same name was registered in Delaware On January 28th of 2004 by Nancy Salzman
she was in the chief executive officer of the New York entity so we have two
different with the same name registered in two different places one in New York
one in Delaware now if that's not creepy to begin with now the statutory
framework that United States took possession of this is as follows title
18 United States Code section 1 5 9 1 a1 provides in relevant part that whoever
knowingly in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce recruits entices
harbors transports provides obtains advertises maintains Parton eise's or
solicits by any means a person knowing that means of force threats of force
fraud cohesion described in substitute e 2 or any combination of such means will
be used to cause the person to engage in commercial sex act and it shall be
punished so basically the statutory is stating that any harm whether whether
physical or non-physical including psychological financial reputational

because Title 18 United States Code section 1 5 9 4 e 1 a provides in
relevant part that any property real estate or personal involved in used or
intended to be used to commit or facilitate the commission of section 1
591 there any property traceable to such property she'll be in subject to forfeit
so basically if you are committing federal crimes human trafficking and
forcing people whether it be that they say it's cool you can definitely use my

good day first world travellers and welcome back today I'm back in the centre of
Mexico City filming a much requested video behind me is the palicio de
Bellas Artes and over there is Alameda Park in this video we're gonna take a
look around and we're gonna check out see what you think let's go
so when you think of Mexico City and you see pictures of this city and adverts
things like that this building is often featured because it is very impressive
just look at it the construction began on this place in
1907 and it has a dome up the top which I'll show you now
and this place is basically home to performances like phase that sort of
thing on the top floor is also a Museum of Archaeology ok look inside
so how awesome is this inside how lovely does it look if you're an art
geek you might want to know that outside the architecture is Art Nouveau and
there's something like its Art Deco which I absolutely love Art Deco pretty
much dates from around early 1930s far so now I've been to a lot of Art Deco
places in the past and you can see the lettering which is amazing I love it and
the design of things is just out of this world
just a tip so this cost sixty five pesos to get in to upstairs bit which we're
going to go to in a minute don't go to these ones that just say TAQUILLAS because
they are for actual performances like ballet and things like that you want to
go to the one over there TAQUILLA Museo useful tip let's go so in
the Palacio de Bellas Artes there are lots of murals and artwork so Mexico is
famous for muralists let me get the words out and also other artists by
Diego Rivera you saw in my koi cam video I briefly talked about Frida Kahlo Diego
Rivera is another famous Mexican artists and out there you've got

you probably know it is quite a sunny day in Mexico City lovely day the
park is over there Palacio de Bellas Artes is there now

comments Alameda Park Alameda Park I don't know whatever is a park basically
it used to be an Aztec marketplace back in the day and I've read that it was
once used to burn witches at the stake charming and it was also used as a
template for inspiration for Chapultepec Park which if you haven't seen my video
on that you can check it out up above is the biggest park city park in the
Americas bigger than Central Park amazing and we're gonna go for a walk
now in Alameda Park I've done a bit of people-watching check out the hot
Mexican men and I guess this very much goes back to what I said ages ago in
other videos about the fact that you know before I came here I didn't expect
Mexico City to be full of parks like this obviously this one isn't as big as
Chapultepec Park but you know it's another park in this big city slap-bang
in the middle of the city this time and you know when before I came in art
bowler and you know my ignorant view of Mexico City was it was very busy and
hustling and bustling and yeah it is but in terms of the clean green space I
didn't expect this and more than likely if you are a tourist you probably don't
either well you probably not a stupid isn't he
so this park has been here since 1592 so it's extremely old it was once
about half the size basically they extended it after a period of time and
there are some fountains and I read somewhere that in 1848 after you know a
good 30 years after 20 30 years after Mex
independence in Spain the fountains were filled with alcohol as some kind of
celebration I'm not sure if that was to do with actual Mexican Independence but
like I said it was a good few years after checkout on Wikipedia
so I hope you've enjoyed having a look around another area or Mexico City and I
think you will agree legacy is not what you would expect awesome don't forget to

use any solid, lean cut from which you can get thin slices
chhatu (roasted-gram flour) 10g; posto (poppy seeds) 20g; cashew nuts 40g; charmagaz (mixed melon seeds) 40g
soak posto, cashew and charmagaz in water for 2 hours
green chillies 4 pcs; garlic 10g; ginger 10g; onion 50g
yoghurt 120g
grated khoya kheer ('mawa' or reduced, solidified milk) 20g
turmeric 2g; kashmiri red chilli powder (for colour) 10g
shahi garam masala 4g (link in description)
salt 15g
rose water 10g
kewra water 8g
saffron 1 pinch
meetha attar 4 drops
mix saffron with 1 tbsp warm milk
OPTION 1 for tender chaap: gently flatten the meat using a mallet or pestle
do not hammer too forcefully, or the meat will fall apart
don't cut the pieces too small as they will shrink as they cook
OPTION 2 for tender chaap: use 10g grated raw papaya (kacha pepe)
papaya skin contains an enzyme called papain that breaks down meat proteins and tenderises it
grind soaked poppy seeds into a smooth paste
add soaked cashew and charmagaz to a grinder jar
add a little water, if needed
add onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies
grind again until smooth
poppy paste
cashew, charmagaz, onion, ginger, garlic and chilli paste
chhatu, yoghurt
grated papaya (if using)
saffron kewra water
rose water
rose water, kewra water, saffron meetha attar
shahi garam masala, kashmiri red chilli
turmeric
salt
khoya kheer
mix until well combined
you can also add a bit of yellow food colour to the mix
coat meat slices on both sides
chaap is cooked in a large, shallow, wide, flat-bottomed pan
at home, use any flat, heavy-bottomed pan
a good, restaurant-style chaap needs a lot of fat: about 2cm deep should do
chaap is meat fried very slowly on low heat for a long time
oil should not be hot (~150°C)
push meat to the edge of the pan
meat should not brown: the further away it is from the flame, the better
that's it! there's not much to do now
cook meat on lowest possible heat until tender
turn over once in a while
strain gravy over the chaap
still not done—keep cooking
our meat took a little over an hour to cook
serve with a drizzle of chaap oil

We are an American family of 7 living, working and loving Brazil. Welcome
to the adventures of Our Brazilian Life. Bom Dia. We are at the port of Salvador
and we are getting ready to take a tour. Our trampolines are here at the port and
we decided we wanted to get to know the process a little bit better. So we've
asked for permission to come and have a tour of the port to see what the process
is like. Importing and exporting in Brazil is a complicated process. The port
of Salvador is a deep-sea port located in All Saints Bay, the oldest port in
South America. We came down to the port to get a glimpse inside and take a look
at the process. We are opening up a trampoline park. Two shipping containers
full of our trampoline equipment have just arrived at this port . Here are some
tips we learned about the importation into Brazil along the way.
1. Do your homework. Find out what tax is applied to the type
of products you are shipping but plan on paying 100% tariffs and fees for your
shipment. 2. Choosing a competent supplier who understands the import and
export process is crucial. We did our research. It was more economical to
import trampolines into Brazil than to buy them in country. Even with the high
tariffs. 3. The three most important documents for Customs are Commercial
Invoice, the Parts List with material composition and Bill of Lading.
I cannot stress how important it is to make sure that these documents are
correct. Lastly, find a good Freight Forwarder.
A freight forwarder takes care of the shipment from the time it arrives in the
port, to moving it to your final destination. They plan all the logistics.
We have about ten tons of equipment to get from
the port to our Park in Piata. There are many steps in the process but a good
freight forwarder will help you with every detail.
We used HC Logística and are very happy with their services.

The largest exports at this port are petrochemicals and paper. We were very
impressed at how clean, organized and structured this port was. The employees
were kind, skilled and educated. They all spoke English very well. They have big
plans to double the size of this port in the next three to five years.

Federal Judge Rules Trump's Twitter Account Is a Public Forum
A federal judge in New York has ruled that President Donald Trump cannot block people from following or viewing his @realDonaldTrump Twitter account.
While the case will likely be appealed and could reach the U.S.
Supreme Court, the decision is a resounding victory for the First Amendment right of citizens to speak to and disagree with government officials in the social media era.
The judge's ruling is not a surprise to me, as director of the Marion B.
Brechner First Amendment Project at the University of Florida.
That's because it is grounded in the well-established principles of protecting political speech and barring government discrimination against people engaged in public discourse based on their viewpoints.
Sure enough, the judge found that Trump blocked Twitter followers from his account "indisputably … [as] a result of viewpoint discrimination.
" In other words, Trump cannot block people simply because they criticize him or his policies.
That issue was never really in question in this case, though.
The main debate was whether the president's personal Twitter account was a public forum governed by the First Amendment.
More traditional public forums are physical places owned by the government, such as sidewalks, parks and auditoriums.
Peaceful public speech and demonstrations in those venues cannot be stopped based on what is being said without a compelling government interest.
Twitter, however, is not a real-world space.
And it's run by a private company.
The judge's ruling found, however, that the company has less control over the @realDonaldTrump account than Trump himself and White House social media director Dan Scavino – also a public official.
Their power includes the ability to block people from seeing the account's tweets, and "from participating in the interactive space associated with the tweets," in the form of replies and comments on Twitter's platform.
Also key was the fact that the @realDonaldTrump account is used for governmental purposes.
Specifically, the judge found that "the President presents the @realDonaldTrump account as being a presidential account as opposed to a personal account and, more importantly, uses the account to take actions that can be taken only by the President as President" – such as announcing the appointments and terminations of government officials.
This ruling brings the Supreme Court's longstanding free speech doctrine into the social media era.
