Round 1 was made with sausage, bacon, corn and so on,, which is a bit child-like taste
and Round 2 is a bit mature version, which is made with brisket, perilla leaf, and enoki mushroom
Actually this is not the first time for it. I tried it recently in a recording show and it was great. so I'll do it again today
You can see the brisket there, and this is YeopTteok. I got Kind-level last time but today is Normal-level of spiciness becuz of the fat of brisket
First, this brisket should be stir-fried first. Dang it!
I recently saw many foods with brisket in several tteokbokki places. Brisket is perfect for the price out of beef cuts. This? It's 400g.
