MY PREMIER LEAGUE PREDICTIONS FOR 2017/18 - Duration: 6:36.

Hello guys it's Nicky here and today

we're gonna be talking about the premier league

So with the premier league coming up with like two weeks to go I thought this year

I'm gonna make some predictions. So I've made a full table that I'm going to put up on the screen right now

So these are all my premier league predictions, so we're gonna go through them and at the end

There's gonna be like a deal. So however good my predictions were is how many forfeits I'll have to do

So let's have a look at my table. Let's go alright so as you may know

I am a Man United fan

so yeah, as some of you may know, I'm a United fan

There could've been some potential biasty in there

but that doesn't matter as however many I get wrong means I have to do forfeits anyway

Anyway first off just have a look at that poll

In the corner, who do you think is gonna win the premier league just go over there who do you thinks gonna win?

Personally I think Chelsea will regain the title so let's just go through this table that I've put up here

So I think Chelsea are gonna win the league

They have got a very strong team. They've made some good signings so as you can see my table I

think I put them to win, and now let's talk about the rest of the top four so

Being a United fan I've put united second, but I honestly do think we could come sack with Lukaku the team you solid defender

It's this is the season then inside

So this is a very close, so this is just rough predictions

Obviously, this is not going to be exactly correct

Immigration Fraud: The Lure Of Inside Connections - Duration: 8:51.

Hello, everybody.

Welcome to immigration Live.

Today, I want to talk to you about a 6 million dollar immigration fraud

that was reported last week in the San Diego Union-Tribune.

The issue was that of how immigrants get ripped off by representatives, notarios, people pretending to be lawyers,

people pretending to be immigration assistants.

That's a very important issue, and I do want to explore that real briefly with you here.

In the article, it said that there were three individuals who would pose as assistants for immigrants.

Two of them pretended to be officers of the Department of Homeland Security.

They would show individual badges.

They would fill out forms and even take fingerprints of the individuals that they were talking to at the time.

Now, we are in turbulent times in immigration. We are under the Trump administration.

Things are happening.

And just like when there are good times, like under the Obama administration

when he was proposing DAPA and DACA and other programs,

a lot of people set up shop.

A lot of these fake immigration assistants, these fake immigration lawyers set up shop

to help individuals who don't know better.

And the same thing happens during rough times. And right now, we're in rough times.

As the San Diego Union reported,

these were individuals who paid a great sum of money

for immigration assistance which was not there because they were not really immigration lawyers.

The article said that there was six million dollars that were taken from immigrants. That was the estimate.

Frankly, I find that to be an exaggerated sum.

First off, the article said that there were 150 reported cases or cases that they know about.

Now if you do simple math, that comes out to $40,000 per case, and that's a lot of money per case.

Unless you have a family of almost 20 individuals - because it appeared to be that these were family-based immigration cases

$40,000 is a great sum.

I don't know too many families are going to be able spend $40,000 on immigration assistance just like that.

They are going to plunk it down.

So I think that the story that the FBI figures, if the FBI gave them to the San Diego Union,

are a little exaggerated.

There are some other issues here.

The immigration service, actually the FBI, set up some online reporting forms

for other individuals to come forward.

And there are some indications that since the story broke last week

that there has been another 15 to 20 individuals

who have come forward to say they may have also been duped by these individuals.

Now, there are some problems though. There are some problems with the cooperation.

Essentially, the first problem is the Trump Administration's attitude toward victims

in other areas of law, as has been reported by various news sources.

Individuals who apply, who applied for programs like Violence Against Women Act Protection

have actually themselves been taken into custody even though they are the victims.

Now, the District Attorney's office in San Diego said that they could shield individuals from criminal immigration charges.

The problem, however, though is that deportation is a civil law matter,

so that even with the help from the District Attorney

they can still end up in some kind of deportation case at immigration court facing charges.

Now, there is a possibility that some of these individuals could then, could claim "U" visa protection.

Under the U visa regulations, they would be eligible, if approved

for temporary status, and four years later apply for permanent residency.

Again, one would have to think, especially with the news a few days ago from the Trump administration

that they want to reduce the amount of legal immigration, that there could be problems.

But there is a second issue here that I did want to discuss,

and I mentioned that when I posted the article from San Diego Union.

It's this.

Obviously, some of the individuals involved in these schemes knew what they were doing.

Now, if somebody is paying $40,000 - and there was one gentleman said that, it was reported,

he had paid $45,000 (although his name wasn't mentioned).

If they paid $40,000, if they paid $30,000, if they paid $20,000,

it is hard to think that they did not know what they were doing.

It is hard to think that if they were dealing directly with a Department of Homeland Security officer

that at least some of them, maybe not all, but some of them,

knew that they were getting papers a little on the sly. That they were not really playing by the rules.

So, the issue is that when it comes to immigration fraud, there are victims and there are non-victims.

Those that are innocent that are taken advantage of by notarios, legal assistants, by attorneys –

they are the main culprits in terms of destroying immigrant families through immigration fraud

because a lot of times these individuals may have a good case but they end up totally destroying it

by going the false route.

But there are other individuals who know what they're getting into and they know what they're trying to achieve.

Personally, I have a real problem with that.

I have a real problem with that because when there are bad acts by those on our side of the immigration fence,

we have to call them on the carpet.

We have to tell them that what they are doing is wrong.

Because what they do does not just, does not just harm them if they get caught.

It harms the entire immigration reform movement.

It harms all those people who are trying to play by the rules, who are very innocent,

who are law-abiding - and yet they are ones who are blasted,

who are part of the anonymous group that is blasted in the public media.

So we have to call them on the carpet. We have to tell our own community.

Do it right. Do it right, okay?

Now, some of you know who follow me for a while that I have prepared

a free guide on how to recognize and avoid immigration fraud before you are the next victim.

I will post a link to the replay of this live broadcast and you can go ahead and download that.

It shares a lot of the most common schemes that I have seen in my lifetime as a lawyer.

And so, with that, I just want to encourage you.

Look, if you are not sure that you are getting a fair deal,

that the people helping you may not have been doing it by the book, that they may be cutting corners,

then I think you should be careful and make sure that you get a second opinion,

that you consult with an attorney somewhere, that you make sure that what you are being told is correct.

Because in the end, you are destroying your own life as well as, as I noted,

hurting the entire immigration movement.

In the end the stuff is packed and we have breakfast

And i make breakfast now

Then downhill. Here is a small village

We want to do some grocery shopping there

And we are close enough to the yurts

That's so nice and it makes a lot of fun

To cycle here. And...

But at the end of the day

It's exactly what we are looking for!

I like the unique landscapes so much

With all the green meadows

You can maybe compare it to Scotland

The STRESS of Selling up, Sailing away and Living the Dream! - Duration: 5:43.

Woody went to Greece for a sea trial and survey of the boat that we're really

interested in and the guy that was with him who's a surveyor - they were working

long hours so he didn't get much time to do too much drinking this time which is good!

Greece is a good place to start for sailing because it's often flat seas and

it's going to be nice and warm. On a sea trial you take a boat out, you get the sails

up the engine on and you test everything to see if it works and you also see

if you actually like the way the boat sails.

This is the Amel Super Maramu, 53 Foot.

We're doing the sea trials.. just off the coast of Lefkas

So I'm really glad we got the survey done by someone who we really trust and yeah, it

gives 27 pages and all the things that highlighted - stuff that we probably

weren't aware of actually. Loads of things need changing, lots repairs, some

things need replacing the generator needs a lot of work on it. Engines okay

but needs a good overhaul. It's basically like to doer upper. Obviously there's a lot of

money we've got to put into it to fix it up. So I'm really excited that we finally got

that stage - we found a really good sea worthy, strong boat and that's the

main thing for me really. So I'm kind of excited about finding that boats and I'm

also really excited about going but I know at the moment the excitement isn't

really there because I'm just trying to get the thing done. We've put a deposit

down and we hope deposit is secure because the last deposit we put down on a

boat the money got lost for about 10 weeks and we thought we'd never get it back again.

That was a very stressful time. We've advertised the house now so it's

available for four weeks from today and it's not very long really. We've had

viewings already, someone came around yesterday unexpectedly, the house was a tip

and I think they were quite surprised didn't like it did in the photos. So I've

got a long list of things that he doing in the house

from painting various bits and pieces and clearing it out - there's still other

things that need clearing really. So we've got the car that needs selling, the

house that needs doing up in places and clearing out, we need to pack and we've also

got the kids holiday. I'd rather they're out there being

active than just hanging around me not being sble to do stuff with them. I'm fine, I've

just got a millions of things I've got to. I don't feel like I'm really spend

time the kids enough, but they quite like being at home don't you kids? Yeah!

I've got lots of friends I'd like to see them all before we go but at the moment

I'm just finding that hard as well, to fit that in. We need to get away by September

because the boat is in the yard until the 18th of September so we've got to

get there a few weeks before to paint the bottom and do various job before

we even launch it in the water, so it is quite kind of stressful - like even doing this

at the moment.
