It is that time of year again where we are all blowing our heads off
with excitement because football is back
new signings, new teams, FIFA 18 but the main question will always remain
who will be champions ?
Hello I am SEANY and welcome to my Premier League predictions of the
upcoming 2017/18 season just going to have my FIFA 17 gameplay of
my Dortmund and Man City career mode
(cough, cough) check it out
now before we actually start this list I want you guys, the viewers to comment
down below your Premier League predictions oh and don't dislike the video
just because your team is not my predicted champions
nobody likes that guy
Obviously we will have to start with the relegated teams
at dead bottom we have a team that most people predict to come last this season
it is unfortunately going to be Huddersfield Town
after finishing the Championship at 5th last season
with a goal difference of negative 2 it is hard to find a reason at this point
of time to not put them dead last
but there is a shining star among them an Australian complete midfielder by the name
of Aaron Mooy
this transfer window seeing the Man City player which was on loan at this club arrive
on a permanent
At 19th is another promoted club and it is Brighton
Brighton & Hove Albion if you want the full of it
I put Brighton at 19th just because I simply see the other teams having
better players so yeah, uhm that's about it
Now for the last club to be relegated.
At 18th is Burnley Burnley has always been a struggling
club in the Premier League of recent history
2014/15 Premier League sees Burnley getting relegated
at 19th the season after being promoted to the first division
they made a return last season finishing at a
respectable 16th 6 points ahead of the relegation zone
seeing their best player leaving will not give
them much confidence Michael Keane was one half of a shining duo
in defence for a lackluster Burnley the other half of the duo is
goalkeeper Tom Heaton that let's be honest
we won't be surprised if a mid table club tries to swoop in and take
him
Now finally escaping the treacherous relegation zone
we moce to 17th with Watford
I personally thought Watford would make around 12th spot
in the Prem they had a pretty decent squad
Troy Deeney up front, Pereyra, Capoue and Gomes in goal
don't get me wrong they not a title winning squad but they
surely should not be anywhere near relegation
last season they finished just above relegation at 17th
I don't see them changing in terms of hungriness they will be happy to avoid relegation again
We now move to Wales where I think Swansea will finish 16th
much like Watford I expected more from the Swans
Swansea ended last season's campaign with a negative goal difference
of negative 25 the Welsh club has been falling down
I mean really fast like a player diving in the box
after the defender's hand grazed their backs 14/15 season sees Swansea at 8th 6 points
less than Liverpool 15/16 Premier League they dropped 3 spots
to 15th Swansea have a decent squad
to avoid relegation but they should be wary of their
recent seasons
15th is Bournemouth the Cherries recieving a much
underrated boost to their campaign arriving on a free transfer is
Jermaine Defoe the 34-year old striker alone
can almost avoid relegation it will be interesting to see who else
can pull up their socks and deliver 2 Chelsea players joined Bournemouth
this window Asmir Begovic and Nathan Ake
leave Stamford Bridge in search for more game time
15th place for Bournemouth should maybe more likely be their minimum expectation
especially considering that they finished
9th last season can they outperform this season
only time will tell
Next up are the Geordies at 14th Newcastle hated the fact that they
were in the Championship everyone could agree
including themselves that they deserved to be relegated
finishing the 15/16 Premier League season 18th
just 2 points below rivals Sunderland seems like Newcastle have the
last laugh now being in the Prem while
The Black Cats had a humiliating last season only getting 24 points the entire season
I like many others are expecting big things
Newcastle are extremely lucky that Rafa Benitez didn't abandoned them
after 15/16 embarassment Rafa has given the players and fans
a feeling of hope that they have long desired
more than enough capable squad of avoiding relegation
but a handful of transfers away from mid table 14th is more than respectable
for Newcastle this season
My 13th is Crystal Palace The Eagles have floated around
this region of the table since they were promoted to the
first division after the 2012/13 season only notable arrival for them this season
is Riedewald and a Chelsea loan of Ruben Loftus-Cheek
nothing spectacular to mention but also nothing bad overall
At number 12 is West Brom The Baggies had an absolute overachieving
Premier League campaign last season finishing in just the top half of the table
at 10th which was 4 spots higher than their previous
season they have proven me wrong last season
but can they prove me wrong for a second time in a row
the one major concern for them is their age the current average ageof their 20 player
squad is 28.6 years old Jay Rodriguez joins The Baggies from this
transfer window will he save West Brom's problem of scoring
goals which was 43 last season
I say no cause he probably is going to get injured
which leaves big man Solomon Rondon up front which the opposition just focus on marking
so with a possible striker problem I see West Brom getting 12th
if they can drag out some draws against the bigger teams
Stoke City are at 11th they got 13th last season
which I think is a disappointment for them the loan of Chelsea CB Kurt Zouma
should see their defence sharpen up they conceded 56 goals in the Prem
they have struggled to convert those draws into 3 points
drawing a total of 11 games with only 2 teams drawing more
a few tactical changes can see Stoke challenging for the top half of the table
11th might be punching above their weight
We finally move up to the top half of the table
believe it or not at number 10 are recent Premier League champions Leicester City
the magical Cinderella story does not look like it is
going to happen again The Foxes
pulled off an unbelievable win in the 15/16 season
last season they ended 11 places lower with the magical charisma of Claudio Ranieri
and 3 players in 1 Ngolo Kante gone it will be another mediocre season for The
Foxes the addition of Kelechi Iheanacho
upfront might spark energy back into the team
10th place for champions is disgusting but Leicester cannot complain after
their post champion workrate
Moving closer to that famous top 6 at number 9 are The Saints, Southampton
somehow they have managed to claw back Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool
to keep their star man Virgil Van Dijk
very decent squad should see them reaching the top half
but won't be eyeing top 6 this season
Big spending West Ham are at number 8 the new acquisitions of the 2 former Man City
players well one on loan with an option to buy
this is Joe Hart and the Hammer's new captain Pablo Zabaleta
these 2 Cityzens will bring experience to the side
that lacked consistency Chicharito will be the star up front replacing
the always injured Andy Carrol much like Southampton, West Ham
won't be that far away from top 6
Everton are at lucky number 7 after selling their top goal scorer this transfer
window will the return of Wayne Rooney fill the posistion
atleast for this season Michael Keane, Jordon Pickford and Davy Klaassen
will strengthen The Toffees
the wonderkid Tom Davies will ensure Everton stays focused
unfortunately missingout top 6 again but should be closer than last season
We finally to the top 6 just reminding you again don't dislike the
video if you don't agree with me
rather comment your reason at number 6 it is the decaying Arsenal
they had troubles with consistency their fans and players don't believe in themselves
Alexis Sanchez was trying to force a move to the Etihad Stadium
just Arsenal's whole situation is a mess and it is going to be hard seeing the
season go smooth oh and injuries
Number 5 is the hard working, youthful club of Tottenham
one word Wembley
last season they were the only team to not lose
a home game we already know the stadium transition is
more of an effecting factor than we would ever imagine
just look at West Ham even though Wembley is not their permanent
home the atmosphere is likely to not be the same
At my number 4 is the same team that got 4th last year
Liverpool the inconsistency of Coutinho will
not give them confidence Sadio Mane is probably their key man now
the addition of Salah should get their fans mouths watering
Liverpool should do well but the Champions League will affect their
performance in the Prem Jurgen Klopp will have his hands full
deciding who to rest and injuries will set them back
at this moment already Bogdan, Lovren, Sakho, Origi and Ings
are injured Daniel Sturridge will probably be on that
list soon
At number 3 it is Manchester
United one word can desribe them last season
and that is draw
they drew the most games in the Prem a total of 15 out of 38
their huge signing of Lukaku will replace Zlatan
they are back in the Champions League but should not expect a Premier League trophy
this season Mourinho needs to learn to play more
attacking football and convert 1 point into 3
they finished last season at 6th this season 3rd and going through Champions
League group stage should be a minimum
It is now between last year's winners Chelsea and Manchester City
my predicted winner of the 2017/18 Premier League is
Man City so Chelsea is at number 2 because
this year they are going to be in the Champions League
Chelsea have great players but are lacking squad depth
while on Man City's side they are flourishing
the signing of Danilo indicates that drastically Kyle Walker and Mendy are Pep's ideal attacking
fullbacks with Danilo ready to fill the gap when needed
abundance of attackers on the wing and up front
Aguero, Jesus, Sane, Sterling, Bernardo Silva, Patrick Roberts
and Nasri if he is staying Ederson is a sure upgrade from Bravo
in the short term and the long term John Stones looking incredible in the preseason
scoring 2 goals so when Kompany gets injured then there
is an adequate replacement
Thank you for watching leave a like
