Youtube daily report Nov 11 2017

What's up, guys? Welcome to a new video! I am Lukas ..

This is Max. And we have a sick battle for you today!

What are we doing today?

We have 3 different challenges

The 1st challenge is a "Precision Challenge"

Let's find out, who should start

I will start ..

Max will start - let's dooo this

Subscribe to my channel - the 1st link in the desc..

Just shut the ..

He doesn't understand the challenge?!

First who scores through the upper90 wins this challenge (round)!

Just try to score .. any technique

You should get this on cam!

Oh, boy!

What's wrong?!

First Round - While Max is getting the balls, i will score - watch this!

So - i won the first round - easy!

Max can get a point hitting the other corner!

Now top right corner

The most innovative challenge ever!

I think Max will score first

Really? Do you think Max will win this corner?

Yeah. i think!

This hearts .. rly

Max seems to be focused!

Oh, this was close!

Oh, boy! But i'm getting closer!

Max will have 3-4 bad kicks, but then he just scores out of nowhere

This was close!

Why is this happening?

Common Lukas, you are not that close ..

I want to see the replay, i think this one was infront of this shirt..

Lukas lost..

He said it's a shirt, but it's clearly a pullover!

Okay, i lost - it's a pullover, not a shirt

First challenge - we have a DRAW (1:1)

Now we have a crossbar challenge with 5 shots!

Max, what are the rules?

First shot - 5m with a lob

Then a Rabona from the penalty point

From 16m - with your left & your right foot

The last one is a volley - try to hit the crossbar as often as possible

You can juggle as long as you want to

You don't need to do an air rabona

Who is the fastest player gets a bonus point

Really? Then i need to strive

Noo

Yeeees

I just scored the most difficult one ..

Ready .. Set .. Go

No, already his first point!

He also scored the rabona

What's wrong with Max?

No, way ..

Max just scored 2 points

Who will get the speed point .. i think Max was a bit slower ..

That's difficult.. You will see the result now!

The last challenge!

No Bounce - Volley Challenge!

You get the ball, you have 2 touches - then you should score without a bounce

Who has 3 misses first, loses this challenge

Starting from 5m, then 11m - 16m ..

How should i start?

Just do it..

As you can see, 5m is way too easy

Max is nervous

Max is really nervous!

Boy!! This isn't happening!

This is the 1st miss for Max

I'm ready!

Nooooo

As we can see, both will stuck in the box .. #shameonyou

What's wrong with us?

Okay Max, it's your turn

No one had 2 misses from 5m ..

When i miss this, then ..

This one was important!

Lukas is now nervous!

easy one!

This could be my last shot..

You should score, otherwise you get the 2nd miss

save one

Tension!

You will miss!

This one was in!

Now we are both at this mark!

Next position

The boy is on fire!

Lukas, you will score this one!

NOT!

he stepped over the line!

Now it's gettin serious!

We have to get over this obstacle

Who hits my cam will be kicked out directly from teamfk!

This one was too short, 2nd miss from Max

Lukas has to score, otherwise he will lose

I'm really under pressure, because i missed twice from the penalty

I need to focus

Yessss!

I scored my shot - now is Max turn

I have 2 misses, like Max - but it's now Max turn

If Max doesn't score, i will win this challenge

Yeahh!!

This is the win!

Thanks for watching, guys!

Great job, Max

ESCRAIN - TRACE (Official Lyric Video) - Duration: 4:28.

Worthless lies are distorting your path

Throw away meaningless goodness, so you can survive

Desperately searching

For a place without caos

You can't be fooled

But you also can't trust in yourself, so let go

WHAT ARE YOU SEEKING

YOU'RE BLIND AND FOOL

The moon is fading, time is running out

And you still couldn't find a trace

It's necessary to feel all the pain

Believe in yourself before being left behind forever

Frantically crying

About the past you can't forget

You can't foresee the future

Can't change reality, so let go

AFRAID OF NOTHING

YOU'LL FIND YOURSELF

The moon is fading, Time is running out

And you still can't save yourself

God of moon - keep praying

God of moon - become the sacrifice

God of moon - keep praying

God of moon - become the sacrifice

Quietly losing hope

After being broken

You can't see anything

Darkness is unavoidable, so let go

WHAT ARE YOU SEEKING?

YOU'RE BLIND AND FOOL

The moon is fading, Time is running ou

And you still couldn't find a trace

WHAT ARE YOU SEEKING?

YOU'RE BLIND AND FOOL

AFRAID OF NOTHING

YOU'LL FIND YOUR TRACE

The Mad Baron - Roman von Ungern-Sternberg I WHO DID WHAT IN WWI? - Duration: 10:06.

He was cruel, ruthless, and violent, but he was also magnetic and was a soldier brave

to the point of foolhardiness.

He was also to many a Divine figure and his legend bears repeating - Baron von Ungern-Sternberg.

I'm Indy Neidell; welcome to a Great War bio Special about Baron von Ungern-Sternberg

and the First World War.

Nikolai Roman Maximilian von Ungern-Sternberg was born January 10th, 1886, in Graz, in the

Austro-Hungarian Empire.

His mother was German and his father Estonian.

His father was declared insane, and his mother married another Estonian nobleman and went

to live in Reval, which is Tallinn today in Estonia, but was then part of Russia.

The family claimed to have Romanov blood - the Russian Tsar's family - in them and to be

partly Mongolian, but in reality they were mostly German with Hungarian roots.

The Baltic German community was well established as an elite class in Estonia, and in the 19th

century many of them pursued Russian military careers, in service in eastern or central

Asia against the unruly Khanates during that period of Russian colonization.

The young Roman was obsessed with tales of his ancestors - pirates and bandits.

His grades in school were abysmal, but worse than that was his behavior.

He wasn't a bully; he was the guy bullies are scared of - a sadistic and violent young

man who was eventually expelled from school.

His father pulled some strings and got him into the Marine Academy in St. Petersburg,

but neither his grades nor his behavior saw any improvement.

In fact, to get out of the academy, he volunteered for the army; Russia was currently fighting

the Russo-Japanese War.

The 19 year old Roman dreamed of making a difference, but by the time he arrived at

the front the demoralized Russians and the overextended Japanese were at a stalemate.

He did not see action, but emerged from the war as a Corporal, was very impressed with

the Japanese skill and courage, and had seen the Far East for the first time, which to

him was the land of old.

His grandfather had been a privateer in the service of an Indian prince against the British

and had introduced him to Buddhism.

He was also interested in astrology and the occult, which were quite popular at the time

in Russia and Asia, as the old order seemed ready to crack.

The abortive 1905 Russian Revolution took care of that.

The Tsarist rule was indeed threatened, and the monarch's response bloody, but the response

to his response was violent uprisings.

The Estonian peasantry burned down the Ungern-Sternberg estate.

This served to confirm Roman's radical beliefs that the peasants were animals, led astray

by Jews.

In fact, Roman was a rabid monarchist, who had no patience for ideas of capitalism or

liberalism.

The Tsar was appointed by God.

His father once again pulled some strings and Roman was enrolled in the prestigious

Paul I Military Academy as a cavalry cadet.

He was a natural athlete and an excellent horseman and he graduated and found service

in a Cossack regiment- the 1st Argum regiment of the Zabaikal Cossacks under General Rennenkampf.

They were stationed near Lake Baikal in Siberia, and lived a nomadic life on the steppes, riding

border patrols against Chinese bandits.

This was a world of magic and adventure for Roman.

He practiced "military Buddhism" and brought others to its cause.

Among other practices, it promoted celibacy, but allowed unlimited alcohol, opium, and

hashish.

In 1913, he arrived in the Mongolian capital city of Urga, which could have been medieval

if not for hunters with rifles.

It had been under Chinese control until 1911 and was now fighting for independence.

There, Roman delved deeper into Buddhist and shamanistic studies.

He was expelled, however, from the Cossacks for his violent behavior, and only the outbreak

of the world war got him reinstated and sent to the Eastern Front.

There, he was exposed to some of the most brutal, bloody, and stupid fighting of the

war, making suicidal charges against entrenched machine guns and artillery.

Cossack casualties were 3-4 times higher than they were anywhere else in the Russian army.

He took part in the invasion of East Prussia, the defeat at Tannenberg, the Battle of Galicia,

and the fighting in the Carpathians.

He was wounded five times, which isn't surprising since he volunteered for the most dangerous

missions and rode at the head of formations.

"Ungern´s survival was due partly to blind luck, partly to an almost suicidal absence

of fear.

As he was to show winning his medals, he could do things so madly heroic that his enemies

would often pause in sheer astonishment."

The war on the Eastern Front reminded him often of the vast steppes of Central Asia.

Instead of the enclosed killing zones of the west, the vast regions and deep forests of

the east dwarfed the men, who were surrounded by nothingness with only death ahead of them.

Humanity became increasingly absent; cruelty and violence took its stead.

The war worsened him.

A large part of his activities as a Cossack were raiding parties, rushing in short, violent

bursts deep into enemy lines where there was no time to take prisoners or distinguish between

soldier and civilian.

He was awarded the Cross of St. George 4th Class, but in late 1916, after serving a sentence

in military prison for yet another violent drunken rage against his superiors, was assigned

to the Black Baron - General Pyotr Vrangel - and sent to Lake Urmia, now in Northern

Iran.

He was there when the February Russian revolution of 1917 broke down the machinery of state.

The following Kerensky Government, to Ungern, was a total mess, but at least it was some

sort of authority, compared to the Bolshevik rule after the October revolution, but it

allowed his regiment to travel to Mongolia once more, to recruit men to fight against

the revolutionaries once Russia left the World War.

In 1918, counter-revolutionary White Army forces outnumbered the Bolshevik Red Army

by a considerable amount, but they lacked cohesion.

Anarchists, monarchists, republicans, socialists, they had different ideologies and were scattered

across the former empire, while the Bolsheviks could draw on the industry of Petrograd and

Moscow and the remnants of the old army.

FHG: Y'know I had no idea about this guy, it truly is fascinating how widespread the

ramifications of the Russian Revolution were.

Indy: Yeah, it really is.

But what also might be interesting is to know who you are

FHG: Well you see, I'm the guy behind Feature History, often known as Feature History guy.

If you wanna see some drawings with no eyes bouncing about talking about the Polish-Soviet

War, I have something like that.

Indy: That sounds pretty cool, it's also not a conflict a lot of people know about.

I'll certainly drop by later to check it out.

FHG: Be there or be square.

Ungern believed the salvation of Russia lay with the people of the borders.

With the aid of a fake armored train, Mongol warriors, Chinese merchants, Japanese arms

dealers and "volunteers", as well as help from the Czech Legion and the Americans of

the Siberian Expeditionary Force, he began building his army.

It didn't hurt that the Cheka - the Red secret police - were running a reign of terror

in Siberia at the time, and the consequent stream of refugees swelled his ranks.

His Special Manchurian Mounted Division crossed the border into Russia.

Raids and skirmishes against the Red Guard procured ammunition and supplies, and soon

he had his own regime in the Dauria region.

He called himself Baron and established a feudal rule of nearly medieval tradition,

and though his rule was culturally tolerant, violence or the threat of violence as the

order of the day.

So each race was welcome, and just about all Gods were, though Jews were hanged on sight,

and Bolsheviks brutally tortured before being hanged or clubbed to death.

He became known as the Bloody Baron and rumors and legends about him abounded; he had people

skinned alive, he had a pack of wolves that he fed with his enemies, he was the God of

War reborn and was favored by the Dalai Lama.

It is true that death trains accompanied him, transporting captured enemies to torture chambers,

and his Mongolian bodyguards revered him as a god.

He, however, saw his violence not as torture, but as punishment and a means to maintain

discipline.

It's not really my place to talk about postwar activity, though the Russian Civil War certainly

ties in with the world war.

I'm pretty sure a bunch of you are gonna look up the rest of his story, though.

Ungern never abandoned his belief in the restoration of the Tsar, believing that Michael Romanov

would rule, not learning of his murder.

He fell out with the other White Army leaders because of his autocratic rule, but he conquered

the Mongolian capital at one point, and fought the Red Army until his capture and execution.

That last happened after his attempt to cross the Gobi Desert - without supplies - and reach

Tibet, turned even his most diehard supporters to mutiny.

His life ended with a trial and a firing squad in September 1921 at the age of 35.

Baron von Ungern-Sternberg was quite likely a psychopath, but he was definitely one of

the most colorful characters of the Great War and its immediate aftermath, and we thought

you'd find his story - though not as important to the war as many of our other bio specials

- extremely interesting.

Thank you Markus Linke for the research on this episode.

of the Russian Revolution, you can click right here to watch the episode on Feature History.

Velký rozhovor s trenérem o Minoru - Duration: 9:01.

I prepared for all the teams.

We knew right from the start that we are gonna play the first match against Space Soldiers.

We knew it's gonna be either Train or Cobblestone.

We knew how to ban.

That kinda turned against us when we found out that Space Soldiers can choose how the banning will begin.

That kinda caught us.

We were ready. Unfortunately, there were individual mistakes aswell.

But Space Soldiers... They were giving head after he

Since we knew it's gonna be either Train or Cobblestone, we played against Space Soldiers on Cobblestone and we knew they are gonna be on Minor.

So we all sat down at home and we watched demos, we were looking at Cobblestone and how they play it, so we were ready for Cobble.

And the last night before the match against Space Soldiers, we all sat in one room and looked at their Train.

We were watching Train, analyzing their defaults, we had them studied, all of us.

But like I said, unfortunately, there were mistakes happening, like...

We won 5 rounds on a Terrorist side, for me that is enough.

Since they were choosing a side, they started on CT side.

We won 5 rounds against them, which is fairly solid against a team like Space Soldiers.

Unfortunately, on CT side...

We won the pistols, but right after that we lost against clear eco.

That was pretty sad, but...

I would say that this round lost us the game, because we've got quite good CT side on Train.

We played 11-4 against Optic, in the qualifier.

But unfortunately I think that this round lost us the game.

Otherwise it would look different.

Like I said, we had them studied, we knew what they were doing, but after you lose against an eco and you had full guns.

It will throw you off, psychically.

And mainly, they started believing in themselves,

They started rushing from Z and they started giving headshots, they are a team that's really on point when it comes to aim.

They know where to aim, where to shoot.

Space Soldiers are great opponents.

Pride, we played against them very often.

We even train against them, played against them in some leagues, we know how they play.

Unfortunately, our weakness is that in the mappool, we have 1 map that we don't play and 1 map in which we are really weak.

So automatically, when we ban the map we don't play, our opponents are gonna pick the map we are bad on, which is Cache.

So yeah. We've got a superb T side in there.

And it looked so, we gave them 8 rounds, there could be more of them, but it came down to clutch rounds.

But the CT side was bad for us, we only won 2 rounds in there. Things were falling apart.

We went on to Mirage.

I personally think that it is our best map together with Inferno, we believed ourselves in it.

However, again, they surprised us with their aggresion.

We played against them many times, even before that tournament, we played against them on Mirage and we smashed them.

But they changed their playstyle heavily.

In a tournament like that, I don't know... They started playing very aggresively, we didn't expect that.

We we're pretty much smashed on T side.

I think it was an 11-4 half.

On CT side, we started comebacking, we played exactly our aggresive game, we didn't do that against Space Soldiers.

Because it was the first match, we were nervous.

In our heads, we were like "It's a big tournament, we need to play well." etc.

Everybody was afraid of making a mistake.

We are playing an aggresive game

And unfortunately, that aggresive game wasn't really there, because everybody was afraid of making a mistake.

That wouldn't allow them to make some aggresive plays.

And against Pride we told ourselves that we need to try hard.

So we started playing more aggresively, we were pushing middle many times on CT side.

That went well for us.

But eventually, Pride stopped going on middle, because they were getting rekt all the time in there.

So we backed off to sites where they began going and then there was that one round, when we were finally 12-12.

They rushed through the connector.

And...

Then it was round after round, we lost 16-13, unfortunately.

Specifically, as a team, I think we gained some great experience.

We also met some new people.

We know how it goes in bigger tournaments aswell.

We had the same rules as they are on Major tournament.

We now know how everything works.

For me, it's really hard when...

Just to experience 4 pauses during the match, which are 30 seconds long and I can't tell to the boys that...

Often, I have to decide where to call a pause, because there are only 4 of them.

And in these 30 seconds, many people can say that 4 pauses are a lot, or that there is a lot of time during the pause.

But really, in these 30 seconds...

At first I tried to calm guys down, motivate them.

Then I told them to try to play something.

Admins got it set that it is automatically turning my microphone on and off.

So the boys were always saying like "We don't hear you anymore".

So really, these 30 seconds are not enough.

And it is really hard for me when I'm standing behind them and I see something they didn't, they didn't call it and...

Of course in the right conditions I could call that for them, but in here you couldn't do so.

And... Like I said, it was a good experience for the future.

PGL Studio... You can run in there only in socks, which is really sympatic.

That was superb for me, because... I don't know, it was really clean in there.

So everybody was running in socks.

I didn't have to be in shoes all day.

You walk in there, you've got a mill room in there for the whole time you're there,

You've got canapé food in there, some salty food aswell.

Unlimited drinks, water and some sweet drinks.

Unlimited coffee, unlimited tea, they brought catering 2 times a day in there.

On lunch and dinner, there was catering.

Pasta etc.

Risotto and... I don't know, just so much food.

The place where we played itself... It was a room in which all the teams were separated by a black tarp.

Great computers, 240Hz monitors, so everything was great.

It was also quiet, except when Polish guys started screaming.

But no, it was really superb in there.

And the studio itself...

They showed us the studio itself, where all the magic was happening etc.

It looked really cool in there.

The stage where we played all the matches. I personally liked it a lot.

Even though it's the same stage for already 2 years or so.

But still, I like it and it is really well made, technically.

I have no remorses, PGL was really great.

Since I was in many bigger citties, I think that Bucharest is one of the bigger ones.

The only thing is that there is tragic traffic.

The drivers are cheeky, you've got 2 lanes in there and then you see 4 cars next to each other.

That can frustrate me, like where are they going etc.

I really wouldn't like to drive in here, but the city...

We weren't on many walks, we spent the time differently.

But the city itself, I saw some beautiful buildings in there, so I would say it is just one of those bigger cities where you surely have some places to have fun etc.

Maybe a beautiful center etc.

I saw their national bank in here, it is in some huge historical building.

That really surprised me, that it isn't something new, but it's really in some historical building.

So yeah, I liked that, but like I said, classic bigger city.

time in public in the hood we're parked right across on a coin laundry H&R Block

Little Caesars in the subway what else do you need

think about Little Caesars I was gonna get Little Caesars when I decided you

don't have him in a subway in a while oh I'm sorry in a Dunkin Donuts at the

end of that not a Starbucks not a Panera this is my shit here this is where JD

feels comfortable Little Caesars best pizza H&R block the

best place you're gonna get a tax return done except except at my office what

door 954 at gmail.com you can just Google me Google Dubois CPA strength you

can Google Jonathan Dorn CPA you can google JT blaze 954 this sand would just

smack him oh so tell me what you get in the comments below tell me what

sandwiches you get when you go to Subway

so I was gonna spicy Italian but Emily that's just salami salami and pepperoni

I love the combo so then one wheat bread for help I always always always take my

glasses off let's relax a little bit you know I'm saying shit my best qualities

my eyes some eyes let you see them you know I'm saying why hide what I got

counterbalance the craziness from my brain so the wheat bread I changed up

the bread but always twice the Italian sandwich which is a pepperoni and salami

then I always get provolone cheese

when I get different sandwiches a different places just Subway's spicy

Italian and mmm there's always such a good sandwich well then I got some

olives and sweet sweet peppers mmm oh my god well that was good all up here you

guys right mmm mmm but then I usually get let go well well then I got these

sweet and red peppers mmm so then I always get after the cheese mayonnaise

lots of mayonnaise extra mayonnaise a disgustingly large amount of mayonnaise

cuz I love the mayonnaise then last trade of onions always then then I'll

kind of varied up depending on how I'm feeling if I'm feeling saucy or spicy or

whatever but today it was some olives and those sweet and sour peppers so here

you guys want the first part of the second half it's good mmm mmm it's a wet

sandwich

um the wet sandwich huh mmm so now I'm with extra mayonnaise

after all the fixin's lettuce tomato onion and then I get um what do I get -

Oh always I drink your salt and pepper and I'll

tell you like I don't know people say I like people know that I've fought drug

addiction and I don't know like I've definitely along with the drug addiction

can massive depression massive anxiety

um I think I started doing massive drugs because I was depressed I'm just looking

for some to not feel so depressed not why kill myself all the time but uh

well I want to tell you that I am also depressed - oh because I'll be

embarrassed when I was younger like 12 or 13 like I'd be embarrassed cuz I

thought it was weird to get mayonnaise and oil and vinegar because that's like

two liquids and like I didn't know anybody else did that so I thought it

was totally weird and I wouldn't do what sometimes or like when I would be in

line I would be thinking about it like all I mean this person is gonna think

I'm so freaking weird but I'm like oh I really want it though and then sometimes

I chicken out sometimes I do it and then I'd get my ID have the best sandwich mmm

so I have some I have some for you guys it's my slowly

that's my swoll mate that's my gym partner he's held in high regard out

shares the Popo I wouldn't doubt if they fucking light me up right now what the

fuck you doing dog it wouldn't be the last time I thought it wouldn't be the

first time but any means I've had to talk to police and sometimes they make

me and hit me in the back of the head with night sticks one that well that

specific time I was so high on meth it just made me mad so mmm not very fun

night Oh anyways

mice wooly was telling me yesterday he went to a he went to a funeral and I'm

not gonna make any jokes about it or anything like that and I I knew I I

didn't know this person but we work out all the time and I know but she was she

knew she had a I think cancer or something and so she kind of knew that

she was going and I know they like went to I don't know they they all went on to

get her her close friends went on a trip this summer like a last hurrah kind of

thing and I just have nothing bad to say about her except you know I feel for

should have husbands and kids and I feel bad bad for the family you know this

woman who passed was like my age forty eight forty and he asked me said she

went to her funeral yesterday and he said how many people do you think would

show up at your funeral you know I thought about it and I at

first I wanted to say no no one cares about me but that's just like my defense

so I thought I just said thirty like that would be like I think like probably

like maybe twenty thirty or something and he goes wow that's a lie I thought

you would say less than that oh shit Popo but he's like I don't think

anybody chope too much and I'm like you know we're just we try to be better but

um so

he said he thought there was a thousand people at her funeral

he says I'm he says that cuz I was counting cuz he was there for like six

hours or something so maybe that's a maybe that's a exaggeration I don't know

because I've been to I've been to two funerals I guess that I've deemed worthy

enough of my my time or that I wanted to and I greatly regret that one of those

two funerals was not my grandfather crusher from Texas I greatly wish I

would have been there for that the paid mark to pay my respects and just to tell

everybody what he meant to me I am that sandwich was delicious this might be my

favorite mukbang yeah I'm looking pretty juicy right so anyways I went to my

uncle Tommy joke Watchers funeral where I was a pallbearer great honor and I

also went to my friend who I saw get shot in the neck his funeral I'll reveal

his name by 100,000 subscribers I'm gonna have a hundred thousand

subscribers and Rev loses name for the first time ever I've used to do rap

music now I've done YouTube 230 of videos I've never mentioned his name but

when I get to 100,000 it's for him and I'll mention his name but I've been to

his funeral as well both funeral hundreds and hundreds of people hundreds

and hundreds of people and people tell stories and they tell stories of how

these people made them feel I also listen to a power cast 12 marvels power

cast I have three I have three cookies you know sharboneau 180 life you know

I'm the Cookie Monster I got three different ones I don't even know which

ones they are Fat Boy mmm

bomb so would it be a testament I ma'am its how many people are gonna show up to

your funeral you know how many we bought in trouble do funeral that's right so I

told my slowly after a while today I said you know I said I thought there'd

be about 30 people show up at my funeral today

listen I got a lot more living to do I got a lot more things to do in my life

I'm really just getting started and I hope that I can touch a lot more people

in that and I hope that number can just you know I hope I can have a couple

hundred thousand or a thousand people I hope I can touch enough people more than

thirty maybe a hundred two and three hundred but uh

so I think I almost figured out like what more my goals is for my life wait

do I make people feel good if they're gonna come to your funeral right like

like you're dead now so we're less like during the will and they're waiting for

the money besides that though besides anybody in the will like they're gonna

be there because they're like oh finally this motherfucker died but I mean

anybody someone else like why why would they go to the funeral if they're not

getting the wolf they're not getting any money out of it because we're living a

very busy time these days and then take time out of your life go to a funeral

when you're not in the world not for monetary game I would assume you go

because of the way the person made you feel and it was not bad cuz you're not

gonna badmouth the person but anyways this is about to end so so how many

people will go to your funeral when you pass think about that that first heard

that from work about power cast this is CPA strength this is like my fifteenth

mukbang I have a whole series of MOOC bonds I do MOOC bonds every single

Saturday morning 8 a.m.

looking at 3 cookie I was like raspberry macadamia nuts and something else where

am i still next Saturday deuces

Jim Rohn: Best Ways to Work Smarter, Not Harder ( Jim Rohn Inspiration ) - Duration: 31:53.

My father had 90 years but it seemed in 93 years but it seemed short in his

seemingly long life of 93 years it was short because it just seems like if we

only had more time Old Testament gives us a view of some people who live to be

five six seven eight nine hundred years old if I have a chance to ask

I will ask how come we got shortchanged

wouldn't that be a good question if you had a chance to ask imagine seven eight

nine hundred years to watch generation after generation after generation after

generation stay healthy and well I mean you gotta have you got to be healthy to

make it to nine hundred you got to take your vitamins

I'm pushing the Bible I'm pushing vitamins I mean I'm doing good today so

the key is time is precious now let me give you Bill Bailey's a description of

time life is not just the passing of time life is not just the passing of

time life is a collection of experiences their frequency

and their intensity life is not just watching the clock tick away life is a

collection of experiences their intensity their frequency when my friend

mark died at age 44 someone says that's young to die but what if he lived four

lifetimes in one might not be too young so here's what it whatever the span of

your life turns out to be here's what you want to fill it up with experiences

and the intensity of those experiences

but now let's talk about the management of time here's one of the best ones we

covered earlier when should you start building this hotel answer as soon as

you have it finished now jot this one down on time management when should you

start the day as soon as you have it finished plan the day the best you can

leaving plenty of room for improvising and surprises and all the stuff that

happens during the course of the day but if you've planned a good productive day

now you start that day you can't believe how much more valuable your time will be

don't start the day until you have it finished now here's the next one

don't start the week until you've had it finished now to lay out a week is a

pretty good challenge next don't start the month until you have it finished the

places to go and the people to see and the productivity and the sales and the

customers and the development and all the rest of what you want to accomplish

during the course of thirty days don't start the month till it's finished and

then here's the big one this is really challenging don't start the year until

you have it finished to the best of your ability

it can't be finished like minute by minute but in terms of the sweep of what

you want to accomplish in the year 2002 make sure that that's set and ready to

go but the time January 1st rolls around and it might get all upset

it might get torn up and you do anew and you make so much progress the first 90

days that now you've got you've multiplied it all by two by three

because that happened to me I thought wow here's how this is gonna be a great

year by the time I'd finish the third month

I'm rolling I'm soaring so many things are happening I revised my whole year's

plan now shut this down approaches to the

management of time here's the first one ignore the subject

I mean that's good advice

don't let anything overly bug you because you'll remember now you don't

have to do anything so I got to get a handle on my time the answer's no you

don't if you want to let it all go you can let it all go I mean this is good

advice somebody says you ought uot uot jot this down ignore all the you arts or

you should only if they're giving general information we should it's

better to say if you're teaching we should not you should we should then you

let me listen in without it being too confrontational if everyone did this see

that'd be great and then you give a person a chance to choose to do it or

not to do it but when you start the you ought you are now see if I don't now see

we got some tension and maybe some problems so you are seem to always

create problems when you're talking to your kids you say no if kids would do

this not always saying if you did this if you

did this life would be better but if kids did this life would be better it's

like making a little talk and letting them listen in and then it's a little

less confrontational it gives us a choice in one of my seminars here's what

I teach all life forms strives to the max of its potential except human beings

all life forms strives to the maths of its potential except human beings

how tall will a tree grow as tall as it possibly can you never heard of a tree

growing half as high as it could know trees don't grow half a tree drives its

roots as deep as it can reaches as high as it can produces every leaf atcond

every fruit to possibly get to the max every life-form strive to the max except

human beings now why not human beings jot this down you've been given the

dignity of choice you're not a robot you don't have to repeat this year the same

as last year you can tear up last year's plan develop

a new plan so the dignity of being a human being now here's the choice on

being a human being to be part of all we were meant to be or to be all to strive

for all or half or part or some the choice is up to you to develop one skill

or ten skills so this is well I'd be happy with just one more language well

some say hey I'm gonna learn six or seven and this is all a matter of choice

and when somebody says no you ought to learn four you've got to resist all left

because this is personal dignity and you don't want to destroy some dignity but

by doing all the aughts and they feel reluctant to do it now we've got

problems so if you want to just ignore this subject on time management now

here's the next one step down to something easier

the guys in sales and he says oh I want to own the company finally owns the

company now he's got no time to play golf he said when I was in sales I was

making big money playing golf three days a week heck with this on and something

heck with managing my life was never my own after I started to manage I'm going

back to sales see this is the key if you're getting too pressed you might

consider stepping down to something with a little easier time pressure little

girl says to her mother daddy comes home brings his briefcase and Pat's me on the

head and says hello disappears and works on these papers how come my daddy

doesn't play with me and her mother said look your daddy loves you very much but

he has he's so busy at work he can't get it all done he has to bring it home he

loves you but that's why he can't play with you and the little girl said why

don't they just put him in a slower group so drop this down now if you don't

have time for your kids you might consider joining a slower group remember

when I said some things I went for cost me too much so reconsider next key to

time management and that's work longer and harder but see there's a limit to

that I almost lost my health the first year I went so crazy about personal

development and achievement I just went bonkers you know I told you I was skinny

but the end of that first year I was a walking shadow and then it suddenly

occurred to me what if I got rich and too ill to spend it I mean that was a

shocker so I started you know developing a little more reasonable because I said

if 12 hours won't do it I'll work 14 if that won't do it I'll work 18 I mean how

many hours it takes and sure enough it cost me too much so see working longer

and harder for some might be appropriate you know if you're just sitting around

not doing that much this might be good work longer and harder but you could

only work so hard here's the key not to work harder but smarter when you've

worked as hard you can doing the best you can in terms

of physical output in the time reasonable time now here's the ultimate

in the management of time and that is you simply become more skillful when I

first got into sales you know I was around people that could get you know

nine out of ten eight out of ten and when I first started I could only get

one out of ten but here's what I did I worked around the clock around the clock

so that I would make up in numbers what I lacked in skill that's good in sales

you got to jot that down when you're new you make up in numbers which you lack in

skill now when you become more skillful the numbers can go down because now

you're you're persuasive ability and all of that is now so high that you don't

need to put as many numbers out but at first if you want to compete or if you

want to really get good you've got to put in the numbers but if you get more

from yourself develop more of yourself now the time management becomes an

easier task now here's the next thing either you run the project or it runs

you I found out when you start something at first you're in charge all of a

sudden a year later it's in charge some of the companies I started I'm telling

you I'm in control a couple of years later I'm out of control at first I've

got it on the run two years later it's got me on the run haven't got enough

time I'm dizzy with trying to get it all done so here's part of the key and

that's to get in charge say I'm gonna take charge of my health one of my

albums is entitled take charge of your life take charge of your time take

charge of your resources which we're going to talk about next take charge of

your health you're the one that's responsible for it

it's not a requirement of society that you not have a heart attack and take

care of your family that's not a requirement of society but you must make

it a requirement of yourself Society doesn't require that you build a

financial wall around your family nothing can get through that's not a

requirement of society it's a requirement you impose on

yourself to build a financial wall around your family nothing can get

through so impose on yourself this self development of being in charge taking

charge of your life and your health and your future and your responsibilities

and all the rest next reasonable time is enough time to achieve all of your goals

just stuff that down reasonable time is enough time I had to learn that

reasonable time is enough time

here's why it's not the hours you put in it's what you put in the hours if you

start depositing greater ideas into the hours you've got later then now I'm

telling you later you can't believe the productivity that will flow the ideas

you can't think of now a year from now they'll start to flow and when you

deposit those ideas in the hours you've got productivity multiplies by two three

five - next time management essential we've already covered the first one a

written set of goals and then do priorities on your goals what's

important this week what's important this month

here's the next one often review just go over your goals to

make sure that your list is working for you it's got you inspired it's got you

turned on

so missus how come you're up so early say if you were headed where I'm headed

you'd be up early too if you were gonna meet who I'm gonna meet you'd be up

early if it was gonna stock up for you like it's stacking up for me you'd be

getting that early here's some more time management essentials learn to study

what we call majors and minors you pick up the phone here's what you must say

when you pick up the phone is this a major conversation or a minor

conversation if it's minor a few pleasantries and you're done if its

major maybe you've got to make a few notes so here's the next one important

conversations make an agenda before you make the call just jot down a little

agenda it's so easy now to just talk out of your head you ever hear a

conversation end like this like this let's see there was something else

see you don't look that Swift I can't think of it right now I'll call you back

see you look a little incompetent let's see there was something it escapes me

right now really so if you got this now make an agenda before you make a call if

it's an important call now later that saves you all kinds of stuff you call

John in the salesman say John remember those four things we went over said no

we didn't talk about that and then you pull out to your date time or whatever

and there's the list you made when you made the call he said oh yes seems like

I do remember and you've got him with your list if it's just sales people

especially can talk you out of what's in your head it's true no we didn't talk

about that and if you don't have a little proof I'm telling you it's gone

so make an agenda before you make a call so what's major what's minor now here's

the key on this don't major in minor things if you take a major time to do

minor things I'm you'll be behind the curve constantly

here's what we learned in sales training what's major time and what's minor time

here's minor time thinking about prospects here's minor time making list

of prospects here's minor time keeping books on

prospects here's minor time going to see the

prospect

here's minor time evaluating the prospect after you've been there that's

all minor time here's major time in the presence of the

prospect that's mine that's major time and if you took a look if you're in

sales and you took a look at a week you'd say my gosh I'm spending 90% of my

time on the minor stuff and so little time on the major stuff in the presence

of how many hours in the presence of in my day how many hours in the presence of

during my sales week just the time that really counts is in the presence of

Trustee majors and minors here's another key time management

essential don't mistake movement for achievement it's easy to get faked out

by being busy that comes home at night all exhausted falls in the chair and

says oh I've been going going going here's the big question

doing what it's not the goal and goal and going some people are going going

going and they're doing figure eights their progress is small so don't mistake

movement for achievement here's another one in sales we learned don't mistake

courtesy for consent if somebody's Pleasant and they nod you say oh they're

gonna buy no they're courteous you can't mistake courtesy for consent

now here's the big one concentration I had to learn this all those years ago

I'm in the shower trying to compose a letter found it turns out to be a

strange letter so here's what I learned to do save them work till you get to the

office save the work till you get to the work don't try to get to the office on

the way to work on the way to work enjoy the way and the shower enjoy the shower

then go to work when you get to work I found this to be helpful concentration

here's another big one learn to say no I'm telling you in such a social society

we have now it's so easy to try to be a nice person saying yes yes yes to

everything find yourself overloaded now you've got to call and make that well

gosh you know all the time it takes to back out of something that you said said

yes to too quickly here's what might be better I don't think so but if that

changes I'll call you little things you can use not to commit over commit

yourself my friend Ron Reynolds says don't let your mouth overload your back

it's a good one now here's the big one on time management when you work work

when you play play don't mix the two

don't work at play I used to take my family to the beach and I would bring my

briefcase I learned not to do that or at the beach I'm saying I should be

at the office I should be at the office now my family's upset because I'm at the

beach and I'm thinking office office office now when I'm at the office I'm

thinking what I gotta get my family to the beach the beach the beach so things

are not going too well if the office cuz I'm thinking beach and things are not

going too well of the beach cuz I'm thinking office here's what I learned to

do at the beach be at the beach at the office be at the office when you work

work when you play play don't mix the two don't work at play now here's one of

the most important ones don't play at work work is too serious you don't want

the reputation of being the office joker it's not a good yes there's time for

some Clinton stories yes there's time for a little humor yes best if it's a

happy office of course but I'm telling you got to be serious about work because

your parting with a piece of your life for the work you do your work costs you

a piece of your life here's what it's called serious business not grim not

unhappy but serious keep don't play at work the only person I don't think we

use anymore horse around at the office play around play jokes play tricks no

place not at the work place at the beach yes at the bar yes somewhere else not

work you've got to treat work with all due conservative passion because it's

leading you to your future here's another key phrase all work is

good you may not like your job but if it's the stepping stones to get you to

where you want to to go you've got to appreciate your job you don't have to

have a passion for your job here's the ultimate passion a passion for

incredible success in every department of my life that's the passion but don't

look John down on some menial job you have to do to finally get you to where

you want to go no job is menial menial no job is not no every job is noble

training life for making a contribution to society next

analyze how you are and if you have some weaknesses

if you can't doesn't seem like you can change here's the key get it covered I

used to keep promising myself I'd keep the book to keep the books keep the

books finally I gave that up and back then it only took me an extra 50 60

bucks a month for some accountant to keep the books as a no I'm gonna save

the 50 bucks you can't believe what I started losing in productivities because

I tried to save the 50 bucks so the key is a lot of times you can stay like you

are but just make sure you get it covered okay next

beware of the telephone and all other systems of communication especially the

telephone at home and systems of communication at home and here's one of

the best lines I've got for you for the weekend let all communication systems

serve you but don't let them intrude

when it comes time to have dinner with your family you shut off all systems

unless the ones that can take messages silently

don't let the phone ring don't let anybody intrude come through

the front door or the back door nor through the telephone or any other

device so you can't reach John and his family when he's having dinner the

President of the United States couldn't get through if you develop that kind of

a reputation father mother when we have dinner when we're visiting and have this

time with our family nothing intrudes so don't let these clever little devices

keep intruding you've got to have a place that sync recite it's it's

invaluable you don't let anything in for that period of time okay isn't it good

advice excellent advice here's the next one read all the books you know I've

only got a few notes here on time management but if you've got some

particular challenges you run a big organization a big corporation you've

got some challenges there's plenty of books now here's what's next just be

more alert to the things that might be stealing your time

here's why time is like capital you can't let someone steal your seed corn

you can't let someone steal your capital and you can't let someone steal your

time you must designate your time and some of

the time that you designate you must not let anyone steal casual time you might

let someone intrude and steal a little bit and take a little bit but not

serious time next one of the great time management savers is to learn to ask

questions upfront sometimes you talk to somebody for an

hour and then you ask questions and find out if you would have asked those

questions up front you could have saved yourself an hour asking questions up

front helps you to get to the problem now but if you just launch into some

discourse you might waste thirty minutes waste an hour when here's what you

should have been talking about after you've finished an hour you say John

what's really the problem he said well it's something personal see that's what

you should have been talking about this whole hour next learn to think on paper

now we're going to take a break

some ways to think on paper one we've covered one solving problems take it out

of your head and put it on paper another one is setting goals making these lists

we've already started here's another good way to think on paper it's a

projects book each person you're working with and each project you're working on

get a loose-leaf binder and a tab and some pieces of paper behind the tab and

do a little continual summary of how it's going between you and that person

and between you and that project I call it a project book it is so useful to me

but what's going on between you and this person

when you last got together what did you talk about and you got a few notes there

here's what we talked about the last time we got together now when you get

together again you can review that so you'll know better what to talk about

when the president gets ready to travel and he's gonna meet some important

people guess what they bringing all these briefing books right the last time

you were with Khrushchev Kennedy is informed here's what he said nears what

you said Kennedy said no that's valuable I need to remember that if a person is

important it's worth a little running account you might even have a project

book for your children here's what's happening between me and my child we've

talked about this and we've talked about this when we've talked about this next

add a timer keeping track of all of your appointments you know mine is all filled

with you know when to catch an airplane and when to do a seminar when to sit

down and have a conference all the rest next is a game plan you know if you've

got a house and the you know insurance is going to come due and some other

things are going to come do you just put it on a spreadsheet and make sure it's

taken care of key phrase take things out of your head

and put them on paper and the key is to just experiment with different ways that

helps you to do that

now here's the last one thinking on paper and that's to keep a journal one

of the things I'm known for around the world have been now for 39 40 years is

keeping a journal now my journal is not a you know it's not necessarily a it's

not like a diary it might be part diary you know and flying over Ireland and

write down a few little things that impressed me today I met this person

what an extraordinary event today the scent I conducted this seminar in Rome

thousand people stood up with saying for me I've got a little bit of a diary in

there but here's what primarily your journal is for collecting good ideas a

journalist to collect good ideas on your health and good ideas for your business

good ideas for your future good ideas for time management does I use to take

notes on pieces of paper and torn off corner

my father had 90 years but it seemed in 93 years but it seemed short in his

seemingly long life of 93 years it was short because it just seems like if we

only had more time Old Testament gives us a view of some people who live to be

five six seven eight nine hundred years old if I have a chance to ask

I will ask how come we got shortchanged

wouldn't that be a good question if you had a chance to ask imagine seven eight

nine hundred years to watch generation after generation after generation after

generation stay healthy and well I mean you gotta have you got to be healthy to

make it to nine hundred you gotta take your vitamins I'm pushing the Bible I'm

pushing vitamins I mean I'm doing good today

so the key is time is precious now let me give you Bill Bailey's a description

of time life is not just the passing of time life is not just the passing of

time life is a collection of experiences their frequency

and their intensity life is not just watching the clock tick away life is a

collection of experiences their intensity their frequency when my friend

mark died at age 44 someone says that's young to die but what if he lived four

lifetimes in one might not be too young so here's what it whatever the span of

your life turns out to be here's what you want to fill it up with experiences

and the intensity of those experiences

but now let's talk about the management of time here's one of the best ones we

covered earlier when should you start building this hotel answer as soon as

you have it finished now jot this one down on time management when should you

start the day as soon as you have it finished plan the day the best you can

leaving plenty of room for improvising and surprises and all the stuff that

happens during the course of the day but if you've planned a good productive day

now you start that day you can't believe how much more valuable your time will be

don't start the day until you have it finished now here's the next one

don't start the week until you've had it finished now to lay out a week is a

pretty good challenge next don't start

end of that not a Starbucks not a Panera this is my shit here this is where JD

feels comfortable Little Caesars best pizza H&R block the

best place you're gonna get a tax return done except except at my office what

smack him oh so tell me what you get in the comments below tell me what

sandwiches you get when you go to Subway

so I was gonna spicy Italian but Emily that's just salami salami and pepperoni

Top 10 POISONS most Americans eat or drink EVERY day - Duration: 6:55.

Top 10 POISONS most Americans eat or drink EVERY day

by Edward Morgan

If you accidentally sprayed roach killer or weed killer on your fruit, you would probably

rush to wash it off, knowing it would make you sick if you ate it, now or later (in fact

you would probably discard the produce entirely). If you put poisonous rat baits or pest-killing

food pellets under your home, you would certainly make sure your dog or cat couldnt

get to them, knowing what would happen if they did. Heck, thats just common sense

and responsible living. Yet the search for the cure for cancer and Alzheimers

disease marches on, while tens of millions of Americans eat food and drink beverages

that are loaded with weed killer, bug killer, and industrial toxins that warp our cells,

destroy our immune systems and incapacitate our cognitive abilities.

Over time, conventional American food literally deconstructs our genetics, creating and perpetuating

health disasters for which the medical and scientific communities just cant seem to

prevent or solve. Maybe thats because theyre all the ones making their fortunes

off the problem.

Mark these words: No chemical medicine will ever prevent or cure the health problems that

chemicals in food, drinks and medicine are causing. There are no pain killers, diabetes

medicines, chemotherapy drugs or anti-anxiety medications that can fix your brain, heart,

liver, kidneys and pancreas when the very CAUSE of the malfunctions is found in synthetics

and carcinogens that are being consumed daily. When you eat GM corn and soy daily, take baby

aspirin for your heart, eat antacids for your indigestion, make your coffee and tea with

tap water, drink out of plastic bottles and eat fried foods made with processed oils,

youre asking for chronic health disaster to come your way in fact, youre inviting

it into your life.

Take a close look at the 10 most popular poisons most Americans eat or drink EVERY single day

#1. Insecticides Dioxin and 2,4-D: Corporations like Monsanto, Bayer, Dupont, Dow, Syngenta,

Cargill and BASF do NOT care about human life or health. They are in business to make money,

kill bugs and kill weeds period. Most chemical insecticides utilized on American

crops are toxic to humans and cause cancer and dementia.

#2. Glyphosate (and other toxic herbicides) Roundup, the worlds most popular weed

killer, contains 50 percent glyphosate, commonly used on fiber and wheat as a drying agent

before processing begins in the silos. Many U.S. staple crops are embedded with glyphosate

in their genetic makeup as biotechnology firms create food that contains poison, so that

more poison can be sprayed on the plants without killing them. (Doesnt matter to them if

it kills humans, bees or farm animals.)

#3. Sodium Fluoride Industrial chemical byproduct of industries in China imported

to the USA as an insecticide and dripped into tap water with the unsubstantiated claim that

its good for building strong teeth and preventing cavities.

#4. Bleach Most white foods are bleached white. Bleach causes pancreatic cancer and

bladder cancer two of the toughest cancers to survive. Consider never eating white bread,

white rice (except basmati), white flour, white pasta or white sugar.

#5. Bisphenol A (BPA) This poison is found in many plastic containers and canned foods.

#6. Benzene a petrochemical and constituent of crude oil colorless and highly flammable

 commonly used in sodas.

#7. Hexane a solvent and chemical cleaning agent used in the processing of canola oil

and soy oil (its a cheap way to separate the oil from the protein) commonly found in

infant formulas, veggie burgers, fruit and nut bars, protein drinks.

#8. PCBs chlorine compound often found in salmon and canned sardines.

#9. Aspartame The most popular artificial sweetener on earth that causes weight gain.

The patent confirms it is the excrement of genetically modified bacteria. Thats just

nasty! Aspartame is known to cross the blood-brain barrier, so the brains cells are bombarded,

and the result is neural cell damage and eventually cell death which can lead to serious brain

damage. Many of the symptoms of aspartame poisoning mimic the symptoms of multiple sclerosis

(MS) and even dementia, like Alzheimers.

#10. Ammonia The conventional U.S. meat industry thrives on one theory: If it doesnt

make you sick or kill you within 24 hours, then its safe. Most conventional

red meat is ammonia-treated (and bleached) to kill the E. coli and then dyed back pink,

like with hamburger and steak, to look attractive in the butchers window.

Change what you eat change your life Real doctors literally PRESCRIBE organic plant-based

foods for disease treatment

Alternative medicine is blasted by the medical community because it finds and eliminates

the root causes of most diseases and disorders which, for the most part, makes doctors less

money. Without surgery, chemotherapy and expensive pharmaceuticals, most M.D.s and oncologists

couldnt live the lavish lifestyle they do right now. If you want your health to be

organic and sustainable, doesnt it make sense that everything you eat and take as

medicine be just that?

The solution for ideal health free of disease and disorder is not as complex as you may

think. Begin by eliminating the most common toxins from your daily intake. You will notice

a difference immediately in how you feel, your energy level and your clearer thinking.

You may even realize after a few weeks or months that the cure for most diseases and

disorders exists in an organic, plant-based food regimen, and you will be absolutely and

positively correct.

Whats your doctor prescribing for you chemicals or organics? You better start asking the right

questions if you want the right answers. Heres some valuable knowledge from a doctor that

youll always remember after watching.

Cooking Japanese GOYA CHAMPURU by Sebastiano Serafini in Japan - Duration: 11:54.

Ok, I don't know what with my cellphone happened, he talks alone now.

Life goes like this.

Hello guys, and welcome to Sebastiano Serafini in Japan!

Today I would like you to introduce, if you don't already know,

a very well known vegetable here in Japan,

one of the most important ingredients in the Okinawa kitchen,

it's the Goya.

Okinawa is famous because it's the city with most over 100 years aged people,

and that's because they live a non-stressfull life (in my opinion)

I already said that in another video. People do their stuff in a very relaxed way, it's like the "Time" of Okinawa. People have time.

Also they have a different diet than we, they eat more vegetables and seaweed,

they eat a lot of healthy food, and that's maybe the reason why people live so long,

who knows.

Well, I would like to speak about Goya, because first of all I saw this vegetable at the supermarket.

You usally find Goya in summer, but I happened to see it now in november,

and I thought, damn, the thing that I can cook is the Goya Chanpuru

well, I'm not an excellent cook,

but as I already said, my dream is to enter Masterchef.

And so I'm trying every day different types of dishes,

so that maybe one day I can enter Masterchef and improve my skills.

Anyway, the vegetable Goya is used in Africa,

it's written like that, I didn't actually know,

and principally in the South and East Asia.

A truck just passed through, but we do not stop.

Like, I said the Goya is used mainly in the South and East Asia.

You can also call it a bitter pumpkin,

it's very good for your body.

Well you find Goya only in summer, but somehow I managed to find it here in November at the supermarket.

So, since Goya Chanpuru one of the few Japanese meals is, that I can cook

and since you liked the video about the "Nabe",

I said well, let's do also one about the Goya.

So, today you see me cooking the Goya Chanpuru.

If people don't know the Goya is a very healthy vegetable at it's really good for us.

She is also used in China and it helps to reduce the insulin in the body and the type 2 diabetes.

It has also a lot of Vitamnes: B, C, E and K and it cleans the blood.

Goya is extremely bitter

and you need to pick it up, before it fully ripe, because otherwise it will be super bitter.

I love it.

My first impact was like: What is this? because it was really bitter, but after the first try I really liked it.

Let's buy the ingredients:

Ok, for todays dinner we go to the 100 yen shop

and we buy the necessary for the Onigiri,

well we use this Maki maker for the rolls

just a curiosity, the green light here it's called blue, this is the thing that I never understood about Japan

we are going to the cheapest Japanese supermarket

it's actually good, because it has only fresh things.

so, now we're choosing the meat for our Goya Chanpuru.

what do we need next?

so, we're taking the already prepared Tamago

now we're searching the seaweed

we found the Nori seaweed

they're very healthy and we need them

I'm always paying...

So this is the GOYA!!

I'm loosing some pieces

Who's excited to see Seba cook Goya?

look how strange and wrinkly

I think that if you cut it there is a smiley face

I cant wait to cook!

Ah, yes I will soon show you my house, but before that I need to put a little in order

Since you really appreciated my last video about the Nabe, I'm doing another cooking video!

First thing, washing hands!

Let's start cutting!

they said a little bit more. You need to cut both sides.

It smells a little bit like green beans.

you actually cut it this way, but I want to show...

Noo, I thought that there would be a smiley! ^^

Well, I show you the photo,

you cut the Goya in half with skill and elegance.

It's a thing that distinguishes our channel!

and with the help of a spoon you scratch away the inside.

like this

because that part is very bitter

the more you leave, the more bitter it is.

see how green it is, we scratched the white part fully away!

let's go on with the others!

So we made also the rice

and the Goya is in the water.

So, we prepare a bowl of water and salt

Look how nice salt package...

after putting the salt, let's go on with the cutting

after that, we put every piece in the salty water for 30 minutes.

and in the meantime I prepared the rice and we're going to eat that with our Goya

this one we're using it for our meat sushi

like I said we're doing this meat rolls

you open the Spam package

it's a bit hard...

we're going to cut it in six pieces

xD

we need to cut them in other 3 pieces

So, we use all these pieces for the Maki.

We need to put them in the pan.

we're going to put some Abora (olive oil)

we turn the gas on

after heathing we can put the meat

now the Spam meat is ready!

we let cool the meat

It tastes like a hot dog, but it's better.

and we leave also the rice here to cool

and here we have the Nori

so we also bought this one for 1€.

we use this for the rolls

prepared Tamago, otherwise it would be difficult to cook.

it looks like an egg omelette

we need to cut this in same sizes

we put everything in the pan

let's be cautious!

it looks like our "polenta" (italian speciality)

Am I your favourite cook?

I need to put on an apron, when I cook.

We leave this one like that, it's already ready.

Now we have every ingredient, and we're ready to prepare the Maki

Well, now we drain our Goya.

then we take our "golden" eggs

and we put them inside the bowl

they're already cooked, a little bit

we call them Onsen Tamago

Onsen like the "spa"

these are not fully cooked eggs...

We mix everything with the chopsticks

every Goya piece needs to be covered in egg

we turn on the gas

we put some olive oil and we cook our meat.

It's also a original Okinawa meat!

next step is: we put carefully the Goya in the pan

you need to mix always, otherwise it will stick

because tha pan is really hot

Mix, mix really fast!

Look, what we're cooking! The Seba wonders

and don't forget to put---

why is it so dirty?

--- to put some flavoured salt.

(you can't see anything)

Voilà our first finished meal! Goya Chanpuru.

but now we make our Maki

let's open the Nori very carefully, otherwise it will brake.

we take a Nori sheet

we put not too much rice it the middle,

then we take two pieces of meat,

then we take two Tamago pieces,

then we put a little bit of rice on top of it,

Well, it looked easier on the YouTube video that I saw!

It's not that easy!

roll, roll, roll,

and then press it a little to get the Maki form,

And here it is! Our Japanese maki!!

on this side it's maybe better.

we take a plate and we cut them

we made our Japanese Maki!!

...

it would be better if I made it tighter!

I hope you liked todays video!

and let me know if you want to try my kitchen.

Leave a comment if you want to try my Goya Chanpuru!

On top of that I also prepared these rice and meat Maki (rolls)

Remember to comment this video if you liked it,

and see you tomorrow at 2pm (italian time) with another video. Thanks! If you have questions write them below. CIAO!

LUCCA COMICS 2017- ACQUISTI & VLOG - Duration: 13:16.

Hi there!

oh one of my hair!

hi! to all the potatoes who are watching this video!

Finally I'm back with a new video (with my face on it xD)

but I'm sorry because I'm really sick

Probably I also have a bit of fever, but I have to record this video now! now or never xD

here I am, here and sick! lol

Today I'm gonna be showing you guys the things that I've bought at Lucca Comics

and at the end of the video there's also a little vlog of the day at the Con :)

the clips of the vlog are not so many because my harm was KO

my right arm ( what a fun thing fuuu)

but before start this video I wanna thank all those who have told me something sweet for my broken elbow

I appreciated all the messages from instagram and facebook! and also the people that I've seen irl at Lucca Comics

you were so sweet and don't worry because now I feel a bit better

Lucca has been a real challenge for me

I had to keep all the bags with my left hand

to leave the other arm free and not stressed. I couldn't use my right hand

ahhh heeelp

in the middle of the morning my elbow was killing me

but after a little break for lunch, we rested a littile bit and then it went much better and my elbow didn't hurt so much at the end of the day

if you don't know what I am talking about:

almost a month ago I broke my elbow.

soo yes, that's why I haven't posted any video for so long

I was unable to do a video...or anything at all

I tried to do something for Halloween..

omg this thing happened just before Halloween hghgh I had so many things planned for Halloween ..

I wanted to record a short spooky video

with horror in it but... my elbow ruined everything

sso this are the things that I have bought during the Con!

they're all here, inside this bag

and at the end of this video

don't miss the vlog video of LuccaComics 2017!

I must tell the truth

I was expecting to find more yuri on ice stuff

it's not that they were not there.. I've found something..

but not the things I wanted to buy grrr

I haven't seen all the stands, we go inside some stand but we haven't seen that much so the fault is mine but

because when I was at home, at the end of the day

I've seen people posting on instagram all the yoi stuff I wanted to buy.. and they where at the con the same day I was there, at the Con so..wtff

nearly everything here is related to Sailor Moon

the bandai stand at Lucca was beautiful

and all the stuff there were so cheap

outside the Bandai stand all the Sailor Moon Merchandise were so expencive while inside their stand the stuff was really cheaper

wow! better buy stuff inside the official store

advise for the future: buy stuff at Bandai Store

first of all: manga!

I bought

Boruto, sso cool! Finally now I have the manga of the little precious children

I love Naruto so much

It's my favorite Anime/Manga ever

I wanted to buy also the manga that talks about the next generation of Naruto

I'm watching the anime now

naruto feels are always with me , even if the anime and manga is now finished

so now that there's Boruto I'm totally on it

with Boruto I can continue fangirling over my favorite characters

ninja feels never end! and plus it's really a nice manga

even if a lot of fan are against Boruto and they say "boruto is just a thing for do other money ect..ect.."

but as a super fan of Naruto I can't be happier to have something related to my favorite anime

something related to Naruto? hha! I'll be there!

I'll watch it because I love that anime, that's it!

the other one is the first number of Sailor Moon Pretty Guardian

I think It's the new edition

some Funko Pop (obv)

Usagi Funko Pop, with Luna

it's so cute with little Luna

and Sailor Moon with the Moon Stick

It's really cute for the price

I regret not having found the other version of this Funko Pop, Usagi with Luna withoutpatches on the forehead

even this is from Sailor Moon, it's from the official bandai stand

I've bought Sailor Moon's headphones

I really love this case because you can use it for the actual headphone, you can put them inside so that they're safe inside your bag

or you can use it as a general container

a container for ... things!

wow such a good way to describe an items.. such a pro xD

fun fact my headphones died during our way for Lucca

I don't know why but the f****** headphones just broke

ops sorry I can't swear

I don't know why

so these headphones saved my life,...and they're also pretty

I bought this Sailor Moon miniature tablet

and inside this things there are some candies

I have to open this thing

I'll open it, one day

this maybe will be just fine for my usagi cosplay...but shh spoilers

here we have a fabulous Sailor Moon Moon Stick

this is gonna be just perfect for my cosplay

it's equipped with support

omg my voice

tadaa aw so nice!

I thought this had some real buttons to actually push

but..nothing happen if I push the buttons, still a super cool item

last but not least we have Loki Funko

Ragnarok version

I thought it was much harder to find

find the new version of Loki. but I was wrong because all stands had hundreds of them

at a reasonable price

I did not take advantage of the fact that it's a new version

it's sso cuteee

now I'm gonna show you all this stuff out of the box, close

but before I have to make a special mention

If I open this...I put that things here

I wanna show you a really special bookmark

thiis onee ! Lilletta Ely gave it to me at Lucca Comics

She's a super cute youtuber

maybe you already know her

if not you can find the links to her channel on the descriprion box

her video are so cool! and always well done and funny!

she makes really funny summary of anime and tv series

you must see what she does because it's such a talented girl!

know her irl has been such a pleasure

now she's a suspicious potato too and I'm so happy!

and this is her bookmarck and you can find the drawing of her cat! Indy!

it's so precious!! well she's so precious!

so check out her channel!

NOW!

you can find the link of her last video about Lucca Comics

and inside that video there is also a little clip with me <3

this made me so happy

and now I show you all the stuff i bought closely

heilà!!

are you making a video? "yes!"

hi guys! noo

we have a potato here!

a potatoo

ok, we're ready for this Lucca

the bus stopped for some minutes

are you sure that you are filming your face? "yes yes"

Viktor!

I joined the suspicious potatos' army

I'm so happy!!

I'm so happy to have finally met you!//omg me too <3<3

if you don't know her you have to! go check out her fabulous channel!!

look at this thiing!

it's so cute!!

ah! right!

last thing

at the end of the con

we went inside a bar

for eat something

I was cosplaying Agape Yurio

Agape is completely white (almost all white)

at the end of the Con the costume was clean

the costume at the end of the day didn't even have a stain

I care about that costume all day

but.. at the very end

the waitress poured coffee on me, on my pants..on my white pants

white PANTS

I was so mad

but it wasn't only coffee, I was paying

we were about to leave when

all the coffee and residues of the coffee machine over my white pants

this is just a not really fun fact happened that day

maybe you'll find it funny but..

try to clean all the stains hasn't been funny at all

see you in next video and bye!
