over here at BK very very

thick very hearty very satisfying pretty solid so far got to be honest I'm only

like two or so bites in and I'm already feeling just a little full guys it is a

very packed burger on the inside here as you can tell they've got a lot going on

and all the beefy goodness is the showcase on this one on top of the onion

rings really the classic flavors of BK that you already know just done very

well with a lot of it this is definitely a big burger and it should easily

satisfy you now if you're thinking you've heard the rodeo name here at BK

before you would definitely be right guys this is really just a bigger

version of that regular rodeo burger that they have every so often but it's

just done on a much bigger scale with a lot more stuff to go with it here guys

naturally if you're using the whopper bun you're gonna get something that's

gonna cover completely on the inside and fortunately the new homestyle recipe for

those whopper patties of the beef fit it very well and you've got all the

goodness that I think that regular rodeo burger had just on steroids guys I mean

look at the size of this thing compared to my hand right now this thing is

freakin huge and I'm cool with that because who doesn't love a large tasty

bacon cheeseburger one more shot of this appetite destroyer from the inside guys

it really does carry that flavor torch with pride and it really is a nice

addition to the king line of burgers if not a major upgrade from the regular

rodeo burger from before it sure is pretty tasty with some crispy bacon and

a lightly sweetened barbecue sauce but what do you guys think do you think this

rodeo king is worthy of the king name - you drop some comments down below

and definitely let me know and as for my overall rating I'm gonna have to give

the rodeo king here at BK a very well earned

9 out of 10 it's the classic BK

flavors that you already know with a slight upgrade to the flavor in the meat

department thanks to the new recipe for those Whopper patties but guys it's super

dense it's got a lot of cheese a lot of bacon a lot of onion rings and just

overall just a lot of everything on top of a pretty nice barbecue sauce as well

and like you heard me say earlier I think this one can definitely destroy

your appetite so give this one a shot I think you'll really enjoy it and those

Europa League draw: Arsenal and Everton set for tricky group stage matches - Duration: 0:51.

ARSENAL face a tricky Europa League group stage with ties against Cologne and Red Star Belgrade as Arsene Wenger's side play in Europe's second-tier competition for the first time since 1997. The Gunners, who were also given a difficult assignment in Belarus against Bate Borisov in Friday's draw, are playing in the Europa League after they finished fifth in the Premier League last season. Another European giant, AC Milan, have an easier passage with ties against Austria Vienna, AEK Athens and Rijeka of Croatia.

Wayne Rooney's Everton will have a stern test in a group containing French club Lyon, whose Groupama Stadium will host the final on May 16. Italian side Atalanta and Cypriot minnows Apollon Limassol round out Everton's group. Everton manager Ronald Koeman said: "It's a strong group, all in a good part of Europe. Easy to travel. Tough but it's tough for everybody." Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas said he was glad to have been paired with "footballing nations". "Everton and Atalanta are good teams in good leagues and we will also have to go to Limassol which hasn't been successful for us in the past," he said.

French club Nice, who have strengthened their star-studded squad with the addition of Dutch veteran Wesley Sneijder this summer, drew a big-name Italian opponent in the shape of Lazio. Nice also face early Dutch league leaders Vitesse Arnhem and Zulte Waregem of Belgium. Paul Pogba of last season's winners Manchester United was voted the best player of the 2016-2017 competition and received the trophy in a pre-recorded video message shown at the draw in Monaco.
