PPSh is 100% Thea The Magazine says you can get away with a lot of gunfights
because you have so much ammo you rarely have to reload you can just go you know

extended mag I'm even that fast mag really so the magazine aspect of the
weapon kind of lacking in that department we only have 30 in the clip
and Von D is hacking me again man what is this leader leg wait it out bait it

they're lagging me they're hacking me Von D's playing with my soul and now

kills like get what the KD is at each half and just
the general gameplay and see if the change of the weapon swings the gameplay
in any noticeable large way so PPSh around 1/2 1 of this combine TDM where
you got some grounds to cover I got some kills to get cuz that xmc absolutely ooh
you know it's a nice little start all right there we go

Why?
Why are you scared?
Well, sometimes it's because suddenly the attention is on you and you have to respond.
Right?
So, my name is Rebecca, and in this lesson I'll show you how to solve that problem very easily.
Now, of course, there are all kinds of questions in English, but in this lesson we'll focus
on questions with the verb "to be" in the past, present, and future.
Why only the verb "to be"?
Because the verb "to be" is a very common verb in English, and lots of questions are
asked to you using this verb.
Now, because people ask you a lot of questions, in this lesson I'm only going to focus on
questions that people ask you, so you know exactly how to answer.
These are not how to answer questions about him, or her, or us, or them.
Okay?
Only about you.
All right?
So by the end of this lesson you will know how to answer these questions, and feel much
more confident and comfortable.
Okay?
Let's get started.
So, first of all, the thing to remember that in English when somebody asks you a question,
especially when it's a yes or no question, you don't usually just say: "Yes." or: "No."
because it sounds a little too short, and could be a little rude, could sound nervous,
could sound angry.
So usually we say a little bit more.
Why?
Just because then it sounds a little bit more like a sentence.
And these...
This little bit more are...
This is called short answers.
Okay?
That's what we'll learn now.
So, for example, the question will start something like this: "Are you something?" and we're
going to practice many times so you get it, and your answers...
The options are: "Yes, I am." or: "No, I'm not."
Okay?
This and this, these are called short answers with the verb "to be".
"Yes, I am.", "No, I'm not."
Okay?
This is, of course, contracted a little bit, but don't analyze it.
Okay?
Just repeat it after me so that it comes out of your mouth very easily.
So, now I'm going to ask you some questions about you, and wherever you are, I want you to answer.
If you're in a library, say it quietly.

And last: Are you attending any meetings this week?
Even if you're not, just pretend.
Give me an answer.
"Yes, I am.", "No, I'm not."

So, in the present tense these are the only two options you have, these are the only two
things you have to learn: "Yes, I am.", "No, I'm not."
Next we'll look at how to answer these questions in the past.
So, in the past our question will be: "Were you something?"
Okay?
And the answer will be: "Yes, I was." or: "No, I wasn't."
Say it after me: "Yes, I was.", "No, I wasn't."
Okay?
So, let's look at some imaginary questions.
These are general, these are to do with the academic world, and this has to do with work
or at your job. Okay?
So: Were you busy yesterday?
So you could say: "Yes, I was." or: "No, I wasn't."
Were you in London last year?
You could say: "Yes, I was."
Maybe you were.
Or: "No, I wasn't."
Okay, next: Were you ready for your last English test?
I hope you're saying: "Yes, I was because I watched engVid."
Or: "No, I wasn't. I have to watch more engVid."

Or: Were you doing your homework when I called?
Okay?
"Yes, I was." or: "No, I wasn't."
All right.
Now: Were you on the phone?

So you see how it's building, right?
How it changes, of course it changes because first we talked about the present tense.

And last we're going to talk about the future tense.
So, in the future our question is: "Will you be something?"

Again, don't analyze it.
Just accept and remember that the positive answer is: "Yes, I will.", negative answer:

The whole point of the short answers is that you don't have to repeat the whole question.

So, when we said: "Yes, I will" it means:
"Yes, I will be applying for the job",
but we don't have to say the whole thing. Okay?
So by giving these short answers, they're like shortcuts that make it much easier for
you to answer.
So, are you feeling better now?

Are you feeling less nervous?
I hope you're saying: "Yes, I am."
Okay?

Hi, I'm Dr. Kelsey with Premier Chiropractic.
I am here to talk to you today about hip flexors, pain and tightness.
The hip flexor has 3 muscles that attach to the thigh and they pull your leg and they
also attach to your Lumbar spine.
Their main action is pulling up the leg.
It is a common injury in runners, also with people that sit in desks all day because the
muscle is shortened.
When you sit like this for 8 hours and stand up, it lengthens and is aggravated because
it is not used to being lengthened like this.
With runners too, the repetitive motion of bringing your leg up higher than you normally
do with walking, it aggravates it as well.
With sitting all day, your glute muscles are stretched out and they become weaker.
So, I am going to talk to you today about how to stretch the hip flexor's and about
how to strengthen the glute muscles to help try to alleviate some pain that you have.
We are going to start with stretches, first.
So, Iam going to show you some static stretches with Dr. Becky here.
It is important that if you are going to go for a run to do dynamic stretches before a
run and you can do static stretches after or if you have been sitting in a desk all
day, static stretches will be ok.
The first one is kneeling hip flexor stretch.
Where you just, lean forward and stretch.You start out in kind of a lunge.
You lean forward until you start to feel.
If you are feeling a little bit of stretch but you need a little bit more, you can lean
into a different angle because of the 3 different muscles.
Do you feel the difference?
Yep.
And then you can also move it in.
So moving that back leg in and out can affect which muscle you are stretching.
You can also use a foam roller.
IF you are a runner, it is vital that you have one of these.
They are great for IT bands too which runners will notice a lot.
You can use it on the hip flexor as well.
And then lastly, we are going to show you some exercises to help strengthen the glute
muscles to help counter the shorten, strengthened hip flexor.
We are first going to start with the fire hydrant.
This is a good one for activating the glute muscles.
You want to make sure your hands are under your shoulders and your knees are under your
hips.
Dr. Becky will show you by lifting that knee up to 90 and then going back down.
Yep.
And then you do 15 on one side and then you do 15 on the other side.
It is not unlikely to feel the burn on the side you are not using just because it is
helping by doing the stabilizing which is what glute muscles are great at stabilizing
the pelvis.
And then lastly, we are going to show you, the bridge.
It is important to keep your heels under your knees, and then bridge up. and then you want
to make sure you are making a complete, flat bridge.
And then you hold it for a couple seconds and then you go down.
You are tightening the gluts as you go up.
You are tightening the glutes.
You want to make sure that you feel the tightness.
You do this about 20 reps as well.
And hold at the top for a few seconds?You hold at the top for a few seconds.
When you are really contracting those muscles.
And then, lastly.
I am going to have Dr. Becky stand.
We are going to use a theraband, which we have at our office.
We hand out to our patients.
We tie it in a circle and we put it around our ankles.
We are going to do a monster walk.
Basically you can do it laterally, as she will show you where you just go side to side.
And this is good for the IT band and the tensor fascia latta or TFL.
Then if you do it diagonally, where you walk forward a little bit, perfect.
And then you can also walk backward.
You can definitely feel it work two different areas as I am doing it.
Yep, the angle one will focus on the glute muscles and the side to side on will on your TFL
So now you have some stretches and exercises to do if you are having some hip flexor pain
and tightness.
It is important to know if you are having hip flexor pain and tightness that has been
going on for a long time, to realize that when it is really tight, it pulls it forward
and then you have this increased curve or Lordosis in your low back.
If that is going on, what happens is the low back isn't moving as it should and the alignment
can be off.
Chiropractic care is a great method of addressing this and putting some proper movement and
alignment into your low back if that might be what you need.
