We have heard there must be a lot of catfish in the south of France so...

We start off with one drift completely without using the clonk...
...a nice silent and finesse approach
Just by wiggling the bait is also how Stef caught his fish
We didn't make the clonk wet yet
It's more of a subtile approach

Nalewka nie jest ciężka w przygotowaniu, więc nikt nie powinien mieć z tym problemów. Mikstura ta jest bardzo zdrowa i jest jednym z najlepszych antybiotyków na świecie. Podobno działa lepiej niż większość leków jakie przepisują nam lekarze.
W czym więc może nam pomóc ta starożytna nalewka, zapytacie. Badania pokazują, że pomaga ona pozbywać się odłożonego tłuszczu z organizmu i poprawia przemianę materii.
Oprócz tego spożywanie jej zmniejsza prawdopodobieństwo wystąpienia zawału, miażdżycy czy wylewu! Poza tym ma jeszcze zbawienny wpływ na odporność naszego organizmu oraz poprawia wzrok. Niesamowite, prawda?

Umieść czosnek w słoiku i zalej spirytusem.Zakręć słoik i odstaw na 10 dni w ciemne miejsce.Po tym czasie przelej miksturę do innego słoika.Odstaw słoik na kolejne 4 dni.Po tym czasie nalewka jest gotowa
Pamiętaj, aby pod żadnym pozorem nie odkładać słoika do lodówki. Zmniejszy to zdrowotne właściwości nalewki.Dawkowanie:Ponieważ jest to bardzo stary przepis powstało kilka teorii na temat tego jak dawkować tybetańską nalewkę czosnkową.
Jedna z nich mówi żeby spożywać 1 kroplę rano, 2 krople w południe oraz 3 krople wieczorem. Z każdym kolejnym dniem zwiększamy ilość kropel o 1. To znaczy, że dnia drugiego rano weźmiemy 2 krople, w południe 3, wieczorem 4… i tak dalej. Dawkowanie zwiększa się do momentu osiągnięcia pułapu 25 kropli.
Drugą teorią na temat dawkowania jest autorstwa profesora Tombaka. Wygląda to tak:1 dzień – 2 x 4 krople.2 dzień – 2 x 6 kropli.3 dzień – 2 x 10 kropli.4 dzień – 2 x 15 kropli.5 dzień – 2 x 20 kropli.6 dzień – 2 x 25 kropli.7 dzień – 2 x 30 kropli
Po osiągnięciu pułapu 25 kropel w przypadku pierwszego sposobu i 30 w przypadku drugiego należy stopniowo zmniejszać dawkę, aż osiągniemy poziom wyjściowy. Po tym czasie należy spożywać 25 kropel dziennie aż do wyczerpania zapasów.
Zaleca się również wypijanie 50 ml kefiru lub jogurtu przy każdym spożywaniu nalewki. Ewentualnie przyjmowanie nalewki bezpośrednio przed posiłkiem.

We are on our way to the Lot, a new river for us, a bit more south this time
We have heard there must be a lot of catfish in the south of France so...

We have a long way to drive - 10+ hour drive
but then we have arrived at our house and we will make the stuff ready to...

We have just found a very deep hole
On an everage, the river is about 6 - 8 meters deep...
...and now we have found a spot where it's 14 meters of depth
actually on a straight body of the river
And on the edge of that hole...
...is exactly where Stef caught the first one
We start off with one drift completely without using the clonk...
...a nice silent and finesse approach
Just by wiggling the bait is also how Stef caught his fish
We didn't make the clonk wet yet
It's more of a subtile approach
and if, after a couple of drifts we don't get any action anymore...
...we will start clonking and see what happens

...using the current of the river. We had 4 bites and 3 fish in the boat

So yesterday we have caught 4 catfish, very good for a very first day
We caught most of them here just behind the bridge, so we will start off in there again today
After that we are going to search for spots because tomorrow it will be sunny and without wind...
...so then we can fish perfectly and don't want to lose too much time on finding spots
So that's what we will be doing today
Nice big and fat worms...
We bought them at PS Lifebaits...
...You don't want to save money on good bait but this guy Roy, is doing it very good
We left on saturday and..
...I asked him to deliver me the worms on friday so that...
...we didn't have them at home for too long
That was not a problem and all are perfectly packed and as you can see...
...it are very nice worms and they are fresh and alive and kicking
So that's for sure a good one I recommend

so hello fellow coin collectors are you going today and today I ever United
States coin and this one is a Morgan dollar is quite a large coin it's 28

Denver so if we turn over oh we have a portrait of Liberty as you can see as I
kept up there is it purpose on them which is on all US coins and this one's
1880 so a lot older than me actually 95 years order so if you can work out my

in the United States in which every 25 years excluding commemorative coins that

in commemorating 25 cent coins every year because it's not covered under the
