Hi, this is Joelle Meijer.

Here is a project to make birth announcement cards with paper doilies.

Take a sheet of coloured paper of your choice and fold it in half widthwise

to form a card.

Some people prefer blue for boys and pink for girls but do not hesitate to use

other colours like purple, yellow, green or even orange.

Take a small paper doily and cut out less than a quarter of the circle

to form the pram.

Take a slightly larger doily and cut two wheels from the lace edge.

Place the pram face down on a scrap of paper

and put glue from a stick everywhere.

Turn the pram over and place it on one side of the folded coloured sheet.

With the way I made the cut, I find it more logical to glue the pram

on the left side.

Don't forget to leave enough room to glue the wheels underneath the pram.

Take the two wheels, put them face down on the scrap paper

and again use the glue stick.

Next, glue the wheels in place under the pram.

Represent the pram handle with a curved line of white glue,

then pour white glitter over the glue.

Pour the excess glitter on a sheet folded in half

and put the glitter back in the container.

You can also add lines along the opening of the pram and dots on the wheels

in the same way as for the handle of the pram.

Now, just write the child's name on the right of the pram.

This project can be used as a birth announcement

or as a congratulations card for the happy event!

Proper Goalkeeper Stance - Soccer Tips - Duration: 2:40.

This is Stefano from best soccer tricks dot com. Today, we will be showing you the

proper goalkeeper stance. It's very important to have that stance, to keep,

to make sure you're very agile as you're going. Alright, so a lot of

goalkeepers most of the time they're going to be be just a bit laying around your

arms are nice and they're going to be down. You don't want to do that, so the first

step is instead of being flat-footed, you always want to make sure your on your

tiptoes to make sure you're able to move wherever you want to move. Secondly, you

want to bend the knees a bit, this way ever you've got a spring, it's not a problem

you can do it whenever you want. Thirdly, your hands very very important.

So as your knees are bent you're jumping right? Your arms and your hands are going to

be straight. This way if you want to go left, you can go left quick, right right

quick and very and even up, you can go up. So very very important to make sure you

do that. So you're going to go like that and then wherever the ball comes you're nice

and ready. You're going to make sure you're ready. So that's the basics, so next

we will continue with the ball and I will explain you how that works.

So, as I explain you're on your tiptoes you're ready when the ball gets thrown

you're ready. So, once again you're good goalkeeper stance. Good, once again nice and low.

All right and just to show when you want to up it's very easy to spring.

You can spring very quickly.

Alright, so last very important

trick make sure when you're catching that ball

you keep a nice triangle with your arms. It's going to make sure you absorb the ball,

to give less chance for the rebounds as much as possible

this way you couldn't absorb it as you're catching it. So, whether it's going

straight at you or to the left, to the right as I was showing before, you will

probably notice I have this trick. So, once again, makes it very easy to catch

the ball. No rebounds even when you go left or right.

Very important in your

games, you never want to try and give those rebounds, so by catching, you give your

team an extra opportunity to defend that ball. I hope you enjoyed the video

next time you're in a game practice. Once again, you'll be able to use the tricks

very efficient for when you're diving or jumping up to spring at the ball.

Hi there dear yogis! This is Not Your Perfect Yogi

and my video for today is dedicated to all the beginners out there that want to kickstart their practice at home and don't know how...

What I'm going to teach you today is a Sun Salutation A/ Surya Namaskar A

and I'm going to follow this video up with a Sun Salutation B

What are Sun Salutations actually? Sun Sal. are used in the beginning of a practice

in order to warm up the body, make your joints more flexible

and get you ready for the practice

but also

If it just do 3 x Sun Salutations A and 3 x Sun Salutations B

in a practice, that is considered a complete practice, because it engages all your body

So what I'm going to do now, is going to teach you all the beginner tips and modifications

for Sun Salutation A. I myself have some back problems and inflexibility in my back

so I'm using some of these

and I'm thinking that they might be be useful for you alsol, as a complete beginner and also as a person that maybe is

not so flexible and not so used to yoga

so without further ado, let's stop talking and let's start practicing !

Come into standing position, make sure you're adjusting your standing pose correctly

your heals should be slightly apart and your big toes should be touching each other. Sit up right!

Take a deep, deep inhale

and

lift your hands up, look towards the sky

Exhale, lower down, look at your knees, hug your knees from behind

the modification here means bringing your knees slightly closer to your body, even if they bend,

especially if you have problems with the back like me

Exhale, look up, head up, hands on your shins

Jump back

or if you cannot jump back, just step back one leg at the time: right, left.

Lower your knees

inhale, lower your body down

exhale, look up

Cobra

or if you can go into Upward Dog, shift yourself, push yourself upwards

and lift your knees off the ground

Downward Dog, step back

and do a few leg stretches.

Stretch your back and the modification here for beginners or for people that have problems with their back,

is to bend their knees! Bend your knees!

and keep them bend, you've notice what happened to my back once I've bent them.

Five breaths here, jump forward, hands on your shins

lower down again and exhale

Inhale, going up, look up

Lower your hands, Tadasana.

Okay, now let's do it all at once!
