Tik Tik Tik - Official Tamil Trailer | Jayam Ravi, Nivetha Pethuraj | D.Imman | Shakti Soundar Rajan - Duration: 2:19.At around 11:30 PM last night, in the Tsunami relief zone at Ennore...
...with a blinding flash, an asteroid crashed.
As per our calculations, another asteroid will strike us in seven days.
The asteroid which struck two days ago, is eight square feet.
This one, is 60 square kilometres.
It will change India's very topography.
We'll need a 200 kiloton nuclear missile to destroy it.
The missile is in a secured vault within that space station.
If we can't even negotiate with them, what are our alternatives, Chief?
There is only one way.
He is a trained magician and an escape artist.
He can infiltrate any location.
He can escape any situation.
If we fail in this attempt...
...forty million lives will be lost.
Dad...
Ravi! Don't be afraid!
There is nowhere to escape!
Swathi!
We have to win!
Tell me!

Rollcage!, RollGolf 2.0 #6 - Duration: 6:41.Hey folks, great you're watching again!
Today we're proceeding with the RollGolf
No RollGolf without a rollcage
What did I do?
I've measured the car
Draw it
Made production drawings
Tubes bended
And we're going to weld those on it today!
No waffling but welding!
Let's see if the car fits in there
He sensored all dimensions on drawing..
Lucky enough I've ordered these tubes with an overlength!
This is a good advice
If you want to weld anything onto a thin plate;
Make a double plate, so it won't tear off
Here I start with my frame and fit the rollcage on that
It's starting to look like something
In fact I bend those tubes by hand as you can see
See!
You can see some triangles
Those prevent the rollcage from bending
when the car is upside down
It's not that handy with getting in and out
But yeah..
if that rollcage is bended around your face..
Then it's hard to get out, you see?
Let's see if it will tear off
That's doesn't come off that easy.. lucky enough
Pity it's getting dark so early
and my welding gas is blown away by the wind
But for the rest I'm not unsatisfied
Rollcage is almost finished
In the front it's welded to the bumper
Overhere we have a nice frame
attached to the body
Here a few strong members
One to the roof
One from here to strut mount
Only here..
That's not connected yet
That's because I want to adjust this shape
And that's hard because it's allready attached to the car
So I'm going to cut it here
In the tube bender
Bend it
And put it back on
To protect the taillight
Oh no! He cuts an entire part off the new RollGolf!
The ground gets pretty close there
I hope I don't damage my unique boot lid
The rollcage is finished!
It's painted
But the rest of the car also need some paint
I think some of you have nice ideas for that
And therefore I have;
A RollGolf coloring page!
Should it be like this...
or like that?
You can download it
See the link in the description
and I would say; start coloring!
Make something nice of it
Once finished;
Scan it
Post it on my Facebook
Send it by mail
and what colors we like best;
I'm going to paint this car
Nice! You can determine the color of the new RollGolf!
If you are a talented drawer
You can also draw the RollGolf yourself and color it
Hey folks, thanks for watching!
Don't forget to subscribe!
Then you're staying updated
about the latest developments on this RollGolf
And you won't miss out the testdrive
Which I have planned for this year
Thanks for watching, see you next time!

YANISS ODUA - REFUGEE (CLIP OFFICIEL) - Duration: 6:03.Since the Sudan, I crossed Libya
Italy, Ventimiglia and I finally arrived in France
I stayed in Damascus, with the war, for a year, a year and a half
Until now I slept in the street
If there is someone in the subway who gives the impression that we are disturbing
it's just... 1 person
it's not France, it's not the French
I would like to return to Syria
when things have calmed down
We could not move or study
The first thing for me is to learn french
work and continue my studies
I still have hope
that it is the love that remains, not the war
To leave everything, to let go, who would like to become Refugee ?
At the gates of our cities,
who takes the time to listen to Refugees ?
If tomorrow comes the war,
we can become Refugees...
What will become of these men ?
I grew up on the banks of the Tigris
and in the suburbs of Mosul
In my room some books,
a poster of Massoud
Tonight walls vibrate under missile fire
We try to survive because living is impossible
My children do not dare to sleep anymore,
they want me to reassure them
How to tell them that I am afraid too
My wife tells me that we have to leave,
that to stay there is not sure
We are still at the mercy of the smugglers
There's only money to make us leave the city
Because Daesh has put mines
which make thousands of victims
So I put my savings to pay the passage
Too bad if you have to let go, take no luggage
I envy these spared lands
that do not know the storm
And even if, in the eyes of some,
I only feel rage...
To leave everything, to let go, who would like to become Refugee ?
At the gates of our cities,
who takes the time to listen to Refugees ?
If tomorrow comes the war,
we can become Refugees...
What will become of these men ?
Me, I grew up in this landscape
where the sun burns the horizon
Between Chad and Sudan and the Sahel
Forced to leave my village, my family, my house
On me the weight of a message
Battles in battle,
I remember lootings
Clan Wars, tensions
It's been days that we walk,
I'm sleepy, I'm sleepy
I was told about slavery,
illegal detainees
Sinking boats,
but I try, but I try...
Hey Mama,
I left for you because my destiny is waiting for me there
Do not turn around, look forward, believe me
I wonder if I'll get through it alive,
and often, often,
I think it's worse elsewhere,
and all the time, all the time,
I dream of a better future,
in Sudan, Sudan
I think back to the land of my ancestors,
and suddenly, suddenly
I'm afraid of having to say goodbye...
I'm afraid of having to say goodbye ...
To leave everything, to let go, who would like to become Refugee ?
At the gates of our cities,
who takes the time to listen to Refugees ?
If tomorrow comes the war,
we can become Refugees...
What will become of these men ?
They crossed the land, the desert and the sea
But you think they want to make war on you
But you lose your bearings, your humanity
You repeat at the top of the banalities
You have to stop, you're going into the darkness
You're all alone in your bubble of insecurity
You tell us that France is fraternity
It's the welcome, it's the chance and it's the equality
You are posing as a model of modernity
But accuses for offense of solidarity
Woy I hurt ...
When I see these people sleeping outside...
To leave everything, to let go, who would like to become Refugee ?
At the gates of our cities,
who takes the time to listen to Refugees ?
If tomorrow comes the war,
we can become Refugees...
What will become of these men ?Que deviendront ces hommes ?

The Best Way To Climb In A Group | Ask GCN Anything About Cycling - Duration: 12:39.- I can't believe it's here yet again,
it's another edition of Ask GCN Anything,
where you ask us an incitely amount of questions
and we do our very best to answer them.
Now first up is this question Brenton Pobje,
apologies if I got surname pronunciation a bit wrong there,
who ask we have a great group ride once a week,
we don't drop anybody and we try and stay as a group,
but when it comes to hills and events,
fondo's and charity rides,
we break up and stay separate for the rest of the ride.
What is the secret to riding as a group uphills?
Well Hi Brenton, thanks very much for getting in contact.
As you well know,
as soon as the road starts to tilt upwards,
that's when physics really does come onto play
because the heavier riders have to produce more power
to ride the same speed as the lighter riders
and as the gradients gets even steeper,
basically the different fitness level from within the group
is severely highlighted.
What I would suggest and the only real solution
is to come to an agreement as a group of riders
that you will wait at the top of the climbs.
So it could literally be that at the top of the climb
you pull over to the side of the road
and wait for the last person to ever come across
before regrouping and riding off,
which is fine in the warm weather,
not so good when it's cold
because the last thing you want to do
is hang around at the top of a hill
or alternatively we could drift over the top of the climb
and then knock off the pace a little bit
as you go down the other side
and literally wait for the last person to catch up.
That's pretty easy to do and you also keep moving.
It's purely up to you but the main factor here is
you pre-agree before the ride or the sportif
what your going to do
and basically stick to it as a group of friends.
Now, It's well basically simple etiquette
and we look at etiquette
in sportif Angro and Fundos here, take a look.
- It's important and very advisable
that you don't overlap the wheel in front of you.
- People won't mind you sitting behind them
just as long as at least occasionally
you do come to the front and do your own work.
- Take for example the approach to a feed zone,
what you don't want to do
is suddenly veer across the road
without paying attention to whats behind you.
- Next up is this question from Brian Fitzgerald,
hi guys, what are the models of bike computers
that is used in the pro peloton?
It would be great to know the range.
Now Brian thanks very much firstly for getting in contact.
Garmin of course, one of most famous brands.
They've been around for a long time
and one of the first brands to actually
have a head unit that registered power
and all the other metrics.
There's a couple of other brands that are out there as well
that are growing in popularity.
Pioneer, they have a head unit
to go with their power metre as well,
as do Stages and of course there's one of the pioneers,
if you don't mind me saying in terms of power metres
and that was SRM, the German company.
So generally speaking if you've got an SRM head unit
you'll also have an SRM power metre as well.
Now all of these different brands
will show a variety of different metrics,
they'll have different functionality
and again are available to the general public
at different sorts of price points
but for me the most interesting thing in the pro peloton
is how the riders use their head units
and what kind of data they prefer to look at
on a day to day basis depending on the race.
Now I asked this very question
midway through last year's Giro d'Italia
and got some very interesting answers.
- Speed, distance, average power, and time.
- Coming into third wig
I don't even want to look at it at all
just because you know 370 watts an hour
just hurts like crazy.
- It's time now for the rapid-fire round,
count me in Patrick.
Here we go, first up is this from Louis Stevens.
I'm looking to buy a new bike
and really fancy a bike with a disc
but also with electronic gears.
I don't think my budget will stretch for both.
What would I'd best be doing, getting a bike with discs
and upgrading later to electronic gears.
Definitely get a bike with the discs first.
More and more bikes are coming
equipped with discs as standard
but just make sure that the frame
has an option to route the cables internally.
That's the key thing but definitely disc first
and then when you save a little bit of cash
get the electronics later.
Next up is this from Katie Reilly. Hi GCN,
I love the channel, I do a lot of track.
My local track is outdoors. We all sit on the grass
which can be very soft and muddy.
In between the track and grass is gravel,
both the mud and gravel get stuck in the cleats
which can be a nightmare getting them off.
Is there anything I can do to make changing cleats easier?
Katie, you've sent this in a couple of times
so that's why I put it in the show this week.
Best thing to do, nice and simple,
is carry a spare pair of trainers with you
and just swap around.
So don't walk around in your cycling shoes
especially in and off the track.
Get a pair of flip-flops, pair of trainers,
and Bob's your uncle
your cleats will then be free of grass and grit.
Next up is this from Thierry Draper,
with a cold snap starting can you please advise
on the best overlapping copped, cuff technique, sorry,
glove over sleeve or sleeve over glove.
Either way I would try, either way I try, sorry,
the wind still seems to get in.
That's a very good question
especially as we head into the winter month
as you point out Thierry.
I would always go
for the cuffs over the cuffs of your jackets
because that generally the way the wind comes.
If you have the cuffs the other way around
like over the glove, the winds going to go in that way
and that since the years dots basically
is the way I've always worn gloves in the winter.
Next up is this from John Vogel, hi GCN,
should you always replace your helmet
after hitting your head in a crash.
I got hit by a car
and landed squarely on the top of my head,
the exterior of the helmet looks fine
and interior is not obviously cracked, thanks.
John I would change it.
I would go,
I would stick with the advice of the helmet manufacturers,
if you have a heavy fall
I would replace the helmet
because you might not be able to see
the sort of cracks inside
that could be that the helmet is,
its integrity has been compromised
and many many helmet manufacturers
if you have a crash it will be warranted,
you can send it off and get a new one
just check in the booklet when you buy the helmet
but my advice would be definitely replace your helmet.
Next up is this from Gregorio Rivera.
I live in Florida and can ride all year round.
Very lucky Gregorio.
Can I benefit from having an indoor trainer.
My simple answer to that is one word,
yes,
and two other words,
you can,
two other words,
for sure.
Penultimately is this from Simon Lund.
It's another glove based question.
First, to glove or not to glove,
some pro seem to use gloves others not.
Is it personal preference or is there another reason.
As a reformed motorcyclist
I was taught that no gloves is not an option
unless you're nuts
since the nerves and tendons inside of the wrist
are where you're likely to land in a crash
risking major long-term issues.
This is a real personal preference question really.
A lot of pros,
most pros don't train with gloves
but most pros race with gloves
because potentially it's more of a risky situation
and in a crash one of the first things to hit the deck
when you crash when you fall over, sorry,
is your hands hit the deck
you risk taking off all this outter skin on your palms.
Also on the motorbike you're travelling at far higher speed,
the risks are greatest,
so obviously your always going to wear gloves
but you do see some pros, even in [Para Rube 00:06:55]
Tom Bonin doesn't wear gloves,
that's personal choice but for me train with no gloves
and I race with gloves is purely a matter of choice.
And finally before I lose my breath,
is this from Oliver Tonder, hey, does water damage my bike?
I need to train for the winter
and really want to get this precious kilometres in
however I'm scared of my bike getting damaged.
For the record they haven't started putting salt on the road
so water really is my biggest issue.
Water will damage your bike
but only if you don't look after your bike.
Of course you can wash your bike in water
but the main thing to do
is to keep your bike well-maintained.
When you've washed it
or when you've been out in the bad weather
especially in the winter, rinse it off
and then relube it, give it a dry, it should be fine.
So water can be your bike's enemy
if it's corrosive kind of water with salt in
but generally speaking it's fine
just make sure you rinse off and lube your bike as well.
Little bit exhausted after that rapid-fire round
so we'll slow things down
with this question from Barney Andrews,
who asks, I'm interested in the FTP thing.
FTP being functional threshold power.
I'm 97 kilogrammes and I've done my FTP twice
and my best has been 185 watts.
All the info I can find is that this result is lame,
how lame is it though?
If I weighed 77 kilogrammes
and did the same test with the same power
I have right now, would my FTP be much higher?
I get nailed on the climbs
but seem to find plenty of people behind me on the flat.
Well Barney thanks very much for getting in contact
but first up before I answer your question
let's get rid of the word lame here,
your FTP 185 watts isn't lame at all.
The most important thing, like the rest of us,
is that you ride a bike.
So that's it, so let's just put that lame thing to one side.
So don't worry about that but to answer your question
and if you were to drop 20 kilogrammes
and get down to 77 kilogrammes
and still produce the same power,
your functional threshold power
would remain exactly the same
because that to explain it
is amount of power that you can sustain for an hour
that is the measure of FTP.
So your weight, if your power stays the same,
it's kind of irrelevant
although you will get slightly more efficient.
The one thing that will change
is your power to weight ratio.
Now power to weight ratio is basically the watts
that you can produce per kilogramme of body weight,
so if you increase your power through training
regular training
and actually decrease your weight
as you can see you'll become far more efficient
especially when the road tilts upwards.
Now so fundamental there is a difference
between your power to weight ratio
and your functional threshold power
but ideally improving both
is basically the place that you need to head.
So stick at it, don't worry about your 185 watts
and given the weight you are
I have no doubt you've definitely see improvements
if you stick with it.
Now if you're wondering
how to calculate your function or threshold power,
how about watching this video.
- Being able to ride at your maximum
very much depends on how fresh you are.
So whether you are still tired from previous rides
or in fact just tired from normal life
because you'll find that a lack of freshness
means you just won't be able to sustain a maximum effort
so you're gonna artificially depress your FTP.
- Finally on this week's Ask GCN Anything
we have this question from John Waters who asks,
hi, I live in Polzeath in North Cornwall
and wondered if you have any tips or advice
for riding in crosswinds.
It's an exposed piece of coastline
and prone to crosswinds most of the year.
I've recently upgraded to a light carbon bike
with deep section wheels,
I'm now noting the wind more than ever.
I hope you can help. PS Si deserves ablated wattage bazooka
for his assault on the area's climbs last year.
Well I will mention that to Simon
but John thank you very much for getting in contact.
Cornwall though, absolutely stunning place
and it is a place that will have
always have a place in my heart .
It was where I spent a lot of holidays as a kid,
is where my dad's from and I've spent a long time there
on holidays and actually riding my bike as well.
The big issue here I think
is the fact that you've got deeper section rims.
Most of us right now on carbon frames right,
light aluminium frames
and that shouldn't cause you too much problem at all
but it is the deep section rims.
Quite simply because of the large surface area
in the crosswinds,
that large surface area would catch the wind
and dramatically dictate, the stronger the wind,
it would dramatically dictate
how you're able to control and therefore steer the bike
so my suggestion would be to invest in a relatively,
relatively cheap shallow section set of wheels
to make your riding in the exposed coastal areas
far more easier and actually to be honest with you,
far safer and then maybe save the deep section wheels
for days when it's relatively still,
although I understand they're few and far between
in that neck of the woods
or for when you're riding primarily inland.
To that I think will solve your problem.
Now for some more tips on riding in the dreaded crosswinds
how about checking out this video.
- Ride behind and slightly off to the left
or the right depending of the wind direction.
- What you can also do is gang up with your teammates
and launch a combined attack.
So four or five you could rotate through
but stick everyone else in the gutter
meaning that you may well be able to drop riders
far stronger than you and force a split.
- Well there you go,
that's it for yet another edition of Ask GCN anything,
please do keep your questions coming in
using the hashtag #TORQUEBACK in the comment section
and also across on social media as well
and if you haven't already subscribed

And then you put it back in the bowl and then you're done. And then you squeeze it.
It's the most soothing thing in the world.
Let's see that in slow motion
We could play dodgeball with these.
Whoopsies I kind of ruined it
See you guys next time. Bye!
It's good it's good. Hey ready ready Go.

The Benefits of Drinking Oat Milk Natural Cures Tips - Duration: 2:28.The
Benefits of Drinking Oat Milk In addition to being easier to digest than
cow's milk, oat milk provides us with vitamin B which helps to protect and regulate our
central nervous system
1.
It cleanses the body If you want to eliminate toxins, stop abdominal
bloating and enjoy a healthy, clean body, you shouldnt hesitate to drink vegetable

Its large amount of antioxidants also help to protect from the damaging effects of free
radicals (the cause of many diseases, including premature aging).
This benefit is also thanks to the essential amino acids that this drink provides.
These help our body to function correctly and it keeps your cells healthy for a longer
period of time.
3.
It fights bloating If you have intestinal issues, oat milk is
very useful for regulating your flora because of its great amount of vegetable fiber.
Dont hesitate to drink it in the morning with breakfast (with coffee, for example).
4.
It regulate sugar levels
People that suffer from diabetes notice an interesting improvement in their sugar medication
when they drink oat milk.
This is because oats have the ability to control blood sugar.
5.

1 year of Learning Welsh - 1 blwyddyn o ddysgu Cymraeg - Duration: 15:41.Hello everyone, what's happening?
Well, today will be a day of celebration because today my channel's birthday!
(How to celebrate)
and that means that I have been learning for
1 year
I couldn't believe it when I was looking back and trying to work out when I started my channel
but yeah, i can't believe it myself
well, a lot of things have happened since I starte with the language
i've made lots of friends since learning the language
a lot of good friends who know me only as a Welsh speaker
SIAWNS AM GEM?!
so, to speak..
English with any of them would feel weird to tell the truth
I couldn't imagine back then just what type of effect
the language would have on my life
you don't realise you when you start with Welsh
I can remember thinking "Right. I want to learn Welsh as quickly as possible"
and also, I want to be
as fluent as possible in a short time
but I just couldn't imagine how things are now
We moved to Aberystwyth in February and that was great for us
just to get the chances to use the language every day
and that made things so easy
when Lara and I decided
to try and live our lives totally through Welsh
I've had loads of highlights
over the year also.
I was on Radio Cymru three times (I meant to say S4C - No idea what I was thinking here!)
Alun: Nicky originally comes from Rhondda Valley
Alun: and he has succesfully learnt Welsh
Alun: in five months
Nicky: it's a lovely town to be honest. I;ve been coming here
Nicky: since I was young for holidays
Nicky: with my family. We just decided...
Nicky: ...to live here. I can't explain it any better than that!
I was on Radio Cymru a couple of times also
Menter Iaith Maldwyn asked me to come and give a presentation
to them in order to help other learners
and that was pretty special for me.
And also, last week - Parallel.cymru asked me
to write an article for them
about my journey learning the language
and that was cool also.
So, maybe, right now would be a good time to speak about
what I did to learn the language in a short time
1. First thing. I used "Say Something in Welsh"
on my mobile phone and also on my laptop
now, I know that
sometimes I sounds like an advert
for Say Something in Welsh - but I just canot say how excellent it is
I have used
of methods for learning languages
If it's available, then I have tried it out
but until trying out Say Something. I had never found anything that..
..was totally right for me
I found that things like "Michel Thomas"
were good to start
..languages. But it was
a bit too easy. It's good if you want to know
how to ask for drinks in a bar
or ask for help in a hotel when you're on holidays
but not much more
When I was trying "pimsleurs" out, I was finding the course just so slow
I can remember doing German with Pimsleurs
and after 15 lessons I was still..
doing things like... "I want to eat something" or
"I want to drink something"
y'know? "Say Something"is just so fast
after 15 lessons of "say something"
I was able to say things like
"I met someone in a pub last night who knows your sister-in-law" or
"I've got a son in his 30s who works for the local council"
y'know? which are
quite difficult for someone who is just starting
learning the language
but they're just so useful
because they give you more confidence
that you're actually learning useful Welsh.
not just.. y'know? "I have a rabbit"
"I have a dog" "I have a headache"
"i like football and riding my bike down the park"
things like that? y'know? I cannot recommend "say something" enough
if you want to learn Welsh, there is nothing better than that
trust me. absolutely nothing at all
2 is... surround yourself in the language.
Welsh is a small language to tell the truth. We've got one TV channel - S4C
there's not a lot of Welsh on YouTube to tell the truth
but yeah, you've just got to take advantage what is out there.
when we were starting to learn. Lara and I were
watching childrens programmes like: Hafod Haul,
Fireman Sam, Tref a Tryst also.
and that was a good thing for us
because... well I know that a lot of people
disagree with using childrens programmes when you're learning
but they're just so useful - after...
y'know? after a couple of months of watching things like Hafod Haul
we started to move on to watch things like:
Pobol y Cwm, Hansh
Bore Da and Heno
and other things like that Listen to the radio also.
Radio Cymru is great because they do a good mix
of music,
chat and news
and people like Owain Tudor, Tommo, Garry Owen
what's the other guys name?
HUW STEPHENS!
People like that just make interesting shows
and also, don't worry about understanding everything straight away
no-one expects that at all
when I was starting, I was using the radio as a way
of hearing the language in real-life
at the start, y'know - you understand 1 or 2 words.
(phone beep) you move on a bit and you start to understand
2 or 3 words and before
you realize, you can understand everything - just out of nowhere
trust me
3 is.. use your welsh everywhere.
now, it's so, so, so
important that Welsh becomes a normal part
of your life. So start using
it straight away. Over Facebook, Over Twitter.
over Instagram
over everything. over snapchat
over everything - over everything
when i started using Welsh over facebook
I was finding that it people came out of the woodworks
people I had known for ages, who were Welsh speakers forever.
but, I didn't realise
and they will be so useful to you
Also, I have to say that I lost a couple of friends - to be honest
because some people had had a guts full of me speaking Welsh everywhere
and unfortunately you have to expect things like that
but... y'know? who cares?
not me.
*BURN*
In the last year, I have to say that I have had
lots and lots of support from people
99% of people have been excellent with me
and for that I have to say "Thanks a lot to you all"
I really, really mean it...but
you always get one dickhead
and I remember one man who wasn't quite nice with me
when I was starting
if you've seen my first video - I was learning for something like 2 and a half weeks.
and I must say, looking back now...
yeah - I wasn't much good.
but for two and a half weeks?
in my opinion... I wasn't bad?
everyone liked that video. everyone except one guy
he saw that video and sent a message to me saying:
"WELL IT WASN'T GREAT
YOU GOT A LOT OF WORDS WRONG YOU GOT A LOT OF WORDS IN THE WRONG ORDER
*foam at mouth* YOU ALSO USED "DW I'N" A LOT AND DW I'N ISN'T
WHAT WE DO!? Y'KNOW!?! YOU;RE FROM THE RHONDDA YOU'RE FROM THE SOUTH
YOU';RE SUPPOSED TO USE "RWY'N" EVERYONE IN THE RHONDDA USES "RWY'N"
NO-ONE USES "DW I'N"
ITS A GOG THING
"Y;KNOW SO YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG"
"AND I DON'T THINK IT'S A GOOD IDEA, YOU HAVING THIS CHANNEL"
"AND I DON'T THINK IT'S GOING TO GET YOU ANYWHERE" "AND YOU PROBABLY SHOULD JUST GIVE UP"
"IF YOU DIDN'T GET IT AS A CHILD - YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GET IT NOW"
Good friend yeah? I didn';t let that stop me
to tell the truth - people like that
are just dickheads - don't worry about them
four...
4 is: speak with other people.
now, speaking with other people is the most important thing
"say something"is great
but you have to start chatting with other people
if you live in Wales, it just so easy
when I lived in the valleys, I went to the local Welsh shop
and I went to the local Welsh pub.
just to find chances to use the language (i don't know what's wrong with me?)
even in places like Newport and Monmouth
where not a lot of people speak Welsh
you can go to things like "clwb cloncs" over the place
where people meet weekly in order to speak with other learners
and if you live outside of Wales, why not use Skype?
I;ve got friends right over the world, in places like:
America
Germany, Canada
Argentina, Netherlands - and all of them
I know through Welsh. They are all excellent
with the language also. That was key to my success
to tell the truth, just speaking the language
at every chance you can get
5 is: don't be scared at all
now, I know a lot of people who can speak great Welsh
but they're just too scared to chat for some reason: for example
I met a woman in "Siop y Pethe" a couple of months ago
who had been learning Welsh through night classes
for years - but
she was just great with the language but she had not spoken
with anyone outside of the class or "clwb clonc"
I asked her why?
and she said she wasn't confident enough
for some reason. and whats the point of that?
why learn the language at all? go out and speak with people.
fuck it! no-one cares if you say things wrong
or if you have to use English words in order to get the message over
or something. bloody hell!
ask my friends about me. I'm guilty of using English words
all of the time and also don't be afraid
of making mistakes the more mistakes you make
the better off you are going to be trust me
speaking with other people is the only way to improve, to tell the truth.
and you will speak, how people speak on the street
no-one says things like "rydw i'n" (I am) and things like that
like the books say - and real people use things like
well, my favourite thing is...
"i watched" "i watched football last night"
"i watched X Factor on SATURDAY"
"i watched YouTube on the weekend" y'know?
it's not in any dictionary at all
but real people use it
so, yeah! without speaking with other people
you'll be "textbook Welsh" or something like that
a bit boring isn't it?
your language will develop with time. look at me.
I'm a Rhondda boy, right, right, right in the south. but i learnt
from a man from Llandysul
so, I say "Milk", not "milk", or "milk" (i feel this subtitle doesn't really tell the whole story)
but, because I live in the Midlands now (Mid Wales, that is!)
I have found myself starting to say Gog things.
like "with", "i have"
and "Like", sometimes
my friend Llio is at fault for that
but yeah, let your language grow with everything
I'm still a hwntw, really.
I can remember after giving a presentation in Powys
and a guy said to me
"you don't sound like a Rhondda boy to tell the truth. You sound more like.."
.....Proper Cardi"
so, yeah
English - I'm a Rhondda scumbag
Welsh - Proper Cardi. I'll take that
6 is: keep the language alive.
that was the most important thing for me. every person that starts learning
the language is someone who is helping to keep the language alive
and safe for the future, especially with people of Wales
we have a responsibility
to keep the language safe for the future
it's our language, why not use it?
right then, I've spoken enough for now. i've got to say a big thanks
to everyone that has helped me over the year.
there are too many to mention by here
so, yeah. I'll try
if I have forgotten about you. I've got to say, I'm so sorry
I;ve got to say thanks a lot to Lara, my beautiful wife
for putting up with me over the year
Aran and Iestyn for being a big help
my friends down Y Cwps.
my friends from "Siop Y Pethe" like: Emily,
Heulwen, Aled, Lowri, Marc
and also the best Gog in the world: Llio
I couldn't understand any peopl from the North until I met Llio
now, they're just so easy. Finally thanks a lot
for subscribing to me
I hope to bring you another year of weird videos
right then everyone: carry on with your Welsh
let me know how you find it
let me know what you think underneath the video in the comments, by here
and also: don't forget to subscribe to me
up
there
and also if you want to watch another video of me
down there
I have to say Merry Christmas to everyone
until the next time
goodbye!

FR_ Comment enlever les bandes noires d'une vidéo youtube - Duration: 2:55.Hi, I'm Sami, from Fawzi academy, In this video, I will talk about,
Why you may notice some widescreen videos that have black bars on all sides. The video file includes horizontal black bars
(letterboxing) at the top and bottom of the video player in order to fit a 4:3 aspect ratio. YouTube 16:9 aspect ratio player then adds
vertical black bars (pillarboxing) to fit a 4:3 formatted video to YouTube player dimensions. The end result is black bars all around the video
(windowboxing). If you're uploading widescreen videos, you can
avoid windowboxing by cropping your video to the 16:9 format.
YouTube uses 16:9 aspect ratio players. The YouTube player automatically adds black bars to videos in the player so that videos are
displayed correctly, Without cropping or stretching, no matter the size of the video or the player.
If you upload a 16:9 video at its original aspect ratio (1280x720 recommended). The video will fill the YouTube widescreen 16x9 player.
If you upload a 4:3 video at its original aspect
ratio (640x480 recommended). The video will display in the widescreen player at the correct size and ratio with pillarbox bars.
If you add letterbox bars to the top and bottom before uploading so that the video fits a 4:3 player.
The YouTube player will add pillarbox bars so the 4:3 video fits widescreen. Bars will surround the video.
To fit the player perfectly, encode at these resolutions: 2160p: 3840x2160.
1440p: 2560x1440. 1080p: 1920x1080. 720p: 1280x720.
480p: 854x480. 360p: 640x360. 240p: 426x240.

Rollcage!, RollGolf 2.0 #6 - Duration: 6:41.Hey folks, great you're watching again!
Today we're proceeding with the RollGolf
No RollGolf without a rollcage
What did I do?
I've measured the car
Draw it
Made production drawings
Tubes bended
And we're going to weld those on it today!
No waffling but welding!
Let's see if the car fits in there
He sensored all dimensions on drawing..
Lucky enough I've ordered these tubes with an overlength!
This is a good advice
If you want to weld anything onto a thin plate;
Make a double plate, so it won't tear off
Here I start with my frame and fit the rollcage on that
It's starting to look like something
In fact I bend those tubes by hand as you can see
See!
You can see some triangles
Those prevent the rollcage from bending
when the car is upside down
It's not that handy with getting in and out
But yeah..
if that rollcage is bended around your face..
Then it's hard to get out, you see?
Let's see if it will tear off
That's doesn't come off that easy.. lucky enough
Pity it's getting dark so early
and my welding gas is blown away by the wind
But for the rest I'm not unsatisfied
Rollcage is almost finished
In the front it's welded to the bumper
Overhere we have a nice frame
attached to the body
Here a few strong members
One to the roof
One from here to strut mount
Only here..
That's not connected yet
That's because I want to adjust this shape
And that's hard because it's allready attached to the car
So I'm going to cut it here
In the tube bender
Bend it
And put it back on
To protect the taillight
Oh no! He cuts an entire part off the new RollGolf!
The ground gets pretty close there
I hope I don't damage my unique boot lid
The rollcage is finished!
It's painted
But the rest of the car also need some paint
I think some of you have nice ideas for that
And therefore I have;
A RollGolf coloring page!
Should it be like this...
or like that?
You can download it
See the link in the description
and I would say; start coloring!
Make something nice of it
Once finished;
Scan it
Post it on my Facebook
Send it by mail
and what colors we like best;
I'm going to paint this car
Nice! You can determine the color of the new RollGolf!
If you are a talented drawer
You can also draw the RollGolf yourself and color it
Hey folks, thanks for watching!
Don't forget to subscribe!
Then you're staying updated
about the latest developments on this RollGolf
And you won't miss out the testdrive
Which I have planned for this year
Thanks for watching, see you next time!

DIY How to make Christmas greeting card with kanzashi Christmas tree (ENG Subtitles) - Speed up #422 - Duration: 3:16.Hi. Today I will show you how to make Christmas card with kanzashi Christmas tree.
I made it by request from my viewers.
Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.
Cut a square out of ribbon. 25mm x 25mm.
Burn the edges.
Fold it in a half,..
...again in a half...
...and one more time in a half.
Cut off a corner.
Burn the edge.
Press it (to glue it).
Cut off a back of petal...
...and burn the edge.
We need about 50 petals as this one.
Cut a proper piece out of thick paper.
Fold it in a half.
Draw a triangle on the center.
Now glue the petals to the triangle. Start from bottom.
Make a small bow out of ribbon.
Glue it to the tip of tree.
Decorate the tree by using rhinestones.
Cut a rectangle out of decorative paper.
Glue a printed text ("Merry Christmas") to the rectangle.
Glue the 3D foam squares to the back.
Glue the rectangle to the card.
Glue 3D foam squares to the stars.
Glue the stars to the card.
And it's done.
This card is a nice alternative for traditional Christmas cards.
Of course it require more work but it is definitely worth it.
Please give a like to this video and subscribe to my channel.
That's all for today. Thanks for watching. Bye bye.

Why Having the Colour Blue in Your Resume is Important - Resume Writers Perth - Duration: 1:18.- Hi there, this is Sal from Oz Resumes again.
Thank you again for watching this video.
Really appreciate your time.
Today I'm just going to talk about
tips on how to improve your resume,
and to build trust so that people call you.
So one of the most important things I realised,
when I was testing out resumes
for clients and myself, is colour.
Colour makes a difference.
A certain specific kind of colour makes a difference.
Obviously you wanna have a majority
of your resume in black and white,
but the main headings, use blue.
Facebook blue, specifically.
When you say, "Why blue?"
It's like, oh, it doesn't make sense.
Okay, no, just besides testing,
but if you look in real life,
look at all these popular social media platforms.
I'm not saying all social media platforms,
I mean popular ones, like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
What colour are they? Blue.
Why, because blue builds trust
and it's also a form of authority,
if you look at the police force, navy, blue again.
And it's been tested as well, psychologically,
you look at the reasoning behind blue, blue is trust.
So I would advise, in your resume,
the first main thing that you wanna have, or fix up,
is to change all the headings to a blue,
and if you can, specifically Facebook blue.
That so far has the highest conversions

Inspiring Wounded War Veteran Opened A Business For The Sole Purpose Of Employing Other Vets.
These days, it is hard to find someone as resilient and inspiring at Bobby Henline,
a veteran who survived a devastating explosion in 2007.
The tragic incident killed the rest of the men in his Army vehicle in Iraq, and burned
more than 38 percent of his body.
He will be left with the physical and emotional scars of that incident for the rest of his
life.
"I was in the lead vehicle," Henline recalls.
"The only thing I remember is having coffee that morning."
Within 72 hours, the staff sergeant was inside the specialized burn unit at Fort Sam Houston
in Texas.
That is where he began a long and painful treatment process, and lost part of his left
arm to amputation.
Today, after nine years and 40-plus surgeries, the 44-year-old has made it his mission to
show his gratitude by opening a restaurant that will employ other veterans and serve
the community.
"I'm trying to give back," Henline told reporters at PEOPLE.
"This is a great way to do it, through empowerment and food."
Henline is in the process of raising capital to fund the restaurant, and is asking for
between $130,000 and $300,000 thousand.
He has already raised tens of thousands of dollars on his GoFundMe page.

GoPro - Airports Are My Happy Place || Snehal Wagh - Duration: 2:03.Airports are my happy place. I am in love with them.
I'm a person who shows up at least three hours before the flight
just to spend a bit of extra time in the terminal.
I could spend the entire day there and won't get bored even once.
I love the sounds in an airport. All of those are comforting reminders that I am
either almost home or soon to be somewhere new and exciting.
But the best part about airports lies in what they symbolize.
Airports are places of bookends; new beginnings and long-awaited endings, arrivals and departures,
hellos and goodbyes. We start in one city to end in another hundreds of thousand miles away.
You enter from desert and exit into a blizzard in from winter out into summer.
In from familiarity out into something completely foreign.
An airport is a place of transit and not just geographically.
I wish there was some sort of time-lapse to show how people change between departures and arrivals.
When I arrive back from home being away I'm never the same person as when I left.
And as soon as you step into an airport the whole new chapter begins.
