who feared the bureaucracy was going to clamp down.

And, according to America's most prominent small government advocate,

that grateful constituency could form a powerful new voting bloc.

— That's Senator Ron Johnson, a Republican from Wisconsin,

thanking vapors at his election night party.

He wasn't supposed to win the election,

but he did.

On the campaign trail,

Johnson actively looked for support from vapers.

Grover Norquist, the president of the conservative group Americans for Tax Reform,

thinks vaping didn't just help win Johnson's race.

He thinks vaping could help remake the Republican Party into the party of young people.

— So why do you care so much about vaping?

— Because vapers care so much about it and the government's screwing with it.

I work with groups and individuals that are being picked on by the government,

with the government messing with them,

whether they're raising their taxes, or pushing around in their business,

in their professional life.

— Grover thinks that being strongly pro-vape

can make conservatism the ideology of choice for freedom-loving young voters.

— And so you see a chance to sort-of grab some liberals maybe,

by talking about the fact that Democrats are trying to ban vaping?

— Oh, I have met with lifelong Democrats who said,

"Until this vaping is freed up from government threat,"

"I'm voting with the Republicans because the D's just don't get it on this issue."

— So do you go into a lot of vaping shops in your life?

— Yes, yes.

— Okay, well, we're gonna go in one now. — Not this one.

— This is like the Apple Store of vaping, it looks like.

— Vaping politics are outside the mainstream conversation in Washington.

— There's a Captain Kangaroo flavor,

there's a Scooby Doo flavor…

— But Democrats have, for the most part,

stood with anti-smoking groups that say vaping is a gateway to young people getting hooked on nicotine

and eventually becoming smokers.

The vaping industry, not surprisingly, disagrees.

And its chief lobbyist in Washington, Mike Hogan,

used to work for a Democratic senator.

I asked him what he thought of Grover's theory.

— I'm terrified that he's right.

When you find something that saves your life,

like vaping did mine,

you really are loyal to it, right?

So if you see the government threatening to shut down

the thing that you think gave you a new lease on life,

you're gonna vote a single issue like that.

Democrats have been the leaders on harm reduction in condom use,

to prevent unwanted pregnancies and AIDS,

needle distribution,

but with tobacco, they're an "abstinence only" party.

— No one is arguing vaping is safe.

The best you can get out of people like Mike Hogan

is that vaping is safer than cigarettes.

— Well, it definitely smells good inside a vape shop, I will say that.

— The big test for the industry comes in November 2018,

when a new FDA rule goes into effect.

It'll require all vape manufacturers to submit scientific data

showing the potential impact of their products on both vapers and non-vapers.

That takes a lot of time and a lot of money.

And vaping companies say it will cripple their industry.

Grover doesn't care if people vape or not.

What he cares about is whether vapers vote

and if giving them what they want will help conservatism appeal to young voters.

The CDC did a big report on vaping in America in 2014.

They found around 9 million vapers.

The average paper was between 18- and 44-years-old, white, and male.

So these are the majority of the electorate Grover and his supporters are talking about,

and no one can really be sure how much impact vaping really had on that election in Wisconsin.

A few Wisconsin Democrats told us that, despite Johnson's victory night video,

they didn't hear any buzz about vaping until after the election.

— I don't believe the vaping community in Wisconsin

had any real impact of any kind on the U.S. Senate race.

Ron Johnson was probably just checking a box to take care of some pet issue of Grover Norquist's.

— But Grover is convinced,

and he's a pretty influential guy in Republican circles.

— Can we do a Belgian waffle?

— So whether or not Johnson owes his job to being Senator Vape,

I am Daniel Bourdanné, the General Secretary of IFES.

IFES is the community of students around the world,

the global community of students,

who are united to serve the gospel of Jesus

on the universities and colleges in the world.

I am here to talk to you about World Student Day 2017.

The World Student Day is really an opportunity to be united,

to pray for the students.

Not only for the Christian students,

but for the non-Christian students,

for the lecturers, for the university community as a whole.

And the theme of the World Student Day this year is:

"A Generous Life"

God gave us everything.

He gave us his creation, the beauty, life, everything.

And how can we respond to God's generosity?

So you can respond by having a generous life.

And practically, you can respond by serving your community,

the church, your local church, your nation,

and you can even serve beyond your nation

with your gift, through your finances, through everything.

It's about dedicating your life to Jesus Christ

and to serve him.

Finally, when?

October 20.

I will be there. I will be waiting.

I am very much excited about that day.

And I hope you will take part.

By the way, I cannot forget it because it's just

two days after my anniversary!

Even though I don't celebrate my anniversary,

(my birthday, I mean)

But this year I cannot forget the World Student Day.

Well for years I lived about 20 minutes walk away

It was fantastic there

To be out walk alone on a match before the game

Stroll alone start to see people turning up

Walking along that same look in their eyes

as they get near you.

The excitement mounts a bit whatever the game

You don't feel as if you walking along on your own

you're all just one part of one bigger thing as you go along to the ground

And it just builds up in you as until you get there

Whatever route you come into it you'll always gonna look

at that certain bit of the ground and you're like "Yes I'm there".

I think it crazy that even in Arizona all the way like to far from London

where there are just people that have the same passion as I do for the club

One of the biggest qualities of Chelsea is the ability to gather

All the supporters as a unit

As a family and as brothers.

I mean you sit down like in this pub

you sit down and you've got people from all over the world

You bump into once, sometimes once a season, twice a season

Sometimes every week

You have always got this same, it's a common

kind of just talking point as if you have known them for ages.

It's fantastic.

So here in Phoenix we are officially

a part of Chelsea in America

Our specific group is called The Phoenix Blues

and we've got a great group here.

People from all ages that come out to the pub

whether the game is at 4:30 or 5:30 in the morning

9:30 whenever it is

It's always an early kick off time

and all people from our local area come out to support

the same team that we all love.

Chelsea Italia was born in 1996 in Udine, in the north of Italy

The founder was Stefano Frantz, who fell in love with the Blues after a trip in England

in which he managed to watch a few Chelsea games

It's been love at first sight

My first game as a Chelsea fan....

...1978.

10 years old got brought by me dad.

He's been a Chelsea fan all his life and his dad

An evening game against New York Cosmos

A friendly but we had just under 40.000 at the time

The Shed was packed, everywhere was packed basically

And the whole game we were really really pushing

and a very young Ray Wilking

got a cracking 30-yarder to make it 1-1

and the place went nuts

Even if you never been before it was that massive elation

It was the best kind of feeling when that goal went in

And it feels the same every week especially if it's against Tottenham

So here in India we have a pretty good fan base.

Run by our supporter club that is Chelsea India Supporter Club.

We are officially associated with Chelsea

We are a gold tier supporter club.

I'm a Chelsea fan as you can see from my shirt.

Why I love Chelsea, because that's the only club that

I started supporting from a very very young age.

Chelsea is my life and I've been supporting Chelsea since I was a kid

And I feel very much proud to support Chelsea

This is like my home

It's like more than a club more than a football team for me.

I can't describe my passionate love for Chelsea

and I'm a passionate fan from Nepal

Come on Chelsea!

You know, watching certain players

When I was growing up, I really wanted to be like those guys around the field.

Players that really played like the fans of the club

Petr Cech I always wanted to be like him in goal

just absolute fearless

Going to do whatever it took for the club for the team and

proudly wearing the shirt.

Players like John Terry out there

Captain, Leader, Legend.

There's no player like him and honestly in my lifetime

I'm not sure that I will ever see another player like him

For Chelsea or anyone

Drogba was really what got me into this.

Following the Ivory Coast

and that beautiful story behind him.

At the 2006 World Cup

is really what made me wanted to support him and support Chelsea

Just the fact that one man was able to

to bring a country together that had been fighting for so long

I wanted to follow him and I wanted to support him in every single

endeavor that he did

He is a hero

He is an absolute hero.

I felt in love with the English football

when I was just a little boy

Why The Blues?

Obviously because of legends

you should remember.

like Zola

Di Matteo

Vialli.

Players who made history for the club

and who used to play for Chelsea at that time

It has been amazing for us.

...coming in here it's the same feeling

It's absolute brilliant theirs enthusiasm

as I said if you're not able to get somewhere every week

Going into this Chelsea in America chapter

out here in Phoenix it's been really great because

I mean, I've met people that I never would have met before.

I can just cheer on my club and I can go to another state or another county

And find another group where I can just feel at home

Really support my team and I think it crazy that even in Arizona

All the way like so far away from London where

There are just people that have the same passion that I do for the club

And it's just great to have this support.

Yes I know you have to cope with people

asking you why do you support a foreign team?

Why do you support a team that play in another country?

Okay you like Chelsea but still who do you support in Italy?

Because many people think that some supporters are not well enough

just because they live in another country.

I just want to prove them wrong

because I think we are real supporters and we try our best to travel as much we can

And we want to make the players feel our passion and our support.

You could have the conversation with them as if you've known them for ages

You could talk about the same things because if anything

they are properly more

up to date with everything that's happening than you are

But I mean you sit down just like in this pub

you sit down and you've got people from all over the world

You bump into once, sometimes once a season, twice a season

It's a common kind of just talking point as if you have known them for ages.

It's fantastic.

I have been at Stamford Bridge a few times

I try to make it over there at least once a year

My first game in person was actually against Rubin Kazan in the Europa League

And that was just a great experience

walking into Stamford Bridge the first time

A feeling like no other

Experiencing the atmosphere and the people there

And being on Fulham Road and going to the pub and just meeting people from all over.

It just really shows how the Chelsea family is connected

You meet people from different countries from the same country as yourself.

You may never have met them before but you meet them there in England

which is a really cool experience.

Even though we are so far away from the club in London

We really get to be a part of something here that's really special

People that are dedicated

People that are passionate just the same way we are

Getting up at 5:30 in the morning to go watch a match with your brothers and sisters

All wearing the Chelsea shirts all singing the songs

Cheering in beers in 6 in the morning

There's really no feeling like it.

Some of the disadvantages that go hand in hand with that

We do have this small disconnect between us an London

and the club. Just because of the time difference

Some logistical challenges we face

but overcoming those makes you feel even more passionate.

and even more strongly about the club

Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata

even the North East places they have really huge fan following Chelsea

We decided to start a fan page

We reached three years after that 135.000 followers

This page means everything to us it's simply a way for us

To express ourselves to Chelsea

Especially as we live in Lebanon

We are a family connected far away from London.

Forever Blue for ever Chelsea

It's just a really cool feeling to know that

No matter where you go Chelsea unites people whether

you are a supporter of 50 years or supporter of 1 year

There's always people there that will have your back

And they are there to cheer on the same team that we all love.

This year has been really special after

a some more disappointing season in 2015/16

To bring in Antonio Conte as our manager

And to see the success we have had under new management.

It has just been great to watch and it's been awesome being a Chelsea supporter the past 10-12 years.

That's difficult to describe that feeling

Purely because of how everything was stacked against us

And we really went against the odds

Just to get through

Absolutely incredible scenes

Something I can't even put into words

The way I felt

I think Chelsea is about this spirit, about this passion

This brotherhood

This togetherness and this freedom

We have become a family

I have been a part of the Phoenix Blues for about a year now

I didn't really know it was here.

Finally figured out "Oh you guys are here".

Having an amazing pub and amazing atmosphere.

I have met some of my closest friends through Chelsea

through Phoenix Blues.

It's a family to me, Chelsea is a family

The team is special to me just because of their passion

Their desire and the fans

Since following the team I really felt like I've been a part of a family

And Chelsea have really become a family to me.

Regardless what happens on the pitch

I know I always have a family around me

whether it's here in Phoenix or abroad in London

There's always a group of people that I have something in common with

And we can always support the team together win lose or draw.

It is so amazing to be here in Phoenix

in the middle of essentially nowhere.

Where a bunch of people over all the place

coming together to watch Chelsea together

I think Chelsea saved my life many times

We have dark periods

and bright periods.

But to be a Chelsea fan is good because

We don't lose the hope, never!

to it and the topic that we have we will be digging deep deep and low especially

for our men today I love the way you just introduced that I mean you shouldn't

have cut quicker that's that's really funny well yeah like like Paige said

this show is it is very much focused to our male audience today and you know the

end of there's the purpose behind that because it will affect us as well ...

we're talking about prostate health prostate health is of course huge

because prostate cancer is what what are the statistics that you found so the

statistics I found is one man in seven will be diagnosed with prostate cancer

during his lifetime and that it is the third leading cause of cancer death in

American men behind lung cancer and colorectal cancer and there's about six

cases in 10 of men that are diagnosed ages 65 and older but that doesn't mean

it doesn't hit men younger than that right Silke... absolutely I mean I read

that it's typically you knows it's in our second act it's our demographic that

this is really a disease of our demographic you know after 50 is when you

start developing the prostate issues typically and then it leads into into

cancer and yes I also read that more and more younger men 30s and 40s are being

diagnosed so this is a serious subject that we keep smirking a little bit

because you're going to know in a minute why you know Paige and I you know with

the show going forward and what we talk about in general as you know

by now Paige has been on 2nd act lots of times she's a healer and we try

to focus on prevention and preventing disease in the first place and so that's

what we're focusing on prostate health and but you know there's different ways

of course of keeping your prostate healthy and but what we want to talk

about today is prostate massage that's right

prostate massage so when you think about massage Silke when you go for a massage

I know when I go for a massage it feels fabulous

yes wonderful so if I can go and get a massage or give a massage to myself and

feel that fantastic and know that I am preventing the possibility of cancer why

the hell wouldn't you do in the first place ... well exactly exactly

and there's you know we keep again we keep smiling a little bit and I know you

out there I know you're smirking I know people are smirking and you said I

can't believe they're going there or you haven't heard of it which we didn't this

this was this kind of came up randomly in a conversation that's why we're

talking about it today right ...you know prostate massage has been around

forever and there's a couple different ways of course to do it and we're going

to talk very bluntly not teaching you how to do it that's not what this is

about but about kind of removing the stigma of this conversation because

because it does involve as Paige was saying you know we're going to dig deep

it involves the anus yes and a lot of men are that like you know NO

that it was like like what is the biggest objection tell us ...for men you

think yeah so for a lot of men it's oh my gosh what

does that mean if I'm doing things to myself you know that leaves many

different connotations which you can fill in the blank about what the

connotation might be .. but if but if you think about it I equate it to you know

for breast cancer as women we have to continually feel around our breasts to

check the lumps right although it's a little bit different than the massage

that a man will give themselves let's face it if you think about a 12 year old

boy a 14 year old boy they're digging deep down there for some things

too so here here we are you know 50 years and older get if you're feeling

good about what you're doing literally and figuratively and preventing the

possibility of prostate cancer yeah and now another good even better news if

you're open to it and you know again we're removing some stigmas here is that

this can be very pleasurable for a couple this can be part of your sexual

play yeah you know we I mean we can save lives Paige! that's right about for all

women out there or men out there you know pending on what your sexual

orientation is you can save lives for another and for yourself all at the same

time yeah again we're making light of this because it is it's kind of

embarrassing to talk about it but when you read about the benefit you know you

at least need to be aware of this option and then you can decide for yourself

that this is something you know especially if you're prone to issues

with your prostate as you know or you may not know prostate health is also

directly related to sexual functioning so it is definitely in our best interest

to help the men in our lives keep their prostate healthy wouldn't you

agree ...absolutely and not that we're going to show any instructions today but

we will be having on you know experts who are part of the 2nd act family

which Silke we'll talk about who will gives more information about what is

prostate massage how does this work possibly answer questions that you might

have yeah exactly and good point yes Dr. Laurie is going to be on the program to

talk about really the medical side of this she seems to be I ran this by her and she

goes oh my God this is why I love 2nd act because you go you know where other

people don't go so this is important information that people are embarrassed

to talk about where we're going to we're going to remove that embarrassment

hopefully and just go as far as to say that you know you mentioned earlier that

you can do it to yourself which you can there's there's ways and techniques to

do it as a couple and then of course there are the the well toys for a lack

of a better explanation there's devices or tools to give prostate

massage that are very effective we'll have links to that on our website and in

the video description that you can you can check it out but the main thing is

you know become aware of it open your mind check it out because you actually

could you know not only can it increase well your prostate health but your

sexual functioning and you know hopefully prevent prostate cancer all

together that's right that's why we're here today as two women speaking about

something for men yeah yes men you're welcome ...now if anybody

you know if you've had experience with this and you know you may be not

Jeep Wrangler Flowmaster Force II Axle-Back Exhaust (2007-2017 JK) Sound Clip & Install - Duration: 6:04.

The Flowmaster Force II stainless steel Axle-Back Exhaust is for those of you that have a 2007

and up JK and are looking to change up the look and the sound of your Jeep.

Now because this is a black body but a stainless tip, this isn't going to drastically change

up the look of the back of your Jeep, but you are gonna notice it.

It's not going to be like an all-black dual outlet exhaust, for instance, but it will

be a subtle difference.

You will also note the lower exhaust tone and also the additional exhaust volume that

you get from this system when you compare it to your factory system.

This is a one out of three wrench installation that anyone can do in their driveway in right

around an hour with just some hand tools, and you may need a pry bar as well, but that's

about it as far as the tools necessary to get this installed.

Now this is still going to have a muffler and all of the tubing in the same location

as the factory, so this is certainly not going to be a high-clearance or an off-road rock

crawling exhaust system.

But if you don't have a need or a want for that, this is still going to give you a lower

exhaust note and volume.

Now this system is going to be one of the more expensive single-outlet systems out there,

but that's because this is built of a very high-quality material.

This is going to be a stainless system, it's gonna hold up very well over time.

You're going to get two and a half inch tubing with this system as well as the Flowmaster

muffler here.

The muffler is really where that additional exhaust volume and that lower exhaust note

is going to come from.

The way this muffler is built is going to sound a lot more aggressive than that factory

system would.

And then out the outlet side here, you have two-and-a-half-inch pipe going into a three-inch

brushed stainless tip.

Now the whole system is a 409-stainless steel material, so it's not going to be quite as

high grade as pure 04, you might still get a little bit of surface rust on bits and pieces

of this system, but it's going to be a lot better than an aluminized system as far as

rust resistance goes.

And, because the majority of this system is covered in this high temp black coating, that's

going to be an additional layer of protection against any rust or rock that you might otherwise

get on a system like this.

Because this system does use the same design, it has tubing in the same places as your factory

system.

In fact it also uses the factory hangers.

This is gonna be a very easy install.

But this is a two-piece system, so there's a little bit more to put together than some

of those one-piece systems.

This section here with the actual tail pipe and tip is going to be a separate piece.

Where with some of the other Axle-Back systems on the market that would be welded in place,

not a big deal, doesn't change a lot, it's just one extra clamp to install.

This is a one out of three wrench installation that anyone can do in their driveway in right

around an hour with just some hand tools.

You may need a pry bar as well, but that's about it as far as the tools necessary to

get this installed.

The first step is gonna be removing that factory system which you'll do by removing the one

clamp that holds it in place, and then disassembling the two hangers.

The hangers are gonna be in the same locations, and you can simply remove your factory Axle-Back

from the rubber hanger, give it a couple of twists, a couple of pulls, it'll come right

off the tailpipe and you can set it aside.

Then you'll go ahead and attach the inlet pipe on the rest of the piping from your Jeep,

attaching the clamp there as well.

Finally, set your tail pipe section to the muffler body.

You can leave this clamp a little bit loose to make sure you get everything leveled out

exactly how you like, but do go ahead and attach that and use these hangers to attach

to your factory rubber hangers underneath your JK.

Go ahead and level it, set it exactly how you want it, tighten down those clamps, and

you're finished.

Again, very easy install that you can do in your driveway.

Like I said, this is one of the more expensive single outlet Axle-Backs we have.

This is a $500 exhaust system that is just a single outlet.

This is 409 stainless, which makes it a very high-quality material and you get the high

temp coating on the majority of this system as an extra layer of protection, so I do think

this is gonna hold up really well and you are gonna get a really nice sound out of this.

So, $500 dollars, not a bad price when you consider all the quality.

However, if you are looking for more of a budget-minded system, we do have some less

expensive ones as well.

So if you're looking to change up the sound of your JK I would definitely recommend taking

This Is Why Water Striders Make Terrible Lifeguards | Deep Look - Duration: 3:34.

To us, water striders are almost magical.

I mean, come on, they're literally walking on water.

But come down to their level and it's a bit more… sinister.

These delicate little bugs have figured out how to master the elements -

and to exploit those who can't.

So how do water striders float where others sink?

The answer is those crazy long legs.

Water is pretty sticky stuff.

It likes to hold onto itself.

It sticks together especially well right at the surface.

If you're small, it can actually hold you up, as long as you don't break through that

surface tension.

It seems like the water strider's legs would just sink right in.

But they don't.

They make dimples on the surface.

That's because their legs are covered in tiny hairs called micro-setae that repel water.

The strider's entire body is covered in them.

Those hairs trap a layer of air that keeps the water from sticking to its body.

The water strider simply can't get wet.

That's how they can sit on top of the water without breaking through.

Plus they're pretty light and they spread out their weight with their front and back

legs.

They use their middle pair of legs to maneuver, by pressing down and back against those dimples.

Just like rowing a boat.

They can even catch some air.

Most of their fellow insects aren't quite as graceful.

Like this caddisfly.

Struggle as it may, it's stuck.. half-drowned…

Exactly what the water strider has been waiting for.

It probes for a weak spot

And pierces through - spitting digestive enzymes in that dissolve its victim from the inside.

Then the striders take their time sucking out the innards.

Immediate Threat License Suspension in Massachusetts - Duration: 3:03.

Hi!

This is Julie Gaudreau.

I'm a Criminal Defense Attorney with DelSignore Law and today we will be discussing an immediate

threat license suspensions and how to get your license back.

If you have any other additional questions, please click on the icon at the top of the

screen.

So what is an immediate threat license suspension?

This means that the Registry is determined that your continued operation of a motor vehicle

is a danger to public safety.

There are 2 reasons that the RMV will suspend your license for an immediate threat.

The first is for medical reasons.

This occurs when a doctor reports that you have a medical condition that makes you unsafe

to drive.

The other circumstance is when the Police report that your continued operation is a

danger to public safety.

This can arise out of criminal charges or absurd dangerous driving.

An immediate threat license suspension is indefinite and they don't offer a hardship

license.

The reason is the RMV is determined that your driving is unsafe regardless of whatever hours

of the day.

So in your best interest to appeal the suspension.

The first step is appearing that the RMV.

Typically if it's a medical threat, the RMV will be satisfied if you could provide

documentation by a doctor showing that you are not a threat.

If it's a threat by a Police Officer, it could go one of the 2 ways.

If there are not criminal case pending, the RMV may reinstate if you can show clearance

from a therapist or a doctor that you're safe to drive.

However, if there are criminal charges pending, the RMV will not reinstate your license until

the case is disposed of.

This is an issue because court cases could take a year or two.

So the best course of action when the RMV denies your appeal, is to appeal the license suspension

to the Board of Appeals.

The Board of Appeals will consider reinstatement on immediate threat license suspension during

the pendency of the criminal charges.

However when you appear before the Board, they're going to expect that you have documentation

that you could be a safe driver, that you have hardship letters from your employers and

typically when you hire an Attorney, they'll prepare a rather lengthy memorandum explaining

to the Board why you're not a threat to drive and why a license is essential for you to

be able to work and take care of your family.

These hearings are fairly formal.

If you have an immediate threat suspension, it's important that you speak with an Attorney

as soon as possible.
